Red Alert -- Wake Up --- The Federation of States is American

Our Federation of States has nothing whatsoever to do with the foreign Federal Subcontractors.

Anyone who is talking anti-Federation and equating the Federation with "the" US or "the" USA Federal Subcontractors is: (1) profoundly ignorant or, (2) playing you like violins.

Those who haven't bothered to study the history and those who have a base interest in promoting disinformation have a common theme---- getting people to fear the Federation of States the same way they fear the 'Federal" Subcontractors of the British Territorial and Municipal United States Governments.

This is a grave mistake for Americans, because the Federation is their instrument to bring the Federal Subcontractors to heel. The Federation is our hammer to beat their nail or pull it out.

If you don't like the government that has been harassing and pillaging you, you'd better have the brains to recognize and support the American Federation of States that you are heir to and support it for all you are worth.

We are presented with the spectacle of ignorant, bewildered Americans being hoodwinked into fighting against the only lawful means they have of controlling the British and Papist interests that have been pillaging them for six generations.

How stupid is that?

And it is all because some individuals in California didn't want Federation Employees holding oversight over their own crooked dealings.

First, they got caught giving people false information, and they were corrected by Federation Coordinators.

Then, they got caught imposing censorship against anyone that didn't agree with them --- and that got stopped by the Federation.

Then, financial mischief --- and that was corrected by the Federation.

Then more financial mismanagement and bad faith and refusal to turn over the books --- and at that juncture, the perpetrators "jumped ship" and stole the seals and other property belonging to The California Assembly and they have continued their rampage.

This morning, word has reached us that they have been selling our paperwork which we offer on our websites for free and are charging people hundreds of dollars in service fees for simple recording services.

They are scammers and they are impersonating us and trying to substitute their phony organization for a State of the Union. This is not only criminal, it's an insurrection against the actual lawful government.

The valid California Assembly is recognizable by being peaceable, community-oriented, and non-authoritarian --- meaning that we do our work by cooperative committee, not by exercise of executive powers vested in offices.

We gave the renegades until November 15 to Cease and Desist and return the purloined property of The California Assembly.

The California Assembly Coordinators that work with our lawful Federation of States are Satya Orion and Michelle Ford. They are Californians charged with the oversight of bringing their State's Assembly into Session and building the organizational structures needed to provide the people of California with a voice and needed services.

If anyone comes to you pretending to be a representative of me or of The California Assembly and they are asking for large amounts of money and otherwise acting like the same-old same-old scam artists, be aware that these crooks are now out there impersonating our Assembly, which is continuing to organize.

Be aware that they do not represent California, meaning our State of the Union.

Neither they nor anyone associated with them has the protection of any Constitutional Guarantees; they have returned to their former status as Federal Dual Citizens and their names and paperwork are being expunged from the records of the lawful California Assembly; they cannot own land in this country, and they will not inherit the wealth of California or control it. They will not receive relief through the Sign In America program and they will not receive funding.

Please be on your guard against people operating in this manner in your State of the Union. and talking trash about the American Federation of States.

We offer the paperwork for free and the recording service fees range from $3 to around $100 for the publication of a full land patent claim --- not the hundreds of dollars and sometimes thousands of dollars that the would-be interlopers are charging.

More importantly, our recordings have lawful standing as State Records. Their expensive copycat productions do not.

So, for your own sake, for the sake of your State, and the sake of your country--- be on your toes and use your horse sense.

It should never cost any great amount of money for you to recoup your lawful birthright political status as an American. There should be no "membership" fees or contracts to sign. Nobody should ask to see a Social Security Number or ask you to sign any Power of Attorney.

The only record that we ever ask to see is a Birth Certificate showing exactly where you were born (because in America nationality derives from your birth place) or reasonable proof of naturalization and/or length of time you have been in this country if you are an immigrant.

We don't vet people or expose them to background checks unless that is necessary for the job they are doing. Peacekeeping officers and officials, treasurers and financial managers, record keepers and others in responsible positions of public trust get "vetted", but this is always consensual and average Assemblymen and Assemblywomen's privacy is always respected.

We are monitoring this situation on a countrywide basis. If anyone is talking trash about "the Federation" please make the effort to explain to them what the American Federation is and how it is different from the foreign Federal Government Subcontractors. If they still don't stop the disinformation and fear-mongering, ask them to leave and cross their names off the Assembly roster.

Federation membership is a requirement to be a State of the Union. Oversight of the Assembly Process and strictly enforced standards are necessary to ensure honesty and good government and commonality of service which ensures equal protection under the Public Law.

No honest person should object to oversight applied to public functions of any level of government. Ever.

Would that the same could be said of all Christians! GOSPEL (Matt. XIII. 31-35.) At that time, Jesus spoke this parable to the multitudes: The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard-seed, which a man took and sowed in his field: which is the least indeed of all seeds; but when it is grown up, it is greater than all herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come, and dwell in the branches thereof. Another parable he spoke to them: The kingdom of heaven is like to leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, until the whole was leavened. All these things Jesus spoke in parables to the multitude, and without parables he did not speak to them, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying: I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter things hidden from the foundation of the world. What is here understood by the kingdom of heaven? The Church and the doctrine of Christ. Why is the Church compared to a grain of mustard-seed? Because there is a great similarity between them. The mustard-seed, though so small, grows in Palestine so high and so rapidly, that it becomes a broad tree, in which birds can build their nests. In like manner the Church of Christ was in the beginning very small like the mustard-seed, but it soon spread so wide that numberless people, even great philosophers and princes, came to find peace and protection under its branches. Why is Christ's doctrine compared to leaven? Because like the leaven, which quickly penetrates the flour, and makes it palatable bread, the doctrine of Christ, spreading with surprising swiftness over the then known parts of the globe, gave the Gentiles a taste for divine things and for heavenly wisdom. Thus Christ’s doctrine penetrates him who receives it, sanctifies all his thoughts, words, and deeds, and makes him pleasing to God. By what means, in particular, was the Church of Christ propagated? By the omnipotence of God and the miracles which He so frequently wrought to prove the truth and divinity of the Christian religion; the courageous faith, and the pure moral life of the early Christians, which led many pagan minds to accept the doctrine of Christ; and the persecution of Christianity, for, as Tertullian says: "The blood of the martyrs was the seed of the Church." The false doctrine of Mahomet, the erroneous teachings of Luther, Calvin, and earlier and later heretics have, it is true, also spread quickly far and wide; but this is not to be wondered at, for it is easy to lead people to a doctrine that encourages sensuality, and to which they are carried by their evil inclinations, as was the case with the doctrine of the impostor Mahomet, and three hundred years ago with the heresy of Luther; but to spread a doctrine which demands the subduing of the carnal, earthly inclinations, and to bend the will to the yoke of obedience to faith, something more than human eloquence is required. Thus, the Chancellor of England, Thomas More, who gave his blood for the true doctrine of Christ, wrote to Luther, who was boasting of the rapid increase of his sect: "It is easy to descend; seducing the people to a bad life is nothing more marvellous than that a heavy stone should fall of its own accord to the ground;" and Melanchton, a friend of Luther, in answer to his mother's question, whether she should remain a Catholic or receive Luther's doctrine, wrote : "In this religion it is easy to live, in the Catholic it is easy to die." Why did Christ always speak in parables? That His teaching by being simple might be more easily understood, and better remembered. He who is called upon to teach others, should, as did Christ, always speak to them according to their ability to understand, and by no means seek his own honor, but the honor of God, and the benefit of those who hear him. PRAYER O most benign Jesus. How much do we give Thee thanks that Thou hast permitted us to be born in Thy holy Church, and instructed in Thy holy doctrine, which, like the mustard-seed, has grown to be a large tree, spreading over the whole earth. Grant that under the shadow of this tree, in Thy holy Church, we may ever rest securely, cling to her faithfully, and penetrated, as by leaven, with her doctrine may bring Thee pleasing fruits of faith and virtue.  Amen.

No "Other" California --- Again, For the Clueless Among Us

All States of the Union are members of the Federation of States and owe good faith to it by definition.

Just as the soil is part of the land, if you are a State of the Union, you are also a member of the Federation of States. This has been set in stone since 1776, and for very good reason.

What if California opened its borders to the Communist Chinese Party and welcomed that as its government?

What effect do you think that would have on the rest of us?

What if Japanese pirates took over Oregon, such that it was no longer safe for Americans to live there?

Imagine a world in which you couldn't travel from California to New Mexico without going through Customs and presenting passports?

Imagine Minnesota declaring war against Wisconsin? A tariff on cheese?

There had to be a Federation back in 1776 and there still has to be a Federation now, despite what some folks in California might believe, and the definition of California as a "sovereign and independent State of the Union" is forever tied to and predicated upon California's loyalty to the Federation of States.

The instant you preach against the Federation and say that you remove yourself from it, you cease to be a State of the Union. And you cease to represent a State of the Union. You become a Secessionist, a possible Insurrectionist, and a target for the Federal Subcontractors, whose job it is to ensure the peace and stability of the Union.

The Federation won't target these malcontent Californians--- we simply disavow them. They have nothing more to do with us, nor we with them. Our State of the Union called California is a member in good standing of the Federation of States. By definition.

Unfortunately, I must prepare everyone and point out that the Federal District officials --the Municipal and Territorial officers--- will go after these former members of The California Assembly, because the Federal Districts make big money off of quashing all signs of insurrection. Look at the January 6 Protestors and the hideous way they are being prosecuted? Look at the Colorado Nine?

The Federales are collecting $9,000 - $20,000 a day as fees for incarcerating these "dangerous" individuals.

I am once again in the unhappy position of watching wrong thinking lead to wrong action in California, with predictable results.

Nancy Kremer, Wayne Whomsley, Barbara Greer and others who are, by their own choice, former members and former officers and former elected officials of The California Assembly, are off in the ether sphere imagining that they represent California while advocating secession from the Federation and carving up new states out of California, annexing Mexico (!!!) and similar hare-brained schemes.

That may be their idea of California, but their "California" isn't a State of the Union.

And they are not now acting as officers or elected officials of the California that is a State of the Union, either.

By definition, they have entered La-La-Land and a "California" that does not exist and which has no history or provenance, no rights, treaties, or guarantees as a State of the Union, and no protection to offer anyone.

Whether they know it or not, their egos and misunderstandings have led them to believe things that simply aren't true. In the process, they have lost their Assembly membership and offices, their Constitutional guarantees, their inheritance as Californians, their right to own land---- and have subjected themselves once again to the Queen and the Pope and all 80 million codes, rules and statutes ----- all because they thought that the Federation of States was overstepping its authority by maintaining oversight over their activities.

Obviously, oversight is necessary, or California will never have a properly organized, educated, and fully functioning State of the Union ----and Californians will continue to fumble around in the dark, imagining first one thing and then another.

California, the actual State of the Union, is "free, sovereign, and independent" --- it also has responsibilities tied to those rights, one of which is the obligation to support the Federation of States, contribute its delegated powers, honor its own boundaries, and in this case, submit to Federation oversight during the Assembly Process.

Under the former leadership, The California Assembly never contributed a dime to the Federation that summoned them to assemble; instead, they have cost the Federation both large amounts of time and money correcting various kinds of misadministration. We are, frankly, glad to see them go.

Despite enrolling large numbers of people, they were not educating those new members, and were instead manipulating them politically --- a tactic we have seen before, and a great evil that we are trying to get away from.

We need people who will read and think and follow simple instructions to build the structures and deliver the services that a fully restored State Assembly must provide.

The role of the Federation as "construction supervisor" is simply to ensure that every State gets stood up and is functioning properly on all four cylinders at the end of the Assembly Process. Our duty in this matter sometimes conflicts with dishonest and egotistical people who want to avoid oversight and do things to suit themselves instead of meeting common standards of public accountability.

We need people who are community-minded and at the same time, keep apprised of the issues that impact their State as part of a much broader world.

The Federation's business is focused on international issues, not the politics of the States and the operations of State Assemblies. The Federation has Bigger Fish to Fry, and so long as the Assembly Process is making progress in each State and people are not acting as crooks or advocating insurrection or traipsing off into La-La Land, we don't interfere. That is part of why trying to blame "the Federation" is so unfair.

Without the Federation, the only State Assembly that would now exist, would be in the State of Texas, and it wouldn't be functioning with any proper understanding of its powers or roles. Think about that long and hard before bashing the Federation.

We need people who understand the whole structure of the American Government and who accept the rights, roles, and responsibilities of the Federation as part of that Government.

Local State Assemblies bent on garnering power for themselves may not like getting their wings clipped or in extremis, being shut down, but clear lines of authority and responsibility and accountability at each level of government are necessary to establish checks and balances and assure that the American Government as a whole works.

We need people who will work together cooperatively and not practice the political gamesmanship, cronyism, and graft that we are trying to get away from.

By its nature, the American Government is community-based and cooperative. It doesn't have political parties and does not tolerate divide and conquer strategies, compartmentalization, elitism, cronyism, and graft against the public interest.

Unfortunately, in California, we attracted a substantial number of people who had other axes to grind and other ways of doing things. They have stolen property that belongs to The California Assembly and they continue to present themselves "as" The California Assembly, but this is notice to everyone that they are no longer associated with California, the State of the Union.

As such, there are only four (4) California Recorders authorized by the actual State. They are: Deanna "Dee" Yates, David Harra, Laurie Campolito, and Michelle Ford.

Barbara Greer abdicated her office and left the State of the Union for whatever mirage is in her mind. The same is true of Nancy Kremer and everyone following after.

The State of the Union continues to grow and to welcome home all those Americans who are prepared to learn about and operate their own traditional government --- and the Federation of States continues to support California and Californians in those efforts.

Explanation for The Texas Assembly

Last month a group of dissident Co-Coordinators led by Kyle L. Worley decided to leave The Texas Assembly, however, they hadn't done their homework and didn't quite realize what they were doing.  So, then, they recanted, and asked to come back as Assembly Members. 

That is an entirely different matter than being reinstated as Coordinators. 

Then, they asked to present a Go Forward Plan, which any member or group of members can do. 

They were told to attend the regularly scheduled meeting of The Texas Assembly to do so, and Katherine Soulis who is the only Coordinator left in Texas, agreed to host their presentation. 

Simple, right? 

Instead of following instructions, they held their own meeting instead.

Enough said. 

Katherine Soulis is the only Coordinator out of that entire team who studied hard enough to know what needed to be done, and she was the only one who showed the loyalty, courage, and competence to get it done.  

So that's why she is the Texas Coordinator and the reason that she deserves everyone's support.  

She also needs new Co-Coordinators ---- people who are ready to study and learn and take up responsibility for leading their part of Texas through the Assembly Process. 

Please contact Katherine directly if you are interested.  Because Coordinators sometimes deal with financial matters, candidates are vetted and go through simple background checks. 

It's time for Texas to get "stood up" and ready for the great advances that are coming.  Put aside all the bickering, and move on.

November the Eleventh 2021 - Open Letter to H.E. Dominique Mambert

Dear Cardinal Mamberti,

We have traced all this evil back to one root cause.

The cause of this misery is found in the Book of Samuel, wherein the Israelites chose a king for themselves after the custom of their Canaanite neighbors. By doing so they created a false idol for themselves and condemned everyone to suffer under the ignorance, selfishness, and fickleness of men.

It will be no different-- indeed, even worse-- if we subject ourselves to artificial intelligence.

The Church is still placing something else in the place of the True God; men are still being misled and are disobeying the Universal Law.

Our American Government sought to rectify this problem by recognizing the sacredness and sovereignty in each one of us, to replace all earthly Monarchs with an awareness of the presence of the True God in each of us.

We attempted to do this without the trappings and interference of religion because religion failed to address the core problem, and instead has tried to capitalize on it and garner power from it.

What else can we conclude, when not only has the Church been the source of establishing Monarchs to rule over Mankind, but also set itself up to rule over the Monarchs?

Instead of addressing this fundamental idolatry and recognizing its falsehood and failure, the Church has fought to retain and promote it, first by giving dominion to kings, and now, by trying to give dominion to computers and corporations.

The True God has already created living computers that so far surpass anything that the hand of man or angel can design, that we blush to make the comparison. And as for corporations, what good are they?

We must stop this idiocy, Cardinal Mamberti. The creation is not greater than the Creator; man is not meant to sit in the place of God--- and neither are computers or corporations. The Intelligence that guides us and that lives and manifests itself within us, is never subject to our limitations.

Thus, we make the case in favor of our American Government, restored and functioning as it is meant to function. We may not have succeeded in completely addressing the problem of idolizing men, but we took important and fundamental steps toward recognizing the problem and ending the evils resulting from it.

That is more than we can say for any other form of government that has ever been or any that is presently being offered to us.

We do not believe in kings any more than we believe in money.

We are not given to idolatry, nor do we foolishly worship ourselves.

When the rest of the houses of Israel descended into this madness and displaced our True King with Saul, there were those who disagreed and who did not follow after him.

Here we still are.

We Have Announced What We Are Doing

We have announced what we are doing and who we are. 

We are traditional peaceable Americans coming together in every State of the Union to restore our lawful American Government.

That includes declaring and recording our political status. 

That includes accepting the traditional and historical definition of the States. 

That includes honoring the responsibilities of each State including its contracts and treaties. This includes being responsible members of the Federation of States.

That includes the hard work of studying the history and the Law and applying ourselves to the tasks of self-governance. 

That includes organizing the General Assembly, the International Business Assembly, the Courts, and the Assembly Militia. 

That includes conducting proper Public Elections,  maintaining both Public Records, and Assembly Records. 

That includes creating and maintaining a friendly, community atmosphere competent to conduct business without obstruction. 

That includes undertaking the work of reconstructing the American State of State organizations and the Federal Republic. 

Anyone who doesn’t agree with any aspect of this organizational mission SHOULD NOT join our Assemblies. 

There are two (2) District Assemblies for those who want to fight and cheat and steal and seize power over their neighbors.  

If you are “all about you” and your issues and your opinions and your beliefs held without actual knowledge, don’t even think about joining an American Assembly. 

Being part of an American Assembly is a grave responsibility which reflects the rights our Assemblies exercise—- anyone who does not accept this and doesn’t understand the lawful role of the Federation of States, which every State of the Union is a member of,  needs to leave now, or better yet, never join at all.

Direct to Colorado

All the State Assemblies are supposed to be beyond the point of asking what, for example, "Colorado" is.  If you are not sure what we are talking about when we say that we are here to restore the government of Colorado, listen up.  

Colorado is a State of the Union and a Member of the Federation of States, which is physically described and which exists within established borders.  That is what Colorado is, and the lawful government of Colorado is what we are seeking to restore.  

The lawful Government of Colorado (as opposed to the legal government of Colorado) is operated by living people who accept and/or adopt the political status of Coloradans.  If you are a Coloradan, you have a Public Duty to uphold and defend your State of the Union. 

Because Colorado is a member of the Federation of States, Coloradans owe a Public Duty to protect, preserve, and defend the Federation, too.   

The Federation operates primarily in international jurisdiction.  The State operates in national jurisdiction.  Together, Colorado and the Federation are part of the same American Government, unlike the two remaining Federal Subcontractors----which are foreign Territorial and Municipal service providers supplying "essential government services" under contract.

The people who live in Colorado may live there as State Citizens and call themselves Coloradans, or they may be State Nationals, who call themselves Coloradans, too.  

There are also persons who reside in Colorado on a transient basis --- U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States. 

The Coloradans, U.S. Citizens, and Municipal citizens of the United States all consider themselves to be Americans to one extent or another, but they are standing in different political jurisdictions and operating under different forms of law. 

We all have to become aware of this situation and we all have to make decisions about it and act accordingly.  

It may be surprising, it may be confusing, but still, the situation is what it is, and you must all study hard enough and long enough to grasp the issues and make decisions for yourselves. 

Coloradans have Constitutional Guarantees, stand under the Public Law, and can own land in this country.  Coloradans enjoy freedom, independence, and sovereignty in their own right.  All Coloradans are free and independent beings, in possession of their natural and unalienable rights. 

U.S. Citizens, by contrast, have no Constitutional Guarantees, stand under private Federal Codes, and can't own land in this country while adopting U.S. Citizenship. Most U.S. Citizens are in the Military or are Dependents of members of the Military; they are considered British Territorial Subjects when overseas, pay Territorial taxes, and are treated as indentured servants for the duration of their service obligations.  They are permanently domiciled in the District of Columbia.

Municipal citizens of the United States also have no Constitutional Guarantees, and no natural and unalienable rights, though they have been granted Equal Civil Rights that apply from time to time at the whim of their Municipal Congress.  They can't own land in this country, and they stand under Municipal Code as slaves of the Pope. Most Municipal citizens are Federal Civil Service Employees, or their Agents, or their Dependents. They are permanently domiciled in the Municipality of Washington, DC. 

So, which status applies to you? 

You have to sort it out in your own head to know which group you belong to and which form of law you are obligated to obey. 

Our States are all republics, not democracies, not theocracies. 

Our States are all physically defined, actual, factual, places where people live. 

Our States don't operate via offices and positional authority or Legislatures.  They operate via Assemblies of living people, and get things done cooperatively. 

Our States don't have political parties.  

There are a lot of differences between the American Government and the U.S. Government and it is best for everyone to chuck everything that they ever thought they knew about "their" government at the door, because the American Government hasn't been operating as intended for 160 years. 

Unless you are over sixty-five years of age, it's unlikely that you ever studied American History as a subject separate from United States History.  

As a result, Americans don't know their own government and barely know their own law anymore, because we have been lulled to sleep and misinformed, and like Rip Van Winkle, we are all waking up with a lot to learn.  

One of the things that you have to learn is that with State's rights come State's responsibilities, too.  The Federation has survived despite all odds for six generations, and it is the Federation of States that has called the American States to Assemble at this late hour.  

Without the Federation, you wouldn't know this history.  You wouldn't have a State Assembly.  You, yourselves, would be misidentified as British Territorial Citizens and have no recourse.  It should be apparent that you owe the Federation a great debt, and if that is not perfectly clear, let me put it to you again ---- America and the American Dream have hung by the most fragile of threads, and yet, here it is, reborn. 

If the American Dream of brotherhood and freedom is a strange dream, be content that it is what it is, and it's yours.  Yours to learn about.  Yours to explore.  Yours to defend.  Yours to enjoy.  But not just yours.  Every other American and every other State of the Union has the same birthright, the same guarantees, the same rights, and the same obligations. 

It is because of the Federation of States that Colorado has been reborn.  It's because of the Federation holding tough and risking its neck that you are here at all, enabled to navigate the way home, able to stand up as an American, able to reclaim your property assets, able to save your land from foreign creditors, able to save yourselves from resettlement. 

So stop the stupid us-or-them stuff and stop mistaking the American Federation for the foreign "federal" subcontractors who have acted in breach of trust and plundered and pillaged this country for six generations.  Wake up and make the effort to discern friend from foe, right from wrong, truth from falsehood ---- because your life depends on it.  

And the lives of your children and grandchildren, too. 

The days are coming and indeed, are already here, when lies and confusions will attempt to overcome the truth --- a time when you need to be able to account for yourself and firmly declare your political status as an American. 

Not a British Territorial Subject.  Not a Papist living in a Municipal theocracy. 

There is nothing obligating you to keep faith with Colorado, or with America, for that matter.  You have complete freedom of choice.  I have described the choices for you.  Make the choice, make it honestly, and act accordingly. 

If you are a Brit and want to live as a Subject of the Queen, join the District Assembly. 

If you are a Catholic and want to live as a Subject of the Pope, join the Municipal Assembly. 

If you are an American, join your State Assembly.  

No need for arguments.  No need for insurrection.  Just follow what you want and let everyone else do what they want --- separately, according to the political status each one chooses.
