About Ron Vrooman and Other Would-Be Assemblies

There are numerous Johnny-Come-Lately organizations springing up all over, some of whom have been attempting some kind of process since the early 2000nds to return to the land and soil jurisdiction and organize to do this. 

Invariably, they make the same mistakes. 

First, and foremost, they don't  establish the identity, standing, and political status of their members on the Public Record. 

This means that their actions are "subject to discretion and interpretation" --- to their disadvantage --- and neither they nor their organizations get beyond first base.

Second, having failed to identify themselves on the Public Record, they don't establish their claim to the Express Trust established for them as progeny of the State Citizens who created the Federal Constitutions.  

As a result, they have no Constitutional Guarantees at the Federal level and are assumed to owe duties instead.  

Third, they fail to realize that they are "at sea" when they start this process, so they attempt to get back to the soil jurisdiction by direct claim instead of accessing the soil jurisdiction by going through the land jurisdiction--- which is actually required. 

Our Forefathers deliberately isolated our country's soil jurisdiction to prevent it being overrun by European Freebooters; this protective structure means that you can only come home via the international jurisdiction of your State of the Union.  

Fourth, they don't establish Express Trusts for their public and private assets and do not inherit the protection of my Express Trust established for "all those with hands and feet, in whom the blood flows and the flesh lives" who enter our State Assemblies.  

As a result, they are not indemnified to conduct business as a State Government nor on their own as private parties, and are, as a result, dependent on foreign governments and subject themselves to foreign law (such as Federal Code and State of State Statutes) as unwitting dependents.

Fifth, they don't shut down or re-register the various STRAWMEN created for them by the Municipal Government as a means to collect money, labor, and other assets from them, so they remain open to commercial attack. 

Now, most of this is understandable.  We have had to learn everything the hard way, too--- but they are stuck in the position of being Territorial "States" long after we have threaded our way through that miasma. 

Our State Assemblies are already established, are established correctly, and everyone within the State Assembly is protected pending their individual notification to the United States Secretary of State - Bureau of Consular Affairs, State of State Secretary of State (Lieutenant Governor in Alaska and Hawaii) and if appropriate, the head of their former branch of service in the military. 

There remain some important aspects to resolve --- the return of our assets, public and private, and the recognition of the genocide that these madmen have unleashed against their own "citizenry" --- but nothing that gives us pause to reconsider any action we have taken to protect ourselves or each other in the midst of this insanity.  

There is certainly no advantage to any member of any of our State Assemblies in going back and joining some other organization claiming to be "a" state assembly; as I have tried to explain to Nancy Kremer and Ron Vrooman and any number of others who have set off on various tangents --- there is only one actual State and one State Assembly.  If you are an American claiming your birthright political identity and inheritance, you belong to The State Assembly in your State of the Union, either as a State National or as a State Citizen. 

You owe it to yourselves to know the facts and join the right State Assembly and stay in the right State Assembly once you arrive home.  You have control over your international jurisdiction via your State Assembly and you have control over your national jurisdiction via the County Assemblies within your State of the Union.  That's how it works and there is no benefit in trying to meddle with it,  because when you do, all you get is an entity that isn't recognizable and isn't heir to anything.

Warning Notice For All Public Employees and Licensees

It is now confirmed by the Patent Office, Government Contracts, and Congressional records that the Department of Defense and the unelected National Security Council have, with malice aforethought, knowingly conducted a campaign of genocide within The United States and abroad. 

The motive for this appears to be nothing more than financial profit. 

The US Congress exempted themselves and their families and their Staff members and their families from all the mandates and demands they made upon their Employers, the American people.  They also exempted CDC Employees and pharmaceutical company officers and employees complicit in the scheme.  

They did this knowing that the seven year survival rate is 1 in 40,000 for mRNA "therapy" recipients, and they evaded all normal security and safety protocols to do it, using pre-arranged loopholes that prior Congresses provided. 

What they have done amounts to infecting everyone who took the shots with a form of AIDS.  The victims die from a myriad of opportunistic diseases as their immune systems break down. They are calling the results "Adult Sudden Death Syndrome" as if they don't know the cause of the 7,500 "Excess Deaths" per day that our nation is suffering.

We have already endured the equivalent loss of fifty Vietnams. Two-thirds of our population will be dead and gone within seven years, young, old, rich and poor, black and white, liberal and conservative.   

They think that as members of "a" Congress they are immune from prosecution, but that is not true.  They are operating foreign governmental services corporations for profit and are reduced to the same status as any other officers of a commercial corporation. They have no state immunity and cannot offer any immunity to others. 

This circumstance and the facts attendant mean that anyone who is complicit in this scheme is subject to immediate arrest and trial before a military tribunal or American Common Law Court.  These are capital crimes on land and sea.

This Warning Notice is being sent out to all public employees and licensees to apprise them of the situation and allow them to quit their jobs, and to tear up their Bar Cards and Professional Licenses.  All professionals are advised to exit into private practice. 

District and Municipal Assemblies and School Boards, County Commissions, and any other quasi-governmental groups are advised to disband and cease operations until such time as these matters are fully addressed by the American people.  The DNC and RNC Political Parties are also advised to shut down and clear out. 

Legal and commercial action is being taken that will result in severe punishment of the offenders at all levels, however, with over 160,000,000 victims of this insanity now being among the Walking Dead, there will be violence and the Washington, DC, metro area is no longer a safe place to be or to live.  It is no longer safe for the United Nations to meet in or maintain offices in New York City.  Anyone who can get out of Metropolitan California is advised to do so.  

Our people have suffered the final abuse at the hands of their own employees; we can safely assume that the bereaved parents and grandparents will take a large portion of those responsible down, one way or another, before they leave this Earth. 

Members of the newly elected Territorial Congress are advised to conduct all and any business via teleconference and to entertain no actions that are not in strict compliance with the Constitution of 1860.  They are also advised to regain control of the Department of Defense/DOD operations by any means possible, including complete severance, court martials of the officers responsible, and auditing. 

This is not a political matter or action.  This is a criminal matter of genocide against peaceful civilian populations by foreign commercial corporations under the influence of undeclared foreign powers. These so-called service corporations have impersonated the victims, stolen their identities, hacked their credit, and now, have contrived to murder two-thirds of their victims, who are also their Priority Creditors.  

These criminals do not deserve to live among the decent law-abiding people of the world and you do not want to be voluntarily associated with them in any way.

Public Notice to All Non-Health Sector Corporations in The United States

This announcement is for all US Corporations and all USA Corporations that are not part of the for-profit Health Sector. 

The Department of Defense, the unelected National Security Council,  and the Health Sector Corporations, especially the CDC and NIH, have killed two-thirds of your customer base. Deliberately. 

They knew from their own research statistics that the seven year survival rate for mRNA "therapies" is 1 in 40,000. 

So, 1 in 40,000 of the children injected with this slow poison will be alive seven years from now. Most of the little ones will never get out of grade school.  

The children and everyone else who took the gunk will die from a myriad of opportunistic diseases as their immune systems inexorably break down --- just like AIDS. 

They killed your future.   

They killed the housing market.  

They killed your customer base.  

They killed your friends, family, and relatives.

Congress exempted themselves and their families, their staffers, the CDC employees, the Big Pharma Corporation officers and employees---- and left you and your employees to be the victims.

Public and International Notice to the World Health Organization (WHO)

Issued January 9th, 2023

The American Public is not subject to or bound by any arrangement which has been signed by Joseph R. Biden, or any member or officer of his corporate administration, agreeing to amend our borders or accept World Health Organization Protocols. 

There is no authority granted to Mr. Biden in his capacity as "President" of the "White House Office, Inc." to do or say anything  on our behalf or to make any contractual agreements for this country. 

If Municipal citizens of the United States agree to accept World Health Organization authority over their private and public health care decisions, that applies only to direct employees of the Municipal Government corporation within the confines of the Washington, DC Municipality. 

It does not apply generally to the Public nor to Territorial Employees nor anywhere within the borders of our States. 

We are issuing this Notice to prevent any possible misunderstanding related to the nature and extent of Mr. Biden's authority, and specifically calling your attention to the strict limitation of that authority with respect to Americans.  

He can tell his employees to paint themselves purple or commit suicide and it will be up to them what they endure for a paycheck. 

The rest of us are under no such compulsion to obey or comply with any demand made by the Biden Administration or any foreign corporation, such as the World Health Organization.

Dumb, Gluttonous, and Forgetful?

That's what Josef Goebbels, Hitler's Propaganda Minister, really thought about the masses of people he twirled around his fingers. 

And, he said, that the masses would always be the masses.  No changes. Always the same parameters -- dumb, gluttonous, and forgetful. 

Dumb, I can understand.  They've spent billions of dollars to undermine, subvert, and co-opt the education system in this country, to get rid of teachers and hire ideologues. And then, give the ideologues tenure. 

Gluttonous, I can see. They've spent trillions of dollars reducing everything to commercial contracts, even the love between a man and a woman is reduced to "best bargain" thinking.  

We are constantly reminded of all the things we don't have in all their advertisements. And this creates a false sense of deprivation and need.  "I just have to have that new Lexus.  I won't be smart or powerful until I have that new Lexus...." 

But, forgetful?  Why forgetful? 

How much effort, really, does it take to remember?  

How difficult is it, to then tell the truth? 

Goebbels was successful because he made up a myth of German Supremacy and sold it to downtrodden people eager to hear it. 

He gave them something to believe in, even if it was a divisive and self-serving lie.  

Today, I was accused of being a "propagandist", but there is a fundamental difference between Goebbels and I.  

He was adept at remembering a past that never was.  I am presenting facts that have simply been forgotten. 

If people find courage in those facts, and realize that they are the rightful  inheritors of this great country, that would be a blessing for all concerned, including all the people in other countries who need to wake up and realize the same. 

There is another difference between Goebbels and I.  

I fundamentally respect the potential of human beings to rise above selfishness and sloth. I know the God within each one of you. 

I call you upward to face a mental and spiritual battle of commitment to yourselves and to your Creator, and this, finally, is a "war" in which the winner takes all. 

The madmen among us have contrived to cut us off from our Source of being, and are in the process of murdering billions of innocent people.

Their lives as madmen are worthless to them, and worthless to us as well; we would all be better off if they did not exist. So grant them their wish.

The Law of the Universe has decreed that we may each choose our own ends.  We can choose life, instead. 

So choose life with all your hearts and minds.  Choose your lawful inheritance, not the scraps from your employees' tables. Prove once and for all, that you are not dumb, gluttonous, nor forgetful. 

Take on Satan where he lives, among all the lies and illusions and half-truths.  Hack him out, root, stem, and leaf, so that he no longer has a voice.

You face an "army" of Liars, pirates with no substance of their own. Find your substance within your own hearts.  Take up the Sword of Truth and turn it against these deceivers. 

Each day, imagine a world at peace, with none of these Liars and criminals around.  Picture the Earth at peace, and all of them simply gone, never to return.  

Hold that image of peace and plenty, life and joy, without these criminals.

Those who have persecuted you, bring their miserable faces to mind and then erase their images and fade them away until they are no more. 

They need to be gone, unimportant, unregretted, like last fall's leaves in the springtime. Of no concern. 

Hold your own image of your own perfect world steady in front of your face, each and every day,  until the mirror conforms to your will. 

So then you will laugh at those who thought you were dumb, or gluttonous, or forgetful; their lies will be self-evident, null and void, as if they never were. 

And you?  You will stand in the glory of the new Earth, wild with joy, holding the truth forever in your heart and mind.

The Midwife's Tale Retold

Patrick Byrne, an American business tycoon, has just done something I would have considered literally impossible an hour ago.  He forced me to have a fleeting bit of compassion for Hillary Clinton. 

Bryne was recruited in an FBI Sting designed to entrap Hillary Clinton for accepting bribes from foreign governments-- or so he thought.  

His part was to set up a meeting between Clinton and a bag man from a foreign government, who would offer Clinton millions of dollars in bribe money.  

Byrne thought that the object of this was to see if she would take the bait, and if so, to prosecute her on Federal Bribery charges.  

He apparently wasn't familiar with all the laws that prohibit entrapment schemes-- especially entrapment schemes promoted by government agencies, so he went along thinking that he was being a good American and helping the FBI flush out a crooked politician. 

According to Byrne, Hillary accepted a 20 million dollar bribe from the Turkish Government in 2015, and then, through Byrne's efforts, accepted another 18 million dollar bribe from a second foreign government.  He didn't disclose the name of the second foreign government, but those who have been following my meanderings will have a pretty good guess. 

After the second 18 million landed in Clinton's pocket, Byrne was, of course, waiting for the news blitz and headlines: "FBI Arrests Hillary Clinton for Accepting Bribes from Foreign Governments." 

Of course, that never happened, and instead of shutting down his brain like a good little Ole Boy, Bryne wondered -- WTH?  

What was this all about?  What had he gotten himself into?

So he asked his FBI Handlers who told him that, well, Hillary was going to win the 2016 Election.  It had already been decided "at the highest levels" so that's the way the cookie crumbled. Snake lady is $38 M richer, and no points for the cowboys. 

One can imagine Byrne's consternation and rapid-fire questions. Who had pre-decided the then-upcoming presidential election?  The DOJ gave the FBI that bad news, but no comment on the details or how the DOJ knew.  

The implication is that the Department of Justice was handling the FBI, just as the FBI agents were handling Byrne. And whoever the shadows were, the DOJ was working for them, not the American people. 

That's not big news to anyone who reads this blogspot. 

The DOJ is a peculiarly corrupt Agency and one of the first Agency Subcontractors put in place after the Civil War.  If memory serves, the DOJ was created in the 1880's as an in-house law firm dedicated to protecting the District Government Corporations from us, their Employers.  This was all paid for by us, of course.

By then, Byrne was on fire, because he was entrapped just as much as Hillary. He was cast in the role of the evil Svengali who tempted the Princess, and he was caught colluding with foreign governments to do it, too. 

The newspaper headlines running through his head now read something like this: "American Business Entrepreneur Patrick Byrne Caught in Bribery Scam --- Will He Be Tried for Treason?" 

One can only imagine Byrne's holysheet moment, but he still had to know what kind of cowpie he had unwittingly stepped in, so he kept asking his FBI Handlers what was really going on?  

He was finally told that Obama's flunkies were in place at the bureaucratic level throughout the government structure.  They had been put in critical power positions scattered throughout the entire federal government by appointment.  Their only intention was to get some really good dirt on Hillary and use the threat of exposure to ensure that she did exactly whatever Obama wanted her to do during her tenure as President.  

It's one thing to buy off the requisite number of Electors in the Electoral College to secure the election for Hillary, but quite another to keep Hillary in control once she entered office. 

That's what Operation Snow Globe was all about --- a backhanded way to guarantee that Obama called all the shots for another de facto eight year term in office, using Hillary as his sock puppet. 

Just like he is using Joe Biden right now. 

Byrne had unwittingly set Hillary Clinton up for quite a different purpose, one that had nothing to do with exposing government corruption, but instead, one that guaranteed more government corruption and on a grander scale than he had been able to imagine. 

And what was he going to do about it, the man who handed Barack Obama the car keys?  

What would you do in that situation, besides puking your guts out? There was certainly nobody in the government he could run to and trust. Both the FBI and the DOJ are beyond dirty. 

LOL.

We are all such fragile little vessels, easy to murder, slander, and rob. Patrick Byrne was no different, except, I suspect, that he refused to live under the threat of being arrested as an accomplice to this scheme by Democrats against Democrats. 

The DNC leadership figured that Hillary had worked for Obama before, and she could do so again.  And really, she hadn't been that hurt by any of it.  She was 38M in the black and slated to be the first woman President. That's not so bad.  They just wanted a little "extra" insurance in case she had one of her screaming witch moments.  

Business as usual. Nothing to see here, Mr. Byrne. Keep your mouth shut and you will be okay.  Have a nice day....

There is little doubt that Donald Trump's election saved Patrick Byrne's life---whether or not he kept his mouth shut. 

The name Barack means lightning from Heaven and it lines up precisely with Luke 10:18 (KJV) --- "And I saw Satan fall like lightning from Heaven...."  The name "Barack" actually appears spelled out in the scripture. It's clear as the light of day. 

So now you can appreciate for yourself just how dirty the government at all levels has become, and why, and how.  If Donald Trump had been an old line political hack, he would have immediately sent all of Obama's appointees pink slips, but he wasn't and he didn't. So most of those Obama appointees were still in place when Trump took office and they are still in place now, forming their own politically defined shadow government.  

If you are waiting for big headlines and scores of major media empire  moguls eager for a chance to do some real investigative reporting on this, you will wait a long time. 

No, if anyone or any singular event brings down the Democratic Party,  it will have to be an inside job, wherein the seething internal nastiness forces changes to be made, if only to cover their own butts from the vengeance of the electorate.  

Stand by for incoming scapegoats.

A Modest Proposal For the Joint Chiefs

We have a small suggestion --- so small, in fact, that we hesitate to bring it forward before such an august body as yourselves; however, our suggestion, if implemented, would provide great economic and social benefit at almost no cost, would improve math and science skills throughout the world population, reduce carbon emissions, provide a non-petroleum based fertilizer replacement, and promote community teamwork like never before. 

Our suggestion is simply this: go on national television and tell everyone what you've done, or, should we say, what you have allowed to happen, that has resulted in the deployment of unregulated, untested, non-standardized weapons-grade biological agents straight into the arms and bloodstreams of billions of innocent civilians worldwide.

Explain how you used loop-holes provided by complicit members of Congress to bypass any kind of normal safety testing and disclosure.  Explain how you used Fauci and the CDC and NIH and all these other players as top dressing, simply by greasing their palms and promising that they wouldn't be held liable for anything. 

Admit that, by your own numbers, the seven year life expectancy for recipients of mRNA "vaccines" is 1 in 40,000 and that you knew this prior to Operation Warp Speed.  

Admit that you and members of the US Congress and the World Economic Forum and the UN CORP deliberately and with malice aforethought, set up legal means to evade the Constitutions and the Public Law --- and did this repeatedly, for decades.

Admit that you got away with this by operating under a cloak of secrecy and color of law. 

Admit that your intent was simply to kill off your creditors and inherit their estates, after you had converted all these people into Genetically Modified Organisms owned by you under your private corporation patents. 

These admissions, while daunting, would have the overall effect of clearing the air and would provide the open and honest atmosphere needed to discuss and resolve all the many problems that otherwise accrue as a result of "Sudden Adult Death Syndrome".  

Once people know who to blame for the implementation of this vast genocide and come to terms with the fact that it was their own bought and paid for military and the unelected National Security Council at fault, we can again rest easy in our beds at night, knowing who betrayed us and why.  

Then, as your next statement to the Public, you can explain that killing your creditors has always meant great profits for your private, foreign corporation and historically, nothing turns a dime like a good, old-fashioned genocide.  

Look at the Great Fire of London where all this crookedness got started. 

Once the governments found a way to secure an interest in private assets -- a plausible excuse occasioned by a great "national emergency"--- there's been no stopping them.  We've had more national emergencies since the Civil War than a wild chihuahua has puppies. 

So if you want to make a whole lot of money for the so-called public sector while operating as a private corporation contractor, the smart thing is to kill your richest creditors in the greatest possible numbers, so that you are then free to claim their considerable holdings for your own benefit. 

It's simple math, really.  An American slave is worth an average of 40 Billion USD, while a Honduran slave is worth a few million --- but if you transport those same Hondurans to the open Southern Border of The United States, and they are (en)listed as "Americans" (South Americans, but who's counting?), they are suddenly worth 40 Billion a head. 

Talk about asset accrual and explain that to the American people.    

Of course, the Hondurans won't know that they are being used in a bizarre money laundering and conversion of assets racket.  They will think that they are coming to the "Land of Freedom" and "Opportunity".  They will be grateful to you for being used as mules both coming and going.

They will be going because (a) the actual Americans wake up and kick them out or (b) they will get injected with the same loathsome mRNA therapy that Bill Gates calls "The Final Solution".  They aren't mandated to take any vaccines right now, but, who cares?  You have half a dozen new outbreaks planned over the next ten years.   

These faithful mules trek in the drugs and other contraband in baby diapers and flip-flops, sign up as U.S. Citizens, and then they are vaccinated, and within seven years they all die off, leaving billions and billions of dollars-worth of juicy unclaimed assets and all the credit those assets can earn, under your control.  

Talk about cutting a backdoor into the Honey Pot, but remember, you will owe the South American Governments a cut of the action. And now that the Drug Cartels know how this works, they will want some, too. 

You can explain how you were forced to take all these measures and countermeasures in the National Security Interest----how you had to kill us to save us, just like Saint Ignatius, killing for Christ.

Once you've lost your minds and your hearts, even the most absurd propositions appear viable. This would be a good moment to reference Voltaire: "Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities." 

And that is what we have directly experienced, right here in River City, your home base, in the heart of the most heavily defended citadel on Earth, with the top three slots in every aspect of air power. And all that in the hands of men who don't even know The Carbon Cycle.

The debt you already owed to the actual American people wasn't sustainable and too many of us were waking up. Then you started siphoning off the China Trade--- and got caught. Even counterfeiting wasn't working anymore. The drug money was drying up, too.  

You had to do something, so this is what you did. 

Let everyone know how you were compromised and by whom, so that next time around, we won't have the same difficulties. 

Just let it all hang out.  Go public. You can be the stars in the theater you created, just like Ford's Theater.  

Once people see that this contingency plan was worked out and slowly implemented one step at a time over the course of three decades, they will understand what kind of men you are, and more urgently, what kind of men your bosses are.  

 By going public and admitting what you have done, by explaining it step by step and revealing the project goals and monetary benefits, you can increase the public IQ worldwide by at least 20 points. Imagine the social and economic benefits this will generate?  

As your brother officers put you out of your misery, as they will, you can go in peace with a clean conscience. This final service will cost almost nothing -- less than a dollar, and a dollar is now almost worthless, thanks to you. 

Once you are dead and gone, we can use some of the processing facilities for human-based food products to grind your bodies into blood meal, which is an excellent fertilizer, thereby reducing dependency on petroleum-based fertilizers. 

Plus, your carbon footprint will disappear.  No more worrying about how many times per day cows fart.  No more misgivings about robocops.  No more smuggling drugs and teenage girls.  No more lies. No more kissing corporate butts. 

Suicide is painless --at least, it can be.  We highly recommended it to the members of the WEF recently, and all the advantages we pointed out to them apply to you, too. 

People in this country have idolized their military for generations.  They have trusted their military.  Suffered for their military.  Kept faith with their military through the darkest hours.  And they've never known that their military isn't their military. Until now. 

By implementing our simple suggestion, you can finally do your actual job, stand in honor, and die as heroes.  Or you can sit at your desks, let the snake venom slowly eat away your neurons, and die as non-entities. 

It's true that you wind up dead, either way, but at least you can choose the manner of your departure-- blaze of glory or Elmer Fudd, R.I.P. 

We've put considerable thought into this proposal and given the constraints of the situation, with the DOD in charge of the entire Covid operation and owning all the patents, it's clear that you all valued your pensions more than our lives.  You made a choice by not making a choice, and as the saying goes, you can ignore reality, but you can't avoid the consequences of ignoring reality.  

Here they come. All Four Horsemen at a gallop.

I should have pointed this out earlier, but we all do the best we can….

English is a weird language built on Latin grammar and syntax using a mish-mash of Celtic, Anglo-Saxon, German, French, Spanish…..etc. to form its vernacular functions. 

The language reflects the history of the British Isles which endured centuries of conquests, trade  endeavors, and invasions by mainland European countries. 

No other language on Earth has borrowed so much of its substance—-words and phrases, from other languages and cultures. 

America may be the melting pot of all races, religions and ethnicities, but the English Language remains the melting pot of words and verbiages culled from every other nation. 

For these reasons, English was not highly regarded in scholarly circles until the seventeenth century after Shakespeare’s plays  began showing it off and popularizing it’s unusual facility for deceits, puns, and double entendres. 

French was—- throughout this time period surrounding the rise of English to respectability —-the universal language of diplomacy.

And this is why when we go looking for the records that apply to the founding of our country, we are stuck looking at page upon page of yellowed handwritten records in antiquated French.  

This poses many obstacles for those interested enough to search for primary source documents.  

First, you have to track down where the documents are housed.  Then you have to go there and convince the archivists that you have a reasonable scholarly interest in these records. 

And after all this expense and bother you are presented with handwritten text and words from a stilted and foreign language written two to three centuries ago.  

You win the prize for stubbornness, but whatever else, you do have primary source confirmation that no, you aren’t crazy. 

It all went down like this and yes, the Rosicrucians were responsible for funding and resolving the issue of America’s independence. 

Their fingerprints and hoof marks are all over it, beginning to end.  

But before I get off-tracked into the Rosicrucian labyrinth, remember that English and English alone is our official language— except that scions of the theocratic Romanized Municipal Government kept pushing for an English equivalent to Latin, and so far succeeded that in 1851 as part of other housekeeping, the Municipal Government was allowed to use Latin “styles” of nomenclature. 

This is why you see States referred to as “states”.  The first style is English, the second style is pig Latin, literally, Latin for pigs. 

Many Patriot Pundits have found numerous documents published by the Municipal Government since then and seen what appear to be odd references to, for example, the state of florida, and have divined that the actual State is referred to as a “state”. 

This is because the authors are writing a form of bastardized Latin.  In Latin, the patricians’ names  (like the sovereign States of the Union) is always identified with a name written with all small letters: flavius josephus. 

In Anglicized Latin, florida is a state, while the State of Florida is a State— a lesser or subservient entity belonging to the state. 

Out of this odd combining of language conventions spring infinite confusions and generations of Patriot Pundits trying to argue about what it means and who is right and blah,blah,blah—- but what it really means is that the language being used is polluted, being neither Latin nor English. 

In this legal patois, my name is anna maria. 

My Lawful Person is Anna Maria. My First Legal Person is also Anna Maria and my Second Legal Person is ANNA MARIA.  

This is how we get a construct like this, “We, the People”—- which makes no sense in standard English, but perfect sense in Anglicized Latin. 

The People being referred to are the Lawful Persons of the states of the union— to use these style conventions. 

The People are the Lawful Persons inhabiting our land jurisdiction as opposed to the men and women who populate the national soil jurisdiction. 

I cringe every time I see “We, the People” invoked, because I know that those using the phrase don’t know what it means. 

It means, “We, the State Citizens”. 

The State Citizens of each State of the Union are the ones who agreed to the Constitutions and are the only American Parties to these venerable agreements— therefore, it remains for the State Citizens to enforce the Constitutions, a considerably larger task than unraveling why “P” is capitalized. 

When the Federation speaks to foreign governments it does so on behalf of the State Citizens and operates in international jurisdiction. 

We can thank our Forefathers that they knew what they were doing even if we don’t.  There is yet hope, however tenuous, that Americans will wake up.
