Americans aren't U.S. Citizens nor are they "citizens of the United States".  The only time that Americans act as "Citizens" is when they act as "State Citizens" in order to conduct international business for their State of the Union.  

Americans live in nation-states and take their nationality from their State of the Union.  They are Texans, Wisconsinites, New Yorkers, and so on.  

Americans are Parties to the Constitutions, they don't stand under them. Our Federal Employees and their State-of-State franchise employees are the ones that stand under and are obligated to perform under the Constitutions. 

Americans stand under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.  

Americans live in physically defined States of the Union.  They do not inhabit incorporated "states-of-states" that exist only on paper. 

Americans have never owed mortgages. 

Americans have never owed property taxes. 

Americans have never had "Federal Income" and therefore owe no Federal Income Taxes. 

Americans are owed a National Credit equal to the U.S. National Debt, plus any and all interest they have been charged in error on the U.S. National Debt. 

Americans live in a country, not a nation. 

Americans are part of a nation defined as the population of their State of the Union. 

Americans are owed respect of all their Constitutional Guarantees from all their public employees and foreign contractors. 

Americans are not subject to unlawful arrest or bills of attainder. 

Americans are not subject to censorship. 

Americans have freedom of conscience, belief, and religion.  

Americans are owed protection of their "persons" in every jurisdiction -- Lawful Persons on the land, Legal Persons on the sea, LEGAL PERSONS in the jurisdiction of the air -- any and all "persons" in any jurisdiction, anywhere.    

Americans have complete co-contemporaneous general jurisdiction over everything that takes place in this country, on the land, on the sea, and in the air. 

American courts stand over all foreign courts of special and limited jurisdiction, meaning courts of Maritime Commerce and Admiralty and the Administrative tribunals of individual corporations. 

American courts can judge not only the facts of a case, but judge the law under which a case is tried, and if our juries find that a piece of legislation is vague, unfair, or otherwise inappropriate, we can nullify the law that a case is brought under.  

Americans are owed an absolutely huge amount of money and restitution for all the mortgages, taxes, fees, tariffs, and interest that they have been charged, but never owed.  

Americans are owed an equally massive amount as restitution for illegal confiscation of their assets and physical property, silver, gold, land, labor, and interest in businesses seized under false presumptions. 

Americans are owed good faith service from every public employee, elected and appointed and hired to perform, whether those employees are hired under the auspices of a foreign for-profit corporation in the business of providing government services or not.

Americans are not subjects of the British Monarch nor the Pope. 

Americans are not subject to any Public Policies, mandates, or acts of legislation promoted by any commercial or municipal corporation for its officers and employees. 

Americans may be subject to only about eight percent of all Federal Code, which must be published in the Congressional Record to have any effect. 

Americans are only subject to properly published Federal Code if and when those Americans engage in federally regulated activities or voluntarily enter verifiably ceded Federal facilities and enclaves. 

Americans have their own Capitol established in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and their own Congress which is known as The Continental Congress. 

Americans established a special foreign district, known as the District of Columbia, and a foreign Federal Capitol in the District of Columbia, the City of Washington, DC, to expedite the operations of their Federal Subcontractors. 

Americans call the contiguous national soil jurisdiction owed to all their member States by the common name: The United States, when referring to this country.  

Americans call the contiguous land and sea  jurisdiction owed to all their member States by the common name: The United States of America, when operating in international jurisdiction. 

Americans have never incorporated The United States nor The United States of America. 

Americans do not own the foreign incorporated entities that have been infringing on their Good Names, copyrights and trademarks and otherwise operating as the United States, Incorporated, or the United States of America, Incorporated, or the US Corp, Incorporated, or the U.S. Corp, Incorporated, or the USA, Incorporated, or any other version of incorporated entity seeking to represent and impersonate our country and our lawful government, so as to steal our identity and gain access to our credit and assets.  

Americans realize that they have been grossly defrauded, misrepresented, misled, and left without disclosure by their Federal Employees for more than 150 years. 

Americans realize that these same Federal Employees have also been misled by the foreign Principals responsible for their operations. 

Americans don't have and don't use political parties to screen candidates for their Public Offices.  

Americans don't vote in private corporate shareholder elections sponsored by the US, Inc., USA, Inc., or any other foreign corporation. 

Americans don't voluntarily register their babies, their cars, their trucks, or anything else of value for the benefit of any foreign government or corporation; all such coerced and undisclosed registrations stand void for fraud. 

Americans are not subject to marriage licensing, driver licensing, or professional licensing of any kind.

Americans are indemnified, not insured.  

Americans can conduct any business they choose to conduct by issuing a Disclaimer and setting their terms of service; the only exceptions are interstate manufacture, sale, or transport of alcohol, tobacco and firearms as strictly defined.  

Americans operating as unincorporated businesses are not subject to regulation under the interstate commerce clause of any Federal Constitution. 

Americans entering the District of Columbia are aware that they are entering a foreign domain subject to Federal Law and Territorial Code. 

Americans entering the Municipality of Washington, DC, are aware that they are entering a self-declared independent international city-state operating under its own Municipal Code. 

Americans are aware that the Law of the Land applies unilaterally in all locations not specifically and consciously ceded by the States for Federal use.

Americans are aware that their American Government was largely dormant and mostly vacated from 1860 to 1998, and that during this time the Federal Subcontractors ran rampant and roughshod over Americans and American property rights. 

Americans are aware that the Federal Subcontractors reorganized as incorporated entities, US, Inc., USA, Inc., etc., and pulled numerous fraud schemes in Breach of Trust against their American Employers, racking up huge debts, and then committing bankruptcy fraud to offload these debts onto the American Public.   

Americans are aware that the Federal Reserve loans money to the Federal Subcontractors and is not a part of the American Government nor the Federal Government. 

Americans are aware that all the so-called Federal Agencies are hired subcontractors of their own Federal Subcontractors, such that Federal Agencies  do not necessarily recognize the fact that the Americans are ultimately their employers. 

Americans realize that this leads to Federal Agencies being loyal to the Federal Subcontractors instead of being loyal to the American States and People, even though these same Americans pay for their services as well as the services of their Employers. 

Americans are fed up with the usurpation, obfuscation, impersonation, double-dealing, breach of trust, fraud, and violation of service contracts that these incorporated Federal Service providers have promoted. 

Americans have awakened and are assembling their State Governments and bringing them into full Session for the first time in many decades.

Notice to All World Trust Trustees: December 24th 2023

As the only verifiable senior member of Saint Germain's family left on the planet and the only one permitted to stand in the role of Donor, I am appalled by attempts by unauthorized persons to incorporate the St. Germain family trust as part of the publishing business--- the only part of the St. Germain inheritance that was ever allowed to be incorporated. 

The goons in Schaumburg, Illinois, need to be arrested along with all the other British Territorial pirates and undeclared Foreign Agents plying their trade without any permission or authority on the land and soil of Illinois.   

The Will and directions given by Saint Germain himself are clear on this point and the governance of the World Trust is also clear: it is not and may not be incorporated to serve any individual world government, nor any incorporated entity whatsoever. 

Yet, here we are with another year of malfeasance and misadministration and false claims readily apparent and waiting in the doorway, obstructing any progress toward enlightenment or fulfillment.

Even though it is perfectly clear that the World Trust funds are meant to fund unincorporated land jurisdiction governments, we have a whole bunch of nasty, criminal sea jurisdiction corporations poor-mouthing and standing in line, ready to claim that they "represent" the land jurisdiction governments they have usurped against. 

In the name of the von Reitzensteins from then until forever, the World Bank is not authorized to release a penny to any incorporated entity claiming to represent a land jurisdiction government.  

These impostors are identified by their registrations and all World Trust Trustees are prohibited from issuing any World Trust assets or credit in support of these entities by the Will of Saint Germain himself.

We are here to enforce that Will. 

The World Trust is meant to support the needs of living people.  Not dead things. 

The unincorporated governments of the world, including The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of sovereign States, and Ireland, the country, and Italy, the country, and the unincorporated Kingdom of Prussia are eligible for redress and assistance, as well as many smaller unincorporated land jurisdiction governments, but not a penny is to be paid to or for any incorporated government entity at all.   

The willful debts of these incorporated entities will not be discharged using funds from the World Trust this year, so there is no point in them dragging their heels and depending on any World Trust settlement to restore them to solvency.  They are bankrupt and foreclosed and they deserve to be. 

Let every man and woman know that you are heirs and the intended beneficiaries of the World Trust and that those funds are meant to be extended to your lawful government, not to incorporated foreign entities impersonating your lawful government.

You Can "Pull a Vladimir Putin" in Those United States

In fact, it's highly recommended.  It's either you or them, and you get to choose. 

Like everything else, the Con Men have tried to substitute themselves as "the Protected Ones". 

This phrase comes up in all three major jurisdictions -- air, land, and sea. 

In the air, it refers to those who are protected in the End Times, those who will not  suffer a hair on their heads to be damaged.  These are protected by the Angels of the True God; nothing sent against them will succeed. 

On the land, it refers to us, the hapless American people, who are supposed to be internationally protected while our government is purportedly in interregnum.  This is largely the result of Russia's support against Britain's maneuvers and finagling to overcome our sovereignty as well as to pick our pockets clean.  

On the sea, it has been taken to mean (without any authority) the members of the U.S. Territorial Congress, people who, for the most part, don't deserve respect or protection -- especially after mandating that everyone else should be jabbed with genome-altering mRNA injections, but they and their families should be exempt. 

In These United States, we are at peace and have been at peace since 1814, so it would be insupportable to involve our population in any fistacuffs between rival corporations. 

In Those United States, King Charlie's version of "United States" and the Pope's version of "UNITED STATES", both, it's a wild free-for-all with lawlessness and lies, deceit, corruption, debauchery, and blackmail being the order of the day --and criminals running loose in every direction, especially at the Mexican Border and in the District of Columbia.   

Where, then, is the duty of the U.S. (Territorial) Government, realizing that they are operating as paid mercenaries and that although their paycheck comes from the British Municipal Corporation, SERCO, it ultimately comes from us? 

Why, obviously, their duty is to go to the Mexican Border and kick the bejeeszus out of the child traffickers and drug smugglers, and don't forget --  foreign mercenaries and special forces disguised as immigrants.  

The U.S. Army and other mercenary services need to be deployed and used to protect the integrity of this country, just as the Constitutions demand.  Or else they all need pink slips-- and not the nice satin kind. 

So far as These United States are concerned, there is no doubt that this is not only permitted, it is fully allowed and advised to the U.S. Military to deploy all along the Southern Border and turn back any undocumented persons proposing to come ashore.    

It's also permitted for them to access SERCO's servers and determine where all the sleeper cells of foreign mercenaries, arsonists, demolition experts and sharp shooters are housed. 

All those "immigrants" are on SERCO's payroll, too, complete with physical addresses.  Just a different ledger.  They process the pay for the "other team" of mercs as charge backs paid to the Social Security Administration and DHSS. 

So, they are easy to hunt down and deport.  

A kid with high school level skills can hack DOD.  It takes a college student to hack DHSS, but it can be done, and as for SERCO, they just wait and hope that someone will hack them. 

So, why aren't our Constitutional Priorities being addressed by the U.S. Military?  Those few enumerated services that we empowered our subcontractors to perform for us? Like protecting our borders?  And our civilian population? 

Everything else in the western world and much of the east, too, is being charged to our credit, but the ham sandwich we actually ordered isn't forthcoming? 

Why, pray tell?  

Could it be that our erstwhile European Subcontractors, both the brigands hired by the Holy See and those hired by the British Monarchy, are colluding again, against the honest and God-fearing people of the world?  

What precedent would we have for that? 

Only the last 160 years of what we have all actually experienced. 

When asked why the published (but not verified) actions of the Judge Advocate General's Office in presenting military arrest warrants to known criminals working for the Beltway Mob has been so agonizingly slow and useless, the (reported but not verified) reply was that they couldn't "pull a Vladimir Putin" in this country.  

Do they miss the whole point?  They've already pulled things as bad or worse than Putin and on a grander scale. 

The U.S. Military has sat on their rucksacks and oiled their tanks while nearly a million foreign mercenaries have been imported into this country, and teams of those mercenaries have literally blown up our food processing plants, oil refineries, railroads, ports, and occupied "Free Trade Zones" right under the noses of "our" military. 

The European-hired riff-raff now occupy all the Free Trade Zones, which happen to be located at strategically vital transportation and communications hubs-----and the JAG Officers think that hanging a petty bureaucrats for "treason" or even a few dozen of them at a time, is the focus we need for our concern?  The illusion of justice we crave?  

Oh, no, no, no.  What we crave is those SERCO servers penetrated and all the names and faces and addresses disseminated, and all the U.S. Military deployed in a search and arrest operation that needs to make General Pershing's Operation Wetback look like a Sunday School picnic.  

Unlike those poor people whose only sin was to come here without paperwork in the wake of WWI to find a job, these present day "immigrants" came with a violent agenda -- to occupy the Free Trade Zones, and carry out all these other acts of destruction and terrorism on our shores, right under the noses of the  useless U.S. Military, DHS, FBI, CIA and other useless law enforcement and intelligence agencies that consumer billions of "dollars" per year for what? 

"Non-performance" doesn't begin to describe it. 

These non-domestic terrorists are being funded through SERCO via DHSS and Social Security, but other than that childish bit of money laundering, they get paid by SERCO just like the "regular" military.  

They don't even have enough respect for us to try to hide what they are doing and planning; it's just ho-hum, te-deedly-dum and put on a great "show" for the masses in the world coliseum. 

Why do you suppose they keep on using all these theater terms, like "theater of war" and telling you to "enjoy the show"?  

We aren't here to be entertained.  And --- note to the U.S. Military and King Charles III --- that's not why you get a paycheck and requisitions, fellas. 

You get your pay for, among other things, protecting our borders, our assets, and our civilian populations. If you don't do that, you don't deserve a paycheck, respect, contracts, or anything else. 

And if a Great-Grandma from Big Lake, Alaska, can see this plain as day, then, stop a moment and think: 

the rest of the world can see it, too.

Artificial Stimulation

An exhaustive review of developments on this planet reveals a complete inversion of statistical possibility regarding natural acceleration of industrial and technological progress --- meaning that Mankind has been meddled with, again, to its detriment, by foreign influence, which must now be corrected, again. 

The key source of this problem appears to have been coercion and threats from Aryan-sourced traders and others illegally smuggling and also providing advanced technologies under contract, in exchange for food sources and natural resources.

The now-closed interstice portal was the primary access point, but old single-space portals have also been accessed and used for illicit purposes by foreign and military personnel.  This breach of security has resulted in incalculable damage to the biosphere and unnaturally accelerated development.

These smugglers and their associated Artificial Intelligence agents have been increasingly active since the so-called American Civil War and have given rise to religious cults, politically-influenced "science", trade and market manipulation, commodity rigging, monopolies, and other evils, not limited to the modification of natural weather patterns, unbridled industrial pollution, spraying of industrial waste as aerosols, a culture based on lies and lying,

unrecognizable revisionist history, social decay, government corruption, decay of the natural genomes, unlawful hybridization, damage to natural communication, family structures destroyed, and most recently, the weaponization of the health industry.   

These concerns merit immediate action to remove the offenders en masse.  

As our reconnaissance has adequately demonstrated, the recent deployment of mRNA vaccines has served to mask the offenders and distribute false call signals in the general population. It has also stimulated a false biology, making the innocent Third Parties appear to be willing conspirators.

Recalibrate the signal field downward by 8 Hz to reveal the natural signal baseline.  This will be reflected as a weaker secondary signal field still operating in the victims. 

Spare them for recoupment operations to come, and remove the single signal 40 Hz transponders, also the 5G and 6G network pilation transponders deployed in The United States and elsewhere. 

We also recommend closure of the Eastern European, Siberian, and Iberian portals and dissolution of the Houska-Prague and Delphi Seals, as expressed by our Will. 

These recommendations are the result of a long term monitoring and data collection process beginning in 1965 through the present.  

Interference has been detrimental and prolonged; education of the populace has been skewed toward falsehood and ignorance; healthcare has been turned into a mockery; and the world financial sector has been operated by thieves. 

The role of incorporated entities and their misuse for purposes of persecution, forced labor, impersonation, and money laundering is self-evident. 

We recommend the dissolution of the World Economic Forum and removal of all former graduates of their leadership program from positions of government and industry. 

An analysis of all corporate mergers since 2000 is recommended; identification of foreign commercial interests impacting the governments of The United States and China, both, is recommended. 

Analysis of all pension funds and pension fund associations is highly recommended.  Trusts sponsored by the government services providers, such as Mental Health Trusts and Park Trusts, etc., should be analyzed to reveal hidden agendas including commodity manipulation, non-competition contracts, and slush funding. 

Examining all licensing and incorporation practices to ensure compliance with lawful operation requirements is recommended, along with liquidation of offending corporations. 

We will be reviewing field integrity for the next several weeks, during which we hope to see determined and honest correction taking place across the board.

International Public Notice of False Claims

Our government is not absent, gone, or in interregnum. Our country is not the same as any foreign Municipal Corporation named after it. 

Recently, an old newspaper headline article dated 1927 has been circulated as purported "proof" that our country was sold to the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Duponts. Harrimans, and Warburgs. 

The only thing bought or sold then or at any other time was a bankrupt foreign Municipal Corporation named after our country, operating in the District of Columbia, having nothing whatsoever to do with our country or our States of the Union and having no relationship with us, other than being a foreign government service provider under contract. 

Let everyone consider the impact of having your lawn maintenance company go out of business. 

Does this mean that you are out of business, too? 

No. 

It simply means that we have to either do the work ourselves, or find a new service provider.  

This example and dozens more like it, have resulted from the mismanagement of "federal" service providers as incorporated entities.  

The responsibility for this mismanagement and corruption rests on the British Crown, the Holy See, the British Monarch, and those individuals who bought these bankrupt corporations and continued to operate and manage them under False Pretenses. 

This country and its entire population have been grossly dis-served by these federal subcontractors, both the actual Principals and various purported Successors to contracts that they have violated and dishonored under pretenses of mercenary "war" and secret undisclosed registration practices.  

We have called for the liquidation of these Bad Actors for the benefit of those who have been harmed -- the American States and People and similarly impacted countries and nations -- who have suffered the outrages of the incorporated Imperial Raj that has been operating so-called incorporated Territorial (Mercenary) Governments immorally, illegally, and unlawfully here and throughout the world. 

We demand that these corporations be defunded and denied access to any credit of ours, any asset of ours, and any claim for remuneration of services not explicitly stated as part of our Constitutional Agreements. 

This means that we are not paying for defending any country but our own no matter what our erstwhile federal subcontractors claim or advise.  

We are not paying for any open borders policies or other misguided and unrealistic nonsense that our employees have proposed and agreed to. 

We will pay to have our Constitutions honored and nothing else. 

We are hereby serving Notice and Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals, Notice to Principals is Notice to 

Agents. 

George W. Bush had no authority to sign any treaty or other agreement approving any North American Union or Open Borders Policy for this country.  His authority extended only to trade agreements and trade agreements do not extend to our national borders and similar subject matter. 

Likewise Joe Biden can commit himself and his employees of the White House Office, Inc., to the recent WHO "treaties", but he has no authority to commit this country or its people to any such regime, and we do not recognize sea treaties as being binding upon anyone but the corporations engaged in making them.  

We hold the General Jurisdiction and contemporaneous authority and we directly countermand all such agreements adversely impacting our country, our resources, and our population. 

If the British Territorial Subcontractor wishes to continue in existence, they need to close our borders and round up all the unlawfully present undocumented immigrants without further delay.  We authorize this expenditure and similar expenditures in support of our national security and our constitutional government.

Stand Up the Four Pillars

This is a message for the Coordinators, the Assemblies, the Assembly members, and all those looking at Assembly membership.  

All over this country, millions of people have awakened to the point that they know something is wrong.

You are among the blessed few who can help lead them and this country through this crisis. 

First, you have to correct your own public records and reclaim your birthright political status as an American.  Otherwise, you will be counted as a foreign "Dual Citizen" -- both a British Subject and a Municipal Subject of Rome, and have no standing to enforce the Constitutions. 

Second, you need to join your State Assembly and get it organized.  As you come together with other people who are declared as State Nationals of your State of the Union, you achieve General Assembly status. 

Then, out of the General Assembly membership, you form three smaller groups that perform special functions: the Jural Assembly that runs the State Courts, the State Assembly Militia, and the International Business Assembly. 

Third, you begin operating your State, providing services and access to the State Government for the people living in your State, and participating as one of the member States of the Union.  

And that's it.  This is what self-governance requires. 

Many individuals have gotten off track studying Federal Code and Municipal Code and IRS Code and State-of-State Statutes, but virtually none of this applies to Joe Average American. 

Others want to endlessly study the Constitutions. Our Federal and State-of-State Employees live under the Constitutions and need to know them --- and we need to know them in order to enforce these contracts on our employees --- but Americans don't live under the Constitutions. Americans live under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.

Others want to get embroiled in politics and political elections.  They want to talk about Trump v Biden, but, again, that has nothing to do with you. Those are private shareholder elections for offices in District of Columbia Municipal Corporations. 

Stop mistaking the United States Government for the American Government.  They are two completely different things. 

Stop wasting your time and energy learning their system.  Learn your own system, instead. 

Stop wasting effort on setting up trusts for yourselves and filing liens.

We have already done that and reclaimed back this entire country and everything in it for the States and the people who live here. 

Our claims are cured.  Our trusts both public and private are in place. Our Wills, both public and private, are in place.  Our indemnity bond to conduct business is in place. Our state immunity is in place. 

So there is nothing more for you to do, EXCEPT -- steps 1,2,3  above: (1) correct your own political status records; (2) join your State Assembly and get it organized; and (3) run your State of the Union from now on. 

Concentrate on knowing your part, and doing your part, and everything else falls in place. Stand up the Four Pillars and let nothing else distract you or take up your time.
