Please Note: We Are Not Under Any Bench

One of my Readers recently sent me an article by Armstrong Economics explaining the English "Legal" System --- that is, the polluted system of Equity Law created by Scottish Admiralty Barrister Lord Mansfield in the 1750's.

Armstrong Economics decries the lawlessness of this legal system.  So did our Forefathers, voting with their feet in 1776. 

Here's the key missing bit, folks -- it's not our system breaking down.  It's the British Territorial System breaking down. 

Here's the news, a 150 years late, but still true: 

1. We, Americans, are not naturally any kind of "United States Citizen"; we are American State Nationals and we don't need to be anything else. 

2. We, Americans, don't stand under any Constitution.  Our Federal employees are the ones obligated to perform under the Constitutions. 

We, Americans, stand under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, instead.

3. We, Americans, don't live in a democracy; we live in the republican States of the Union. 

4. We, Americans, don't live under the British Legal System, unless we conduct business on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways. 

We, Americans, live under our Lawful American Court System, which is being restored right now. 

So everything in this article from Armstrong Economics posted below is interesting and insightful, but neither the King's Bench nor the Queen's Bench have any business addressing rank and file Americans -- and that is precisely the reason their Legal System is breaking down. 

It never applied to us, but they fraudulently entrapped us in it, and used it to fleece us blind. 

The British Court System misapplied here has been part of a National-Level  Identity Theft and Credit Fraud Swindle promoted by our two erstwhile foreign Federal Municipal Corporation Subcontractors residing in the District of Columbia.  

Americans have been deliberately confused with "Residents" --- foreign citizens allowed to be in this country under the provisions of the Residence Act for the purpose of providing us with "essential government services" per Article IV of all Federal Constitutions. 

We are not "residents" in our own country. We are part of the natural civilian population.  

The British Legal System applies to British Territorial U.S. Citizens living here as residents in this country, not to us. 

But in 1865, this venal British institution crept ashore and started operating here as an undisclosed war reparations collection agency in the devastated Southern States.  

The British Territorial U.S. Government created Military Districts and [Military] District Courts that became famous as "Carpetbagger Courts" because they were run by strangers from the North who arrived in town carrying "carpet bags" -- cheap luggage at the time. 

Of course, they were strangers. They were British Admiralty and Maritime Court Lawyers -- just like Abe Lincoln, enrolled in the Illinois Bar in 1834.

Why would a lawyer in Springfield, Illinois, be studying Admiralty and Maritime Law in 1834?

Springfield, Illinois, is land-locked.  

The nearest large body of water is Lake Michigan, 200 miles away.

Just sayin'.  Lincoln was recruited. 

Water seeks its own level and he was lower than the bilge in one of Queen Victoria's frigates. 

The following year, 1866, this cozy deployment of foreign courts on our land and soil was challenged in the U.S. Supreme Court and resolved by Ex Part Milligan, 2 USC 71, which provided that these British Courts had to stand down as soon as our normal civilian courts were restored. 

Thanks to nobody telling us, it's been 157 years and this same venal foreign British System has spread throughout the country and continued to fleece and cheat and illegally confiscate assets and property from Americans under False Pretenses ever since. 

We are finally reopening our American Common Law Courts. The foreign courts of "strictly limited jurisdiction" are being Notified and the Exodus is underway, though most of the King Rats left this country 30 years ago. 

All this British-sponsored unjust enrichment and illegal confiscation is now coming to an end and the Bar Association Members who have acted as the British Raj in America are feeling the heat. 

Imagine Clint Eastwood saying, "Do you feel lucky?" 

There's only one of two possible conclusions: the Bar Members were so ignorant and incompetent they didn't know their own business and didn't know what they were doing to their countrymen --- or they were perfectly well aware and committing inland piracy just the same. 

The punishment for inland piracy, which is still on the books-- is gibbeting. The prisoner is placed in an iron cage which is welded shut and hung from a convenient post, often at a crossroads.  Mother Nature, the elements, and the birds and insects are left to do their work. This is how the tradition of crossroads being haunted got its start. 

I have advised all Bar Members to throw in their cards and vacate their seats.  Hired Jurists have to ask themselves how much a job is worth. 

Start studying American Common Law and pre-1750 British Common Law. 

Next time you hear anyone talking about the King's Bench or the Queen's Bench, remember that "Bench" means "Bank" --- they've been "banking on" the hapless American Public for 160 years. 

Literally. 

Bear in mind that this was done under conditions of secrecy and color of law against an unarmed civilian population that was loyally paying their wages. 

Next time you see King Charles on the tele, mentally put some big furry rat ears on him, draw some whiskers, and see what you see.

Regarding "UNITED STATES NOTES"

The Criminals are attempting to pull the same old schtick they pulled when they had to account for their fraudulently misrepresented "Greenbacks" and responded by creating "Federal Reserve Notes". 

Now, the fraudulently misrepresented Federal Reserve Notes have to be replaced by something, and they've come up with "United States Notes". 

Please notice that this is the third time they have attempted to pull this crap on the Public and they think they can get away with it again. 

Let's briefly review the history:

They purloined the gold backing the "Greenbacks" under False Pretenses. 

They promised investors a very handsome rate of return if they bought certain Treasury Bonds and agreed to hold these bonds for either ten or forty years -- the reason they became known as "1040 Bonds".  

But in order to buy these attractive 1040 Bonds, the investors had to first convert their gold into Greenbacks -- the paper currency that Lincoln and Salmon P. Chase concocted out of thin air. 

When, ten years later, these investors started to trickle in and ask for their gold plus interest back, General Sherman replied thus: 

"What did you buy these bonds with?"

Answer: "Greenbacks."

Then Sherman replied, "Why then would you expect anything else as payment?" 

The investors had been snookered into buying Greenbacks -- debt notes issued by the Scottish Commercial Corporation infringing on our Good Name and Trademark and doing business as "The United States of America" ---Incorporated. 

The Investors' gold had been turned into corporate debt notes, and they were never fully informed about the nature of the foreign incorporated version of "The United States of America" issuing these Greenbacks prior to the purchase. 

When this foreign commercial corporation doing business as "The United States of America" Incorporated went bankrupt in 1906, the Greenbacks were worthless. 

A great many investors were stiffed, and this created an emergency, because the Perps could no longer get anyone to extend them credit and had their creditors down their throats. 

This is the "emergency" referenced by then-Territorial Senator Aldrich in the bills he sponsored leading up to the Federal Reserve Act and the issuance of the Federal Reserve Note by an association of private banks deceptively called the "Federal Reserve".  

Just as with Lincoln's Greenbacks, these "Notes" are being issued by the British Territorial United States Government and their version of Congress and they are doing this while operating as a foreign commercial corporation. 

The debt owed for the Greenbacks was transferred to the new Federal Reserve Note currency, and gradually recouped via the collection of "Internal Revenue Taxes".  

This has nothing to do with our people or our country.  

It has to do with our criminally mismanaged British Territorial Subcontractors operated as commercial corporations in the business of providing government services.   

Please notice that these particular Subcontractors are not and never were the American Federal Subcontractor we entrusted to mint our money or issue our credit, either one. 

Once again, they have been bankrupted, and once again, they have to find a new scam.  The Federal Reserve Notes have to be phased out, so they have come up with the United States Note, also known as "Rainbow Currency". 

They claim that the "United States Note" is gold-backed, but that is ridiculous.  Bankrupt commercial corporations have no gold and a promissory note is a promissory note is a promissory note.  

If any gold is backing the "United States Note" currency, it's ours, not theirs -- and this has been done without our permission.  We have been told that they collected 650 plane loads of gold "in our names" when the Birth Certificate scam collapsed. 

We wish the world to know that this was one colluding Municipal Corporation washing the back of another colluding Municipal Corporation, and the gold purloined has not been returned to the victims of the crime. It is still in the possession of the Fraudsters pretending to represent us. 

It appears that they have put metal threads of some kind into the paper used to create their "Notes", and they may be seeking to present this as gold-infused paper currency. 

Given their track record, we would suggest having the metal content tested; it is most likely "Bill Clintonite"-- that is, Tungsten or some other heavy metal made to look and feel like gold so as to delude and defraud investors yet again.  

If it is gold, it's most likely from the illegal recoupment of our gold described above, which would explain the otherwise obvious oxymoron of a "gold-backed promissory note": the gold belongs to us and is owed to us by them, but being an incorporated British Crown entity, they count on being able to go bankrupt and leave us stiffed for paying for the investor losses. 

It is this backlash effect that has necessitated the existence of the Internal Revenue Service and the collection of "Federal Income Tax" and other taxes that are used to extract the failed currency and repay investors using the new currency. 

We wish for the entire roll out of the new "United States Note" series to be cancelled for the following reasons: 

(1) The United States Notes are being issued by a foreign privately owned British Crown Corporation under false and undisclosed pretenses; 

(2) The apparent weight of the paper currency is most likely either another fraud designed to make people think that the paper contains gold when it does not, or, alternatively, it contains gold that doesn't belong to the Issuers; 

(3) They have no authority to issue money or credit for us and are attempting to entangle us by reference in their activities, using our names and trademarks, so that people assume we are involved in issuing these debt notes. This is constructive fraud. 

They have made quite enough money offering our assets for their debts.  We object to yet another round of this same criminal misrepresentation, fraud, and entrapment. 

It should be apparent that our lawful government is able and willing to issue credit certificates, not debt notes, if we should need to operate on credit for any reason.  

The entire idea that we are reduced to issuing debt notes and defrauding currency investors and members of the public on an intergenerational basis is ridiculous.

Java Alert -- Incoming

This morning, I actually heard a news commentator say that, "Donald Trump changed the laws....to allow the military to arrest civilians." 

Any idiot should know that Donald Trump has no power to change any actual law.  

Congress, acting in whatever jurisdiction, has exclusive legislative power. 

Everyone reading this should also know that "Executive Orders" pertain only to the personnel and actual dependents of the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation and their Subcontractors. 

None of this nonsense, not Joe Biden, not Donald Trump, none of the misbehavior of the "Federal" Corporations -- absolutely none of it -- has anything to do with this country and our living people. 

The entire stage play or "show" as they call it, is theirs and all the problems and costs attendant to it, too. 

For months and months now, people have been listening to their personal "military sources" telling them to "sit back and enjoy the show". 

The show they are intending to put on involves hiring foreign mercenaries, importing them into this country in violation of our Public Law and their Public Service Contract, The Constitution of the United States of America --- and killing these foreign "immigrants" along with a lot of Americans "sacrificed" as "collateral damage". 

The only collateral damage we want to see is the forfeiture of these run amok and criminally mismanaged commercial corporations. 

These cretins and criminals wish to appear as the Saviors from the problems they create. 

They actually think that we are too stupid to figure out what they are doing and how they are doing it. 

In the immortal words of PFC USMC Gomer Pyle: "Surprise, surprise, surprise!" 

It is well-past time for all these organizations to straighten up and fly right. 

All their money is our money, a fact that they need to become aware of right about now.  That includes any "United States Note" they try to float. 

What Clif High calls "the Splitting Up" has begun. Some major media groups are voting to save their own hides and reporting the actual news about Covid-19. 

As Americans realize what these "government service providers" have done, and how the Territorial and Municipal Corporations have sought to profit themselves from it, there are bound to be profound and severe reactions. 

Indeed, there will be such reactions throughout the world.  Grief and outrage lead to anger and anger leads to murder of the guilty parties, whether via a riot and public guillotines (already set up, BTW) or the more sedate route of public courts and military tribunals leading to the same result.  

There are already enough organizations equipped to do what has to be done.  We don't need any public riots. 

Rather, let us be honest, and grieve. Let us contemplate our options and what scientific means can be used to suppress or remove the damage these fools have done. 

Let us gather quietly together and let our rage fuel better things. Not more blood in the streets. 

Don't give them any satisfaction. Let them be revealed for what they are. 

Apart from bringing the criminals to justice, let us destroy the corporations these men used to bring about these tragic results, and by which they sought to profit themselves. 

The WHO, INC. and the UN CORPORATION, WORLD BANK, USPTO, SERCO, MINDBOX, ALPHABET, MICROSOFT, DOD, PFIZER, MODERNA, ASTRAZENECA, JOHNSON AND JOHNSON, NIH, CDC, DARPA, CBS, BBC, UNITED STATES, USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, CHINA, etc., etc. --- all need to be destroyed, along with their Territorial Corporation counterparts. 

Every asset any of these corporations ever had needs to be lawfully converted to the land jurisdiction and made subject to the Public Law and Law of the Land and those assets need to be used to find answers and provide comfort to the survivors. 

As the scope of the problem that these corporations have created dawns on the public, and people truly realize that they and their families have been murdered, sterilized, and subjected to medical experimentation by these faceless unaccountable THINGS, that their genome has been permanently damages, and that their very blood has been polluted, they will drill down to the names and faces of the Boards of Directors and the Officers in charge of these corporations, and they will kill them by fair means or foul.  

We all already know this. We know that no public amnesty can save the actual miscreants who did this to profit themselves. Men like Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates are dead already. 

What our government can do is to offer an organized and rational response to this situation, via the opening of our Public Courts and the application of our Public Law, which will serve to keep the rage organized and properly directed and save other innocent lives from being lost in riots and other kinds of social upheaval. 

We can also draw a line and offer amnesty to protect those who were acting in ignorance or under criminal coercion when they promoted or administered the injections. 

In the interests of peace and what remains of decency, we can serve as a bridge to a better future.

Public International Notice of Protest -- Urgent Request for Assistance

Of course, the Military can arrest civilians -- in theory. 

It could do so, if it were a legitimate military occupying a country and keeping the peace in the aftermath of a war.  

That isn't what we've got here. 

The U.S. Military is run as a Mercenary Force by the United States of America, Incorporated, a British Territorial (British Crown) Corporation.  

This same entity has been hunkered down on our shores and occupying our country for over 160 years, under the Pretense that the American Civil War, itself an illegal and undeclared Mercenary Conflict, is still ongoing.  

Our Federation of States, the actual Government of this country in international jurisdiction, on the 21st day of October in 2017, issued a "Declaration of Flag/Conveyance of the Abeyance/End of Presumed Interregnum" and declared the peace. 

This declaration has been published worldwide and presented to both Principals and their Agents.  

We never hired any corporations to work for us in any capacity.  

All the original Federal Subcontractors were unincorporated entities.  

It was only later that these separate foreign entities chose to incorporate -- and because this was not specifically forbidden under their Service Contract, they were enabled to do this.    

Read that as many times as necessary and let it sink in with all its implications.  

"Our" U.S. Military is operated by a foreign corporation as a commercial Mercenary Force. 

The U.S. Military is required to operate lawfully and legally with respect to us, but it can do as it likes with respect to other people and other countries, which is immoral and which creates undisclosed conflicts of interest. 

The Constitution of the United States of America provides them with a Public Service Contract and it 

legalizes their activities with respect to us, but it has been improperly used as cover for them to engage in endless war-for-profit activities having nothing to do with defending our country. 

This particular corporation has shown itself to be in business for itself above and beyond any duties imposed by The Constitution of the United States of America and therein lies the rub.   

They have claimed to be defending our country while engaging in such things as the attack on Libya and the murder of the Libyan President, attacking Iraq on the known pretense of Iraq promoting "weapons of mass destruction", and so on.   

These are not acts covered by our contract with them, but the cost of these actions were charged to our accounts and credit anyway and our sons and daughters were expended as cheap gun fodder for the illegal and immoral "conquests" these rapacious fools have engaged in; we have protested all these aggressions that have been done in our names and charged back the cost of these war-for-profit actions. 

There is certainly no excuse for any aggression on their parts in our names since 2017.  

Working in collusion with the other Municipal Corporation headquartered in Washington, DC, they have imported more than a million foreign mercenaries from a variety of other countries under the guise of these men being peaceful immigrants. 

Those "immigrants" are now staged throughout The United States poised and ready to begin the largest False Flag in history.  The two guilty District of Columbia corporations and the Principals responsible for their operations, have deliberately planted these "immigrants" in our country for purposes of spawning a civil unrest that will allow them to attack civilian targets in this county.  

And it's all phony.  They know precisely where these "immigrants" are located, because they are literally paying for their services. Each one of these men -- Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, and others imported from various South American countries -- is on their payroll. 

They are charging the cost of all this to our credit accounts in violation of commercial law and our Declaration of Flag. 

They have created this problem in collusion with the Biden Administration and the Federal Civil Service Agencies, and now propose to start a cozy little self-made civil war using imported foreign mercenaries to do it. 

We are issuing this Public International Notice to fully inform all nations and all international police and peacekeeping forces that this dangerous Farce is ongoing in this country and is in violation of our Public Service Contract with these Persons and their Principals. 

We are requesting that all funding of these private corporations be shut down and the corporations themselves be liquidated. 

We are requesting that they deliver up the names and locations of their foreign agents subject to immediate deportation and that their intended False Flag be converted into a peaceful roundup of illegal immigrants. 

All illegal immigrants are to be rounded up and deported without further delay. This is the only service we will pay for connected with this deplorable employee-sponsored plot against the peace of our nation.  The cost of returning these men and women to their home countries is to be paid by the offending corporations that imported them. 

We have made it clear that we will pay to defend our borders and to arrest criminal miscreants. 

We will not pay for nor tolerate any further self-interested game-playing by foreign commercial corporations acting in Breach of Trust and their Public Service Contract. 

These are criminal acts being sponsored by the city states of Rome, Washington, DC, and the Inner City of London operating as commercial corporations.

First Sunday In Advent

The Church's Year

The first Sunday in Advent is the first day of the Church Year, and the beginning of the holy season of Advent. The Church commences on this day to contemplate the coming of the Redeemer, and with the

prophets to long for Him; during the entire season of Advent she unites her prayers with their sighs, in order to awaken in her children also the desire for the grace of the Redeemer; above all to move them to true penance for their sins, because these are the greatest obstacles in the path of that gracious Advent; therefore she prays at the Introit of the day's Mass:

INTROIT To Thee, O Lord, have I lifted up my soul: in Thee, O my God, I put my trust; let me not be ashamed: neither let my enemies laugh at me: for none of them that wait on Thee shall be confounded. Show me, O Lord, Thy ways, and teach me Thy paths (Ps. 24). Glory be to the Father. COLLECT Raise up, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy power, and come; that by Thy protection we may deserve to be rescued from the threatening dangers of our sins, and to be saved by Thy deliverance. Through our Lord. EPISTLE (Rom. 13:11‑14). Brethren, knowing the time, that it is now the hour for us to rise from sleep: for now our salvation is nearer than when we believed. The night is past, and the day is at hand. Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and put on the armor of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day: not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and impurities, not in contention and strife; but put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ.

What does St. Paul teach us in this epistle?

After fully explaining the duties of a Christian life to the Romans who were converted mainly by St. Peter, he exhorts them to hesitate no longer to fulfil these duties, and he seeks to move their hearts by this time of grace, presented them by the Christian dispensation, and by the shortness of the time of grace.

What is here meant by sleep?

The stupidity and blindness of the soul that, forgetting her God, is sunk in a lukewarm, effeminate, slothful and lustful life, which, when it is gone, leaves nothing more than a dream.

Why does St. Paul say, "salvation is nearer"?

He wishes to impress upon the Romans that they now have far greater hope of salvation than when they first became Christians, and that they should secure it by a pious life, because death, and the moment on which depended their salvation, or eternal reward, was drawing near. "What is our life," says St. Chrysostom, "other than a course, a dangerous course to death, through death to immortality?"

What is the signification of day and night?

The night signifies the time before Christ, a night of darkness, of infidelity and of injustice; the day represents the present time, in which by the gospel Christ enlightens the whole world with the teachings of the true faith.

What are "the works of darkness"?

All sins, and especially those which are committed in the dark, to shun the eye of God and man.

What is the "armor of light"?

That faith, virtue and grace, the spiritual armor, with which we battle against our three enemies, the world, the flesh, and the devil, and in which armor we should walk honestly before all men. A Christian who in baptism has renounced the devil and all his pomps, must not live in vice, but must put on Christ Jesus, that is, must by the imitation of Christ's virtues adorn his soul, as it were, with a beautiful garment. This text (verse 13) moved St. Augustine to fly from all works of uncleanness in which he had been involved, and to lead a pure life which he had before thought difficult.

ASPIRATION Grant, O Lord, that we may rise by penance from the sleep of our sins, may walk in the light of Thy grace by the performance of good works, may put on Thee and adorn our souls with the imitation of Thy virtues. Amen. GOSPEL (Lk. 21:25‑33). At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: There shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars: and upon the earth distress of nations, by reason of the confusion of the roaring of the sea and of the waves, men withering away for fear and expectation of what shall come upon the whole world. For the powers of heaven shall be moved; and then they shall see the Son of man coming in a cloud with great power and majesty. But when these things begin to come to pass, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is at hand. And he spoke to them a similitude: See the fig tree, and all the trees; when they now shoot forth their fruit, you know that summer is nigh. So you also, when you shall see these things come to pass, know that the kingdom of God is at hand. Amen I say to you, this generation shall not pass away till all things be fulfilled. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

 

Why does the Church cause the gospel of the Last Judgment to be read on this day?

To move us to penance, and to induce us to prepare our souls for the coming of Christ, by placing the Last Judgment before our minds. Should not the thought of this terrible judgment, when all good and all evil will be revealed, and accordingly be rewarded or punished in the presence of the whole world‑should not this thought strengthen us in virtue!

What signs will precede the Last Judgment?

The sun will be obscured, the stars will lose their light and disappear in the firmament (Is. 13:10), lightning and flames will surround the earth, and wither up every thing; the powers of heaven will be moved, the elements brought to confusion; the roaring of the sea with the howling of the winds and the beating of the storms will fill man with terror and dread. Such evil and distress will come upon the world, that man will wither away for fear, not knowing whither to turn. Then will appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, the holy cross, the terror of the sinners who have scorned it, the consolation of the just who have loved it (Mt. 24:30).

Why will all this come to pass?

Because as the people love the creatures of God so inordinately, more than the Creator, and use them only to His dishonor, He will destroy them in this terrible manner, arming all creatures for vengeance against His enemies (Wis. 5:8‑24, and showing by the manner of their destruction the evils which will fall upon all sinners. The darkness of the sun will indicate the darkness of hell; the blood-red moon, the anger and wrath of God; the disappearance and falling of the stars, will represent the fall of sinners into the abyss of hell and their disappearance from earth; and the madness of the elements, will exhibit the rage of the beasts of hell. Sinners will then vainly, and too late, repent that they have attached their hearts to things which will end so horribly, and that only increase their torments.

Why does Christ nevertheless command: "Lift up your heads, for your redemption is at hand"?

These words are spoken to the just who as long as they live on earth are like prisoners and exiles, but who at the Last Judgment will be taken body and soul into their long desired fatherland, the kingdom of heaven: into the freedom of the children of God. These will have reason to raise their heads, now bowed in mourning, and to rejoice.

How will the Last Judgment commence?

By the command of God the angels will sound the trumpets, summoning all men from the four parts of the earth to come to judgment (I Thess. 4:15). Then the bodies of the dead will unite with their souls, and be brought to the valley of Josaphat, and there placed, the just on the right, the wicked on the left (Mt. 25:33). Then the devils as well as the angels will appear; Christ Himself will be seen coming in a cloud, in such power and majesty that the sinners will be filled with terror. They will not dare to look at Him, and will cry to the mountains to fall upon them, and to the hills to cover them (Lk. 23:30).

How will the judgment be held?

The book of conscience, upon which all men are to be judged, and which closed with this life, will be opened. All good and evil thoughts, words, deeds and motives, even the most secret, known only to God, will then be as plainly revealed to the whole world as if they were written on each one's forehead; by these each one will be judged, and be eternally rewarded, or eternally punished.

O God! If we must then give an account of every idle word (Mt. 12:36), how can we stand in the face of so many sinful words and actions!

Why will God hold a universal public Judgment?

Although immediately after death, a special private judgment of each soul takes place, God has ordained a public and universal judgment for the following reasons: First, that it may be clearly shown to all how just has been His private judgment, and also that the body which has been the instrument of sin or of virtue may share in the soul's punishment or reward; secondly, that the justice which they could by no means obtain in this life, may be rendered before the whole world to the oppressed poor, and to persecuted innocence, and that the wicked who have abused the righteous, and yet have been considered honest and good, may be put to shame before all; thirdly, that the graces and means of salvation bestowed upon each, may be made known; fourthly, that the blessed providence of God which often permitted the righteous to suffer evil while the wicked prospered, may be vindicated, and it be shown on that day that His acts are acts of the greatest wisdom; fifthly, that the wicked may learn the goodness of God, not for their comfort or benefit, but for their greater sorrow, that they may see how He rewards even the slightest work performed for His love and honor; finally, that Christ may be exalted before the wicked on earth as before the good in heaven, and that the truth of His words may solemnly be made manifest.

ASPIRATION Just art Thou O God, and just are Thy judgments. Ah, penetrate my soul with holy fear of them, that I may be kept always in awe, and avoid sin. Would that I could say with the penitent St. Jerome: "Whether I eat or drink, or whatever I do, I seem to hear the awful sound of the trumpet in my ears: `Arise ye dead, and come to judgment."'

Clarifications for Assemblies

We have released the AFD and everything will become clear over the next few days, so everyone just keep calm and be joyous.  We are putting pieces in place.  Step 1, Step 2, Step 3.....

The Coordinator Introductory Training will begin on December 7th, Thursday, beginning at 8 pm Eastern Standard Time.  Out of consideration for our EST listeners, we are going to keep these training sessions short.  The WebEx link will be posted as soon as California has its set up complete. 

Contrary to rumors, these meetings are open to all current Coordinators, both State and County, including those temporarily suspended, and open to anyone who is genuinely interested in perhaps becoming a Coordinator. 

Also contrary to rumor, the participants do not have to be "escorted" by a Marshal-at-Arms or Continental Marshal. 

This is a public government and these are functions of our public government being discussed, so there are no security issues implied.  

Even though the Counties and the States occupy different jurisdictions and hold different powers, the job of the Coordinators, both State and County Coordinators, are very similar, so it is appropriate for them to train together.  We will comment whenever there is a significant difference, but most of the time, the work is the same.  

Recent concerns have been raised because County Coordinators have been attending State Coordinator calls.  They have been attending because they don't yet have a separate County Coordinator call of their own.  For the reasons stated above, this is okay.  

County Coordinators need to be aware that they are Guests at the State Coordinator Calls and refrain from commenting and asking questions at these meetings so that the State Coordinators can get their business done. If they have questions that are unanswered, they can always jot them down and send me, Teri, or their State Coordinator an email after the meeting.

There will eventually be more than 3,000 County Coordinators and somewhere around 300 State Coordinators, so it would be easy even in these early stages for County Coordinators to overwhelm  the State Coordinator Meetings otherwise. Plans are on the drawing board for a separate County Coordinator Meeting.

Vetting is needed as part of due diligence when reviewing candidates for offices. This is a review of criminal records and conflicts of interest. This process is conducted by the Assembly Vetting Committee with help as needed from the Continental Marshals. 

This applies only to elections and should not be confused with the informal "getting to know you" questions that come with becoming an Assembly Member. 

As recently explained, we have both "Restorers" and "Reformers" coming into our Assemblies and these two groups are not compatible, because they have different aims.  

Reformers are focused on making changes to what presently exists as government in this county, which is well and good; Restorers, however, are focused on restoring the American Government to its full functionality, with checks and balances and unambiguous authorities intact. 

It is necessary when working with new people especially to find out what they are interested in doing and point them in the right direction. 

American State Nationals have a choice. They can join their State Assembly and work to restore the American Government, or, they can adopt a Dual Political Status and join one of the District Assemblies and seek reform.  

It really comes down to what you feel called to do: work to reform what is, or work to restore what should be. 

Of course, in the end, restoring the American Government works to reform the existing corporate government entities, as they are then forced to obey their contractual obligations and get back in their box.  

So both pathways lead to reform of the existing government -- one does it from inside the box, and the other from outside the box. 

Direct reform via the District Assemblies and such measures as people are already familiar with, petitions, political election campaigns and lobbying,  may be the fastest way to secure relief, but restoration of the American Government will be more lasting. 

We can't make the choice for individual ASNs but we can open up the discussion of what the choices are and make it easier for Reformers to head on down the street to the appropriate District or Municipal District Assembly, instead of confusing issues and wasting our State Assembly time. 

Our Assemblies are restoring the American Government.  It's a huge job.  

We don't have time to waste memorizing Federal Code, getting embroiled in lawsuits, begging our employees to be nice, being concerned about their political elections, or all the multitude of things that can otherwise distract us from our goal. 

Getting the Reformers on track and in the right District Assembly is vital, as it saves the Restorers from being delayed and ham-strung by people trying to work on a completely different agenda. 

Realizing that these Reformers are not our enemies and are not "infiltrators" is the first step.  Talking to them about their choices as ASNs -- making them aware of the different Assembles and different approaches to government reform is a second step.  Separating them out of the State Assembly using Time Outs is sometimes a necessary third step. 

Reformers who don't get the message that--- hey, this is not what we are doing here--- should be treated politely and given progressive time outs when they try to commandeer attention away from the restoration effort that the State Assembly is centered on. 

We cannot allow Reformers to redirect our attention away from our real purpose as State Assemblies, or waste our time and effort on reforming the existing foreign government.   

Those corporations in the District of Columbia are not our government; they are foreign subcontractors of our government. 

We realize that we are not part of the district corporations, are not their employees, officials, dependents, or shareholders thereof, and so, we are rightly intent on restoring our American Government instead. 

Make no apology and keep the Assembly on track.
