Nine Strikes and They Are Out

In a normal game of baseball or softball, you get three chances to hit the ball with your bat.  

If you swing and miss the ball, it's called a "strike". 

If you do this three times, you lose your turn and have to go sit down on the bench. This is called being "out" --- out of action, out of play.  

So--- three strikes and you are out.  

By my count, the FBI has had at least nine strikes, and it is still padding around acting "as" a "law enforcement agency".  

Let me translate: "law enforcement agency"---

The business of "law enforcement" involves private security agents working for incorporated businesses to enforce corporation policies, which are a form of "private law".  Such private security agents may or may not also be tasked and able to enforce Public Law, or that duty may be left to their individual discretion. 

Let's use the first and most famous example of law enforcement activities on our soil --- the Pinkerton Agents who were hired and allowed to work in this country on behalf of the Railroad Barons, to provide security for trains, passengers, and cargo in transit within the railroad right of way boundaries.  

These were private security agents hired by corporations to prevent crime against those corporations and their clients within a narrowly defined international jurisdiction.  

Because the railroad corridors are in international jurisdiction, the Railroad Barons were free to hire an English Security Company, the Pinkerton Agency, to do this work.  Thus, we had Limeys riding our trains and shooting it out with the likes of the James Gang and patrolling our railyards and wheel house and station facilities. 

This decision to allow the corporations to hire their own -- in this case, foreign security guards -- was fiercely debated in Congress, first of all because the work was going to Brits, and second of all because it posed a possible national security risk (what if the Brits seized control of our rail corridors?) and third, because "law enforcement" is a known Slippery Slope. 

Once you allow corporations to employ hired private security forces, you are only a step away from gangs of thugs putting up barriers in mountain passes and robbing people for the local king (or corporation). 

Let's put the nature of "the FBI" as exactly the same kind of "Agency" engaged in private law enforcement activities into the spotlight.  

Like the Pinkertons, FBI personnel are foreign "Agents" involved in providing "law enforcement" for corporations, and they are working in a private security capacity. They aren't part of our government at all and have no granted authority related to our actual government.  They are Subcontractors working for Subcontractors working for Subcontractors.  

The FBI is owned and operated by yet another corporation that does business under the name "THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT"  which is a Municipal Corporation Holding Company that also runs dozens of other such agency businesses including the BLM.   

In our little analogy, "THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT" occupies the same slot as the Railroad Corporations did in 1879, and the "FBI" are direct kin to the Pinkertons, only they are employed to protect the interests of "THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT" and all the corporations sheltering under its wings, instead of the Railroad Corporations. 

Do you all begin to see a problem with this arrangement?  

Consider that "the FBI" is operating under color of law and giving everyone the mistaken idea that they are part of the government, our government, that is --- and that they are a Public Agency, when in fact there is nothing "Public" about the FBI at all, and their services shouldn't be paid for with public funds and their services should not be directed by some unknown, unauthorized, un-elected, and unaccountable foreign Municipal Corporation merely calling itself "THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT".  

This is the "Agency" crappola that has been passed off on the American people --- together with the cost of it --- ever since FDR.  And it is all fraudulent. It is all done under color of law.  It is all private and self-interested. And it is all foreign.  Not an American "Agency" in the bunch. 

Just for an example-- both the BLM and the FBI are owned and operated by "THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT"---incorporated, that is.  

Do you remember the famous Malheur National Wildlife Refuge stand-off, where Americans had the audacity to occupy their own property and tell the BLM to stand down?  

Do you remember that the FBI, a "sister" organization to the BLM, both owned and operated by the same foreign Municipal Corporation dba "THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT" deliberately lied to the Judges in that case?  Repeatedly?  

They did the same thing in the Bundy Case --- and make no mistake, the Bundy Family and their friends were targeted and were in danger of being murdered in cold-blood by these cretins who were, at the same time, taking their paychecks and buying their guns and upgrading their vehicles directly out of the Bundy's wallets.  

The FBI also influenced the local Sheriff's Departments and State Police to set up the ambush and road block that resulted in the deliberate cold-blooded murder of LaVoy Finicum. 

Evidence suggests that an FBI Agent fired the first shot--- just fired it in the air, so that all the other numbnutz would think they were being fired upon--and would predictably fire on LaVoy, who was standing there innocent as the flowers in May, hands up in the air, trying to draw fire away from his family trapped and terrified in the car behind him.  

It was the FBI at Ruby Ridge, too. 

And here, we have another example of the FBI at work, protecting the USPS, another sister corporation:

Mr. Trump can't fire the FBI yet, because he isn't the President of the United States, Incorporated --- no one is anymore; and, the Municipal assets including the FBI, Inc., that are subject to the latest bankruptcy and public trust fraud carnival haven't yet reverted to the Equitable Title Holder -- "the" United States of America, Inc., --- but they will.  

When the process is complete and the Municipally-held assets revert to Territorial Government control, let me suggest that it is more than past time to completely dismantle FDR's corrupt "Agency System" and fire the FBI? 

And get rid of "THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT" INC. too.   Together with the IRS and BATF and all the rest of the "color of law" Alphabet Soup hanger-ons that have been misdirected and used as "private security forces" to commit fraud and crime against the States and People.  

Just think of Janet Reno atop a tank, merrily firing at American families who were helpless inside the Branch Davidian Compound, murdered in cold-blood in Waco, Texas.  Nearly eighty innocent people were killed there.  Think of flame throwers that we paid for, being used to burn little children alive in the arms of their dying Mothers--- and understand that what you were seeing was the BATF and allied corporate interests -- private Municipal Corporations -- engaged in mercenary warfare against their own employers, on our own soil.  

Unarmed Americans. Murdered in broad daylight on national television. 

And deluded people so stupid, so clueless, that they were cheering Janet Reno on and waving American flags as it happened.   

The same basic thing happened on September 11, 2001.  Corporations engaged in mercenary warfare, killing innocent people for their own gain, and then using private law enforcement and agencies acting under color of law to cover it up for them. 

It's time for the worthless and criminally misdirected FBI to go tits up, along with THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT corporation that is responsible for misdirecting the FBI.  Permanently. Nine strikes and out. 

It's time for the hypocritical, useless "US MARSHALS SERVICE" to be replaced by organizations that do know what their job is and what we pay them for. 

Ditto the DOJ, the BATF, the IRS, the whole kit and kaboodle of them. 

And all the vicious, criminal, deceitful, self-interested traitors who stood in the shadows and acted as the Boards of Governors, and Boards of Trustees, and Boards of Directors, the "Commissions" of this and that, and the "Councils of Government" ----  all these manufactured out of thin air, misdirected and often criminal enterprises, all of which have been operated under color of law and conditions of fraud -- they all need to fill the jails and prisons up to the top, overflowing and brimming over. 

All the people like Schaeffer Cox, convicted of "thought crimes" by these same criminals, need to be set free, free to rejoin their families and rebuild their homes and take up their lives again.  

And the families of those murdered by these vermin, including the families impacted by 9/11, need to be compensated ---with their damages taken straight out of the assets of the corporations responsible. 

When Grandma takes out the mop and bucket, you'd better believe that the house is going to get scoured down to the grout.  After we drain the swamp, we're going to clean the barn, and then the house.

Just Stop

There are people out there deliberately trying to undermine our Assemblies. They are doing this to benefit themselves financially and politically. The chief troublemakers are "The Reign of the Heavens Society" and Kim Goguen's "LIFE FORCE" organization and Russell J. Gould's PARSE SYNTAX crowd.

These groups accuse me of being a "Vatican Agent" because I gave the Pope's employees Notice and Due Process to stop their improper activities.

What would you have me do? Sit still and let the Inquisition continue to operate undisturbed by any protest of moral conscience and law?

Yes, I freely admit that for seven (7) years, I wrote to thousands of bureaucrats all over the world in the name of Pope Benedict XVI and told them that what they were doing was fraudulent, unlawful, and had to end.

To get the flavor of this correspondence (which often involved multiple letters and Due Process) read the very first Article on my website, www.annavonreitz.com. entitled "Letter to Cardinal George" --- the late Cardinal in charge of Chicago, Illinois.

To get a full account of how and why I undertook this work, read my book, Disclosure 101. There's nothing held back. Nothing "secret". In fact, the more you know about the effort made for you and for your sakes, the better.

These were not feel-good letters. These were wake up letters. The message they carried was simple enough --- all is not well in the church nor in the world at large, and you have a responsibility. You are part of the problem. You have to make corrections.

In a way, I am still spreading this same message to the entire world, both inside and outside the Church.

All is not well. All is not going to be well. Until you wake up and deal with the actual and factual problems in an honest and realistic way, things will only get worse. I told that to Cardinal George and I tell it to you, too.

That is not as comforting as an elitist fairytale spread by the Reign of the Heavens Society--- which is part of the Goddess worship cult. Dig into what they are offering and you will learn:

1. They stole their structure and all the credible bits of their program from Frank O'Collins, a voluntarily defrocked Roman Catholic priest who turned away from the evils of the Church and tried to create a different and better hierarchy, a sort of Utopia which Frank called "Ucadia".

The Reign of the Heavens Society stole Frank's ideas and words, twisted them, and presented the perverse, self-aggrandizing and plagiarized result as their own product.

2. They steal their member's identities and the value of their birthright trusts.

3. They promote elitism, teaching their cult members that they are the Chosen.

4. They lie about the origin of their claims to be "The United States of America"--- when what they are really claiming is that they own what is left of the Scottish Interloper doing business as "The United States of America"----Incorporated. This was a commercial corporation that went bankrupt in 1906, and because they bought some memorabilia left over from that criminal misadventure, they are claiming to own America.

I will leave it to your own good sense to discern the truth amid the lies, and figure out that any organization that makes its living by lying and acting as a secretive predator against the interests of its own members is only carrying on the same tradition of everything we have suffered so far.

Then there is Kim Goguen, an AI interface chosen by Marduk himself, to continue as his Successor and hold the power to block access to literally thousands of what they call "Legacy Trusts" ---- these are historical trusts of various kinds --- family trusts, treaty trusts, business trusts, etc., that belong to living people and sovereign nations all over the world.

And it's Kim's assigned job to sit on them and their assets like Smaug the Dragon, and never let any of the actual owners have access to their assets.

That's Kim's actual role. She's the Bank Trustee of all Bank Trustees.

So what is a Bank Trustee? Ah.... well, you see, when people deposit actual assets like gold coins in a bank, those assets become a liability for the bank, because the bank is responsible for keeping them safe.

The bank, in self-defense against this liability, creates a bank trust and places a bank trustee over the trust assets. This is done in-house, so that the bank has a layer of insulation against claims and a specific person is responsible for locking up those assets.

Meet Kim Goguen.

Instead of being the savior, she's the ogre. And anyone chosen by Marduk to do anything should immediately raise your suspicions, because Marduk was not a nice "man" by any stretch of the imagination.

She has recently formed yet another corporation called "LIFE FORCE" which she claims is going all over the world performing deeds of derring-do. If so, it's the same as Blackwater's performance and having the same effect.

Anyone who isn't part of the "accepted infrastructure" gets attacked and the end effect is that nothing is improved and nothing moves forward, though she says it is. I'm sorry, but I have eyes and ears upon the world, too, and not one of the things that she has claimed about "LIFE FORCE" has turned out to be true.

Oh, I wish there was some well-funded, professional anti-crime elite force out there protecting us all against the Powers of Evil, but there's not. And what she's doing in claiming that there is, just makes the situation all that much more dangerous--- because it gives people false hope and keeps them from doing what they can do to protect themselves and their families right here and now.

A third disinformation effort is the whole PARSE SYNTAX scam being promoted by Robert Horton, an "ex" (???) Army Psyops operative, and Russell J. Gould -- which upon closer examination turns out to be another exercise in DOG LATIN, the latest iteration of a 1500 year-old fraud scheme fully detailed as "The Justinian Deception" ---look it up--- because it was invented by the Roman Emperor Justinian.

We are awash in a sea of fraud and fraudsters, so you have to use your own Shinola Sensor and Common Sense. Here are some pointers:

1. If it sounds too good to be true, it's probably bushwah.

2. If it offers to take care of you and give you money, it's probably bushwah -- unless there is a solid, rational basis like the National Credit to fund it.

3. If it bases its claims on any entity or organization that is incorporated, it's bushwah by definition--- which knocks out all three of the above.

No sovereign entity in the history of the world has ever been incorporated. Period.

And only sovereign entities have the standing, right, and power to act as national governments.

Thanks to accidents of fate, our States of the Union are still standing as sovereign entities in their own right. Claim yours now.

Get started working for and on something that is honest, solid, in your control, and verifiably sovereign --- not controlled by some foreign power. Not another corporation. Not another song and dance. Not some weird quasi-religious cult.

Your State of the Union is yours, but you have to own up to the job of claiming, caring for, and running it. You have to bear the responsibility of self-governance to have the right of independence.

I realize that this is not an easy task or a comforting vision of an airy-fairy world where the "good" meritocracy (chosen by someone else) takes care of your needs and tells you what to do from dawn to midnight.

The vision I offer you involves hard and largely unpaid work, commitment, logic, a knowledge of history and law, and ultimately, freedom. Freedom of mind and heart and action, freedom to access your own assets, freedom to live and die according to your own vision.

So, when you hear the vicious gossip and the siren songs --- just stop. Evaluate for yourselves. And then make a choice.

If you want to join the Reign of the Heavens Society --- go. Get out of our Assemblies and stay out.

If you want to use Russell J. Gould's personally copyrighted PARSE SYNTAX and fall under his control and "law" --- hop to it. Again, get out of our Assemblies and stay out.

And if you want to help the Bank Trustee continue to withhold and control your assets by joining LIFE FORCE, be my guest. Just know that there is going to be a reckoning of those accounts, and you might be on the wrong side of it. Go, by all means, and don't let the screen door hit you.

If anyone in your Assemblies gets seduced into these or similar "efforts" --- show them the door, ask them to turn in their State Credentials, and be firm. This is a "goats to the left, sheep to the right" situation.

You can't be unincorporated and sovereign and be incorporated at the same time.

So split the sheets with these persons and make no apologies about doing so. They have the right to believe lies and fairytales, and to turn away from the work and responsibility we offer. But in doing so, they also lose the rights and political status that goes with the work and responsibility.

And so, let it be that those who stand upon the land and who honor the true God, shall be separated from those who drift upon the sea and become ensnared in the Kingdom of Satan. Let those of us who can discern such things be in it, but not of it, and serve to save and restore those who will be saved.

The rest we cannot account for.

Scorecard and the End of Nancy Pelosi --- and Joe Biden

Nancy's relatives own Scorecard, the program used to "flip" vote tallies, as shown in real time in this video.  Just pay attention and you will literally see how positive votes for Trump were instantly converted into votes for Biden in exactly the same amounts:

They and their friends who work for CISA, the so-called Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency ---- yet another of the ubiquitous and thoroughly unauthorized "Agency" Subcontractors on the Papist Municipal Government payroll, are caught red-handed in the act, and they are now desperately engaged in damage control.  

It's not going to work. 

They took the bait, did the deed, and they are going to pay for it.  

The penalty for willful election fraud in this country is fifty (50) years in prison.

Even with time off for good behavior, Nancy and Chuckie and Joey and probably even young Kammi and all their pals are going to time-out in striped pajamas. 

The moment Biden foolishly declared victory, he "enforced" the fraud.  And that sets off an entire chain of event reactions that leave him and those with him liable for their actions. 

The election for the office of "President of the United States" was patently fraudulent due to the nature of the Municipal bankruptcy (Chapter 7) and its settlement two days after the Election; there is no valid Municipal Office left to occupy, and we have called them on it.  

They won't be able to finesse an unobserved "succession" and we are not assuming any contracts involving Joe Biden or Ms. Harris.

The other election for the Office of President of the United States of America was valid, but, by law, the only people eligible to vote in that election are the U.S. Citizens.  Don't believe me?  Look at their corporate By-Laws published as their Fourteenth Amendment and maintained as their private law since 1868.   

It's a felony level crime for Municipal citizens of the United States to vote in Territorial elections, so the issue of "legal ballots" versus "every ballot" does become an urgent matter of concern.  Millions of foreign unauthorized ballots have been cast by Municipal citizens of the United States in the Territorial United States election, seeking to put their unseated Municipal candidate in possession of the Territorial Office. 

Put simply, they've attempted a Bait and Switch, only using the Offices involved instead of the candidates.  

They may or may not have elected Joe Biden to be "President of the United States" --- an office that disappeared along with the UNITED STATES, INC., two days later. 

But they have definitely attempted to use this as an excuse to claim that they won the Office of the President of the United States of America, too --- an Office belonging to a separate Territorial corporation that has different rules for counting ballots. 

The election for the President of the United States of America just happens to be a closed election.  

Municipal citizens of the United States aren't supposed to be participating in it at all, and simply from the total number of ballots cast, President Trump has iron-clad proof that a monstrous amount of voter fraud occurred. 

He doesn't even have to argue it.  All he has to do is show the total number of ballots cast and it is self-evident that massive numbers of Municipal citizens crossed the line, committed the crime, and did indeed act as foreign agents trying to influence the Territorial Election. 

Forget about Russian collusion.  Forget about Chinese collusion.  

Isn't it ironic that the very people who have been screaming for four years about foreign governments trying to influence these elections, have been caught in the act, doing precisely that?  

LOL.  As I have often told you, the Satanists follow a strict modus operandi. They always accuse the other guy of doing what they are in fact doing themselves. 

And now, President Trump has them squarely cornered in a trap of their own making.  And we have them flat on the floor, by refusing to contract with their new version of Municipal Corporation.  

It doesn't matter who our Municipal Employees elected to lead them.  They don't have a contract.   

It's all over but the shouting and the arrests.

The Meaning of The Doctrine of Scarcity

I have often commented on the evil and paradoxical nature of The Doctrine of Scarcity, which makes depriving and impoverishing people unnecessarily into a virtue and allows such vicious and premeditated deprivation to be exercised "for their own good".

This is very much in the barbaric and kinky tradition of flagellation, the "subduing of the flesh"--- but not one's own flesh in this case; no, in this case, it's the purposeful enslavement, crippling, castration, and cruel impoverishment of other people's bodies and minds. For no sane reason, but the greed, licentiousness, elitism, and cruelty embedded in the Roman Curia which is 95% at fault for promoting Corporate Feudalism as a replacement for Colonialism.

We all finally woke up and recognized the evils of Colonialism for what they are, so they turned right around and ginned up an even worse version of the same predatory, unjust, and unjustifiable system wearing a different suit of clothes.

As I have said before, these people are diabolical, but not creative. They find a schtick that works and they play it in different variations, over and over and over again:

PARSE SYNTAX is just a rehash of the DOG LATIN fraud promoted by the Roman Emperor Justinian and Empress Theodosia 1500 years ago.

The "name style" frauds they have employed against all of us, were popular in the 1840's and 1850's.

The Cestui Que Vie Trust scams first started in the 1660's.

And the "Special Purpose Vehicle" fraud being run by "the" United States Department of Transportation got its start as an insurance fraud scam involving bottomry bonds on non-existent ships named after individual people.

The Pillar and the Post of King Solomon's day has been replaced by the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, both of which are owned and operated by the same Holding Company.

And the Inquisition is still acting as the Bankruptcy Trustee of fraudulent public trusts that they created and named after each one of us.

There's a reason that there is "nothing new under the sun". It's because these cretins have been allowed to get away with their stock and trade by recycling it.

They just wait a few decades and start the same old nasty scheme somewhere else, in a different corner of the world, and play it for all it's worth again. And again. And again.

They are up to their same tricks again, only this time, the target (besides "the" US) --is China.

And as usual, they are singing their diabolical siren song of gold, gold, gold.

Oh, they promise they will make China rich and powerful beyond the wildest dreams of the pettiest and greediest bureaucrats --- and as usual, they propose to do this using other people's assets.

In return for giving the Chinese access to other people's credit and other people's gold, they expect the Chinese military to act as their Protectors and Enforcers.

Sound familiar? The Hessians? The Americans? And now the Chinese?

It's the same old bunk, different day. Same old pattern of stealing and abusing and moving on. Meet the new Boss, same as the old Boss.... and just look up at the sky and pray..... that we don't get fooled again.

The only way all this nonsense works is by deluding unwary people. It's all always the same. Burn the books and hide the history. Feed a false narrative and keep the victims entertained so that they miss the sleights of hand--- don't notice that the names are written in a different style, don't notice the rising prices, don't notice that records have become registrations.

False Gods forbid that anyone ever notice that "insurance" is nothing but legalized gambling, that money is a sham and a false idol, whether you make it out of plastic or paper or gold, or that Corporate Feudalism is just a new wrapping for Feudalism and Colonialism combined.

But perhaps I am still not getting through to you? Perhaps the grit of this is still not adding up to "the dirt" for you? Here's as fine a summation of the situation as I have ever found, from King Farouk:

"To begin, one must first understand that the current global financial system is intentionally constructed to be detrimental to mankind, to stifle creativity through financial fear and debt slavery."

And we must overcome this. We must see through it. We must create a much brighter day, cut free of superstition, deceit, ego, and selfishness. We have to stop falling for the same old carnival sideshow tricks and finally come to grips with the tricksters themselves----and put an end to it, once and for all.

Accept All Gifts. Waive All Benefits

People always want simple Silver Bullet answers to everything.  Those are in short supply, but there are a few such cures.  

One of the Silver Bullets that can and should be used to defend yourselves is, "I accept all gifts and waive all benefits." 

That simple phrase puts the nail in the heart of all the adhesion contracts that can be thrown at you, everything from Social Security to birth certificates and Driver Licenses and Marriage Licenses, CARES Act Payments masquerading as bankruptcy settlements, and all the rest of the presumptions, assumptions, and suppositions that go with them.

Poof. 

What's an "adhesion contract" you ask?  It's basically an illegal contract that some nogoodnik is trying to attach to you.  

The classic example is the unwanted magazine subscription.  Free three month trial.  And if you continue to accept delivery the fourth month, you just bought a two year subscription to "Fanny Pack", plus a bonus of six more magazine subscriptions for the low, low price of only $19.95 each..... and just look at the wonderful periodicals you receive with this offer?  Cake Decorating Monthly, Fat Cats (about overweight felines), Motoring Without Wheels (a journal for slightly confused hiking  enthusiasts).....Field and Buffet (a magazine about vegetables you never heard of)....

An adhesion contract sells you crap you don't want or need and obligates you to do things that you don't want to do.  And that is the whole point of it. 

If you stop a moment and think about it, it is easy to recognize a Driver License as an adhesion contract --- 90% of us aren't actually drivers, don't use the public roads for any commercial purpose resulting in private profit, our automobiles aren't really "motor vehicles" as defined by any Motor Vehicle Code, either, and don't really have to be "registered" --- but the vermin coerce you into their jurisdiction under color of law and the proof of your obligation and status as a "resident" in their jurisdiction is what they demand from you the moment they illegally detain you under pretense that there is an "emergency" going on: the Driver License they gifted you with for only $49.95, plus shipping and handling. 

Let's not forget the free Cap Snaffler.   

So, when you receive an earnings dividend from a retirement insurance account in the Social Security program that you paid into and (in)vested in, is it a dividend, a gift, or a benefit? 

It's an iffy trick question, because while you paid for a portion of it, your employer paid for part of it, and the Federales contributed tax shelters to it, so at the end of the day, a Social Security check can be considered all three, but from the legal perspective, the only correct answer is --- it's a gift. 

It has to be a gift, because if it isn't a gift, it's evidence of crime against you and your employers, both.  

So, naturally, if we don't want to get into a big dogfight with our Territorial Employees, we accept all their gifts. That Driver License in your pocket?  It's a gift.  The clearinghouse certificate masquerading as a "Birth Certificate"?  It's a gift. Your Federal Employees gave all this stuff to you. Free gratis. 

How nice of them, right?  

So you claim it was given to you as a gift, and you accept it as a gift.  And because you accept it as a gift --- not a benefit --- it comes to you with no strings attached. The adhesion contract loses its glue. 

Obviously, you are not responsible for what some fictional Territorial or Municipal person might do, once you realize that JOHN RAYMOND SEACORD isn't you.  

But why waive all benefits?  Doesn't everyone want to be the beneficiary?  Judging from the number of people who claim to be beneficiaries of one thing or another, it's the second most popular profession in the world, but....

No, in this case, it literally is more blessed to give than to receive. The position of power in every case is that of Donor, not Beneficiary. 

A "benefit" is a payment or trade or gift made in equitable consideration of dependency contracts that you don't want to be part of.  

You don't want to be misidentified as a Federal Dependent and suffer all the obligations that that political status entails, so you don't want to have or hold onto any "benefits" --- which is why you waive them as benefits and accept them as gifts. 

Aw, isn't it sweet of them to give you all this stuff?  It's almost like Christmas. 

Almost.  

I can hear my Sister, Em, saying, "My Lord, is there any end to this double-speak?" 

We are, unfortunately, surrounded by a sea of it, thanks mainly to the members of the Bar Associations, but take heart. You can de-fang claims of contractual obligation and dependency, both, with just a few simple words: "I accept all gifts and waive all benefits."

A Change in Mindset

Of all the things I have in my arsenal of "Wake Them Up" observations, the one that seems to catch in the minds and heart of people all over the world is simply this ---- why are you being terrorized by your own employees?  

These people are on your payroll.  So how is it, that you are living in fear of your employees and taking orders from them, instead of them taking their orders from you?  

My Mother used to call such a situation "bassackwards".  

The tail is wagging the dog.  The framework of things is upside down.  

The public employees are defining their own job duties, specifying what they will do, how they will do it, how much they will do, how much they will charge, and fighting among themselves for a bigger piece of the pie, right in front of our noses. 

It's like we, the Employers, aren't even in the room, aren't part of the equation. 

There's a reason for that.  Our government hasn't been in Session for decades. 

So our employees kinda-sorta forgot about our existence, grabbed the bit in their teeth, and have been running the show without us --- at our expense. 

Along the way, many of our public employees have become arrogant and crooked and abusive.  Entire subcontracting "Agencies" have gone rogue and had their job duties redefined by political party hacks in ways that completely invalidate their role. 

The U.S. Marshals advertise that their mandate is to uphold the Constitutions, but in actual fact, when you call upon them to protect you and your guarantees, they will tell you that isn't their job.   

The FBI doesn't prosecute money laundering, counterfeiting, interstate bank fraud, or human trafficking.  If you ask them, they will tell you that they don't do that and they don't know who does. 

The CIA thinks that its role is to lie to everyone about everything all the time. They even brag about their primary role as disinformation agents, "merchants of doubt" and purveyors of confusion.  They go around the country to police academies teaching courses on "How to Lie".  No joke. 

The DOJ thinks that its primary job is to protect the government corporations at all costs, even if that means trampling on the American people, lying to Congress, suppressing exculpatory evidence, and failing to prosecute known criminals. 

The BLM thinks its job is to protect the Parks and public land from the people who own both -- and to charge the actual owners up the wazoo for the "privilege" of accessing their own resources. 

And so on and on it goes.  That's what happens when you let subcontractors define their own jobs and make their own "administrative rules" as if these were laws and pass on the consequences (and the bills) to you.  

About now, you should be shifting in your chair and thinking -- something has to be done about this.... and immediately after that, you will be thinking --- but I am just one little ole grandma in Puxatony....what can I do? 

You can change your mindset. 

You can declare your proper birthright political status, you can record it, and you can join your actual State Assembly as an Employer.  You can show up for work and take on the job of self-governance.  You can tell your Employees what to do and how you want it done--- and you don't have to go begging to anyone else to do that for you. 

Imagine that?  You can present yourself.  You don't have to give away your proxy.  You have no need to be "represented".  And you can mow your own lawn, too, if you have to. 

When is the last time, if ever, that you sat down and thought about the concept of self-governance?  And when is the last time, if ever, that you engaged in the process of self-governance?  

Yet, this is supposed to be a self-governing, independent nation.  

How do you think that is going to happen if the Employers never show up to work?  If the Employers let their Employees and even the subcontractors of their Employees run wild and do whatever they want, according to whatever personal and political prejudices they may have, whose fault is it?  

The answer to the question  --- why are you being terrorized by your own employees? --- is staring at you from the bathroom mirror every morning.  

Even after people wake up, even after they come to terms with the necessity of reclaiming their birthright political status and join their State Assembly, many are still confused and looking around for someone else to blame or take orders from. 

Self-governance doesn't work like that. 

You aren't being served by a government.  You are the government.  There is nobody else to blame. There's nobody to take orders from. There's just work to do, and decisions to be made, and functions to be organized. 

We receive many complaints from people who are disoriented as they begin the process of self-governance, because it hasn't sunk in that they are responsible for governing their own lives, their own counties, their own States of the Union---and their own public employees, too. 

These folks keep looking around for someone to do their bidding and exercise their will for them, and they are invariably disappointed when they find out that there is nobody here but us chickens, and that we have to do this for ourselves, for our own sakes, and for our children.  

The right to self-govern doesn't just fall out of the sky.  Rights always come with responsibilities and challenges attached.  Doing our own work is part of it. 

Once you accept those challenges something magical happens. You find  freedom and security again, and you also find that you are not alone.  There are other Employers in the world, and as they come forward and join the State Assembly, the dog starts wagging its own tail again.

This is going to the Supreme Court where they will rule that the election is invalid due to fraud or mistakes on a countrywide scale.  It will go one of two ways:  either they will rule that all the unconstitutional mail-in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point, it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote.  This is where it gets good.  The house/congress votes on who the President will be. It has nothing to do with what party has power. Every state gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans and 19 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines - they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution - and the Senate votes for the Vice-President where a similar event will take place.  This is The law.  This is why the Democrats are so mad at Nancy Pelosi. This will all happen in January. The only way President Trump won’t be President is if he concedes the election and that will never happen.   So stop watching the fake news and don’t let your heart be troubled and live your life knowing this will all work out.  

President Trump will remain President.   

I have researched all of this and it is Fact!

Another fun fact:  they call Gore the President Elect for 30 days in 2000

 until the courts ruled against him and declared Bush the winner. 

And two people that were part of that decision were none other then the new Supreme Court Justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.
