Explanation for The Texas Assembly

Last month a group of dissident Co-Coordinators led by Kyle L. Worley decided to leave The Texas Assembly, however, they hadn't done their homework and didn't quite realize what they were doing.  So, then, they recanted, and asked to come back as Assembly Members. 

That is an entirely different matter than being reinstated as Coordinators. 

Then, they asked to present a Go Forward Plan, which any member or group of members can do. 

They were told to attend the regularly scheduled meeting of The Texas Assembly to do so, and Katherine Soulis who is the only Coordinator left in Texas, agreed to host their presentation. 

Simple, right? 

Instead of following instructions, they held their own meeting instead.

Enough said. 

Katherine Soulis is the only Coordinator out of that entire team who studied hard enough to know what needed to be done, and she was the only one who showed the loyalty, courage, and competence to get it done.  

So that's why she is the Texas Coordinator and the reason that she deserves everyone's support.  

She also needs new Co-Coordinators ---- people who are ready to study and learn and take up responsibility for leading their part of Texas through the Assembly Process. 

Please contact Katherine directly if you are interested.  Because Coordinators sometimes deal with financial matters, candidates are vetted and go through simple background checks. 

It's time for Texas to get "stood up" and ready for the great advances that are coming.  Put aside all the bickering, and move on.

November the Eleventh 2021 - Open Letter to H.E. Dominique Mambert

Dear Cardinal Mamberti,

We have traced all this evil back to one root cause.

The cause of this misery is found in the Book of Samuel, wherein the Israelites chose a king for themselves after the custom of their Canaanite neighbors. By doing so they created a false idol for themselves and condemned everyone to suffer under the ignorance, selfishness, and fickleness of men.

It will be no different-- indeed, even worse-- if we subject ourselves to artificial intelligence.

The Church is still placing something else in the place of the True God; men are still being misled and are disobeying the Universal Law.

Our American Government sought to rectify this problem by recognizing the sacredness and sovereignty in each one of us, to replace all earthly Monarchs with an awareness of the presence of the True God in each of us.

We attempted to do this without the trappings and interference of religion because religion failed to address the core problem, and instead has tried to capitalize on it and garner power from it.

What else can we conclude, when not only has the Church been the source of establishing Monarchs to rule over Mankind, but also set itself up to rule over the Monarchs?

Instead of addressing this fundamental idolatry and recognizing its falsehood and failure, the Church has fought to retain and promote it, first by giving dominion to kings, and now, by trying to give dominion to computers and corporations.

The True God has already created living computers that so far surpass anything that the hand of man or angel can design, that we blush to make the comparison. And as for corporations, what good are they?

We must stop this idiocy, Cardinal Mamberti. The creation is not greater than the Creator; man is not meant to sit in the place of God--- and neither are computers or corporations. The Intelligence that guides us and that lives and manifests itself within us, is never subject to our limitations.

Thus, we make the case in favor of our American Government, restored and functioning as it is meant to function. We may not have succeeded in completely addressing the problem of idolizing men, but we took important and fundamental steps toward recognizing the problem and ending the evils resulting from it.

That is more than we can say for any other form of government that has ever been or any that is presently being offered to us.

We do not believe in kings any more than we believe in money.

We are not given to idolatry, nor do we foolishly worship ourselves.

When the rest of the houses of Israel descended into this madness and displaced our True King with Saul, there were those who disagreed and who did not follow after him.

Here we still are.

We Have Announced What We Are Doing

We have announced what we are doing and who we are. 

We are traditional peaceable Americans coming together in every State of the Union to restore our lawful American Government.

That includes declaring and recording our political status. 

That includes accepting the traditional and historical definition of the States. 

That includes honoring the responsibilities of each State including its contracts and treaties. This includes being responsible members of the Federation of States.

That includes the hard work of studying the history and the Law and applying ourselves to the tasks of self-governance. 

That includes organizing the General Assembly, the International Business Assembly, the Courts, and the Assembly Militia. 

That includes conducting proper Public Elections,  maintaining both Public Records, and Assembly Records. 

That includes creating and maintaining a friendly, community atmosphere competent to conduct business without obstruction. 

That includes undertaking the work of reconstructing the American State of State organizations and the Federal Republic. 

Anyone who doesn’t agree with any aspect of this organizational mission SHOULD NOT join our Assemblies. 

There are two (2) District Assemblies for those who want to fight and cheat and steal and seize power over their neighbors.  

If you are “all about you” and your issues and your opinions and your beliefs held without actual knowledge, don’t even think about joining an American Assembly. 

Being part of an American Assembly is a grave responsibility which reflects the rights our Assemblies exercise—- anyone who does not accept this and doesn’t understand the lawful role of the Federation of States, which every State of the Union is a member of,  needs to leave now, or better yet, never join at all.

Direct to Colorado

All the State Assemblies are supposed to be beyond the point of asking what, for example, "Colorado" is.  If you are not sure what we are talking about when we say that we are here to restore the government of Colorado, listen up.  

Colorado is a State of the Union and a Member of the Federation of States, which is physically described and which exists within established borders.  That is what Colorado is, and the lawful government of Colorado is what we are seeking to restore.  

The lawful Government of Colorado (as opposed to the legal government of Colorado) is operated by living people who accept and/or adopt the political status of Coloradans.  If you are a Coloradan, you have a Public Duty to uphold and defend your State of the Union. 

Because Colorado is a member of the Federation of States, Coloradans owe a Public Duty to protect, preserve, and defend the Federation, too.   

The Federation operates primarily in international jurisdiction.  The State operates in national jurisdiction.  Together, Colorado and the Federation are part of the same American Government, unlike the two remaining Federal Subcontractors----which are foreign Territorial and Municipal service providers supplying "essential government services" under contract.

The people who live in Colorado may live there as State Citizens and call themselves Coloradans, or they may be State Nationals, who call themselves Coloradans, too.  

There are also persons who reside in Colorado on a transient basis --- U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States. 

The Coloradans, U.S. Citizens, and Municipal citizens of the United States all consider themselves to be Americans to one extent or another, but they are standing in different political jurisdictions and operating under different forms of law. 

We all have to become aware of this situation and we all have to make decisions about it and act accordingly.  

It may be surprising, it may be confusing, but still, the situation is what it is, and you must all study hard enough and long enough to grasp the issues and make decisions for yourselves. 

Coloradans have Constitutional Guarantees, stand under the Public Law, and can own land in this country.  Coloradans enjoy freedom, independence, and sovereignty in their own right.  All Coloradans are free and independent beings, in possession of their natural and unalienable rights. 

U.S. Citizens, by contrast, have no Constitutional Guarantees, stand under private Federal Codes, and can't own land in this country while adopting U.S. Citizenship. Most U.S. Citizens are in the Military or are Dependents of members of the Military; they are considered British Territorial Subjects when overseas, pay Territorial taxes, and are treated as indentured servants for the duration of their service obligations.  They are permanently domiciled in the District of Columbia.

Municipal citizens of the United States also have no Constitutional Guarantees, and no natural and unalienable rights, though they have been granted Equal Civil Rights that apply from time to time at the whim of their Municipal Congress.  They can't own land in this country, and they stand under Municipal Code as slaves of the Pope. Most Municipal citizens are Federal Civil Service Employees, or their Agents, or their Dependents. They are permanently domiciled in the Municipality of Washington, DC. 

So, which status applies to you? 

You have to sort it out in your own head to know which group you belong to and which form of law you are obligated to obey. 

Our States are all republics, not democracies, not theocracies. 

Our States are all physically defined, actual, factual, places where people live. 

Our States don't operate via offices and positional authority or Legislatures.  They operate via Assemblies of living people, and get things done cooperatively. 

Our States don't have political parties.  

There are a lot of differences between the American Government and the U.S. Government and it is best for everyone to chuck everything that they ever thought they knew about "their" government at the door, because the American Government hasn't been operating as intended for 160 years. 

Unless you are over sixty-five years of age, it's unlikely that you ever studied American History as a subject separate from United States History.  

As a result, Americans don't know their own government and barely know their own law anymore, because we have been lulled to sleep and misinformed, and like Rip Van Winkle, we are all waking up with a lot to learn.  

One of the things that you have to learn is that with State's rights come State's responsibilities, too.  The Federation has survived despite all odds for six generations, and it is the Federation of States that has called the American States to Assemble at this late hour.  

Without the Federation, you wouldn't know this history.  You wouldn't have a State Assembly.  You, yourselves, would be misidentified as British Territorial Citizens and have no recourse.  It should be apparent that you owe the Federation a great debt, and if that is not perfectly clear, let me put it to you again ---- America and the American Dream have hung by the most fragile of threads, and yet, here it is, reborn. 

If the American Dream of brotherhood and freedom is a strange dream, be content that it is what it is, and it's yours.  Yours to learn about.  Yours to explore.  Yours to defend.  Yours to enjoy.  But not just yours.  Every other American and every other State of the Union has the same birthright, the same guarantees, the same rights, and the same obligations. 

It is because of the Federation of States that Colorado has been reborn.  It's because of the Federation holding tough and risking its neck that you are here at all, enabled to navigate the way home, able to stand up as an American, able to reclaim your property assets, able to save your land from foreign creditors, able to save yourselves from resettlement. 

So stop the stupid us-or-them stuff and stop mistaking the American Federation for the foreign "federal" subcontractors who have acted in breach of trust and plundered and pillaged this country for six generations.  Wake up and make the effort to discern friend from foe, right from wrong, truth from falsehood ---- because your life depends on it.  

And the lives of your children and grandchildren, too. 

The days are coming and indeed, are already here, when lies and confusions will attempt to overcome the truth --- a time when you need to be able to account for yourself and firmly declare your political status as an American. 

Not a British Territorial Subject.  Not a Papist living in a Municipal theocracy. 

There is nothing obligating you to keep faith with Colorado, or with America, for that matter.  You have complete freedom of choice.  I have described the choices for you.  Make the choice, make it honestly, and act accordingly. 

If you are a Brit and want to live as a Subject of the Queen, join the District Assembly. 

If you are a Catholic and want to live as a Subject of the Pope, join the Municipal Assembly. 

If you are an American, join your State Assembly.  

No need for arguments.  No need for insurrection.  Just follow what you want and let everyone else do what they want --- separately, according to the political status each one chooses.

The Warning Signs That You Have District Infiltrators

Our Coordinators, who have had to deal with "District-minded" people coming into our State Assemblies and causing trouble for our efforts, came up with a list of warning signs to look out for as you defend your State Assembly and your decision to live as Americans. These characters have a known Modus Operandi which includes:

1) Attack the Leaders: Coordinator, Anna, James

2) Attack the foundational elements

- Paperwork

- Assembly Process

3) Attack any progress made so far

4) Attack Assembly ability to make money – we are all volunteer

5) Divide and Conquer

6) Gossip and cast doubts

7) Accuse others of what they are doing themselves

8) Attempt to set up a gravy train out of Assembly Members

9) Hold Secret Meetings/Have Private Agendas

10) Hijack Meeting Agendas, Impose Censorship

11) Lead with Ego: Me, me, me, I, I, I

12) Elect themselves into several different offices.

13) Attempt to create conflict and fight, fight, fight, polarize everything into "sides", refuse to work cooperatively.

To which I would add:

14) Seek to control Assembly assets -- records, seals, websites.

15) Avoid oversight of their activities (complain about the Coordinator's role)

16) Immoral honey pot schemes and actions, seduction of other's husbands and wives, especially targeting Assembly officials.

17) Talk about State's rights, but don't honor State's responsibilities --- like support for the Federation of States.

18) Attempt to sell information about our Assemblies and Members for profit.

19) Advocate high fees for simple services.

20) Ooze disapproval and superiority -- snob attitude, brag about their IQs, use obvious, insulting fake names, sneak around collecting data.

21) Are "preachy" and drag religion into our Assembly business; show no respect for separation of church and state. Refer to our State Assembly as an "ekklesia" or other theocratic form of government----which it is not.

22) Advocate various forms of insurrection against the lawful government --- creation of "new" States out of existing States, formation of unauthorized security forces, using "committees of safety" and "contingency planning" to promote violence.

23) Are hyper-critical and "down on everything" that advances the Assembly's efforts to learn and grow and establish the needed organizational structures.

24) Are attention-seekers, always trying to make everything about them and their "concerns" and their "questions" and their "issues" at the expense of everyone else.

These trouble-makers may be doing this consciously as Federal Agents, or they may be so indoctrinated that they can't let go of the Corporate Model and embrace the American Way of doing things.

Gently suggest to them that they may feel more at home in the local District Assembly.

If they don't reform and get with the program, put them on a time out for three to six weeks and encourage them to study more.

If they still persist, return their paperwork with the seals and dates and numbers crossed out and cross their names off the Assembly list.

We want to bring home as many Americans as we can, but we don't have to put up with foreign agendas, obstruction, or interference.

We are here to play chess.

If they want to play a different game, they are welcome to do so ---- they just have to go somewhere else for that.

Why Would I Teach You Things You Don't Need to Know?

As everyone can see, there are all sorts of patriot gurus running around all over the place and most of them are slashing at each other instead of addressing the real issues.

Of course, they try to bash me and criticize and raise doubts and all the rest of it, but the fact remains that being an American or not being an American is a simple thing.

The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America are the only two contracts that we, Americans, have with the two foreign Federal Subcontractors (one Territorial and one Municipal) that have been acting as and "representing" our lawful American Government since 1860.

We, Americans, are grandfathered-in to those contracts as they existed in 1860.

Every law passed by the Territorial or Municipal Congress in all the years since then includes an Enabling Clause that admits this fact. Nothing that they do changes the rights that we, Americans, are owed.

Both those venerable contracts include Amendment XI as adopted back then, and it says that we, Americans, are not subject to, nor obligated to know or obey any foreign law.

"Foreign law" by definition includes all forms of private law--- codes, statutes, rules, and regulations--- that apply to our employees and to corporations, but not, generally, to us.

More than 93% of all private laws are never published in the Public Record, and have no authority with respect to us, Americans.

So, folks, over 90% of all the stuff that David Straight and Boris and Peymon and all these other guys are teaching you, doesn't apply to you, an American, and never did.

If you want to escape the predators, the really important and salient issue boils down to ---- are you an American? Or a U.S. Citizen? Or a Municipal citizen of the United States.

Think about it like a choice between playing chess, checkers, or Parcheesi. All three games have rules (laws) and you have to play by those rules to play that game. The choice between acting as an American, a U.S. Citizen, or a citizen of the United States is exactly similar.

If I am teaching you to play chess (and stand up as an American) why would I teach you the rules of checkers or Parcheesi instead?

I wouldn't. And I don't. And that's why I don't teach all this other stuff. Or promote it. Or advise you to take advantage of whatever it may promise.

If you are an American, it doesn't apply.

The spotty record of our Employees and their Courts when it comes to recognizing this fact is not a matter of my paperwork "not working" or any issue of the facts. It's a matter of education and enforcement.

We have to force our foreign employees to get back in their boxes, which you can't do if you are down in the mire, acting as an employee yourself, and slugging it out with them using their own laws and adding credence to their supposition that you are one of them.

Even if you find a loophole (Boris) or make a deal (David Straight) and so on, you are still enmeshed in their system, still playing their game, and there is nothing whatsoever keeping the Queen or the Pope from changing the rules at any moment.

You will note that Donald Trump, acting as the "President of the United States of America" (Territorial Office) suspended all Civil Rights in this country with the stroke of a pen. All the Municipal citizens of the United States were reduced to abject peonage and enslavement, because "civil rights" are actually privileges, and privileges can be taken away by the same process with which they are granted.

You will note that Joe Biden acting as "President of the United States" has mandated that all the Municipal citizens get vaccinated as a condition of their continued employment and/or dependency. And he didn't bother to define "Municipal citizenry"--- leaving everyone to assume that his mandate must apply to them, when it doesn't.

When it comes to Federal and Municipal Code a little knowledge is dangerous and most Americans will do well to ignore it and learn instead those very few places and activities that can land us in the Federal cross-hairs.

Here are the important ones to ponder:

1. If you are engaged in the interstate manufacture, sale, or transport of firearms, tobacco, or alcohol, you are trading in a federally-regulated substance and those activities of yours are subject to federal law.

2. If you are engaged in interstate commerce (acting as a corporation doing business with other corporations) you are subject to federal law.

3. If you are operating a "motor vehicle" (surprising what the definition of "motor vehicle" is) for the purpose of making private profit from the use of the federal interstate highways (operating as a trucker, taxi driver, courier service, bus operator, etc.), you are subject to federal law.

4. If you enter onto officially granted federal premises, such as an Army Base, Federal Courthouse, or the Municipality of Washington, DC, you are subject to federal law while you "visit".

5. If you choose to travel or operate a fishing or international transport business on the High Seas or Navigable Inland Waterways, you are subject to Territorial (federal) law.

And otherwise, with very few additional and rare exceptions, the Federal Employees and their Agencies and their State of State and "County of franchises" and Boroughs and Municipalities can go talk to the hand --- so long as you are an American.

I am teaching you to be an American, stand up for yourselves as Americans, and self-govern as Americans.

I am not teaching you to be a U.S. Citizen and memorize Federal Code as if it came direct from the hand of God, instead of a sleazy, incompetent Territorial United States Congress.

I am not teaching you to be a Municipal citizen of the United States, living in fear of the Municipal Code, either.

To all those who yearn for the known evils of the Corporate Feudalism they have lived under all their lives, and who are raising hell in our Assemblies as they try to get back "home" to the District Assemblies where they belong ---- good luck with that.

The rest of us, Americans, will be happy to tear up your records and cross your names off the State Assembly list if you wandered in by mistake, like Oddfellows at a meeting of the Rotarians. We will allow you to own your mistake.

Just realize that you are kissing your Constitutional Guarantees away, are subject to all the foreign laws again, are not able to own land in this country, and won't be eligible to inherit the assets of your State of the Union.

Other than that, feel free to play checkers or Parcheesi to your heart's content ----and get the hell out of the way of the Americans who want to play chess, instead.

No, Nancy....

I tried to tell you all truthfully, honestly, without prejudice --- that the Coordinators in California (like Coordinators in all the other States) are members of the State Assembly like everyone else.  They did not magically become foreigners just because they work for the Federation of States that California is a member of --- and which California is obligated to support. 

The Federal Government is named after the Federation.  Not the other way around.

All this ugliness could have been avoided if you had paid attention to that fact.   

The Federation which was barely in existence, hunted, beaten, buried, and brutalized during sixteen decades of British Raj-rule in this country is the American Government operating in international jurisdiction.  The State is the American Government operating in national jurisdiction.  

They, the States and the Federation, are part of the same American Government, just operating in different jurisdictions.  

If you can't figure that much out, there's no hope of you being able to lead California out of the morass of multiculturalism and chaos that it is descending into now.  

This idea that the Federation is foreign is wrong.  The idea that the Coordinators working with the Federation are foreign is wrong.  It's just plain wrong.  

And so is the idea that the Federation is doing anything questionable when it guides The California Assembly and insists that the proper organizational structures are built and the correct definitions are followed.  

Our definition of "California" is simple:  California is a State of the Union and a Member of the Federation of States, physically defined by established borders.  

Our mission is to restore the lawful Government of California to its full form and function--- to put California back in the control of the people who live there, not "persons" who merely "reside" there, not lobbyists for large corporations, not foreign politicians.    

We are not here to build something new and different.  We are here to restore Old California, okay? The historical and vital and living California embodied in its people ever since California became a State. 

Day before yesterday I ran through a short list of important ways that our American Government is different from anything people have experienced in the past.  

Our American Government isn't a democracy.  Okay, Nancy?  Got that?  It doesn't matter how many people "vote" nor does it matter how many agree.  What matters are the Natural and Unalienable rights that are owed to each and every one of us.  And we are all supposed to be standing up and defending each other's rights, not chiseling some new way to deprive one group for the benefit of another.  

Our American Government doesn't have political parties.  No Republicans.  No Democrats.  Nothing like that.  All those things are totally foreign and have no part in our traditional American Government.  We are not supposed to register to vote--- in fact, it is technically illegal for us to do so.  

How many times did I say it?  How many times did people, including the Assembly leadership, ignore that flying factoid?  

Our American Government doesn't function according to any hierarchy of offices and official positions --- there are no CEO's, no peons, no phalanxes of bureaucrats.  There's just people doing jobs cooperatively.  Yet, no matter how often I have said this, verbatim, the former leadership --- including you, Nancy, paid no attention.  Didn't even try to fathom the fact that our Assemblies have a totally different mode of operation based on committee work.  

No, you thought that if you got elected as Assembly Chairperson you could crack the whip and squelch dissent and play all the ugly power trip games that the corporations play ---- and no matter how many times or in how many ways I told you, Nancy, that that is not how an Assembly operates ---- you ignored me and went right on doing what you were doing and devil take the hindmost. 

No matter how many times I told you that for us, this is not a numbers game, you ignored that, too.  Because we are not a democracy we don't have to get 51% of anything.  Our American Government requires defense by a dedicated population that actually knows what it is doing and why, not mobs of people who are confused and angry and talking insurrection every other Friday of the month. 

And then you put out this tripe, saying that I am "controlled" by a small group of "fascist" people --- which is exactly what you and your cronies were trying to do and the way you were acting ----- all that is just beyond the pale, Nancy.  

If I were controllable none of this would have ever happened.  Some person in a position of authority would have told me to sit down and I would have.  A woman who has the courage to take on the Pope is not lacking self-determination! 

So, please, wake up.   Smell the roses.  See what you've done and what you have failed to do in terms of the job set before you.  You didn't follow instructions.  You didn't listen.  You didn't work with others and build a cooperative fellowship.  You fostered a nightmarish lot of intrigue and allowed a large amount of ignorance.  

You just had some idea in your head and that was it, full speed ahead.  Nothing that I or anyone else said made any difference.  And that is not what a Coordinator is supposed to do, nor is it what an Assembly Chairperson is supposed to do, either.  

At least ten times I explained to you, personally, Nancy Kremer --- that the job of the Assembly Chairperson is to speak for the people in the Assembly.  All of them.  I point-blank asked you, "How can you speak for them if you don't listen to half of them?"   And it just skipped off the top of your head like a rock hitting the surface of a lake on a calm day.  Did not compute.  Did not record.  

Blank stare and next subject, please.  I was wasting my breath.  You didn't know what the Assembly Chair was supposed to do and you weren't around to learn, either.  

Ever hear the words, "loose cannon" used to describe someone who is just running wild with their own agenda and not paying attention to anyone else?  

It comes from the days when cannons were used on battlefields.  Every once in a while, a cannon would tear loose of its moorings and go rolling downhill, bouncing around wildly and throwing shots in all directions, hitting both friend and foe.  

You are acting as a loose cannon, and then you are turning around and blaming me and this purported little group of cronies, who are really just some of the many people in California that you didn't bother to respect and listen to. 

Dominique is one of the Fathers of Silicon Valley.  One of the people who designed the PKI system --- not that I expect you to know what that is, but I do.  

Instead of welcoming the Land Recording Office and embracing it as a wonderful tool for your State to use in building its own land database, you had to see it as some kind of competition with the Land Recording Service.  

You had to choose sides, where there are no sides. 

You had to create division and controversy and gossip and all those ugly things that the rest of us are trying to get away from, and you have the nerve to call that leadership?  

You want to tell me how many hours you worked and how many people you signed up?   How about how much trouble and needless dissention you caused?  How about the many people you misled about this issue and how many innocents have you blackballed with this gossip?

The only reason you don't attack me is that you are afraid that people will then see through all this smoke and the continued pretension that you are the "elected" Chairperson of The California Assembly.... well, Nancy, maybe you better tell us all why you didn't follow the simple instructions given in The Jural Assembly Handbook regarding public elections?  

Why was everything regarding your "election" rush-rush, with no vetting, and no time for people to have Notice and no ballots and nothing at all like the election process that I described in the book?  

Under the circumstances, I don't recognize your election as Chairperson and I don't think that anyone else should either.  Given your refusal to learn what the job is actually supposed to do and your apparent inability to listen to me, much less anyone else, I don't think you would be a good choice for the job--- which is supposed to be 90% listening and 10% speaking.   

The final insult in all of this, Nancy, is that you and your own little cadre of friends, have run off with the seals and emblems and assets of The California Assembly that were entrusted to you --- and have acted like common thieves. You all know that those items don't belong to you.  You know that they are literally Assembly property.  And you are refusing to return them.  

You have until next Monday, November 15, 2021. 

And as for me, I am as ornery as I have ever been.  I regularly rant out the Queen of England and ravage the Pope and cross-examine attorneys and address the High Courts like an avenging angel --- and anyone who imagines that I am "mind controlled" or controlled by some small group of "fascists" has obviously never paid attention to who I am or what I am saying at all. 

Whatever rumor you are trying to start as a means to undermine my authority and my reputation for plain-speaking needs to be nipped in the bud by the Old Bud-Nipper herself.  Plain and simple, Nancy, if you don't support the definitions and the mission and the program and the leadership of the effort, what are you doing here?  Besides trying to countermand me?
