The Roman Catholic Church Rebounds

Other than basketballs, the word "rebound" most often is used in terms of love and the aftermath of recovery from a devastating loss of love relationships.  We speak of the suffering soul as "rebounding" from the loss, striving to find new meaning----and, someday, after enough time has elapsed and healing has come, to find new love and purpose.  

For many Catholics, their relationship with their Church is now like a broken love affair.  There has been so much dirt dug up about mismanagement and corruption of the Church, so many scandals, so much money squandered, so many breaches of trust at all levels, that the heart is crushed.  

If your Church is not trustworthy, what is?  Nothing.  Nothing and nobody, ever at all--- or so it seems.  A weariness comes with this conclusion, a vast sense of emptiness and of being burdened and alone, all at the same time. 

Could Satan ask for more?  A greater victory?  

I have spent a considerable portion of the past dozen years arguing with Catholics, listening to Catholics, and, yes, letting them cry on my shoulder when the arguing and the anger is gone, and all that is left ---at least momentarily--- is despair.  

It is a spiritual misery that parallels the misery many Americans feel when they realize the actual nature and status of "their" government, a sense of confusion, followed by fear, followed by anger, followed by despair, followed by peace.  

It's a long process of healing that brings us finally to a new foundation, and a new determination to rise up and rise above, either by correction and restoration or by embracing a new love.  

"The Church is not our Church," they all say.  

And they are right.  

It isn't.  

Their Church has been "redefined" in ways that render it unrecognizable, just as our government was "unlawfully converted".  It's the same process.  

Call it by a new name.  Speak a new language.  Embrace different values.  "Ecumenicalize" everything. Give everyone everything they want, let them do whatever they want.  Let the tail wag the dog.  Who cares?  Who is responsible? 

The liberalization of the Roman Catholic Church, like the liberalization of society and government, leads to what I call "the melted Lalapalooza".  

Baskin-Robbins used to have a gigantic sundae called the "Lalapalooza" featuring all 31 flavors, 31 scoops of ice cream, with all the toppings imaginable.  I once ate one on a bet. 

I ate it really, really fast, so that all 31 scoops were still 31 separate scoops. 

My challenger ate much more slowly, and was left with a puddle of indistinguishable sweet goo the color of mud, and was unable to stomach it. 

Our whole world, including the Church, is now part of the melted Lalapalooza, a dreary sameness of pattern, a lack of diversity in the midst of mindless calls for accepting diversity.  

We've all accepted diversity to the point wherein we have lost ourselves, lost sight of who we are, what we stand for, what we believe, and even what is right or wrong.   

All the mainstream churches are now liberalized to a point of being the same, all the mainstream media is the same, and, if the enemies of Mankind have their way, all the governments will be the same, too.  

One big puddle of nondescript goo, unable to stand for anything true. 

Yes, the Church is "on the rebound", but the Church is alive.  The Church, hurt, dishonored, dragged through the dirt, betrayed from within, assaulted from without, is waking up just like the gobsmacked Americans facing up to the apostasy of their government.  

At least I can tell the Catholics that they are not alone.  What has happened to their Church has happened to our country, too.  And just as a broken bone heals stronger, so will we heal and be stronger, too.

The "War" Is Over

While both "sides" of the Pope's organization here on our shores are lax in publishing the news, the Civil War is over. It has only taken 160 years, but the legitimate and actual government of this country has proclaimed, deemed, and decreed that our Employees are not allowed to rampage around on our shores conducting any kind of war, declared, mercenary, product, or otherwise.

It's over, and anyone who doesn't know that it's over needs to be "fully informed".

Ever wondered why the military is supposed to be subservient to the civilian authority? Ever noticed the difference between the word "civilian" and "civil"?

The reason that both the military and the civil service are placed under the direction and dominion of the civilian population, is that both are "services" and they serve as subcontractors acting under delegated authority.

Why would subcontractors be allowed to dictate the policies, laws, and practices of this country?

Simple answer--- nobody in their right mind would conceive of a situation like this, even though this is how we have been living for 160 years --- letting our Employees run the roost, tell us what to do, and racketeer to their heart's delight against us.

Lacking a civilian authority, the military turned to the "civil" government for direction, and the "civil" government represented by the Municipal Government of their own District Government was all too-glad to agree; both sets of our "federal" Employees conspired against their employers and set out to evade their obligations under their respective Constitutions: The Constitution of the United States of America and The Constitution of the United States.

If you are a typical American, it's news to you that there are two constitutions. Actually, there are three, but one has been "in abeyance pending Reconstruction" for a century and a half.

In addition to the three actual constitutions, there is a fourth document that calls itself "The Constitution of the United States of America" ---- Incorporated, that is --- which functions as the Articles of Incorporation of a foreign commercial enterprise, first published in 1868.

But I digress. Let this suggest that things are a good deal more complex and in a way, more dire, than most people imagine.

This entire portion of the continent has been mis-administered under color of law and conditions of fraud for over a century and a half. Our Federal Employees and the other Principals who received our "Delegated Powers" are responsible for this.

And that's just the way it is. We have to pull ourselves out of our Zombie-like trance and deal with it.

So, remember--- "civil" is not civilian. Our military owes no allegiance to the Municipal "civil" government, but instead, both owe us Good Faith Service. And we have the right and the responsibility to direct both.

Silence Really Is Golden

We are, most of us, social beings. We have been taught since childhood to communicate when we want or need to resolve problems. That's why our natural impulse is to open up our big mouths and blab away when a police officer confronts us.

And that is exactly what we should never, ever do.

It has been estimated that at least 90% of the encounters we have with police are "fishing expeditions". They don't really have any probable cause to think you have committed any crime, but they will accost you just the same, and try to engage you in a conversation.

They have been trained to get you to contract with them.

Here is an example: You are out in your driveway washing your car on a Saturday afternoon. By accident, some of the over-spray drenches a police officer who is walking by on the sidewalk. He's mad and now enters your private property and shouts at you.

"Are you assaulting a police officer? Seeking to incapacitate me?"

Your natural impulse is to stammer, "No, sir! I didn't see you. I was just washing my car...."

"Do you understand that what you have done is a criminal assault on a police officer? Do you understand that you have interrupted and obstructed me in the accomplishment of my duties?"

"I didn't mean to get you all wet, officer. I didn't even see you coming...."

In that short, innocent conversation, you have already "admitted" the following:

1. That he is a recognized authority --- by calling him "sir" and "officer".

2. That you did the "obstructive act" and "committed the assault" --- spraying him with water.

Now, all he has to do is hand-cuff you and haul you off to face felony level charges, and you are already on the record having admitted to all of it.

Do you see why silence really is golden, when dealing with the police?

This isn't the first time I have addressed this issue and probably won't be the last, but before I didn't have help driving it home with "more than words". Here is a wonderful and very short (three minute) video that demonstrates how you should answer all police inquiries with four little words:

This gem shows actual real-life encounters and the happy results of using these four little words. Learn them and use them and go on with your lives in peace. They force the officer to evaluate --- on the spot --- whether they have probable cause to arrest you or not.

And 90% of the time, the answer is "not".

Combined with the Jester's Defense (if you are arrested and forced to plea) which consists of four more little words: "I am an idiot." you can easily turn the tables on them and beat them at their own game.

Instruction on the Fourteenth Sunday After Pentecost

The Church's Year

At the Introit of the Mass excite in your heart an ardent desire for heaven, with these words:

INTROIT Behold, O God, our protector, and look on the face of thy Christ:, for better is one day, in thy courts above thousands. How lovely are thy tabernacles, O Lord of hosts! My soul longeth and fainteth for the courts of the Lord. (Ps. LXXXIII.) Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

COLLECT Keep, We beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy Church with Thy perpetual favor; and because without Thee the weakness of man is ready to fall, may it be withheld by Thy aid from all. things hurtful, and devoted to all things profitable to salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (Gal. V. 16-24.) Brethren, Walk in the spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lusts of the flesh: for the flesh lusteth against ,the spirit, and the spirit against the flesh: for these are contrary one to another: so that you do not the things that you would. But if you are led by the spirit, you are not under the law.. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are, fornication, uncleanness, immodesty, luxury, idolatry, witchcrafts, enmities, contentions, emulations, wraths, quarrels, dissensions, sects, envies, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such like: of the which I foretell to you, as I have foretold to you, that they who do such things shall not obtain the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is charity, joy, peace, patience, benignity, goodness, longanimity, mildness, faith, modesty, continency, chastity. Against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified their flesh with the vices and concupiscences.

What is it to walk in the spirit?

It is to obey the inspirations of the Holy Ghost always, and in all things. He who does this, says St. Paul, will not do the evil works of the flesh, which are here enumerated, but he will rather suppress and mortify all sensual desires, in this manner crucify his flesh together with its vices and lusts, and make himself worthy of the fruits of the Holy Ghost, which are also mentioned; he will belong to Christ, and secure for himself eternal happiness. On the contrary, he who lives according to the flesh, that is, gives way to the desires of the flesh, has no hope of salvation.

Is it not strange, that all Christians wish to belong to Christ and become heirs of His kingdom, but are unwilling to crucify the flesh and its lusts, though Christ says to all; If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. (Matt XVI. 24.)

ASPIRATION Intercede for me, O St. Paul, that God may give me grace to crucify my flesh with its lusts, that I may have part with thee in Christ:

GOSPEL (Matt. VI. 24-33.) At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will sustain the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and Mammon. Therefore I say to you, be not solicitous for your life, what you shall eat, nor for your body, what you shall put on. Is not the life more than the meat, and the body more than the raiment? Behold the birds of the air; for they neither sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are not you of much more value than they? And which of you, by taking thought, can add to his stature one cubit? And for raiment, why are you solicitous? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they labor not, neither do they spin; but I say to you, that not even Solomon in all his glory was arrayed as one of these. Now, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which is to-day, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, how much more you, O ye of little faith? Be not solicitous, therefore, saying: What shall we eat, or what shall we drink, or wherewith shall we be clothed? For after all these things do the heathens seek. For your Father knoweth that you have need of all these things. Seek ye therefore first the kingdom of God and his justice; and all these things shall be added unto you.

What is meant by serving God?

Doing the will of God, or performing faithfully and zealously all that God asks of us according to our age and condition, and for love of Him.

Who are the two masters whom we cannot serve alike?

God and Mammon or riches, whereby also, the other goods and pleasures of the world are understood. These we cannot serve at the same time, because they command things diametrically opposed to each other; for instance, God prohibits usury, theft, deceit, &c.; to which the desire for wealth impels us. God commands that we keep holy Sundays and holy days, and devote them to His service; the desire for riches tempts man to omit religious worship and to seek temporal gain; it disturbs him even in church, so that he is only present with his body, but absent in mind with his temporal goods and business.

To whom can riches be useful?

To those who, like the saints, perform works of mercy with them, and thus lay up treasures for themselves in heaven.

Why does Christ call our attention to the birds of the air and the lakes of the field?

To, excite in us confidence in the providence of God, which preserves even the birds and the flowers. Surely, if God feeds the young ravens which cry to Him; (Ps. CXLVI. 9.) if He nourishes the birds which neither sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns; if He vests the flowers of the field so beautifully, how much more will He care for man whom He has made to His own image and likeness, and adopted as His child, if he only acts as such, keeps His commandments, and always entertains a filial confidence in Him.

Should we, therefore, lay aside all care and never work?

This does not follow from what has been said. Christ condemns only the superfluous cares, which cause man to forget God and to neglect the salvation of his soul. Besides, God has Himself ordered (Gen. III. 17-19.) that man should obtain the fruits of the earth with much labor, that he should earn his bread by the sweat of his brow. St. Paul says: If any man will not work, neither let him eat. (II Thess. III. 10.)

What should preserve us from superfluous cares?

A firm and lively faith, that God can and will help us. That He can is evident, because He is almighty; that His will is certain, because He promises it in so many pas­sages of Holy Writ, and because He is infinitely faithful to all His promises. Christ encourages us to this lively confidence with these, words: All things whatsoever you ask when ye pray, believe that you shall receive and they shall come unto you. Mark XI. 24.) Therefore the apostle also commands us to throw all cares upon the Lord, who provides for us. (I Pet. V. 7.) And why should God not care for us, since He sent us His Son and with Him all; for which reason St. Augustine says: "How can you doubt that God will give you good things, since He vouchsafed to assume evil for you!"

PRAYER O Lord Jesus! give me a firm confidence in Thy Divine Providence, and daily increase it in me, that when in necessity I may confidently believe if I seek first the kingdom of God and His justice, the rest shall be added unto me.

CONSOLATION IN POVERTY
Be not solicitous for your life. (Matt. VI. 25.)

If you were born in poverty, or accidentally, or through your own fault have become poor, be consoled, because God has sent you this poverty for your own good; for good things and evil, life and death, poverty and riches are, from God. (Ecclus. XI-14.). Therefore receive it from the hand of God without impatience or murmuring, as a means by which He wishes to keep you from forgetting Him, which would, perhaps, happen if He were to bless you with temporal prosperity. Riches are a source of destruction for many. If you have brought poverty upon yourself by a licentious and sinful life, receive it in a spirit of penance as a just and salutary chastisement, and thank God that He gives you an opportunity to do penance for your sins. But if you have become poor through no fault of your own, be consoled by the example of the saints, of whom St. Paul says: they bear the unjust taking away of their goods with joy, because they know that a better and an unchangeable treasure is in store for them in heaven. (Hebr, X. 34.) But you should particularly take courage from the example of Christ who, being rich, became poor for us, (II Cor. VIII. 9.) and had not a place whereon to lay His head. (Matt. VIII. 20.)

In your distress say with job: The Lord gave and the Lord bath taken away: as it pleased the Lord, so it is done: blessed be the name of the Lord. Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither. (Job. I. 21.) Fear not my son, says Tobias, we lead indeed a poor life, but we shall have many good things if we fear God, and depart from all sins, and do that which is good. (Tob. IV. 23.) To serve God and to be content with few things always brings rich reward, if not in this, at least in the next life. Therefore Christ promised the kingdom of heaven to the poor in spirit, that is, not only to the humble, but also to the poor who imitate Christ in all patience and resignation. Follow, therefore, the poor Jesus, follow His poor mother, by imitating their example, and you will possess the kingdom of heaven.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING USURY
You cannot serve God and Mammon. (Matt. VI. 24.)

Usury is to demand more than legal interest from our neighbor, to whom we have lent something, or who is otherwise indebted to us. Those are also commonly called usurers, who, in times of want, hoard up necessary food, such as grain, flour, &c., and only sell it at an exorbitant price; or who buy up all such articles to sell them to the needy for enormous prices. This is a grievous sin, and usurers are threatened with eternal death, for Christ ex­pressly prohibits lending with usury. (Luke VI. 34, 35.)

Usurers are the real leeches of the poor, whom they rob of their sweat and blood, and since they transgress the natural law, but still more the divine, which commands us to love our neighbor, and be merciful to the needy, they will surely not possess the kingdom of heaven. Would to God, the hard-hearted sinner might consider this, and take to heart the words of Christ: What doth it profit a man, if he gain the whole world, and suffer the loss of his own soul (Matt. XVI. 26.)

Use Disclaimers

When this whole Mess started to become really oppressive for doctors and other health care professionals, my doctor (who was better informed than most) decided that whatever income she received from treating "Federal" patients wasn't worth the hassle.

So she gave up her license to treat Federal Patients or work in Federal Hospitals. She screens new patients and if she gets a Federale or one of their Dependents, she just sends them next door to a "licensed" MD. No problem. If anyone asks, she is a "Private Physician" and that's the way it is.

What about unincorporated Beauty Salon owners who are being regulated right out of business?

Same basic problem.

Salon owners are being licensed to style hair for Federal Citizens and citizens of the United States. How many of them walk through your door? Unless you are working in Washington, DC., or near another big hub of Federal activity, you won't see many actual Federal Employees or Dependents.

So you just put up a sign with a Public Disclaimer on it:

"This establishment is a private business. We are not licensed to provide services to Federal Employees or their Dependents. Accept service at your own risk."

Any unincorporated business owner who is being imposed upon by the "Federal Government" or their "State of State" franchise corporations is free to do the same thing: use a disclaimer to put the responsibility back on the customer to choose whether they trust your service or not.

The right to contract (or not) is guaranteed by the Constitutions and the Federal Code and the United States Statutes-at-Large.

This option is precisely how they get away with claiming that you "volunteered" to be licensed-- because if you don't want a license to do business with Federal clients-- you can simply post a Disclaimer and dispense with licensing "requirements".

Let the customers make their own decisions, contract for whatever services they need privately, and that, as they say, is that. As long as you don't incorporate your business, you can use simple Disclaimers and Notices of this kind (shown above) to get Big Brother out of your hair and keep Big Brother out of your hair.

Literally.

Same thing with "licensed and bonded" contractors. Use the same disclaimer. Forego the licensing and bonding. You can post a service bond with a bonding company as a form of additional insurance, if you like, but building or remodeling homes, for example, is another occupation of common right that the federal corporations are seeking to commandeer and regulate out of existence.

I can't speak for the rest of America, but I prefer working with independent workmen and small family businesses that take pride in their work and who don't have to be licensed and bonded, because they are putting their own good names and reputations on the line.

The big corporations may want to work with big corporations, so let them. If you are a small business, there is no reason to play in their much bigger and far more dangerous sandbox.

You will be much better off avoiding their demands and interference and it is simple to do, so long as you: (1) don't incorporate what you are doing; (2) post a proper disclaimer if you are involved in occupations that are otherwise "licensed" in your State.

One other caveat --- always remember that the Federales do have the right to regulate interstate sale, transport, and manufacture of alcohol, tobacco, and firearms. If you are involved in these activities on an interstate basis, licensing or other restrictions may apply.

Meet Bessie, the Wonder Car

Our family, like most American families, is divided by the perennial Ford versus Chevrolet argument.  I never thought too much about it and have had both Fords and Chevrolet trucks over the years.  

About twenty years ago, give or take a couple, I bought "Bessie", a  used 1991 Ford Explorer, as a work truck..  

Both my husband and older sons stared at me in disbelief.  

"You bought a Ford Exploder?"  They howled with laughter, shook their heads, and stamped their feet.  

"You wanna go broke on car repairs, Mom?"  

I think Bessie heard that remark.  She promptly proved them wrong and year after year, she clicked along like a sewing machine, requiring little more than regular lube, oil, and wiper blades.  

Minus fifty?  Turn on the oil pan and head bolt heaters for an hour, and Bessie would start.  Volcanic dust? She'd keep chugging. 

My work took me deep into the hintermost portions of Alaska's road system, down the Alcan Highway, and up the Dalton Highway hundreds of miles above the Arctic Circle---- "up and over" some of the most remote country and roughest roads in America.  Bessie rolled her way over the Denali Highway, which isn't really a highway as you all might understand it, and deep into the Denali National Park.  She took ferry rides to places like Kodiak and seemed to enjoy the salt spray splashing over her nose. 

Now, I will readily admit that my husband's Chevy Pick-Up is a very good truck and easy to keep in repair and a gallant hearted machine if ever there was one. 

Yes, I readily admit this, and yet....

When Bessie topped over 400,000 miles on her first engine, I said, "That sticks it." --- and I took a picture of her and wrote up and sent in a story about her to The Detroit Free Press, giving the UAW a resounding "Huzzah!" for a Job Well Done.  

Proof's in the pudding.  You can't argue about 400,000 miles on a single engine.  You can't poo-poo entire years of service with no repairs at all.  

Ford fans went crazy and soon there were more stories, "Still Rolling in Alaska!" got aired all around the globe.  My ancient  Ford Explorer basked in the well-deserved glory and we just kept on keeping on.  2021 will mark her 30th birthday.  

But Bessie is on life-support now.  She needs a part that we can't find anywhere.  All you Ford Fanatics out there, all you boys who have a favorite junkyard just like you have a favorite fishing hole---- everyone, please help. 

What we need is technically described as the "Fuel Pressure Regulator Return Line".  It's a piece of braided steel hose with connectors on both ends, one metal connector feeding back to the fuel tank, and one snap-on plastic connector feeding into the Fuel Pressure Regulator itself.  

Typical -- the plastic snap connection broke off. 

This particular hose was standard issue from 1989 onward for a number of years, including 1991 from what we've been able to gather.   The Parts Number for the hose is: FOTZ-9C968-A, and the whole Fuel Supply and Return System Parts Number (which would include the phantom hose) is: FZTZ-9J338-N. 

Please scrounge around and see what you can find, guys. 

Bessie is a living symbol of American know-how, American engineering, and American quality --- because she is all of that, and more. She's an American from the tip of her antenna to the rubber on her treads. Detroit might have built better cars, but I don't know how or when.  

Bessie is the toughest, scrappiest, most enduring car I ever owned, and let's face it, she's a lot like her owner. It's only right and fitting that she should be wearing a set of our new Private Owner Plates and be part of the All-American Brass Tacks Tour, trundling from town to town and sharing our history with people across America.  

So shake a leg, brothers and sisters.  She's one of ours and she's down for the count.  We've already scrounged through every junkyard in Alaska, and all the internet After Market sites we could find, but someone, somewhere has this part, either in a scrap yard or hiding in the back of their shop.

Nasty Gambits -- Why State-of-State Constitutions Don't Apply to Us

It appears that I need to explain some more about your Counties and their Soil Jurisdiction (also known as National Jurisdiction, because that is what it is.)

The Counties are the Supreme Local Government within their physical borders. The actual County is run by a County Assembly -- not a "Council", not a "Commission" --- a County Assembly.

County Councils are part of the Territorial Government. Commissions are part of the Municipal Government. You are "none of the above".

You are the Third Man Out. You are, nonetheless, the actual Government.

County Assemblies are formed by people declaring and acting in their birthright political status as Americans. Not U.S. Citizens. Not "citizens of the United States".

Counties and their people also act as the People of their State. The People and the State operate in international jurisdiction. The way our Forefathers set things up, the only interface that the County Assemblies have with international jurisdiction, is via their State and its State Assembly.

This prevents the County Governments from making separate deals with foreign powers and letting those foreign powers (think England, France, Russia, etc.) cut this country up like so many pieces of cheese on a cheese board.

In the same way, the Federal Constitutions and The Articles of Confederation serve to prevent the States from making separate deals with foreign powers.

Taken together, the County Assemblies make up the State Assembly.

As we all "come back on the land" and re-populate our States, we also at the same time re-populate our Counties. A Wisconsinite, for example, is by definition a birthright member of The Wisconsin Assembly, and also a member of their County Assembly --- say, The Jackson County Assembly.

The cohesive power of this structure is what has allowed it to endure so many attacks from so many angles, and to withstand so many internal pressures.

Now, here is some important and additional information people have been missing.

There are no "State of State Constitutions" currently in effect that apply to American State Citizens.

For example, the original State of Oregon Constitution adopted in 1859, is not operable because the Reconstruction never got finished.

And the "State of State" Constitution, known as the State of Oregon Constitution adopted after the Civil War, doesn't apply to us chickens, either.

What they are operating under is a Territorial State of State Constitution that applies only to U.S. Citizens, not rank and file Americans.

Same thing with any Municipal STATE OF OREGON CONSTITUTION. It applies only to Municipal "citizens of the United States".

The end result?

Absolutely none of these State level Constitutions apply to any State Citizen.

And, more importantly, anyone who claims to be covered by a State-of-State Constitution, is automatically unable to claim the Guarantees of the Federal Constitutions.

See how that works?

If you claim the State of State Constitution you are automatically presumed to be a Foreigner and not owed any of the Guarantees of the Federal Constitutions.

Of all the nasty tricks employed by the Territorial and Municipal Corporations to prey upon Americans, this is perhaps the most pernicious. Their Judges and Prosecutors will almost always make a reference to the State-of-State Constitution and see how you react.

If you take their bait and seek protection under the State of State Constitution you are branded as a Foreigner and denied any protection under the Federal Constitutions.

Neat, huh? But not in a good way.

Generations of trusting Americans have been hoodwinked by people in their employ, misidentified, and mercilessly defrauded, because they, in turn, mistook the Territorial State of State Constitution as their own.

If any Judge says that they are operating under the State of Ohio Constitution, for example, ask them which "Ohio" they are representing? Territorial or Municipal? That will set them back on their curly haunches.

And follow up with a quick, "I am not aware of any State-of-State Constitution having anything to do with me or my assets. I am an American owed the Federal Constitutions."

Corporations Are The Problem

I have pointed out before that most people who have incorporated their businesses have no idea what they gave up by doing so.

They think they are getting bankruptcy protection, which they are, but in exchange, they are giving up their businesses. They are becoming "public" entities and are publicly-owned and subject to government control, regulation and taxation as a result.

The business and the assets they have slaved for and built, are no longer theirs----and this is done with the stroke of a pen and their own ignorance.

Why?

Because they haven't agreed to be accountable for their private business and its operations, the State of State organization has stepped into that role, and from now on, will tell them what to do and how to do it.

Even worse, the operators and owners of these incorporated entities all become "corporate officers" in the same manner and basic meaning of "ship's officers". They become "personnel" of what were once their own businesses---- and they, too, are then obligated to do and perform whatever the State of State Legislature demands of them, and whatever the Congress dictates.

And this is all because they chose to incorporate their businesses.

A slightly different but similar situation results throughout the health industry, via the licensing of health professionals as "Uniformed Officers".

This license allows the victims to treat Federal Citizens and "citizens of the United States", who legitimately make up about 20% of the population.

In exchange for being able to treat this relatively small percentage of the population, our doctors give up their freedom as private physicians and redefine themselves via the license as "Medical Doctors"--- thereby becoming liable to obey all codes and regulations, and to pay all taxes and fees imposed.

How many Medical School graduates would freely and voluntarily agree to becoming "licensed personnel" if they really knew what that means?

This is all done by corporations to the populace of this country and every other country on Earth. This is how the corporate business managers have contrived to deceive and control millions of people and subject these "slaves and indentured servants" to foreign international and global legal systems that actually have nothing to do with the victims.

They claim that you have done this to yourselves, by "volunteering" to incorporate your businesses in exchange for bankruptcy protection, by "applying" for licenses --- to do things that are occupations of common right in this country.

Should you know that the practice of law and medicine are both occupations of common right, and that unless you wish to treat "Federal" patients and work in "Federal" medical facilities or their "Federal" courts, you have no reason to accept a license (Bar Card Account)?

Yes, that should be plainly explained and evident in the paperwork when applying for a medical license or Bar Accounts, but it's not.

Same thing with the Driver License. Unless you are using the public roads for private profit --- as in a taxi or courier service or trucking company, there is no reason for you to "voluntarily" license yourself or redefine your private car as a "motor vehicle".

In these and many other ways, corporations, including the "governmental services corporations" have been preying upon Americans and other people around the world for generations.

This secretive self-service on their parts which results from failing to "fully disclose" the results of their incorporation and licensing activities, has bubbled over into increasing oppression using "Lawfare" to extort money and assets from people, and to interfere with trade and economic activity.

What do you do, once you have fallen into their trap?

Licenses and other registrations can be returned or simply allowed to lapse. Federal Guild Memberships in the Bar Associations and the American Medical Association can similarly be disposed of.

Corporations can be sold to unincorporated businesses, or otherwise dismantled and returned to private trade, unless they are non-profit corporations, in which case, they can only transfer assets to other non-profit corporations or suffer liquidation.

This foregoing provision makes it particularly difficult for churches and other non-profits to get out from under the "government" thrall.

What else can we do?

The actual government of this country, vested in The United States of America, our Federation of independent and sovereign States of the Union, can dissolve corporations for "unlawful activity" and so can the individual States dissolve corporations that have been incorporated by the State-of-State organizations.

In this way, we hold the ultimate club over corporations that have been incorporated "in our names"--- but we must get organized to use it.

This means that many of us must take action to declare our birthright political status as Americans, join our State Assemblies, and stand read to dissolve corporations that have been deliberately operated or misdirected to operate in "unlawful" ways---- which includes failure to fully disclose contractual obligations and results of contract.

We can also impose upon the State-of-State Legislatures to enable incorporated entities to dissolve and restructure without penalty, provided that the Officers of the corporation all claim and admit that they did not know and were not told that they were giving up control and ownership of their private businesses when they decided to incorporate.

This "Escape Hatch" provision should apply to both State-of-State and Federal Corporations, to non-profits and for-profits alike.
