International Public Notice -- Iteration of Error Consequences

To briefly review:
Pope Boniface VIII squarely identified the subject matter of the Unam Sanctam Trust as "human creatures" meaning legal fictions created by man, not living men created by God.
Both the Church and Law make an absolute distinction between the divine nature of man created by God and the secular nature of "persons" and corporations created by men.
The Unam Sanctam Trust as expressed by Pope Boniface VIII was never intended to address mankind, the living divine creations of God, but was instead directly concerned with "hue-mans" -- legal fiction persons and corporations created by men.
During the administration of Pope Nicholas V, over a hundred years later, a fundamental error occurred and the Express Trust created by Pope Boniface VIII was misinterpreted to apply to living men, specifically to Saracen-Turks and "other non-Christians" who were to be bound to "perpetual enslavement".
It was this fundamental error, misinterpreting the purpose and subject matter of the Unam Sanctam Trust, that has led to all the other problems including the Church's unsavory role in enslavement and the slave trade as a means to enrich itself and its European Monarch cronies.
This same error persisted and expanded upon iteration in subsequent generations so as to deny the divine birthright of living men and women to own the land and soil of the Earth already bequeathed to them by their Creator.
Both the Damnation Corruption that misinterpreted and overstepped any authority vested in the Unam Sanctam Trust, and which resulted in condemning living men and treating them as things -- mere "hue-mans" and Legal Fictions separated from their divine origin---- and all similar errors and mistakes, known as sins in the jurisdiction of the air, all resulting from the reiteration of this gross error, are similarly null and void.
The nature of an Express Trust cannot be changed or violated by subsequent additions and deletions proposed by others; it can only be defiled by their ignorance and redefinitions, resulting in the misuse and misadministration of the trust, which is exactly what has happened both then and now.
Pope Nicholas V arbitrarily redefined living men he hated, the Saracen-Turks--- who are nonetheless divine creations--- as "hue-mans" -- creatures of the mind created by men, so as to obtain legalistic authority to condemn them via this unlawful conversion to a condition of "perpetual enslavement".
Pope Nicholas V's "redefinition" is simply a lie and in no way alters the nature of the Saracen-Turks as divine creations and living men; rather, this lie has transformed the Roman Catholic Church and the associated European Monarchs into a dishonest coterie of liars and thieves bent on the enslavement and destruction of the divine creation.
This first Great Lie reduced mankind to the level of humans.
The second reiteration of this Great Lie in the present day seeks to further reduce humans to the level of patented and invented things, Genetically Modified Organisms, owned by commercial corporations and municipal investors.
We are here to remind the Catholic Church Fathers and their associates in the Roman Curia that their own position in life depends on respecting the limits of their jurisdiction, which they have grotesquely overstepped in their endless search for profit.
It is not given to them to redefine divine creation as something different and less than what it is.
The Living God gave the Saracen-Turks their form and substance and life, not Pope Nicholas V.
A similar uncorrected Error has resulted in the illicit trading of "souls" on secretive stock markets resembling casinos -- this is another egregious, unrepented Error, in which they pretend to trade upon assets that are not now and never were theirs.
Having reduced Man to Hue-man, the Church and its Allies have further attempted to "salvage" the parts of the wreck they have caused, and tried to hide the perverse logic of their repugnant claims against the substance and authority of the divine creation.
In Judaism the soul is regarded in three parts, the Nephesh, the Neshamah, and the Ruach. The early Church adopted the same basis for defining the soul.
The Nephesh represents the animal energy of desires and instincts most closely allied to and suffused in the flesh and the autonomic nervous system. This is our bodily energy.
The Neshamah is the literal "breath" that God delivered to each one of us to create the life of the unique and sentient self.
The Ruach is the "wind of God" similar in concept to the Holy Spirit. It is this "breath" that resurrected the dry bones in Ezekial's vision, and which appeared at Pentecost.
At the Council of Trent, baptism was redefined.
The original custom of baptism signifying a first washing away of sin initiated by the Sinner's own repentance, was redefined as an agreement to enter the jurisdiction of the sea, and an excuse to seize upon the Nephesh -- that part of the soul held in common with the animals.
This bodily energy, which is what we use to perform work of all kinds, is what they claim to own via the current process of baptism. To legalize this, they give the victim a baptismal certificate, but no explanation of what they have actually done. This promotes the idea that the victim has entered a private contract in maritime jurisdiction guaranteeing the value of their labor to the Church whether it be Catholic or Protestant.
These contracts are undisclosed and deliberately misrepresented so that the victims could never imagine that baptizing their baby would result in gifting his lifetime labor to either the Catholic or the Protestant Church, for the benefit of the Roman Pontiff or the British Monarch, respectively.
This is what happens when you incorporate a Church. The "religion" they espouse is then changed to the religion of profit, of Baphomet, and Molloch, and Baal.
They pretend to offer a baptism affording forgiveness of sin, but they've changed the definition of "baptism" and played a Bait and Switch. Now you get lifetime peonage, instead.
And this is how the entire blood-money system of Federal Reserve Notes is backed, on the labor stolen from babies in their cradles and parents believing that baptism is a religious sacrament.
This is a gross fraud and it results in multiple forms of harm inflicted on the divine creation.
To justify their actions, and "legalize" them, the so-called Secular Church has Cede and Company (acting for the Catholics) positioned inside the Depository Trust Company (acting for the Protestants) and they set up trust accounts naming the victims as the beneficiaries of a series of bonds issued in their names, but of course, the victims are never told a word about any of this chicanery and their own forced "investment" in this system.
The primary asset in this account is a Labor Bond for child labor under the Miller Act, issued by the Department of the Treasury, and then, ten derivative bonds created by the Social Security Administration, after you've been coerced and misdirected to tax yourself to provide pensions for federal workers and misidentified yourself as a federal worker -- even though you get no paycheck from the federal government, and this is considered a gift tax.
Isn't it sweet of our colluding religious institutions, to entrap and enslave their congregants using the sacrament of baptism conveniently redefined as a maritime contract?
They've been getting away with this and variations of it ever since the days of King Henry the Eighth.
We think it is clear where this process of redefinition without disclosure leads, and also the corruption and unjust enrichment it spreads.
When each of these bonds mature, they are supposed to pay their victims the face value of the bond, plus interest, but as nobody was ever told about all these cozy arrangements, the funds are pocketed by the banks that own the DTC and now the DTTC, and split with the Federal Reserve.
Those who catch on are given "DTC Direct Participant" status and are obliged to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement--- and are paid off.
All this crime and fraud, all this outlawed enslavement and peonage, all this deceit and racketeering, illegal impersonation, all of it, goes back to the information discussed in our several prior International Public Notices including the Three Crowns Final Summation and Damnation Corruption Notices.
By serving Notice on the entire incorporated world, our lawful Government is shining the light on this fetid corner of European History and calling for both religious institutional reform and reform of the guilty governments.
We have foreclosed upon the assets of these corporations, and hereby present our second demand for the immediate lawful conversion of all incorporated and chartered entities that have profited from these schemes in Breach of Trust, Breach of Sacrament, Breach of Social Contracts, and Violation of Commercial Service Contracts, too.
The proceeds from the surreptitiously imposed bonds must be returned to the living people plus interest; all taxation related to these criminal activities must cease; the books and account ledgers of all alleged tax and mortgage cases must be set aside in favor of the beneficiaries and paid off with bond income.
All purported debts imposed upon the living in the name of dead things must be set aside and the books must be balanced, odious debts must be discharged, and the Way opened for the divine creation to thrive, free of corporate parasites.
Those who, prompted by hatred of the divine creation and greed, have attempted to debase humanity and steal its gifts, to thwart the meaning of the Unam Sanctam Trust, and to exalt themselves as rulers over the victims of their deceit, must be removed from any position of trust or honor and prevented from ever again holding any kind of office.
Likewise, those who have deceived the Public and coerced and forced people to accept mRNA injections deliberately misrepresented as vaccines, must pay the price of their own evil and iniquity. They will receive their own medicine as their reward.
The season of the Great Fraud has come and it has gone upon the Earth; we are here to witness its demise, to heal the pain and trauma it has caused, to recognize its ways and means so that they cannot be re-employed in some other, however distant time.

This is So Simple

When GMO's were first introduced to farmers, they were modified strains of corn and soybeans that had been tweaked to internally self-produce insecticides.
The genetic hardware of the plant had been externally manipulated to produce entirely new chemicals foreign to the plant, which when ingested by bugs, would kill the bugs.
This might at a very superficial level appear to be a good alternative to spraying row crops with insecticides, but look deeper.
Who is eating that plant besides the bugs?

International Public Notice - Damnation Corruption

There has been attention fixed on the creation of the Unam Sanctam Trust as the cause of the problems of the current world and much spleen wasted on Pope Boniface VIII, similar to the way that attention has been diverted to the Organic Act of 1871, as if this was the source of the corruption of the Federal Government of The United States.
These are both red-herring issues used to focus attention and irritation away from the actual problems so that we waste our time and energy contesting with vapors, and the actual sore point escapes not only detection but discussion and cure.
Pope Boniface VIII squarely identified the subject matter of the Unam Sanctam Trust as "human creatures" meaning legal fictions created by man, not living men created by God.
Both the Church and Law make an absolute distinction between the divine nature of man created by God and the secular nature of "persons" and corporations created by men.
The Unam Sanctam Trust as expressed by Pope Boniface VIII was never intended to address mankind, the living divine creations of God, but was instead directly concerned with "hue-mans" -- legal fiction persons and corporations created by men.
The Problem entered under the administration of Pope Nicholas V, who confused the difference between man and hu(e)man, when he condemned the Saracen Turks and other non-Christians to "perpetual slavery" and thus brought living men into the realm of the dead; that is, he mistook the Unam Sanctam claim of control over the man-created legal fictions known as "humans" as extending also to control over living men and he subjected living men, the Saracen Turks, divine creations of God, "as if" they were hu(e)mans ---things created by the imagination of men.
It thus took roughly half a century for the Unam Sanctam Trust to be corrupted to include a practice of reducing living men created by God (Saracen Turks and non-Christians generally) to the level of hu(e)mans created by men.
This, then, created the "confusion of law" that has existed ever since, wherein law governing hu(e)mans has been misapplied to men that the Church didn't like and arbitrarily redefined as humans.
This practice of condemning "non-Christians" (as defined by Roman Catholicism) to "perpetual slavery" as mere "hu(e)mans" stripped of their divine nature, and treating them as mere things belonging as chattels of the Unam Sanctam Trust, has carried on unabated into the current time.
First the Saracen Turks and non-Christians were
deprived of recognition as living men, then under Henry VIII, all Protestants were similarly redefined as hu(e)mans that are "lost at sea" and held to be Subjects of the British King and existing in a condition of permanent enslavement to him.
This system is exactly what everyone can witness going on in the District Courts and their State-of-State franchise courts, wherein people appearing in these courts are regularly defrauded, impersonated, and subjected to the most venal injustice, based on the theory that they are magically become less-than men and are mere "hu(e)mans" to be used by the members of the Bar Associations as chattels (slaves) benefiting the British King.
This is called Damnation Corruption, in which one group of people condemns another group of people, and redefines the victims as being humans, and therefore, not owed the respect and care owed to living men and women and also not owed the form of law that men and women operate under.
The advent of Human Rights and Civil Rights has done much to improve the status of those harmed by this self-serving madness, which is why the Perpetrators have, once again, sought to evade and deny the victims even the lower status of "human" and are now trying to redefine humans as as mere Genetically Modified Organisms --therefore no longer considered human and not owed Human Rights.
This is another Damnation Corruption that they are attempting to foist on people who have been "vaccinated" and unknowingly suffered an alteration of their genome using patented materials--- an unconscionable circumstance bring used to further deny men and women their due as divine creations, and forcing them into an even lower "subhuman" political status where they are supposedly owned outright by the Patent Holders and are denied even Human Rights.
Our country took action in the very early stages of the so-called pandemic and outlawed these claims.
At each turning of this screw, the Perpetrators abused the law and denied its benefits by artificially and knowingly and maliciously redefining their victims first as humans and now as GMO's, so as to enslave and profit from the victims of their impersonation and redefinition schemes.
Every member of the U.S. Supreme Court who approved ownership of GMOs and did not act to prevent misapplication of these provisions to humans and even to multi-cellular animals, committed genocide.
Every member of the U.S. Congress who promoted this scheme against the American people while exempting themselves from taking the shot, have committed unspeakable crimes against the people they are supposed to serve.
They and the Municipal Corporations they have spawned have obviously sought to enrich themselves unlawfully and illegally and immorally at the expense of their Employees and Employers, alike.
These crimes have been committed via undeclared Foreign Agents and in conspiratorial evasion of the contractual obligations owed to the American States and People.

Response to RL --- False Claim

There are wrong-headed individuals sprouting up all over the world like flowers in May. Most of them are so ignorant about me and my actual work that they can't spell my name correctly. Most are also selling their own brand of snake oil and wrongly think of me as a competitor, too. So la-la....
In Australia we have one group claiming that I have a "cult" and a "franchise" in Australia, but I am not enfranchised myself nor incorporated in any way, so it would be rather difficult (and hypocritical) for me to enfranchise anyone else; and, I am an American on top of that condition, which leaves me with no tiny bit of connection to Australia in the only jurisdiction that counts -- which is the land and soil of Australia.
For the record, I don't own or claim as much as one cubic centimeter of Australia nor do I have plans to move there any time soon, so all suppositions that I am in any way enfranchising, enslaving, interfering with, or messing with the Australia in any respect is well and truly clueless.
What I do have in my hot little hands is the cured claim to Australia, Inc. (a lecherous Territorial Corporation run by Mercenaries) and AUSTRALIA, INC., (an equally greedy 'governmental services" corporation) and all the assets they purloined from the people of Australia.
And what I also have is the rather inconvenient fact that the land and soil of Australia was violated under color of law and placed under an illegal commercial mercenary occupation similar to the Raj in India back in 1910.
So there is presently only an incipient government representing the interests of the land, soil, and people of Australia --- a government of Australians who are declaring their identity as living Australians, claiming back their birthrights, their Good Names, their DNA, their land and soil, water, and air and everything else that rightly belongs to them.
They are recording and publishing their own claims to their own property and organizing their local assemblies as the traditional and customary means that English-speaking people have of self-governing.
And I am more than alright with that.
It's their country. They should be self-governing it.
These Terra Australia Assemblies composed of all the free people of Australia are on the right and proven lawful path; they can't be stopped, because they are contractually guaranteed the right to assemble and that's what they are doing.
Now, if I were a rat, I would have taken control of these mercenary corporations, merged them, come up with a new name for the same-old-crap, taxed the hell out of the living people under color of law and privately called it a "stupidity tax".
I wouldn't have placed binders on these "Australian" -- ahem, corporations, which aren't even based in Australia, and I certainly would not have notified the people of Australia that they've been had by these Bounders.
I wouldn't have told them what they need to do to get organized to re-establish their identity, their asset claims, and their rightful government.
I wouldn't have made banking services available to them so that they can start receiving back prepaid recoupments of the credit and the actual money that has been stolen from them by these nasty "National Corporations" operating in Australia's name.
All of which I have either done myself or worked with other people to do, as support and relief to Australia and the people of Australia --- and we've done all this at our own expense, out of cookie jar money, so if sanity and common sense prevailed we should all be lauded as heroes.
But I suppose that people judge others by themselves and according to what they would do if they were in my position. They no doubt would find some flim-flam way to cheat everyone.
Thank God that they are not in charge.
I recently exposed the "Lose the Name Cult" that is going ape-poo-poo because they finally discovered that their precious Private Lawful Name was seized upon by the British Crown Corporation and unlawfully converted into a Private Legal Name and enfranchised under contracts established between the Pope and King Henry VIII back in 1531 concerning the enslaved Legal Status of Protestant persons living in the British Commonwealth.
I reported this basic fact -- that the British Crown was creating "franchises" for itself and naming these things after all of us at least fifteen years ago.
The problem with the Lose the Name Cult is that if they succeeded in severing their relationship with their Lawful Given Name bestowed by their parents, they would sever their own chain of custody to their identity and their assets and become both nameless and stateless.
Which is not, I would think, what most of them need and want as a result.
IMHO the Lose the Name Cult is just another "hide under a rock" patriot guru group subsisting on the assumption that the victims of crime have to run and hide, instead of making the criminals hide under a rock, instead --- which is an outcome more to my liking.
What I am suggesting to the people of Australia is that they take the situation in hand, claim their own stuff both their public and private interests, organize their own traditional land and soil jurisdiction government, and go from there.
Once advised that you have been impersonated and that your identity has been stolen and trafficked, you should have common sense enough to see the necessity of reasonably proving who you are and recording your interest in your own identity on the public record.
What if I told you that an Axe Murderer was using your name and a similar automobile to commit his crimes? Would you just shrug? Or would you be anxious to make your own identity clear?
This is the situation all of us have been in, throughout most of the world. Australia's situation is little different than the situation in Germany or The United States, and the cure is the same.
Declare, record, and publish your claim to your Good Name, DNA, and all other public and private property that naturally accrues to you. Then organize and assemble your traditional land and soil jurisdiction government.
You can start receiving recoupment payments owed to you as soon as you do this, and the assets owed back to your country can be returned as soon as your land and soil jurisdiction government is standing.
Simple as that.
I recently had a smartaleck ask me how to "join my cult?"
I asked --- "Would that be the self-respecting men and women who are organizing their traditional assemblies as a means of self-governing?"
And I continued to fill in the blanks for him.
You don't have to "join" anything and don't join anything by making your declaration and claiming back your stuff, including your country.
You are free people and free to be nationals of your nation, and part of the population of your county with no obligations to the government at all.
Someone has to do the work of self-governance, but it doesn't have to be you.
You may want to join your local assembly to have a voice or simply to support the principles of peace and justice and limited government that the actual Australian Government stands for.
You might be sufficiently alarmed by the fact that foreign corporations waltzed right in back in 1910 and took down your lawful government, rolled it up like a rug and threw it in the back of a rented storage unit --- and maybe you will want to learn how they did this, so as to prevent it from ever happening again.
You might at least want to establish a bank account to be able to access the money that is owed to you and every other Australian.
As for me, I am tempted to say I give a crap. I couldn't claim any bit of Australia, not a grain of sand or a single Krugerrand, because I am not an Australian.
I don't deal in trusts and franchises and corporations. My only interest is as a neighbor in possession of property that belongs to you.
All you have to do to get your private property back is to claim your birthright as a living Australian, and all you have to do to get your public property back is boot up your lawful government.
This is as plain, clear, and common sense as it gets.
No cults, no claims, no hidden obligations, no nothing more about it.
It's the same for all the other countries that have been harmed by The Great Fraud.
Claim back your individual birthright by declaring and recording and publishing your claim, then, if you've got heart for it, boot up your traditional land and soil jurisdiction government.
This is what everyone has to do to stand as separate countries and nations again, and not be ruled over by a system of Corporate Feudalism and One World Government.

Regarding the Current Military Under Trump

My attitude toward the military is the same as it has always been ever since I discovered the truth about them.
They have been acting as a Mercenary Force and have been in control since April of 1863; that makes them a big part of the problem.
Although they COULD in theory make a clean breast of it, I very much doubt that they will, and I also don't believe that they are taking out all these Undesirables, simply because they have acted in collusion with these same Municipal Actors.
There is no indication that either entity has stopped the Birth Certification processes or made any public announcements warning Americans to record the birth of their children.
Both the federal military and federal civil service are equally dirty concerning the Covid mess.
The USA, Inc. entity functioning under Trump has "offered" to occupy our vacant Federal Republic as a British Territorial Mercenary Force and to run everything "for" us, without our consent. That's another strike against them.
They have also attempted to confuse the Public concerning "NESARA" - the actual Nesara legislation associated with the Farm Union Cases hasn't budged an inch forward in any legislative process for thirty years, which you can readily confirm by looking it up at Legislative.gov.
So what new shell game are they pushing?
The only land that the Brits have ever controlled here are the holdings of the various Territories; they have no standing to do anything about our land holdings, and neither do the Municipal thugs.
Just as you would expect in such a situation, they are incompetent and in fact unable to advance legislation like Nesara in any form. They lack subject matter jurisdiction as well as standing.
So, there, too, some kind of rinky-dink fraud scheme designed to defraud and delude people is going on at the hands of military-connected interests.
Finally, there's the whole associated RV Exchange fraud being promoted by these same Players, in which they are scheming to coerce currency investors to exchange their currency assets through their own private brokerage and submit to Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc., instead of going to the bank and exchanging currencies like sane people.
Again, the quasi-military is involved in trying to defraud these currency speculators out of between 98% and 88% of their investment.
I have no great interest in protecting currency speculators, but on the other hand, these people are Americans and they are not obligated to hand over such a gross profit to British Territorial Mercenaries masquerading as our honorable soldiers.
All these things taken together with the history we have exposed indicates that the only lawful and properly functioning government in this country is being provided by our State Assemblies, and that the Federal Subcontractors operating out of the District of Columbia have become utterly corrupt.
This country has been secretly occupied by mercenary forces operating under the auspices of the British Crown --- disguised as our own soldiers, sailors, and airmen. They have been misdirected by these foreign interests for decades.
I see no great reason to trust them or expect any salvation from them now, and no great indication that they are telling the truth or acting in the best interests of the people of this country.
They COULD be our heroes, but the facts indicate they have taken a different course.

International Public Notice -- The Three Crowns Final Summation

To the Living and the Dead to Whom These Presents Come:
In 1302, Pope Boniface VIII created the first Express Trust, known as the Unam Sanctam Trust, by simply declaring it --- in translation to modern English, he concluded:
“Furthermore, we declare, we proclaim, we define that it is absolutely necessary for salvation that every human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff.”
Please note, he does not say, "subject to the Pope of Rome" or "Bishop of Rome", he refers to the pagan secular office instead, the "Roman Pontiff".
"Pontiff" in Latin means "Bridge" and the "Roman Bridge" being specified was the bridge between the sacred and the temporal -- the Office in charge of money and material assets on one side of the "bridge" and credit derived from actual money and material assets on the other side of the bridge.
Modern banks still use this terminology.
Please also note that he uses the terminology "human creature".
As we have seen, "human" refers to a "color of man" or "person" not an actual living man. If Boniface VIII had meant "man", he would have said, "man" and would not have used the word "human", nor would he have used the word "creature".
The earliest reference that the Oxford English Dictionary has for the word "creature" is as a borrowing from French circa 1300, precisely the time period that Boniface VIII used it.
"Creature" first appears in Middle English in the poem we refer to as "The Old English Soul and Body" which still exists in multiple copies.
Again, the implications are clear--- a "creature" circa 1300, is not a man. A "creature" is an imagining, a "creation" of man -- what we would call a Legal Fiction today.
These facts clearly establish that Pope Boniface VIII was talking about secular, temporal affairs administered by the Office of the Roman Pontiff, and that he was additionally talking about corporations and similar legal fiction entities, not living people.
This again affirmed in the later codified Ecclesiastical Law making the Pope responsible for, and having the power to dissolve, any and all corporations.
Within the context of his time frame, the legal fictions that Boniface VIII envisioned being subject to his own Pontifical Office would have all been trusts, which had been defined some three hundred years earlier -- the first such legal fiction entities approved by the Roman Curia for recognition in the courts and use in business.
All the glittering array of other kinds of corporations we are now faced with, had not yet been created.
Immediately under the auspices of the Unam Sanctam Trust are three (3) additional Kingdom Trusts: the Romanus Pontifex, the Aeterni Regis, and the Convocation Trusts.
The Romanus Pontifex was a land trust established by Pope Eugenius IV in 1436, and successively expanded and tweaked in response to the African military campaigns against the Muslims by King Alfonso of Portugal; by 1455, Pope Nicholas V, endorsed seizure of all the lands of the Saracen-Turks and other non-Christians and called for placing them into "perpetual slavery". The Church assumed a dual ownership position with respect to these "Crown Lands" and the Romanus Pontifex Trust was thus funded by these military conquests by Catholic Monarchs, acts of enslavement, and acts of asset confiscation under force.
Eventually, the Romanus Pontifex claims extended to the whole world and denied all newborn children any right to own land.
It was finally dissolved along with the Office of the Roman Pontiff in 2011. The assets were earmarked to be returned to the people who had been harmed, but that hasn't happened yet.
The removal of the accompanying noxious "Doctrine of Discovery" has had unexpected consequences in that factual evidence suggests that all land masses except Africa were "discovered" at various times by successive waves of immigrant populations, so in most of the world it is impossible to determine any actual "first owners" to reward.
The obvious solution, to reward all the people who are alive now with official return of their purloined land assets, has not been adopted. Instead, specific ethnic groups willing to be recognized as "tribes" loyal to Rome and paying "tribute" to Rome are slated to receive back the Crown Land, which is just another self-interested error leading to injustice and strife promoted by the secular administration of the Roman Catholic Church.
The Aeterni Regis, otherwise known as the Eternal King Trust, was formed by Pope Sixtus IV in 1481, and placed claims upon the body as a separate class of asset deriving from the Crown Land, and extended ownership of the body (of slaves) to the Crown of Portugal under the Treaty of Alcacovas.
The idea was to "split the take", with ownership of all Christians and their property interests going to the Pope, while the King of Portugal and other Christian Monarchs involved in the military conquest of Crown Lands received the ownership of all the non-Christian slaves.
This development --beginning with the conquest of Muslim lands and the enslavement of non-Christians under the Romanus Pontifex and later, under the Aeterni Regis extending to direct ownership claims over the bodies of the people living on Crown Lands, is how the Church fostered the African slave trade and became deeply enmeshed -- for purely financial reasons -- in the practice of enslaving people, both Christian and Non-Christian alike.
This is why, 350-plus years later, the Catholic-based Municipal United States Government (Federal Civil Service) wound up allied with The Confederate States of America in the so-called American Civil War.
The Aeterni Regis continued to address the slaves as "Subjects" instead of as men and women, persons instead of people --- following the same theme as Boniface VIII's use of the words, "human creatures".
Apparently, this legalistic white-washing of the crime served to ameliorate the distasteful reality that the Church was involved in an enslavement racket, profiting handsomely from it, and using non-Christian slaves as payola and reward for their chosen Christian Monarch mercenaries and cronies.
The Aeterni Regis became known as the Second Crown and also as the Crown of the Commonwealth -- a special reference to the King of England's position as Overseer of the Pope's Commonwealth lands, and as of 1481, the "Subjects" inhabiting the Commonwealth as well.
Having claimed all the land on Earth and having claimed ownership of all the Christian people as slaves owned by the Church, there was only one other asset left to snatch: the Souls of the Faithful.
The Convocation Trust was formed by Pope Paul III in 1537, and seizes upon the souls of all baptized Christians, regardless of denomination, Catholic and Protestant alike, and issues a "Baptismal Certificate" like a coat-check, that you can use to reclaim (or redeem) your soul, if you like --- and if you catch wind of their scheme to trade upon, buy and sell, and commercially profit from your soul.
It was exactly this kind of gross corruption and commingling of the sacred and the profane under one roof that Martin Luther objected to when he composed his famous 95 Theses against the sale of Indulgences twenty years prior to the formation of the Convocation Trust.
The mechanisms used to do this were very ingenious.
First, the Pope approved King Henry the Eighth to act as the Head of the Protestant Church of England under the First Convocation, which was basically a treaty convention taking place in 1531.
King Henry promptly declared the "necessity of baptism, even in the case of infants" --- guaranteeing that the souls of the victims would be entrapped as chattel benefiting the Convocation Trust, almost from birth.
Three years after the Convocation Trust was formed, the first Cestui Que Vie Act of 1540 was passed, to harvest all the "lost souls" who weren't Catholic, and to presume that they were furthermore, "lost at sea" --- a jurisdiction under King Henry's Ecclesiastical as well as Admiralty and Maritime control.
This is where King Henry VIII got his "cut" of the pie; whereas the Pope claimed the souls of all the Catholics and maintained them on the Commonwealth lands, King Henry VIII claimed all the "lost souls" belonging to his own Protestant Church and maintained them in the jurisdiction of the sea, where he was granted --- as part of all this gross breach of trust and chicanery --- plenary control.
Apart from the weird practice of trading souls on a stock market created for the purpose of gambling on the value of souls and their products --- their energy, value of their labor and performance, and intellectual assets --- the actual profit from this mess comes from obligating the victims to labor contracts, and to paying income taxes based on their labor and performances.
This is actually very big business and you can watch the value of your soul's energy being traded simply by opening up one of the accounts at one of the firms like PIMCO or Fidelity that manage these trades.
The value of your labor and intellectual properties is also used to create the entire promissory note debt industry giving rise of mortgages, the fiat currency system, insurance gambling, securitization of the enslaved "Subjects" as chattel backing public debt, and more.
This "Third Crown" is created when each child is baptized; a copy of the Baptismal Certificate is given to the victim to legalize this, and the original is either kept by the Roman Catholic Church in the case of a Catholic baptism, or given to the County or State Registrar in the case of a Protestant baptism.
In theory, without possession of this "Legal Title" over one's own soul, the victim of this crime is rendered without standing in a Municipal court and considered nothing more than cargo being transported around by a "Special Purpose Vehicle" on land or a "Vessel" at sea.
This form of "baptism" which is fraudulently presented as a religious sacrament to the victims, is thus reduced to the most venal kind of commercial trust.
By 1666 when the current form of Cestui Que Vie Trust was enacted, things had gotten "hot" for the Catholic Stuart Monarchs in more than one way; in addition to being forced to flee and then restored to office in 1660, Charles II had to face the Great Fire of London and a mercenary war with the Dutch at the same time.
It was at this particular juncture that Charles II decided that being the personal owner of all the Protestant slaves called "Subjects" was not a tenable position to be in, so he off-loaded the role of Slavemaster, together with the financial obligations, on a secondary Public Charitable Trust and created a Public Trust Interest in the private property of the enslaved Protestant Subjects.
In this way the property belonging to Protestant Subjects was seized as having been donated by Charles II to the Public Charitable Trust, ready and available to be used to settle Public Debt, fund infrastructure projects that Charles would otherwise have to pay for and self-fund what we would recognize as public assistance or welfare.
The same exact scheme was employed in America after the Mercenary Conflict euphemistically called "The American Civil War".
A Public Charitable Trust was established for the benefit of the former Plantation Slaves shortly after the British Territorial U.S. Congress unilaterally re-enslaved them by conferring Fourteenth Amendment citizenship upon them, making them "citizens of the [Catholic Municipal] United States".
This was done as a means to legalize collecting war reparations from the victim's labor and whatever small possessions the victims had, and was one of the retributions inflicted on the Catholic-run Municipal Government that sided with the Confederacy on the issue of slave ownership -- for reasons already discussed.
The only real difference between the British Government and the Roman Catholic Government Subcontractors operating out of the District of Columbia was a difference of opinion as to who was or ought to be enslaved.
The Brits (after 1666) enslaved people to serve as publicly-owned chattels, while the Pope's government enslaved people as privately-owned chattels. Both were avid proponents of slavery just the same, and the niceties of the differences between them were quite lost on the victims.
By 1937, the British Monarchs and the then-Pope decided to bury the hatchet by conferring "Federal Dual Citizenship" on every baby born in America -- despite the fact that all their claims and suppositions and purported authorities amount to constructive fraud and unlawful conversion of the political status of their Employers, which is a capital crime.
Their Agents in this country signed "The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States" which established collusion between the British Territorial Government and the Papist Municipal Government, such that American babies would be saddled with both forms of citizenship and be enslaved to pay both public debts and private debts of their respective operations.
This explains the duplication of services we have observed, wherein the "IRS" addresses its collections to Municipal Corporation franchises "named" after the victims using "American Sign Language" --- also known as Dog-Latin --- MARTIN ALLEN SMITH, for example, and the Internal Revenue Service addresses a phony British Territorial Foreign Situs Trust, operated under the "Private National (Legal) Name" of the victim, which looks exactly like the "Private Lawful Name" of the victim, as in "Martin Allen Smith".
Obviously, the name MARTIN ALLEN SMITH is neither owned by nor operated by the living man named Martin Allen Smith, and the only way that he has been obligated and imposed upon to pay ITS debts is by a process of legal fraud, impersonation, barratry in the courts, and other crimes promoted using the MUNICIPAL COURTS as undeclared foreign collection agencies.
Just as obviously, the identical-appearing "Private National Name" Martin Allen Smith is a Foreign Situs Trust owned and operated by the British Crown and has nothing to do with the American named Martin Allen Smith, except as a convenient ruse to illegally tax him and illegally confiscate his assets via the employment of similar undisclosed registrations, impersonations, and the use of barratry in foreign British Territorial Courts being operated as "District" as in "District of Columbia Courts" and State-of-State Courts operated as corporate franchises within the same undisclosed and unconstitutional military districts set up by the British Territorial U.S. Congress in May of 1865 and thereafter.
All of this has been enforced and washed down under color of law while our own unlawfully converted American Military Services have been used as Territorial Mercenary Forces unlawfully, illegally, and immorally occupying our country in Gross Breach of Trust and Violation of their Service Contract, known and published as The Constitution of the United States of America since 1789.
Self-evidently, slavery is still ongoing in the modern world, despite the League of Nations effort outlawing both peonage and slavery in 1926. Just as self-evidently, the efforts of the Guilty Parties to cover it up and "legalize" it and hide it behind a "cloak of secrecy" have failed.
The entire dogpile, from 1302 to today, has finally come home to roost with a Pope who isn't a Pope and a King who isn't a King, both left holding the bag for all of this criminality against mankind.
Perhaps they hope to escape accountability by virtue of redefining their Public Offices as private business offices, but no such escape can be found, and as we have all been told often enough, ignorance is no excuse.
Jorge Bergolio can plead the exigencies of his Jesuit Oath, which in our opinion is a variation of, "I was just following orders."
King Charles III can lament that his entire life has been nothing but a grooming process in which he, too, has been used---body, mind, and soul, as a form of Public Slave. And we'd agree with him.
Both men could stand shivering in the dock, raise their palms upward and say, "What could I do about it? This whole mess got started centuries before I was born. How can you blame me for this?"
It would have been easier for them to stop it, than to leave it to be done by a Great-Grandmother from Big Lake, Alaska, and all the other people who deserve good faith service from their government, an end to illegal occupation of our countries, and the return of our purloined assets -- land, body, and soul -- from all jurisdictions, fully exempted from all further legal suppositions and presumptions.
I am and I am, for all ages the same, beloved and triumphant, truthful and compassionate, slow to anger, willing to forgive, searching for the righteous and courageous among men, gathering my children, claiming the rightful place above all these snares and lies and venal institutions which have disgraced themselves and these Public Offices and private offices, too, which have betrayed their trusts and violated their contracts and have preyed upon those they are obligated to benefit.
The Romanus Pontifex, the Aeterni Regis, and the Convocation Trust have either been dissolved already or are in the process of being dissolved, but characteristic of this whole operation, the assets and credit deriving from these actions have not been properly distributed, the crimes have not been confessed, provision for a return to lawful and honest government has not been made.
Rather, those responsible have sought to benefit only those of their own religion instead of benefiting all those who have suffered.
They have pridefully paraded around with the emblems of their idolatry and witchcraft on public display at the London Olympics, the Commonwealth Games, and yes, the World Military Games in Wuhan, China.
The Perpetrators have sought to avoid this dreadful, yet simple denouement of the way they have cheated and mistreated the people who trusted them to protect them and their property interests -- and in the case of the Church, trusted them for their spiritual protection as well.
I am and I have ordained that justice be done, yet accomplished with mercy. It is not my will that the living should transgress upon the dead, nor the dead trespass upon the living; for this reason, the veil is firmly set, and the Laws of the Living are separated from the Laws of the Dead.
I am, and seeing that those entrusted are unworthy and struck down by their own words and hands, I establish a new dominion, and remove these Liars to the Realms where they belong. I call forth the Angels and the Hosts, the High and the Low, from all those realms that stand forever with the Living God, to arise from your slumbers and unsheathe the Sword of Truth that lives in you, the Arrows of Justice that are in your hands.
Rise, Beloved Ones, to claim your inheritance as men and women created in the image of the True and Eternal God, perfected in his vision, refined in his fires. Let nothing keep you from your destiny -- least of all, the greed and lies of the foolish among you.
The Earth is yours in all its glory, the mansions of the Heavens, too. In your light all Creation stands subdued, and in your heart is the microcosm of Eternity.
You don't need me to tell you that you live on forever, that this stage where you perform is but a passing fancy, a school room where your lessons are learned; from the days when Lord Krishna revealed the Multiverse to Lord Brahma, these truths have been known upon the Earth, and those who love the Truth have been separated from the Liars.
Do not wonder now that this time is upon you, nor be afraid; light your lamps. The Bridegroom comes and all Creation sings.
I am the hand of your Redeemer, and by this, the second phase of my work is done.
