A Public Official, or, Merely Pretending to Be?

One of the problems I have with believing any of the reports of people being arrested and tried at Gitmo and elsewhere is that certain fundamental premises don't make sense.  

Here is a case in point, following fast upon the heels of our analysis of King John I's private ability to contract versus public ability to contract.

According to the Narrative, United States Navy personnel, particularly the JAG (Judge Advocate General) Command, have been rounding up various members of the former and present political Administrations and subjecting them to various charges and sentences, up to and including capital punishment for treason.  

The stated rationale for this is that these people are "public officials" but a closer inspection reveals that this is not true; they may have occupied vacant Public Offices, but that does not make them legitimate Public Officials -- especially not without their contractual acceptances. 

As impersonators, does the charge of "treason" even apply?  

People engaged in parody and theater productions and even con games seldom rise to the level of capital crimes, and though I appreciate the spirit of the thing, it does rather reek of killing the scapegoats that have been hired to promote the fictional narrative -- many of whom may actually believe that they are public officials and have no idea otherwise. 

The distinction between being elected in a political election sponsored by a municipal or commercial corporation and being elected in an actual Public Election may be lost on Joe Average or Joe Biden, for that matter, but not on us, the actual Americans who are Foreign Sovereigns, not Sovereign Citizens.  

LOL.

It's been over 160 years since we had actual Public Elections in this country, 160 years since we sent delegations of Fiduciary Deputies from all the States to our capitol in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  

It's also been that long since our American Federal Subcontractors sent delegations of properly informed Representatives to the Federal Capitol in Washington, DC. 

How are these poor vermin supposed to know that they lack any authority?  That they are just pawns in a play? That they are occupying foreign corporate offices and foisting them off as Public Offices? 

True, they have evinced neither good sense nor conscience in their roles.  True, they have created  gross public endangerment in the name of their profit seeking.  True, they have betrayed the best interests of this country and our people.  True, they are scum overall and their performances stink.... but.... are they "Public Officials" or merely imposters playing the role of Public Officials? 

Does this play-acting amount to Treason? Where do they incur the liability of Public Office, as they are occupying similarly-named private corporate offices instead? 

And as imposters or skilled actors, either one, do they have the liability commensurate with capital punishment?  

If JAG is actually arresting and imprisoning and executing all these politicians and bureaucrats, as a Justice, I have to ask --- on what grounds are these phonies being tried?  

They aren't "Public Officials" according to any definition of the words I am familiar with. 

They don't have a Public Bond or a Public Oath. 

And what "Enemy" are they aiding and abetting or colluding with for profit? 

Sure, corporations have "enemies" in the sense of rival corporations, selling different services and products, etc., but is it proper to style such commercial and political rivals as "Enemies" in the sense invoked throughout the War Powers Act, Title 50, of the Federal Code? 

It's more like gunning down a house cat and pretending it's a tiger. 

Slaughtering numerous nobodies and leaving the actual criminals intact doesn't serve anyone's best interests. And doesn't fulfill the duty owed to our government.  

Without an actual and properly declared war in evidence, it's difficult to see how anyone invokes Title 50 with a straight face.  

"Wars" against poverty, drugs, and general clueless ignorance are equally absurd, and "treason" based on such "wars" is even more ridiculous. 

Come to that, upon what basis in Law or Fact does Title 50 and its claim of "War Powers" rest?  No such war powers were ever granted to our Federal Subcontractors by the people of our States, so we naturally wonder upon what basis these undelegated "powers" can be presumed to exist? 

Should I stand up and start stamping my feet and claim that a mouse scampering across the toe of my shoe is an "emergency"?  And then, should I claim that I have "war powers" against this rodent, when it's not my rodent, not my house, and not even my shoe (it turns out it was borrowed)?  

And then, should I start screaming "Treason!" at the property manager I hired to maintain this vacant property? 

A rodent it may be.  Scum it may be.  A vaudeville comedian escaped from the silver screen maybe, or even an Agent of Darkness, but wherein do any of these characters owe the liability of treason?  

I suppose an actor, like John Wilkes Booth, could be charged with Treason if he killed an actual American President; but, what if he killed a man pretending to be our President, a man who was actually committing treason against our country and who was actually working for a foreign power -- in this case, British Territorial interests?  

Then, it is a Twisted Tale, and murder it may be, but not treason.  

History and logic provides that Abraham Lincoln, a Bar Attorney prohibited from holding our Presidential Office, usurped upon it and seemed to occupy our Public Office without actually doing so. 

Was he committing Treason? 

In what sense could our own British Territorial United States Government contractor be considered a foreign Enemy as contemplated under the War Powers Act? And if so, with whom were they colluding, as in aiding and abetting? 

Let's go back to Benedict Arnold.  He was a General in the Continental Army.  He betrayed his commission and oath.  He held the office and rank and wore the uniform. He betrayed his command and his commander in favor of England, a declared and recognized Enemy that he conspired with in exchange for payola. 

That is treason.  

But what in the murky swamp of the current day compares with that?  We have municipal and commercial corporations and their shareholder elections resulting in their corporation "Presidents" substituting themselves for our actual Public Elections and Public Officials --- so how can corporations pretend that their fisticuffs rise to the level of --or even address-- the issue of treason? 

If there is any treason to be had, it appears that it lies in the pretense that these private corporate elections are Public Elections and that these corporations are our government and that these elected corporation officers are "Public Officials". 

If so, which "public" do they serve?  And to whom and to which "public" do the JAG Officers owe their allegiance and service?  

Ours or theirs?  

They appear to be working on the HMS AMERICA and aiding and abetting incorporated entities that are bent on usurping against our actual government, while whacking and hanging all these petty civil servants who are working for other run amok corporations and accusing them of "treason".  

Treason implies betrayal of a lawful government, in this case, our lawful government, which presumes the existence of Public Officials capable of committing treason. 

Not that I am defending or weeping over the end of such "luminaries" as those reported among the dead at Gitmo, it's more a matter of plain old jurisprudence rearing its head. 

Treason requires: (1) Public Election of Public Officials or appointment of Commissioned Officers by duly elected Public Officials; (2) liability for the elected Public Offices and Commissions held under oath, bond, and/or public affirmation; (3) betrayal of that elected Public Office or Commission especially in collusion with Foreign Governments for monetary reward or emoluments. 

Henry Kissinger, George H.W. Bush, Colin Powell, and Norman Schwarzkopf being knighted by the late Queen--- knighthood from a foreign government is an emolument and payment from that foreign government for their service is monetary reward.

That is treason -- if these men ever occupied an American Government Office at all, but the facts indicate that they didn't; they only pretended to.

There are no Public Offices left in America, except in our State Assemblies and in a few stubborn Counties scattered across the landscape, holding on from days of yore, preventing any claim of exclusive legislative jurisdiction.  

God bless them forever.  They've held on, without even knowing why it was important. 

When we examine the Law and the Facts, there are no bonded Public Offices left and no Public Oaths of Office, either, related to our lawful government.   

All these jokers, first to last, working for either one or both of the Municipal Corporations located in the District of Columbia, or the various franchises thereof, are operating as Free Agents and the only sort of election they have endured is a private shareholder election sponsored by private political parties. 

And that's the logical limit of their liability, too. 

So I hate to throw cold water on those who are hot to trot and convict all these vermin of treason, but it is not possible to convict people of treason when they hold no liability for the crime. 

Unlawful conversion is the crime that they are guilty of, and that is a capital crime similar to cattle rustling; however, both the British Territorial United States and the Municipal United States Government are guilty of unlawful conversion against their loyal Employers, the clueless Americans. 

And both need forgiveness-- amnesty-- to survive this. 

Otherwise, we will be stuck with the nasty duty of arresting millions of people for pulling a giant Confidence Racket -- a Sting that most of them are unaware of-- and which in itself is not a capital crime and not treason. 

We will also be stuck prosecuting -- to the death -- a few thousand wiseguy masterminds, mainly old CIA and DIA spooks, like [Opium] Poppy Bush, crooked Generals, and worse Admirals, who thought they were really cute for sucking up to the Order of the Garter. 

These people aren't worth the effort and the blood and the karma; they aren't worth spitting on. 

It's far more important to nail their organizations to the barn door and foreclose their assets.  

Defund them and cut their access to all their money laundering bank partners and subsidiary corporation partners, like the United States Government, Inc. umbrella and all its brand-holder franchises--- the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Bureau of Land Management, et alia, for starters.

Come on, America. Come on home, Mamas.  You got some real house cleaning to do.

Answer to Australia and Everyone Else

We recorded our UCC claims against the parent companies and the franchises and against FRANCISCUS and QUEEN ELIZABETH II, etc., which includes all the Australia, Inc and AUSTRALIA, INC. franchises, which were all set up under our "vacated" government --- a nice hole for swamp rats and swindlers and squatters to inhabit, but not populate, which is the crucial understanding.  

All you have to do, is get your own people declared, recorded, and published on the land and soil --- and you can do that via the Global Family Land Recording and Publishing System or via publication in local newspapers and bulletin boards --- any means by which you can reasonably serve Public Notice of your chosen political status --- and boot up your customary Assemblies to take charge of things. 

As soon as we have a lawful government operated by the living people and their Lawful Persons in Australia, we are more than willing and ready to bequeath the assets of these corporations to you and in the meantime, are setting up the Global Family accounts for everyone individually, which should help a great deal in getting the Assemblies settled. 

Each one of you has a dual interest in assets there in Australia -- there is all your private stuff, your land and homes and businesses, and all your public stuff -- parks, roads, docks, arsenals, etc., that actually belong to you.  

Whether you know it or not, you operate under your own Lawful Name when it comes to claiming these private and public assets for your benefit--- and this Lawful Name looks exactly like the British Territorial Legal Name.  

The Lawful Name Andrew Wilfred Right looks exactly the same as the Legal Name Andrew Wilfred Right. 

This is how they have confused things and made it appear that you were choosing to live as a British Territorial and be subject to all their demands, versus choosing to live as Australian Nationals with no such obligations. 

They can only get away with it as long as you remain asleep and fail to declare and record and publish your actual choice of political status. 

When you make it clear that you are operating in your Lawful capacity, it's game over. 

The only reason we claimed everything is that the rats are our debtors and so, we claimed their assets and the assets of their franchises, too, which includes those corporations that had stolen title to all your assets, also.  

We haven't done this to steal anything from anyone at all.  We've done it to get our own nuggies out of the wringer and claiming everything was all we could do at the time --- so, get everyone up to date on what has happened, have everyone claim their birthright estate as Australians, inheritors of the land and soil of Australia and all other derivative interests on sea and in the air as well. 

No need to do anything with UCC, because we already claimed everything and threw it into two trusts, one public, one private --- and so, it's just a matter of dealing with us to get your assets assigned back to you and your lawful government. 

The same applies to all other impacted countries, peoples, and lawful governments. 

Please note: most of the people on this planet have been reduced to being defined as "humans" and when that wasn't enough, have been further denigrated and redefined as Genetically Modified Organisms upon being "vaccinated" and are deemed to be owned by corporate patent holders.  

This gross enslavement scheme has impacted most of the countries and the living people, who are in fact the owners and underwriters of all these renegade corporations.  

Anyway, no need to worry and fret about all the legalistic nonsense.  We did the work and have your backs and are just waiting for the rest of you to wake  up and declare your proper political status as living people and Lawful Persons known as Australians, Japanese, Italians, Germans, Poles, and so on. 

As soon as you get yourselves properly declared you can enjoy the return of your seized-upon assets and credit --- and as soon as you boot up your traditional and customary government for the land and soil jurisdiction, you can get back control of your public assets, too.  

So don't let the screen door hit your rump on the way out to let the phony British Territorial "government" corporation know that you are home again and in your right mind and ready to receive back everything they stole from you, plus interest.

International Public Notice -- The Mistaken Schism

****It has been extraordinarily difficult to get this Notice posted in entirety.  In the interests of properly demonstrating King John I's ability to contract for himself versus his inability to contract for England as a whole, we have amended this Notice, and are now sending the Amended Notice a second time:**** 

Key to all the illusions and delusions is the misunderstanding of what the "crown" is, and whether or not King John "acting as" King of England, had the right to sign and enforce his apparent Concession to Pope Innocent III, all those centuries ago? 

And the answer is, yes, he did have the right to sign it with respect to himself and his limited Papal Office, but not with respect to England as a whole.  

The grant of the Earth to Mankind is immutable and cannot be rescinded or changed or altered in any manner at all. It stands as fact, confirmed by Universal Law, and can only be altered by violating Universal Law. 

This is also reflected in the Biblical Record that Christians, Muslims, and Jews all claim to believe, as an Express Trust vouchsafed to Mankind in The Book of Genesis, and such an Express Trust cannot be altered or redefined or reinterpreted by anyone.  

If the Roman Catholics claim, copyright, and believe The Bible, then the Express Trust of the Creator which granted the Earth and the dominion thereof to Mankind cannot be redefined or reinterpreted as pertaining to Humans instead --- not by anyone, not even the Pope. 

Yes, the grant is to living men, not "persons" -- that is, humans, instead.

It's ours--- all of us.  Forever. 

Now, we get to the Norman Conquest, which began in 1066 A.D. and ended in 1087 A.D. with the Settlement of the Norman Conquest by a Will, another Express Trust. 

It was the Great Work of William, that is, Guillaume of Normandy, to utterly destroy any possibility of there ever being another singular King standing on the land jurisdiction of England. 

At most, there could be an elected "King of Kings", a Corporate Office, severed from the Land and Soil except -- in some instances, for their own holdings, but certainly severed in the case of King John and his progeny. 

Immediately upon seizing the land that he was owed by birthright and by agreement of Edward the Confessor (who among other things, "confessed" -- another word for "admitted"-- that William was the rightful King), William engaged in an excruciatingly detailed inventory of exactly what he had conquered.  

Having considered the problem of England throughout his lifetime, William determined that the best way of ending all the mischief England caused was to divide it up, minutely, into separate little kingdoms, and to mix the land grants of these kingdoms into each other, so that all the neighbors would have good reason to live at peace with each other. 

Thus, the grant of Shrewsbury to the ancestral and hereditary Lords, the Talbots, was not simply a grant of Shrewsbury and surrounds as one might imagine, but included sundry other parts and parcels scattered like islands in land belonging to other Lords. 

Each one of these oddly distributed kingdoms was granted without limitation so that each one of the faithful French Barons became a sovereign in their own right in England, on their own parcels of land, vouchsafed to them by the only rightful owner of it. 

And thanks to the fastidious inventory, absolutely all of England was surveyed and accounted for, so that not as much as a dock remained unsecured. 

As a final safeguard, William the Conqueror, who ruled not only as a King by military conquest, but as the lawful heir from before Roman times, disinherited all his own children, so that they should have no interest in England at all. 

England was to be most truly and permanently conquered by the self-interest of all his Barons, forever maintaining their own interest in their own kingdoms. Their self-interest was to be moderated by the scattering of their holdings, one into the other, so that access to and enjoyment of their holdings was interdependent.  Finally, by removing the inheritance from his own children, William sealed his scheme to permanently subdue the megalomania of England and entrusted it to fate.  

William's claim to England, which was admitted or "confessed", by Edward the Confessor, derived from the westward migration of the pagan Celts and in land holdings and familial relationships carried forward through the Roman Empire and through the Dark Ages into his own relatively modern times. We see the advent of Christianity into this particular pagan family as a record preserved in the stories about King Arthur, but having this particular impact some centuries later. 

William wore his crown in England under different terms than the Anglo-Saxon Kings; William owned it all by rightful inheritance -- privately -- quite apart from any later-created public office as a Sovereign owing any Crown lands to Rome.  William also ruled by military conquest, which is again, a private condition, not subject to political offices conferred by foreign powers. 

So what William put in place, as well as what he denied being put in place, established what he most desired -- the division and permanent conquest of England. 

He granted the land of England as a written Express Trust, known as a Will, and he left nothing to be interpreted; thanks to his extensive inventory and explicit language, the Settlement of the Norman Conquest was set in stone. 

And it has required all the wiles and guile of the Successors of the Roman Empire to make it appear otherwise.  

Now, let's look at the Crown, which is granted by the Pope, and which is an emblem of a political and spiritual office--- with rights and responsibilities dictated by the Pope. 

Obviously, the Crown belongs to the Grantor and is granted to the Grantee; it was given to King John I as the Overseer of the Commonwealth lands of the Pope in England, and the true, fundamental Crown of England is a peculiarly Christian office and emblem attached firmly to the Roman Catholic Church and the common wealth land possessions in England that later became Commonwealth (Crown) lands upon being added to the Aeterni Regis Trust, around three hundred years after the Norman Conquest. 

It was the original "common wealth lands" belonging to the Church that King John I was "King" of, as he was forever precluded from inheriting land in England, and in that capacity, he was always a vassal and agent of the Church of Rome. Never anything else. 

A great deal of scholarly supposition, mainly by Roman Catholics, has attached to the "Concession" written and signed by King John I promising that he would yield his Crown to Pope Innocent III if he or his kingdom ever broke the pledges made in the Concession ---giving this an unwarranted importance and unjustifiable meaning.  

King John established this Concession admitting his utter dependency and the dependency of his Crown on the Pope and the Church -- which is, of course, true, as he was only acting as an Overseer of Commonwealth lands gifted to the Church by former rulers.

A year later, he broke his apparent pledge to Rome by signing the Magna Carta.  He had no contractual escape from this, either, as he, himself, owned no land in England and couldn't bind those who did. 

Immediately after that, he was obligated to yield his Crown back to Pope Innocent III by operation of his prior contract, and again, forced to pay tax to rent his crown and regalia back. 

And all of this was over what?  His political and spiritual office as Overseer of the Pope's Commonwealth land in England. 

The reason that the Magna Carta has stood for the better part of a thousand years is that all of this has been understood by the Heirs of the Norman Settlement in England, and from time to time, enforced, as it no doubt will be again. 

The only true monarchs are the Heirs of the Norman Settlement, because they are the only living men and women who actually own the land by direct grant from the lawful inheritor -- and one must have earned a true claim to land to have standing as a sovereign.   

The Pope's interest remains what it always has been-- the enjoyment, care, benefit, and upkeep of the gifts of land bequeathed to the Church as "common wealth" to be developed for the provision of relief to the poor, the ill, and the indigent. 

The Pope never had anything to say about any of the other land holdings in England and it is merely a deceit and presumption to assume that he does, however it may be maintained and asserted by his appointees, agents, and officers.   

It follows that "King" John I, as the Pope's Agent overseeing the Commonwealth lands, owed his Crown to the Pope, and that Crown was emblematic of a political and spiritual Office being exercised in an agency capacity and did not imply any direct land ownership by John. 

The land and soil of England already belonged to the Norman Barons, which is why John was obligated to agree to the Magna Carta on all lands not belonging to the Church.  

Much later, of course, John's Successors weaseled around the Christian obligations of the Christian Crown, created new offices and new crowns for themselves in the international jurisdiction of the sea and the global jurisdiction of the air --- which they have used to promulgate war and every kind of evil, simply by evading the Christian Crown and it's constitutional obligations ever since the reign of Queen Anne in the early 1700's. 

We detailed the surreptitious abdication of Elizabeth II as described in Regina v. JAH (John Anthony Hill) and also the recent "coronation" of Charles III that bypassed the Christian Crown and ceremony entirely.

The Church has pulled similar evasions by operating under the pagan Office of the Roman Pontiff instead of the ministerial office of the Bishop of Rome. 

This corruption and evasion and pretense has so far contributed to political and social and cultural decay that we have lawless governmental service corporations merely acting "as" governments engaged in wars for profit, illegal occupation of independent countries, and franchise corporations used to impersonate living people and trample the natural rights of living men, destroying the order of creation and the natural resources of the Earth --- all under the supposed authority of a substituted and foreign crown, exercised by a mere agent of the Pope and Popes operating as Roman Pontiffs. 

As we've seen, the Crown of England is completely legless unless operated by the actual owner of the Commonwealth lands, the Pope, and they do not constitute a kingdom, but are rather a gift estate that was later included in the Aeterni Regis Trust. 

Now, we are additionally treated to the spectacle of this landless, legless "authority" undermining the lives and biology and genetic integrity of billions of people throughout the world.  

 

The Templars, exorcised from the Church under the demand of Pope Clement V for their obedience, have been the agents of the "Secular Church" run by the Roman Pontiff out of the Inner City of London since the 1100's when all of this, and -- not coincidentally, the collection of the "income tax" to pay for Crusades and the whole insanity of killing for Jesus began -- while the Knights of Malta have been the "left hand" of the Order and supplied the interlocking trust directorates and military coordination -- still appearing, like the "right hand" Hospitaliers, to be within the Church.  

It is all a bunch of venal self-interested fraud by business interests seducing the Church; and, all having no more foundation in spiritual law or any other kind of law, than the distribution of confetti thrown into a rising wind. 

No wonder Pope Benedict XVI was so anxious to dissolve the Romanus Pontifex land trust and distribute its assets to his tribal cronies, and also anxious to dissolve the Office of the Roman Pontiff as of 2011. 

No wonder, either, that the loyal Jesuit Bergolio was ordered to undertake the functions of the Office of the Roman Pontiff while wearing the vestments and name of "Pope Francis" and at the same time, the Christian and ministerial Office of the Bishop of Rome was retained by Benedict XVI and taken to his grave, so as to very quietly and permanently bury it. 

We are not deceived.  The Archbishops and Cardinals and members of the Roman Curia cannot claim ignorance, either. 

We know why King Charles III is no lawful King of England, and cannot be, just as his Mother, Elizabeth II was never a lawful Queen, and was instead obliged to sit on the Chair of the Estates. 

We also know why Pope Francis is no Pope and not the Bishop of Rome and not acting in any Christian Office or capacity at all. 

Finally, we know why we are not bound by any of this nonsense, and why those who subscribe to it are by definition either victims or criminals. 

This criminality was brought to us all by that Old Deceiver, that two-headed Snake cast down upon us ages ago, known as Imagination and Belief -- which William the Conqueror defeated with flat-footed acumen. 

Just as Edward the Confessor confessed the truth that William of Normandy was the right-wise King of England, William the Conqueror didn't conquer by armed might alone, but by knowledge of land law and his own lineage, and by shrewd calculation of the nature of men. 

William knew and we should know that our base nature is never owned, but only guided, that the physical world is passing through our hands, but the spirit is everlasting, with virtue and vice entwined until the final conquest.   

William trusted the greed and arrogance of his nobles to enforce one against the other, and their mutual self-interest to eventually breed peace in England -- a country that has been at war within itself and in the world abroad long before the days of Julius Caesar. 

It is to William's shrewdness and to Natural Law that we owe our victories in this Apocalypse, and which allows us to forestall any further consequence.  We are not bound to relive history that we have not forgotten, nor have we forgotten who and what we are; we simply slumbered for a time, and are now awake. 

Awaken, men and women, to the idiocy of the beliefs being foisted upon you, which lead you to imagine that you are a name, that you are in the presence of overpopulation in the midst of a population collapse, and that a harmless natural gas is responsible for ongoing environmental catastrophes caused by malice and avarice.

Or worse, lead you to believe that contracts apply to babies in their cradles, and that the debts of dead things accrue to living men, and that Express Trusts can be redefined or overcome by ignorance and prejudice. 

This and much else people have believed in, and subscribed to, is nothing more or less than lies and webs of purposeful deceit--- phantoms of imagination akin to nightmares which must come to rest and be dismissed like shadows fleeing the rising day.

The sovereignty of England is not vested in a Papal Crown of any sort; and insomuch as a portion of the government of England has been allowed to the Christian Crown, that government failed upon its abdication, over 300 years ago.  

Whereupon, we Americans issued the default and declared our own sovereignty and issued our Sovereign Letters Patent, effective November 4th 2015, with no objection from Pope Francis or the then-Queen, as they did not and cannot inhabit our jurisdictions, and must fall silent as things come before the Living God owed all actual, natural, and general jurisdiction. 

We have established our lineage and provenance and evidence of our blood and have recorded and published our claim in public and in private via Ecclesiastical Deed Poll; we have placed liens in the air, on the sea, and on the land upon all the Guilty Parties and their charters and franchises; we have claimed all their debts and interest as our credit; all their systems of weights and measures, money and currency, surveys and inventories, taxes and tariffs, all apparatus of the so-called corporate governments, as owed to us, the living, and similar to our ancestor, William of Normandy, we have established our Express Trusts both Public and private to contain these assets and ultimately distribute them back to the rightful owners -- the living people and their lawful governments.  

Most recently, we have moved to foreclose upon these cured claims and liens, and served Notice at the highest levels of our action. 

It is our understanding that the land and soil of England has been preserved by similar claims entered by Ivan Talbot, the Hereditary Lord High Steward of England, and the land and soil of Germany -- that area defined as Germany prior to World War I -- including but not limited to what is now Germany and Poland, has been preserved and bequeathed to the living people of these countries by claims entered on their behalf by Prince Friedrich of the Kingdom of Prussia just before his untimely death.  All other assets lawfully and legally belonging to these and other countries which we have claimed or entered double-claims upon, are to be returned to the living people and to the administration of their lawful governments as soon as these governments are organized and able to administer their assets and affairs. 

Until then, they remain under our care.

Throughout this long struggle of truth against lies and fact against fiction, there have been many good people sacrificed to the unliving and unnatural "gods" of Mammon, Molloch, and Baal -- which are, in the end, creatures of imagination, bereft of any power we have not given them.  

We are united in our awakened state and empowered by the force of life itself to declare and dismiss the falsehood under which we have labored and the deceit that has been used to entrap, enslave, and defraud generations of men upon the Earth. 

We declare, we proclaim, and we insist that our nature as living men and women stands above all idols, all offices, all political distinctions, all merely imagined things; that we have and we hold and we claim and we possess, severally and together, everything of value that we are and which exists as a natural or man-made or human-constructed resource of this Earth --- and nothing we have created in any jurisdiction or capacity whatsoever stands above us. 

We are the value invested in all things, the consciousness gifted and enlivened by love to manifest the truth and to give meaning to the physical reality, to husband the Earth, to experience the depth and breadth and height of all existence within temporal reality.  

We pledge nothing to dead things, to offices we have created ourselves, to conventions we have hitherto allowed, to obedience we never owed, to scraps of cloth that we ourselves endowed, to laws we did not espouse and which were not imposed on us by creation itself, but were invented by deluded and tormented souls alienated from themselves and from the Earth and from us as well.  

Into the Abyss of Errors, Mistakes, Sins, Deceits, Lies, False Powers, False Identities, and False Claims made by False Things and False Offices, we consign the acts of impersonation and acts of manipulation and acts of legislation that have been used to harm all living beings and force war upon the Earth.  

Ours is a shared and common destiny of love, abundance, freedom and compassion, one in which the common good underlies the good of each one of us, and the good of each one of us underlies the common good in return, in an endless cycle of giving and receiving that cannot be measured or quantified, reduced to territories or mere symbols of value.  

We refuse, we disallow, we do not grant nor delegate any power to anyone or to any thing to monetize our living flesh nor to establish estimates upon it except for damages to the whole that together we create, which is apart from any true value being claimed, for the true value of a man's energy and life and inspiration are unknown and are gifts to him alone; likewise, we do not allow nor grant nor delegate any power to place a value on our time on Earth, to tax our energy, to govern our minds, to force our performance of any public duty apart from not harming others and not harming their property, to enfranchise us as corporations, to abuse us as objects, to separate us from mankind, to pollute or alter our genome, to in any way, shape, form, or in any jurisdiction intrude upon our rightful peace, to trespass on our property, to confiscate or entrust our assets, to offer to contract with us without full disclosure, to assume any contract, or enforce any contract lacking any of the seven (7) elements of lawful contracts, or to in any other way impose upon us via unlawful bills of attainder, unlawful powers of arrest, unlawful claims of war powers, or any other merely legal claim of contract, interest, or  enforceable right against us.  

To ourselves and our principles we remain true, and to the truth we remain aligned; with our mutual and several determinations, we reserve unto ourselves, severally and collectively, all rights, titles, and interest in the gifts we have each received, and we accept our inheritance both public and private, freed of any unjust or unrealistic claim.

We return our gratitude and love, our due diligence and our service, to the true and loving and living God, in consideration of the gifts of life and love and energy and experience and the honest education we have received.

International Public Notice -- Iteration of Error Consequences

To briefly review: 

Pope Boniface VIII squarely identified the subject matter of the Unam Sanctam Trust as "human creatures" meaning legal fictions created by man, not living men created by God. 

Both the Church and Law make an absolute distinction between the divine nature of man created by God and the secular nature of "persons" and corporations created by men.  

The Unam Sanctam Trust as expressed by Pope Boniface VIII was never intended to address mankind, the living divine creations of God, but was instead directly concerned with "hue-mans" -- legal fiction persons and corporations created by men. 

During the administration of Pope Nicholas V, over a hundred years later, a fundamental error occurred and the Express Trust created by Pope Boniface VIII was misinterpreted to apply to living men, specifically to Saracen-Turks and "other non-Christians" who were to be bound to "perpetual enslavement". 

It was this fundamental error, misinterpreting the purpose and subject matter of the Unam Sanctam Trust, that has led to all the other problems including the Church's unsavory role in enslavement and the slave trade as a means to enrich itself and its European Monarch cronies. 

This same error persisted and expanded upon iteration in subsequent generations so as to deny the divine birthright of living men and women to own the land and soil of the Earth already bequeathed to them by their Creator. 

Both the Damnation Corruption that misinterpreted and overstepped any authority vested in the Unam Sanctam Trust, and which resulted in condemning living men and treating them as things -- mere "hue-mans" and Legal Fictions separated from their divine origin---- and all similar errors and mistakes, known as sins in the jurisdiction of the air, all resulting from the reiteration of this gross error, are similarly null and void. 

The nature of an Express Trust cannot be changed or violated by subsequent additions and deletions proposed by others; it can only be defiled by their ignorance and redefinitions, resulting in the misuse and misadministration of the trust, which is exactly what has happened both then and now. 

Pope Nicholas V arbitrarily redefined living men he hated, the Saracen-Turks--- who are nonetheless divine creations---  as "hue-mans" -- creatures of the mind created by men, so as to obtain legalistic authority to condemn them via this unlawful conversion to a condition of  "perpetual enslavement".  

Pope Nicholas V's "redefinition" is simply a lie and in no way alters the nature of the Saracen-Turks as divine creations and living men; rather, this lie has transformed the Roman Catholic Church and the associated European Monarchs into a dishonest coterie of liars and thieves bent on the enslavement and destruction of the divine creation. 

This first Great Lie reduced mankind to the level of humans.  

The second reiteration of this Great Lie in the present day seeks to further reduce humans to the level of patented and invented things, Genetically Modified Organisms, owned by commercial corporations and municipal investors. 

We are here to remind the Catholic Church Fathers and their associates in the Roman Curia that their own position in life depends on respecting the limits of their jurisdiction, which they have grotesquely overstepped in their endless search for profit. 

It is not given to them to redefine divine creation as something different and less than what it is.

The Living God gave the Saracen-Turks their form and substance and life, not Pope Nicholas V. 

A similar uncorrected Error has resulted in the illicit trading of "souls" on secretive stock markets resembling casinos -- this is another egregious, unrepented Error, in which they pretend to trade upon assets that are not now and never were theirs. 

Having reduced Man to Hue-man, the Church and its Allies have further attempted to "salvage" the parts of the wreck they have caused, and tried to hide the perverse logic of their repugnant claims against the substance and authority of the divine creation.  

In Judaism the soul is regarded in three parts, the Nephesh, the Neshamah, and the Ruach. The early Church adopted the same basis for defining the soul. 

The Nephesh represents the animal energy of desires and instincts most closely allied to and suffused in the flesh and the autonomic nervous system. This is our bodily energy. 

The Neshamah is the literal "breath" that God delivered to each one of us to create the life of the unique and sentient self. 

The Ruach is the "wind of God" similar in concept to the Holy Spirit. It is this "breath" that resurrected the dry bones in Ezekial's vision, and which appeared at Pentecost. 

At the Council of Trent, baptism was redefined. 

The original custom of baptism signifying a first washing away of sin initiated by the Sinner's own repentance, was redefined as an agreement to enter the jurisdiction of the sea, and an excuse to seize upon the Nephesh -- that part of the soul held in common with the animals. 

This bodily energy, which is what we use to perform work of all kinds, is what they claim to own via the current process of baptism.  To legalize this, they give the victim a baptismal certificate, but no explanation of what they have actually done. This promotes the idea that the victim has entered a private contract in maritime jurisdiction guaranteeing the value of their labor to the Church whether it be Catholic or Protestant.  

These contracts are undisclosed and deliberately misrepresented so that the victims could never imagine that baptizing their baby would result in gifting his lifetime labor to either the Catholic or the Protestant Church, for the benefit of the Roman Pontiff or the British Monarch, respectively. 

This is what happens when you incorporate a Church. The "religion" they espouse is then changed to the religion of profit, of Baphomet, and Molloch, and Baal.

They pretend to offer a baptism affording forgiveness of sin, but they've changed the definition of "baptism" and played a Bait and Switch. Now you get lifetime peonage, instead. 

And this is how the entire blood-money system of Federal Reserve Notes is backed, on the labor stolen from babies in their cradles and parents believing that baptism is a religious sacrament. 

This is a gross fraud and it results in multiple forms of harm inflicted on the divine creation. 

To justify their actions, and "legalize" them, the so-called Secular Church has Cede and Company (acting for the Catholics) positioned inside the Depository Trust Company (acting for the Protestants) and they set up trust accounts naming the victims as the beneficiaries of a series of bonds issued in their names, but of course, the victims are never told a word about any of this chicanery and their own forced "investment" in this system.  

The primary asset in this account is a Labor Bond for child labor under the Miller Act, issued by the Department of the Treasury, and then, ten derivative bonds created by the Social Security Administration, after you've been coerced and misdirected to tax yourself to provide pensions for federal workers and misidentified yourself as a federal worker -- even though you get no paycheck from the federal government, and this is considered a gift tax.  

Isn't it sweet of our colluding religious institutions, to entrap and enslave their congregants using the sacrament of baptism conveniently redefined as a maritime contract? 

They've been getting away with this and variations of it ever since the days of King Henry the Eighth. 

We think it is clear where this process of redefinition without disclosure leads, and also the corruption and unjust enrichment it spreads. 

When each of these bonds mature, they are supposed to pay their victims the face value of the bond, plus interest, but as nobody was ever told about all these cozy arrangements, the funds are pocketed by the banks that own the DTC and now the DTTC, and split with the Federal Reserve. 

Those who catch on are given "DTC Direct Participant" status and are obliged to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement--- and are paid off. 

All this crime and fraud, all this outlawed enslavement and peonage, all this deceit and racketeering, illegal impersonation, all of it, goes back to the information discussed in our several prior International Public Notices including the Three Crowns Final Summation and Damnation Corruption Notices. 

By serving Notice on the entire incorporated world, our lawful Government is shining the light on this fetid corner of European History and calling for both religious institutional reform and reform of the guilty governments. 

We have foreclosed upon the assets of these corporations, and hereby present our second demand for the  immediate lawful conversion of all incorporated and chartered entities that have profited from these schemes in Breach of Trust, Breach of Sacrament, Breach of Social Contracts, and Violation of Commercial Service Contracts, too. 

The proceeds from the surreptitiously imposed bonds must be returned to the living people plus interest; all taxation related to these criminal activities must cease; the books and account ledgers of all alleged tax and mortgage cases must be set aside in favor of the beneficiaries and paid off with bond income. 

All purported debts imposed upon the living in the name of dead things must be set aside and the books must be balanced, odious debts must be discharged, and the Way opened for the divine creation to thrive, free of corporate parasites.

Those who, prompted by hatred of the divine creation and greed, have attempted to debase humanity and steal its gifts, to thwart the meaning of the Unam Sanctam Trust, and to exalt themselves as rulers over the victims of their deceit, must be removed from any position of trust or honor and prevented from ever again holding any kind of office. 

Likewise, those who have deceived the Public and coerced and forced people to accept mRNA injections deliberately misrepresented as vaccines, must pay the price of their own evil and iniquity. They will receive their own medicine as their reward. 

The season of the Great Fraud has come and it has gone upon the Earth; we are here to witness its demise, to heal the pain and trauma it has caused, to recognize its ways and means so that they cannot be re-employed in some other, however distant time.
