Mr. Trump:
We are aware that you are occupying the Federal Capitol for the 100 days required to settle the vacating of the UNITED STATES, INCORPORATED regime, as required by the bankruptcy and dissolution of this Municipal entity.
This does not imply that you or your corporation are empowered to claim the Federal Capitol in any sense of private ownership, nor does it secure any change in the stipulations of your corporation's service contract owed to the States of the Union.
The Territorial Federal Contractors are, indeed, obligated to secure and protect the Federal Capitol and are required by their contract to administer the City of Washington, DC, and if and when an insurrection, crime, or other emergency requires such action. This has been long-established in our customs and contracts and supersedes any other merely assumed power or legislative authority related to the issue.
The kinds of emergencies anticipated by the Founders did not include planned and voluntary economic "disasters" of incorporated entities that have acted as unauthorized Successors to Contract, nor could the Founders reasonably expect that the bankruptcy of one or more such Successors would lead to vacating the Federal Capitol owing to vendor bankruptcies nor give rise to any private ownership claims against the public infrastructure and other hereditaments of the city resulting from the settlement of a vendor bankruptcy.
Much less did they consider that a change of government services vendors under such circumstances might be interpreted by anyone as the "bankruptcy" of our country or our sovereign nation-states, nor be interpreted as a "change of government" or require "continuity of government" provisions in the sense that those words typically imply in the language of international diplomacy.
We are talking about vendors of "essential government services" , not the American Government, being bankrupt. And all the inconveniences occasioned by the bankruptcy or even absence of a Federal Vendor does not result in a "change" of the American Government itself.
Indeed, the land under the Federal Capitol is subject to a perennial designated use permit, but has never been released by the State Assemblies of Maryland and Virginia. The District of Columbia itself is a Federal enclave with its own capitol designated as the City of Washington, District of Columbia.
The City of Washington, District of Columbia is supposed to be administered by the American Federal Subcontractor operating under The Constitution for the united States of America, otherwise popularly known as "the Federal Republic", but in the absence of that part of our Government structure, the ownership and responsibility for it reverts to the States of the Union as a matter of contractual default.
Mr. Trump, for your information:
The American Government stands apart from the United States Government, also known as "the Federal Government" and always has. The American Government traces its genesis to 1776, while the United States Government (Federal Government) traces its genesis to service contracts issued to three vendors in 1787, 1789, and 1790, respectively.
The Federal Government is thus supposed to be composed of three parts, each exercising delegated powers in separate international jurisdictions.
The States of America is supposed to be operating under The Constitution for the united States of America and exercising delegated powers related to the Land Jurisdiction.
The British Territorial Federal Subcontractor is supposed to be operating under The Constitution of the United States of America and exercising delegated powers related to the Water Jurisdiction.
The Roman Subcontractor is supposed to be operating under The Constitution of the United States and exercising delegated powers related to the Air Jurisdiction.
The failure of any such Federal Vendor results in default for non-performance, and our people and our States of the Union are owed immediate notification and fully disclosed reporting.
Upon the default of any Federal Subcontractor for any reason, it is the duty of their leadership and the leadership of the remaining Federal Subcontractors to preserve "good faith" and conduct, realizing the the decision regarding replacement of vendors does not fall to the vendors, but to the employers.
Generations of Federal Subcontractors have failed this duty to inform and have instead conspired to usurp powers entrusted to other Federal Service Vendors and also conspired to work out cozy accommodations on their own to "cover" for each other so as to promote such evils as double-dip billing for services, patently dishonest bookkeeping, illegal confiscation of private property, embezzlement of public funds, hiring of second-tier subcontractors known as "Agencies" to avoid liability for criminal acts, illicit actions under color of law, unlawful conversion of our sovereign state assets, promotion of a corrupt and foreign court system, and much more.
This criminal dereliction of duty and failure of good faith has to stop, along with all efforts to further defraud and denigrate your employers.
Let us suggest that the Pope has cut his losses and if you want to work for us, the American People, it needs to be work accomplished in good faith with full disclosure to the Public and to the State Assemblies.
As things stand, the American Federal Subcontractor intended to exercise the delegated "powers" related to our land jurisdiction functions has been out of business since 1861. The Roman (Municipal) Federal Subcontractor is out of business via Chapter Seven Involuntary Bankruptcy effective 2015 and being settled now.
That leaves you, Mr. Trump, and the British Territorial Federal Subcontractor doing business as the United States of America, Incorporated, as the only one presently doing business under The Constitution of the United States of America.
Read that: out of three federal vendor contracts, two contracts are vacated and in default, and the American People and Public-at-Large still haven't been fully informed.
It appears to be your intention and the intention of your superiors is to bankrupt the United States of America, Incorporated, and attempt to transfer your operations to the long vacant American Federal Republic, and propose to operate under The Constitution for the united States of America --- as if these service contracts were transferable without notice and the concomitant change of jurisdiction was allowed by acquiescence, with no duty on your parts to fully inform your employers of your claims and activities.
This is not the case, Mr. Trump, and it was never the case.
A full and open public admission of the circumstance occasioned in March of 1861 should have been immediately forthcoming from the Administration of Abraham Lincoln --- and was not provided to the American Public, nor to the individual States of the Union, thus precluding our ability to respond and take appropriate action.
For the last 160 years similar British Territorial breach of trust and dereliction of duty has resulted in maintaining "secrecy" in the name of "national security" and continuing failure to fully inform the American States and the American People.
This is a failure of the good faith provisions of your contract, Mr. Trump. The United States of America, Incorporated, is not only in grievous debt, it is in profound Dishonor.
All this talk about "restoring" the Federal Republic is at best ignorant and at worst, purposeful premeditated and self-interested fraud.
The British Territorial Subcontractors you represent, never had a Federal Republic of their own and have made a great to-do about being a "democracy" for many years. Have your democracy and be welcome to it, but don't try to misrepresent yourselves so as to impersonate our American Federal Republic and falsely claim that you have restored it by inhabiting it and trespassing upon our land jurisdiction without authorization or contract to do so.
We object and do not acquiesce to this entire circumstance. It's time for this Mess to be cleaned up and for those responsible to come clean about the situation they inherited and failed to repair.
This is why the American Armed Forces have been offered Amnesty from their own Government.
The shameful circumstance and facts are what they are. Your present occupation of the Federal Capitol is what it is. The entire system of "Law" lies in discredited tatters, and the best you can come up with is purely and simply --- more fraud.
Please, if you care about this country or its people or your own reputation, come clean. Stop playing games, stop trying to find ways and means to finagle some more.
Do what should have been done in 1861 and again in 1865 and again in 1871 and again in 1907 and again in 1913 and again in 1930 and again in 1933 and again in 1934 and again in 1946 and again in 1953 and again in 1965 and again in 1971 and again in 1980 and again in 2005 and again in 2015.... Mr. Trump!
This fraud against America and against the American People by their own trusted employees and subcontractors has been ongoing for 160 years. It has to stop. And you are being held to account to be the man who puts an end to the Great Fraud, once and for all.
We have organized our lawful American Government according to our custom and tradition and issued our gold-standard money. We realize that you are required to operate on credit, so this means little to you, but it is of the greatest importance to us, your employers, and to this country.
We have also issued prepaid credit as the means by which the so-called "National Debt" can be removed, and called for the return of all our assets, including all assets purloined and deposited in foreign banks and public trusts created under color of law and in deceit with intention to defraud.
This idea that your employers are incompetent simply because they have been betrayed and left both uninformed and misinformed by subsequent generations of dishonest federal subcontractors must be set aside.
We are awake now, and will stay awake as long as it takes to restore a lawful and honest government for the people of this great country.
