We recently reprised the role, often unknown and unsung, that the Post Office plays in our lives and its importance in determining identities and establishing seats of government.
It should not come as a surprise, then, that we, as Officers of The United States of America, charged with operating our own seat of government in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, also function as post masters of the original American Post Office, and are signatories on the 2010 Postal Treaty of the Americas.
Running your own national post office does not imply that you are employees or agents of the Vatican. What it does is provide an international office and address that connects your country with the rest of the world --- and which our national government has to maintain.
All nations engaged in international trade and international commerce have to have an address where they can sue and be sued. For us, that address is in Philadelphia, because that is where the seat of the American Government remains.
Washington, District of Columbia, is the Federal Capitol, and the separate seat of the foreign United States Government.
All our people who are American State nationals make up the population of a State of the Union, so they are also post masters, enabled to handle mail, buy and sell stamps, cancel stamps, and so on. They've done this all their lives and just never thought of themselves as "post masters" maintaining the functions of their national post office.
Upon accepting his part as Head of State in 2001, Jim had a rude awakening to face: an attempt had been made to shut down and commandeer our American national post office in Philadelphia. It was only saved by the efforts of a very small group of Americans who became aware of the problem and stepped forward in time to keep it open.
That's a story of miracles and unsung heroes all by itself.
Now there's more than 35.000 post masters on the land and a small but credible national post office network preserving the land and sea jurisdictions of this country under our customary land law and American Admiralty, both.
One of the people who played a role in restoring our national Post Office was a man named James Thomas McBride, who was appointed by Pope Benedict XVI to serve as the first Regional Postmaster of North America. It was James Thomas who penned the majority of the new Postal Treaty of the Americas issued in 2010.
McBride's office was one of several new regional offices worldwide that was designed to introduce economies of scale to postal functions and better organize communications and delivery of services. Early on, we made him aware of the problems we were having and the unlawful conversion of our population that was taking place as a result of the British drive to secretly register every baby born in America as a British Subject.
McBride immediately understood why our national post office was in such decline and took action to restore it as well as to report the crimes of unlawful political conversion taking place on our shores.
In all, about 900 Americans expatriated from federal citizenship claims, came together in 2003 to defend our existence and justify the continuance of our national post office in Philadelphia.
This situation made Pope Benedict XVI aware of the national-level identity theft taking place in this country, including the theft of our credit at the central banks. He immediately took steps to alert the Vatican Bank and UBS and various other banks and regulatory agencies that this was going on and that our credit was being siphoned by foreign interests and our people were being deprived of the benefit of it.
This was the opening salvo in what would ultimately end in the dissolution of the Roman Pontifex Trust and the Office of the Roman Pontiff under Benedict XVI in 2011. It's also what kicked off my "mission" to fully inform and serve Due Process on as many Federal Officials, Departments, and Agencies concerning this crime as possible.
James Thomas McBride also continued his efforts in his position as regional postmaster, spending many hours in contact with the Lords of the Admiralty and the postal Inspector Generals, trying to put a stop to the misuse of the postal system by the Internal Revenue Service and administrative courts promoting unlawful conversion, personage, and barratry against all of us.
These same felonious and unauthorized administrative courts attacked McBride repeatedly and succeeded in having him arrested and accused of "fraud" -- the very crime that they are themselves guilty of. They used the corrupt FBI to "investigate" his activities, that is, his efforts to help us and protect our national post office, and he was repeatedly brutalized by these criminal elements who ransacked his home and offices and seized his bank accounts and slandered his name and his office and his work in general.
These are all the acts of criminals attempting to smear and derail an honest man who sought to save this country and its people. At the time, we were all unaware that the same criminals had endeavored to keep an illegal mercenary conflict from the Civil War Era alive, and had declared Municipal "citizens of the United States" perpetual debtors and perpetual criminals and slaves and Enemies in "combat".
As a result of this fraudulent and insupportable narrative spun by private law enforcement agencies working for the same criminals attempting to "offshore" our population one baby at a time, James Thomas McBride spent the rest of his life in and out of jail, without ever committing any actual crime and without injuring anyone.
His innocent suffering stands as a monument to the evil that erupts when statutory "law" is mistaken for actual Law and when mercenary conflicts are mistaken for war.
It turns out that no Congress ever declared war related to the American Civil War, and no formal peace process ended it.
Andrew Johnson, who succeeded as Lincoln's Vice-President, declared "peace on the land" three times in public, creating a contract and estoppel protecting the American people on the land and soil of this country, but no such declaration of "peace on the sea" was issued, a mistake that allowed the British Monarch to continue a ceaseless and criminal assault on innocent American civilians for the next six generations.
The Roman Catholic Church has been under terrible attack, too, because it has attempted to help us and because it has admitted to its own sins, and because it has suffered corruption from within.
That in no way diminishes the honor and sacrifice of Pope Benedict XVI and James Thomas McBride and all the other members of the Catholic Church who have sought to end the Great Fraud.
May we all keep faith with what is right and just and true. Let us all move forward fearlessly and act with honor, grace, compassion, and right understanding in the pursuit of justice. Let us, each and every one of us, stand up for the rights of mankind and cast off any claim that we are mere humans or transhumans ---persons, not people--- that are not owed the protections and guarantees that we naturally inherit.
Let the British Government tremble in its iniquity before God and Man and know that its days as a Feudal and Colonial Power are now well and truly at an end. The dishonor they have heaped upon themselves will resound through the ages.
Let the Church know that though it is battered and torn and stands guilty of many sins, it nonetheless has played and continues to play a crucial role in defending the living people of this planet and in seeking to bring both justice and relief to them. The Church has earned its stripes and nobody can say otherwise.
The crown of glory in this world has too often been pain.
James Thomas wrote to us, not as a post master, but as a man during the last three years of his life. We had been a comfort to him in jail and had corresponded with him throughout his many ordeals.
The theft, by the FBI, of the Seal of Saint Peter, which had been in his keeping, continued to trouble him. Like our own Great Seal, it has been stolen under force by deluded men "enforcing the law" while acting as criminals themselves.
James Thomas has passed beyond all ability to help him in this world, but his final words to us still ring true. He made a plea for Mankind, for humility and gratitude, that even as we set aside the evils of the past and embrace a future without them, we give thanks for the lessons learned and the friendships forged in such dire adversity.
There are good men and there are bad men, and most of the time, as James Thomas would agree, what they accept as true is what makes the difference between them.
When you accept what is true, accept it wholly, entirely, with no self-interested exceptions. Let the truth be your lamp and your guide and your foundation.
We discussed sometimes what a completely new world government for people should look like. We could feel the mental cages built by decades of indoctrination quietly exploding. No more feudalism. No more colonialism. No more capitalism. No more socialism. No "isms" at all. What then?
Freedom. Justice for all. Suddenly, there are no kings, just neighbors. We are set free to be our best selves with no other goal or borrowed, twisted ideology to derail us. Just get up every morning and ask yourself, "What can I do today to make life better-- for me, my family, my community, and my world?"
With the Doctrine of Scarcity firmly in the rearview mirror, there is no longer any poverty or famine, and disease is on the run. Abundant energy, good roads, clean water, effective sanitation, and plenty of good food is suddenly "the new normal" worldwide. Happiness, real happiness, and security from being attacked or defrauded, is finally in our grasp.
It's a whole new paradigm and as wonders become commonplace, we hear an echo from a former time and a voice we recognize saying gently, "Behold, I make all things new...."
James Thomas considered his fate rather strange; the whole idea that he would grow up and become a regional post master was alien, and far beyond the scope of anything he could have imagined as a boy or young man. That he would, through much suffering and effort, save our national post office and create a new postal treaty bulwarking national post offices throughout the Western Hemisphere? That would have seemed an odd pipedream, having very little to do with him and his interests and his start in life.
We laughed. How is a Great-Grandfather from a place like Big Lake, Alaska, supposed to serve as Head of State? What crazy hand of destiny sends his wife, a Great-Grandma, to contend against the forces of evil?
Nonetheless, be that man or woman who admits that you have been blessed, and who turns back in gratitude and says, yes, I am here. I am ready to do whatever needs to be done. Guide me, protect me, inspire me....
For James Thomas McBride that road led to the heights of worldly power and the depths of personal despair, from marble floors to the bare cement of a jail cell. Through it all, he did his work and answered his calling.
Today, we celebrate having our national post office intact, having our seat of government at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania intact, having our nation-states intact, and our State Assemblies in Session.
Twenty-five years ago, the flame of freedom was almost gone, nearly extinguished in a dark night of corporate self-interest and greed.
Remember James Thomas McBride, and if anyone comes panting up to you and says, "But he was a convicted criminal!" -- just smile, pat them on the head. So were most of the Apostles.
