Sunday. I spent most of the day in a pleasant semi-meditative mindset- counting my many blessings, visiting with elderly friends, connecting with nature. It is early autumn here with grey skies, intermittent rain, and trees turning color—mostly brilliant shades of gold as Alaska's birch forests dominate the natural hardwood landscape.
The Proclamation identifying the Bar Associations as the lynch-pin in the whole "public trust interest" identity theft scheme has shocked many people, but it should be self-evident that our Law had to be overcome by these lies and deceits and the only way this could be done is with the complicity of the members of the Bar Associations.
This is NOT to say that all members were aware of the scam; indeed, a great many of them were not only ignorant about the Great Fraud, but also ignorant about the entire subject of Law.
"Dumbing down" probably happened in American Law Schools fifty years before Jimmy Carter's illegal Department of Education sank its fangs in. Recent graduates don't really know anything about Law. They have only been taught "the Rule of Law" — meaning Administrative Processes and Commercial Contracts and Torts. A few know probate but don't know that probate courts are not authorized to be here in this country. They are fuzzy-headed about jurisdiction and where jurisdiction comes from, even though that is crucial knowledge if you are going to run an actual court.
But they are not, overall, being trained to run actual courts.
They are being trained to operate "Administrative Tribunals" that should not be here and functioning in this country, either.
They try to call these private corporate tribunals "Judiciary Courts" to fool the people — but that is like claiming that an apple is "organic" because it contains carbon.
"Judiciary Courts" are not authorized to be here and anyone using or participating in these farces needs to be arrested and deported under their own Roman Municipal Law.
Fraud is just as deadly under Roman Municipal Law as it is under Roman Civil Law, so let's cut to the chase.
The Brits pulled a fraud scheme to steal the identity of millions of American babies.
That created the intestate American Infant Decedent Estate Trusts AND a British Territorial Person operating under the same exact Given Name.
Substitution Fraud One.
A few years later, the British Territorial Person, who happened to be a British Merchant Mariner, was declared "missing, lost at sea"— so another intestate public interest seaman's estate is created for the Bar Members to "administer".
Substitution Fraud Number Two.
That leaves a Roman Municipal PERSON operating as a Roman Inferior Trust ESTATE under the name of the victim and yet another intestate Cestui Que Vie Public Interest Trust for the Bar Members to "administer".
That is Substitution Fraud Number Three.
So the American baby has been impersonated three times, and each time, this fraud scheme is administered and orchestrated by members of the Bar Associations.
Clueless or mindful —-the facts are the facts, and the Bar Associations are fully complicit and responsible for this, because they are claiming to be professionals and are therefore assumed to know the actual law and be able to recognize crimes—- including crimes of identity theft, unlawful conversion, personage and barratry.
If they were what they should be and doing their jobs none of the present chaos would exist.
There is no doubt that they were weaponized to recreate the infamous "Three Keys of Enslavement" system used by later Roman Emperors and there can be no mistaking the collusion to do this and the ultimate beneficiaries are Britain and Rome.
So. The Bar Associations are on the hook for it, but so is the Government of Westminster, the Government of Ghent, and the Vatican and the Municipal Government of Rome and also the United Nations Organization.
This is not and never was about black versus white or Jew versus Muslim or any of that divisive claptrap, This "battle" is an attempt by incorporated entities to defraud living men of their nature and subject them to the laws that were developed to serve the needs of corporations.
This is a "fight" of living men against corporations— dead things that have no natural right to exist.
One of the other insights that came to me today was the answer to the question — why is it always the Municipal Agencies like the IRS and BATF and DOJ and DOD and DARPA and their OFFICERS always the ones doing the dirty work?
Two reasons— the Territorial Government goons are under contract to protect us and can't directly attack us without being liable for damages and treason.
So they hire the Municipal Government to do the dirty work for them, and think that's okay.
But it's not. That's Bad Faith, and Bad Faith like Fraud, is deadly and has no statute of limitations under both Roman Civil Law and Roman Municipal Law.
Breach of trust and violation of the good faith provisions of service contracts are crimes. And these issues have already been tried by a competent court in international jurisdiction — resulting in the Final Judgement and Civil Orders issued in April of 2014.
Under international law these Orders are owed enforcement. Under Public Law these Orders are owed enforcement. And under Natural Law — our Law — they are owed enforcement.
