Republics Versus Republican States

Yet another confusion -- and this one is meant to be confusing, so watch out. 

In recent days (and in the past) I have described the Bunko Squad crime called "mirroring" which is another form of impersonation.  

It can be someone dressing up and adopting your name and appearing to be you, or it can be an organization doing the same thing to another group or business, or in this case --  government. 

Think of the little gambit of "McDonnel's Hamburgers" versus "McDonald's Hamburgers" and you will get the drift.  

Parodies that involve mirroring are legally protected, like me pretending to be Steve Martin,  but deliberate mirroring so as to confuse the public for purposes of financial gain or to promote false authority and exercise of power under color of law, is not. 

This second brand of mirroring is what we have here --- trying to pass off State Republics for republican States. 

Part of the confusion is created by the interplay of two distinct languages --- Latin and English, which have different grammar and style conventions.  The rest is provided by similar words providing a basis for deception.  

Many English-speakers are familiar with the fact that other languages, including the Romance Languages descended from Latin, and the modern Germanic Languages and Scandinavian Languages descended from Old Saxon, assign a Gender to nouns, so that the definite article for each noun has to be learned along with the word itself.  

"Republic" in Latin is a male noun, whereas "republican" is a female adjective describing -- in our important example, "form of government".  

The Constitutions guarantee us the right to assemble our "republican form of government".  

Not a "republic form of government". 

This may not seem like a big deal to an English-speaking public, but it is a big deal.  

Remember that the Treaties and Contracts including the Constitutions were all finalized in their official versions in the diplomatic language of the day --- French, which is a Romance language derived from Latin, complete with gender issues. 

A "republican form of government" is not the same as a "republic form of government" and that should be our first clue that the Federal Republic Government is a different beastie than the government guaranteed to us under the Constitutions. 

The State Republics created to be members of the Federal Republic are a different government apart from and operating in a different jurisdiction of law from the actual republican states guaranteed in the more than 200 year-old French.  

And here we encounter another difference between English and Latin and Latin-derived languages: in Latin (and antique French) small letters denote elevated status or seniority, whereas in English, all Proper Nouns (and though this is something of a grammatical oxymoron, all Proper Pronouns standing for Proper Nouns) are written in Upper and Lower Case. 

Thus, in the official diplomatic French version, "republican form of government" refers to "republican states" which are the very same "free, sovereign, and independent states" referred to by King George III in the Treaty of Paris 1783.  

In Diplomatic French as in Latin, our physically defined States of the Union are styled as "states of the union" because we are translating from French, not English. 

This has caused no end of confusion for Americans unaware of this linguistic maelstrom, and it has caused many Americans to assume that the French "states" have to be something other or different from our English "States" --- which is not the case. 

This has also caused many weird style conversions in private and public records, such as "the state of maryland" versus "The State of Maryland" and also "the Republic of Maryland" and "the Maryland Republic".  

As my Mother might say, "Sweet Jesus, what conundrum of Satan is this?" 

The only way to straighten it out is to decide which language convention you are going to use -- translated French or English -- and then use that style throughout whatever you are creating or translating. 

By the time the Confederation (doing business as the States of America) was creating the Federal Republic, and all the Confederation members operating as individual States of States, e.g., The State of New York, were spawning State Republics to serve as members of the Federal Republic apparatus-- the documents were no longer being written in Diplomatic French. 

So as of 1787 we have the original members of the Confederation (1781) each doing business as an American State of State with names formed as, for example, The State of Virginia and The State of Maine, each spinning off new State Republics to serve as their members in the new Federal Government being created.  

So we suddenly had the Maine Republic, the Florida Republic, etc., and they were all members of the American Federal Republic Government operating in international jurisdiction under the original Federal Constitution of 1787. 

Okay, well, and good, but.... the Federal Republic also operated in Global Commerce, yet another jurisdiction with its own laws and conventions, so.... 

The various State Republics were formed with "sister" commercial organizations all with names styled in this manner: the Republic of Florida, the Republic of Maine, etc. 

And this is what is giving rise to all these "State Republics" and "Republic of States" organizations trying to spring up like dandelions in spring. 

Does everyone reading this have a headache yet? 

What it boils down to is this: between the years 1787 and 1860, we had an American Federal Republic -- an American Subcontractor that provided the States with various agreed upon mutual services and which operated under "The Constitution for the united States of America".  

This Federal Republic and its members, the State Republics operating in international jurisdiction, and the Republics of State operating in global commerce, all disappeared in the wake of the Civil War. 

They vanished without a trace, but the actual States and the People did not vanish.  We were still here, simply left without a viable American service provider --- and conveniently not having it explained to the American Public, because the other foreign Federal Subcontractors were eager to take over. 

The American State of State doing business as The State of Maine prior to the Civil War was quietly replaced (as an "emergency" measure) by the State of Maine operated by the British Territorial Government -- a foreign Federal Subcontractor operating as a democracy (neither republican nor a Republic) under The Constitution of the United States of America. 

And that, dear friends, is where we have been stuck ever since, as the victims of a phony emergency and a British Territorial Military Protectorate foisted off on us by traitors and fools. 

Recently, a great many people --- mostly these same British-affiliated Territorials and District of Columbia personnel misleading ignorant Americans -- have been promoting restoration of the Republics of State, such as the Republic of Texas, as an answer to our practical and political dilemmas, 

By what means and authority can they act?  

Certainly not as Americans. 

The American States  (Maine, for example) gave rise to the American States of States (The State of Maine) and the American States of States gave rise to the Federal Republic States (the Maine Republic) which gave rise to the Republic of States (the Republic of Maine).  

The only American part of this whole apparatus still standing is the original State --- Maine.  Our original States of States, like The State of Maine, have been rolled up and cashiered in State Trusts operated under names styled like this: the Maine State (Trust). 

All the entities now operating as states-of-states are British Territorial interlopers foisted off on us in the wake of the Civil War, or Municipal Corporations infringing on our trademarks and Good Names, e.g., the STATE OF MAINE. 

Folks, there's no way to get there from here, except to go all the way back to our original and still-standing States, Maine, Illinois, etc., and reconstruct our own American States of States, dissolve the foreign State Trusts, and operate our own State Governments again.  

The Brits came in here in the wake of the Civil War and forced everyone to write "new" State Constitutions and forced us to contract with their State of State organizations via these undisclosed and forced contracts.  

Even our own soldiers and service members didn't know what was going on.  

It was a Substitution Fraud -- the British Territorial Government substituted their very similarly named State of State organizations for our own American States of State organizations, and almost nobody was the wiser. 

They are trying the same thing again.  They are trying to substitute British Territorial "State" Republics for our vanished American State Republics. 

Rather than standing down and helping our States of the Union do the reconstruction work that only the States can do, they are trying to get Americans to accept their fraudulent substitution scheme again --- only this time, they are aiming at occupying our Federal Republic --- with the intent of establishing their own Federal Republic, instead. 

They figure that if they could replace our States of States with their States of States, why not replace our Federal Republic with their Federal Republic? If they could get away with the State of State of switcheroo, why not a Republic State and Republic of State switch, too?  

It's time that we woke up, all the way up, and then time to stand up --- all the way up.  

Our States of the Union are in Session now.  Our unincorporated Federation of States is in Session now.  We don't need any other representation or instrumentality to function.

Our States of the Union (or in French translation, "states of the union") are alive and well and hold General Jurisdiction over everything within their physical borders.  

Don't like the Border problem?  Join your actual State Assembly and tell the British Territorial State of State Legislature and Governor what to do.  

Don't like the horrific problems with the medical industry?   Join your actual State Assembly and tell the British Territorial Government and especially the United States Secretary of State to clean up the Patent Office, revoke all harmful and criminal patents, and kick SERCO back to the UK.  

This is your country, but you are going to have to work hard and educate yourselves to keep it secure and enjoy it.  Begin now.  Go to:

Bypass the distractions and confusions and keep on the straight and narrow.  This is supposed to be an American Government run by Americans and serviced by American organizations.  

Make it so. 

And for all you other countries, whose natural government has been similarly usurped upon and left dormant and occupied by foreign, albeit, Allied military forces --- the same situation and verbiage applies. 

Most of the other countries never had any system of state or provincial "republics" to start with, and now, suddenly, people are talking about starting republics in Italy and republics in Romania --- and it is all equally misbegotten. 

You don't want "Republic" governments. You want "republican" governments. 

Pay attention to the essential difference between  governments organized by the people who live within the established physical boundaries of your country, and "governments" organized by corporations to provide "governmental services" for a fee. 

If you let them, such corporations will endlessly expand the services they offer, until they are paying themselves to wipe your butts for you, to do your thinking for you, to manage and dictate your health care for you, and all sorts of other tasks you never asked them to do.  

And they will keep on serving you and providing all this unauthorized service and charging you for it, until they own everything you think you own, and they are standing there, mugging, and pretending that they were all good loyal public servants, doing what you told them to do. 

Stop the madness now.  

Restore your lawful governments --- the republican form of government you are owed, and don't be fooled into chasing after or supporting any incorporated "Republics" operated by foreign interests.

Are You Still Confused?

People are understandably confused ---well, if Anna went out and reclaimed all our stuff, why isn't she in Fat City?  And why aren't we any better off yet?  

There are stages or steps in everything we do. 

The first stage was waking up.  We had to realize what was happening around us.  We had to research the situation.  We had to go outside this country to get the news.  We had to piece together the puzzle from history and public documents -- and a few whistleblowers, like Karen Hudes. 

The second stage was --- okay, we finally woke up and knew what was going on, but we still had to respond to it.   

Let's bring you up to speed:

Other governments that are heavily in debt to us, were trying to sell off our country's assets to pay their debts, and their other creditors were bringing claims against our assets.  Read that again, twice.  

Foreign Municipal Corporations that are over their heads in debt to us, were trying to sell our assets to their other creditors as payment for their debts.  

We were being bypassed in the line up of Creditors, because we were all being impersonated as foreign citizens and because our government was being mischaracterized to the rest of the world as "absent" and "in interregnum". 

Our entire country, our land, our homes, our businesses, were all "tagged" and "latched" by the British Crown as "subject property" ready for auction as abandoned property salvaged by the Crown under the Law of Admiralty. 

The International Banks were going along with this, because it was profitable for them, and because there was nobody and nothing standing up and objecting to it.  

To the rest of the world, our government did in fact appear to be "absent" and unaccounted for, for decades. The banks said we had only 500 million United States Silver Dollars still in circulation, which to them, indicated that our American Government was dead. 

This is how Hillary Clinton, a Communist Attorney, proposed to get away with the Uranium One deal. This is how HRM Elizabeth II proposed to sell her "tribute interest" in our in-ground gold assets to the Chinese. 

Enter me, our remaining American Fiduciary, Anna Maria Riezinger. 

I began formal objections in 1998, objecting to all of this nonsense, serving Notice on the miscreants, entering diplomatic missions, corresponding with the foreign Principals responsible, throttling the banks, calling the American States into Session, preventing sale of our resources to pay foreign debts, locking down claims on all our property assets to prevent the Crown's "hypothecation of debt" scheme, and sounding the alarm for all the other Americans to rise and shine.  

So, we put a stick in all their little red wagon wheels, slowed it all down, caused enough trouble and prevented the identity theft of our country--- and the theft of our assets to pay foreign debts. 

But that only solves part of the problem. Our assets may be saved and secured and outside the reach of foreign creditors, but we still had to collect from the miscreant Municipal Corporations residing in the District of Columbia.   

So I claimed all their debt.  

Not just the debt these organizations owed to our government, but all their debt in sum total.  And we proceeded to prove that no such thing as a "national debt" can exist in a debt-credit monetary system. 

The entire "National Debt" of the United States Municipal City-State and its corporations, like all the other "National Debts" that countries have been laboring under, don't exist.  It follows that all the interest everyone was paying on these debts was also bogus.  

And once again, Granna and friends --- those who understood what she was talking about and came to her aid --- kicked rump from Brussels to Bangkok. 

But all of that, the summary execution upon worldwide "national debt" was only part of the remaining problem.  

Foreign banks still had possession and control of our

assets, leaving us with everything locked down, in "off ledger" accounts and "blocked accounts" and so on.  

They were forced to admit that it was our stuff, but they hemmed and hawed and found endless excuses for why our Fiduciary wasn't allowed to take possession and direct the assignment and distribution of our assets--- despite her successful and unequivocal claim upon them. 

So, a long period of stand-off ensued, and it appeared for quite a while, that the banks were just utterly lawless institutions thumbing their noses at us, and doing whatever they pleased with our assets and handing out our credit to whomever for whatever purposes.  

Not to be deterred, we developed relationships with international banking authorities and with asset management and recoupment firms competent to go after our assets and enforce the laws. This took time, but was ultimately successful, too.  

The crooked bankers-- and there were quite a few of them--  are now smiling out of the other sides of their faces, and the gigantic fraud scheme is unravelling on a worldwide basis.  

It turns out that both the Communists and the Capitalists were busy preying upon us.  

And we are left with the mandate of our Forefathers -- the challenge, the right, and the responsibility -- to govern ourselves. 

At this point, the slow "mills of God" have ground their way forward and we have secured large chunks of our assets with a lot more to be located, secured, and accounted for.  

Our assets have been distributed all over the world by these miscreant foreign corporations and it requires an international effort to locate all the physical and credit assets that have been rat-holed away over the past 160 years. 

To my personal horror, I shortly discovered that our country wasn't the only one to have succumbed to these white collar con artists. 

I was, at the time, the only land jurisdiction Fiduciary operating in this arena, and therefore the only one left to claim back the assets belonging to numerous foreign countries that had come under the thrall of this same corrupt system. 

So in addition to all the American assets, I "inherited" the assets of many other countries, and the responsibility to return those assets to the people they belong to.  

We have faced the same problem in all these other countries as in America: over a course of decades, the natural government of the people in each country has been eroded and left dormant and subjected to foreign occupation by various military "protectorates", until the people no longer know how to organize and operate their civilian governments.  

So, quite above and beyond having to re-educate Americans about their own lawful government and how it operates, it has fallen to us to sort out this dreadful mess and help dozens of other countries and millions of other people find their feet again --- and keep everything running in the meantime, too. 

The mandate of our Founding Fathers has been extended to billions of other people --- in the form of a circumstantial necessity to accept the challenge, the right, and the responsibility of self-governance.     

We are continuing to close the door on access to funds for illegal and immoral and non-contractual purposes, including but not limited to war-profiteering, inland piracy, unlawful conversion, conspiracy against the constitutions (our own and others), drug smuggling, securitization fraud, human trafficking, criminal commercial claims, peonage and enslavement rackets, racketeering, impersonation, identity theft, illegal contracts, and fraud --- among other things. 

Our problems still aren't over yet.  We have secured our assets, brought our lawful government into Session, wrestled the bankers, built a whole new banking system and secured that, planned and designed a whole new world economy designed for the benefit of the Earth and the living people....but it all takes time, we are slogging very painfully through the very last steps and hurdles. 

A great deal has been accomplished against impossible odds, by average people acting together. 

The victories we have claimed and the victories we are still working on, are for the Common Good of all people and for our beloved planet. Everyone has a stake in this working out. 

We are motivated in all of these activities by love, not any material advantage.  Love for our fellow man.  Love for the Earth.  

And as for me, I am not here as a politician. I am here as a Great-Grandma.  I have lived my life and loved my loves; I have raised my family and done my duties.  My responsibility now is to educate you, empower you, and pass the torch--- in that order. 

The education part is well-begun.  The empowerment has started on many levels, as you have learned about law and jurisdiction and history and science, and began to explore your own hearts and minds in new ways. I am aware of my Soul Contract and am supposed to stay with you and be working with you another ten years. 

Make tracks, therefore, and help bring all this work to fruition. Though the day is coming when I won't have to ask you for financial support, this work we have begun will always need your understanding and support.  

You will be responsible for your government, your country, and your world.

Why Step By Step

First, imagine that your country has been internationally declared a battlefield without your knowledge. 

Second, imagine that two groups of mercenaries have been hired to fight on this battlefield and you are stuck in the middle as an "undeclared" person. 

Third, imagine that both sides in this secret "war" are intent on impersonating you as someone from the other side, so as to justify mistreating and abusing you and stealing your property. 

Fourth, imagine that one side in this secret mercenary war is funded by communists, and the other side is funded by capitalists. And you are neither one.  

Fifth, imagine that all of this is grossly illegal and against international law, but it proved so profitable that the Principals responsible continued it for 160 years.  And since you didn't know anything about it, you didn't object. 

Sixth, imagine that all this has been discovered and that the Principals responsible --- on all sides --- are being brought to task for it.  

Ever seen one of those Mall Maps that say, "You are Here" with a big red "X" showing the location of the map display?  

Well, you are "here".  This is what you are facing, and this is why it is very important to declare your birthright political status as an American State National.  And do it properly.  

Until you do, you can be mistaken for an "Enemy Combatant" in an illegal mercenary conflict.

Why We Need Donations

Number One:  Who pays you to mow your own lawn?  Or wash your own car? 

Nobody.  

It's the same way when you run your own government.  We aren't collecting any taxes from you. All our people are working as volunteers. 

Number Two: Normally, the States fund the Federation functions, but in this situation, the Federation has to help the States instead. 

Thus, the Federation is left unfunded at the exact moment that funds are needed most, and both the States and the Federation are scrambling. 

Number Three: There are numerous expenses associated with the work being done above and beyond the labor which is being donated. 

There are phone and utility bills and facilities upkeep.  There are travel costs.  There are storage units to pay for. There are equipment costs.  There are supply costs.  All of it has to get paid for, and guess what?  It's your government. 

Number Four: When you are self-governing, you have to be self-supporting --- so this is a reasonable situation for us to be in, so far as it goes. 

Later on down the track, when everything is functioning as it should, we will have access to our assets and sources of income and it won't be a problem.  Right now, it's a pain in the butt. 

Number Five: Yes, we have tracked down a lot of assets that belong to our States and our people. We have claimed back those assets -- and there is still a lot more to collect.  Which also requires more work and expenses.   

We don't yet have the ability to distribute those assets which is a whole other issue.  We have been working on this for several years and are very close to solving it, but until the final lever turns, we are still in need of funds to: (1) finish the project, and (2) continue our collection efforts.

Missing on All Cylinders But One

There is so much disinformation coming out of the woodwork now, it's crazy -- and hard to keep your eye on the ball.  So let me help dispel some of it and get your attention riveted on what is important. 

First, rumors that our Founding Fathers were horrible people who drank adrenochrome and were gross libertines, and all because Ben Franklin was a member of the Hellfire Club.   

Ben Franklin was not the upright and moral man we might wish, but neither was he a monster. Franklin decried the hypocrisy of the churches of his day, which subjected unwed mothers and their babies to public shaming, orphanages, and work houses.  

Like many members of the Hellfire Club and the Masonic Lodges, Franklin had seen the horrors of religious wars and doctrinal struggles, experienced the suppression of scientific truth by religious authorities, and seen the horrific social costs of enforced morality imposed without compassion. 

If Franklin turned away from the churches and toward non-sectarian belief in a Creator, he was far from alone. 

The gift that these men gave us by separating church and state (government) should not be under-estimated.  It's because of them that we have been able to achieve and maintain religious freedom -- and freedom of conscience --  in this country. 

The next red herring is the interminable flap over the Act of 1871 --- which was repealed in 1874.  

The end result of the Act of 1871 was, after a lot of sneaking and pandering, the establishment of a second Municipal Corporation in the District of Columbia, which in and of itself was not prohibited by any treaty or contract.  

You will note that the Constitutions don't mandate the form of the business that the Federal Subcontractors adopted; incorporation versus non-incorporation seems not to have been a topic at the time the Constitutions were adopted, so there was nothing stopping the Subcontractors from incorporating their businesses. 

Rather, the issue is that the Territorial Congress acting to incorporate the second Municipal Corporation didn't have the granted authority to do so. 

The management of the city government of Washington, DC, was left to the American Subcontractor and holder of the original Federal Constitution of 1787---- not the British Territorial Subcontractor formed in 1789. 

There is also a great deal of confusion about "aliens" and extra-terrestrials and human versus non-human and all sorts of legal jargon going astray. 

Another name for "alien" is "foreign" and that is the  meaning behind such phrases as "non-resident alien", which means "non-resident foreigner" and refers to political status, not planetary origin. 

It seems absolutely certain given archeological evidence that the Earth has been visited and populated by successive waves of refugees and invaders from other star systems, some of whom were capable of successfully interbreeding with early humanoids on Earth. 

We know that different groups of people on Earth have developed from five different brain stem systems developed from four different reptilian and one amphibious ancestor. Thus, 80% of us have "reptilian" brain stems and only 20% have an amphibian brain stem.  That doesn't mean that we are any less alive, better or worse. 

What makes us better or worse is our devotion to truth and reason, our compassion, our goodwill, and our willingness to nurture the Earth and each other. 

And these are all things within our capability to choose, no matter what kind of brain stem we inherited.  

So let's just nip that rationale for prejudice in the bud and deal with the fact that most of us have reptilian brain stem systems --- and say, so what? It's what we believe and think and do that makes us who we are. 

Again, most people don't understand that they should not accept being called a "human".   

The word "human" is a contraction of "hue man" meaning "color of man" in the same sense as "color of law" -- and it indicates something less than a living man, a representation of a man, a persona, a "person". 

It is a diminishing description to call a living man a "human", which is why there is a distinction between "natural and unalienable rights" and "Human rights" and "Civil rights". 

It is part of our birthright as Americans that we have natural and unalienable rights --- meaning that we can't give them away if we wanted to.  Human rights apply to indentured servants and serfs, like the British Territorial U.S. Citizens and their Legal Persons.  Civil rights apply to Municipal citizens of the United States held as slaves of the Municipal Government. 

There is a difference between being a man and being a human.  The difference is based on the jurisdiction inhabited and the law that applies to each group. 

So, yes, Virginia, there are second and third class citizens in this country, and they are all classed as foreigners --- not Americans at all, regardless of where they were born, because they have been unlawfully converted and illegally registered as both U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United 

States.  

These second and third class citizenries inhabit different jurisdictions and different laws apply to them; most especially, they have no Constitutional Guarantees.  

Millions upon millions of Americans have been defrauded out of their birthright because they have  unknowingly let their employees register them as foreign persons possessing only human or civil rights, and thus these Americans have been deprived of their natural and unalienable rights and trafficked into foreign jurisdictions and subjected to foreign laws.

Obviously, you need to know who you are and where you stand in this mess, and you must be able to reasonably prove your political standing, or you will find yourself defrauded and alienated from your native land. 

All the above is just more distraction and ignorance on parade. 

The real game involves the attempt of British Territorial States-of-States to present themselves under the False Guise of being "Republic States" and thereby occupy our Federal Republic. 

This is just another rendition of "bait and switch" fraud, similar to what the Brits did in the wake of the Civil War when they "temporarily" occupied our States and set up British Territorial States-of-States to replace our American States-of-States.  

The Federal Republic existed under the American Federal Constitution --- The Constitution for the united States of America.  

The American States-of-States were members of the original Confederation of States (of States) formed in 1781.  They were the only Republic States to ever exist and had nothing to do with the "republican form of government" that we and our States are guaranteed.  

Now the British Interlopers are engaged in bringing forward their State-of-State organizations and calling them "Republic States" in order to ape the original American members of the Federal Republic. 

They want to do their version of a "reconstruction" by pretending to be us and pull another cuckoo-bird maneuver on the dumbed down Americans: make us believe that they are the legitimate American States of States organizations and that they are the "Republic States" when they are not and cannot be. 

The only way that the Republic States return is by us getting organized and reconstructing them ourselves. 

We created the American Republic States.  We adopted the Federal Constitution.  And we are the only ones on Earth who can recreate these institutions. 

Not the British Territorial Subcontractors. Not their States of States.

So the Big Game is all about the Brits and their British Crown Officers trying to rear-end us again, and get this big con game going to substitute themselves and their organizations for ours, to pretend that their "Republic States" are our republican states or our vanished American Republic States, either one. 

And pull the wool over the eyes of the trusting American public one more time, 

We hereby address the entire world, all the religious, all the territorial, all the municipal institutions and the officials and officers of all corporations -- and we say that we do not accept this offer to take over our vacated Federal Republic.  

Our Federation of States has lawfully and legally occupied our Federal Republic ourselves, as we are entitled to do so by Operation of Law, as the original Delegators of all "powers" vested in the Federal Republic. We claim the right to operate our government as we see fit, without interference from our foreign subcontractors and their franchise employees and agents.
