No Great Divide. No Contract.

People are confused.  I don't blame anyone for that.  Let me explain.

Joe Biden was elected by Municipal citizens of the United States, shareholders in the US, INC., to a now non-existent office in a defunct corporation, but they are all trying to finesse it and pretend that their corporation is still alive and the "same as" the brand new version of the US, INC. they are trying to foist off on us.  The new version is a wholly-owned franchise of the UN CORP. 

Fortunately, we know this.

Their new corporation is not allowed to assume a successor to contract position, and we have told them and their Boss, the Pope, to shove off.

So, you have the Municipal Government and all the corporations like FB and Microsoft, that have incorporated as US CORPS trying to pull a fast one on the American States and People, and do another little Coo-Coo Bird substitution of one corporation for another, so that they can continue to use and abuse the powers of government to protect and profit themselves at everyone else's expense.

Our Forefathers couldn't possibly foresee the roiling pit of commercial nastiness that Washington, DC, has become, but they did have a healthy appreciation for the corruption and guile and greed of the Holy Roman Empire, so when they set this whole shebang up, they did it like a set of Russian Nesting Dolls.

The Municipality of Washington, DC, together with its Municipal Government (Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17) sits inside the Territorial District of Columbia as a safeguard, and the Territorial District of Columbia sits inside the Federal Republic Enclave as a safeguard.

If the Municipal Government goes crazy and corrupt (as it has), the Territorial Government (the US Military) has the right and obligation to squelch the domestic (to them) terrorists.  And if the Territorial Government fails to do its duty in this respect, the American Armed Forces have the right and duty to gobsmack both the Municipal and Territorial Government factions.

Of course, we would all prefer that the foreign subcontractors inhabiting the District of Columbia clean up their own dirty laundry, but there is absolutely no doubt that we have the authority, right, means, and manpower to scrape the District of Columbia clean and deposit the detritus in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

What is Mark Zuckerberg or Bill Gates going to do about it, when we, the actual government, seize their assets as the fruits of treason and crimes against humanity?  All of a sudden, they aren't billionaires anymore.  All of a sudden, they are in jail for censoring free speech in America while profiting from the use of our airwaves.  And worse.

So, as I said before, the Municipal Government can elect Joe Biden as "President" of their corporation, put on party hats, and stage something called an inauguration --- but it's all the same to us.  They don't have a contract. The entire world has been told (and is being told again) that they don't have a contract.

They don't represent the American States and People. They aren't our Agents. They don't have any position or access to credit related to us.

Their Delegated Powers returned to The Federation of States doing business as The United States of America by Operation of Law the moment their Municipal Corporation filed bankruptcy --- again.  We accepted their incapacity.

And that's that.  They can fill out paperwork and name their officers and set up shell corporations under the auspices of other governments offshore.  They can call their new shell by deceptive names.  They can wave flags and dance all they like.  And they still won't have a contract with the American States and People.

That "chain of succession" is broken, never to be repaired.

The Holy See is still under contract as the Holy See, but we are not under any obligation of contract to any incorporated entity at all.  Ditto that with respect to the Government of Westminster.

Let all the governments of the world be aware that the vermin in DC have no contract.  They don't represent anything but their own little one mile square, and so far as we are concerned, their creditors are welcome to it.  Nancy Pelosi? -- No office related to our country.  Mike Pence? --- Unemployed.  All the "Senators" --- they are nobody.  Just fraud artists living in a dream.

Nothing that they say or do anymore has anything to do with this country or its assets or the people who live here,and that is retroactive to when the Great Fraud began in 1860.

The only former Federal Employee who does have a contract is Donald Trump.

So all the officially unemployed yahoos who want to go back to work had better treat him very nicely, and all the Municipal Corporations that need to be dissolved and/or placed under new management, need to be very nice to him, too.

While Nancy Pelosi tries to circle the wagons to impeach Trump, the noose on the criminal PedoEmpire is already cinched down tight.

The Method and the Madness

What if the world that you assumed to exist since babyhood, isn't the real world?

What if things are very different than what you were led to believe?

Then, you would see things differently.  You would make different assumptions.  And those assumptions would be wrong, but of course, you wouldn't find that out until you stubbed your toe on a rock that appeared to be a flower.

Many American patriots have had exactly this experience when they entered into a "District" Court.

The Grand Illusion was shattered when the Judge bellowed, "If you say one more word about the Constitution, I am holding you in contempt of court!  The Constitution doesn't apply in this court!" 

And the helpless victims were carted off to years in "federal" prison, not understanding what "federal" means, not having a clue why the Constitution wouldn't apply.

It will take effort on your part to come to grips with reality and it won't be pleasant at first, but at the end of the trail lies a glorious truth and others, worthy companions, waiting for you to wake up and find it.

So let's begin at the beginning....

When you were a baby, you were misidentified as a British Territorial Citizen and a False Registration was established claiming that you were.

This was done on purpose.

Next, all your earthly "estate" was rolled over into a Foreign Situs Trust.  In legal terms, you had, via this False Registration, been trafficked into British Territorial jurisdiction, and unlawfully converted into a British Territorial U.S. Citizen----just like someone born in Puerto Rico.

This new U.S. Citizen is a  Foreign Situs Trust  and it was given your name---- and it appears just as your Proper Name appears, in Upper and Lower Case.

There is no visual or auditory difference between, for example, "George Philip Stone", an American, and "George Philip Stone", a British Territorial U.S. Citizen.

So, of course, neither you nor your Mother knew that any change had been made.

You were just a baby in your cradle, totally unaware of the larger world, and she had been deliberately duped by what are called "similar names deceits" into signing you over as a Ward to the British Territorial State of State organization that had --- also without public knowledge --- been operating in your State as if it were an American-run State of State organization, since just after the Civil War.

By this means, you were "unlawfully converted" from being a living American owed all the guarantees of the Federal Constitutions,  to being identified as a British Territorial Foreign Situs Trust---- a Ward of the State--- owned by a foreign State of State organization that shouldn't have even been operating in your State of the Union.

Now, I know this is a lot to take in and you are probably shaking your head in consternation thinking --- I never agreed to any of this.  I'm not a Territorial U.S. Citizen like somebody from Puerto Rico.  This is just nothing but BS!

And so it is, but it stands until you object to it----and how will you object, if you don't know that anything has happened?

You were maybe a week old when this was done, and your Mother did this "for" you without the benefit of full disclosure, and nothing appeared to change.  So..... you have been bound by a totally unconscionable contract.

That is a contract that you are unaware of.  You don't know it exists, so you can't object to it.

Next, the British Territorial Government that had "latched" onto you-- illegally and immorally--- trafficked their brand new Foreign Situs Trust into yet another foreign jurisdiction and entered into an estate trust agreement with the Holy Roman Empire, which was still running the Municipal United States Government.

These criminals agreed to split the take, by splitting the "title" to the trust they created "for" you.

This is where all these "titles" come into view--- personal titles like "Mister" and "Misses" and "Doctor" are all foreign, and so are land "titles".

The British Territorial organization operating "as" the State of Minnesota (for example) would keep the equitable title to the "George Philip Stone" Trust they created out of hot air, and give the legal title to the Municipal United States to administer.

The Municipal United States Government operating as an international city-state in Washington, DC, then created another kind of trust, a Cestui Que Vie Trust doing business under your name in All Capital Letters--- like this: "GEORGE PHILIP STONE", and they began selling all sorts of contracts for "him" to fulfill.

These contracts included child labor contracts and mortgages on his estate and all sorts of other things that he would --- if they were lucky --- never learn about in his lifetime.  And the profit from all these peonage and chattel contracts would simply go into a giant Slush Fund that the Pope and the Queen and their vassals would administer "for" little George Philip Stone asleep on the hay.

That's what your Public Employees did "for" you before you were a month old, and all without you or your parents knowing anything about it.

There's just one problem for them.  All of this is nothing but fraud and impersonation exercised via long-outlawed contracting processes that can't stand the light of day.

So when the Great Fraud and its mechanisms were discovered, the criminals had to begin making tracks, which they have.  And now they are fighting among themselves about it.

The members of the Municipal Government --- including Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and others --- are determined to try to brazen it out and somehow continue "business as usual".

The members of the Territorial Government --- including Donald Trump and the entire crime fighting apparatus of the world at large --- realizes that they have to do something to stop this or be accomplices to the crimes against Americans.

And where are you, Americans?

If you have a brain in your heads, you are already making tracks to establish your correct political status as Americans, and you are happily refuting any Registration as a British Territorial U.S. Citizen.

And you are joining and supporting your State Assembly, which has been called into Session to deal with this mess.

Public Service Announcement

In the hellacious confusion that has been fostered by the misadministration of our Federal Subcontractors, there is ample cause to be confused. And angry.

So let me pour some oil for you.

All Federal Subcontractors, except Donald Trump, are working without a contract tonight. The corporations they worked for, both Municipal and Territorial, are defunct. And no new assumption of contract by any incorporated entity has been allowed.

So, Joe Biden may be "President of the United States" in whatever form or name the Municipal Board of Directors may choose for a new governmental services corporation, but neither he nor they have a contract with the actual American Government, and they are not allowed to act as Agents for us.

The members of the US CONGRESS can "represent" the Municipal United States all they want to, but the Municipal United States is reduced to functioning entirely within the District of Columbia as an independent international city-state, bound by the limitations of The Constitution of the United States as it existed in 1860.

All the Municipal Corporations formed under conditions of usurpation, fraud, and deceit are forfeit. All the Municipal citizenship obligations contractually conferred upon us without our knowledge and consent are null and void. All the patents issued "for" us by the Municipal Government, are ours to uphold or dispose of.

We are returning to the realm of Public Law and Public Courts.

One note for the military--- Municipal citizens of the United States have no constitutional guarantees and are, strictly speaking, not part of our population.

If Municipal citizens are caught promoting any crime seeking to undermine these United States, they may be arrested and tried for treason as well as any other crimes they have committed.

No Oath of Office or other explicit contract is necessary to bring Municipal citizens of the United States under Territorial (Military) jurisdiction, as the Municipal Government only exists within the Territorial District of Columbia.

Your position with respect to the Municipal United States and its citizenry is exactly analogous to the position of the Italian Government with respect to Vatican City.

If the Municipal citizenry gets out of hand and causes trouble, you have every right to arrest them and try them under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and are required to do so as part of your obligation to protect this country against all Enemies both Foreign and Domestic (that is, within the District of Columbia).

(Natural News) Intel is coming in today from many sources, and I will likely need to post a separate article to cover it all. Importantly, Trump has not conceded anything, and if you parse the words of his most recent video statement, there is absolutely no concession in it and no naming of Joe Biden as president:

A new administration will be inaugurated on January 20th. … my priority is to ensure a smooth, orderly and seamless transition of power. This moment calls for healing and reconciliation.

Trump is merely attempting to appear that he is conceding while not actually using any binding language that would legally tie him to such an outcome. To state that, “A new administration will be inaugurated on January 20th” without naming the year is, of course, always a true statement. There’s a new administration coming on January 20th, of 2025, for example. There’s also a new administration coming this year if Trump dumps Pence and has a new VP at his side.

But why would Trump still be refusing to concede while trying to make people think he’s conceding? Because according to one source that has briefed me, the globalist controllers are threatening to detonate dirty bombs in every US state representing a senator who voted against the Biden slate of electors. The threat against Trump is that if he does not concede, the dirty bombs will be set off, killing hundreds of thousands of Americans.

Yet Trump fully realizes that far more American would die under the totalitarian communist-run regime represented by Joe Biden. Trump isn’t going to be threatened into quitting.

In fact, as I cover in today’s podcast, Trump is in a secure location and he’s fighting from there, alongside loyal forces of the US military who are preparing for decisive action against the deep state traitors who are desperate to remove Trump from power by any means necessary.

Nancy Pelosy, who will obvious face arrest and prosecution for treason if Trump secures his second term, is running around D.C. like a crazed hyena, trying to get Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Trump immediately. An impeachment “trial” is scheduled for Monday to try to remove Trump by other means, claiming that Trump still has access to the nuclear codes and might unleash a nuclear missile.

Nancy Pelosi wrote today in an urgent letter:

This morning, I spoke to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike…

In other words, Pelosi is conspiring with Mark Milley — also a traitor — to remove Trump from power before he can complete his counterinsurgency actions involving the military.

The deep state is trying to thwart Trump from every possible angle, and Trump’s victory isn’t assured, but he remains the US President for the next 12 days, and he’s using those days to carry out an epic counterattack against the criminals who rigged the elections, staged the “siege” on the capitol building, and plan to tear down our constitutional republic if they gain control of the White House.

Open Letter to Pope Francis -- Call to Liquidate

Most Beloved Francis,

There are three (3) realms of law impacted by the current crisis: ecclesiastical law, municipal law, and international law. The offending corporations have committed crimes in all three realms and are subject to liquidation in all three instances.

Under ecclesiastical law, corporations are allowed to exist "for any lawful purpose". You are not a lawyer, so it may bear discussion that although what these corporations have done is considered "legal", their actions are not considered "lawful".

They have skated around the requirements of codes, regulations and statutes, but their actions, both in intent and execution, have fallen far short of being lawful.

These corporations have willfully conspired to topple governments, to slander and rob innocent people, to deceive and to physically and materially harm the living population of this planet.

These are not lawful actions and are not in accord with any godly purpose, so by the very basis of ecclesiastical law which allows for the existence of corporations, these corporations are acting as outlaws and they must be dissolved.

Second, under Municipal Law, these corporations have been found engaged in massive fraud against their customers and service clients. As you are well-aware, once fraud is discovered and demonstrated under Municipal Law, it vitiates everything, even the most sacred agreements, that fraud has tainted. All laws and contracts, all treaties and trusts and offices, created under conditions of fraud are null and void.

In The United States, the Great Fraud began in 1860 with the election of Abraham Lincoln, who was eligible to act as ""President" of the Territorial United States of America, but ineligible owing to the Titles of Nobility Amendment to function as President of our Federal Republic.

Every piece of legislation passed by every Congress since then has contained an excusatory declaration as part of the Enabling Clause, clearly saying that the new legislation does not in any way affect "any right thus previously established".

We are the inheritors of those rights thus previously established.

As the offending Municipal Corporations have all been formed under conditions of fraud and deceit, and as they have been allowed to proliferate far outside the boundaries of the District of Columbia, they all need to be collapsed and liquidated and those persons responsible denied any further privilege to incorporate anything again.

We have brought this circumstance to your attention before without reply, but as the entire world can see, we are justified both under ecclesiastical law and Municipal Law.

Finally, there remains the international law, which has also been grievously offended.

At the level of treaties, covenants, and agreements among nations, we have the offenses of these corporations which have trespassed and transgressed against both the Hague Conventions and the Geneva Conventions and also against multiple United Nations Declarations.

These corporations are currently involved in a scheme to undermine and redefine humanity and are attempting to inject patented mRNA via a vaccination program in order to create a basis to claim that living people are Genetically Modified Organisms, subject to their ownership under patent claims.

This is just the latest in a progression of schemes since 1700 to create ownership claims on living flesh in contravention of international law that the Holy See is party to, forbidding the practices of slavery and peonage, latching, impersonation, personage in general, barratry, inland piracy, unlawful conversion, racketeering, profiteering, privateering, press ganging, inland piracy, breach of trust, and more.

Perhaps it has slipped the Vatican's notice, but both slavery and peonage have been outlawed worldwide since 1926, and there can be no excuse offered by claiming that they are enslaving corporations or other legal fictions, when the purpose and the effect is to latch onto Lawful Persons owed the utmost care by the Holy See, the British Monarch, and the Crown.

Thus the offending Municipal and Territorial Corporations are owed immediate and irrevocable liquidation and their Boards of Directors and Officers are owed immediate punishment including loss of their privilege to incorporate any new business structures.

This loathsome plan to subvert Nature and Nature's God for profit in service to Mammon must be stopped and the means to perpetuate these crimes via the Patent Offices must be stopped.

Toward that end, we are requesting the immediate liquidation of the following corporations and the distribution of their functions and assets to service providers of our choosing.
