The Systematic Elimination of Private Property especially in the West
Interview with a New Mexico rancher at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada.

Range Magazine article on Sheriffs vs. BLM

Cops are everywhere. These days in America, everybody seems to have a badge. But by common law at least a thousand years old, only the sheriff has elected authority over local law enforcement. The “MAN,” in some cases a woman, is still the bottom line on “legal” in some 3,000 jurisdictions of the United States.
Even after the British in about the 17th century let go of the system of a “reeve” in every “shire,” it remained an essential element of English Common Law, mentioned nine times in the freedom-founding document of the Magna Carta alone and still generally acknowledged as the lynchpin of the American justice system. Next to the King himself, the “shire reeve” was the realm’s most powerful authority, not only in matters of law enforcement and tax collection, but in raising the “hue and cry” to rally the residents against a general threat, including that from another monarch.
Robin Hood might recognize the ticket book as tax collection on a country highway, and most common country drunks can testify after any weekend to the effectiveness of a night in “gaol.” Less recognized these days, however, is the sort of formal hueing and crying that pits a number of western sheriffs and their constituents against what they see as expanding authority of the federal government into local matters. In many a shire, the reeve has about had it with the feds.
“They despise me,” Eureka County, Nev., Sheriff Ken Jones says of his federal counterparts in the law enforcement division of the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. “I think they draw straws just to see who gets the dreaded duty of giving me a phone call.”

Pushback starting from the Bureau of LandGrabs' Bundy Family Ranch episode!
This is so much bigger than just the Bundy family and their cattle. This is about Freedom from Tyranny by an out of control Federal monster that will gorge itself on land and power every chance it gets until We the People stop it.

Lawmakers Unveil Plan to Liberate Western Lands and Evict Feds
Written by Alex
Newman
With the now-infamous
federal abuses against the Bundy ranching family and its
supporters in Nevada helping to awaken a sleeping giant,
liberty-minded elected officials from Western states are coming together with
citizens to take action in defense of the Constitution and the West. Their
mission: to wrest control over the vast expanses of land and wealth in the
region that are unconstitutionally claimed by the Washington, D.C.-based
political and bureaucratic classes. Now, a new alliance of lawmakers and
citizens has a concrete plan to make those goals a
reality.
As The New American
reported this week, more than 50
elected officials from nine Western states met on April 18 at the Utah Capitol
for the Legislative Summit on the Transfer for Public Lands.
Among them were state House speakers, state senators, a U.S.
senator, county commissioners, and more. The goal, multiple organizers and
attendees explained, is to strip the federal government of the almost 50 percent
of land in Western states that it claims to “own” in defiance of the U.S.
Constitution and various agreements.
One of the lawmakers who participated, Washington State Rep. Matt
Shea, a liberty-minded Republican who also stood with the Bundy family, says that
lawmakers from Western states are determined to protect the Constitution and
their constituents. “Legislators from across the West are saying enough is
enough,” Rep. Shea told The New
American after the summit in Salt Lake City . “We are banding together to
fight federal overreach wherever
it rears its ugly head, not just talk about it.”
To do that, last week, another alliance of lawmakers, citizens,
businessman, ranchers, sheriffs, officials, and more came together and created
the Coalition of Western
States United Against Tyranny, or COWS for short.
Already, the network has seen phenomenal growth, with more than 25 lawmakers
joining up by April 22, Rep. Shea explained. “COWS has grown massively in just
one week and legislators from all over the West are jumping on board,” he said,
adding that he was “absolutely” optimistic about their prospects for
success.
COWS advocates a five-step process to evict the self-styled federal landlords from the
Western United States , Rep. Shea
explained. In the short term, county governments should draw up management
plans for the land in coordination with state and
federal agencies. Already, federal law requires
that U.S. bureaucracies work with local
officials, though in practice, that rarely happens. At the same time,
states should also introduce and pass legislation to prohibit any net loss of
private land to government.
In the longer term, federally (mis)managed lands should be
transferred over to state authorities, “because government closest to the people
is best,” Rep. Shea continued. “The federal government cannot possibly know how
best to manage land in the thousands of different locales like the people of
those areas could,” the popular Republican lawmaker explained, echoing the
sentiments of countless other policymakers and activists who say the federal
government needs to be stripped of its vast, unconstitutional land
holdings.
“Clearly,” Shea says, “the people of Western states would do a better
job managing those lands.” In fact, among the most common complaints on the
issue in the West is the fact that the feds have done
a terrible job maintaining the land they purport to
own — especially when compared with the areas
managed by state and local governments, or even private citizens. The COWS
lawmakers said an excellent,
proven process for transferring federally managed lands into state
control has been laid out by the American Lands Council and
others.
Then there is the issue of keeping promises. As the Western
territories were officially becoming states, like in the East, the federal
government agreed to eventually transfer those lands. However, as with so many
other promises made by the D.C.-based political class, so far, it has not been
fulfilled. “The enabling acts of the Western
States make it clear the federal government was meant to be a steward only until
such time that the states could manage,” Rep. Shea
explained.
The state of Utah has taken the strongest action thus far
toward ensuring that the feds comply. In 2012, lawmakers passed and the governor
signed a law demanding that the federal
government relinquish control over much of the estimated two-thirds of territory
inside Utah ’s
borders it claims to control. The law specifically cited those
agreements from when Utah joined the Union,
threatening a lawsuit if Washington , D.C. refuses to
comply.
Perhaps the most important issue at play in the whole land issue,
though, is the U.S. Constitution. “Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution
spells out what types of property the federal government can ‘own’,” Rep. Shea
continued, pointing out that, outside of a few limited exceptions, it is not
constitutional for Washington, D.C., to own or control land — much less half of
the Western United States, and as much as 85 percent of some states such as
Nevada.
Rep. Shea also pointed to The
Federalist, No. 45, which (he notes) “makes clear the intent” of
America ’s Founding Fathers. “The
powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government, are few
and defined,” the document states. “Those which are to remain in the State
governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised
principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign
commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be
connected. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the
objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties,
and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and
prosperity of the State.”
Eventually, also in the long term, some of the land wrested from the
federal government should be sold off to private parties “as required in the
enabling acts of most of the states,” Rep. Shea continued. Indeed, numerous
lawmakers and analysts say at least some of that land should be privatized,
allowing the Western states to boost their economy and tax base while extending
private-property rights to a broader area and a potentially greater number of
individuals. Exactly how much land should be kept in the hands of state and
local authorities could be decided going forward.
The economic and environmental benefits, though, would be
significant. “It would have a massive positive impact putting that land back into productive use
for both the economy and the tax base,” Rep. Shea explained, again echoing the
recently expressed concerns of dozens of powerful lawmakers and countless
Western-state citizens, with some estimates suggesting that there is around $150
trillion in mineral wealth alone. “In fact, in the enabling act that brought
Washington State into the Union ,
the proceeds from a portion of the sale of that land must go to specifically
funding education.”
Finally, the fifth step in the process would be to disarm federal bureaucrats — a demand
that is growing increasingly urgent after the federal terror unleashed by
heavily armed Bureau of Land Management officials against the Bundy family and
friends in Nevada . “This is not an isolated incident and
is part of a broader war on rural America ,” Rep. Shea explained.
“Bureaucratic rules and regulations are functionally disallowing the viable
economic use of large swaths of land in the West. Regardless, a sniper rifle and
killing instead of seizing cattle is not due
process.”
With the public increasingly galvanized against federal abuses and
lawlessness after the Bundy ranch fiasco, now is a perfect time for state
governments and the American people to put the U.S. government back in its
constitutional cage where it belongs — and where it cannot send in heavily armed storm troopers to terrorize ranchers
and protesters over alleged unpaid “fees” or tortoises. The
alternative is more and more
Bundy ranch-style paramilitary disasters, along with eventual tyranny. With optimistic Western
lawmakers making strong and popular moves to protect liberty and evict the feds,
though, liberty-minded Americans have good reason to be optimistic as
well.

Bundy Ranch after action report by Stewart Rhodes and others who were there!
The following Advisory is also online at Oath Keepers' national
website. Please comment there:

Here
is more info from Stewart Rhodes and company on the rift between the alleged
"leaders" of the militia down at the Bundy Ranch. This debriefing focuses on
just a few men who would sabotage Oath Keepers' mission at the Bundy Ranch. It
explains some sequences and some activities which you've not heard about
before.
Please understand that Oath Keepers has great faith in the majority
of good men and women in the militias represented at the Ranch. We just have
problems with people who want to stir up trouble, for such people are most often
what we call "Agents Provocateur".
We are not accusing anyone of being an agent
provocateur, but we are definitely identifying certain
actions and statements by questionable men as being exactly
the sort of activity an agent provocateur would
display. It is just a few, and we think that the greater majority
of militiamen and militiawomen serving there are tops. To you we say: You have
our support and our gratitude for your sacrifice for the Bundy Ranch mission.
Well done. However, Oath Keepers suggests that you do question your leadership
to be sure they are who and what they claim to be. We would especially encourage
people to look into any claims about any specialty service in the military that
any of the current leaders might claim.
Mike
Vanderboegh posted this video at his Sipsey Street Irregulars website. Mike
accompanied the posting of this video with a well-informed and therefore
informative article of his own. Mike was there and gave a great speech. He also
kept a close eye on unseen trends in behavior patterns and cultural earmarks.
This is not his first rodeo. He sums up with an excellent and generously written
article of his own. We would like to invite you to also read Mike's take on the
Bundy Ranch excitement.

Bundy Ranch and the new rules of engagement
Mike Adams
(NaturalNews) In the aftermath of round one of the Bundy Ranch armed siege by the U.S. government, I have decided to offer the federal government an intelligent analysis of the new rules of engagement. People like Daniel P. Love, Special Agent in Charge of BLM Region 3, desperately need to review and learn these rules. Other federal agents also need to understand the tectonic shift of power that has just taken place and how it will impact their operations from here forward. ......
America’s newest hero: Meet the real Cliven Bundy

I have been to the Bundy ranch and on Saturday had dinner with Cliven Bundy. He is not much different than some of the ranchers I know in Montana. Independent, and all about God, family and country. I wasn't there more than about 2 hours, but you should have been there when a black American conservative who is running for office in Las Vegas told Cliven that There are NO racists left in America, and yet we are all racists. I didn't get his name, but he had some great advice about this racist thing. He said it wasn't about Rosa Parks sitting in the front of the bus, but it WAS about Rosa Parks sitting anywhere she darn well wanted to in that bus. THAT FREEDOM is what this is all about. It's about tyranny of the rich and powerful against the little guy that only wants to be left alone to live and work and raise his family in peace. And that should be ALL of us.
Watch the video and read the article above and you will understand what I am saying.
I am here for the duration, and don't know how long that will be so will try to keep you up to date.

All Hat and no Cattle
Sunday, April 20, 2014
"They know we're coming." With piss-poor operational security, Feds flood the zone at Las Vegas hotels in massive display of gambling prowess.
"They know, Chuck, they know. They know we're coming." -- ATF undercover agent Robert Rodriguez to raid commander Chuck Sarabyn, 28 February 1993, one hour before the raid on the Branch Davidians.
I know that the Bundys are not going away, and neither are the volunteers. Unless the federal government has decided to kill them all and initiate the next American civil war, this is all just your tax dollars at work in a massive display of gambling prowess.
That potential conflict, as I have explained many times would be suicidal, both personally for Harry Reid and and for his mandarin class. And as long as even one closet Oath Keeper or Three Percenter in the federal ranks remains -- and there are many -- the feds know that there is no military option that cannot be compromised. So Emperor Harry can go on muttering about how "soon the rebellion will be crushed," and the storm troopers can continue to dip their wicks in the soft envelopments of Vegas hookers, but it is all hat and no cattle, as they say out here. They may be fooling themselves, but they do not fool the hardy band of determined patriots dug in along the banks of the Virgin River.
BLM and bosses should be criminally liable for their action - Sheriff Mack
In the video below Sheriff Mack gives his take on the Bundy Ranch situation, tearing into the actions of the Bureau of Land Management and their terror tactics. You’ll even hear him call out Glenn Beck for his lack of support for the Bundys:
“The federal agents and the mercenaries have hired are willing and able, and have made this very clear: They will shoot at unarmed people. They will shoot at unarmed citizens. They are willing to kill, and over what? Grazing fees? Or the desert tortoise? How ridiculous can you get?And they will do that here and turn around and blame the Bundys.”
There is no excuse for the criminal activity against the Bundys and 53 other ranchers including the Wayne Hage family and estate. Read that story below this article or here:

What they are doing to Cliven Bundy they have already done to Wayne Hage
FEDERAL JUDGE: BLM ENGAGED IN DECADES-LONG, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AGAINST RANCHERS
U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones states that for over 20 years the Bureau of Land Management engaged in a “literal, intentional conspiracy” against Nevada rancher E. Wayne Hage to force his family out of business.
“In summary, government officials, and perhaps also Mr. Snow, entered into a literal, intentional conspiracy to deprive the Hages not only of their permits but also of their vested water rights.”
“This behavior shocks the conscience of the Court and provides a sufficient basis for a finding of irreparable harm to support the injunction described at the end of this Order.”
Basically, the BLM attempted to destroy the Hage family’s livelihood because he asserted his rights to the land which his family held since the late 19th century.
This is exactly what the BLM is attempting to do to Cliven Bundy.

LICENSES AND THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT
You know, radio is NOT user friendly; at least not serious radio. You know, the kind of radio communication that you can use when the rest of the world cannot communicate further than they can shout! Sailing ’round the web, I find that when it comes to prepping and radios, there is always the question about licenses and it’s always something like this:
“Why should I get a ham license? If the world has ended,
there ain’t gonna be no FCC anyway !“
This argument is brought-up on most prepper ‘communication forums’. The “NO study & NO license plan” is to just buy ‘all the gear’, store it away for ‘someday’ and when the big emergency happens, they’ll pull it out and POOF!: instant radio communications. Let me share MY thoughts on this.

I’ll buy a mil-spec surgical kit on E-Bay!
I’ll keep it packed -duh- SOMEWHERE for when I NEED it!

Answering the call to the Bundy ranch in Nevada.
As Oath Keepers and patriots roast under the Nevada sun, many more freedom-loving Americans are arriving from all over the country to relieve those already in place. Stewart Rhodes, Oath Keepers founder, made the call for logistical support a couple days ago, and patriots responded from as far away as Alaska to stand side-by-side with the former Army paratrooper. Below is the latest audio update from Stewart in Bunkerville, Nevada.

Exclusive: Does Cliven Bundy Have Something Called “Prescriptive Rights”, Why The BLM May Be Afraid To Go To Court
In this ongoing story surrounding cattle rancher Cliven Bundy, there are a series of questions media has ignored. For instance, in the 20 years Bundy hasn’t been paying his fees, why hasn’t he been taken to court? Why this year, spend nearly $1,000,000 of taxpayer money to round up 400 cattle that ultimately have to be returned? Why didn’t the BLM just place a lien on the cattle rather than attempting to take them by force and then auction them off? The Bureau of Land Management has suffered a huge black eye this week because of their response to the Bundy situation. Perhaps though, there is a reason the BLM chose force over the courts.

In an exclusive interview with Benswann.com, Montana cattle rancher Todd Devlin says the BLM is now considering new ways of dealing with the Cliven Bundy situation. Devlin, is not just Montana cattle rancher but is also a County Commissioner in Prairie County Montana and he has worked with the Department of Interior, having taught workshops for the agency in the past. Monday, Devlin reached out to his contacts in the Department of the Interior to find out why the Bureau of Land Management has refused to work with Bundy rather than simply attempting to run over him.
Among the questions Devlin asked of the BLM, “Is it possible that this guy (Cliven Bundy) has prescriptive rights?” The response from top officials at the BLM, “We are worried that he might and he might use that defense.”

Sheriff Says Feds Planning Raid on Bundy Ranch That Will Likely Involve Violence
LibertyNews.com reported on the BLM showdown in yesterday’s edition of Liberty News TV.
The ranchers won a major battle over the weekend as the BLM was forced to retreat, but there is no way the federal government is going to allow this to end there. The federal government will not allow precedent to be set in favor of American rights. The fed is entrenched in these kinds of battles across the nation and losing one like this, as they well know, very well could cause a shockwave of similar outcomes elsewhere in America.

Ron Paul Warns Feds Could Launch Waco-Style Assault
Show of force possible, says former Congressman
(Info Wars) – Ron Paul appeared on Fox News with Neil Cavuto last night to warn that the federal government could be planning to launch a Waco-style assault against Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy.
Expressing hope that last week’s events, during which Bundy supporters faced down armed BLM agents and forced them to release Bundy’s cattle, represented a new benchmark for Americans standing up against federal government intrusion, the former Congressman suggested that it would be naive to think that the feds have thrown in the towel.
“They may come back with a lot more force like they did at Waco with the Davidians,” said Paul, adding that he hoped the situation remained non-violent.
PUBLIC LAND IS NOT FEDERAL LAND.
CLIVEN BUNDY AGREES
LAND TRANSFER IS NEITHER THE ISSUE NOR THE
SOLUTION.
"It doesn’t matter what happened
before statehood. What matters is what has happened at the moment of
statehood. Now, if you think about that
in the second. At the moment of statehood. What happened? At the moment of
statehood the people of the territory become people of the United States with
the Constitution with equal footing to the original 13 states. They had
boundaries around them, a state line. And that boundary was divided into 17
subdivisions, which were county. I live in one of those counties: Clark County,
Nevada. And in that county, Clark County, Nevada, we elect our county
commissioners, which is the closest to we the people, and we elect the county
sheriff and we pay him to do what? Protect our life, liberty and
property. I’m a
citizen of that county. I abide by all the state laws.
"Essentially, Bundy is saying this
conflict isn't inherently about grazing fees or water rights, but that he
ultimately does not recognize the lands to be federal and the United States
government or the BLM do not have jurisdiction on the
land."
I agree with Bundy,
with one important distinction.
AN IMPORTANT POINT OF
CLARIFICATION
THE PEOPLE ARE THE
STATE
According to Black's
Law Dictionary 5th Edition (found on page 1262), the definition of State is "A
people permanently occupying a fixed territory bound together by common-law
habits and custom into one body politic exercising, through the medium of an
organization government, independent sovereignty and control over all persons
and things within its boundaries..." In other words, the People are
the State.
STATE LANDS BELONG TO THE PEOPLE
The expression "State
land" is correct, but only when properly understood to mean the People's
land. Americans have been greatly
deceived and are utterly confused because they don't understand the meanings and
legal distinctions between words. "State" and "State government" are not
synonymous. They are two very different things. Supreme Court decisions confirm
this fact. And it is a very important distinction, because one implication as
that state lands do not belong not to the state's government. They are an asset,
a treasure if you will, that belongs to the People, either individually as
private property, or collectively as public land.
THE "GOVERNMENT" OF A STATE IS NOT THE
"STATE"
What, then, is
government? Government representatives are agents of the People, receiving their
authority from the People, and accepting the duty to exercise this authority on
behalf of the People to support and enforce the national and state
constitutions.
Therein lies the
problem.
Currently, many if
not most state and local representatives are in breach of their fiduciary duty
to the People by taking money from the federal government. In so doing, they
create a massive conflict of interest, effectively becoming agents of the
federal government, more concerned about the money than the People's rights. I
know this first hand. Many, if not most, county representatives, for example,
are more concerned about what the local federal agent has to say than what the
People say, for fear of pissing off the federal government and losing the money.
That's why we are losing our rights and lands; how Common Core education is
creeping in; and how Agenda 21 gets traction.
In so doing, our
representatives become co-conspirators in the unconstitutional expansion of
federal authority; breach their fiduciary duty to the People and to their
constitutions; and act under color of law; all of which have legal remedies, not
just political ones.
As bad as those
implications are, one only understands the full impact by understanding the
fraud behind our current "monetary system". "Money" "given" to a state by the
federal government is borrowed from the privately owned federal reserve system
These debts are never repaid. They become perpetual debts, growing with
interest. Like a snowball rolling down hill, they just continue growing until
they consume all of our personal and national wealth and property, and the
People are enslaved, forever laboring to pay off debts that cannot be repaid.
Thus, the states' acceptance of federal "money" just deepens and accelerates our
slavery. There is a reason why "bond" is
the root word for "bondage".
It's about time the
People wake up, and act accordingly.
WE EITHER RESTORE LOCAL
GOVERNMENT, OR SUFFER GLOBAL GOVERNANCE.

It
will help you get what's going on! At least it should!" Words from Shiree
Bundy Cox:
"I
have had people ask me to explain my dad's stance on this BLM fight. Here it is
in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it s
in a nut shell. My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment
back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them
over to my dad in 1972. These men bought and paid for their rights to the range
and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the survival of their cattle,
all with their own money, not with tax dollars. These rights to the land use
is called pre-emptive rights. Some where down the line, to keep the cows
from over grazing, came the bureau of land management. They were supposed to
assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a
yearly allotment which was to be use to pay the BLM wages and to help with
repairs and improvements of the ranches. My dad did pay his grazing fees for
years to the BLM until they were no longer using his fees to help him and to
improve. Instead they began using these money's against the ranchers.
They
bought all the rest of the ranchers in the area out with they're (sic) own
grazing fees.
When they offered to buy my dad out for a penance he said no thanks and then
fired them because they weren't doing their job. He quit paying the BLM but,
tried giving his grazing fees to the county, which they turned down. So my
dad just went on running his ranch and making his own improvements with his own
equipment and his own money, not taxes. In essence the BLM was managing my dad
out of business. Well when buying him out didn't work, they used the endangered
species card. You've already heard about the desert tortoise. Well that didn't
work either, so then began the threats and the court orders, which my dad has
proven to be unlawful for all these years. Now they're desperate. It's come down
to buying the brand inspector off and threatening the County Sheriff.
Everything their doing at this point is illegal and totally against the
Constitution of the United States of America. Now you may be saying," how
sad, but what does this have to do with me?" Well, I'll tell you. They will get
rid of Cliven Bundy, the last man standing on the Bunkerville allotment
and
then they will close all the roads so no one can ever go on it again. Next, it's Utah's turn. Mark my words, Utah is
next. Then there's the issue of the cattle that are at this moment being stolen.
See even if dad hasn't paid them, those cattle do belong to him. Regardless
where they are they are my father's property. His herd has been part
of that range for over a hundred years, long before the BLM even existed. Now
the Feds think they can just come in and remove them and sell them without a
legal brand inspection or without my dad's signature on it. They think they can
take them over two borders, which is illegal, ask any trucker. Then they plan to
take them to the Richfield Auction and sell them. All with our tax money. They
have paid off the contract cowboys and the auction owner as well as the Nevada
brand inspector with our tax dollars. See how
slick they are?Well, this is it in a nut shell. "Thanks"http://www.dcclothesline.com/.../cliven-bundys-daughter.../

Eight
Levels of Control
Paul
David Alinsky (January 30, 1909 - June 12, 1972) was an American community
organizer and writer. He is generally considered to be the founder of modern
community organizing. He is often noted for his book, "Rules for
Radicals"...which appears our President and his minions are following
closely...
There
are 8 levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a
socialist/communist state. The first is the most
important....
1)
Healthcare "Control healthcare and you control the people”
2)
Poverty “Increase the Poverty level as high as possible." Poor people are easier
to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to
live.
3)
Debt “Increase the national debt to an unsustainable level." That way you are
able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4)
Gun Control “Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government." That
way you are able to create a police state - total local control.
5)
Welfare “Take control of every aspect of their lives" (Food, Livestock, Housing,
and Income)
6)
Education “Take control of what people read and listen to take control of what
children learn in school.”
7)
Religion “Remove faith in God from the Government and school.”
8)
Class Warfare “Divide the people into the wealthy against the poor. Racially
divide." This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to tax the
wealthy with full support of the voting poor.
Bunkerville,
NEVADA, April 14, 2014– As reported yesterday, hundreds of federal agents are still at
the Bundy Ranch and the area continues its status as a no-fly zone. Despite
major media reports that the Nevada Bureau of Land Management is retreating, the
remaining activity that still surrounds the ranch illustrates a different
scenario.
Not
only is the BLM not actually backing off of Cliven Bundy, Sheriff Richard
Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association has
revealed stunning information: on Ben Swann’s radio program, Mack said that he has received
intelligence from multiple, credible sources inside the BLM and the Las Vegas
Metro that there is “no question” that the federal government is planning a raid
on the Bundy home and the homes of their children who live on the
property.
According
to Mack, the so-called retreat was nothing more than theatrics. “It
was a ploy to get people to back off, to get people out of the way.
They weren't expecting us to get this amount of people here. They were surprised
by the numbers and so they wanted a way to get us out of here. This was a ploy
to get us out of here and then they’re going after the
Bundys.”
Mack said that when he was at the Bundy ranch on Saturday there were an
estimated 600 to 800 protesters present when federal agents were releasing the
cattle.“If
they do that kind of raid, I don’t believe there’s any way that could happen
without bloodshed,” Mack
told Swann.
Mack
spoke about the tactic that protesters could use by putting women at the front
of the line facing the federal agents to make them think carefully before
opening fire.“I
would’ve gone next. I would’ve been the next one to be killed. I’m not afraid to
die here. I’m willing to die here,” said
Mack.
Mack said that he had been told by
Bundy that the federal government is actively shutting down the ranching
industry, specifically in Clark County. He also revealed that there used
to be 53 ranches in Clark County. All of those ranchers have been put out of
business, except for Bundy who is still trying to hold on. “Every
American should be outraged by it,” said Mack. The ranch has been in
Bundy’s family since 1877.
Mack
decried Nevada governor Brian Sandoval for declaring this situation
unconstutional while doing nothing to stop it. “He could have called in the
state’s national guard, could have called in the sheriff’s office, could have
called in highway patrol, and he’s done nothing except assail what’s going on.
That’s easy, that’s cowardly.”
Sheriff
Mack also called out media including radio host Glenn Beck who he says is siding
with the BLM on this issue.
“I
can’t believe that there are some Americans, and some media like Glenn Beck,
that are supporting the BLM in this and it’s absolutely disgraceful.”
You
can listen to the full interview, including Sheriff Mack’s stunning statement,
above.
from
the German pastor, Martin Neimoller: “First, they came for the Randy Weaver
family in Idaho, and I did not speak out; next, they came for the Branch
Davidians in Texas, and I did not speak out; then, they came for the Cliven
Bundy family in Nevada, and I did not speak out; then, they came for me, and
there was no one left to speak out.”
But,
God willing, there are still millions of us left who will speak out. Will you be
one of them? Here is the contact information for the Nevada BLM office (taken
