By Anna Von Reitz
Unless we can stop it, people worldwide will shortly be receiving astounding news: bank accounts containing $250,000 each have been set up for each one of them, and all they have to do is step forward and claim this.
Sounds like a dream, doesn't it, especially to those who are poor, living in abject poverty, in places like Nigeria and war-torn Gaza and on Indian Reservations in the American Southwest.
What they don't tell you is that if you are an "average American" --for example-- you have an estate worth billions that you will be giving away if you "voluntarily accept" that $250,000 "offer".
They are simply not telling you that it is a "settlement offer" of your estate and not telling you what your estate is worth and not telling you that if you accept this you will become a "stateless person", without any protection or law or rights.
Viewed against this backdrop, that $250,000 doesn't look like anything but a pathetic joke, especially when you consider that all it costs them is paper and ink, and that hyperinflation will destroy any perceived value that had in a matter of weeks.
So here is what we say to that -- we are not deceived and if you make this "offer" without full and we do mean excruciatingly FULL Disclosure of ALL consequences of acceptance, the following will apply: (1) all contractual obligations attaching to such acceptance will be immediately null and void as if no such offer was ever made; (2) all those making such a non-disclosed offer will be immediately arrested for treason and strong-armed fraud under color of law; (3) every American over the age of 21 will be immediately deputized and empowered to arrest and detain all members of the U.S. Congress, Inc., all CEOs and officers and Board Members of Banks and registered Credit Unions, including but not limited to the Federal Reserve Banks and all members of the State of State Administration and Federal Administration at or above the rank of department head, including but not limited to cabinet and agency officers, and all court officials and officers; (4) anyone harming any American or other innocent person in connection with these veiled "settlement offers", including but not limited to deliberate threats and denials of access to commodities and services will be recognized as an Enemy of the State and subject to summary judgement and execution without further warning.
Service is returned with our compliments. We are not "dumb driven cattle" and this is not Troy.
We wish to make it clear that we consider the incipient threat to the welfare and well-being of living people to be a clear and present danger and an insidious commercial crime --- crime, not part of any military action or subject to any consideration as a legal or lawful government function of any kind.

Can you corroborate the points in the article at http://www.paulstramer.net/2026/09/international-public-notice-and-public.html with any evidence these offers are being made anywhere at the present time, or if there is evidence they might be made soon to the general public?
ReplyDeleteAnswer:
The article you referenced reflects the ongoing efforts by Anna Von Reitz and those in the “sovereign” and constitutionalist movements to warn their audience about what they characterize as a deceptive commercial scheme.
To answer your question regarding evidence:
1. The Nature of the “Offer”
The scenario described—a universal settlement offer of $250,000 intended to induce people into “statelessness” or to compromise their ancestral estates—is consistent with a long-standing narrative in these circles. There is currently no mainstream or verifiable evidence of a coordinated, global, or official governmental program to distribute $250,000 cash payments to the general public.
2. Contextualizing the Claims
While there is no public disclosure of such an offer by major banking institutions or the federal government, the rhetoric surrounding these “veiled settlement offers” serves a specific purpose for authors like Von Reitz:
Preemptive Legal Positioning: By publishing these “International Public Notices,” these authors are attempting to establish a record of rejection. In their view, if such an offer is made, a failure to explicitly refuse it under their terms could be construed as “tacit consent” or a waiver of rights.
Pattern Recognition: Within the patriot and alternative legal community, the belief is that “they” (globalist, corporate, or banking entities) often operate through adhesion contracts or deceptive public notices. The claim is that the offer is not a gift but a commercial trap designed to categorize individuals as subjects of a defunct or bankrupt corporate entity.
3. Indicators of Implementation
ReplyDeleteThere is no evidence of widespread implementation of this specific $250,000 payout. However, observers of the current financial climate often point to the following as potential precursors to such “offers”:
Digital Currency Shifts: Moves toward Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) or modernized ledger systems are frequently viewed by this community as the infrastructure required to push such programs.
Economic Instability: The warnings about hyperinflation and the dissolution of property rights are central to the argument that a “settlement” would only be a facade for stripping people of real, tangible wealth in exchange for valueless digital credits.
"Public Notice" as Defense: The sheer volume of articles on sites like paulstramer.net (over 10,000 articles, as noted on the site) functions as a repository for legal arguments and administrative templates that supporters believe protect them from being “contracted” into these perceived traps.
Summary
If you are looking for confirmation of this in mainstream news or government press releases, you will not find it, as these programs—if they exist—are viewed by these authors as clandestine commercial operations. The evidence for these claims remains entirely within the interpretive framework of the “sovereign” and patriot movements, which view the entire U.S. government structure as a bankrupt corporation and believe that such “offers” are the logical next step for an elite attempting to manage or liquidate the populace.
You should treat these notices as defensive legal strategies employed by those who believe they are operating in an environment of fraud, rather than as reports on confirmed government policy.
