I was covering the event for the independent press. I was getting great footage and many of the delegates were thoughtful and also said I asked very good questions.

So I'm standing in the bar area having a beer with a few delagates and from my experience with the freeman process I brought up the fact that since the delegates were chosen by paper ballot and the voters were UNREGISTERED - they had actually elected a de-jure government that had clear lawful authority OVER the de-facto "government" that claims to have authority and carries the guns.

READY TO DEFEND: Oath Keepers speak out at inaugural conference

Group appeals to current, former police, military members to uphold Constitution.
No amount of controversy will keep Oath Keepers from educating people about what it means to support and defend the Constitution.

That was the message Saturday during the kickoff of the group's inaugural national conference, a two-day event that comes at a time when Oath Keepers is experiencing a surge in membership and notoriety.
Appearing on the MSNBC show "Hardball," Rhodes was questioned by host Chris Matthews about his "vigilante group" and on his "strange view of the world."

Matthews talked about a recent Southern Poverty Law Center report that identified Oath Keepers as a "particularly worrisome example of the Patriot revival," a movement the law center said could carry out acts of anti-government and racist violence.
Lou Dobbs of CNN had a different opinion of Oath Keepers. On his radio show, Dobbs praised Rhodes for efforts that should bring "solace and comfort" to everyone.
Both Dobbs and Rhodes accused the Southern Poverty Law Center of perpetuating the same kind of intolerance it claims to condemn.

I know of several JP court justices that seem to think an order of protection is the remedy for absolutely everything. They slam the gavel and issue an order that makes the responder look guilty of all kinds of crimes on just the sayso of the complainant without ever requiring the person complaining to provide any evidence, photos, afidavits, witnesses, or any proof whatsoever, and all this without benefit of any jury of their peers. These JP judges deny the respondent the ability to call any witnesses for the defense, or have any character witnesses in the courtroom. They "convict" the respondent on the spot of whatever they have been accused of by their own judgement alone. Then the sheriff will use that unsubstantiated order like they would use a conviction, to build a case for other and maybe unrelated charges, all trumped up to smear and defame their own political opponents, and destroy the lives of the accused, and now "convicted" by only a Judge's sayso.


This happens daily in Montana and all over the nation. There is no protection for the accused in this scenario whatsoever. What happened to "Innocent until proven guilty beyond a doubt"? The JP courts are not a court of record, so it's easy for the JP judges to simply deny any wrongdoing. And trying to get that order reviewed by a state district court is very expensive and time consuming, so much so that the respondent won't be able to do it. The JP judges know that. They count on it. They abuse their power and use it as a weapon to destroy their political opposition.

This is exactly the kind of abuse of power that the Grand Jury is designed to protect We the People from.

We the People can and must use every lawful means to eliminate this corruption if our children are to live in a free county and country, rather than a marxist democracy mob rule of men, making the rules as they go. You have the right as a trial juror to judge of the law as well as the facts in any case you are on.

You already have that right. You don't have to lobby for it. You don't have to get any new laws passed.

You don't have to change the Constitution. You just have to understand and exercise your rights. You have to take command in the jury room, and educate your fellow jurors. You have to enforce the Constitution and nullify bad laws in the jury room. You have to uphold the God given "unalienable" natural laws expressed and protected by the Constitution in the jury room. It's your power, unless you give it away to the judge when he tells you that you don't have it. That is right. The judges abuse their power by saying you must take the law "the way I give it to you" in effect saying you are too stupid to understand it. This arrogance needs to be stopped and soon. In fact the most famous Judge to make this mistake was a signer of the Declaration of Independence, Samuel Chase. In the US v. Callender case attempted to rule that a jury could not decide the Constututionality of a law. It may have been partially by the following statement that he averted impeachment.

SAMUEL CHASE (Justice, U. S. Supreme Court and signer of the Declaration of Independence; in 1804): "The jury has the right to determine both the law and the facts."

Some people would like you to believe that the ordinary citizen is incapable of understanding these issues. Some would like you to believe you are too dumb to read these laws and make sense of them. They want your mind in a box of their own creation. You need to think outside their box, like the founders did.

You need to understand and exercise your rights guaranteed by the US Constitution. If you don't you will lose those God given and Constitutionally protected rights forever, for yourself and your posterity.

I choose to fight with the law first. We shall see later how unlawful and corrupt these "rule of men" people really are. I say again. those who oppose this lawful idea of reviving the standing Grand Jury should be the first to be investigated. Without accusing them of anything, I would bet that many get a paycheck from some branch of government.

It seems that leftists don't want you to know these history lessons. It seems they don't want you to exercise your true power to stop corruption. So now it's up to you. You no longer can say "But what can we do about it?"

MHRN; Ready, Fire, Aim

Travis McAdam of the Montana Human Rights Network (MHRN) is troubled by folks who want our governments to operate within the constraints of the Constitution. Not surprising. That's MHRN's thing, being troubled.

MHRN was troubled about:

- U. of M. law professor Rob Natelson. They publicly accused him of "anti-Semitism," later learning that Natelson is Jewish.

- Me. They accused me of being a racist when an article I wrote was published by J.J. Johnson (friend J.J. is a very Black guy - MHRN was ignorant of this minor detail), coincidentally the same week presidential candidate and Ambassador Alan Keyes was a guest in my home (Keyes is Black, too - Montana had a chuckle over that glaring MHRN stumble).

- A Mission Valley guy, calling him an anti-Indian racist, only to be sued because he's a full-blood Native American (result - required MHRN apology).

MHRN's goal is to stifle free speech they dislike by accusing speakers of evil intent or connections. It's amusing that they are so often so wrong; a perpetual case of ready, fire, aim.

Watching the MHRN is more entertaining than watching the Three Stooges.
Although they're reliable for comic relief, hardly anyone takes them  seriously.

What you quoted from our website at http://www.lincolncountywatch.org/ was essentially quoted correctly except it was wildly out of context. It would have been fair, however if you had included the link to our site.

The attitude of your article however was very prejudiced, and it shows vividly to your readers. All the MHRN has left are the same old tired buzzwords of the last decade, and the people don't believe them any more.
Your newspaper must be getting desperate for attention for you to keep on publishing that drivel, and like many other newspapers who don't print the real news but favor the liberal view you must be losing money by the barrel.
Wake up and realize that there is a reason the Glenn Beck show is so wildly popular and setting all kinds of records for attendance. Just trying to help the cause of true journalistic excellence.

The Son of God here, and elsewhere in the gospel, confirms His word by an oath, as it were, for swearing is nothing else than to call upon God, His divine veracity, His justice, or upon His creatures in the name of God, as witness of the truth of our words, -- Is swearing, then, lawful, and when?  --  It is lawful when justice or necessity or an important advantage requires it, and the cause is true and equitable. (Jer. iv.2.)
Those sin grievously, therefore, who swear to that which is false and unjust, because they call upon God as witness of falsehood and injustice, by which His eternal truthfulness and justice is desecrated; those sin who swear in a truthful cause whithout necessity and sufficient reason, because it is disrespectful to call upon God as witness for every trivial thing.
In like manner, those sin grieviously and constantly who are so accustomed to swearing as to break out into oaths, without knowing or considering whether the thing is true or false, whether they will keep their promise or not, or even if they will be able to keep it; such expose themselves to the danger of swearing falsely. "There is no one," says St. Chrysostom, "who swears often, who does not sometimes swear falsely, just as he who speaks much, sometimes says unbecoming and false things."

On Thursday afternoon, a radicalized Muslim US Army officer shouting "Allahu Akbar!" committed the worst act of terror on American soil since  9/11. And no one wants to call it an act of terror or associate it with Islam.

What cowards we are. Political correctness killed those patriotic Americans at Ft. Hood as surely as the Islamist gunman did. And the media treat it like a case of non-denominational shoplifting.

This was a terrorist act. When an extremist plans and executes a murderous plot against our unarmed soldiers to protest our efforts to counter Islamist fanatics, it's an act of terror. Period.

When the terrorist posts anti-American hate-speech on the Web; apparently praises suicide bombers and uses his own name; loudly criticizes US policies; argues (as a psychiatrist, no less) with his military patients over the worth of their sacrifices; refuses, in the name of Islam, to be photographed with female colleagues; lists his nationality as "Palestinian" in a Muslim spouse-matching program, and parades around central Texas in a fundamentalist playsuit - well, it only seems fair to call this terrorist an "Islamist terrorist."

But the president won't. Despite his promise to get to all the facts. Because there's no such thing as "Islamist terrorism" in ObamaWorld.

And the Army won't. Because its senior leaders are so sick with political correctness that pandering to America-haters is safer than calling terrorism "terrorism."

And the media won't. Because they have more interest in the shooter than in our troops - despite their crocodile tears.

Maj. Nadal Malik Hasan planned this terrorist attack and executed it in cold blood. The resulting massacre was the first tragedy. The second was that he wasn't killed on the spot.

Hasan survived. Now the rest of us will have to foot his massive medical bills. Activist lawyers will get involved, claiming "harassment" drove him temporarily insane. There'll be no end of trial delays. At best, taxpayer dollars will fund his prison lifestyle for decades to come, since our politically correct Army leadership wouldn't dare pursue or carry out the death penalty.

Maj. Hasan will be a hero to Islamist terrorists abroad and their sympathizers here. While US Muslim organizations decry his acts publicly, Hasan will be praised privately.  And he'll have the last laugh.

But Hasan isn't the sole guilty party. The US Army's unforgivable political correctness is also to blame for the casualties at Ft. Hood. Given the myriad warning signs, it's appalling that no action was taken against a man apparently known to praise suicide bombers and openly damn US policy. But no officer in his chain of command, either at Walter Reed Army Medical Center or at Ft. Hood, had the guts to take meaningful action against a dysfunctional soldier and an incompetent doctor.

Had Hasan been a Lutheran or a Methodist, he would've been gone with the simoon. But officers fear charges of discrimination when faced with misconduct among protected minorities.

Now 12 soldiers and a security guard lie dead. 31 soldiers were wounded,  28 of them seriously. If heads don't roll in this maggot's chain of command, the Army will have shamed itself beyond moral redemption.

There's another important issue, too. How could the Army allow an obviously incompetent and dysfunctional psychiatrist to treat our troubled soldiers returning from war? An Islamist whacko is counseled for arguing with veterans who've been assigned to his care? And he's not removed from duty? What planet does the Army live on?

For the first time since I joined the Army in 1976, I'm ashamed of its dereliction of duty. The chain of command protected a budding terrorist who was waving one red flag after another. Because it was safer for careers than doing something about him. Get ready for the apologias. We've already heard from the terrorist's family that "he's a good American." In their world, maybe he is.

But when do we, the American public, knock off the PC nonsense?

A disgruntled Muslim soldier murdered his officers way back in 2003, in Kuwait, on the eve of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Recently? An American mullah shoots it out with the feds in Detroit. A Muslim fanatic attacks an Arkansas recruiting station. A Muslim media owner, after playing the peace card, beheads his wife. A Muslim father runs over his daughter because she's becoming too Westernized.

Muslim terrorist wannabes are busted again and again. And we're assured that "Islam's a religion of peace."

The large-scale government intervention in the economy is going to end badly.



Any number of pundits claim that we have now passed the worst of the recession. Green shoots of recovery are supposedly popping up all around the country, and the economy is expected to resume growing soon at an annual rate of 3% to 4%. Many of these are the same people who insisted that the economy would continue growing last year, even while it was clear that we were already in the beginning stages of a recession.


A false recovery is under way. I am reminded of the outlook in 1930, when the experts were certain that the worst of the Depression was over and that recovery was just around the corner. The economy and stock market seemed to be recovering, and there was optimism that the recession, like many of those before it, would be over in a year or less. Instead, the interventionist policies of Hoover and Roosevelt caused the Depression to worsen, and the Dow Jones industrial average did not recover to 1929 levels until 1954. I fear that our stimulus and bailout programs have already done too much to prevent the economy from recovering in a natural manner and will result in yet another asset bubble.

Anytime the central bank intervenes to pump trillions of dollars into the financial system, a bubble is created that must eventually deflate. We have seen the results of Alan Greenspan's excessively low interest rates: the housing bubble, the explosion of subprime loans and the subsequent collapse of the bubble, which took down numerous financial institutions. Rather than allow the market to correct itself and clear away the worst excesses of the boom period, the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury colluded to put taxpayers on the hook for trillions of dollars. Those banks and financial institutions that took on the largest risks and performed worst were rewarded with billions in taxpayer dollars, allowing them to survive and compete with their better-managed peers.

This is nothing less than the creation of another bubble. By attempting to cushion the economy from the worst shocks of the housing bubble's collapse, the Federal Reserve has ensured that the ultimate correction of its flawed economic policies will be more severe than it otherwise would have been. Even with the massive interventions, unemployment is near 10% and likely to increase, foreigners are cutting back on purchases of Treasury debt and the Federal Reserve's balance sheet remains bloated at an unprecedented $2 trillion. Can anyone realistically argue that a few small upticks in a handful of economic indicators are a sign that the recession is over?

What is more likely happening is a repeat of the Great Depression. We might have up to a year or so of an economy growing just slightly above stagnation, followed by a drop in growth worse than anything we have seen in the past two years. As the housing market fails to return to any sense of normalcy, commercial real estate begins to collapse and manufacturers produce goods that cannot be purchased by debt-strapped consumers, the economy will falter. That will go on until we come to our senses and end this wasteful government spending.

Government intervention cannot lead to economic growth. Where does the money come from for Tarp (Treasury's program to buy bad bank paper), the stimulus handouts and the cash for clunkers? It can come only from taxpayers, from sales of Treasury debt or through the printing of new money. Paying for these programs out of tax revenues is pure redistribution; it takes money out of one person's pocket and gives it to someone else without creating any new wealth. Besides, tax revenues have fallen drastically as unemployment has risen, yet government spending continues to increase. As for Treasury debt, the Chinese and other foreign investors are more and more reluctant to buy it, denominated as it is in depreciating dollars.

The only remaining option is to have the Fed create new money out of thin air. This is inflation. Higher prices lead to a devalued dollar and a lower standard of living for Americans. The Fed has already overseen a 95% loss in the dollar's purchasing power since 1913. If we do not stop this profligate spending soon, we risk hyperinflation and seeing a 95% devaluation every year.

Continental Congress 2009, To Defend, not amend the Constitution!

This grass roots CC2009 event is NOT a Constitutional Convention, which we are wholeheartedly against as such a Convention would only serve to limit our unalienable rights. They are easily confused, especially because it's been 225 years since "We The People" have had to convene a Continental Congress.

The States Can Stop Obama!

By now we have all heard the clichés and seen the posters from the "Tea Parties" espousing freedom, less government, and perhaps most of all, how the federal government had better back off trying to shove their national healthcare down our otherwise healthy throats. The truth of the matter is all the slogans of "Don't Tread On Me" or "Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Death" or "We're Mad As Hell And We're Not Taking It Anymore," don't mean a thing when compared to reality; the real and actual answer to all the protests, marches, and outrage. The answer is in our own backyards!
The States can stop every bit of it! That's right, the individual States can stop "Obamacare" and all other forms of out-of-control federal government mandates and "big brother" tactics. If Arizona, Hawaii, New Hamshire, Texas, etc. want nothing to do with National Healthcare as proposed by Barack Obama or Congress, then all they have to do is say "No!"

For you skeptics who think the States could no more do this than fly to the moon, let's look at the law. First, the U.S. Constitution is the ultimate and supreme law of the land. More specifically, the Bill of Rights was established, because some of our Founding Fathers, feared that the Constitution did not go far enough in restricting or limiting the central government. Hamilton was one of a select few who wanted a bigger and powerful federal government. However, several key states and powerful delegates such as Patrick Henry, said they would not support the formation of a new government if the Constitution did not contain a Bill of Rights, a supreme law to establish basic and fundamental human rights that could never, for all future American generations, be violated, altered or encroached upon by government. So the Framers of our Constitution came up with ten; ten God-given freedoms that would forever be held inviolable by our own governments.

The last of these basic, foundational, principles was the one to protect the power, sovereignty, and the autonomy of the States; the Tenth Amendment. This amendment and law underscores the entire purpose of the Constitution to limit government and forbids the federal government from becoming more powerful than the "creator." Let's be very clear here; the States in this case were the creator. They formed the federal government, not the other way around. Does anyone believe rationally that the States intended to form a new central government to control and command the States at will?

Nothing could be further from the truth. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution details what duties the federal government will be responsible for under our new system of "balanced power." Anything not mentioned in Article 1, Sec. 8, is "reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." (Tenth Amendment) Hence, the federal government was not allowed creativity or carte blanche to expand or assume power wherever and whenever they felt like it. The feds had only discrete and enumerated and very limited powers. Omnipotency was the last thing the Founding Fathers intended to award the newly formed federal government. They had just fought the Revolutionary War to stop such from Britain and their main concern was to prevent a recurrence here in America.

In perhaps the most recent and powerful Tenth Amendment decision in modern history, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Mack/Printz v U.S. that "States are not subject to federal direction." But today's federal Tories argue that the "supremacy clause" of the U.S. Constitution says that the federal government is supreme and thus, trumps the States in all matters. Wrong!
The supremacy clause is dealt with in Mack/Printz, in which the Supreme Court stated once and for all that the only thing "supreme" is the constitution itself.
Our constitutional system of checks and balances certainly did not make the federal government king over the states, counties, and cities. Justice Scalia opined for the majority in Mack/Printz, that "Our citizens would have two political capacities, one state and one federal, each protected from incursion by the other."
So yes, it is the duty of the State to stop the Obamacare "incursion." To emphasize this principle Scalia quotes James Madison, "The local or municipal authorities form distinct and independent portions of the Supremacy, no more subject within their respective spheres, to the general authority than the general authority is subject to them, within its own sphere."

The point to remember here is; where do we define the "sphere" of the federal government? That's right; in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution and anything not found within this section belongs to the States or to the People. So where does health care belong? The last place it belongs is with the President or Congress It is NOT their responsibility, and the States need to make sure that Obama does not overstep his authority.
Just in case there is any doubt as to what the Supreme Court meant, let's take one more look at Mack/Printz. "This separation of the two spheres is one of the Constitution's structural protections of liberty. Hence, a double security arises to the rights of the people. The different governments will control each other..." What? The Constitution, the supreme law of the land, has as a "structural protection of liberty" that States will keep the federal government in check? No wonder it was called a system of "checks and balances." The States (and Counties) are to maintain the balance of power by keeping the feds within their proper sphere.

So do the States have to take the bullying of the federal government? Not hardly! The States do not have to take or support or pay for Obamacare or anything else from Washington DC. The States are not subject to federal direction. They are sovereign and "The Constitution protects us from our own best intentions." (Mack/Printz) Which means the States can tell national healthcare proposals or laws to take a flying leap off the Washington monument. We are not subject to federal direction!

In the final order pursuant to the Mack/Printz ruling Scalia warned, "The federal government may neither, issue directives requiring the States to address particular problems, nor command the States' officers, or those of their political subdivisions, to administer or enforce a federal regulatory program.Such commands are fundamentally incompatible with our constitutional system of dual sovereignty." It is rather obvious that nationalized healthcare definitely qualifies as a "federal regulatory program."

Thus, the marching on Washington and pleas and protests to our DC politicians are misdirected. Such actions are "pie in the sky" dreaming that somehow expects the tyrants who created the tyranny, will miraculously put a stop to it. Throughout the history of the world such has never been the case.

Tyrants have never stopped their own corrupt ways. However, in our system of "dual sovereignty," the States can do it. If we are to take back America and keep this process peaceful, then state and local officials will have to step up to the plate. Doing so is what States' Rights and State Sovereignty are all about.

After the release of my last column "Freedom's Destruction by Constitutional De-Construction," I received so many responses to my statement, "The people of the states [must] once again reject this national form of government and assert and defend the principles of federalism," that I felt the need to develop this subject more thoroughly. The question I received was: "How can I choose federalism once again?" Indeed, answering this question is crucial to injecting a cure for the sickness and illness of tyrannical, national control over the people of the states. Undoubtedly, we are going to need an acute dosage to even begin ridding ourselves of the disease destroying the body of our once-great federation.

The reality is, the answer is not complicated. The more relevant question will likely be, what portion of the cure(s) must we implement. This will require a diagnosis of the degree and seriousness of the disease's attack on our Confederate Republic. Let us analyze briefly the seriousness of the attack so that we may proportionally and accordingly respond and defend against the encroachments on our constitutional freedoms, guarantees and powers.

Keeping in line with my last article and the position that the national system of government (under which the United States currently operates) is completely contrary to the federal system that our founders and Constitution's ratifiers bequeathed to us, a fact is established: We the People of the United States of America have been denied our natural and compactual rights under God and the Constitution. Again, how can it be argued that it is now legally and morally right and proper to do what our Constitution did not create or authorize? How can freedom exist in a country where we supposedly believe in the "consent of the governed" when that consent has been usurped by force? Consequently, our right of defense is activated.

I received this note this morning ( Oct. 31st, 2009) from a friend here in Montana.

"I do not normally pass on rumors or here-say but a very good personal friend's uncle is a Deputy Economic Advisor to Obama as well as a Professor at a prestigious Eastern school. He was called into a private meeting last week with the President. They were told, I quote the Following: " Between now and Jan 1st 70 more big banks will fail and 70% of Retail Companies will be Bankrupt. The President will allow them to make as much as they can for the Christmas Holidays then Jan 15 there will be a Bank holiday and their new currency will be issued with a devaluation of 6 to 10 to 1. " I believe this is why they are trying to keep the market and dollar up now with their lies on all the News outlets. Set up the people to steal every last penny they can get. Martial Law can not be too far behind. Get your money out of banks and into physical Gold and silver, I recommend 60% Gold 40%silver, food , Foundation seed, guns ammo generators ...etc. If you can not eat it, drink it, wear it, live in it, raise food on it, do not invest in it. If you have stocks, bonds 401K, IRA take the penalty and put it in what I just said. If you have substantial funds call me privately and I can help. And remember get far away from the Cities!!!!! This is first hand information and I would take it very seriously. "

I am not at liberty to disclose who sent this but the note speaks for itself.

The only part of this that I take issue with is the gold to silver ratio. I don't believe you should invest in gold unless you have huge resources that you don't know what to do with. I am talking millions of FRN's (Federal Reserve Notes). There are several reasons for that. First is that there is still enough gold above ground to make it worth while for them to try to confiscate it like they did back in the 30s. Also when gold is thousands per ounce who is going to be able to make change for it.

There is another reason that silver has much more potential for gain than gold. The normal dollar ratio of silver to gold is 16 to 1. Right now it's way over 60 to 1. At it's normal  ratio, with the price of gold over $1000.00 per ounce silver should be selling for over $60 per ounce. So silver has a lot of catching up to do. Another reason for buying silver instead of gold is that silver is in very short supply right now.

In 1986, when they started to produce the American Silver Eagle bullion coin, there was over 2 Billion and 200 Million ounces of silver above ground to make various silver products. Right now there is less than 200 million ounces. That is 10 times less silver than back then. The reason is that silver is an INDUSTRIAL precious metal but gold is not. There is still over 2 Billion ounces of gold above ground.

Another thing to look at is the history of silver and gold.

In 1971, when Tricky Dick Nixon ended Bretton Woods and took us off the gold standard, it triggered a devaluation of the dollar just like we face right now. In the next 9 years gold gained 24 times it's value but silver gained almost 39 times it's value in the same period. In 1980 gold topped out at about $850 per ounce, and silver at about $50 per ounce. That is about the normal ratio of 16 to 1. Let's say you were paying attention in 1971 and took just $100,000 and put it into gold, by 1980 you were now worth 2.4 million, but if you put it into silver instead, you were now worth 3.9 million. Enough said.

Another reason to get silver is that when this nation deteriorates into a barter system you might still be able to use very small quantities of silver as barter or currency. Gold will be so expensive it will be almost useless. Nobody will be able to make change for your gold.

In any case, if you have any wealth at all in a bank, credit union or any other institution, especially an IRA or 401K, those are always enumerated in FRNs. GET IT OUT NOW!

What Can be Done in Montana to STOP the Corruption.. ?what I have been told, shown and heard of over the last 1.5 years and on top of a lifetime in Montana, I see no way to Stop the corruption as the Law is irrelevant, it is based on the opinion of local judges state wide, based on attorneys and their friendships and quickest pay off. Be it Rape, WR Grace Victims, Real Estate Fraud, Robberies, Embezzlement, or other horrible crimes.. well there is only Politics, only Opinion of judges.. and there is no way to STOP corruption among the very legal system itself as the innocent are constantly set up, discredited, and "proved" by illegal and false means to actually be the guilty one.

I see no really way to stop the corruption in the courts and to STOP judges, law officials, Montana County Attorneys, Montana Mayors, Montana Sheriffs .. no way to STOP the local law and government in place that is to uphold the laws.... you simply have to live with it and to pay their wages to Set You Up, Discredit You, Lie To, Keep you in the Dark, Fail to Prosecute real crimes while they set up cops, local citizens, bloggers, law abiding citizens when they try and do the Right Thing and when they point out laws that are being broken and who is breaking them..

Today's Gospel taken from the Catholic daily Missal is very interesting and has some special significance for American patriots of our day.

It is the yearly feast of two saints. The Holy Apostles Simon and Jude.

Saint Simon was a Chananean, and was known among the apostles as "the Zealot." Before Christ called him to be an apostle, Simon belonged to the patriotic party known as Zealots, who, impatient of foreign rule, perpared for a war of independence. This circumstance was not forgotten, and even after he had become a disciple of the Lord, he was still known by the appellation of the Zealot. He suffered martyrdom in Persia, according to tradition.

Saint Jude is the brother of James the Less, first bishop of Jerusalem, and therefore a cousin of Our Savior. The New Testament includes a short letter written by St. Jude, who is daily commemorated in the Roman Canon of the Mass under the name of Thaddeus. It is believed that the relics of these two apostles are in St. Peter's in Rome. Tradition says that he preached in Mesopotamia, where he died for the Faith. He is the patron of difficult cases.

John 15, 17-25

"At that time, Jesus said to His disciples, These things I command you, that you love one another. If the world hate you, know ye that it hath hated Me before you.
If you had been of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. If the shoe fits, wear it. We should all make sure we are on the right side of every issue.

May St. Simon guide our actions in the fight for freedom, that we always do God's Holy Will, and may St. Jude the patron saint of difficult cases clear our way and keep us on track through this difficult fight to restore our Republic, and bring our elected officials back to the rule of law.
