Only corporations can go bankrupt. By definition. When you talk about a country going bankrupt, what you are really talking about is a corporation that provides government services going bankrupt.
We have just witnessed this phenomenon over the past ten years with the bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES Corporation, which is in the final stages of an Involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
It is this bankruptcy process that is driving: (1) the audit of Federal departments and agencies; (2) the radical downsizing of what we have known as "the federal government"; and (3) violent restructuring of government services industry -- deletion of departments and agencies, mergers of departments and agencies, and creation of new departments and agencies.
By not disclosing these basic facts, the leadership of this country is failing a basic benchmark of honesty with their own electorate and with the American Public-at-Large.
We are relieved that Donald Trump and Elon Musk have undertaken the necessary task set before them, and are doing a good job of it.
It's the first house cleaning this country has had since the Civil War, but it is disingenuous to stay silent and omit the truth about this circumstance.
This hasn't come about because Donald Trump decided to ride a white horse. This has come about because Pope Francis bankrupted the UNITED STATES back in 2015. Every step of this process is preordained by established court rules.
Another point is that no matter how anyone howls about it or protests, nothing can stop this process. Donald Trump is obeying a pre-existing bankruptcy court order so no lawsuits seeking to obstruct him will succeed. He is doing his court-appointed duty.
We are also relieved that Donald Trump and another new crop of billionaires have gotten together to front a new "United States of America, LLC" --- not because we approve of corporations and unelected corporation officials running the government services of this country without sufficient oversight --- but because someone had to do it.
The hard part is bringing it home to these billionaires that there is an actual government, one that can't go bankrupt because it isn't a corporation.
We have a true, sovereign government, vested in the people of each State of the Union, which is supposed to be organized and actively providing oversight and direction to the government services providers.
That government, the actual government, is in Session now.
We are pleased that Donald Trump and Co. are cleaning up the mess. We are pleased that their direction "for" the country appears to be on track to benefit the people they are working for, and that their officers and volunteers are diligently cutting waste, fraud, and abuse. We are also relieved and happy that RFK, Jr. is at work, clearing out the vicious and venal institutions responsible for the attacks on our health and environment.
All this is very good news for the people of this country, but caveats remain, and truth must be honored.
The American Public, the people who are the patrons and customers of the United States of America, LLC, need to have a clear and unobstructed understanding of who is who and what is what again.
Deeply buried by decades of disuse and disinformation and coercion, the American People know that they are the employers of these governmental services corporations.
The American Public knows that they have been disserved, used, and abused by generations of reckless employees left guarding the proverbial hen house.
Having a different staff of service providers, people who respect the limitations of their service contract, people who have a clear vision of their duty to their employers, is certainly a welcome change -- but it is not sufficient.
With the actual States of the Union in Session and the unincorporated Federation of States functioning, the Owners of the hen house are back in town. We are assuming our natural authority and duty, to identify our priorities and direct the activities of our government services providers--- our employees.
We are also demanding the return of our purloined assets and credit resources and a settlement of these issues in favor of restoration of the actual American Government as it is meant to be and as it is meant to function --- free of undue British influence.
The American Government is meant to function as an independent and sovereign government, and the American People are meant to be free in making their choices --- not helpless pawns of business undisclosed interests.
It is important for the peace and well-being of this country to establish a new level of transparency with the American Public, so that our government as a whole functions as it should -- with the State Assemblies directing the spending and action priorities of the States, and with their unincorporated Federation of States directing the spending and action priorities of the Federal Government including the British Territorial Service Providers.
We have fifty State Assemblies in Session now. Every member of these fifty State Assemblies has been properly provenanced as an American State National, either natural born or naturalized, and they have also properly declared their choice of their birthright political status or adopted political status as State Nationals, and have recorded this choice, and published it on a permanent public record.
There can be no doubt that we know who we are and that we are taking appropriate and peaceable action to self-govern and populate the State Assemblies, of both the Union States and the States of the Union. Any supposition that we are "absent", "at sea", or suffering from amnesia must be set aside.
Our Service Providers must accept a new standard of transparency, openly disclosing the nature of their organization, it's claim of a Successor interest in The Constitution of the United States of America -- and now, also -- The Constitution of the United States,
and the relationship of this new Service Provider, the United States of America, LLC, to their employers.
Our country cannot function as intended without a clear and open relationship between the Employers and the Employees, with each Party fulfilling their intended and natural duties.
For example, we did not authorize our Employees to administer our personal estates for us. They have done so under a series of misconceptions, but there is no reason for them to continue these suppositions when our State Assemblies are in Session.
As another example, we have not authorized our Employees to seize upon our assets or make appropriations of our credit to suit themselves, nor have we authorized them to make appropriations of our credit for purposes unrelated to their service contracts.
As another example, we have not authorized our Employees to conduct any "experiments" on us or claim that we are part of their own domestic population, when we clearly are not; we never authorized them to register us as citizens of their foreign governments and we don't approve of any such deceitful and self-serving activities on their parts.
As another example, we were not notified at the time concerning their claim of ownership interest in the original Federal Republic assets belonging to the States of America which has led to their subsequent misadministration of this version of "United States" and which is now compelling them to try to front a "New Republic" --- a British Territorial Republic --- in an attempt to substitute this for our American Federal Republic.
These activities and presumptions are not appropriate for our Employees to pursue, and they surely know this, yet they have persisted in their attempts to "Bait and Switch" Republics on us, and have promoted a number of organizations to this end led by U.S. Citizens, for example, James Geiger, Tim Turner, David Strait, etc, etc. etc.
We don't know to what extent these efforts have been sponsored and directed by these foreign interests and which of these efforts may have been undertaken by Americans who are simply unaware of the unlawful conversion of their natural political status to that of U.S. Citizens, but we do maintain that an American Republic cannot be created by British Territorial Citizens.
The assets of the United States (Federal Republic, 1787-1861) must be returned to the rightful owners of both this version of United States and the States of America Confederation --- as these assets were actively and deceitfully purloined by members of the British Territorial U.S. Congress acting under conditions of deceit and fraud and color of law (Acts of Congress, February 2nd 1871).
The American Public in 1871 was given no disclosure of the nature and context of these claims being made by foreign Powers, any more than they were given full disclosure about Abraham Lincoln's position as "President" of the United States of America, Incorporated --- a British Crown Corporation, who was deceitfully substituted for the President of the American Federal Republic doing business as "the United States" (Company).
No pretext of "war" can excuse these ongoing deceits and attempts to purloin positions and powers never vouchsafed to our British Territorial Subcontractors. Indeed, as the public record demonstrates, no such thing as "The American Civil War" ever existed; this was a Mercenary Conflict throughout, owed no dignity under the Law of War.
We therefore wish for a fair and honest reckoning to be made under conditions of full disclosure, and for the efforts to substitute a British Territorial "Republic" for our long dormant American Republic to cease. We also wish for honest and good faith service from all and any remaining Federal Subcontractors.
