UN CORP -- A Message for Davos

This message is especially important for the Vatican Chancery Court and the United Nations as a whole, but it is directed to all the billionaire business elite tycoons gathered in Davos, Switzerland.

The UN CORP chartered in Vichy France in 1943, during World War II, founded by French and Belgian Nazis --- is a real problem for you, the United Nations Organization.

First, the WHO side of the World Health Organization is caught bilking the World Bank on Pandemic Bonds and contributing to the false pandemic narrative in exchange for kickbacks from the vaccine manufacturers.

Second, NATO is caught with its member's hands in the Ukraine putsch and later, the development of all sorts of illegal bioweapon research and production facilities in Ukraine.

Third, we have discovered all sorts of adrenochrome "factories" operating on mothballed DOD properties scattered throughout The United States --- complete with manifests for the "missing" children.

WHO, NATO, DOD --- three Bad Actors and all connected to the UN CORP.

It is now clear exactly who and what the "enemy" of all mankind is.

And, to everyone's surprise, it's the very people who should be happiest, the ones who sit at the top of the pyramid, who have nothing in the world to worry about or wish for, who are causing all this turmoil, criminality, and grief.

The US, INC. is not only being deliberately mismanaged, but so are all the commercial BANKS.

We have evidence that all the other UN CORP franchises and affiliates are similarly being "weaponized" and mismanaged in a desperate bid to both garner last minute profits and "pull the plug".

Many of the UN CORP's most corrupt franchises, the SEC, the FEDERAL RESERVE, and GOLDMAN-SACHS are already on the run to China, where they hope to parasitize the Chinese people just as they have done to us, exactly like Tapeworms moving on to a new host.

You, the Corporatists gathered in Davos, have profited yourselves from this filthy and criminal "System" you built, and so now you are adding to your sins by destroying the communication and medical and financial systems and everything else you can pervert, maim, or destroy.

But the UN CORP and its franchises didn't actually rebuild the world after World War II. We did. It was our private trust fund money that was commandeered by the military and the banks with barely a nod or a thank you to us --- that rebuilt everything after WWII.

We rebuilt in another way, too, as individual people weighing in, doing the work, contributing the skills.

Right now, you are in Davos trying to figure out how to keep on bilking the Public that you are ultimately dependent upon, while maintaining your claims of Odious Debt, and continuing to shuffle off your own corporate tax burdens onto future generations of living people.

I have never heard such a lot of tripe in my life. Sooner or later, the snake has to eat its own tail.

Let's observe, Geniuses, that you are dependent on the Public, and your corporations only exist by virtue of Public tolerance.

Let's also observe that without the Public you have no customers, no products, no basis for your industries, no sources of income, no purpose, no profits, and it becomes clear that you and your Pals in Government are the Useless Eaters around here.

Your brand of medicine does not promote health, your brand of law does not promote justice, and your use of communications is purely to manipulate. Your banks are crooked as a dog's hind legs. Your Armed Forces are all illegal mercenary forces that you pay peanuts and disparage and blame for your own war profiteering.

Your drugs are dangerous, addictive, and over-priced. Your "fertilizers" ruin the soil. Your vaccines cause diseases instead of preventing them. Your food provides little or no nutrition. Your water supplies are all tainted with heavy metals and poisonous metallic salts. The police services we pay for serve only to protect you and your cronies and your investments. Your so-called money is paper promises to pay someday.

Exactly what is your "system" good for? Inefficient tax accounting?

It's a given that government produces nothing and is dependent in nature, but what excuse do you have for producing bad products, and then expecting everyone else to pay for them?

I count that as being worse than useless.

All members of the United Nations Organization better wake up and realize that they are being used, individually and collectively, as a storefront for the UN CORPORATION, and the UN CORPORATION is functioning in a completely reckless and lawless manner, as well as being completely worthless in terms of producing any products or services that we need.

If this situation offends you and if you are -- quite rightly, afraid that you will be blamed for the UN CORPORATION's actions, it's time to liquidate it as a criminal entity.

And never let those involved in this vicious boondoggle have the privilege of incorporating another business anywhere ever again.

Sources of Authority

From ancient times, religion has been used as the excuse for Monarchs lording it over other men.

The Monarchs or the priests tell the people that "God appointed me to be King over the rest of you." and in the Western World, the Pope or the Archbishop of Canterbury or the Patriarch of the Eastern Orthodox or Russian Orthodox Church signs off on it, and there you are. Saul is anointed with oil and the entire system of a Monarchy is born.

It has been this way for thousands of years, long before the Egyptians and the Canaanites, who taught the bad habit to the Hebrews.

After the Monarchy is established, of course, it continues in an arbitrary way based on inheritance and familial relationship to the former Monarch.

The countries of the Eastern Hemisphere have tended to be more honest. They just have a warlord who declares himself "God" by force, instead of someone who pretends to be appointed by God.

So, God and Raw Force and Inheritance are three of the ways that Monarchies justify their existence, and none are very convincing, especially as those participating in this system of things benefit themselves and their cronies at the expense of everyone else.

And that is not why people tolerate governments. People tolerate governments in the hope that those governments will do their actual job --- to protect the people and their assets, instead of preying upon and pillaging them.

Are there any other traditional sources of authority underpinning government?

There are elections, honest or not. These de facto "elected monarchies" claim their authority from the "vote of the electors". There are also corporation elections that similarly claim their authority from the "vote of the shareholders".

There are obvious problems with this, too. First and foremost, it is difficult to maintain honest elections of this kind. Stuffing of ballot boxes dates back at least 1500 years, and coerced voting at the muzzle of a gun or point of a knife is always popular with despots, as is voting "contaminated" by self-interest.

Second, those elected typically have astonishingly short memories regarding their campaign promises and seldom even try to carry through on what they promised to the people who elected them.

Third, a large percentage of the eligible population doesn't vote, because they feel it is (1) pointless or (2) they don't know enough to make a good decision. This Great Silent Majority chugs along being silent --- with the result that only about a third of the eligible voters "speak" in any given election.

Fourth, elections tend to devolve into popularity contests of a vapid kind, and hinge on how physically appealing the candidate is and how nice they sound and what kind of focus they have in terms of spending on people's pet projects and bottom lines.

So that's it, the excuses given for "government authority" in a nutshell are: God, Force, Inheritance, and Election (by people, not God).

In however many thousands of years ----we can't come up with any better system of organizing ourselves than this? Really?

Please note that the results of all such claims of authority are bound to be arbitrary, unstable, and eventually disastrous, depending more on chance than good sense.

The premises and processes by which we choose and elevate leaders are akin to the same premises and processes by which we bet on horse races. If we sat down and thought about this for even ten minutes out of a lifetime, does this make sense?

No, it does not.

On top of all of this, there is a backstory to the process of "delegating authority" --- and that is what this whole unwieldy and unrealistic process does to the men and women who are the "lucky" winners.

King Saul went insane,, and history is full of examples of kings and queens bowed down and destroyed by the burdens and fears and miseries of the Royal Office. Many young princes and princesses have been left distraught by the pressures and sacrifices involved in exchange for the fancy digs and clothes.

Being King, or President, or Head of State, is far from what its cracked up to be, for anyone concerned.

Given all these facts, why do we persist in promoting, practicing, and enforcing these claims of authority based on chance and hokum as the basis of our government?

Couldn't we just as well have a friendly game of Poker?

Of course, none of these claims of authority really make sense in any constructive way. Rule by force enshrines thugs and bullies and it rewards and motivates them.

Rule by Divine Right is hokum because God doesn't speak to us about such things, and in any case, other than as a cruel joke and object lesson, why would he? He's the King. One is reminded of a Father letting his son wear his shoes, to demonstrate how heavy those shoes are and how inadequate the child's abilities to wear them are.

Rule by Inheritance is a flip of the coin. You might get a great King, but you might just as well get someone who imagines he is a deadly germ or a tampon.

Rule by Election is the best of the lot in terms of practicality and having at least some theoretical control over who stands over you and waves the magic wand --- but for all the reasons cited above Rule by Election falls short of being an honest process leading to reliable results. And it only gets worse with the introduction of Political Parties into the mix; inevitably, such systems devolve into a Selection-Election process, where the Parties only offer candidates of THEIR choosing to the Electorate.

There is one most venerable and most sensible source of authority which is honest, trustworthy, and reliable -- and that is the Council of Elders.

Every country and nation on Earth is blessed with leaders who actually do deserve our respect, not because of any narrative, but because of what they have lived through, what they have learned, and the choices they have made in life that identify them as being honest, good, and wise people.

Placing our destiny in the hands of our Creator, and leaving the Little Stuff to a Council of Elders who have proven their mettle, makes sense.

Elders of good character have lived full lives. They are known by what they have done, not by what they have said. Money is not the object, when you have accumulated all that you need. It's apparent, too, how precious life is, from the standpoint of eighty versus seventeen. And as you age, you gather courage, and it's not because you have less to lose. It's because courage is the foundation of every good and moral choice.

Through time, those cultures who cherish their Elders and listen to them have survived when others have failed and fallen. The love that our Elders have given to us must be reflected back to them, and with every passing season, the words they give us deserve more consideration -- not less.

These should be our authorities and the values they have kept and cherished and personified throughout their lives should be the basis of their authority, for knowledge, experience, kindness, unselfish service, wisdom, success, courage, and moral fortitude are the foundations of true authority.

True authority is not an accident. It's not inherited. It isn't won in Primaries. It can't be bought in a payola swap. It is earned.

The Choice for All Mankind

In the late 1600's a series of governmental corruption scandals rocked Europe. This was also accompanied by corruption scandals in the Roman Catholic Church. Then, as now, there was an action-reaction process set in motion.

By the mid-1700's, those who had been impacted by the earlier corruption scandals had raised two generations of skeptics and "free thinkers" who were not intimidated by religious or governmental authorities.

These Free Thinkers created what we know as "The Age of Enlightenment" or "The Age of Reason" --- a time period when men explored and greatly expanded the scientific knowledge and artistic achievements of the past, and dared to think about and express their opinions about subjects that were taboo in the past --- most especially, they debated science, government and religion.

Soon the results of these Think Tanks began to be felt upon the world in the form of revolutions of all kinds --- revolutions in business and business models, political revolutions like our own War of Independence, revolutions in religion, such as the Bible being freely translated and mass produced and distributed outside the control of the Roman Catholic Church.

The economic underpinnings of the world, at least those centered in Europe, split into two camps --- the traditionalist Roman Catholic Church supported by the wealth of Rome and Spanish gold held by very wealthy Catholic families, and the "Protestants" which included the Agnostic Christians, who accepted the existence of a Creator but didn't claim to know much about this Supreme Being, and who followed the ethical teachings of Jesus in dealing with their fellow man.

This can easily be imagined as the struggle it became: the tradition-centered, ultra-controlling, micro-managing Roman Catholic Church and all the Monarchies that depended on religion as the source of their authority, versus the Free Thinkers.

The Free Thinkers founded The United States of America and they funded and fought The War of Independence.

George Washington, Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams --- all Free Thinkers.

There were other Free Thinkers in Europe acting in support of them, men who are not such household names, but who nonetheless shaped the debate and the implementation of the first national government ever based upon the principles of freedom and rational self-governance.

For the first time since Samuel anointed Saul, Mankind was free from the shackles of a human King and free from theocracy, too.

So far as these Free Thinkers were concerned, the two greatest evils, corrupt government and corrupt religion, were finally overcome.

They proceeded to build upon the American Government they had developed during The War of Independence and formed by treaty and Constitutional contracts those "necessary" relationships they needed to conduct trade and diplomatic relations with the rest of the world.

Saint Germain was a Free Thinker and having been blessed in many capacities, he became one of the wealthiest men to ever live. It should not be surprising to find him visiting the American frontier in the years before the Revolution, falling in love with this country and its potential as the First Bastion of Freedom, and devoting a good portion of his life and fortune to it.

He also wrote its first Constitution, which we still have.

So, America is a Free Thinker country. Literally.

Economically, St. Germain's wealth and the wealth of other very wealthy Free Thinker families weighed in against the wealth of the Roman Catholic Church and the Traditionalist families that supported the Monarchy system.

Ironically, between a third and half of the European Royals were Free Thinkers and wished to be freed themselves of the burden of managing other people's lives and dictating their beliefs and herding them around like animals.

Fast forward two hundred years.

The donors of the Saint Germain Trust and the heir-administrator of the largest Catholic-associated Family Trust have joined forces, seen eye-to-eye, and have dedicated their efforts to finally bring forward freedom for Mankind, self-governance for Mankind, and as the D'Avila Family Trust put it, "break the chains of ignorance and poverty" --- once and for all.

No Monarchs but our Beloved Creator. No need to worry about money, ever at all. No Oppressors, no Thought-Police, no Coercion to Believe. No War, no violence, no cruelty, no theft.

When everyone is free and all needs are met, the motivations driving all the evil go away.

But, as ever, there is a Fly in the Ointment, and that fly is represented by the world's military forces.

They are still scared. Some of them want to maintain control at any cost. They want to rule over everyone and dole out the "treats" and mete out the punishments and continue treating their fellowmen as objects.

So they stand in the way of progress and they cut deals with others, like the Corporatists who want a Feudal System with the CEO's of corporations standing in for the hereditary Kings, and the military Generals and Admirals all waver back and forth in their role as "the muscle".

They know what's right. They know that the assets of both these gigantic Family Trusts are private fortunes. They know that they are in the spotlight. They know that they are acting as thieves and robbers if they continue to stonewall my control as Fiduciary for The United States of America, and they can't find any excuse for their mistreatment of a woman and a man, both of whom are Americans, who want to do what is right by the whole world.

In the end, it comes down to a moral choice.

Does a man have the right to spend his own money, yes or no?

Do they, the Generals and Admirals, have any authority to two-block the funding meant to underpin Freedom, not only for this country, but for all mankind?

Are we better off having a bunch of grasping, mean-spirited, selfish, arrogant, profit-mad criminals micro-managing everyone and everything --- and using our private fortunes to do it ---- or does Mankind deserve a far better future?

The militaries of the entire world have got to get off their duffs and make the choice between freedom for themselves and everyone else, or an ever-increasingly coercive and inhuman corporate surveillance state in which people are treated like animals.

Corporate Feudalism isn't a pretty prospect and we already know what course it takes ----the utter degradation and destruction of Mankind.

The alternative, which can be summed up as me and Julius weighing in and having control of our assets, is not certain---- but only because Our Way embraces freewill for all Mankind.

You are all being asked to make a choice, and I have told you this many, many times. The entire Universe is waiting to hear the answer to a single simple question: what do you want?

Do you want to be managed and treated as a commodity and told what to do from the moment of your birth?

Or do you want to be free and responsible for your freedom?

You can "vote" with your voices and your thoughts, with your emotions and your intentions, and you can tell the present rosters of politicians and generals what you want:

Choice A: Corporate Feudalism, cradle to grave control by the Corporations and their CEO's, people viewed as commodities or livestock, micro-managed, bred like animals, and told that this is "for the Greater Good".

Choice B: Universal Freewill, everyone taught the principles of self-governance and set free to live their lives as they see fit -- as long as they don't damage others -- and everyone being enabled to pursue their dreams without poverty or fear or debt.

Reply to David Straight and Notice to the Generals 6.0

The plain fact is that the U.S. Citizens have no land except "Territorial land" in the form of Insular States, which occupy a distinctly different jurisdiction and inferior status --- and most importantly, provide a merely custodial interest, and which are not now and have never been sovereign States of the Union.

All this nonsense about a Second Declaration of Independence is merely a ploy by our disloyal and incompetent Employees seeking to obtain a political status forever foreclosed from them while they persist in their attachment to the Queen and the Pope, both.

Ditto any "new" Constitution. A Constitution is a contract which requires at least two separate sovereign Principals --- meaning sovereign Countries represented by their Heads of State.

What does Mr. Straight propose? That the British Territorial U.S. Citizens sign a contract with themselves? Or with Israel? Or another go-round as they try to set themselves up in business against the interests of this entire country?

I don't think so.

Whatever he is selling today, it is certainly not lawful and very likely not legal, either. And it most certainly has nothing to do with these United States versus THOSE United States.

As I have said before --- when and if you adopt a "Second" Declaration of Independence, you give up all that you already fought for and won as a result of the Original (and so far as I am concerned, only) Declaration of Independence.

And as I will say now, judging from the level of base ignorance in the General Public concerning their history and identity as Americans, any attempt to draft much less adopt any "Second Constitution" would be disastrous.

There have to be fifty Legalese "man traps" in the first two pages of that document, and people can't even perceive that when words are read aloud, because the trickery only appears when rendered in black and white.

Not only that, perhaps only 10% of the population is now competent to read the layers of meaning built into these documents.

We don't need new Constitutions. We need new Employees and Service Providers who will honor and uphold the existing Constitutions. And that is the actual problem that Mr. Straight and his British Friends won't admit: they acted in Breach of Trust and that is what has caused this entire debacle.

They have lost their contract and are desperate to get a new one at any cost, however, we, their Erstwhile Employers, have been treated very badly indeed, and have no reason to recontract with them, without a complete overhaul and renegotiation.

That process does not require a new Constitution. It requires competent, serious, dedicated and loyal service providers willing and able to uphold the Constitutions.

That overhaul is the responsibility of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. It's their responsibility to clean up their own Mess and present a new management plan and new understanding of the character, duty, and mission of the Combined Armed Forces.

International Public Notice Regarding Saint Germain Trust

 

The Saint Germain Trust, also abbreviated as the St. Germain Trust, is an American Common Law Trust created to underpin the founding of our new nation according to the guiding principles of individual freedom espoused by my ancestors, including Saint Germain. 

The Trust Indenture was not vouchsafed to any Committee nor to any Trustees and does not enable any such Persons to alter or remove the Trust to any foreign jurisdiction via any process of foreign incorporation or enfranchisement. It does not allow anyone to place the Trust assets under foreign law.

As Heirs, Family, and Donors of the Saint Germain Trust, we are hereby enforcing the original and only legitimate trust indenture.

Thus, the principal and the returns owed to the Saint Germain Trust and the Administration of the Trust and its assets remains under American Common Law and under the original custodial appointment and assignment made to this Government and not to any other.

It is the will of the Donors to secure a recent financial audit of the Trust corpus and its investments and returns.  The dispersal or dispensing of Trust assets in accord with the Trust Indenture is to be overseen by the Family acting as Donors of the Saint Germain Trust and by such Agents and Assigns as we deem competent. As an American Common Law Trust, the Saint Germain Trust is not subject to statutory trust limitations and may be maintained in perpetuity for the purposes set forth and stipulated.

Those who are attempting to use Saint Germain Trust assets to fund a worldwide relief program echoing the principles of the failed NESARA legislation appear to be well-intentioned, but ignorant concerning the nature of these issues, the actual jurisdiction that the Trust Indenture is lodged in, and the lack of authority to move it. 

It is our intention to remove the assets to our own American-chartered Blue Dot Bank System, where physical assets and commercial paper can both be properly administered, and where, via our own Global Family Bank, the assets can be securely dispersed in support of the living people and used for appropriate infrastructure and technological development.

Saint Germain’s love of science and mathematics and freedom, his profound understanding of Law, his love of Nature, and his compassion for people and animals must be reflected in the works that we establish in his name.

At this point, my Sister and I are the only known familial Heirs of Saint Germain left alive after the fire-bombing of Dresden.  We are part of the lineage established here in America, where the greatest dreams of Saint Germain and his collaborators were to be made physical – first here, and then, throughout the world. 

In 2011, I was directly visited by Sanat Kumara, embraced, and simply told that, “It is time.”  This year, I was approached by and bathed in the Violet Flame.

These experiences, my position as the Fiduciary for The United States of America, and my familial lineage as a Donor, mandate my assignment as the Caretaker of the Saint Germain Trust, while the original Trust Indenture makes it clear that any action attempting to remove the Trust and its assets from The United States of America and apart from the American Common Law is expressly prohibited.

Thus, by the Trust Indenture bequeathed by Saint Germain, by the Law this Trust was established under, and as a Donor of this Trust, I invoke my right to administer it as part of my Public Duty to administer and recoup the assets of The United States of America and also invoke my right as a Donor to disperse the assets according to the will of the Donor(s).

 My Sister and I don’t deny the possibility that there may be other Donors’ progeny left alive in this world, but we don’t know any of them, and we have no reason to think that they would have any objection to using the assets according to the plan established by Saint Germain, Sanat Kumara, and their Collaborators in this Great Work to free the entire world from poverty and ignorance and pain and fear.  

Paul Soare is our appointed emissary in this matter, and we hope and pray for a happy reconciliation and return to normal relationships among the many members and organizations that have devoted so much time and effort.

Brits and the Color Orange

This goes out to all my British friends, and yes, there are a good many British friends on my Dial-O-Matic, despite the infinite faux pas of their Government.

Please understand my experience --- and perhaps the experience of all people who have been colonized and marginalized and defrauded and pillaged by your government as "foreigners" -- and consider whether it is better or worse than your own experience of the same Gung-ho Gangsta British Raj at home:

Let me give you a small analogy.

My Mother was a beautiful, petite woman with hair the color of chestnuts and deep green eyes. She looked fabulous in oranges and all the autumn colors.

Her daughters inherited their Father's pale skin, auburn hair, and blue eyes. Any and all orange garments looked like warmed-over dog dung on us. And made our freckles stand out like leopard spots.

Understandably, we hated wearing orange, but because orange looked good on Mom, she persisted in buying orange garments for her daughters long after both our protests and any pair of eyes should have told her, "No! Mom! You are making a terrible mistake!"

Well I remember a certain orange boatneck sweater, handknit, bulky, about three inches too short across the midriff, and yet, because it would have looked super on my petite buxom Mother, pale pudgy I had to wear it to school.

Even the dog howled as if he didn't recognize me (or felt sorry for me) wearing this particular artifact. I burned it, ritually, several years ago.... along with the avocado green stretch pants.

I often get the feeling that the Brits are so deluded and believe so strongly in the benefits and glory of their Government, that it's like Mom and the color orange. It suits them. They get rich because of it. Must be great for everyone else, too.

Yet, it's not great for everyone else. It's horrid for everyone else. And often enough, and increasingly, it's horrid for the Brits, too -- they just tend to muddle on.

It reminds me of a friend who was given a bad prescription medicine that caused her to be delusional. I woke up one morning to find her stripped naked, trying to dig a hole in the middle of my lawn with a shovel, barefoot.

When I went out and (very cautiously) asked her what she was doing, she smiled and waved her hand and asked me if I liked her new dress?

She twirled around and lifted the hem of her non-existent but apparently very fetching skirt, and then she told me, "You know, China is just over there, on the other side of the Earth, so I thought, well, why not dig a hole to China!"

She was British, so I said, "What a splendid idea, Lucy! Care for a cup of tea?"

No doubt she intended to shop for some Special Oolong once she got to China. Her intentions were entirely good, but she managed to bruise both feet pretty badly, scared my elderly neighbor silly, and took some convincing to put on a bathrobe over that lovely dress.

When you are deluded for whatever reason, you believe all sorts of things that simply are not true. For example, many Americans believe that they live in a democracy because the British Territorial United States Government is a democracy.

The Americans (too many of them) have forgotten that they live in a constitutional republic, not a democracy of any kind.

And the British Territorials for their part think that a government that can never get a 51% majority mandate for anything is glorious. They think they should pawn this form of government off onto everyone else without question. Like Lucy's invisible dress and the color orange, it's just the right size and color for everyone!

Yet our Founding Fathers abhorred democracy as Mob Rule, and anyone can see what the British Territorial drive to "spread democracy" has cost us and everyone else, worldwide.

The British Territorials I deal with here in America don't come across as bad people. Most of them are polite, a bit snarky and flippant when cornered, and then scared when it finally hits them that they aren't wearing anything --- and it was the wrong color anyway.

"Yes, Lucy, splendid idea! Would you like a cup of tea?"

"There, there. It's cold this morning....just slip on your bathrobe.... The doctor will understand. Yes, it's a lovely dress...."
