Okay, guys, I am not going to gild any lilies. I am tired. I'm still grappling with Jim's death. Lots of things.
But what they are trying to do to me, is something they have done illegally and immorally and unlawfully for a hundred and fifty years.
And today, it's up to us to make it stop, so that no other American is ever harmed by False Claims and Impersonation and things like evictions based on taxes that aren't actually "taxes" on land that doesn't actually exist --- and that you don't owe in any case ---- see what I mean? It has to end.
We have to hold them accountable to us and to their contracts and to the actual law of this country.
We can't let them continue to defraud and denigrate Americans by using these same old tired scams and False Claims.
Yes, we are lodging the criminal complaints at both the State and Federal Level. Yes, we are gathering our own Grand Juries. Yes, we are taking it beyond that into the realm of the International High Courts.
We are reporting this a long way up the food chain from the local State Troopers, though of course we are also hitting them with the Bad News.
The Gravy Train is over. The Two-Fisted game is over.
I want to thank each and every one of you who have sent extra donations and stayed with me today.
Let me say that what happened today --- that is, nothing --- is what should happen in a situation like this.
The Territorial employees should protect the people against the bad behavior of their Municipal employees, and should discipline the Court Clerks and "Administrative" Judges.
Why? Because the Municipal entities are only here because they piggybacked on the British Territorial Persons and their "States". According to our contract, the Municipal Government is supposed to stay in the District of Columbia.
That's why I told Governor Dunleavy that they are here on his ticket and he is responsible for them. He is.
If these foreign "DISTRICT" courts are engaged in fraud and misrepresentation and racketeering, it's the Governor's job to line them out and shut them down, because that is what our contract with him requires.
No pretending that we are someone or something else.
No name games allowed.
No presumption that Alaska's land and other resources are shunted and escheated into a Territorial "State" Trust and locked away from the people who are the actual owners and possessors.
The "donors" can dissolve a trust at will and when our intention is clearly expressed, no trustee has any right to object.
Alaska is a full-fledged State of the Union. Time our Public Employees -- all of them -- got with the program.
It's time for the Territorials to earn their pay and time for the Racketeers Network to come down.
Stick with it and stick with me through this. If it were easy, the Girl Scouts would do it and your waistlines would be really, really big.
Tomorrow is another day-- let's work on a signal network and more combined action and I will keep teaching and observing and sharing as we go with more Granna Bytes on the way....
