Who is your Twin? That's not public information.
Why aren't you together? It was never possible because I was already married and I loved my husband.
Why isn't he coming forward to help you now? He is a Navy Seal, thankfully, retired. He helps as he can, but he has never been in the public and doesn't want to be.
Why is he in pain? He has health issues that cause him physical pain. Like me, he is a survivor of child abuse and still has wounds from that. Unlike me, he wasn't lucky in love. He has never found the peaceful family life he wanted and deserved, so he is alone and in pain and struggling to live.
Are you the reason he is in pain? No. I help him bear it all, as best I can.
But now that Jim is gone....? Jim was never the obstacle. My love for Jim and our Son was the obstacle. My sense of honor and responsibility was the obstacle. My Twin felt betrayed emotionally, even though he understood intellectually. That left more scars and confusion.
You said Twins are often very different from each other. How are you different from your Twin? We are different in almost all respects.
(1) I was born a klutz. I have very poor eye-hand coordination. I am not physically strong. In all these respects, he is the exact opposite.
(2) I'm very fair-skinned; he has a swarthy Mediterranean complexion. I have pale blue eyes. His eyes are almost black.
(3) Different religious backgrounds.
(4) Different skills: He is a man of action, I am a woman of thought.
(5) I shepherd money carefully. He spends like a drunken sailor.
(6) Different ages. He is younger. I'm older.
(7) Different social cadres. He is military from the cradle.
(8) He grew up in exotic locales. I grew up on a farm in Wisconsin.
(9) He is deeply creative, even artistic. I am an engineer at heart.
It is a complete and utter fluke of fate that we ever met.
Twin resonance is abundant in nature, but still very rarely encountered, because -- apart from paired electromagnetic resonance -- the Twins are typically very different people.
You would never look at my Twin and think that he had anything in common with me. Not in a million years.
Still, whether we like it or not, whether it is convenient or not, whether it is socially acceptable or not, we can "hear" each other's heartbeat over thousands of miles. We can communicate in ways that are deemed impossible.
And, viewed from a slightly different perspective, it makes sense that my Twin would be a Navy Seal or other breed of ferocious warrior.
Imagine the courage it took for me to stand up and face off the Pope and Washington, DC, and the whole British Empire?
And even my "betrayal" of my Twin -- which was to stay the course with Jim and honor the love I had for him, makes perfect sense --- because my Twin is exactly the same kind of knothead, a man who has stood on his own firing lines and held his place no matter what.
