International Public Notice: Monopoly Inducement is a Crime

It is well-known that monopoly inducement -- compelled use of a product or service that is monopolized -- is both illegal and unlawful.  

Essentially, a producer or service provider establishes a monopoly interest or simply monopolizes access to goods or services that are otherwise freely available, and then forces consumers to use their product or service or go without something that is essential to the consumer's well-being.  

For example, people can choose not to chew gum, but they can't live without consuming salt.  If salt supplies are monopolized or access to salt is monopolized, monopoly inducement exists, and the consumer cannot reasonably avoid participating in the monopoly.  

When it is an essential product or service being monopolized, or access to a vital product or service is being monopolized, it results in monopoly inducement. 

The United States Postal Service is an example of a legalized monopoly sanctioned by the same government corporation that runs the United States Postal Service.  

Many utility companies also enjoy a legalized monopoly within a service area; consumers typically can't choose among several electrical service providers or natural gas companies.  If they need electrical service, or access to natural gas,  they are stuck with whichever company is operating in their service area. 

The Bar Associations have a de facto monopoly on the court system and control the supply of attorneys;  and the American Medical Association enjoys a similar monopoly on the supply of doctors and access to physicians in this country. 

These occupations of common right have been monopolized and controlled by members of a foreign guild system and this has been imposed by private corporations that are in fact self-interested governmental services providers, and not our government at all. 

In the same way, the Federal Reserve System has enjoyed a legalized monopoly imposed by subcontractors of our government, and so has the so-called "SWIFT" system, which has controlled access to banking transactions. 

These same Bad Actors have limited consumer's banking options to Maritime Banks of Commerce and Credit Unions that are controlled by private corporate regulatory agencies that also operate under color of law. 

Banking is thus another occupation of common right that has been largely monopolized both in terms of the service itself and in terms of access to the service. If you don't want to transact business in Maritime jurisdiction or function as a commercial entity, you have no other readily available choice.  

The Perpetrators have formerly excused this situation by claiming that we could form our own international trade banks and commercial banks and have simply failed to do so; now that we have chartered our own banks and directed our employees to transfer our assets to our own banks, they are attempting to obstruct their employers, who are also the presumed "donors" of all public trust assets and private estate assets that these Con Men control as Executors de Son Tort. 

Licensing and credential requirements established by private foreign-owned corporations in the business of providing government services, have been used to establish these pernicious foreign monopolies, and has also led to consumers acting under conditions of monopoly inducement every time they go to a court, use bank services or need a physician. 

This is in gross violation of the Federal Constitutions and British Territorial U.S. Federal Code and is deceitful under Roman Civil Law, as this purportedly "voluntary" licensing converts a common right into a privilege which the victim has to pay for and creates undisclosed citizenship obligations. 

This foreign licensing scam also promotes monopoly inducement, as the Bar Associations, AMA, and Maritime Banks of Commerce have legalized monopolies as franchises of the guilty parent corporations operating out of the District of Columbia.  This situation has already been adequately addressed by the U.S. Court System in Murdoch v Pennsylvania: "No state shall convert a right into a privilege...." but the Perpetrators are evading justice by claiming that their victims aren't Americans, or if they are, they have waived their political birthrights and estates in favor of subjection as British Territorial U.S. Citizens or as Municipal "citizens of the United States".  

These claims rest on unconscionable contracts palmed off onto the victims of this unlawful conversion ruse by corporate employees acting under color of law. This occurs when the victims are still babies in their cradles, and could not possibly consent to the waiver of their estates and birthrights as Americans.  As this conversion occurs without full disclosure to the parents, either, the resulting citizenship contract is a constructive fraud, null and void from inception.  

This phony birth registration process and multiple other adhesion contracts, such as "voter registration" contracts, have all been created and exercised under conditions of non-disclosure.  They are all null and void, the implements of self-interested constructive fraud.

The proposed replacement for the Federal Reserve System, which is being called the Quantum Financial System, also leads to monopolization of banking services and monopoly inducement. 

Consumers are being forced to contract with the new version of the old evil, in order to have access to bank services and also in order to receive back a portion of the money they are owed. 

This combination of monopoly and incentivized monopoly inducement is simply crime on steroids.  

The people are not being told that they are owed large amounts of assets and prepaid credit, both.  The people are being entrapped in commercial services obligations that are also undisclosed and being set up as victims of a non-disclosure racket.  

There are multiple targets involved: the perpetrators aim at obtaining free samples of individual DNA, which they will claim an ownership interest in and exploit to the detriment of the victims; they will claim that the victims agreed to use their banking system exclusively, but that won't be fully disclosed, either; they will claim that as each victim comes forward to receive their "free" money, they have accepted this arbitrary amount as settlement of the debts that the undisclosed private corporations operating under color of law actually owe to them.  

When you realize that average Americans are often owed billions of dollars-worth of prepaid credit, the ridiculousness of supposing that they would willingly settle this debt for $100,000.00 is self-evident. 

Americans simply aren't being told, and are instead being entrapped into these suppositions under conditions of non-disclosure.  

The Principals responsible have been trying to hide behind a fusillade of legal fiction entities --- foundations, trusts, even cooperatives and limited liability partnerships --- but the fact remains that none of these entities are authorized to operate unlawfully in this country or any other country of record.  

By establishing a banking monopoly, these Perpetrators also hope to establish a monopoly on international exchange access, and force Americans to exchange foreign currency they invested in under conditions of monopoly inducement.  

For example, an American invests in a foreign government gold bond, but in order to exchange that gold bond for domestic currency that the American can spend, they are being forced to surrender the foreign gold bond to these Perpetrators, who then negotiate the exchange and give back between 10 and 20% to the American investor -- keeping 80% - 90% for themselves.  

This is gross unjust enrichment for the Perpetrators of this scheme, who are seeking both to avoid paying any reasonable settlement for their debts, and also seeking to illegally restrict access to international currency exchanges and by this monopolistic restriction of access, coercing the victims to give up to 90% of their investment value. 

These are criminal acts being pursued by international and global corporations and their employees, who are all here in this country under the provisions of The Residence Act, and who all owe the victims "good faith service".  

This gross privateering by the Principals and their Agents against a peaceful people who did them no harm and who served as their faithful allies through two World Wars is a affront to common decency and clearly demonstrates the criminal intent and nature of those governments and their corporate agents that have engaged in these and other activities seeking to defraud the living people of this Earth.

We call for the immediate cessation of the offensive activities of these governments including pollution of the air jurisdiction with radiation, pollution of the Earth via chem trail activity, pollution of food and water sources -- both animal and human, biowarfare and secretive theft of DNA and intellectual assets, and all monopoly and monopoly access activities and illegal issuance of patents for criminal products and processes. 

We explicitly express our trust and request and require that all Americans born in or naturalized within the borders of this country and now living here or abroad, are immediately recognized as living people with all rights and prerogatives intact, and for all corporate entities and assets that naturally belong to us, including but not limited to substantive property and intellectual assets incorrectly held in public trusts and in foreign trusts generally and also offshore trusts in the United States Possessions, to be returned to the ownership of the lawful American Government and the individual living people to whom these assets belong. 

We are not incompetent; we were left misinformed and uninformed by self-interested and deceitful Parties who owe us "good faith service".

International Public Notice: The Federal Reserve and QFS

The so-called "Federal Reserve", a consortium of private banks involved in loaning the British Territorial U.S. Government money, existed long prior to the Civil War and merely came to the forefront (again) when the British Territorial corporation doing business as "the United States of America, Incorporated" went bankrupt under Lincoln in 1863.  

The U.S. Army began doing business in its own right and borrowed money from the Federal Reserve beginning in 1863 and through 1913, when the replacement corporations it started during and after the Civil War collapsed in bankruptcy. 

There is a reason that the Great War started in 1913 and the Federal Reserve Act passed in 1913.  The Federal Reserve was willing to continue loaning the British Territorial U.S. Government money based on their claims to own and control our assets, even though it was an illegal occupation of our country by men and women who owed (and still owe) us good faith service--- but the Fed wanted a monopoly in return.

The Federal Reserve Act just formalized a pre-existing corrupt relationship and protected the Federal Reserve monopoly. 

As we have always observed, none of the evils visited on this country and its people would have been possible without the complicity of the central banks, and in particular, the Federal Reserve.  If the Federal Reserve hadn't been willing to loan the U.S. Army money based on their claims against their employers and their employer's assets, the U.S. Army would have been forced to admit the circumstance and assist us in holding new public elections. 

The Federal Reserve is what expedited the "horse getting the bit in its teeth" and careening down the road for 150-years of mercenary profiteering and war-for-profit activities at the expense of the American people---- and everyone else in the world.  

Just look at the situation we face today, in which "our" military subcontractors have expanded their operations to over 950 bases worldwide and provided national defense for all seventeen of the countries occupied by the Allies in World War II for the past 78 years --- and forced 96% of the cost of doing this on the American people.

We've paid Norway's defense bills, England's defense bills, France's defense bills, Germany's defense bills.... 

This is the same mercenary-military that has "lost" an estimated $25 Trillion dollars worth of budgeted funding in the past 20 years and which has failed its fiscal audit at least seven times, with no accountability to the American people who have paid for it all.  

Without the Federal Reserve, none of this would have been possible. The IRS wouldn't have been possible.  The seeming "interregnum" of our American Government wouldn't have been possible.  The illegal confiscation of American land and property assets wouldn't have been possible. Inflation wouldn't have been possible. 

It was all made possible by the Federal Reserve loaning endless money to the U.S. Army as credit "on our account", and then profiting itself on the spoils the U.S. Army gained from all this "investment" in their illegal plundering and confiscation activities as an undeclared mercenary force. 

Imagine a drunk and a bartender acting in collusion: the drunk gets all the booze he can order and the bartender supplies it by charging it off on the bill of another customer, who just happens to have the same name as the drunk.  

That's what they've been doing here and getting away with, for the last sixteen decades.

None of these evils would have been possible without the Federal Reserve's willingness to seize upon our assets as collateral and extend our credit to these foreign Federal Subcontractors. The Federal Reserve went so far as to patent its "system" and trademark it --- and bankrupt this separate municipal entity in 2009 following the Big Short on Wall Street as a scapegoat.   

In this way, they cheated several large "National Association" member banks and we wound up with JP Morgan operating as "THE FEDERAL RESERVE" and Chase Bank operating as "THE FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD OF GOVERNORS". 

The special relationship between the U.S. Mercenary-Military and the Federal Reserve goes back a long way.  They couldn't have made it this far without assisting each other and providing mutual flak jackets along the way, but when the chips are really down, as they are now, who can the military throw under the bus and blame? 

The Federal Reserve. 

Oh, yes, the Federal Reserve did all these terrible things.  It's all true. They have been a crooked monopoly interest.  They have profited from war.  They have illegally confiscated American property.  They have manipulated the currency and the stock market for their own advantage. They have embezzled trillions out of America for the benefit of largely European interests.  They've engineered a system of "private direct taxation" which is illegal and unconstitutional as hell. They've used unconscionable contracts foisted off on babies to do it.

They've promoted "lawfare" against the American people and used undisclosed private corporate tribunals to do it. 

All this is true.  The deceitful part is that the U.S. "Military", now pretends that it didn't know this was going on. 

They not only knew, they benefited themselves from it; they acted in purposeful collusion with the Federal Reserve and operated the direct private taxation system and foreign court system that wrung the pennies and gold wedding rings off the fingers of American war widows.  

The British Territorial U.S. Government and its corporations including the U.S. Army, Inc., and the U.S. Air Force, Inc., and the U.S. Marine Corps, Inc., and the U.S. Navy, Inc. all benefited themselves like pigs in slop as a direct result of the Federal Reserve. 

Together, these corporations have illegally occupied our country and have pillaged and plundered the American people and used our resources under conditions of deceit to pillage and plunder other innocent civilian populations worldwide. 

Those are facts, ma'am.  The Brits responsible got a taste of it from enslaving the British working class and using them as chattel to fund the Raj in India. So they just played the same song again in The United States, the Commonwealth, and ultimately, throughout Europe and Japan.  Right now, they and their allies in Israel are proposing to chew their way across the Middle East -- and we are saying, no. 

We are saying these guys aren't our guys.   

We are saying they don't have a contract to do anything related to us, except what is clearly stated in The Constitution of the United States of America, which provides for the defense of our country.  And nothing else. 

What the present situation amounts to, is that these corporate Beneficiaries of the Federal Reserve, have found new sources of funding in China and the Middle East and elsewhere.  Those sources are pushing the "Quantum Financial System" to replace the Federal Reserve. 

So they are busily throwing the Federal Reserve under the bus as their scapegoat and pushing "Operation Crimson Gate" on us, instead. 

And the real problem, rogue corporations operating as mercenary forces in collusion with centralized banks, and all under color of law, still hasn't been addressed. 

From the standpoint of the victims, it's a choice between chocolate-flavored pig feces and raspberry-flavored pig feces. The Perpetrators do a little razzle-dazzle with one hand, while deftly moving the shell with the other hand.  

The solution to the evil Federal Reserve System, we are told by the same men who profited themselves via the Federal Reserve System, is now the QFS.  

We are supposed to believe them and go along with it and trust them to operate a system that can arbitrarily identify and target each one of us and deny us access to banking services worldwide. By contract. 

They propose that each and every one of us will have to contract for services with their QFS under conditions of non-disclosure, in order to receive back a small portion of our purloined inheritance. 

This is analogous to the robbers giving back one percent of what they have stolen and calling it "good", claiming that their debts are all settled, and we are all fine with it, and let's move on. 

We are not fine with it and we don't agree with the "Quantum Financial System" --- and we are not deceived.  We are not volunteering to participate in QFS; we are being coerced without full disclosure to participate in the QFS. 

And now you know why we don't trust and won't accept the QFS Offer.  QFS would have to be run by different parties and control of QFS would have to be in the hands of non-political civilian authorities who are accountable to the public. 

Failing that, QFS is just the Federal Reserve on Speed.

There Are Honorable Brits

Among other things, Craig Murray has had the courage to tell the world, point blank, that ISIS is Israel, and Israel is ISIS.  ISIS is a mercenary force drummed up by the IDF to play the foil in their passion plays. Laundering their payroll through MI6 doesn't change anything.

The problem is, the Rotters are always active and self-aware, secretly sneaking around, bent on causing havoc and disguising themselves, while the good people among us tend to be peaceful souls, minding their own business, until something horrible happens.

The problems the rats are busily creating --- on our dimes --- are already problems in full blossom before the rest of us wake up, get organized, and respond.

Like Dirty Bombs.

Like Lawfare.

Like Biological Warfare. 

Like Spy cams in TVs.

Like bugged phones. 

Like Drone Warfare. 

Like Poisons in our water.

Like Poisons in our food. 

Like 6G. 

Like Smart Meters.

Like Covid. 

Like Paradise, California.

Like Maui. 

Like North Carolina. 

Has anyone noticed yet, that all this and more has been used and promoted against us --- and developed at our expense in the name of protecting us, by our own dear militaries --- which have been commandeered to act as foreign mercenary forces, instead?  

These are organizations that routinely lose trillions of dollars, repeatedly fail their fiscal audits, and face no accountability for it for more than twenty years at a stretch.  

And where are the members of the U.S. Congress who are supposedly responsible for this malfeasance?  

Out to lunch.   

Many of us, who have been watching international news over the years in an effort to know what is actually going on in the world, remember seeing John McCain, late Senator from Arizona, jetting all over the world slapping backs with crime bosses (drug cartels)  and leaders of known Terrorist Organizations.  Say what?  

Yes, it's all there in the archives.  McCain was one of the most visible members of the Congressional Rat Pack, helping to fund Arafat, Hamas, and, yes, Isis.  He was working hand-in-glove with MI6 as a loyal Tory servant of Her Royal Majesty, Elizabeth II.  

Just this past October you have seen an example of MI6 paying one of these organizations, Hamas, to stage an incursion and create a False Flag excuse for Israel to go in and carpet-bomb Gaza and then, just for fun, Southern Lebanon.  

All this destruction has occurred without a single real, actual threat to Israel from any government in the region.  Or any independent "terrorist organization" either. 

Gaza is the logical end point for a new alternative to the Suez Canal routed around the west side of the Sinai Peninsula; and naturally, they want to tap the Eastern Mediterranean Oil Basin right next door to the Mediterranean entry point of the new canal.  They are already busy building the pipelines and plotting the infrastructure for the new oil refineries in the Gaza Strip. Go check it out on Google Earth. 

The people living in Gaza were never told anything about this.  Like the people in Maui and North Carolina were never told about planned real estate developments and mining operations coming to town. The name of the game in all these cases has been to genocide the actual owners and steal the land resources, because the people responsible for these attacks are criminals.  

Criminals in very nice suits, but criminals nonetheless. 

In the coming months, they plan to create a virtual firestorm of oil development and infrastructure development related to oil resources all over the planet, designed to make oil and refined oil products so plentiful and dirt cheap that nobody (but them) will even consider making the necessary investments in Zero Point Energy solutions for another hundred years. 

Get ready for an oil exploration and development boom that will make the Gold Rush in California look tame. 

If, that is, the Usual Suspects get their way.  

Their reasoning is --- we'll pump out the oil and buy time to get a lockdown on all the Zero Point Energy tech, and be sitting pretty with a new energy monopoly in place --- and just keep on milking the Energy Sector forever. 

All they need is a way to meter the Zero Point Energy and an excuse to charge for it. Block out any competitors. Patent everything. 

Same old story.  Exxon and various other Big Oil concerns have been buying up, stealing, or otherwise violently suppressing Clean Energy and Zero Point Energy inventions for the last hundred and fifty years. Everyone knows it.  It's nothing new.  

If they have their way, they'll just twist and turn and manipulate and divert and delay every new energy tech development right back into their own gaping mouths.  They will pretend that this is necessary and desirable for "national security interest" reasons, and argue that their monopolies should all be protected as national security interests. 

These are the modern day heirs of the 19th Century Robber Barons coming back to play the same old games, the same old way, complete with gross amounts of political payola to grease their wheels. 

We are told that all the evil things summarized in the list above are going to stop.  We are even told that the Internal Revenue Service will be no more.  There'll be peace in the Valley, and cheap gas. All the new consumers in Africa will be buying American cars again. 

They say it will look just like the 1950's all over again.  

Maybe not Poodle Skirts.  But like that.  Farm girls thinking that it's daring to wear red lipstick and pluck their eyebrows, High School heroes proud to serve their country, good jobs, low insurance costs, government cut down to size and back in its box. Five cent Hershey bars.  Nice little first-home Bungalows for $15,000. 

But before we do our best Archie Bunker imitation and burst out into a refrain of, "Those Were the Days", stop.  Stop and think. It's not really possible to go back to the Fifties again, and pretend that we're innocent. We're not. 

The last seventy years, roughly the time period of the late-Queen's reign, happened. All this rot and banking fraud happened.  We lost our innocence and our trust in "government".  We can't be lulled back to sleep again and buy the narrative of "decentralizing government".

The corporations are headquartered in the District of Columbia and the City of Washington, DC, because that is the portion set aside for the Federal Subcontractors and their operations.  That's why there is a distinction between the National Capitol in Philadelphia and the Federal Capital in the District of Columbia. 

We never authorized the hire of millions of Federal Government Employees, the proliferation of over 400 Agencies, and hundreds of departmental bureaucracies, commissions, and blue ribbon committees.  So, the down-sizing of government and government operations is a no-brainer, but so is limiting Federal operations to Federal enclaves. 

Otherwise, "decentralizing" can look a lot like deployment and preparation for additional long term illegal occupation of our country.

Elon and I

Who could imagine that a Great-Grandma in Big Lake, Alaska, could have something in common with a Tech Titan with a name like "Elon Musk"? 

Still, apparently, both of us were blessed by being mentored by a Pashat warrior in the form of a stray black cat. 

Most people are superstitious and avoid, or are cruel, to black cats, but that would be and is a terrible mistake.  Black cats are lucky as a wind blowing widdershins. 

Both Elon and I arrived at that point in our lives where we needed a friend and neither one of us could name that need, nor could we expect a friend to show up in the unlikely form of a stray black cat, but.... it all happened for both of us, and in exactly the same way. 

The cat appeared, the cat looked us straight in the eyes, the cat followed us to the door of our building, and then, the cat waited for us outside. 

I wasn't as smart as Elon and didn't get it the first time this happened. 

I assumed that the cat belonged to someone who lived in my apartment building and didn't overly concern myself or understand that this Pashat visitor was mine in any special sense, until the weather turned bitter and cold and the cat grew skinny and tattered and frost draped his whiskers and fur. 

Then, I dimly thought --- his family must have abandoned him.  Maybe I should take him in?  

Elon's business was in an office building, not an apartment building, so it was pretty obvious that his cat was not waiting for other family members.  His cat was waiting for him to finish the meetings and phone calls and computer searches of the day, and many hours later, was still waiting when Elon emerged from his office building again.  

Something prodded the billionaire, not the weather, not the disheveled appearance of the cat --- something else; a sixth sense that this particular cat was, inexplicably, somehow, attached to him. So, Elon picked him up and carried him home, more than a little bemused about the situation. 

Had he become an "accidental cat owner"?  

Nonetheless, a veterinary service was tracked down, the cat was cleaned up and cared for and fed and everything put in order. 

I had an exactly similar reaction to my visitor.  Same exact drill at the vet's office.  

It seemed as if it must be a mistake and the cat's real owner would show up at any moment.  The idea that I might be the cat's and the cat might be mine, didn't settle in for many days and nights afterward, but one thing impressed itself on me.

The cat followed me to the door every morning and waited at the door for me to return every night.  In the evenings, he would curl up beside me.  On weekend mornings, he would wait a decent amount of time and allow me to sleep in before waking me up with a head butt and a purr in the ear. 

The same thing happened to Elon Musk.  Every night, no matter how late, the cat would be waiting.  

Gradually, the unlikely accidental cat became mine and I became his, in the same exact way that Elon Musk was captured and loved and "became love" in a way he couldn't have imagined before. 

All because of a cat. 

Having had this love relationship with a cat, one is never the same, and it's quite impossible to explain how you ever merited it, because you didn't.  This is a gift, entrusted to you, by the Ancient and Honorable Kingdom of Cat. 

It just happens, one day as you are bumbling along in your busy day-to-day schedule, a miracle wrapped in fur arrives, and it's your cat. And while he knows that he has always been your cat, you will have to learn that you have always belonged to him, too.  

Humans, even the sharpest and most intuitive, can be a little dim. 

And take a while to catch on. 

Reading Elon's Cat Story as if it were my own (because, in a way, it was) and understanding his reactions blow-by-blow as if they were my own (ditto, ditto) was a little weird. I never considered that he and I might have anything in common. 

Much less the memories and the soul-changes that are the inevitable result of a very special relationship with a cat. 

Yet, so it is, and if we ever meet, I know that in a given moment, Elon Musk will look at me and I will look at him, and something deep inside of each of us will connect: our cats.
