As mentioned in our earlier Notice, our country as a whole has been betrayed by subcontractors hired to provide us with specific enumerated services.
They are supposed to provide those services under the terms of three separate Federal Constitutions that are divided up jurisdictionally.
The American Subcontractor known as the Federal Republic was supposed to provide services related to the land and retained sea jurisdiction belonging to our country, but it has been mothballed and commandeered since the 1860's and its functions have been surreptitiously undertaken by the remaining two foreign Federal Subcontractors.
The British Territorial corporation known as "the United States of America" -- Incorporated, is supposed to provide us with naval protection for our commercial shipping on the "High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways".
The Roman Municipal corporation known as "the United States" is supposed to provide services related to the air jurisdiction --- postal service, copyrights and trademarks, patent office, etc.
But in actual fact, ever since the American Subcontractor went dormant in 1861, the latter two subcontractors have been running amok and acting in Breach of Trust against the interests of their employers.
They have undermined the American Government and sought to replace it with their own colonialist regime.
They call this a Territorial Administrative State --- a form of military dictatorship in which commercial corporations run the government.
The best known example is found in the history of South Africa, where Cecil Rhodes' British South Africa Company was allowed to run the government of South Africa, and India, where the British Raj showed up and started terrorizing the traditional government of the Maharajas, plundering and pillaging under color of law.
We've had the same thing going on here in America; we were simply kept ignorant of it.
And now comes a reckoning.
All these years these corporations have pretended to "represent" us to the rest of the world, while dishonoring our principles and bilking our people and asset-stripping our States.
Here's an example of it.
We have all the hard evidence needed to demonstrate that our States of the Union never passed the so-called Sixteenth Amendment creating the Federal Income Tax, but these disloyal employees have been misaddressing Americans en masse and enforcing this private corporate payroll tax on everyone indiscriminately -- whether people have any "federal income" or not.
The people themselves have been misrepresented as "persons" -- and presumed to be "citizens" of these foreign governmental service providers. Americans have been routinely misrepresented as British Subjects and/or Municipal "citizens of the United States".
The excuse given for this is the idea that our government as a whole disappeared in the wake of the Mercenary Conflict that began in 1861, but the loss of the Federal Republic was just the loss of a Subcontractor.
Our actual government remains and was never part of the conflict.
Even after we have fully declared ourselves and expatriated from any presumption of Federal Dual Citizenship, even after we have brought our State Assemblies into Session for five years, there are still those attempting to say that the people of this country are missing, or that we are "stateless", when neither we nor our States of the Union went anywhere.
All that actually happened is that our Federal Subcontractors, our Services Providers acting under their respective Constitutions, failed their duty to fully inform their Employers and in gross self-interest, acted to suppress, slander, falsely accuse, and denigrate their employers, the people of this country, instead.
That is their shame and their problem now.
Amazingly, having determined that the "universal securitization" they've been working as an unjust enrichment scheme is both unlawful and illegal, and results in both peonage and enslavement, their solution is to change the kind of commercial paper they have been using to promote this evil.
Instead of "monetization" based on "universal securitization" giving rise to endless debt notes, they propose to vest everything in endless debt tokens instead. Whether debt notes or debt tokens, the end results are the same: peonage, enslavement, and odious debt.
The motive appears to be avoidance of their own taxes and trying to shift off the consequences of their own spending onto their unlucky employers.
As we struggle to come to grips with this unpleasant reality, our military and other militaries of the world stand in the crosshairs, as they have been (mostly) unwitting accomplices to these crimes of state, and have been at the mercy of the crooked bankers who have profited from all this.
As we stand at the brink of worldwide denouement about all of this and the role of the old European colonialist -- especially British and Roman Municipal -- interests in it, some militaries have opted to stand with the actual people they are supposed to be protecting and others have chosen to play more games to defraud their employers and sell out their own countries.
The military of Burkina Faso and its young leader, Ibrahim Traore, has gone full boat national and decided to protect the sovereignty and promote the good of Burkina Faso as a nation-state, no holds barred.
Our military appears to be trying a Mixed Bag approach: seize upon the St. Germain World Trust under False Pretenses that a worldwide peace exists (thanks to buying off combatants) and distributing the corpus of this venerable trust to the people of the world as a sop, while continuing to avoid the real problems of misadministration of justice and crooked central banks and misrepresentation of the national governments they have commandeered.
We, Americans, have declared our birthright political status and assembled our State Assemblies in all fifty States of the Union. We aren't a large group, but we and some of our native nations are the only ones that have the standing to operate a lawful national government.
Before anyone interprets this situation as an "us or them" situation, please note that Native Americans are Dual Nationals from birth, being both members of their tribal nation and also State Nationals. Example: a Winnebago born in Wisconsin is both a member of the Ho-Chunka Nation and a Wisconsinite.
These are political statuses that protect the living people and unite us all to our cultural and traditional roots, without causing harm to anyone.
We reflect that the only reason we have governments is to protect the people and their assets and any government including any military government, that fails to do that, has outlived its utility.
The government of Burkina Faso is being accused of being a military dictatorship acting out of school. We disagree. We disagree with the CIA's meddling and regime change activities, which have resulted in "the US" being expelled from the country and having its embassy shut down.
This shameful situation is par for the course.
The CIA long ago ceased to be a national intelligence service, and has instead been the handmaiden of venal commercial interests, including the central banks that are, together with the British and European colonialist powers, responsible for this corruption and criminality of our government and its various agencies.
Wake up, America. Wake up, each and every one of you, those who are in the armed services and those back home guarding the home fires; this is your country and the time to serve it well and truly has come.
As a first step, reaffirm your identity as an American and that means your identity as an American State National.
Doing this helps put an end to the presumptions of the "Territorial Administrative State" apparatus which has tried to vacate our land and soil jurisdiction and convert all our people into foreign citizens -- British Subjects and Municipal "citizens of the United States".
Whether the members of our Armed Forces know it or not, they are serving as the indentured servants of foreign commercial corporations that have been undermining the actual government and people of this country for decades.
Reasserting their individual identity as American State Nationals extends the protections of our Constitutions to them and helps put an end to any presumption that our land and soil is "vacant" and subject to claims by the British Monarch or Municipal Authorities, either one.
