SO THEIR COMMON LAW IN A "SOCIALIST" COUNTRY IS GOING TO BE VASTLY DIFFERENT FROM OURS!!!
It just IS.
Plus Chris seems to "go in to the Courts" as a man, but is teaching people how to use Affidavits andor other "Instruments" used in Commerce. so what is he doing?
• what is his standing? man or FICTION?
• what jurisdiction is he using? English common law? Brith-ish Kings Equity? International Law Merchant/Commerce? other?
• bringing before which Court?....
you cant really tell. it looks like hes MIXING JURISDICTIONS to me.
If Im wrong about that will someone please correct me, with proof? thank you.

ReplyDeleteChristopher James tackles the problem from the perspective of TRESPASS. All his court filings are there. In the top menu follow the link called CASE WORK to access the official documents. Those documents will show you how to navigate the court system in canada without getting yourself beat up, imprisoned, or killed. You are correct that america and canada have their differences. That doesn't make one better or worse than the other. We're just a bit different, and variety is the ultimate strength. Those differences when working in unity is the only thing that can overcome this beast.
Christopher understands this and he approaches the problem from a canadian perspective, he's one part among many. Bottom line is that Chris is figuring it out all on his own. He bravely walks into these courts and takes on the beast single handedly. His bravery and courage and determination are unsurpassed. Right now he is the greatest champion canada has. He is literally putting his life on the line for the good of all canadians. He deserves the utmost respect from all people worldwide, including americans.
We're all in this together, yet by far the single most powerful force on this planet is still DIVISION. By my calculations unity still only accounts for a mere 1% of what we need to succeed.
