Racketeering is one of the worst things our country has left to deal with.
It has been a big problem ever since the Civil "War" and has simply gotten more sophisticated and entrenched in all the years since then.
Our situation here is typical.
A Municipal CORPORATION dba MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, INC. comes out into the Alaskan backwoods fifty miles from anywhere, and sets up a proprietary mapping system designed for cities and it starts drawing lines to create "Blocks" and "Lots".
But there's no city here.
I mean there is really no city here. And thirty plus years ago when I arrived and paid silver dollars and paintings for what I thought was a land parcel the roads weren't even paved and the nearest "city" limit was the "City of Houston, Alaska" a mile or so away.
So you might ask how could you have something calling itself a "Borough" without a "City" in sight and plunking down street grids on logging trails that aren't surveyed yet?
The answer is— you can't.
Then come to find out that all the land in Alaska is held in a perpetual State Trust so this crazy "BOROUGH" without a City never had any land to sell in the first place and you are left with nothing but your Shinola Sensor buzzing in your ear....
And the unavoidable conclusion that you've been rooked under color of law.
You've bought into a city lot and block where no city exists.
And the MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, INC. which is now bankrupt and defunct and deserved to be criminally prosecuted, too, was engaged in a fraud scheme to sell land descriptions as land.
All while appearing to be a "government" institution.
You begin to see just how far this rabbit hole goes.
There's no city, no borough, no city streets, no curb and gutter, no pavement, no streetlights—- it's completely 100% hoax, and come to find out every Title Company in this purported "BOROUGH" eventually goes out of business because none of these land descriptions are land and once people discover that all Hell is bound to break loose. The Title Companies get fleeced for guaranteeing "titles" that aren't real.
The problem is this: all we had here was a Territorial "State" until October 1, 2020 when the State Assemblies of the pre-Civil War States enrolled Alaska as a State of the Union. None of the Territorial "States" contain land or soil. They were never granted any. So all the Territorial "States" could do was hold the land in a "State" trust and manage it with leases and use permits and so on.
That's why when you finish paying off the King's mortgage for him, all you've got to show for it is a "Future Lease Purchase Agreement" to actually buy the land someday from the actual State using actual money.
The British Territorial "State" of Alaska couldn't sell any land, because it didn't have any land granted to it in the first place. And neither could the BOROUGH sell any land for the same basic reason.
They created "intellectual property assets"— special maps, special numbering systems, street names and numbers they created, special "Lots" and "Blocks" and sold these copyrighted descriptions and designators and maps as if they were land.
But they aren't land.
As one old Sourdough opined, "Just like sending for a Mail Order bride!"
So in a Territorial "State" the only land that exists is State Trust land that land belongs to another State entirely.
Our State, Alaska, the State of the Union.
This is where that drivel at the very beginning of the Affidavit we recently shared comes from— about all interest in land coming from the "State" and existing only because of the "State" and private property not existing in a "State" and blah, blah, blah. They are talking about a Territorial "State" not a State of the Union, which possesses the land and CAN sell it, provided you pay in real money.
This is another problem for the Territorial "State". The actual State has actual land and actual money. The Territorial State has to function on credit. Our credit.
As a result, Territorial "States" and Persons are trapped in perennial debt and can't actually own anything. Every bit of credit they borrow has to be paid back, but all they have access to are Federal Reserve Notes. Which automatically create more debt.
Seeing all this for what it is, the only way to protect yourself is to produce your own land survey separated from all public easements, record it, and claim the underlying United States Land Patent and create your own street address. All you have to do is put up a box and inform the Post Office.
Right now, people all over this country are realizing they have been disinherited and defrauded and that they bought a pig-in-poke that turned out to be a British Royal Warthog— a land description, not actual land.
So given all this, what are "property taxes" being addressed to you for, if you don't actually own anything but a fictional made-up land description?
You are paying licensing fees and "rent" for the privilege of maintaining HRM's Royal Trust Land and using "His" copyrighted land descriptions and street address designators.
Oh, please. It's a British Territorial "State" so here you are playing Silly Buggers with the British Monarch and his crew of motley mercenaries.
While the Territorial Personnel are supposed to be protecting you, they have hired the Municipal CORPORATIONS and "DISTRICT" carpetbagger COURTS to defraud you.
Then they split the difference.
60% to the Pope and 40% to the King, all administered by the members of the Bar Associations which also get a nice kickback for their "service" as reflected by the CRIS accounts of the Judges.
The problem for you is that you have been defrauded and invested a large chunk of your life into a house you can't own or even start to buy until you pay off Charlie's mortgage (what he has already knocked up using your house and land as his chattel) and all you've got to show for it is Municipal land description in a city that doesn't exist.
Correct your political status choices and man your own courts and bring them into play.
Just as the Municipal Goons can ask THEIR "COURT" for a Writ of Assistance to evict you, you can issue a Writ of Assistance Order to the Territorial Officers who are supposed to be here protecting you from this sort of thing—- and who are under contract to provide you with "good faith service".
You can also bring your own State Court resources to bear as a member of the actual State of the Union. You can come in as a Donor of their State Trusts and collapse them so that you have to be recognized as a Donor-Beneficiary who is owed the return of your actual land with no further "presumptions" from the American Raj.
The pity is that 90% of the people working for this criminal British Empire think they are doing something right and good, when in fact they are defrauding and bilking their neighbors. They think they are upholding the law while breaking it.
And if they knew what we have shared with you today they'd all realize just how badly they have been cheated and defrauded, by whom, and for how long.
So it's up to everyone to tell the facts to everyone else and take whatever action makes sense to you. File criminal complaints with the international courts. Report them to international police and financial protection watchdogs and banking regulators. Expose just how outrageous this situation is in parts of Europe and the former Commonwealth. Boycott the "housing" market. Wait until this morass of criminality is straightened out and you can actually buy a house.
And know that until this does get straight every dollar wasted on the King's mortgage just unjustly enriches him and depletes you, so you might be better off looking for a nice cheap rental and putting what money you have into junk silver.
Just saying— people aren't dumb just because they have been dumbed down. As more Americans pull back from the housing market because they can't really buy a house under this regime what is left of the new construction market will tumble and everyone will realize how grossly overvalued all the housing is —- and just how many homes are standing empty.
Wanna see a Buyer's market? It would have happened anyway as the Baby Boomers depart, but with the realization of the FACTS —- nobody in their right mind will buy a house until this ugly criminal crap gets straightened out.
As a Fiduciary I put the scammers out of business. Now their thug friends are coming for me. I have all the paperwork, all the evidence, my status is proven. And all that has been photographed and forwarded worldwide, copied and mailed. Even if they kill me and scrub the entire UCC system worldwide what they have done to innocent people in this country and all over the world is coming home to them.
Look at what is already happening in Africa? The Middle East? And, God love the British People as much as you hate their government— a million Brits took to the streets of London to protest immigration policies.
We are all here together and the message is the same everywhere. No more "Colonialism" dressed up as "Aid". No more Corporate Feudalism. No more Surveillance State, no more reckless AI, no more vaccine nonsense, no more forced immigration, no more violence in Gaza. No more corrupt hypocritical politicians. No more political "parties" and partisan idiocy. We're not playing for ball teams! No more public trust rot and tax scams. No more crooked Attorneys being trained by crooked Bar Associations. No more corporate tribunals. No more "administrative" COURTS racketeering against little kids and Grandmothers.
We've had well and truly enough and the message now has got to be— we see you. We are keeping up and keeping track. When one light goes out a thousand more flare in the darkness. When one of us hurts, we all hurt. And we are not going to shut our eyes and die quietly just because some monsters in suits want us to. Oh, no, that is not part of this story.
We command that all evil be removed from the Earth NOW! We command that all evil be removed from the Earth NOW! We command that all Evil be removed from the Earth NOW!
Children, there are powers in this Universe that hear your command and those powers can deliver no matter how hopeless it may seem or how impossible it may seem for all Evil to be gone as if it never was— but if even a few of you concentrate on that with all your mind and heart— to envision a world without lies and crookedness and greed, without cruelty, without hypocrisy, no crooks, no thugs, no violence at all.... See it in your mind and feel it in your heart, and it will done for you.
Believe that because it is true.
And if I fall at the hands of evil men before that moment comes, just keep yourselves up and keep on going, knowing that no matter what happens this is a job that has to get done.
