The Politics of Love

What it boils down to is that those responsible for this Mess stand condemned under every form of law there is, including Sharia ---- except for The Law of Love.   And that is basically because Love knows no Law. 

The essence of Law is Limitation. The essence of Love is Limitless.

That is why Laws, even The Ten Commandments, are always written in negative terms.  Law tells you what not to do, instead of what you should or need to do.  It works by prohibition, not prescription.

"You shall have no other gods before me," could be written as "I am to be your only god."   "Thou shalt not kill," could be written as "Thou shall preserve life."   "Thou shalt not commit adultery," could be written as, "Thou shall honor the purity and commitment of your body."

You can see already that Law casts things in a negative light and places the emphasis on what "not" to do, and that by recasting the Law in positive terms a different, proactive attitude is achieved.  You are no longer focusing on what you shouldn't do, but instead, are focused on what you should and can do. 

Instead of resisting Evil according to the Law, you by-pass Evil entirely when you live by Love. Evil is converted into Live.  

The change in perspective from prohibition to prescription naturally changes your attitude toward the teaching and gives you a way forward by giving you a positive action to pursue. 

Instead of standing around trying to bulwark yourself against the lusts and temptations of the flesh, you are re-focused on promoting the health and wholeness of your body and honoring the importance of your physical relationships. Instead of being focused on killing as "the" issue,  you are focused on preserving life, a focus which naturally extends beyond mankind to understanding and caring about all forms of life.

Law is exclusive.  Love is inclusive.

Love transforms everything, overcomes everything.  It never speaks in negatives.  It has no prohibitions, because it seeks only what is good. It has no judgments, because love itself is the only judgment.  Love is not only the answer, it is the question.  It is whole and complete unto itself and needs no negative to give it clarity or meaning by contrast.

My Grandmother used to say, "It takes the darkness to make the light shine brighter."  In the physical sense of light and dark, yes, the contrast is necessary, but the spiritual light of love needs no darkness at all. 

We don't need to know hate in order to know love. 

This is because love is already complete.  It needs nothing else at all.

I was given a precious glimpse of the wholeness of love, through the unlikely mirror of a mentally ill alcoholic. The night before he "suicided" himself, I listened to his recitation of his life, his exit interview.  I listened without judgment, and I realized that this is the way that God loves each of us --- without judgment, without need, without limit, "as is" just the way we are, however we happen to be, in whatever condition.  

Out of its own wholeness, Love sees us as we are meant to be when we are complete.  Love sees us as already perfected.  Whatever our circumstance or our sin doesn't matter, because in the realm of Love, we are made perfect and all else is just the Refiner's Fire, burning away the dross. .

In the great answering silence, Love loves us, and as the actual Apostle Paul said, love endures all things, believes all things, hopes all things--- precisely because love has no limits within itself.  No Law. No Limits.

Because love has no law but is instead a law unto itself, love overcomes law. This is how Jesus overcome law. And death.  The law that limits life was broken, because love cannot be contained or limited by law.  

Given this background, you can now see how the "politics of love" comes into play; it is the only possible salvation for the guilty parties, and the more guilty, the more desperately they need to accept, to practice, to live by, and to champion The Law of Love.

It has been foretold for many generations that our Father would destroy the world by fire and bring to ruin those ruining the Earth.

Please note that the world is not the Earth.  The world is the man-made construct of society and trade and commerce --- the proverbial "Shiny Thing" that we have created and added on top of the Earth.

The destroying fire can be actual, physical fire, or it can be the fire of the Holy Spirit.   Our choice. 

There are those among us who have pledged their allegiance to The Kingdom of God.  They use the word "God" as an acronym for "Gold, Order, and Dominion"--- so "The Kingdom of Gold, Order, and Dominion" is what they are talking about when they say, "The Kingdom of God" and this is what they have endeavored to create, manipulate, and benefit from for centuries.

The gold is literally gold, the "order" is provided by the Church and the systems of law recognized by the Church, and dominion is the result of controlling both the gold and the standards and enforcement doctrines of the various kinds of law. 

This is, obviously, not The Kingdom of Heaven. 

The Kingdom of God is a man-made construct purposefully created to benefit a few kingpins and whatever goals they have in mind --- good or bad --- for the rest of us.  The laws that these Planners establish are just as flawed, limited, and in the end, self-interested, as the rest of this "world" superimposed upon the Earth. 

The Kingdom of Heaven, by comparison, has only Three Laws, so the entire vast corrupt legal system is rendered unnecessary and obsolete.  Instead of focusing attention on the now-80-plus million statutes that the Planners have created, The Law of Love, The Law of Peace, and The Law of Free Will provide the entire basis for ordering our own actions and the operations of the world we live in --- and the greatest of these Laws, is The Law of Love.

Heads Up, State Department!

We aren't dead, just sleeping. 

When you say that you issue Passports for U.S. Citizens and "non-citizen U.S. Nationals" you need to be clear about which "United States" you are referencing.  

One, two, all three?  

We have a problem here, Houston.  

We have millions of actual Americans who are either citizens or nationals of The United States, but based on your verbiage, you are only issuing Passports for Territorial United States Citizens and non-citizen Territorial United States Nationals.  

If that's true, then we need to come to an agreement regarding the political status and processing of Passports for actual Americans, who are only temporarily  under the custodianship of the Queen while engaged in travel on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways. 

We do not care to be misidentified as permanent residents of the Insular States. 

Please reply at your earliest convenience.  We are Protected Persons under international law and we are not receiving the right Passports.  

We can, of course, provide Passports of our own, but need to be told in a forthright manner that you are not providing Passports for Americans before we do so ---and some agreement and recognition of the problem must be reached between the Queen's Government and our own lawful government of The United States.  

We do not wish to cause any undue confusion or administrative dilemma, but there does need to be provision for the service and for a means to distinguish between British Territorial Citizens and Americans.

Bah, Humbug on the Democrats. And the Republicans.

They are both just political lobbies. Neither one are worth spitting on.

Think about it.

All you poor black and Hispanic and immigrant people out there, "your" political lobby has been largely controlling everything that goes on in Washington, DC, for decades. Decades.

And are you any better off? Really?

No, you are not. You are more isolated, more segregated, and worse off overall, if possible, than you were prior to and right after the Civil War. Strange, but true.

Back then, it was possible for a black man or woman to earn their freedom and enter into all the rights and privileges of a free and lawful Person. Black men even served as President of the United States (Corporation) long, long before Barack Obama.

But now, all people of color and all immigrants (since 1868) are automatically deemed to be slaves upholding the public debt -- that means lifetime servitude as a "14th Amendment citizen" without any possibility (so far as the Queen and her ilk and the Pope are concerned) of ever escaping this arbitrary (and as it turns out, fictional) political status.

Who would ever want to come to this country if they knew that little fact straight up front?

Oh, hello, you poor, you teeming masses..... welcome to the world's largest slave colony....right through this Golden Door.

Despite "your" political lobby, the Democrats, being in absolute control for decades --- the process of enslavement has only gotten worse, not better. This should give you cause to pause.

If the Democrats are your Political Lobby, and they have control --- in many cases having complete control of the House, the Senate and the Presidency for years at a time --- why are you all still in slave status, still either unemployed or being taxed to death, still struggling to gain privileges "conferred" on you by Congress called "Equal Civil Rights" instead of enjoying your Natural and Unalienable rights as Free Men and Women?

Great God Almighty, it's been over 150 years since these issues and a lot more, were supposed to be settled, done, and over. And your Party, your Political Lobbyists, have been in control most of the time ever since. How is this present situation even possible?

It's simple, once you look at it.

They've been selling you all a Big Fat Bill of Goods, promising one thing and delivering another, talking the talk and then, behind your backs, walking a whole different path.

It's not what they say, it's what they do.

And what they do is to stab working people, especially poor working people, in the back. What they do is to suck dry the middle class (once you make it that far) to fund welfare programs that they control and then use those programs to control and keep down the welfare recipients --- who are unemployed and dependent on the government because of the policies of the same Democrats.

They give away your money and labor to make themselves out as real good fellows and buy votes that way, while providing a princely sum of $300 a month in food stamps to a Widow with three little kids, no husband, and no job--- and waste the rest, billions upon billions of dollars--- paying off their party hacks and the labor unions and buying war machines.

Then they conscript your sons and daughters to run those war machines and teach you all to be very patriotic while at the same time denying your Veteran's Benefits.

Well, let's all sing Yankee Doodle Dandy and spit next time we see a Democrat walk down the street. Let's mentally paint a big "L" on their foreheads. That "L" can stand equally for "Liar" and "Loser" and "Let it be so!". They deserve it.

It is a gross travesty that Political Parties have been allowed to infest Washington and take over the functions of government. It's like some horrible game show where crooks and idiots get to spend billions of dollars at someone else's expense.

Yours.

It is not the American Way and this is not the way our American Government is supposed to be run, but what do you expect? Foreigners have been usurping upon and de facto running our government "for" us since 1868. They, the Foreigners, brought the Political Party System with them.

This is nothing American.

It's time we ran our government for ourselves, thank you. That's what the American States Assembly is all about. It's why you need to declare your proper political status and record it. It's the reason to ditch the Political Party System once and for all.

Candidates for public offices need to come forth from the people, not from a political lobby. And once in office, they need to act as Fiduciaries --- not "representatives". They need to be minding the Public Good and the Public Purse so that the government serves the People instead of the People serving the government.

The Democrats been lying through their teeth for the last 150 years and you don't have to argue about it or think very long. Just look at where you are and how bad things are, after decades of you all loyally voting for and putting Democrats into power.

It's all just stink, stank, and stunk. And what is your alternative?

Republicans are crooks of a slightly less hypocritical sort, there to grease the wheels for Big Business openly, while the Dems do the same for other Big Business interests behind your backs.

Either way, it's just a choice between Bad and Worse. Yucky and Mucky.

So hail and farewell to the Barbary Coast and both kinds of pirates, once and for all. Come on home to America. Come operate and restore the government you are owed. Declare your birthright political status and revoke any Voter Registration at all.

You were born to be Electors, not Voters.

So.... step to the plate, America.

Time, Work, and Being There

I spent a few days way out in the country this week, and no, it wasn't a vacation. It involved a lot of work, but from a different location. 

When I say 'way out in the country" it also implies going back in time.  Being off-grid places us automatically in the 1940's Rural America of our parents and grandparents.  

Flies, mosquitoes, and ants were still a big problem in the 1940's, and if you go far enough out in the county, they still are.  Insects are still handled in primitive ways in Bush Alaska: flies trapped on sticky paper, mosquitoes killed by putting drops of iodine and vinegar in water tanks, ant hills burned out with turpentine.  

Then there is the outhouse.  That icon of the past, is still with us today-- if you go out in the country far enough.  It takes a lot of maintenance to keep an outhouse clean and relatively odor free, but it can be done -- and still is.   About the only thing that has changed about the sanitation side of things is that we no longer have to use crinkled up sheets of the last year's Sear's Catalog for toilet paper. The bucket of Quick Lime is still the same. 

When the generator is off, there is still the silence of Nature --- which is actually raucous enough all by itself, just normally drowned out by the hum of electricity.  There's the Morning Chorus of bird songs to be heard and the rustling of leaves in the wind and the rushing sound of water.  It's a different kind of sound and a different kind of silence "Out There" where you can actually see the stars at night. 

I am, of course, used to this, grew up with it, and sink back into it as effortlessly as a duck paddling downstream. I can step out the back door and split kindling if I have to.  I can still clean a fish or pluck a chicken, use cast iron cookware, or bake a blueberry pie from scratch.  

Time is place, and mindset, too.  My son, who grew up with computers and cell phones and automobiles finds the past disconcerting.  What? There's no place to plug in my cell phone?   No USB port?  You have to do what?  How does this work?  What IS this thing?  

He holds up a "modern" hand-cranked appliance circa 1942...

For him, the actual, factual world is a surreal world, one that is disconnected from the ways and means he is used to.  It makes him nervous to be so close to the Great Beyond.  The idea of catching fish for dinner is somewhat odd. 

It's the same thing for all of us when it comes to learning the actual history of this country.  It's so different, so unexpected, and so much more colorful and complex than anything we were taught.  The whole panoply of past experience opens up and takes on life and logic of its own. 

Once you experience the past you know why you, a living man or woman, are part of the land and soil jurisdiction.  It makes sense --- your body comes from the land and soil and returns to it after death.  The ground we stand on, is the final being, home, and resting place of all our ancestors.  

There is a logic, a reason, that we are part of this country, and not just this nation.  

There is a reason that we are owed the Law of the Land. 

It is this fundamental truth, this circumstance of Being, that all the purveyors of fantasy and the con artists in the courtrooms and the Wall Street geeks and the Producers in Hollywood are trying to avoid.

I remember my younger cousin being astonished when she learned that John Wayne was dead.  "But I just saw him yesterday at the movies....."    This is the Fake World, where the man is dead, but the image lives on.  This is the world where fiction is mistaken for fact, the world where people like Henry Kissinger try to plan out the next 200 years for the rest of us. 

I sometimes get grouchy because I find myself having to explain what Thomas Jefferson deemed "self-evident"---but Thomas Jefferson lived in a different place in time.  What was self-evident to him has become obscure for us now.  We have lost our fundamental footing on the land and soil, and that precious connection with where we come from and what we ultimately are.  

We forget where we came from and then, lose track of where we are going, and after that, we get careless about how we are getting there, too.  For some, indeed, for far too many people, the ends seem to justify the means.  

The Truth is nicely hidden from us behind a wall of Plexi-glass and shiny metal, the same way that living women are hidden behind the image of a Barbie doll.  My Economics Professor used to call all these obstacles to honest perception "The Shiny Object".  He'd take us out on field trips and confront us with "issues of ultimate value".  

Do you want a drink of water or a blanket to stay warm?  

Your choices and your clarity about those choices not only  impact your comfort level, but your survival in the actual world---  the world I visited this past week, if only for a brief refresher course.  

Forget about the Shiny Objects long enough to get grounded again this summer.  Think deep thoughts about the nature of mankind and what is truly valuable.  Appreciate the men and women who make the abundance of your food possible, who sew your clothes, who forge your tools.  

Try making a blueberry pie from scratch--- maybe for the first time, or like me, remembering how to.  

Think about how that bratwurst sizzling on your grill got there.  Think about the gasoline filling your tank.  

Once you stop long enough to think about it, you will know that it all comes from the Earth, through labor, for your use and possession for a time.  It's the same story for us all.  We all come from the Earth, through labor, to have and hold our own life as a possession for a time.  

This core knowledge of what we are, where we come from, and where we are going, is part of what Jefferson deemed to be self-evident, and what we have to remember -- if we are to make sense of our own lives and to restore our lawful government.

Operation Wet Back

Back in the 1950's, when Americans were not pre-programmed to be politically correct, General Dwight D. Eisenhower and his Staff conducted Operation Wet Back.  They used US Army and Federal Agency personnel to sweep through the Southern and Western States and remove all undocumented aliens back to their countries of origin.  If I recall correctly, more than a million people, mostly South American in origin, were ultimately returned home.  

They were returned home and the home country got a stern warning: you are responsible for the care and conduct of your own people within the international community.  We respect your borders.  You respect ours.  

End of communique. 

And that was that.  No crisis.  No political Flim-Flam.  No Mexican flags flying above the American flag in LA.  No pretense that "treaties" signed by unhinged members of political parties have anything to do with us and our States and our People and our land and soil.  No South American Gang Members being allowed to come here and cause trouble.  

Threat to our security.  Boom.  End of that problem. 

Eisenhower performed the duty owed by the Territorial United States Government and the U.S. Military and the Commander-in-Chief to protect and defend our land and soil against any kind of invasion--- without fanfare, without apology, without political correctness, and without a nod to the Municipal Congress, either. 

So now here we are, the actual States of the Union, flexing our muscle and making visitation upon our erstwhile Federal Employees.  Consider it a Surprise Inspection after a 150 years, but here we are.  

We find that Donald Trump is attempting to do his duty, but various members of the Joint Chiefs and PENTAGON are having difficulty understanding exactly what their duty is and who is owed Performance under the contracts, treaties, and agreements which allow their own existence as "Persons" and which delegates the empowerment they exercise in our behalf.  

So here it is, boys, spelled out in black and white.  

Your paychecks come from the States and People represented by The United States of America--- not "the" United States of America and not "the" United States, either.   The Queen and the Pope are both just acting as middlemen under our Delegated Power.  Your actual duty to perform is owed to us--- the American States and People.  Period. 

Anything and anyone that threatens us and our well-being, whether foreign --- like the hordes of illegal immigrants -- or domestic, like renegade members of Congress - you are under absolute obligation to protect us, our peace, and our well-being. 

If that means building a physical wall, so be it.  If it means telling South American Governments to back off, so be it.  If it means rounding up illegal immigrants and arresting Municipal Officers operating unauthorized "Sanctuary Cities" on our shores, so be it.  If it means arresting members of Congress who have violated the Public Trust, so be it. Deport them along with the illegal immigrants. If it means being politically incorrect, so be it.  

Do your duty.  Do it no matter what yelling and screaming it provokes.  Do it no matter who snivels and cries in the New York Times.   You don't owe Performance to U.S. Citizens, but you do owe Performance to us: the American States and People. 

So, as you can now see, it is all very simple.  You all do your duty to the Public Law and the States and the People of this country, or----what good are you? Exactly what do we need you for?  

We'll fire your flat rumps and hire someone else who will do the job we hired them to do.  We'll suspend your pensions for Dereliction of Duty.  We will Dishonorably Discharge the whole General Staff.  And we won't blink or be acting guilty or apologizing or being politically correct about it, either. 

Better get on board.   The Ship of State is sailing.

The Status and Operations of the United States in 30 Points

This is not rocket science.  We all just have to learn a few things we have never been taught.

1. The American Civil War was not a war.  It was a Mercenary Conflict fought on our shores between opposing commercial corporations. 

2.  Both the North and the South were “Confederate States” – meaning incorporated businesses run under the auspices of the States of America confederation which was formed in 1781 under The Articles of Confederation.

3.  Confederate States are not States; they are “States of States” --- businesses hired to provide governmental services to our actual States and People.   They may be viewed as subcontractors of the States.

4. The Confederate States of States, like The State of Florida and The State of Wisconsin  were supposed to be the primary Federal service providers and to operate under The Constitution for the united States of America.

5.  In 1863, Abraham Lincoln bankrupted the Northern States of States.  The only Office he had left that he controlled was that of Commander-in-Chief, so he imposed a form of Martial Law called The Lieber Code and began to rule by Executive Order. 

6.  The Office of the Commander-in-Chief falls under the auspices of the Territorial United States Government and is responsible for coordinating joint defense for the States between American Land and Air Forces and the US Navy which remains under direct control of the British Monarch.  As such, this Office is under the British Territorial Constitution known as The Constitution of the United States of America. 

7.  In the years since this began, The Lieber Code has morphed into The Hague Conventions, which apply to Territorial Government activities.   Land jurisdiction governments meanwhile formed The Geneva Conventions.   

8.  The affairs of the remaining elements of the Federal Government in 1865  entered into an uneasy Trusteeship pending the “reconstruction” of the American States of States and day to day operations were entrusted to the British-backed Territorial United States Government.

9. So what we had for a “Federal Government” coming out of the Civil War was a British Trust Protectorate overseen by an American-elected Commander-in-Chief operating under The Lieber Code (later The Hague Conventions) and ruling via Executive Orders.  That’s what we still have today.

10.  Please note that none of this ever involved our actual States.  This is all about the administration and/or mis-administration of the Federal Government and those functions delegated to it via the Constitutions.

11.  Meanwhile, the only other surviving part of the original Federal Government structure, the Municipal United States Government entrusted to the members of Congress under Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17, regrouped itself and began a long process by which it, too, has attempted to usurp upon the authority of the actual States and People of this country.

12.  By the end of the Spanish American War, the British Trust Protectorate had insinuated itself as the de facto government of this country and acting in its Territorial Capacity, the Congress assumed “War Powers” and “Emergency Powers” for itself that were never granted to it-- under Title 50, the Trading With the Enemy Act--- which again, does not involve our actual States or People at all, except to exempt us. 

13. The Trading With the Enemy Act establishes a gigantic trust and defines “the United States” as any place the U.S. military occupies.   This allows the U.S. military to vastly expand its Territorial operations and acquisitions on a worldwide basis, and that is precisely what it has done and the reason for establishing 950 U.S. military bases all over the globe.

14. Along with this vast expansion and extension of Territorial Government power, the Municipal United States Government has expanded commercial franchises in every corner of the globe, setting up corporate franchises for itself, such as CANADA and NEW SOUTH WALES, to promote and control business operations associated with the Territorial Government expansion.

15. Obviously, all of this is going on under the auspices of the British Government and the Pope’s Municipal Government manipulating the American Protectorate and using and abusing our resources and our people to do it. 

16.  They have principally endeavored to defraud and dis-inherit the actual States and People of this country via a series of collusive constructive fraud schemes, and sought to ultimately evade the limitations of the Constitutions and International Treaties that have empowered them.

17.  This constructive fraud begins when the Territorial Government “seizes” upon American babies born within the borders of one of our States and falsifies information about their identity and political status so as to conscript them and register them as Territorial United States Citizens.

18.  This has the effect of kidnapping and transporting Americans from their natural jurisdiction on the land and soil of their actual State, and into the foreign international jurisdiction of the sea: press-ganging, which has been outlawed for two centuries worldwide. 

19.  Thus misidentified by the Territorial United States Government as Territorial U.S. Citizens and deprived therefore of their property rights and Good Names and lawful identities, the victims are leased as property assets (collateral) to the United States, Inc. run by the Municipal United States Government. 

20.  The Municipal United States Government seizes upon the Territorial Legal Persons--  which are all defined as Foreign Situs Trusts,  and spins off its own corporate franchises operating under various NAMES – JOHN MARK DOE, for example,  is a Municipal Cestui Que Vie Trust named ultimately after the living American victim.  

21. All of this has been done in Gross Breach of Trust, in deliberate conspiracy against the Constitutions, in violation of the Geneva Conventions, and under False Presumptions.

22. The first False Presumption is that our States and People are subject to The Law of Belligerent Occupation as the result of a 150 year-old commercial Mercenary Conflict that we were never engaged in. 

23. Our States and People are in fact owed The Law of Peace, as described by United States Army Pamphlet AR 27-161-1 and have suffered Gross Breach of Trust and Gross Mis-Administration of the Protectorate.

24. Any Powers exercised or conferred upon or delegated to either the Territorial Government or the Municipal Government of the United States derives directly from the actual States and People of this country, which they have deliberately mis-identified as Confederate States of States and as British Territorial Citizens.  

25. Without us and our continued support, their “Persons” disappear along with the Constitutions allowing and defining their existence.

26.  Whereupon we observe that the Municipal United States Corporations have all been bankrupted and we are the Priority Creditors, owed $25 Trillion as our National Credit, plus many other considerations. 

27. Whereupon we also note that as bankrupt Subcontractors, all “Powers” vested in any incompetent or insolvent entity, return immediately to the Delegators --- to the States and People and their unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America.

28. The Trustees overseeing the bankruptcy of the United States, Inc.  and also the USA. Inc. franchises are responsible for returning Full Faith and Credit to The United States of America, its member States, and People.

29.  By Maxim of Law, possession by pirates does not change ownership of assets, and any Persons seeking to seize upon and exploit the assets of Trust Property arising from any Federal claim at all, are pirates by definition with respect to our land and soil jurisdiction States and People.

30. Those responsible for these atrocities committed against the American States and People –an attempted genocide on paper – have acted in criminal Breach of Trust and they must make prompt correction and amends to avoid being identified as criminals guilty of capital crimes and treason.

For Confused Continental Marshals

The Continental Marshals Service serves the Land Jurisdiction of The United States of America.  

The Land Jurisdiction is an international jurisdiction belonging to The United States, but controlled and operated by The United States of America.  This is where we get "States of the Union" meaning "States belonging to the Union". 

These States are all Federation Compact States -- Wisconsin, Florida, Texas, California, Ohio..... not to be confused with "states of states". 

The United States = the Union = republican states = national jurisdiction. 

The United States of America = the Federation = States of the Union = international jurisdiction.

These unincorporated business structures are not to be confused with the Territorial United States Government doing business "in our name" as "the" United States of America, nor with the Municipal United States Government doing business in our name as "the" United States.  

From the foregoing you can see that Continental Marshals have enforcement authority under direct delegation from the unincorporated government that is in charge of the international jurisdiction owed to the States in general and that government is The United States of America. 

They have primary responsibility for enforcing the Law of the Land including the Constitutions, the Un-revised United States Statutes-at-Large, Postal Laws and issues arising under the Reserved Powers of the Tenth Amendment.  

As international land jurisdiction Officers they are not under any authority vested in the individual States, are not part of the State Militias; like the sea-going US Marshals their turf is defined by Districts --- in the case of Continental Marshals, they work within Postal Districts that may overlap several States.  

The structure mandated is that each State has one Chief Marshal and each Postal District has a District Chief Marshal, all organized under a single Chief Marshal of The United States of America.  Deputy Marshals serve under the direction of the Chief Marshal for their State or the District Chief Marshal as the issues and needs may demand. 

So long as the Constitutions are honored, the duties of the Continental Marshals are limited to protecting the land jurisdiction of this country as described: Constitutional Issues, Un-Revised US Statutes-at-Large, Reserved Powers (Amendment X) and Postal Laws.  

If the Constitutions are vacated, the Continental Marshals become responsible for enforcing all aspects of international law within their Districts.

Continental Marshals serve a unique interface between the County Sheriffs and the Federal Government; when County Sheriffs need assistance to enforce Constitutional guarantees, the Continental Marshals are there to assist; when County Sheriffs fail to uphold the Constitutional guarantees and other Natural and Unalienable Rights of the American People, the Continental Marshals can be called upon.  

Some of the men now serving as Continental Marshals are confused because they are being required to Expatriate from "the" United States.  They mistake "the" United States --- the foreign Municipal Government created by Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 for the actual United States: The United States. 

This confusion has been promoted for many decades by gangs of political lobbyists who have used it to commandeer the wealth and resources of our country.  The Municipal United States Government is operating "in our names" because it exercises some of our Powers which were delegated to it under The Constitution of the United States.  

Please look carefully at the names of things --- The Constitution of the United States is referring to the Municipal United States Government, not The United States, just as The Constitution of the United States of America is referring to the Territorial United States Government and not The United States of America. 

Continental Marshals must be able to identify the Federal Entities and know the constitutional limitations placed on those entities, must be able to tell the difference between an actual State and a State of State  or STATE OF STATE incorporated franchise. 

Expatriating from both  "the" Municipal and Territorial United States leaves Continental Marshals free to stand upon their lawful jurisdiction as Americans and allows them to enter the international land jurisdiction of The United States of America where they work as Lawful Persons engaged in the enforcement of international law.

If they do not expatriate from the foreign Dual Citizenship capacity of US Government Employees, they cannot lawfully enter upon the Land Jurisdiction of this Country and do their jobs.  More importantly, if they are confused with US Marshals, they may be mis-identified as threats or as charlatans impersonating US Marshals.  

The only way to guard against this is to have their paperwork in order and properly recorded and a firm grasp on exactly what their duty and source of authority is.  

Duty: Enforce the Constitutions, the Un-Revised United States Statutes-at-Large, the Postal Laws, and any issues arising under the Reserved Powers of Amendment X.  Assist county peacekeeping officials and local people to enforce the Public Law owed to this country. 

Turf and Authority:  Established Postal Districts and groupings of States within the Postal Districts.  Continental Marshals are Federal Postal District Officers under the original Federal Constitution, The Constitution for the united States of America, and they are working for The United States of America --- not the Queen, and not the Pope.
