This signed writ of error (attached) concerns all District and DISTRICT COURT operations in Alaska. The Constitution of the State of Alaska was exclusively approved by Municipal citizens of the United States residing in Alaska; the people of Alaska ---who these federal persons are, per Article I, Section 1, of The Constitution of the State of Alaska "obligated" to serve ---were ineligible to vote and cannot be presumed to be parties to the resulting contract. Although the contract may have been presented, it was not fully disclosed, and the people's government was not in Session at the time to make reply. Our State Assembly is now in Session. Reply is being made today.
