The New Earth Alliance, an unincorporated non-statutory common law trust and holding company, came into being in 2015 as a result of discussions between the Heir of the (D')Avila Family Trust, Demetrius Julius Shiva, and myself.
Please note, in Spanish and correct translations in English, this family trust is known as the D'Avila Family Trust, but over time, most documents in English identify it as the Avila Family Trust; for my purposes it is to be understood as one in the same. Likewise, the Heir of this trust, Demetrius Julius Shiva, appears with various spellings of the name "Demetrius" and preferred to be known as Julius, which is the convention used here.
This was early on in our relationship and Julius and I spent many happy hours exploring Law and History, Religion, Philosophy, and -- Julius's special interest -- effective Philanthropy.
As the actual Heir of a fabulously wealthy family trust, Julius should have been living in the lap of luxury, but he had been defrauded by the manipulations of the British Crown Corporation and Roman Municipal Corporations like everyone else in this country, and he lived a modest life and worked most of his life, instead.
Julius did not grow up knowing that he would be the Heir, and was initially unprepared for the weight and complexity of this burden.
The (D')Avila Family Trust Indenture is now over 525 years old, and it is a simple document written in archaic Spanish; it dictates that the money and assets in the Trust are to be used to bring an end to "poverty and ignorance".
It does not stipulate any limitation beyond that. The assets may be deployed to any location to help any people on Earth.
For the majority of the first five centuries, however, the (D')Avila Family Trust was managed by the Roman Catholic Church and members of the Spanish Royal Family; the assets were endlessly invested for profit-bearing purposes and somehow never got spent doing anything much toward ending poverty or ignorance -- which was a sticking point for Julius.
The assets and the interest that poured in year after year as profit from the banks using the assets as collateral for interest-bearing loans did nothing to end poverty or ignorance, a situation that stung Julius as Heir --- over 500 years, and the wishes of his ancestors had still not been honored.
It was in this context that The New Earth Alliance was created, specifically as a secure means for the (D')Avila Family Trust Assets to be safely and selectively deployed and finally spent on philanthropic projects and initiatives reaching down to local communities and individual people in need.
Once the criminal status of the banking system was addressed and the Maritime Banking Monopoly busted and his family trust assets were recouped, Julius could foresee a time when his family trust would finally weigh in and "do something in the world!" beyond generating more credit as collateral for banks.
The D'Avila Family Trust assets entered the world banking system in 1855, when the Spanish Courts and Vatican officials all agreed and certified that the assets were from known and legitimate sources and could be entered in trade.
By 1941, a bold plan to help end poverty by funding government services and infrastructure needs worldwide, was almost complete.
Imagine a world in which there was no need to pay taxes of any kind again? This, finally, was one of the cherished objectives of the (D')Avila Family Trust being realized -- to directly help end poverty by relieving the tax burdens of humanity.
They almost succeeded in it, too. The professional Metals Depositor they hired, Severino Sta. Romano had deployed vast amounts of gold and silver coinage and bullion to the Central Banks of the world, ready to serve this purpose.
Unfortunately, this plan was coming to fruition in the middle of World War II, and four years later, the world was in ruins, with millions of people dead, entire cities and large portions of industry and public infrastructure destroyed. It all had to be rebuilt.
The Allied Generals and associated Governments asked to borrow the (D')Avila Family Trust assets for this great humanitarian effort, and the then-Heirs agreed; a fifty (50) year loan was arranged. A ten (10) year loan extension was granted. And then the Generals and the Governments simply didn't show up to either negotiate new terms or deliver the assets back to the control of the D'Avilas.
This is the stalemate Julius was in when we met. The outrageous nature of the situation was immediately apparent, but it matched up with my research into the hidden Maritime Banking Monopoly promoted by the British Crown Corporation and its Roman Municipal Corporation partners and the Central Bank System organized under the Bank for International Settlements as a whole
The same aggravated identity theft scheme that these criminal corporations had applied to people in Britain and the Commonwealth were also applied to people in the British Territorial United States (commonly thought of as our Territories and Possessions) and after the Second World War, this same egregious fraud scheme was applied in the seventeen countries in Western Europe that were occupied by the Allies and Japan as well.
At the time the loan came up for renegotiation, Julius was listed as a permanent resident of the United States and presumed to be a "citizen" thereof. All "citizens of the United States" are presumed to be debtors and to owe the debts of the United States, so, the schemers simply used this self-interested presumption to seize upon the assets of the (D')Avila Family Trust and use them to pay their own debts and generate their own credit.
The Brits, to be blunt, have sought to steal by deceit and legal chicanery what they could never win by force of war. They victimized the people in their own countries beginning with the reign of Queen Victoria and this creeping criminality has expanded ever since.
The Allied Generals saw the pretense of "US citizenship" as a means to latch upon the assets of the (D') Avila Family Trust already deposited in the Central Banks, use those assets to pay the debts of the United States, Inc., and skate right on, having never paid the Trust back for the cost of reconstructing the known world after World War II.
What could one man, who didn't even speak English as his native tongue, do about it? He died last year, but Julius did not give up in the face of a criminal and almost overwhelming bureaucracy. His estate continues to carry the fight to the World Bank and must ultimately carry it to the Bank for International Settlements.
The estate Trustees in the Water and Air jurisdictions are suing the World Bank for the release of the commercial assets reaped as profits owed the (D')Avila Family Trust cashiered in the Alpha Omega Trust --- one of the spin-off trusts created to collect the fiat credit receipts returned as profit from the use of the actual gold and silver assets of the (D')Avila Family Trust as collateral backing loans in the commercial system.
That's as it should be, as far as it goes.
The problem arises when they attempt to set up a British Crown Corporation franchise calling itself "Go New Earth" Incorporated and a Roman Municipal Corporation corporation calling itself "GNE, INC." and plan to use these entities to receive, control, and distribute the fiat profit returns of the (D')Avila Family Trust under a faint veil of relationship to me and The New Earth Alliance.
Their disrespect of me as the actual Fiduciary Trustee is shown by their action rubber stamping my signature to a proclamation granting themselves the entirety of Africa as their territory and allowing themselves to act as the senior administrators of a bank chartered by the American Government.
Meantime, the people encouraged to think that waterfalls of money are going to gush forth from Go New Earth, Inc. are signing up as members of this Private Membership Association, never dreaming that doing so allows the legal presumption that they are British Subjects in South Africa, not South Africans.
This deprives the members of "Go New Earth" of their most basic identity as South Africans, subjects them to British rule and statutory law, one by one destroys the population supporting their own national government, and worst of all, leaves the same miscreants -- British Crown Corporation franchise officers -- in charge of the money, in control of a vicious "territorial" government, and calling the shots in South Africa --- all at the expense of the (D')Avila Family Trust.
The Brits and their Roman allies are still trying to skin the same cat with the same results, only via a different route, a hundred and fifty years after Cecil Rhodes first used the British South Africa Company as a substitute government.
They are just calling their new South African Raj by a different name -- Go New Earth (Inc.) - and paying people off to support it using someone else's money to do it.
And neither I nor any bank I chartered is in support of any of this.
Colonialism is evil. Helping commercial corporations to take over national governments is evil. Defrauding people of their nationality using undisclosed foreign citizenship obligations to do it, is evil.
Defrauding people of their standing under the Public Law is evil. Defrauding bank depositors is evil. Twisting the intent of trust indentures to promote human peonage and enslavement is evil.
The British Crown Corporation is evil. The Roman Municipal Corporation(s) associated with the British Crown Corporation as 60% majority interest holders are all evil, evil, evil.
They and their corrupt franchises have broken the Ecclesiastical, International, and Public Laws that allow these things -- these corporations -- to exist.
They have cost millions of lives, reduced millions more to abject poverty, engaged in endless fraud schemes designed to cheat, rob, control and misrepresent their employers, subjected millions of innocent people to illegal and immoral taxation schemes, and more harm than can be measured --- all for their own unjust enrichment and coercive power.
They need to be permanently and summarily dissolved. Those responsible for their misadministration need to be prosecuted and prevented from incorporating as much as a dog-washing service ever again.
We are all standing here to tell you so. I am not alone. There are now millions of people awake worldwide and we are guarding the rest of the flock. We are, in truth, The New Earth Alliance, that Julius and I dreamed of more than a decade ago.
The World Bank, the Bank for International Settlements, their Central Bank members including but not limited to the Federal Reserve, the other Trustees of the (D')Avila Family Trust, the Generals, Admirals, and Military Organizations and National Governments, all British Crown Officers and members of the Bar Associations worldwide are hereby placed on Notice to Cease and Desist in their presumptions and actions seeking to promote or continue any kind of colonialist intervention in any jurisdiction, seeking to commandeer assets of the (D')Avila Family Trust, and permanently forsake all efforts to establish a de facto commercial corporation "government" in South Africa or anywhere else.
Do not pretend that I am in any way, shape, or form, by word, deed, signature, or any agreement complicit in these actions against the best interests of innocent South Africans and other people throughout the African Continent.
I intend that they shall be free. I intend that they will govern themselves and have the enjoyment of their own government and resources as well as the support of the (D')Avila Family Trust and the World Trust, without hindrance, without hidden agendas, and without the selfish ill-intent of evil men. I intend that they will have permanent lifelong free and inviolable bank accounts in The Global Family Bank and that they will receive back what they are owed to their own control.
I intend that people everywhere will finally be free of the evils of European Colonialism and British Fraud Schemes in all jurisdictions of the law.
I intend that the conscience, will, and intelligence of the world population will be aroused to demand the liquidation of the British Crown Corporation(s) and the Roman Municipal Corporation(s) in league with them, including the prosecution of those who have used these corporations for unlawful, illegal, and immoral practices and abuses, including the promotion of Corporate Feudalism.
Being enabled to create a corporation is a privilege, one that has been severely abused.
The Global Family Bank is a bank formed under Public Charter issued by the American Government. The mission of this bank is to return assets and prepaid credit owed to individual people and Lawful Governments worldwide.
Go New Earth, Inc. and its associated Roman Municipal partner, GNE, INC., are conventional commercial corporations in the same-old-evil-system playing the same-old-evil games; they present themselves as Private Membership Associations and promise accounts in The Global Family Bank as bait to get people to join, but accounts in The Global Family Bank are free and don't require any such membership. The set up is such that people who join can be presumed to be British Subjects and have their land and other assets commandeered and placed in public interest trusts without their knowledge or consent. Those thus defined as slaves and sailors get a dollop of extra credit of an uncertain amount, for an uncertain period of time.
The Global Family Bank is not subject to Territorial or Municipal jurisdiction and is not intended to serve Territorial or Municipal persons until and unless they return to their country of origin and reclaim their birthright nationality on the land and soil of their physical birth and enter their accounts like everyone else.
While such persons are not immediately eligible for Master Accounts, their banking needs can be addressed via accounts in The Global Family Commercial Bank (Federal Civil Service) or The Global Family Bank of Commerce (Military Personnel) and through Prosperity System Accounts.
Nobody on Earth gets left behind.
The New Earth Alliance envisioned by myself and Demetrius Julius Shiva is an entirely different thing, a non-statutory common law trust, always unincorporated, always in the realm of the sovereign free people of this planet, always respecting and protecting the rights of individuals, always accepting diversity of cultures, religions, and races, never seeking anything but to do good and find effective means to end poverty and ignorance.
The New Earth Alliance philanthropic trust is designed to operate worldwide without politics or prejudices.
If we remain true to Julius and his gentle vision and refuse to be sidelined, commandeered, redefined, or impersonated by British Crown Corporation operatives and Roman Municipal agents, we will finally fulfill the simple dream and will of his ancestors, and Julius will sleep well in his memorial chambers.
