Removal of Coordinator in Texas -- Notice of Procedure

 

To: All State Assemblies

Be it known to all to whom these presents come, that there is a lawful and legal means provided for Texas and every other State to assemble, and that means of lawful and peaceable assembly requires the process to take place under the authority and guidance of a recognized Summoning Authority.

There are three (3) possible Summoning Authorities charged with the responsibility.

The first Summoning Authority is The President of The United States of America. This Office has been vacated since 1860.

The second is a quorum of nine (9) States in Session --- used during recesses and temporary adjournment. The only State left in Session was Texas, so no quorum was possible.

The third and only remaining option is for the owner of the Great Seals to call the States into Session and operate The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States to do it. So that is what has been done.

It has fallen to the Federation (which is not the "Federal Government") to call the States into Session.

That responsibility carries with it the obligation to ensure that the Assemblies thus created are "peaceable" and composed of qualified people living within the borders of each State, who have declared and recorded their adoption of their birthright political status, and from there, to provide the discipline, framework, and guidance to establish in each State a General Assembly, a Business (sometimes called "International") Assembly, a Public Court, and a State Assembly Militia.

This is a process not given to interpretation, and we have followed it to the letter.

Please note that the Federation must ensure the legal and peaceable nature of the process and the State Assemblies that result from it, or our activities could be mistaken as hostile actions and legally suppressed by military force.

Once each Assembly has been assembled and each portion of this process has been accomplished, each Assembly will be "fully seated" --- meaning that all basic functions are in place and operating. Until each Assembly is fully seated, it remains under the guidance of the Federation.

That is why the Federation is involved in the State Assembly process and why it is significantly in control of this process until such time as the State leadership is fully educated and the basic functions of American State Government are restored.

After such a long hiatus and so much confusion it is understandable that a mighty educational process is necessary, even about comparatively simple things, such as the role of the Federation as the Summoning Authority, the role of the Coordinators who act as Federation Officers--- not to be confused with "Federal" Officers, the structure of the State Assemblies and the functions of the State Assemblies.

It is also understood that people will continue to be confused and need to be educated on a continuing basis as new questions and issues arise and as new people join the Assemblies.

We can and we must deal with this educational process as transparently and honestly as possible. None of it is rocket science. All of it is ultimately under the control of the people in each State.

Anyone who feels that the Federation is being heavy-handed has a clear road to get the necessary work done, establish the structures, provide the functions, and complete the assembly process.

Once fully seated, each State Assembly is responsible for performing under the treaties and constitutional agreements already established and for supporting the restored American Government, the Reconstruction thereof--- and also becomes responsible for the conduct of the restored Confederation and Federal Republic. This grave responsibility also includes preserving the peace --- not undermining it.

Even some Coordinators have gotten off-track, despite the simplicity of the process, and have promoted the idea that the Federation is the equivalent of the "Federal Government" --- deliberately confusing the Federation with our run amok Subcontractors.

Everyone concerned needs to realize that the actual Federation is the only means that the people of this country have to control the operations of the Federal Subcontractors.

Because the Federal Subcontractors have run off-track and profited themselves greatly by doing so, they don't want the States in Session, and they don't want the unincorporated Federation of States breathing down their necks and forcing them to abide by their constitutional obligations.

As a result, certain public employees and agencies hired by them using our money, have undertaken to undermine the peaceable nature of our State Assemblies and have attempted to commandeer our efforts and to misdirect the assembly process so as to create an excuse to brand our efforts as insurrectionist activities ---- and provide themselves with an excuse for crushing our activities with overwhelming military force.

It was recently discovered that Eric Dingus, former Peacekeeping Task Force Director, was deliberately engaged in disobeying our instructions and the Mission Statements for both the Peacekeeping Task Force and the Continental Marshals Service. His actions, if left unopposed, would have led to the creation of an illegal "unified" and "national" armed military force, which would have provided the needed excuse to terrorize and kill and confiscate the property of innocent State Assembly Members.

We removed him from the position of Peacekeeping Task Force Director as soon as the nature of his activities came to light, and subsequently had to remove Susan Hauck, also. We are now in the process of publishing the Mission Statements so that everyone has an absolute and clear understanding of the role of both the Marshals Service and the Peacekeeping Task Force.

It was also discovered that Eric Dingus directly threatened Texas Coordinator Le Laroi on three separate occasions and forced her to step down, and that he subsequently engineered her replacement with Kimberly Reynolds as Texas Coordinator.

We advised Kimberly Reynolds of this circumstance and instructed her to divorce herself from any continuing influence promoted by Eric Dingus. Instead of taking this as a "hold harmless" action on our parts, she chose to continue on the road of artificially induced insurrection and to promote actions in Texas that are contrary to the peaceable assembly process.

She has, accordingly, been removed as Coordinator in Texas.

Those who live in Texas know the Public Law and know that when you take a job, you have to ride for the brand.

Our brand is devoted to the peaceful and lawful enforcement of the Constitutional Guarantees, and the protection of the lives and property rights of Texans and all other Americans.

We do not and we will not condone or participate in any form of insurrection, rebellion, or creation of armed forces other than the lawful State Assembly Militias, operated as they are supposed to be operated within each State, and our land-based Continental Marshals Service, which is our jurisdictional interface with the U.S. Marshals Service.

These actions removing Eric Dingus and Kimberly Reynolds are regrettable. We would far rather have good faith and service in the common cause of restoring our lawful government, than a lot of illegal interference in the process; however, with trillions of dollars worth of land and other assets at stake, we must be prepared for the ongoing attempts to mischaracterize us and our efforts.

Those who have benefited themselves and their cronies at our expense for the last 160 years are not likely to let go without trying to get a fight going --- a fight that they would surely win.

Our steady course remains--- to use international law and Public Law to rein in the brigands and the politicians responsible for abusing the Public Trust, to enforce the Constitutional Guarantees and Protections--- and to do this peaceably, honorably, and lawfully via the processes and agreements established to secure these ends.

Unless you wish to see this country and its people engulfed in yet another unnecessary, deliberately provoked, and self-interested Civil War, you will immediately understand the necessity that prompts us to expel those who propose any other course of action.

If any Assembly or member of an Assembly hears anyone in their Assembly or any other Assembly promoting violence, preaching against the Federation "as if" the Federation was the de facto Federal Government, moving to incorporate any function of any Assembly, setting up any foreign structures apart from the General Assembly, International Business Assembly, Public Courts, and the lawful State Assembly Militia, refusing to record political status of members, taking money from foreign corporations, selling information about the Assemblies or Assembly Members, using the Assemblies or Assembly Members for unjust enrichment, promoting Ponzi schemes, Trust schemes, memberships in Secret Societies or otherwise remaining out-of-step with the simple program outlined above---- you are encouraged to notify us directly, so that prompt corrective action can be taken. We have recently suffered a security breach and an attempt to undermine and commandeer the Continental Marshals Service as well as to redefine the clearly stated functions of the Peacekeeping Task Force. 

We also discovered that the same person responsible for this activity threatened the original Texas Coordinator on three occasions and forced her to step down. He also was instrumental in placing Kim Reynolds as her replacement. 

This situation was explained to Kim and she has chosen to continue her association with this person and to base plans for the Texas Assembly on his advice, which is diametrically opposed to the program of restoration of the American Government we have promoted throughout. 

Recently, she announced that we were a threat to the security of the Texas Assembly.  This follows in a long line of similar behavior on the part of Corporatists who always blame the victims for what they are doing themselves.  The only security breach is the one described and we have done our best to counteract the effects left behind. 

We had hoped that Kim would be wise enough to distance herself from this damaging person, especially as she is somewhat implicated in his nefarious agenda, as the beneficiary of his threats against the original Texas Coordinator. 

The only danger to Texas or any other Assembly derives from their own actions and inactions.  Seeking to set up war-like organizations in a State of the Union, especially a Southern State, and being willing to take corporate money for doing so, is one of the fundamental dangers, as it allows the de facto corporate governments to claim that we were working at war and insurrection instead of peace and restoration. 

That then gives them the excuse they need to attack us. 

We have thoroughly researched the status and impacts of this individual and his activities carried out "in our names" but against our directives.  

Kim has been removed as Texas Coordinator as a result of her continued close association with the person responsible for that actual security breach and her recent disparaging and dangerous statements attempting to claim that the Federation caused the security breaches--- when in fact the Federation has cleaned up the security breaches. 

We have taken the action of removing Kimberly Reynolds as Texas Coordinator as part of the effort to close the security breaches and the misdirection resulting from them. 

We are a peaceful and effective and lawful organization. We have gained the support of the world in our efforts to restore the lawful American Government.  We do not intend to be undermined by persons who either don't understand or refuse to honor the actual mission which is the restoration of the traditional and intended American Government. 

The Flat Out

There are two things called “United States of America”.

There is our American Federation of States.

 And there is a British-controlled Territorial (Commonwealth) corporation in the business of providing governmental services- which is a subcontractor of the American Federation of States referenced above.

The key to this is the word “the”.

The word “the” is made part of the name of our unincorporated Federation of States:
The United States of America.

The foreign corporation doing business in our name is “the” United States of America.
It exercises certain delegated powers for us, which is why it is allowed to operate under our name as “the” United States of America.

It’s not us. We are not them. 

They work for us under a contract known as: The Constitution of the United States of America which was signed in 1789.  This contract lays out the duties and “powers” and limitations of our Federal Subcontractors.

All the powers ever delegated to the foreign British-controlled corporation doing business in our names as “the” United States of America” were delegated to it by us, The United States of America.

We are the ones who ultimately own and ultimately control (and pay for) all of it.

The United States of America.

Now that you know and can see the difference between The United States of America and “the” United States of America, you can also see that it is The United States of America that is the owner, controller, and employer. 

Unfortunately, the Middlemen running the United States of America ( the British corporation) have run amok and so have the middlemen running the Municipal subcontractors.

As a result we have multiple crazy “misunderstandings” to clean up.

For example, the FBI, which is a subcontractor of one of our subcontractors — both of which take their paychecks from our pockets, think that it is their job to investigate us, the actual American Government— at our expense.

What needs to happen is that people all over this country need to wake up and remember who is who and what is what, who pays for what, and who pays who.

This goes for the Federal and State-of-State Employees and for Americans at Large.  We all have our parts to play and responsibilities to perform.

The United States of America — our unincorporated Federation — is doing its job. It’s high time for all our foreign subcontractors to stop jerking around and do theirs.

Meltdown in Michigan

What happened is pretty easy to explain when taken in context. 

A couple months ago, we suddenly had some inappropriate paperwork being posted and recorded on the Land Recording System (LRS).  

Only Recording Secretaries who have been properly versed and trained to use this system are supposed to have access to it, as I confirmed with our LRS Director. 

So, the logical surmise was that some of our Recording Secretaries were off track and recording bad documents. 

Next, we looked at where these documents were coming from --- which States, and we contacted Recording Secretaries from those States and basically asked--- what is going on here?  

The Recording Secretaries in the States impacted by this were all confused.  They hadn't posted those documents.  

As near as anyone can tell me, the system was hacked for a short time. The breach was closed, and that was that. 

I sent out a second message, back to the Recording Secretaries in the States that were involved, explaining the situation and apologizing for assuming that they had anything to do with it. 

That should have been the end of that episode, and at least for me, it was quickly forgotten.  A blip in the road. 

One of Michigan's Recording Secretaries took offense, didn't see the logic of the situation, and thought that he was being attacked and that the quality of his work was being called into question. 

The fact that this incident had nothing whatsoever to do with our normal paperwork, and wasn't unique to Michigan, apparently never got through to him. 

So, he began a "paperwork review process" determined to uncover and exploit every out-of-place comma, every possible typo, anything and everything that he could possibly question or criticize.  

At the end of these investigations, he had a handful of trivia and a couple misunderstandings to expose.  During this entire process, he refused to record anyone's paperwork, which was causing delays and disservice to the people in Michigan.  The Michigan Coordinator became concerned. 

He also became alarmed when he realized that all the recording fees were still going into this Recorder's personal PayPal account, months after the Assembly elected a Treasurer and established a bank account.  The Coordinator was, again, concerned.  He wasn't accusing anyone of wrong-doing, just not seeing any logic in the situation. Once you have a Treasurer and a bank account, fees should be going into that account, right?  

Strangest of all, this Recorder was expressing concerns about publishing "private information" --- which is the whole point of creating a public record of your political status, your marriage, your land ownership, or any other private matter that we normally establish in the public record.  

So the Recorder's job wasn't getting done and the Coordinator asked me to come to a meeting and answer the questions posed by this man, which I did. 

All this was a good faith effort on my part to get to the bottom of why this was happening and what we could do to get the Recorder functions back on track. 

After the meeting, from a Third Party's comments about "me telling Michigan that their paperwork was wrong" I finally pieced together where this all started, but up until that time, I hadn't a clue why anyone was pawing through our paperwork with such a very fine-toothed comb. 

Our paperwork was never the problem.  The problem was unknown, unauthorized, and quite possibly harmful paperwork being recorded on the LRS.   But if you think that the normal paperwork is the problem, you would naturally start doing what the Paperwork Committee did.  Crossed-wires with a capital "C". 

And then more gossip surfaced, about this one Michigan Recording Secretary stomping around and asking, "What do we need Anna for?"  and saying that he would "discredit me" and that he "had no faith in the paperwork".   

So, the question naturally arises ---- what's he doing occupying a seat as a  Recording Secretary?  He's not doing the work, he doesn't believe in what he is doing, but he's been pocketing the money for the recording fees all along?  

The Coordinator had had enough. The next day he quit.  Who wants to be responsible for a situation that doesn't make any sense? 

So we've dissolved The Michigan Assembly for now, pending their own efforts to adjust their attitude and sift the grain. New Coordinator candidates are being sought.     

Unfortunately, because of this brou-ha-ha, Michigan doesn't have a Voice, and people who live in Michigan will, for the time being, have to record their political status declarations through the International Recording Secretaries, or try to find a State of State County Recording Office that is still open. 

This is especially unhappy for me, as Michigan is one of the States that has been hardest hit by all the economic and financial corruption.  It has some of the worst land regulations in the entire country, some of the highest taxes and highest foreclosure rates, and as we have seen over the past two years, some of the most oppressive and inept political leadership. 

Unfortunately, there's nobody that can help Michigan, but Michigan.  It's their State to mess up or run right, to defend or surrender, to get the job done, or not. 

The seeds they plant result in the crops they yield.  A little more love and a little less pride, a view of the Bigger Picture at stake, and just a tiny amount of grace would have gone a long way toward a happy resolution. 

We look forward to the day when Michigan has recouped its losses and is reorganized and moving forward again, as it should be, with people who understand why we must record our political status, who cooperate with the Treasurer and the Coordinators, and who want to have an effective and fully functional Assembly.  ASAP.

Head's Up, People

This just in from Nicholas Veniamin --- 

“Spanish researchers put the Pfizer vaccine under an electron microscope and found it contains 99% graphene oxide and hardly anything else.

There is practically NO evidence that this "vaccine" is gene therapy. There is ZERO genetic material:  mRNA or DNA or spike protein. It means this "vaccine" has nothing to do with a so-called virus. This product wasn't developed to avoid an infection caused by a virus. The true purpose of this product remains hidden. No official statement from governments or health institutions has been made. The toxicity of graphene oxide is reason enough to stop the global vaccination program. 

Okay, so what are the characteristics of graphene oxide and what are its known health hazards? 

Each tiny nanoparticle acts like a knife and cuts through cell membranes, effectively killing living cells.  This in turn causes inflammation, as the body's immune system kicks in to clean up the cellular debris. 

If the immune system can't keep up, the graphene oxide creates extremely tiny blood clots that can collect together to form larger clots. 

Graphene oxide, like asbestos, is inert, thin, hard, and appears to cause its own form of cancer, similar to the way asbestos is linked to Mesothelioma. 

Graphene has no bandwidth, so it cannot be turned off as an electromagnetic conductor a thousand times more effective than copper. 

So people are being shot up with this crap and it is dispersing throughout every tissue of their bodies and absolutely nobody is on the string and accountable for this.  

Not the pharmaceutical companies, because they got an out of jail free card from "the" U.S. Territorial Congress back in the 1980's, and not the Congress itself, because their corporation went bankrupt and they are now claiming that any responsibility accepted back in the 1980's when they gave Big Pharma their Lack of Accountability Card no longer applies. 

Isn't this just wonderful, folks, you've got all these tiny, tiny knives killing cells in all parts of your body, and you are suffering the effects of this, and nobody is responsible for it --- except of course, for you, because you "volunteered" to take the jab. 

Never mind that you were lied to.  Never mind that you thought it was a vaccine to prevent disease.  

According to the Spanish, this isn't a vaccine and it isn't even an mRNA gene therapy designed to reduce you to being a Genetically Modified Organism, owned under Patent.  

It's a kill shot, literally.  

Can the nanoparticles of graphene oxide be captured and cleared out of the body?  It's possible that another special carbon form can be engineered to do that--- fullerenes, also known as "Bucky Balls" might be employed as nanoparticle traps to collect the graphene oxide and transport it out of the body. 

But someone has to engineer and produce the right size cage to recapture the graphene oxide, and meantime.... 

If the results of this Spanish investigation are true, you've been attacked, ear tagged, and prepped for slaughter by your own dear Public Employees  --- a fact that both you and they have to come to grips with.

Notice That We Are De-Platforming --- Hail and Farewell to Google, et alia

The most sincere form of compliment is in imitation. 

The most sincere form of condemnation is de-platforming. 

This is otherwise known as "voting with your feet" and if millions of us do it, there will be an end to all the corporate BS that has enslaved us and engorged itself at the expense of innocent people worldwide. 

These corporations-- Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Amazon, AIG, the US, Inc, the UN, INC., the USA, Inc, and so on, have been allowed to establish punitive monopolies which they have used for purposes of unjust enrichment and coercion of their customers and employers. 

These criminal organizations together with a great many banks, insurance companies and securities brokerages need to be overthrown via the exercise and enforcement of the already-existing public law and via commercial claim processes enforced to deprive them of their ill-gotten gains, and also, to liquidate these interlocking trust directorates for the benefit of their victims. 

It may seem a small step in the right direction, but we are de-platforming and leaving all the dependencies encouraged by these "service providers" so that in the short term you will not be seeing my posts on "Facebook" (recently renamed "Racebook" in response to their promotion of race as a cause for divisive and violent suppression of rights for all people) and you will be getting threatening messages to the effect that our American States Assembly website is "unsafe" and warning you not to access it. 

This is what Google does when websites choose to take their business to competitors instead of staying in the barn with all the other sheep and continuing to reward Google for its monopolization of the web. 

Our response is to do our bit toward spider squashing in the most direct way possible --- de-platforming so that we are no longer the least little bit dependent on Google for anything.  And yes, you will be just as safe or safer when you visit our websites in days to come.  

Meantime, while we are migrating and taking our business away from Google, Microsoft, and Racebook, be sure that we haven't actually left and nothing else has changed.  We are still alive and kicking and are just temporarily restructuring things to put our money where our mouth is and deprive these monsters of both profit and control over us.

Notice of Insurance Liability Issued 4 July 2021

Those of you who read my recent articles published as the Blood Money series learned a lot about the history of insurance fraud including the use of Cestui Que Vie trusts following The Great Fire of London which resulted in creating a public interest in private property (the same scam they used here to try to disinherit us) and the Bottomry Bonds Scandal of 1702, which allowed the Dutch East India Company to insure non-existent ships and cargo and collect on the insurance when these "ships" were "lost at sea" (the same scam they have tried to pull on Americans who have been high-jacked and misidentified as British Territorial U.S. Citizens).  

What do all these things have in common?  Insurance fraud. 

So now let me observe that insurance is at the heart of the rot that we have endured, and insurance itself is merely legalized gambling.  

What do we expect of gambling --- legalized or otherwise---but corruption? 

In any game where big pay-offs are predicated on something happening or not happening at a certain time or in a certain way, one has to assume that efforts will be made to control these occurrences and to profit accordingly, which is precisely what we see happening throughout the last 150 years, and all of it in tandem with the disintegration of society in general. 

Everything that we have experienced in the last hundred years has been a replay of The Great Fire of London scenario using World War II as the "disaster" giving the rats an excuse to claim a public interest in private property, even in The United States where the war never touched ground, implemented and expedited by a generous dollop of a replayed Bottomry Bonds Scandal, as millions of imaginary "Special Purpose Vehicles" were created out of thin air and insured in exactly the same way. 

Why do you think Prince Philip was paid $950 Trillion USD as "Life Force Value Annuities" by the GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA in 2017?  

All those "Special Purpose Vehicles" created in the wake of World War II and insured as "property" belonging to the British Government, were lost at sea, just like the phantom ships of the Dutch East India Company----while the actual ships belonging to the Dutch East India Company sailed over the horizon to New York, and were reflagged as American ships. 

The fraud artists back home collected the insurance money either way. 

Insurance is a big racket, and so is bankruptcy protection, which is just another form of insurance and potentially, a giant source of insurance fraud--- as we have observed in 1907, 1933, and again now. 

Bankruptcy is only available to incorporated entities that are insured at public expense. 

This is one of the reasons that we can be absolutely sure that our government and our country did not go bankrupt at any time.  We are not incorporated, and therefore have sovereign indemnity, but not any kind of bankruptcy protection. 

No, the "things" going bankrupt on a regular cycle are all corporations in the business of providing governmental services, and the problem ---again--- is a form of insurance fraud. 

These foreign, privately owned and operated commercial corporations operate under names that are deceptively similar to our own, so when they go bankrupt, ignorant people assumed that we, our country, was bankrupted.  

Instead, what happened in 1907 and 1933 and what they are trying to pull off now, too, is that the commercial corporations operating "in our names" sought bankruptcy protection and handed off all their indebtedness to the public ---- that is, to us, the hapless victims of this scheme, who unknowingly "accepted" the debt of these fraud artists "as if" it were our own debt, simply because the bills appeared to be addressed to us when in fact they were bills addressed by bill collectors seeking recoupment against "similarly named" franchises of these dishonest corporations. 

Bankruptcy is simply a corporate insurance policy paid for by the public, and as you can see, it can be abused like any other insurance scheme. 

Now, I am pleased beyond measure, to note that others have begun the Hue and Cry and have identified the Root Cause of the Evil now set before us. Doctor David E. Martin is laying it out, too.  Here are just a couple excerpts from his recent expose: 

"Because, it turns out that between 1883 and 1893, the largest growth contributor to the GDP of this country was the trade in the fear of death. The life insurance industry represented more than the combined contribution to the economy of the coal, steel and manufacturing – COMBINED. In the ten years from 1883 and 1893."

And.....

"What happened in 1914 is an unforgivable mortal sin...It turns out that World War I was good business for life insurers. You know what happened when we sent...young men to their deaths in Europe? Life insurers pocketed a sh*tload of money. Because it turns out that few people knew how to file claims. The Department of Defense didn't have a mechanism to actually process those things and it turns out that, in fact, the First World War, if you look at it from an economic perspective, the biggest winner of the First World War were life insurance companies."

And what happened in 2017, the pay-off of Life Force Value Annuities to Prince Philip was also a Mortal Sin of the same ilk.  That credit, backed by our own purloined gold, is being used to finance yet another move by the Parasites, who are trying to kill their former Hosts, and invade a new Host, China. 

Recently, the rats have been trying to make amends, however, amends that result in loss of life and cheating to the very end.  People are being told that they can "cash out" their Birth Certificate Bonds and Social Security Bonds by filling out a form and applying to Treasury.gov. All that does is obligate them to pay those bonds back, with interest, back to the insurance companies--- and in the meantime, triggers hyperinflation rendering the "money" worthless.  

Just say no.  Grimly.  With confidence.  With purpose. And spread the word.  We are the Priority Creditors and we will dictate the terms.    

The endlessly corrupt insurance companies and the Pope and everyone else responsible for this boondoggle needs to be aware that they are discovered and that the Insurance Corporations are also in the frying pan.  We are not deceived about the cause of this malady, and we are not amused.  

Any and all such deceptive and duplicitous "payments" of premiums in exchange for the pre-arranged death of Americans, are hereby accepted as gifts of foreign currency.  Nothing that any insurance company can argue is sufficient to excuse their plan to dump trillions of USD on the market and pretend that this is our money or that it results in our debt.   

We waive all voluntary and conferred and presumptive benefits of this scheme to ruin what too many people assume is the American "dollar" ---and regardless of any voluntary or involuntary act by Americans acting in ignorance and without the benefit of Full Disclosure, we hold all the banks and all their insurers and their Principal Underwriters accountable to our Public Law and to our Law of Contract and we counter-offer that all gifts of their private currency can result in no new or net indebtedness of individuals and will not constitute payment of any kind owed to Americans. 

Neither by constructive fraud nor by destruction of the "USD" will the con artists responsible for this be allowed to prosper.  The credit must be returned to the Public Interest from whence it came and moderated by the Lawful Government to which it is owed, and no other accommodation is accepted by the American Principals and Priority Creditors.

Instruction on the Sixth Sunday After Pentecost

The Church's Year

The Introit of this day's Mass is the prayer of a soul that trusts in God's powerful and merciful protection:

INTROIT The Lord is the strength of his people, the protector of the salvation of his Anointed: save, O Lord, thy people, and bless Thine inheritance, and rule them for ever. Unto Thee will I cry, O Lord: O my God, be not Thou silent to me; lest if Thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit. (Ps. XXVII.) Glory etc.

COLLECT O God of hosts, to whom belongeth all that is perfect: implant in our hearts the love of Thy name, and grant within us an increase of religion, that Thou mayest nourish in us what is good, and by the fervor of our devotion may preserve in us what Thou hast nourished. Through etc.

EPISTLE (Rom. VI. 3-11.) Brethren, All we who are baptized in Christ Jesus, are baptized in his death. For we are buried together with him by baptism unto death: that as Christ is risen from the dead by the glory of the Father so we also may walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall also be in the likeness of his resurrection. Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin may be destroyed, to the end that we may serve sin no longer. For he that is dead is justified from sin. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall live also together with Christ. Knowing that Christ, rising again from the dead, dieth now no more, death shall no more have, dominion aver him. For in that he died to sin, he died once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. So do you also reckon that you are dead indeed to sin, but alive unto God, in Christ Jesus our Lord.

EXPLANATION The apostle here teaches that in consequence of our baptism we are made members of Christ's body, and must, therefore, die to sin; as Christ by His death died to physical life, but has risen again, so must we bury sin, by constant renewal of baptismal vows, and by self-mortification rise to a Christian life. As members of Christ's body we should in a spiritual manner imitate Him. As He permitted His body to be nailed to the cross to atone for our sins, so should we crucify our corrupt nature by self-denial, and as He after His Resurrection lives always, because having risen He dieth no more, so we, risen from the death of sin, should lead a pious life conformable to that of Christ.

ASPIRATION I trust, O Lord Jesus, that by the merits of Thy passion I have risen from the death of sin: grant me Thy grace, that as Thou diest no more, so may I die no more by sin, but live for God, according to Thy law.

GOSPEL (Mark. VIII. 1-9.) At that time, When there was a great multitude with Jesus, and had nothing to eat, calling his disciples together, he saith to them: I have compassion on the multitude, for behold they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat; and if I shall send them away, fasting, to their ,home, they will faint in the way: for some of them came from afar off. And his disciples answered him: From whence can any one fill them here with bread in the wilderness? And he asked them: How many loaves have ye? Who said: Seven. And he commanded the people to sit down on the ground. And taking the seven loaves, giving thanks, he broke, and gave to his disciples to set before them: and they set them before the people. And they had a few little fishes, and he blessed them, and commanded them to be set before them. And they did eat, and were filled, and they took up that which was left of the fragments, seven baskets: and, they that had eaten
were about four thousand: and he sent them away.

Why did Christ say: I have compassion on the multitude?

Because of His mercy and goodness to man, as well as to prove that which He taught on another occasion, (Matt. VI. 33.) that to those who seek first the kingdom of God and His justice all other things will be added, without asking; for none of the multitude asked Christ for food, and yet He provided for all.

REMARK. The instruction after the gospel for the fourth Sunday in Lent, where a similar miracle is mentioned, may be read to-day.

INSTRUCTION ON BLESSING

And He blessed them. (Mark VIII. 7.)

Seduced by Satan, the first man violated the holy is command of God, and by his sin brought upon himself and his habitation the curse of divine wrath. (Gen. III. 17.) Man was made by God, and therefore subject: to Him, but was himself master of all created things. .After the sin of disobedience, however, all creation revolted against him: the animals fled from him, the fields yielded only thorns and thistles, the herbs became poisonous to him, or refused him their former wholesome power. Innumerable evils followed, all men and even the whole earth suffered from them; the devil drew both into his sphere and made them his servants, and this evil spirit now made use of created ,things to divert man altogether from God and to cause his eternal ruin. But God decreed that man and earth should not remain in this condition: Christ, the Son of God, came upon earth, redeemed it from the bonds of Satan, and gave all men the power to become once more God's children. The devil was conquered by the cross, but not slain; man and the, earth were indeed taken from his dominion, but not from his influence; for he even now, as the apostle Writes, goes about like a roaring lion, seeking ,whom he may devour, (I Peter V. 8.); and as he used the forbidden fruit in paradise to seduce man, he now uses the created things of the earth to tempt man, and, make him his servant. Man and all creation had to be drawn from this pernicious influence, to be liberated from the bondage of corruption and be brought to the freedom of the children of God. (Rom. VIII. 19.) This is done in the Church, to which Christ entrusted the power of binding and loosing, and gave the work of sanctifying through the Holy Ghost, by means of blessing and consecrating. By virtue of the merits of Christ, and with the assistance of the Holy Ghost, the Church, or the priest in her name, therefore blesses and consecrates persons as well as other created things which they are to use, or which she is to apply to the service of God. In this the Church follows the example of Christ and the Apostles. Jesus embraced children and laid His hands upon them, blessing them; (Mark X. 16.) He blessed bread and fishes, the food of thousands; blessed breed and wine at the last supper; (Matt. XXVI. 26.) was recognized by the disciples in the blessing of bread; (Luke XXIV. 30.) blessing the disciples He ascended into heaven; (Luke XXIV. 51.) by His command the apostles wished peace to every house into which they stepped; (Matt. X. 12, 13.) and St. Paul expressly says, that every living thing is sanctified by prayer and the word of God. (I Tim. IV. 5.) Following the example and command of Christ the Church also introduced blessings and benedictions which were prefigured in the Old Law. God commanded the priests to sanctify and to consecrate whatever was to belong to His service, (Levit. VIII.) and the Old Law is full of blessings and consecrations which had to be used by the priests; (Exod. XXIX. 36.; XXX. 25.; XI. 9.) and if persons and things used for God's service were to be blessed, how much more so in the. New Law which in place of the type, contains the reality and truth The testimony of Scripture is confirmed by all the holy Fathers, and by the constant practice of the Church which has received from Christ, the power to bless and to consecrate.

The blessing or benediction of the Church is nothing more than a, prayer of intercession which the priest makes in the name of the Church, that for the sake of Christ (therefore the sign of the cross) and the prayers of the saints, God may give His blessings to a person or thing, and sanctify it. Through consecration, in which besides prayer and the sign of the cross, the anointing with holy oil is used, things required for divine service are separated from all other things and especially sanctified. Thus persons, fruits, bread, wine, houses, ships and fields, are blessed; churches, altars, bells, &c., are consecrated.

What virtue have these blessings?

The chief effects of the blessing of persons are: Preservation or liberation from the influence of Satan; preservation of the soul from his temptations and evil suggestions; reservation of the body and of the property from his ;pernicious malice; forgiveness of venial sins, and strength to suppress concupiscence; curing of sickness and physical evils, whether natural or supernatural; a blessing upon the person and his surroundings; the imparting of the grace of conversion; the advantage of the prayer of the Church and further grace for the remission of temporal and eternal punishment.  The blessing of things withdraws them from the influence of the devil, so that he can no longer use them as a means of bringing us into sin, but that they rather serve us as a protection against the evil spirits and as a means for our salvation.

Whence do the blessings derive their force?

From the merits of Christ who by His death on the cross vanquished Satan. The Church asks God that He will through these merits and through the intercession of the saints bless a person or thing, and make that which is blessed profitable to us fox both body and soul. Whether or not the effects manifest themselves in the person who receives the blessing, or makes use of the object blessed, depends on his faith and moral condition, as also on the usefulness or profit of the blessing to him. We should not, then, place obstacles in its way by diffidence in God and the prayers of the Church or by a sinful life, but should always be convinced. that these benedictions will serve for our benefit, if according to God's will they are used as the Church intends, as a means to overcome evil, to sanctify ourselves, and to honor God.

Why are salt and water blessed?

This is plainly shown in the prayer the priest says in blessing them; for he asks, in the name of the Church, that God may pour the virtue of His blessing over the water that it may conquer devils, prevent sickness, and that everything which is sprinkled with it, may be preserved from every injury, and that He may bless the salt, so that it may be salutary for the body and soul of all who use it. The salt which Eliseus sprinkled into the unwholesome waters of Jericho healed them, (IV King. II. 20. 21.) and is a type of blessed salt.

Why are the people sprinkled with holy water on Sundays?

To remind the people of the interior purity with which they should come to divine service, and fulfil the duties of their calling; and to exhort them to purify themselves from the stains of sin by tears of sorrow, and repentance. Hence the priest in sprinkling the faithful recites the words of the fiftieth psalm: Asperges me hyssopo, etc. Sprinkle me with hyssop, and I shall be cleansed; to remind them to preserve the purity and innocence procured by the blood of the Lamb of God, and communicated to them in baptism. Finally, the people are sprinkled that the temptations of the devil may depart from them, enabling them to attend with great fervor and with more recollection to the holy service.

What else is to be remembered concerning the use of blessed things?

That they are to be used with faithful confidence for the purpose for which the Church blessed them, and are to be treated with great reverence, because they are blessed by the Church in the name of Jesus, a custom almost as old as Christianity itself. The Christian must not believe that blessed things which he possesses, carries, or uses, will make him holy, for he should always remember that things blessed are only a means of sanctification, and are only effectual when the faithful have the earnest will to die rather than sin, to fight with all fervor against the enemies of their salvation, to follow Christ, and be thereby received into the freedom of the children of God, and into heaven.

The Only Secret We Need to Know

There have been many great challenges this past year, and even this past week.  Sometimes the questions seem impossible to answer, or as if nobody is listening when you do reply.  My own life is slipping away, and my time with my husband and family, too.  I am acutely aware of how precious each day is, how the years have flown by, and I chafe under the burden of this loss. 

On top of the actual work we face on the international scene day to day, we have to rebuild our American government with the help of thousands of other Americans who are coming forward without the benefit of decades of studying these issues, people who are often confused, or afraid, or angry, enmeshed in court cases, targeted by vindictive thugs, struggling with poverty, illness, or addiction.  Nonetheless, they come to save our country.  

And that's where my heart breaks and turns around and I stop thinking about myself, when I see them with all their hurts and lacks and still, they come to save their beloved country.  I shake my head, the tears come, and I brace myself for another day.  God never created more gallant people. 

The enemies of freedom, those who have plotted and schemed for their mean elitism and selfish benefit, are all about secrets.  They have secret societies and secret handshakes, secret spells, secret technologies, secret protocols, secret signs and signals, secret language, secret agendas, and on and on and on. 

They make lies a religion and confusion a goal.  They take delight in undermining and betraying their fellow man.   They fancy themselves "global citizens" without any loyalty to any home, not even, ultimately, the Earth. 

And for the sake of blackmail and control, they do things in secret so criminal and nasty, that normal people recoil in horrified disbelief.  

So they have their secrets, but we have our secrets, too.  

We have the secret joy and peace of knowing that we are doing the right thing for the right reasons.  We have the brotherhood of our countrymen, who far outnumber the self-proclaimed elitists.  We have the wisdom of poverty and striving and the growth of overcoming.  We bear the risks of caring, because we are big enough and brave enough to take on the challenges of living. 

Every Sunday afternoon, it is my great pleasure to write as many thank you notes as I can.  As I do so, I read the messages people send from all over the country, people of all ages, all colors, all ethnic backgrounds, bound together by love for this country and for their States of the Union.  It's a humbling moment as I think about each one of them and about their States and their communities, large cities and small towns, seaside and mountaintop, little ole cow towns in Texas, and farms in the Midwest where I grew up.  

And by the early evening, having made a good faith effort to answer my mail and say my thank yous, I feel tired, but I also feel inspired.  I rise up the next day with hope in my heart and grit for my determination.  In the end, the only secret there is and the only secret we need to know is love.
