Western Banks Defaulting Right Now

V'S ALERT 10/28/13-WESTERN BANKS DEFAULTING NOW!!!
Folks there is a reason that the entire western banking system (this includes Japan) is engaging in a full blown currency war. I have repeatedly stated that a currency war is nothing but a race to the bottom in which no one wins. In today’s global economy where hundreds of nations are facing a shrinking GDPs, the money that is out there is fighting for an ever modest piece of the profit pie.

In 2008 directly after the crash, America began on a road of debasing it’s currency. This prompted every other economic power in the world to do the same in order to stay competitive on trade. Many wrote this off as a reaction to an economic debacle that was caused by the popping of the sub-prime bubble. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Do you think that the entire global economy was brought down because of a few bad loans to people who could not afford them? Of course not! The issue is much deeper, we and pretty much the rest of the world following our lead have been in a pure fiat experiment over the last forty years or so.

What I am now going to state is going to shock you, the reason that every one in the west in involved in currency debasement/ currency manipulation is this: THE ENTIRE WESTERN BANKING SYSTEM IS DEFAULTING!!!! Yes you read that correctly, the west can no longer pay the piper and now they are going to debase their currencies in order to walk away form their debt obligations, making it easier for them to pay off their debt

While we brace ourselves over the coming charade that a looming February debt limit will bring yet again. You must understand that the US, the EuroZone, Japan and the UK are NOW defaulting together in stealth. The are all highly active in Quantitative Easing a euphemism for printing money. The Ponzi scheme is at an end and the vast amount of debt from unfunded liabilities and gambling debts (derivatives) simply can NOT be serviced.

Debasing IS DEFAULT via STEALTH and we ARE DEFAULTING NOW. I repeat THE US IS DEFAULTING NOW. The Chinese know this that is why they have been dumping our treasuries over the course of the past few years.

Do you understand that they have made destroying your wealth POLICY?!!! That is correct, I have stated that since 2008 over 400,000 pages of regulations have been passed to ensure that this destruction happens. In other words the collapse and default are written into law. You should read that again…The collapse and default is written into law. So snap out of the dream and enter back into the hard reality.

Folks one thing that history has shown is this, currency wars lead to shooting wars how the default of America will play out in China and the rest of the countries that hold our debt remains to be seen. You must engage NOW in activities that will protect your wealth and make the choices to ensure your financial health in the greatest transition of wealth in human history. America has a date with destiny and I firmly believe that we will NOT miss that date. It is a mathematical certainty. It is NOT a question of “if” it is “WHEN”

Will this be the first domino in the 2013 string of BIG BANK FAILURES?

Banking insider: Deutsche Bank in danger zone and will go belly up

On May 14, a financial analyst and former head trader at the Royal Bank of Scotland spoke on the Hagmann and Hagmann Report regarding the current state of the global economy. Known in the public sphere under the pseudonym of 'V', and labeling himself the Guerrilla Economist, this high level insider stated that not only is the entire economic system hanging on the precipice, much worse than in 2007, but that one of the largest banks in the Euro Zone, Deutsche Bank, is far gone into the danger zone and will very soon go belly up......

Read this critical article here:

We have been telling our readers for a couple of years now that the 2008 bank failures are just a prelude to the real thing that is happening world wide. We have said there is a currency war going on to decide among insiders who will control the issue of currencies after the crash, and what will eventually be considered "money" in the new economy that they hope to control.

We have also said that now is the best time to wrest control away from those insiders by buying commodities like food, guns, ammo, dry goods, and all other staple items you would need to survive, and if you have anything left after that, some silver.

The article above seems to confirm and put somewhat of a timeline on those events. We have also listened recently to a conference call that seems to point at October 1st as a final deadline for several government agencies that seem to be putting in place preparations for some cataclysmic event about to happen in October that the public has NOT been told about.

My family and I are following our own advice and trying to get all the loose ends tied up that our budget will allow by that October 1st date also.

Frankly, I thought this would have happened by now, and I think it's only the ignorance of the people that has let these banks float this fraud for this long, but people are waking up. At the gun shows this is very evident. I am selling preparedness products like radios, and portable solar power equipment like there will never be any more made on the planet, and I am taking on a line of stun guns, which you will see on one of my websites within the next few weeks, and also at the gun shows starting this month.

It's getting very late, and people know it. To prove it, at the last gun show in Kalispell the end of July, the guy next to me had 22LR ammo for $75 per brick of 500 rounds, and had just sold 100 bricks in Anchorage the week before at $100 per brick.  Don't ask me where he found that much ammo, but it must have been a few years back.

If  you would like to see what we have in portable solar powered equipment go to this link.

When I get the page up for the stun guns it will be here:  Keep checking

There is so much going on world wide now that it's very difficult to even read about all of it let alone try to present it all to my readers. The BRICS nations, (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, have met again and continue to try to unseat the FRN (dollar) as the world's reserve currency. Frankly, that is the only status that keeps the dollar from collapsing, and they are continuing to write trade agreements with several countries EXCLUDING the US dollar in the trades. We are going to see a complete reset of the world's currencies soon and the dollar is going to get a very short end of the stick.
We are following our own advice and keeping our operating capital OUT of the banking system. We only send money by cashiers check now, so the balance is out of the bank when we walk out the door and head for the post office. Yes it's a pain in the a_)*(&_(*  to have to do business that way, but if the money isn't in the bank it's a lot harder for anybody to steal it.

At some point we may not be able to be a vendor at guns shows, and it might be impossible to do business over the internet, but we will cross that bridge when we come to it.
In the mean time, GET PREPARED. That includes spiritually.

God Bless You All!

Intelligence insider: Obama administration agenda to “kill U.S Dollar”

I have lived long enough to watch our country go from a certain semblance of freedom and a great economy in the 50s and 60s to a real mess and almost a police state now. Most people are arguing that freedom and a good economy can happen again in America. NO WAY!  Not until we throw out the bankers and their minions, the progressive socialists and communists running this country.

This article will silence the  people who believe that one or the other facet of the economy seems to be improving, and if you look at the big picture you will immediately GET OUT OF THE BANKS and get your money into something you can hold in your hand.

This article will convince you if you have done any homework at all.

http://www.homelandsecurityus.com/archives/8046

This is being done deliberately and the evil of this plan is beyond description in any language!

I have been saying for years that this is coming, and trying to help people get out of it's way, and some of my best customers are still hoping that they will not need to fall back on their precious metals, or long term food storage. Don't delude yourself. This is coming straight at us like a freight train.

The insiders are about to bail from that inflated stock market like they always do just before the crash, and they need some place to run to, so they are manipulating the price of precious metals downward right now, and would take it a lot lower but for the resistance of the huge demand for metals right now, especially silver.

Silver is the best, but remember YOU CAN'T EAT THAT STUFF.  At some point the precious metal of choice might be lead, or copper, or brass. At least with those you can make ammo and feed your family.

They will kill the currency, and try to replace it with a world wide new currency or currencies. It's anybodies guess what they have planned, but it might be a whole basket of different currencies that are "revalued" in relation to the federal reserve note. However they do it, the IMF will be in it up to their eyeballs. Yes the same outfit that just announced they want the US to add $1.40 to each gallon of fuel to pay for their phony environmental fantasy.

Lately I have been telling people who ask about silver that if they don't have Food, dry goods, fuel, and other things they know they will need to last them at least a year they have no business buying silver.
That might sound radical coming from a silver dealer, but I want all of you to be around to buy my products AFTER the crap hits the fan. I have deliberately left the small volume prices high on my website and encourage you to call me to order. I can give much better prices that way and we get to talk a bit.

Use this number to ask questions about how we get your silver to you without any paper trail.

Get OUT of the banks NOW! New court decision

I have been saying for years that there would be a run on the banks because of illegal activities like this when the public catches on, and the banks will go down. I never leave much money in a bank that hasn't already had a check written and mailed on it.
If you have anything extra get it out of the banks and put it in precious metals but only if you have covered your survival bases already with items like long term food storage, seeds, guns and ammo, water filtration, a generator and fuel, communications gear, and the dry goods you know you will need in an emergency.
If you have not done those things your time is running very short indeed to get them done.
Here is where you can get some silver. http://www.teapartysilver.com

WARNING:
Get Your Money Out: "All Legal Bank Deposit Protections Are Now Officially Gone"
Comment Posted by Wealth Wire - Monday, August 13th, 2012

Former money manager Ann Barnhardt, who in November of 2011 made the decision to cease operations of her brokerage firm and return funds to her customers citing “systemic” problems within the entire financial industry, has issued a new warning about the stability of US banks and the safety of individual deposit accounts.
The warning, stemming from a recent federal appeals court ruling surrounding customer funds lost during the 2007 collapse of Chicago futures broker Sentinel, indicates that individuals who lose deposited funds because a financial institution improperly manages that money, even if those funds are supposed to be “segregated” from other operations of the firm, are essentially left with no recourse if the firm goes belly-up.

According to the court, a misallocation of those customer funds, “is not, on its own, sufficient to rule as a matter of law that Sentinel acted ‘with actual intent to hinder, delay, or defraud’ its customers.” The implications of the ruling, according to Barnhardt, will affect the monies of all private individuals who have seen their deposit accounts wiped out in the collapse of firms like John Corzine’s MF Global and put all deposit account holders in the country at risk should their bank be faced with a financial windstorm:

The NFA in collusion with the banksters, government and judiciary have achieved their goal. The entire concept of “customer segregated funds” is officially, completely, legally dead. Guys, it is OVER. I know that many of you are still cowering in normalcy bias, unable to deal with reality, unable to face the world as it is, but you have GOT to snap out of it. The marketplace is DESTROYED. You CANNOT be in these markets.

All legal protections are now officially gone. … The federal appeals court ruled yesterday that not only does BNYM stay at the front of the line, but that using customer segregated funds as collateral is NOT a crime, and that co-mingling customer segregated funds with proprietary funds is NOT fraud. … What this means is that even if Jon Corzine is somehow dragged into court by private citizens, because you know damn good and well that the Justice Department will never, ever touch him, Corzine now has a legal precedent, likely from a bribed or otherwise coerced Federal Appeals Court, explicitly stating that an FCM can use customer deposits to pay its debts, and that the customers themselves are subjugated and have basically no legal right to their own monies, no matter what the law says, or what legal assurances, claims or guarantees are made to that customer about their funds held with an FCM or any other brokerage or depository institution.

The “secured” party at the front of the line will always be the mega-bank who made the fraudulent loan using the stolen customer funds as collateral. In other words, all customer funds in the United States are now the legal property of JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, BNYM, or whichever megabank is the counterparty on the loans the FCM or depository institution takes out in order to fund its mega-levered proprietary in-house trading desks.

Source: Ann Barnhardt via Steve Quayle

The ruling is specifically designed to protect large financial institutions that have (purposefully) mismanaged customer funds and used the hard-earned life savings of Americans to gamble on equities, commodities and bond markets. If those firms happen to make the wrong bet, as MF Global, Sentinel and a handful of others have recently done, depositors who have placed funds with the banks under the belief that their bank account is securely protected from trading liabilities are now completely exposed and liable for the incompetence and negligence of those who engage in market trading.

This latest ruling combined with recent actions by the Federal Reserve and other government regulators suggests a massive fraud has taken place and the financial system itself is under extreme strain with the potential to make the financial collapse of 2007/2008 look like just a training exercise.

In recent days, for example, it’s come to light that the government has secretly called on the country’s five major banks to prepare themselves for collapse by creating stress recovery plans to be used in the event of worst case scenarios. A few weeks ago, the Federal Reserve also implemented a new policy for money market funds held by financial institutions.

Per the new policy, money market funds, which account for some $2.7 trillion in deposits across the United States, can be frozen in the event of an emergency or financial panic. This means that if and when the system does go into a tailspin, at exactly the time people will want to pull their money out of their bank account, they will be restricted from doing so.

These latest actions by government regulators, judges and financial institutions point to one thing: that we have an unprecedented financial collapse in the making. If such a financial crisis comes to pass it is clear that the policies and procedures now in place will transfer the legally owned deposits and money market savings of individual Americans into the hands of the banks at which those funds are kept.

Get Your Money Out.

Banking system coming apart. Runs on banks in Greece

What will Montana do to defend herself from this banking implosion?

I received this heads up from Bob Fanning this morning. He pointed out this article by Brandon Smith and asks :

"How will Montana defend herself?"
That is a great question, since the JP Morgan derivatives market is imploding as we speak, which will tear apart the banking system since JPM is the largest derivatives holder on the planet.

Bix Wier is also pointing to the run on the banks in Greece and saying Spain is next. He put out pictures of the lines of people waiting at the banks to withdraw their "money". It doesn't look like any fun at all. The banking cabal is coming apart at the seams right now in front of our eyes, and as usual the lousy media won't report it. I am also hearing that people in other parts of the world are getting ready to cash in Iraqi Dinars. That would fit with everything else including middle east countries and China, Japan, Russia etc making trade agreements excluding the US "dollar".

Get all the silver you can right now while the price is low. I am buying every ounce I can get my hands on right now, and make sure you have plenty of food and other dry goods and staples you will need to get through this.

http://www.alt-market.com/articles/784-how-the-us-dollar-will-be-replaced

After being immersed in the world of alternative economic analysis for several years, it sometimes becomes easy to forget that most people do not track forex markets, or debt to GDP ratio, or true unemployment, or hunch over IMF white-papers highlighting subsections which expose the trappings of the globalist ideology. Sometimes, you just assume the average person knows what the heck you are talking about. This is, of course, a mistake. However, it is a mistake that is borne from the inadequacy of our age and our culture, and is not necessarily a product of weak character, either of the analyst, or the casual reader.

The great frustration of being actively involved in the Liberty Movement is the fact that many people are rarely on the same page (or even the same book) during political and economic discussion. Where we see the nature of the false left/right paradigm, they see “free democracy”. Where we see a tidal wave of destructive debt, they see a “responsible government” printing and spending in order to protect our “best interests”. Where we see totalitarianism, they see “safety”. Where we see dollar devaluation, they see dollar strength and longevity. Ultimately, because the average unaware citizen is stricken by the disease of normalcy bias and living within the doldrums of a statistical fantasy world, they simply have no point of reference by which to grasp the truth when exposed to it. It’s like trying to explain the concept of ‘color’ to a man who has been blind since birth.

Americans in particular are prone to reactionary dismissal when exposed to facts that disrupt their misconceptions. Our culture has experienced a particularly prosperous age, not necessarily free from all trouble, but generally spared from widespread mass tragedy for a generous length of time. This tends to breed within societies an overt and unreasonable expectation of ease. It generates apathy, and laziness. A crushing blubberous slothful cynicism subservient to the establishment and the status quo. Even the most striking of truths struggle to penetrate this smoky forcefield of duplicitous funk.

In recent articles, I have outlined the very immediate dangers of several potential economic events that are likely to take place this year, including the exit of peripheral countries from the European Union, the conflict between austerity and socialist spending in France and Germany, the developing bilateral trade agreements between China and numerous other countries which cut out their reliance on the U.S. dollar, and the likelihood that the Federal Reserve will announce QE3 before the end of 2012. All of these elements are leading in one very particular direction: the end of the Greenback as the world reserve currency.

In response to these assertions I have received letters from some people (some of them indignant) questioning how it would be even remotely possible that the dollar could be replaced at all. The concept is so outside their narrow world view that many cannot fathom it.

To be sure, the question is a viable one. How could the dollar be unseated? That said, a few hours of light research would easily produce the answer, but this tends to be too much work for the fly-by-night financial skeptic. Sometimes, the job of the alternative analyst is to make the obvious even more obvious.

So, let’s begin…

The Dollar A Safe Haven?

This ongoing lunacy is based on multiple biases. For some, the dollar represents America, and a collapse of the currency would suggest a failure of the republic, and thus, a failure by them as individual Americans who live vicariously through the exploits of their government. By extension, it becomes “patriotic” to defend the dollar’s honor and deny any information that might suggest it is on a downward spiral.

Others see how the investment world clings to the dollar as a kind of panic room; a protected place where one’s saving will be insulated from crisis. However, just because a majority of day trading investors are gullible enough to overlook the Greenback’s pitfalls does not mean those dangerous weaknesses disappear.

There is only one factor that shields the dollar from implosion, and that is its position as the world reserve currency. Without this exalted status, the currency’s value vanishes. Backed by nothing but massive and unpayable debt, it sits frighteningly idle, like a time bomb, waiting for the moment of ignition.

The horrifying nature of the dollar is that it is only valuable so long as foreign investors believe that we will pay back the considerable debts that we (the American taxpayer at the behest of our criminally run Treasury) owe, and that we will not hyperinflate in the process. If they EVER begin to see their purchases of dollars and treasuries as a gamble instead of an investment, the façade falls away. Yet again this year Congress and the Executive Branch are “at odds” over the expansion of the debt ceiling, which has been raised to levels beyond the 100% of GDP mark:

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/05/17/us/politics/obama-presses-congress-to-act-on-his-priorities.html

Barack Obama has made claims that increases in the debt ceiling are “normal”, and that most presidents are prone to hiking the barrier every once in a while. Yet, back in 2006, when George W. Bush increased debt limits, Obama had this to say:

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can't pay its own bills…Instead of reducing the deficit, as some people claimed, the fiscal policies of this administration and its allies in Congress will add more than $600 million in debt for each of the next five years…Increasing America's debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that 'the buck stops here.' Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better."

For once, Barack and I agree on something. Too bad the man changes his rhetoric whenever it’s to his advantage.

Today, Obama now asserts that raising the debt ceiling is not an opening for more government spending, but an allowance for the government to pay bills it has already accrued. This is disingenuous and hypocritical prattle. Obama is well aware as are many in Congress that as long as the Federal Government is able to raise the debt ceiling whenever it suits them, they can increase spending with wild abandon. It’s like handing someone a credit card with no maximum limit. For most men, the temptation would be irresistible. Therefore, one can predict with 100% certainty that U.S. spending will never truly be reduced, and that our national debt will mount in tandem until we self destruct.

How has this trend been able to continue for so long? Our private central bank has created the fiat machine by which all economic depravity is possible. Currently, the Federal Reserve is the number one holder of U.S. debt. The Federal Reserve creates its own capital. It prints its wealth from thin air. The dollar, thus, has become its own lynchpin. The secretive institution which has never been subject to a full audit is now monetizing endless debt mechanisms with paper promises. What value would any intelligent investor put on such a fraudulent economic system?

The epic dysfunction of the dollar is rooted in its reliance on perception rather than tangible wealth or strong fundamentals. It is, indeed, like any other fiat unit, with all the inevitable pitfalls built into its structure.

Ironically, the value of the Dollar Index is measured not by its intrinsic buying power, or its historical buying power, but its arbitrary buying power in comparison with other collapsing fiat currencies.

The argument I hear most often when pointing out the calamitous path of the dollar is that it is the go-to safe haven in response to the crisis in Europe. What the financially inept don’t seem to grasp is that the shifting of savings back and forth between the euro and the dollar is just as irrelevant to our currency’s survival as it is to Europe’s. BOTH currencies are in decline, and this is evident by the growing inflationary pressures on both sides of the Atlantic. Ask any consumer in Greece, Spain, France, or the UK how shelf prices have changed in the past four years, and they will say the exact same thing as any consumer in the U.S.; costs have gone way up. Therefore, it makes sense to compare the dollar’s value not to the euro, or to the Yen, but something more practical, like the dollar of the past….

In 1972, just as Nixon was removing the dollar from the last vestiges of the gold standard, a new car cost an average of $4500. A home cost around $40,000. A gallon of gas was .36 cents. A loaf of bread was .25 cents. A visit to the doctor’s office was $25. Wages were certainly lower, but they kept much better pace with the prices of the era. Today, the gap between wages and inflation is insurmountable. The average family is unable to keep up with the flashflood of rising prices.

According to the historic buying power of the dollar, the currency is a poor safe haven investment. With the advent of bailout efforts and debt monetization through quantitative easing, its devaluation has been expedited dramatically. The Fed has left the door open for what I believe will be a final destructive round of publicly announced QE, weakening the dollar to near death:

http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/05/16/us-usa-fed-idUSBRE84F12320120516

The question then arises; why do foreign countries continue to buy in on the greenback?
The Dollar Dump Has Already Begun

One of my favorite arguments by those defending the dollar is the assertion that no foreign country would dare to dump the currency because they are all too dependent on U.S. trade. To answer the question above, the reality is that foreign countries ARE already calmly and quietly dumping the dollar as a global trade instrument.

To those people who consistently claim that the dollar will never be dropped, my response is, it already has been dropped! China, in tandem with other BRIC nations, has been covertly removing the greenback as the primary trade unit through bilateral deals since 2010. First with Russia, and now with the whole of the ASEAN trading bloc and numerous other markets, including Japan. China in particular has been preparing for this eventuality since 2005, when they introduced the first Yuan denominated bonds. The bonds were considered a strange novelty back then, especially because China had so much surplus savings that it seemed outlandish for them to take on treasury debt. Today, the move makes a whole lot more sense. China and the BRIC nations today openly call for a worldwide shift away from the dollar:

http://news.xinhuanet.com/english2010/indepth/2011-08/06/c_131032986.htm

With the global proliferation of the Yuan, and the conversion of the Chinese economy away from dependence on exports (especially to the West) towards a more consumer based system, the Chinese have effectively decoupled from their reliance on U.S. markets. Would a collapse in the U.S. hurt China’s economy? Yes. Would they still survive? Oh yes. Far better than America would, at least…

In 2008, I warned of this development and was attacked on all sides by more mainstream economists and Keynesian proponents who stated that such a development was impossible. Today, it’s common knowledge that our primary creditors are “diversifying” away from the dollar, though MSM talking heads and those who parrot them still claim that this is not a threat to our economy.

To be clear, the true threat to the dollar’s supremacy is not only due to the constant printing by the private Federal Reserve (though that is a nightmare in the making), but the loss of faith in our currency as a whole. The Fed does not need to throw dollars from helicopters to annihilate our currency; all they have to do is create doubt in its viability.

The bottom line? A dollar collapse is not “theory” but undeniable fact in motion at this moment, driven by concrete actions on the part of the very nations that have until recently propped up our debt obligations. It is only a matter of time before the dollar diminishes and fades away. All signs point to a loss of reserve status in the near term.

What Will Replace The Dollar?

My next favorite argument in defense of the Greenback is the assertion that there is “no currency in a position to take the dollar’s place if it falls”. First of all, this is based on a very naïve assumption that the dollar will not fall unless there is another currency to replace it. I’m not sure who made that rule up, but the dollar is perfectly able to be flushed without a replacement in the wings. Economic collapse does not follow logical guidelines or the personal pet peeves of random man-child economists.

Though, to be fair, and to educate those unaware, there IS a replacement already conveniently ready to roll forward. The IMF has for a couple of years now openly called for the retirement of the dollar as the world reserve currency, to be supplanted by the elitist organization’s very own “Special Drawing Rights” (SDR’s):

http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2011/feb/10/imf-boss-calls-for-world-currency

The SDR is a paper mechanism created in the early 1970’s to replace gold as the primary means of international trade between foreign governments. Today, it has morphed into a basket of currencies which is recognized by almost every country in the world and is in a prime position to take the dollar’s place in the event that it loses reserve status. This is not theory. This is cold hard reality. For those who claim that the SDR is not considered a “real currency”, they should probably warn the U.S. Post Office, which now uses conversion tables that denominate costs in SDR’s:

http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immc3_007.htm

So, now that we know a replacement for the dollar is ready to go, the next obvious question would be:

Why would global elites destroy a useful monetary tool like the dollar? Why kill the goose that "lays the golden eggs"?

People who ask this question are simply unable to see outside the fiscal box they have been placed in. For global bankers, a paper currency is not important. It is expendable. Like a layer of snake skin; as the snake grows, it sheds the old and dawns the new.

At bottom, men who promote the philosophies of globalization greatly desire the exaltation of a global currency. The dollar, though a creation of a central bank, is still a semi-sovereign monetary unit. It is an element that is getting in the way of the application of the global currency dynamic. I find it rather convenient (at least for those who subscribe to globalism) that the dollar is now in the midst of a perfect storm of decline just as the IMF is ready to introduce its latest fiat concoction in the form of the SDR. I find the blind faith in the dollar’s lifespan to be rife with delusion. It is not a matter of opinion or desire, but a matter of fact that currencies in such tenuous positions fall, and are in the end replaced. I believe that the evidence shows that this is not random chance, but a deliberate process, leading towards the globalist ideal; total centralization of the world under an unaccountable governing body which operates a global monetary system utterly devoid of transparency and responsibility.

The dollar was a median step towards a newer and more corrupt ideal. Its time is nearly over. This is open, it is admitted, and it is being activated as you read this. The speed at which this disaster occurs is really dependent on the speed at which our government along with our central bank decides to expedite doubt. Doubt in a currency is a furious omen, costing not just investors, but an entire society. America is at the very edge of such a moment. The naysayers can scratch and bark all they like, but the financial life of a country serves no person’s emphatic hope. It burns like a fire. Left unwatched and unchecked, it grows uncontrollable and wild, until finally, there is nothing left to fuel its hunger, and it finally chokes in a haze of confusion and dread…

The Biggest Bank Robbery In History?

If this doesn't make you clean out any savings, IRA, 401K or any other account enumerated in
"Dollars" and get silver, then you just don't get it.

This is only history repeating itself.

The Biggest Bank Robbery In History?
More Quantitative Easing = Backdoor Bailouts For The Big Banks Without Having To Go Through Congress

http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/archives/the-biggest-bank-robbery-in-history-more-quantitative-easing-backdoor-bailouts-for-the-big-banks-without-having-to-go-through-congress

Posted: 18 Oct 2010 04:49 PM PDT

The U.S. Federal Reserve is getting ready to conduct another gigantic bailout of the big banks, but this time virtually nobody in the mainstream media will use the term "bailout" and the American people are going to get a lot less upset about it. You see, one lesson that was learned during the last round of bank bailouts was that the American people really, really do not like it when the U.S. Congress votes to give money to the big banks. So this time, the financial "powers that be" have figured out a way around that. Instead of going through the massive headache of dealing with the U.S. Congress, the Federal Reserve is simply going to print money and give it directly to the banks. To be more precise, the Federal Reserve is going to use a procedure known as "quantitative easing" to print money out of thin air in order to purchase large quantities of "troubled assets" (such as mortgage-backed securities) from the biggest U.S. banks at well above market price. Some are already openly wondering if this next round of quantitative easing is going to be the biggest bank robbery in history. Most Americans won't understand these "backdoor bailouts" well enough to get upset about them, but that doesn't mean that they won't be just as bad (or even worse) than the last round of bailouts. In the end, all of the inflation that this new round of quantitative easing is going to cause is going to be a "hidden tax" on all of us.
These new backdoor bailouts are going to work something like this....

1) The big U.S. banks have massive quantities of junk mortgage-backed securities that are worth little to nothing that they desperately want to get rid of.

2) They convince the Federal Reserve (which the big banks are part-owners of) to buy up these "toxic assets" at way above market price.

3) The Federal Reserve creates massive amounts of money out of thin air to buy up all of these troubled assets. The public is told that all of this "quantitative easing" is necessary to stimulate the U.S. economy.

4) The big banks are re-capitalized and have gotten massive amounts of bad mortgage securities off their hands, the Federal Reserve has found a way to pump hundreds of billions (if not trillions) of dollars into the economy, and most of the American people are none the wiser.

During a recent appearance on MSNBC, Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone did a great job of explaining how this all works....

But this isn't the only way that the Federal Reserve forks over massive amounts of cash to the big U.S. banks. In a previous article, I described how the U.S. Federal Reserve lends huge quantities of nearly interest-free money to big U.S. banks which they turn around and invest in U.S. Treasuries which bring in a return of three percent or so. In essence, it is a legalized way for the big U.S. banks to make mountains and mountains of free money.

The truth is that the Federal Reserve does whatever it can to ensure that the big U.S. banks stay fat and happy.
So what about the small banks? What happens to them?

Well, the vast majority of the small banks are considered "not big enough for bailouts" and they are allowed to die like dogs.
Don't let anyone ever fool you into thinking that the U.S. banking system has a level playing field.

For weeks, Federal Reserve officials have been coming out and have been dropping hints about how important it is for them to take "action" and implement another round of quantitative easing in order to help stimulate the U.S. economy.

In fact, during his speech on Friday, you could almost hear Ben Bernanke salivating at the thought of printing more money.

But nobody ever really asks who is going to be the first to get their hands on all this money that the Fed is going to pump into the economy.

The answer, of course, is obvious.

It is going to be the big banks - the same banks that are part-owners of the Federal Reserve and that have tremendous influence over Fed policies.

But even though this is all more than a little shady, is it such a bad thing for the rest of us if the Federal Reserve bails out the big banks and brings some much needed stability back to the U.S. financial system?

After all, if "Foreclosure-Gate" could potentially cause a nightmarish financial meltdown, isn't it better for the Federal Reserve to step in and soak up large amounts of these toxic assets?

Those are legitimate questions.
Certainly the Federal Reserve has the power to step in and smooth over all sorts of short-term problems by papering them with money, but in the end printing more money will just make our long-term problems even worse.

Whenever a new dollar is introduced into the system, every other dollar in existence loses a little bit of value.

When trillions of new dollars get introduced into the system, it has the potential to create an inflationary nightmare.

Already, a number of top Fed officials are publicly saying that inflation is "too low" and that we need to purposely generate more inflation in order to "stimulate" the U.S. economy.

Yes, that is just as insane as it sounds, but that is what they are actually proposing.

Apparently many top Federal Reserve officials honestly believe that they can pump trillions into the economy, jack up inflation significantly, and little harm will be done.

But even before "QE2" has begun, we are already starting to see all kinds of little bubbles beginning to develop in the financial system. For example, commodity prices are skyrocketing right now, and that will soon be affecting the price we pay for food at the supermarket.

We are already on the road to serious inflation and the Federal Reserve has not even fired up the money hoses yet. So what is going to happen after they pump trillions more into the economy?

Printing more money and giving it to the banks is not going to solve our economic problems. It is just going to make them worse.

But unfortunately, American voters get no say about any of this. Our national monetary policy is in the hands of an unelected central bank that does pretty much whatever it wants.

An economic nightmare is coming, and you had better get ready.

Meltup - The precursor to HYPERINFLATION

Don't believe the lies about the economy.
We will go into hyperinflation soon. Here is the proof.

Here is what you can do about it:

Earn Silver Here:  http://www.silversnowball.net/

There is no solution for the demise of the dollar. They engineered this scenario deliberately.
The objective is control of people and the robbery of your wealth.
You have a way to protect yourself at the links above. In addition you should stock up while you can on all the food and dry goods, and other things that you know you will need when you can't afford them because of hyperinflation.
The Second American REVOLUTION has begun, and the people didn't start it.
The international banksters started this meltup for their own reasons, and now they have lost control and will never even attempt to stop the devaluation of the dollar. They WANT the dollar to collapse so they can put in their own currnecy at their own exchange rates.
This might be your last call to convert your assets into something real.

Iceland, the Mouse that Roared

by Szandor Blestman

On Silverbear Cafe

I thought I heard something the other night. It was a distant sound, a low rumbling, a roar from some far off beast that had finally pronounced its presence. It woke me for a second, but it was so distant I felt no threat and simply rolled over and went back to sleep. The next morning I learned that Iceland was taking a stand. It was refusing to pay its British and Dutch debts. It is claiming the debts are a result of fraud, and it's right. They have made the offer to pay some years from now, if they can afford it at that time, and only as a percentage of their GDP. This offer has been, of course, declined by Iceland's creditor banks as they demand payment in the form of real assets.

The Icelanders have grown a pair, so to speak. They are doing something I wish Americans would have done, or will do in the future. They are standing up to the privately owned banks that seem to think they are above the law, that they can change the rules at their whim, and that they alone know what's best for the world, which of course happens to empower them and help their profits. I may not agree with all the politics of Iceland. It might not be the bastion of freedom one looking to get away from intrusive government might run to, but I do admire their stance against the banksters.

Banks failing right now one after another! Don't wait to protect yourself!

I received this note this morning ( Oct. 31st, 2009) from a friend here in Montana.

"I do not normally pass on rumors or here-say but a very good personal friend's uncle is a Deputy Economic Advisor to Obama as well as a Professor at a prestigious Eastern school. He was called into a private meeting last week with the President. They were told, I quote the Following: " Between now and Jan 1st 70 more big banks will fail and 70% of Retail Companies will be Bankrupt. The President will allow them to make as much as they can for the Christmas Holidays then Jan 15 there will be a Bank holiday and their new currency will be issued with a devaluation of 6 to 10 to 1. " I believe this is why they are trying to keep the market and dollar up now with their lies on all the News outlets. Set up the people to steal every last penny they can get. Martial Law can not be too far behind. Get your money out of banks and into physical Gold and silver, I recommend 60% Gold 40%silver, food , Foundation seed, guns ammo generators ...etc. If you can not eat it, drink it, wear it, live in it, raise food on it, do not invest in it. If you have stocks, bonds 401K, IRA take the penalty and put it in what I just said. If you have substantial funds call me privately and I can help. And remember get far away from the Cities!!!!! This is first hand information and I would take it very seriously. "

I am not at liberty to disclose who sent this but the note speaks for itself.

The only part of this that I take issue with is the gold to silver ratio. I don't believe you should invest in gold unless you have huge resources that you don't know what to do with. I am talking millions of FRN's (Federal Reserve Notes). There are several reasons for that. First is that there is still enough gold above ground to make it worth while for them to try to confiscate it like they did back in the 30s. Also when gold is thousands per ounce who is going to be able to make change for it.

There is another reason that silver has much more potential for gain than gold. The normal dollar ratio of silver to gold is 16 to 1. Right now it's way over 60 to 1. At it's normal  ratio, with the price of gold over $1000.00 per ounce silver should be selling for over $60 per ounce. So silver has a lot of catching up to do. Another reason for buying silver instead of gold is that silver is in very short supply right now.

In 1986, when they started to produce the American Silver Eagle bullion coin, there was over 2 Billion and 200 Million ounces of silver above ground to make various silver products. Right now there is less than 200 million ounces. That is 10 times less silver than back then. The reason is that silver is an INDUSTRIAL precious metal but gold is not. There is still over 2 Billion ounces of gold above ground.

Another thing to look at is the history of silver and gold.

In 1971, when Tricky Dick Nixon ended Bretton Woods and took us off the gold standard, it triggered a devaluation of the dollar just like we face right now. In the next 9 years gold gained 24 times it's value but silver gained almost 39 times it's value in the same period. In 1980 gold topped out at about $850 per ounce, and silver at about $50 per ounce. That is about the normal ratio of 16 to 1. Let's say you were paying attention in 1971 and took just $100,000 and put it into gold, by 1980 you were now worth 2.4 million, but if you put it into silver instead, you were now worth 3.9 million. Enough said.

Another reason to get silver is that when this nation deteriorates into a barter system you might still be able to use very small quantities of silver as barter or currency. Gold will be so expensive it will be almost useless. Nobody will be able to make change for your gold.

In any case, if you have any wealth at all in a bank, credit union or any other institution, especially an IRA or 401K, those are always enumerated in FRNs. GET IT OUT NOW!

Then I received this from another LCW attendee.
It's happening right now just like that last letter predicted!
Banks that have failed since October 1st.

This list used to be just a couple or three banks at a time.
Now look.
