Like back in sept. when we had this stray cat out there and cold weather about to set in. So one neighbor told us another neighbor is buying a heated dog house for the cat. So then we stopped with our plans for cleaning out the discarded doghouse and going out and buying straw for it. So we waited, thinking a heated dog house is better than just a straw lined one. But nothing was happening and cold weather was dropping on us like Now. So I said to hell with it, lets go to the country and buy some straw and get on with it. Three months later and that heated dog house never did show up.
