The Church's Year

The Introit of this day's Mass is the prayer of a soul that trusts in God's powerful and merciful protection:

INTROIT The Lord is the strength of his people, the protector of the salvation of his Anointed: save, O Lord, thy people, and bless Thine inheritance, and rule them for ever. Unto Thee will I cry, O Lord: O my God, be not Thou silent to me; lest if Thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit. (Ps. XXVII.) Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

COLLECT O God of hosts, to whom belongeth all that is perfect: implant in our hearts the love of Thy name, and grant within us an increase of religion, that Thou mayest nourish in us what is good, and by the fervor of our devotion may preserve in us what Thou hast nourished. Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (Rom. VI. 3-11.) Brethren, All we who are baptized in Christ Jesus, are baptized in his death. For we are buried together with him by baptism unto death: that as Christ is risen from the dead by the glory of the Father so we also may walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall also be in the likeness of his resurrection. Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin may be destroyed, to the end that we may serve sin no longer. For he that is dead is justified from sin. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall live also together with Christ. Knowing that Christ, rising again from the dead, dieth now no more, death shall no more have, dominion aver him. For in that he died to sin, he died once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. So do you also reckon that you are dead indeed to sin, but alive unto God, in Christ Jesus our Lord.

EXPLANATION The apostle here teaches that in consequence of our baptism we are made members of Christ's body, and must, therefore, die to sin; as Christ by His death died to physical life, but has risen again, so must we bury sin, by constant renewal of baptismal vows, and by self mortification rise to a Christian life. As members of Christ's body we should in a spiritual manner imitate Him. As He permitted His body to be nailed to the cross to atone for our sins, so should we crucify our corrupt nature by self-denial, and as He after His Resurrection lives always, because having risen He dieth no more, so we, risen from the death of sin, should lead a pious life conformable to that of Christ.

ASPIRATION I trust, O Lord Jesus, that by the merits of Thy passion I have risen from the death of sin: grant me Thy grace, that as Thou diest no more, so may I die no more by sin, but live for God, according to Thy law.

GOSPEL (Mark. VIII. 1-9.) At that time, When there was a great multitude with Jesus, and had nothing to eat, calling hisdisciples together, he saith to them: I have compassion on the multitude, for behold they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat; and if I shall send them away, fasting, to their ,home, they will faint in the way: for some of them came from afar off. And his disciples answered him: From whence can any one fill them here with bread in the wilderness? And he asked them: How many loaves have ye? Who said: Seven. And he commanded the people to sit down on the ground. And taking the seven loaves, giving thanks, he broke, and gave to his disciples to set before them: and they set them before the people. And they had a few little fishes, and he blessed them, and commanded them to be set before them. And they did eat, and were filled, and they took up that which was left of the fragments, seven baskets: and, they that had eaten
were about four thousand: and he sent them away.

Why did Christ say: I have compassion on the multitude?

Because of His mercy and goodness to man, as well as to prove that which He taught on another occasion, (Matt. VI. 33.) that to those who seek first the kingdom of God and His justice all other things will be added, without asking; for none of the multitude asked Christ for food, and yet He provided for all.

REMARK. The instruction after the gospel for the fourth Sunday in Lent, where a similar miracle is mentioned, may be read to-day.

INSTRUCTION ON BLESSING

And He blessed them. (Mark VIII. 7.)

Seduced by Satan, the first man violated the holy command of God, and by his sin brought upon himself and his habitation the curse of divine wrath. (Gen. III. 17.) Man was made by God, and therefore subject: to Him, but was himself master of all created things. .After the sin of disobedience, however, all creation revolted against him: the animals fled from him, the fields yielded only thorns and thistles, the herbs became poisonous to him, or refused him their former wholesome power. Innumerable evils followed, all men and even the whole earth suffered from them; the devil drew both into his sphere and made them his servants, and this evil spirit now made use of created ,things to divert man altogether from God and to cause his eternal ruin. But God decreed that man and earth should not remain in this condition: Christ, the Son of God, came upon earth, redeemed it from the bonds of Satan, and gave all men the power to become once more God's children. The devil was conquered by the cross, but not slain; man and the, earth were indeed taken from his dominion, but not from his influence; for he even now, as the apostle Writes, goes about like a roaring lion, seeking ,whom he may devour, (I Peter V. 8.); and as he used the forbidden fruit in paradise to seduce man, he now uses the created things of the earth to tempt man, and, make him his servant. Man and all creation had to be drawn from this pernicious influence, to be liberated from the bondage of corruption and be brought to the freedom of the children of God. (Rom. VIII. 19.) This is done in the Church, to which Christ entrusted the power of binding and loosing, and gave the work of sanctifying through the Holy Ghost, by means of blessing and consecrating. By virtue of the merits of Christ, and with the assistance of the Holy Ghost, the Church, or the priest in her name, therefore blesses and consecrates persons as well as other created things which they are to use, or which she is to apply to the service of God. In this the Church follows the example of Christ and the Apostles. Jesus embraced children and laid His hands upon them, blessing them; (Mark X. 16.) He blessed bread and fishes, the food of thousands; blessed breed and wine at the last supper; (Matt. XXVI. 26.) was recognized by the disciples in the blessing of bread; (Luke XXIV. 30.) blessing the disciples He ascended into heaven; (Luke XXIV. 51.) by His command the apostles wished peace to every house into which they stepped; (Matt. X. 12, 13.) and St. Paul expressly says, that every living thing is sanctified by prayer and the word of God. (I Tim. IV. 5.) Following the example and command of Christ the Church also introduced blessings and benedictions which were prefigured in the Old Law. God commanded the priests to sanctify and to consecrate whatever was to belong to His service, (Levit. VIII.) and the Old Law is full of blessings and consecrations which had to be used by the priests; (Exod. XXIX. 36.; XXX. 25.; XI. 9.) and if persons and things used for God's service were to be blessed, how much more so in the. New Law which in place of the type, contains the reality and truth The testimony of Scripture is confirmed by all the holy Fathers, and by the constant practice of the Church which has received from Christ, the power to bless and to consecrate.

The blessing or benediction of the Church is nothing more than a, prayer of intercession which the priest makes in the name of the Church, that for the sake of Christ (therefore the sign of the cross) and the prayers of the saints, God may give His blessings to a person or thing, and sanctify it. Through consecration, in which besides prayer and the sign of the cross, the anointing with holy oil is used, things required for divine service are separated from all other things and especially sanctified. Thus persons, fruits, bread, wine, houses, ships and fields, are blessed; churches, altars, bells, &c., are consecrated.

What virtue have these blessings?

The chief effects of the blessing of persons are: Preservation or liberation from the influence of Satan; preservation of the soul from his temptations and evil suggestions; reservation of the body and of the property from his ;pernicious malice; forgiveness of venial sins, and strength to suppress concupiscence; curing of sickness and physical evils, whether natural or supernatural; a blessing upon the person and his surroundings; the imparting of the grace of conversion; the advantage of the prayer of the Church and further grace for the remission of temporal and eternal punishment. ? The blessing of things withdraws them from the influence of the devil, so that he can no longer use them as a means of bringing us into sin, but that they rather serve us as a protection against the evil spirits and as a means for our salvation.

Whence do the blessings derive their force?

From the merits of Christ who by His death on the cross vanquished Satan. The Church asks God that He will through these merits and through the intercession of the saints bless a person or thing, and make that which is blessed profitable to us fox both body and soul. Whether or not the effects manifest themselves in the person who receives the blessing, or makes use of the object blessed, depends on his faith and moral condition, as also on the usefulness or profit of the blessing to him. We should not, then, place obstacles in its way by diffidence in God and the prayers of the Church or by a sinful life, but should always be convinced. that these benedictions will serve for our benefit, if according to God's will they are used as the Church intends, as a means to overcome evil, to sanctify ourselves, and to honor God.

Why are salt and water blessed?

This is plainly shown in the prayer the priest says in blessing them; for he asks, in the name of the Church, that God may pour the virtue of His blessing over the water that it may conquer devils, prevent sickness, and that everything which is sprinkled with it, may be preserved from every injury, and that He may bless the salt, so that it may be salutary for the body and soul of all who use it. The salt which Eliseus sprinkled into the unwholesome waters of Jericho healed them, (IV King. II. 20. 21.) and is a type of blessed salt.

Why are the people sprinkled with holy water on Sundays?

To remind the people of the interior purity with which they should come to divine service, and fulfil the duties of their calling; and to exhort them to purify themselves from the stains of sin by tears of sorrow, and repentance. Hence the priest in sprinkling the faithful recites the words of the fiftieth psalm: Asperges me hyssopo, etc. Sprinkle me with hyssop, and I shall be cleansed; to remind them to preserve the purity and innocence procured by the blood of the Lamb of God, and communicated to them in baptism. Finally, the people are sprinkled that the temptations of the devil may depart from them, enabling them to attend with great fervor and with more recollection to the holy service.

What else is to be remembered concerning the use of blessed things?

That they are to be used with faithful confidence for the purpose for which the Church blessed them, and are to be treated with great reverence, because they are blessed by the Church in the name of Jesus, a custom almost as old as Christianity itself. The Christian must not believe that blessed things which he possesses, carries, or uses, will make him holy, for he should always remember that things blessed are only a means of sanctification, and are only effectual when the faithful have the earnest will to die rather than sin, to fight with all fervor against the enemies of their salvation, to follow Christ, and be thereby received into the freedom of the children of God, and into heaven.

Response to the Assemblies and Public International Notice to Everyone Else

Mr. Edward Kennedy is a known Vexatious Litigant.  That means he has made so many groundless claims that the courts won't bother listening to him anymore. You can look him up on the internet.  

And this is no different.  Everything he raises (and lies about) has been answered repeatedly and in public as part of my website.  Just hit the search engine at: www.annavonreitz.com and hit search words. 

But he does point out a problem that many Assemblies have to navigate.  Let's just call them "Displaced Persons" who are trying to join our Assemblies under the misbegotten assumption that our Assemblies have to be THEIR Assemblies, when they are not. 

I know, I know, what a pain in the butt!  Why can't SOME people just find their right place and go there?  It should be as simple as realizing that you are in the wrong line at the grocery store or the wrong pew in church. 

Is it so hard to recognize the fact that if you are a Catholic and if you want to live in a theocracy, go join the nearest Municipal Assembly?  

And if you are a Tory and want to subject yourself to the King, go join the nearest District Assembly?  

Just get out of our State Assemblies and stop trying to commandeer them and make them into something they are not?  And not meant to be? 

Mr. Kennedy obviously wants his government to be a theocracy and which we just as obviously are not. He also wants the British King involved in some way that isn't clear, and no American in their right mind wants that outcome. 

That's why we fought the Revolution for eight long years.  To say good-bye to George III. 

If Mr. Kennedy wants Charles III, he is welcome to go hike over to the District Assembly and fit right in with what they are about and what they want to do.  

But that isn't us.  That is not what the State Assemblies do and that's not what we are here for. 

Instead of going gracefully and finding his right group and his right seat, this idiot has continued to spew venom and disruption and lies and gossip and every kind of crap you can think of for weeks and weeks and weeks. 

He still doesn't appear to grasp the fact that he has been given remedy if he really thinks he has been wronged in some way, and he hasn't pursued it. 

He still hasn't bothered to check out the Municipal and District Assemblies, either one.  He is set on the idea that our assembly has to be his assembly, when it's not, not, not. 

He continues to trespass like a Moose in love with a horse, trying to force us off track and to answer to his commands and assumptions about what we are doing, while doing nothing whatsoever to get himself and his wrong assumptions straightened out. 

This is the problem I warned the Assemblies about --- all these disoriented people coming in who actually belong in Municipal or District Assemblies, needing to get sorted out and redirected. 

Most will go happily and willingly.  Some befuddled and spiteful individuals will not.  

Please inform Mr. Kennedy and any others like him and send him (them) on his (their) way.

Land Grants Within the Global Trust

By now, all my students have learned the difference between land and soil. 

(Soil, as defined by British Land Law, is the top six inches of the land. We inherited that definition and distinction from the Brits and the Brits inherited it from the Romans.)

Please notice that the concept of "Soil" is an arbitrary one, but having made such a distinction, "Land" becomes what we think of as the Subsoil.

Also notice that "Soil" is the National Jurisdiction and the borders and boundaries of the "Soil" establish each country, whereas the Land underlying the soil is somewhat borderless and amorphous, and is completely contiguous worldwide, so that Land is an International Jurisdiction.

My students also know that the Roman Catholic Church assumed the existence of a Global Trust since 1302, and divided this Trust up into three General Jurisdictions --- Air, Land, and Sea.  

The Pope was assumed to be the Trustee over The Trust. 

So, the Pope turned to his most able and trusted assistants, and delegated administrative work to them.  

To the Spanish King, he gave responsibility for making Land Grants all over the world. 

To the British King, he gave responsibility for the flow of business and activities at Sea. 

To the rest of the Kings, he gave the administration of the Soil.  

And the Air Jurisdiction he kept for himself. 

As a practical matter, once the Spanish King made his Land Grants, they were "permanent", and the local Kings and Potentates in control of the Soil also gained control of the Land beneath it. 

The only way a grant could be changed or transferred was if the people to whom it was gifted (Note: land is sacred and can't be sold, only granted and gifted.) died out, voluntarily vacated, or were overcome in war.  

That's why the edjits took such pains to remove all of us to the Jurisdiction of the Sea, so as to leave our Land and Soil Jurisdictions vacated and subject to being claimed by them. 

Notice another thing about "land and soil" --- they are "inseparable" and have to exist together.  Regardless of where the land is, or whatever you do to it, it is by definition covered with "soil".  This is true at the bottom of the sea or the top of the mountain, whatever and wherever the top six inches is, the soil comes with the land and the land with the soil. 

When the Spanish King made his Land Grants and established the Cadastral Survey to locate and describe land in terms of its spot on the globe and its physical parameters, the already-existing nations inherited the land beneath their soil. 

So far, so good.  How did all this sort out with respect to our land and soil in America?  

In 1777, the Spanish King made a Grant of the Soil of this country on behalf of The Trust to the States of America. 

As my students have learned, "States of America" was a doing-business-as name of the Original Union of States formed in 1776.  So the original Union of States was given the Soil Jurisdiction. 

In 1778, the Spanish King made a Grant of the Land of this country on behalf of The Trust to The United States of America, which is the doing-business-as-name of our States operating in international venues.  

Thus by two separate Grants, one of Soil, one of Land, our country acquired its land and soil, with the Soil being held by the Original Union of States doing business as the States of America, and the Land being held by our Federation of States doing business as The United States of America.  

As long as there are Americans left to claim it, it's ours. 

The Brits and their Roman co-conspirators just hoped they could traffic us all off the Land and Soil Jurisdiction, one by one, by registering American babies as British Territorial U.S. Citizens, and eventually claim it was "abandoned"----- and secure it for themselves. 

Or sell it off to their Chinese Creditors. 

We woke up, their fraud was discovered, the Chinese got cold feet.  That's what is happening right now.  And that is why it's going on. 

So, now we come to another confusion about land and soil. 

The States of America, meaning the Original Union, also created a "Confederation" of business organizations from each State of the Union via The Articles of Confederation. 

That is, the same Original Union that received our Soil Jurisdiction Grants operated a business, the Confederation, that in turn operated what we know today as the Federal Republic, to provide "essential government services" to the individual States of the Union. 

And here's where things turn into a hairy ball of wax. 

The Original Union of States which holds the Soil Jurisdiction, operates under the name "States of America". 

Their Confederation of States-of-States operated under the description  "the united States of America" and "The Confederate States of America" and it was shut down --- and is still awaiting "reconstruction" after the Civil War.  

So which of these entities owns the Soil Grants? 

The Original Union of States.  

How can we be sure of that, given the extremely similar names?  

The Grants were made in 1777, and the Confederation wasn't ratified and didn't begin operations until 1781.  

The Original Union of States still holds the Soil Patents and The United States of America still holds the Land Patents. 

In practical terms, each County holds the Soil Patents and each State holds the Land Patents of those original Grants made by the Spanish King so many years ago.  

When we re-issued our Sovereign Letters Patent on November 4, 2015, we served Notice on the world that we, the actual Americans, are stil here, still claiming our Land and Soil. 

The great effort to defraud and disinherit us by guile and by trafficking us out into the Jurisdiction of the Sea via registering American babies as British Territorial U.S. Citizens did not succeed.

The Condition of the Damned

Let me tell you what I see when I am walking down the street in a small city, Anchorage, Alaska, with a population of about 250,000.  

About half the people smile, and half look away as if annoyed or look unhappy and worried.

Those who smile don't always have a genuine smile or seem to see me. It's more of a habit or reflex for about half of those who smile. And I can see that. 

So, only about a quarter of the people on the street in Anchorage meet my eyes for a second and smile back with any genuine recognition. 

Some of those take a second-take, or pause in stride, or turn to look after me.  It has been so long since they made actual energetic contact that they are involuntarily shocked, as if I actually physically touched them in passing. 

But, of course, it was just a smile exchanged.

Or was it?  

A smile is just an outward sign of feeling, but what feeling and what kind of smile was it?  Was it love and goodwill?  Or joy?  Or a mask hiding malevolence?  A smile can be enigmatic, as Leonardo da Vinci taught us. 

My smile isn't enigmatic.  It's genuine.  I am actually paying attention as I pass smiles around like free chocolate chip cookies, made of positive energy. That positive, intentional energy hits the energy field surrounding the person I am smiling at with the slightest amount of resistance.  

Like a calling card, my smile gets checked out and a split second judgment is made whether or not to let that little chocolate chip cookie of pure energy in, or, will the intended recipient bounce it off? 

It's always a question --- one waitress accepts my "cookie", another does not.  One bank teller out of six stops to take a second look and smile back.  That I am actually noticing all this and keeping track of the responses I get may seem a little odd, but then, I was born to be a mathematician or some kind of scientist. 

And life is an endless opportunity for observation. 

So I observe.   

As I got older, my scope of vision changed from being superficial, focused on things like what kind of jeans or tennis shoes a person wore, to much more personal and important attributes.  

I found that if I exerted myself a little, I could see the energy centers that the Hindu people call chakras, not in color like the drawings one sees at health food stores and spas, but coming through to my perception just the same.  

I began to look harder because so many people have damaged energy centers.  It was strangely fascinating. The Third Chakra is the most often destroyed chakra of them all, and when it is gone, it is like a gaping hole right in the middle of the person afflicted. 

No wonder they feel empty.  They are. 

In people afflicted with this unseen wound, the energy from the first and second energy centers can't flow upward, and all their animal-like, visceral and sexual energy from the first and second chakras pools up with nowhere to go.  

They can't help feeling alienated and empty, because they are. They can't help being over-sexed and crazed and perverted and confused, because there is no way for their sexual and survival energy to flow as it is meant to flow and be dispersed. 

And then, in the 1990's I noticed a sharp uptake in the number of people I was seeing with this Third Chakra wound --- and the numbers of them just kept increasing like a contagion.  

As I travelled to big cities I just naturally noticed and kept count.  There were great numbers of these walking wounded in San Francisco and Denver and even Minneapolis last time I visited there. Scads of them in Madison, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois.  

With the advent of more sophisticated color TVs armed with surveillance technology, I found that all this spy tech had a reverse benefit.  I no longer had to travel to keep track of Third Chakra Wounding --- I could observe the phenomenon straight off the TV!  

Granted, the people you see on TV aren't usually normal Americans, but as you are watching news reports and seeing arson fires in L.A. or chemical smog in New York or whatever Disaster of the Day the media whores are pushing, I am just sitting back, noticing and counting, running rough percentiles in my head. 

About two-thirds of the people I see on TV and on the street have their Third Chakra blown away, leaving a great big flapping hole in the middle of their energy system. Why? 

It's obviously purposeful, and the work of a disease or a parasite or a weapon of some kind, that is attacking people and leaving them no connection to their higher emotions, their intellect, and their higher functions like conscience.

So I began quietly "interviewing" people with this affliction.  To a man, they admitted feeling disoriented, anxious, empty, alienated. And if I probed deeper, they admitted that they were driven by primal urges they couldn't stop. Binging on burgers and fried chicken at three o'clock in the morning. Drinking and drugging and getting into wild multi-partner orgies.... being hungry and horny all the time. 

Pardon my French, it's easy to see why.  These people aren't perverts and they aren't natural gluttons.  They are victims of something that is largely unseen and insidious --- whatever it is that is destroying the Third Chakra energy center of millions of people. 

In the last five years, this phenomenon has even begun appearing in the equivalent chakra systems of domestic animals. 

So, something has to be done. Inquiries made. Solutions found. 

Until then, probably 50 million people are wandering around this country with this terrible unseen wound, unable to assess what is wrong, feeling like they are going nuts.

On Sovereignty

I recently brought attention to many excerpts from the United States Supreme Court concerning the topic of sovereignty ---which we published more than eight years ago in "You Know Something's Wrong When....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause".  

These quotes about sovereignty from the United States Supreme Court were selected to provide you with the definition of sovereignty, key cases that demonstrated the exercise of sovereignty, and what you are owed in terms of sovereignty as an American. 

This is a horse's mouth testimony from expert witnesses about the meaning, nature, and operation of sovereignty in this country, but if you would rather believe uneducated pundits, that's up to you. 

Besides drawing your attention to the Supreme Court definitions and prior decisions, we wish to clear up some additional rife misconceptions about the topic of sovereignty.  

Your sovereignty does not depend upon nor issue from any Constitution or institution. It is a gift to you from Nature and Nature's God, part of your unalienable character.   

We have noted elsewhere, however, that the World created by Mankind is a separate and lesser creation than the Earth.  

It should not surprise anyone that the sovereignty that is built into you by Nature, is a different kind of sovereignty than the quagmire of Sovereigns -- Kings and Queens and Potentates --  created by Mankind

Yet, even in this lesser and undesirable worldly creation, we nonetheless have our Sovereignty intact.  This form of Sovereignty that is created by men, derives its power from institutions that are also created by men.  

This worldly version of Sovereignty related to this country was won by the Force of Arms when we won The War of Independence, and it was settled upon this nation by William Belcher, a Colonel in the Continental Army. 

William Belcher was The Belle Cher of his generation, the Clan Chief, born and raised in this country. He inherited Sovereignty in his own right in England as a result of the Norman Settlement, which granted each of the Norman Barons sovereignty in their own right and their own kingdom in England. 

The Norman Barons and their progeny were and are the rightful rulers of England and the Donors to the 1689 Trust; if King John's progeny mess things up, the progeny of the Norman Barons are enabled (and required) to dissolve the Trust creating Great Britain.

The Hereditary Lord High Steward, Lord Talbot, has declared a Regency which is a first step toward that eventuality. 

When the time came for the same circumstance to present itself in America, William Belcher stepped forward and bequeathed sovereignty in their own right to every American who fought in The War of Independence, and to every American who would be born on our land and soil forever after.  

As in England nearly 700 years before, the Victory by Force of Arms here had the same effect as the Settlement of the Norman Conquest, only here,  every man was made a king and every plot of land a kingdom, not just a fistful of Barons. 

It was the same exact circumstance as the Norman Conquest, and William Belcher quickly ascertained that he was in Possession of the Victory, and like his own ancestral Benefactor, he was enabled to "share sovereignty".  So he did. 

George III's Sovereignty was forever alienated and displaced by the Sovereignty of William of Normandy and his Heirs in England, the Belle Chers.  The only scrap left for George III was a Territorial trusteeship on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways, and a ten percent tribute interest in any gold that was mined.  

Imagine my amazement when someone suggested that my husband, James Belcher, "granted sovereignty" to anyone?  

How would that be?  

Every Continental Army Soldier and  Navy Sailor, and everyone born in this country ever since the War of Independence ended, already has their sovereignty, first from Nature and Nature's God, and second, ultimately, from William of Normandy. 

There has also been a pernicious misunderstanding mistaking the name "Belcher" as an English Surname.  It is not used as such.  Belcher is merely the English transliteration of Belle Cher, the name of our Clan. My husband does not use a Surname as such,  and if he did, it wouldn't be Belcher.  

Just as the Clan MacGregor has a Clan Chieftain known as "The MacGregor", the Belchers aka Belle Chers have a Clan Chieftain known as The Belle Cher.  Unlike the Scots Clans, however, that submitted to the rule of King John and his Heirs, the French Clan Belle Cher never did any such thing.   

King John was one of theirs. 

So we always had our equal or better standing than King John and his Heirs in England. That's why the Magna Carta still stands. 

That's why the British Monarch and the denizens of Westminster and the Holy See are all being called to account.  It's the reason for The Declaration of the Flag. 

It's the reason Lord Talbot is owed the Regency for England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.  

Just because we haven't spoken for a long time, doesn't mean that we are dead, or that our contracts have lost their teeth. 

Every single President from George Washington to Joe Biden, except for Donald Trump, have been related to King John, the same Overseer of the Church's Commonwealth lands, still attached to the service of Pope Innocent III and his Successors, 

All the "Presidents" are Plantagenets in violation of the Conventions, Treaties, and Constitutions owed to this country, all acting in hidden conflict of interest. 

My husband's role is not to grant sovereignty to anyone, much less Sovereignty that Americans have already earned and which they received over 200 years ago. 

His role is to enforce the Sovereignty of this country and hold everyone, including the Plantagenets, accountable for their bad faith.  

 

Just as your rights are not created by nor granted to you by any Constitution, but are instead guaranteed by the Federal Constitutions -- a different concept entirely --- your Sovereignty is not granted, it's shared. 

Ironically, for all the grandstanding the Brits make about liberty and freedom and constitutional government, you can thank William the Conqueror for sharing his Sovereignty with his Barons, and you can thank his Barons for sharing their Sovereignty with you.

Closure Plus Biophotonic Biology

A couple days ago, I gave you an Article that explained why I have worked so long and so hard to research the evil in our midst and make you aware of it --- and that is to expose evil, so that we can all recognize it and close the door on it --- and get it out of our lives.  

It's simple enough. 

One you can see the problem, you can solve the problem. 

The more aware of the problem you are, and the more detail you have to describe it, the better.  I have given you and the Vatican Chancery Court more than 400 pages of detail, describing multiple main schemes that have been used to defraud entire nations. 

I have given you the 20/20 view of evil, how it works, how it has been applied, and its results; the illegality, unlawfulness, and immorality are all on display for anyone who reads the Vatican Court papers.  

This is key.  This gives you the target-in-view.  You see the problem and can dismiss it, put it in the dustbin of history, close the lid of the box, and move on. 

Biophotonic biology provides another key.  

We didn't have to go to court to resolve this situation.  

We took it to the court for a number of good reasons--- to consolidate the information, to create and publish a public record, to give the court and the Pope a chance to do their jobs, and so on. 

But, thanks to our knowledge of biophotonic biology developed over the past thirty years, we now know who we are and how things, both good and bad, manifest in our world. 

We are Children of God, Creators, and we are not limited in what we create.  If we want a clean, peaceful, happy world --- we can have it, and not in some distant future after years of struggle and strife, court battles, wars, and mayhem. 

We can have it now.  As soon as we build up the threshold energy to make the change, it happens. Like magic, but it isn't magic. It's Nature, as designed by our Creator. 

Imagine a world in which all the sick people, also meaning people who are emotionally and mentally sick---- are restored to full health and function.  

Just sit there in your living room and imagine all the people you know who are sick, suffering with cancer, suffering with diabetes, suffering with arthritis, with heart disease, with depression, with delusions, with addictions, and on and on --- imagine the veterans who have lost limbs and feeling --- all healed.  

Feel your health. Feel health for them, too. 

There is no need to answer how or why, just concentrate and give your attention to the experience and feeling of health.  See the results in your mind's eye, waking up without pain, leaving depression and misery behind, and feel the health and life running through everyone again.  

Just sit there in your living room and imagine it. 

Imagine a world that is clean and pristine, with flowing abundant healing waters that are pure and radiant, with air so clean and oxygenated that every breath is delightful, with soil that is rich and full of life, and all of it bathed in peace.  

Imagine it. 

Imagine yourself, completely healthy and restored and revitalized and youthful.  Hold that picture in your mind for five, ten, however many seconds you can --- hold that in your mind.  You can tell your body to heal, so do so. 

Imagine everyone at peace, happy, laughing, open and untroubled. 

Imagine everyone free to know and tell the truth, and choosing this pathway instead of gossip and lies. 

Stop feeling threatened, because you hold the power.  Each one of us. 

Just find a comfortable place and imagine things the way you want them to be, and then go on.  Stop and take a break and later, return to it.  Imagine all these things until you can taste the sweet oranges and see the loving eyes looking back at you, the smiling faces, the joy. 

Ask to be shown even more glorious things, things that you don't even know enough to desire.  Imagine those as being already present.

To the Pennsylvania Assembly -- You Are "Sovereign"

Most of you received a long, long, long screed by a man named Edward Kennedy.  In it, he complains about meetings that were too short and confusion about some things which he interpreted as incompetence, and well, most of you know him, and already know why you voted to give him a year's time-out to soak his head. 

As part of his recent diatribe sent out indiscriminately to everyone and anyone who will listen to his nonsense, he claimed that The  Pennsylvania Assembly isn't sovereign.  

The Pennsylvania Assembly and its members are all sovereign, and the United States Supreme Court agrees with you.  

In "You Know Something Is Wrong When.... An American Affidavit of Probable Cause" I gave you a full page full of court citations from the United States Supreme Court defining what sovereignty is, what it derives from, and why you have it.  

One of Ed's favorite things is to claim that I have no proof, but I have proof and I have given you proof, too.  

Use it.  That's what it's there for.  When some know-it-all Tory windbag tries to blow you off course or raise doubts in your mind or attacks your right and authority to do what you are doing --- show him the proof and show him the door.  

When you stand in your proper birthright standing and declare and record and publish your birthright standing, you are sovereign.  When you occupy your government and enter your States into Session, they are sovereign, because you are sovereign. 

It's as simple as that, whether Ed Kennedy thinks so or not. 

I suggest that you get hold of a copy of "You Know Something Is Wrong When.... An American Affidavit of Probable Cause" -- and read it.  If you read it once, read it over again.  

Savor the words of the Supreme Court Justices about sovereignty --- your sovereignty.

And if Edward Kennedy or someone like him thinks he is going to "redefine" you, and tell you who you are, and limit your authority in favor of his King or his Pope, either one, you won't have a moment's doubt about the solid ground you are standing on.
