What is the Lincoln County Watch?
So many seem to be afraid of the words “Lincoln County Watch”, I am not sure why, I guess it is the Newspaper or the Rumor Mill’s version of Reality that has people scared.
This “group” started as a Ron Paul Support Group and transitioned into Lincoln County Watch, I went to a meeting the first time and there were quite a few people there, those folks are now either scared to “associate” or just simply moved on.

Fox News host Glenn Beck, who led the charge calling for the resignation of President Barack Obama’s “Green Jobs Czar” Van Jones said Sunday that Jones is only the first of many radicals in the administration who should be facing questions.
“The American people stood up and demanded answers," Beck wrote in a statement. “Instead of providing them, the Administration had Jones resign under cover of darkness. I continue to be amazed by the power of everyday Americans to initiate change in our government through honest questioning, and judging by the other radicals in the administration, I expect that questioning to continue for the foreseeable future."

As I read the many editorial columns and articles in support of Obama’s speech, I can see that many writers are very upset and emotional over criticism of Obama’s action. They also are clueless concerning the reasons why his address is unwelcome. They are name-calling. They are not bothering to mention, much less rebut, the reasoned objections of people like me.
I can at least articulate my reasons for objecting.
Such a speech blurs or crosses several boundaries that I believe there are good reasons to have in place.
The President’s constitutional powers are explicit. They include the "executive Power." They include being "Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States" and a few more listed in the Constitution, including preserving and protecting the Constitution. They do not include addressing schoolchildren.
If the President were to live up to his oath to preserve and protect the Constitution, he would request that Congress repeal all its laws regarding education. Section 8 of Article I lists the powers of Congress. Education is not on that list. So when the President addresses schoolchildren, he breaks his oath in several ways. He does not have that power, and he affirms and solidifies a power assumed by Congress that Congress does not have. The President is failing in his sworn duty. Those who think that the President’s speech is helpfully teaching civics are mistaken. His speech is conveying and confirming anti-civics and anti-Constitutional lessons.
The President is a political leader. He is not in office to be an educator. His duties are clearly laid out, and they do not include educating children. By the same token, the President is not the parent of all these children. He is not their teacher. He is not their religious leader. The reason for these boundaries is so that political figures do not use their power and influence to dominate our social lives.
It is a special danger to liberty and society when national powers are developed. These are powers in which the national leadership directly controls or influences individual citizens, while bypassing or circumventing other local sources of governance and influence such as parents, families, churches, schools, and local governments.
An Obama address to schoolchildren is an instance of the further development of national power and influence. It breaks new ground in the influence of State over society. Public education already is under the influence of objectionable forces, but this establishes a new precedent that can be extended. If one political leader addresses youth, other leaders are more likely to address youth. The content of their speeches can be enlarged. Their influence can be enlarged. Government will be given more play and support than it already has. Such a speech is inescapably political. Such a precedent can eventually lead to further dangerous developments, such as a Presidential Youth or an Obama Youth.
The President is a politician. Any address he might make, no matter how nonpartisan it may seem, is bound to be political. It cannot be neutral. The very fact that he is President and making such a speech will be taken in by school children. He will be conveying his authority to these children, with the blessings of their parents and school teachers. They will be taught by the speech itself, regardless of its content, to look to the national government in matters relating to their lives. After all, is he not addressing them about very personal and civic matters? His speech is necessarily a political act.
The President is the leader of a particular political party, so that the very fact that he is a Democrat who is President and making such a speech influences his listeners. Children grow up to be voting adults.
In any speech, what the President says lies beyond the control of those who allow that speech to enter the classroom. The teachers have control over the subsequent discussion, if they choose to have it. But the President will already have made his impact. Children do not fully possess the capacities to judge political matters.
Will the opposition party demand equal time? Do we want politicians routinely competing with one another for the attention of and influence over children?
The President commands the airwaves. This is a dangerous and influential power when used with adults. Allowing this power to be extended to communication with every child in the country is even more dangerous.
School districts can opt out of the speech. In some districts, children may be allowed to opt out of the speech. These options are good ones. But they do not alter the reasons outlined above for objecting to a president making speeches in schools.
I’d like to add that I have seldom read stronger words in newspapers directed against those who object to Obama’s speechmaking to children. They are being called crackpots. They are being accused of demonizing the President. They are being accused of McCarthyism. They are being accused of being racist, completely insane, and members of the right-wing lunatic fringe.
These attacks are not called for. There are very good reasons to object to Obama’s speech. I’ll sum up the ones that bother me. There are no doubt others, but I have made no attempt to research them and find out what others are thinking on this matter.
The speech is beyond the President’s constitutional powers.
The President is supporting a national role in education, which also is unconstitutional.
The President is not supporting his oath of office, so he is conveying an anti-constitutional message to children.
The President is crossing a boundary between the political and social spheres. That boundary is in place in order to control government power and maintain a healthy free society.
The President is augmenting national power and influence.
The President is starting a new precedent that has dangerous implications.
The President’s speech cannot possibly be non-political. The very act itself is politically in furtherance of government and an enhanced government role.
The President also leads his party, and that fact may influence children.
The President may have an undue influence over children due to his position and power.
Will fairness considerations lead to equal time for opposition leaders?
Presidential access to communications is dangerous enough without extending it to youth.

I want to ask a some questions.
Before I do, please understand that right now I still believe "the pen is mightier than the sword". I have been very active politically all my life. I believe in lawful solutions, political solutions, legislative solutions.
But I don't think most of you really understand who Obama and his crew are. They are communists, socialists, and yes terrorists. They are terrorizing We The People, with threats of taking our guns and ammo, controlling our food supply, and many other actions completely repugnant to the supreme law, our Constitution.
They don't give a damn about law and order, or morality. The only thing they care about is power. They are drunk with power, and greed. They are the most evil of rulers because they promote the rule of men rather than the rule of law, and they use the law as a cloak for malice, all by FRAUD and deception.
What is Fraud?
Fraud is defined as: "Deceitful conduct designed to manipulate another person to give something of value by (1) lying, (2) by repeating something that is or ought to have been known by the fraudulent party as false or suspect or (3) by concealing a fact from the other party which may have saved that party from being cheated.
The existence of fraud will cause a court to void a contract and can give rise to criminal liability."
Fraud can be perpetrated by government agents or elected officials under the "color of law". By publishing things as fact and law that are repugnant to the Supreme Law, The Constitution for the Untited States of America, government agents would have you believe they have the power to do all sorts of unlawful things, like lay and collect taxes without apportionment, and bail out banks and car companies.
Regulating guns within the states under the commerce clause, that were never intended to be "regulated" by the founders is another "fraud".

In fact most of the things the feds do are outside the Constitution and are "color of law" fraudulent usurpation.
So now for my questions.
In a time when there is absolutely no justice available in the courts, and most elected officials and officers of the courts are corrupt, HOW ARE THESE CRIMINALS WHO ARE SELLING OUT OUR COUNTRY, TO BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE ?
While I agree that we should not start a shooting war, are we to stand idly by and watch an out of control government send hit squads called swat and FBI raids to harass and kill our neighbors because they were all painted with a broad brush and made to be "criminals" overnight by an out of control legislative body who are part of the problem, not part of the solution?
When does it become proper and moral to lay down the pen, and take up the sword?
How far are you willing to let this criminal government go before you use whatever means is at your disposal to stop them from harming your family, or your neighbor?
Make no mistake. If you let them harm your law-abiding neighbors when you know them to be God fearing and law-abiding people, YOU ARE NEXT. Ask the people who lived in Germany when the Gestapo was rounding up Jews. Ask them what hindsight has taught them.
Ask Randy Weaver how the FBI set him up.
Ask YOURSELF how much you will put up with before you fight?
Then if the answer is not readily apparent, and you want to avoid this entire scenario, you need to get up right now and go to work politically. Run for office. Write articles. Send emails, vote in the on line polls. Spread the truth. Seek lawful solutions. Testify at your legislature for good bills, like 10th amendment resolutions, and good gun laws. If you haven't done all these and more, don't consider yourself a good patriot. Don't think you have the right to sit behind the scenes and wait, keeping your powder dry and that at the last minute you can fight with guns and turn this all around.
Yes you can defend your family, and neighbors, but that is not enough to stop these criminals in government. This has to be a popular movement, and that, my friends, is done not with a gun, but with a pen, and the internet, and in person by word of mouth, and using whatever media is available to you.
Plan for the worst, and hope for the best. Get on your knees and pray like it's all up to God, then get up and work like it's all up to you!
So would somebody please answer my questions? How far are YOU willing to let this go? Are you willing to use ALL the tools available, not just guns?
Make no mistake. The government agents will send their provocateurs to try to provoke you into doing something violent, and illegal so they will have an excuse to put you away.
Don't fall for it!
They will infiltrate your groups, and try to get you to push the edge of the law, and that is all it will take.

Press Release - Missouri Campaign For Liberty members testify at House committee hearing on MIAC

The Missouri House Interim Committee on State Intelligence Analysis Oversight met today in Grandview Missouri. The committee chaired by Rep Bob Dixon and co-chaired by Rep Jim Guest heard testimony from citizens concerned with the MIAC report released last spring by the Missouri Highway Patrol Fusion Center.
Grandview Alderman Mike Furgason testified his concern that MIAC has no oversight and suggested the state legislature should set up an oversight committee. "Someone needs to read and approve these reports before they are released"
The committee is charged with taking recommendations back to the legislature regarding the MIAC, Missouri Information Analysis Center. Last spring, the MIAC garnered national attention when a report was leaked to the news media. That report profiled many Missouri citizens as potential Militia Members. The report profiled gun owners, Christians, home schoolers, constitutionalists and implied that persons who displayed a Gadsden Flag or bumper stickers of Presidential candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr or Chuck Baldwin were persons of interest for law enforcement to watch out for. Constitution party Vice Presidential candidate Darrell Castle testified at Monday's hearing. He expressed concern that his parties members simply want our federal government to follow the constitution and the members were unfairly lumped with people who are true threats to society. When asked what the solution was, he recommended eliminating the MIAC department completely. Castle testified that the Federal Government has gone well beyond its mandate in the US Constitution. That theme that the federal government is not abiding by the 10th amendment of the constitution was a concern of several citizens and at least 4 of the legislators on the committee.
Deb Wells, National Member Services Director for Campaign for Liberty testified that a 2007 audit shows nearly 700 people a day are being added to the watch lists. She fears she might be on the watch list and could be detained at a simple traffic stop. It appears nearly impossible to remove your name from the watch list due to the way the information is shared worldwide. "Will I be put in jail for 60 days because I believe in the 2nd amendment or because I supported Chuck Baldwin for President?"
Larry Flinchpaugh, a Buchanan county volunteer for Campaign for Liberty, testified "I was appalled and insulted to read that I was being profiled as possibly belonging to a subversive group simply because of my political activism." Flinchpaugh, an author from St Joe Missouri further testified "I believe that our government should (1) abide by the Constitution, (2) adopt sound monetary policies by abolishing the private and unconstitutional Federal Reserve and Fractional Reserve Banking and the 16th amendment authorizing income taxes to be collected on our wages, (3) stop being the policeman of the world and bring our troops home from most of the hundreds of military bases around the world, (4) respect the sovereignty of the individual states, and (5) recognize that a government that governs "least" governs" best." Does this sound like a description of a "Militia Movement" member or "Terrorist" or a "Patriotic American" who believes like our founding fathers?"
Paul Hamby, a Missouri Coordinator for Campaign for Liberty testified "Political Profiling discourages free speech. Beyond the constitutional issues, we need to look at the Big Picture. How will we ever find the best solutions to the issues facing our country today, if we cannot have Honest Open Debates?" Hamby praised Missouri Highway Patrolmen, then testified that the MIAC report hurt the department's credibility. Will Missouri Law enforcement take these reports seriously next time? What if the next report is a real threat of the next Timothy McVeigh?" Hamby held up John Ashcroft's book "Never Again" and told the committee "Never Again shall Missouri Government profile our citizens based on their political beliefs"
72 Fusion centers have been set up across the United States. They are funded by the Dept of Homeland Security with a 2009 budget of 274 million dollars. Rep. Brian D. Nieves expressed concern that this was another case of the Federal Government telling us how to run our state. "The risk is that we start these projects with federal dollars and then 2 or 3 years later the federal government comes along with mandates tied to the money."
The House committee will hold one more hearing for public testimony.

72 Fusion centers have been set up across the United States. They are funded by the Dept of Homeland Security with a 2009 budget of 274 million dollars. Rep. Brian D. They speak the same leftist, communist language as every communist agitator in history. They abuse their power of communication and free speech to promote lawless hate against law abiding, and freedom loving people nationwide and worldwide.
The reality is that they themselves are the real terrorists. They endorse the radical leftist agenda and threats of taking guns away from law abiding citizens, making everyone dependent upon a socialist or communist police state for their very lives, taking away private ownership of property, destroying freedom of speech and of the press with their so called "hate crimes" legislation, and destroying the most successful document of government ever devised by man and inspired by God, the Constitution for the United States of America, the SUPREME LAW OF THESE UNITED STATES.
These organizations, in effect, don't believe in the Rule of Law. They believe in the rule of men making the rules as they go, and their leader seems to be the person who claims to be the President, while hiding all evidence of his eligibility, and organizing "communities" of lawless street agitators like ACORN and SEIU and other highly paid subversives intent on destroying the rule of law and replacing it with total government control of every facet of your lives.
