International Public Notice: Notice Concerning "QFS", Cash Seizures and Bail-Ins

We have observed before that "Federal Reserve Notes" are created by and belong to the private central banking cartel known as the Federal Reserve, and so, the Federal Reserve can seize back its own property at any time and can do so with impunity.  

It's the same situation you have if someone loans you a lawn mower to cut your grass.  You pay the rental fee.  You use the lawn mower.  At the end of the day, you return the lawn mower and that's that.  

The lawn mower itself was never yours.  It doesn't belong to you.  

It's the same thing with the Federal Reserve Notes.  

They were issued by the Federal Reserve Banks based on the credit of a foreign Municipal Corporation calling itself the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and that much is self-evident on the face of every bill they printed.  

From our position as Americans, Federal Reserve Notes are evidence of crime committed against us and against our Public Interest by foreign service vendors.  

It is inevitable that the Federal Reserve will wish to "recall" all these Federal Reserve Notes it has printed in order to minimize their liability and remove the physical evidence of their crime.  

It's also a given that, going forward, they and similar vendors of "money" and "credit" will resist issuing actual cash, because it is so much more convenient to simply erase digits from a computer screen.

So.  Expect the Vermin to go around seizing and collecting and failing to honor cash that you have on hand.  We have already experienced this in the 1930's when they seized our gold and silver. 

One day you wake up and, "No more cash transactions".  

When that day comes, you will be enslaved to use their digital system and have no alternative under your own control to buy or sell anything --- that is, if you let them and their affiliates continue this monopoly inducement scheme.

Make no mistake, the Quantum Financial System (QFS) is the ultimate Rockefeller-brand Transfer Monopoly Scheme applied to credit-based transactions.  

You won't be able to move a penny-worth of anything without kissing their butts and letting them know all about it:  what you bought, when you bought, how much you bought, from whom you bought.... all digitally recorded and surveilled and monitored. 

Soon, if they are allowed to establish such a privacy-destroying monopoly, your "right" to buy orange juice may become a highly contested topic.  

They must be shut down before that happens, and any "licensing" power assumed by the British Territorial U.S. Congress, or any other Federal Congress, must be denied --- therefore:

No part of the Federal Government and none of its franchise operations now or in the past has ever had any power to license occupations of common right, nor any delegated power allowing any Federal Congress to license an illegal banking transfer monopoly, whether that monopoly proposes to control and surveil transactions based in credit or debt-notes or actual money, whether the currency is physical or digitally represented, in any manner whatsoever.  

The lack of authority to impose a digital monetary system is plainly stated by omission of any such powers among the enumerated powers and is in effect a standing negative averment. 

If we were to allow self-interested commercial corporations the ability to legalize and license criminal activities beneficial to their own profits and coercive powers, the destruction to all civilization and life on this planet would be incalculable.  

So we do not allow our vendors, the United States of America, Incorporated, among them, any ability to license criminal activities. 

Invasion of privacy of individual people and persons without probable cause is a crime, and the proposed Quantum Financial System (QFS) represents an unprecedented and arbitrary invasion of consumer privacy and control of consumer choices.  

It is, at least potentially, also an unprecedented means of obstructing and controlling trade, so that the very concept of free trade is offended.

Regarding "bail-ins" we find there is much public ignorance about this topic and that most people conceive of this process as the banks seizing upon depositor's funds on an account by account basis, but this is not what is being proposed by the central banks -- even though it would have the effect of closing all the individual accounts and effectively "bailing in" any assets contained in those accounts. 

The central banks are advocating and invoking an ancient principal and Maxim of Maritime Commercial Law: "Possession is nine-tenths of the Law."  They and their franchises and affiliates are proposing that because they retain physical possession of physical assets, those assets belong to them, and similarly, they are proposing that all the debts and credits they contain and maintain records of, belong to them.  

We remind them and their Creditors and the High Courts of the remaining "one-tenth" of the Law, and another Maxim of Law: "Fraud vitiates everything." 

The Maritime Commercial Banks have been allowed to convert into securities brokerages and have continued to function "as" banks while in receivership in order to benefit their Creditors; this has been allowed by the "U.S. Trustees"--- that is, the U.S. Army that Abraham Lincoln left in charge as the "Commander in Chief" of a British Crown Corporation, dba, "the United States of America" -- Incorporated. 

When unwary depositors put their funds in a bankrupt bank, the creditors of these banks seize upon the funds and subsume these assets into the bankruptcy.  

This form of soft "bail-in" has been happening since the 1930s; the assets thus acquired have maintained the banks in a constant state of perpetual Chapter 11 reorganization and have allowed the "U.S. Trustees" to amass and wield vast credit resources and latch onto physical assets belonging to the victims of this scheme, without the victims being aware of it. 

It's a constructive fraud based on deceitful language that has allowed unscrupulous men to obtain control of private American wealth and use it for their own unjust enrichment; it has also allowed them to amass vast debts that have been misapplied to the depositors --- debts that meet the very definition of "Odious Debt":  debt created by some means of fraud, that the victims are unaware of and do not profit from. 

No American applying for a "house loan" from one of these banks was ever told that he or she was being solicited to loan the bank their house as a collateral asset, because the bankrupt bank had no assets of its own to base a loan upon.  

No American was ever told that "US citizen" was a foreign and debased and denigrated political status.  

These are just examples of the failure to disclose and the forms of constructive fraud that have been used to entrap unwary and innocent people into grossly inequitable contracts.

The form of hard bail-in now being discussed by the colluding central banks results in entire banks and banking systems being "bailed in" --- and of course, this then also collapses and bails-in the individual accounts those banks have in their possession.  

Not only does the victim lose their deposits, but they are left without a bank account and no way to make purchases or pay bills, either one. 

The Perpetrators of this whole situation then appear and hand the victims their "next solution" --- they will replace the money lost with "digital coins" -- which cost them nothing, and which they control, and they give the victims a "free" pre-loaded account in their brand new Quantum Financial System --- and the amount of replacement  "United States Notes" deposited in these accounts will be counted as new debt issued as a loan to the victims at interest. 

Isn't that sweet?  They are loaning us their lawn mower and charging us double or triple for the loan, without mentioning that there is even a charge for this "service". 

And nobody is supposed to notice that we don't need their lawn mower and that we still have our United States Silver Dollar and have recently issued our own gold currency, the American Federation Dollar.

Under conditions of duress that they have created, the Perpetrators propose to seize the credit already owed to the victims with one hand, and newly re-indebt them, plus usury, without disclosure --- and do all this under color of law.  

We, the actual American Government, object to this fraud scheme before it can even be launched and forbid its deployment in this country, in our States of the Union,  or in any Possession or Territory belonging to The United States in fact.  

Fundamental to this entire circumstance is the fact that the "U.S. Army" trying to act as both our Trustee and our Creditor was unlawfully converted by Abraham Lincoln into a foreign Mercenary Force, and as a result, the entire "American Civil War" and its aftermath has been conducted under conditions of fraud and misrepresentation.  

We have all suffered illegal occupation by mercenaries --- who didn't even know they were acting and being misdirected as mercenaries. 

The "U.S. Army" redefined by Lincoln as a foreign Territorial mercenary force is self-evidently not our Trustee and is not truly our Creditor, either. 

Their position as Creditor presumes the existence of a valid service contract, and it is abundantly evident that Americans did not sign up to receive mercenary services of any kind, nor did we knowingly volunteer to act as mercenaries.  All this sleight of hand has been done under strict conditions of secrecy and non-disclosure, which is fatal to any commercial contract. 

It is also evident that no matter how much we might owe them for valid defense services,  they owe us far more as a result of illegal confiscations, misapplied mortgages and taxes, dishonest bookkeeping practices, commandeering of assets in offshore and generation-skipping trusts, impersonation of our government and our Armed Forces, and numerous other sins, errors, and deliberate self-serving crimes perpetuated against their innocent employers. 

We are therefore bringing this criminal information forward for the consideration of all Americans in and out of the "Armed Forces", and all the other nations of the world.  

The "Bail In" if allowed to proceed will involve the wholesale collapse of the existing banks and banking sector.  It will not be a matter of individual account seizures.  

We view the claims being made against depositors to be criminal in nature and effect.  The banks may possess the assets, but everyone can observe that they gained possession of the deposits under conditions of self-serving fraud. 

This collapse of the banking sector and any "Bail In" will force people to accept "QFS" accounts under duress and force them to accept the false "gifts" of new currency, defined as debts under usury that these "free" accounts are pre-loaded with -- and all for lack of any other option, which is itself monopolization under duress. 

This will generate more commercial fraud in the form of undisclosed and non-consensual indebtedness, more racketeering, and another illegal commodity transfer monopoly being operated by the "U.S. Army". 

We say "No, thanks." and instruct our vendors and their Principals to cease and desist all false claims and monopoly inducements and similar unsavory schemes designed to obstruct trade and gain coercive control over individual consumers via breach of trust and violation of their natural right to buy and sell and trade and enjoy their privacy while engaging in these occupations of common right.  

The deposits made in Maritime Banks were made in good faith and must be returned in good faith.  The common use of privately held money and cash assets must be maintained no matter what the Federal Reserve is reduced to or chooses to do.  

We are competent to use our own assets to issue our own credit and we don't allow any other entity to countermand or represent us in these matters.

International Public Notice: Identities

For some years now we have cautioned people to retrain their brains and add the word "Incorporated" every time they say, "United States" or "United States of America" or "USA" in reference to political conversations and headline news, because invariably, they are not  talking about this country or its people or its actual government.  

Instead, when people commonly start talking about "the United States" or "the US" or "America" -- what they are actually talking about is the bad behavior of our foreign incorporated Services Vendors -- entities that have been incorporated under foreign powers and which have impersonated us and misrepresented us to the rest of the world. 

Try to imagine this: you hire someone to mow your lawn, trim your hedges, and keep your flower gardens in shape.  You come home and find this foreign born gardener walking around your house, impersonating you and managing your business however he sees fit.  

That is the situation we have here.  

Our "service" vendors, organizations created to provide us with eighteen enumerated services, have usurped against and impersonated their employers, so that foreign corporations are pretending to be us and pretending to be our government "in our absence" --- long after we have declared ourselves, provided our provenance, and called our States into Session.  

A key misunderstanding seems to be the idea that our country is a democracy, when it isn't, and never has been.  Our British Territorial Subcontractor, one of the Vendors we hired, is a democracy.  Our country has a different "republican form of governance" entirely.  

While they depend on beguiling masses of "voters" and in their dreams aspire to getting 51% of the "voters" to give them a "mandate" --- something that has never happened in their entire history, our government does not depend on a numbers game. 

Our government is keyed to inheritance.  

Imagine a vast estate; the owner dies.  Who has claim to his land and hereditaments?  His wife. His sons.  His daughters.  His siblings. Or in the extreme case, his nephews and nieces.  We call these people his "next of kin" and they all have their ranking according to how close they are by blood and marriage to the deceased.  

So who are the American "progeny" to whom this vast land belongs? 

The sons and daughters of the Continental Army soldiers and fledgling United States Navy sailors who actually fought in the War of Independence, and their children and their children's children.... are inheritors, and that is unequivocal and certain.  Everyone who can trace their lineage back to the Revolution is American progeny and an inheritor of the estate.  

There are now about 12 million Sons and Daughters of the Revolution, with approximately 120 million more who can claim inheritance through their family ties as relatives and relatives by marriage.  

In addition, there are all those who became inheritors by virtue of being born on the land and soil of this vast estate.  They, too, were welcomed and became progeny and had their individual sovereignty recognized at birth. 

Finally, there are those who were adopted -- those who willfully chose to come here and to adopt this country as their home. By declaring their allegiance to this country, learning its language and customs, and living here for a number of years, even such newcomers have become progeny and inheritors.  

 

Actual Americans are inheritors of this great land and are owed all the guarantees of the Federal Constitutions and International Law, and even if there were only one or two such Americans left in the entirety of the world, this country would still belong to them and they would still be owed all the constitutional protections and guarantees.  

We are not a democracy dependent on numbers and votes.  We are a family drawn together from many nations, tied by blood and love and common experience, by land and soil, by water and the air we breathe, by our own hands, by the ideals we share, by the language we speak and by our law -- by all these we are defined as progeny and inheritors, not foreign employees, not "residents", and certainly not foreign citizens. 

In the truest sense, we are all Native Americans, regardless of the color of our skin or the DNA in our veins, and we all claim our birthright as progeny and as inheritors.

The Church's Year

At the Introit of the Mass pray with the Church for God's help to guard us against our enemies:

INTROIT When I cried to the Lord, he heard my voice, from them that draw near to me, and he humbled them, who is before all ages, and remains forever. Cast thy care upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee. (Ps. LIV.) Hear, O God, my prayer, and despise not my supplication; be attentive to me, and hear me. Glory etc.

COLLECT O God, who dost manifest Thine almighty. power above all in showing pardon and pity: multiply upon us Thy mercy, that we running forward to the attainment of Thy promises, may be made partakers of Thy heavenly treasures. Through etc.

EPISTLE (I Cor. XII. 2-11 .) Brethren, You know that when you were heathens; you went to dumb idols according as, you were led. Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man, speaking by the Spirit of God, saith. Anathema to Jesus. And no man can say: the Lord Jesus, but by the Holy Ghost. Now there are diversities of graces, but the same Spirit; and there are diversities of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but the same God, who worketh all in all. And the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man unto profit. To one, indeed, by the Spirit, is given the word of wisdom: and to another, the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit: to another, faith in one Spirit: to another, the working of miracles: to another, prophecy: to another, the discerning, of spirits: to another, divers kinds of tongues: to another, of speeches. But all these things one and the same Spirit worketh, dividing to every one according as he will.

EXPLANATION The apostle here reminds the Corinthians of the great grace they received from God in their conversion, and urges them to be grateful for it; for while heathens, they cursed Jesus, but being now brought to the knowledge of the Spirit of God, they possess Christ as their Lord and Redeemer who can be known and professed only by the enlightenment of the Holy , Ghost. The holy Spirit works in different ways, conferring His graces on whom He wills; to one He gives wisdom to understand the great truths of Christianity; to another the gift of healing the sick; to another the gift of miracles and of prophecy; to another the gift of discerning spirits, to know if one is governed by the Spirit of God, or of the world, Satan and the flesh; to another the gift of tongues. The extraordinary gifts, namely, those of working miracles, and of prophesying &c. became rarer as the faith spread, whereas the gifts which sanctify man will always remain the same.,

GOSPEL (Luke XDII. 9-14.) At that time, Jesus spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves as just, and despisedothers. Two men went up into the Temple to pray: the one a Pharisee, and the other a Publican. The Pharisee standing, prayed thus with himself: O God, I give thee thanks that I am not as the rest of men, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, as also is this Publican. I fast twice in the week; I give tithes of all that I possess. And the Publican standing afar off, would not so much as lift up his eyes towards heaven, but struck his breast, saying: O God, be merciful to me a sinner. I say to you: this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: because every one that exalteth himself shall be humbled, and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

Why did Christ make use of' this parable of the Pharisee and the Publican?

To teach us never proudly to condemn or despise a man, even though he should appear impious, for we may be deceived like the Pharisee who despised the Publican, whom he considered a great sinner, while, in reality, the man was justified before God on account of his repentant spirit.

What should we do before entering a Church?

We should reflect that we are going into the house of God, should therefore think what we are about to say to Him, and what we wish to ask of Him. That we may make ourselves less unworthy to be heard, we should humble ourselves as did Abraham, (Gen. XVIII. 27.) remembering that we are dust and ashes, and on account of our sins unworthy o appear before the eyes of God, much less to address Him , for He listens to the prayers of the humble only, (Ps. CI, 18.) and gives them His grace, while He resists the proud. (James IV. 6.)

Was the Pharisee's prayer acceptable to God?

No, for it was no prayer, but boasting and ostentation; he praised himself, and enumerated his apparent good works. But in despising others and judging them rashly he sinned grievously instead of meriting God's grace.

Was the Publican's prayer acceptable to God?

Yes, for though short, it was humble and contrite. He stood afar off, as if to acknowledge himself unworthy of the presence of God and intercourse with men. He stood with downcast eyes, thus showing that he considered himself because of his sins unworthy to look towards heaven, even confessed himself a sinner, and struck his breast to punish, as St. Augustine says, the sins which he had committed in his heart: This is why we strike our breast at certain times during Mass, for by this we acknowledge ourselves miserable sinners, and that we are sorry for our sins.

ON PRIDE AND VAIN GLORY

We should learn from this gospel that God looks upon the humble and exalts them, but is far from the proud. (Ps. CXXXVII. 6.) The Pharisee went to the temple entirely wrapt up in himself, and the good works which he thought he had performed, but returned empty and hated by God; the Publican, on the contrary, appearing before God as a public but penitent sinner, returned justified. Truly,. an humble sinner is better in the sight of God than a proud just man!

He who glories in his own good works, or performs them to please men, or to win their praise, loses his merit in the eyes of the most High, for Christ says: Take heed that you do not your justice before men, to be seen by them: otherwise you shall not have a reward of your Father who is in heaven. (Matt. VI. 1.)

In order that we may learn to despise vain glory, these doctrines should be well borne in mind. We should consider that it will happen to those who seek after vain glory, as to the man who, made many toilsome journeys on land and sea in order to accumulate wealth, and had no sooner acquired it than he was shipwrecked, and lost all. Thus the ambitious man avariciously seeking glory and honor will find, when dying, that the merit which he might have had for his good works, is now lost to him, because he did not labor for the honor of God. To prevent such an evil, strive at the commencement of every good work which you undertake, to turn your heart to God by a good intention.

But that you may plainly recognize this vice, which generally keeps itself concealed, and that you may avoid it, know that pride is an inordinate love of ostentation, and an immoderate desire to surpass others in honor and praise. The proud man goes beyond himself, so to speak, makes far more of himself than he really is, and, like the Pharisee, despises others; the humble man, on the contrary, has a low estimate of himself, looks upon himself as nothing and, like the Publican, despises no one but himself, and thus is pleasing in the sight of God.

ASPIRATION O God, who hearest the prayers of the humble, but dost resist the proud, I earnestly beseech Thee to give me an humble heart, that I may imitate, the humility of Thy only?begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and thereby merit to be exalted with Him in heaven.

INSTRUCTION ON GRACE

In the epistle of this day the Apostle St. Paul speaks of the different gifts of the Holy Ghost which He distributes as He pleases. These extraordinary graces which the apostle mentions, are not necessary for salvation. But the Church teaches, that the grace of the Holy Ghost is
necessary for salvation, because without it we could neither properly believe, nor faithfully observe the commandments of God. For the holy religion of Jesus teaches, and experience confirms, that since the fall of our first parents we are weak and miserable, and of ourselves, and by our own strength, we cannot know or perform the good necessary for our salvation. We need a higher aid, a higher, assistance, and this assistance is called grace.

What, then, is grace?

Grace is an inward, supernatural gift which God through finite goodness, and in consideration of Christ's merits, ants us to enable us to work out our salvation.

Grace is a gift, that is, a present, a favor, a benefit. t is an inward and supernatural gift; an inward gift, Because it is bestowed upon man's soul to distinguish it tom external gifts and benefits of God, such as: food, clothing, health; grace is a supernatural gift, because it is above nature. In creating our souls God gives us a certain degree of light which enables us to think, reflect, judge, to acquire more or less knowledge: this is called natural light. In the same way He gives our souls the power in some measure to overcome sensual, vicious inclinations; this power is called natural power (virtue). To this natural light and power must be added a higher light and a higher power, if 'man would be sanctified and saved. This higher light and higher power is grace. It is, therefore, called a supernatural gift, because it surpasses the natural power of man, and produces in his understanding and in his will wholesome effects, which he could not produce without it. For example, divine faith, divine love is a supernatural gift or grace of God, because man of his own power could never receive as certain God's revelations and His incomprehensible mysteries with so great a joy and so firm a conviction, and could never love God above all things and for His own sake, unless God assisted him by His grace.

God grants us grace also through pure benevolence without our assistance, without our having any right to it; He grants it without cost, and to whom He pleases; but He gives it in consideration of the infinite merits of Christ Jesus, in consideration of Christ's death on the cross, and of the infinite price of our redemption. Finally, grace is a gift of God, by which to work out our salvation, ,that is, it is only by the grace of God that we can perform meritorious works which aid us in reaching heaven. Without grace it is impossible for us to perform any good action, even to have a good thought by which to gain heaven.

From this it follows that with the grace of God we can accomplish all things necessary for our salvation, fulfil all the commandments of God, but without it we can do nothing meritorious. God gives His grace to all, and if the wicked perish, it is because they do not cooperate with its divine promptings.

How is grace divided?

Into two kinds, actual and sanctifying grace.

Actual grace is God's assistance which we always need to accomplish a good work, to avoid sin which we are in danger of committing, or that grace which urges us on to good, and assists us in accomplishing it; for it is God, says the Apostle Paul, (Phil. II. 13.) who worketh in you both to will and to accomplish. If a good work is to be performed by us, God must enlighten our mind that we may properly know the good and distinguish it from evil; He must rouse our will and urge it on to do the known good and to avoid the evil; He must also uphold our will and increase our strength that what we wish to do, we may really accomplish.

This actual grace is, therefore, necessary for the just, that they may always remain in sanctifying grace, and accomplish good works; it is necessary for the shiner that he may reach the state of sanctifying grace.

What is sanctifying grace?

It is the great benefit which God bestows upon us, when He sanctifies and justifies us; in other words: sanctifying grace is the love of God, given to us by the Holy Ghost, which love dwells in us and whose temple we become, or it is the advent and abiding of God in our hearts, as promised in the words of Jesus: If any one love me he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him, and will make our abode with him. (John XVI. 23.)

He who possesses sanctifying grace, possesses the greatest treasure that a man can have on earth. For what can be more precious than to be beautiful in the sight of God, acceptable to Him, and united with Him! He who possesses this grace, carries within himself the supernatural image of God, he is a child of God, and has a right to the inheritance of heaven.

How is this sanctifying grace lost?

It is lost by every mortal sin, and can only be regained by a complete return to God, by true repentance and amendment. The loss of sanctifying grace is a far greater injury than the loss of all earthly possessions. How, terrible, then, is mortal sin which deprives us of this treasure!

International Public Notice: Buying "Governments"

While it should be understood by all living people that sovereign governments are not for sale, it remains to be understood that governmental services vendors often are for sale. 

The incorporated government services vendors do all the things that other commercial and municipal corporations do: they cheat on their taxes, they collude, they go bankrupt, they endlessly surveil their customers and "buying" trends, they hard sell their products and services, they compete with other service providers, they engage in hostile take-overs, mergers, and asset-stripping, they violate their contracts, they are slip-shod about the services they do provide, they seek to evade their contractual obligations, they overstep their credit limits, they engage in illegal contracting practices, and they always, always, always serve their own bottom lines in disregard of everyone and everything else.  

Think of such corporations as giant stomachs, with no other reason to exist.  This can be considered their fault to an extent, but it is also a foregone conclusion by design, because these corporations are limited to producing profit for their shareholders and cannot engage in more benign activities.  

Inevitably, these governmental services corporations, when left to their own devices without sufficient and constant oversight, turn corrupt and criminal in some or all parts of their organizational functions.  

When Abraham Lincoln defrauded our lawful government and our American Federal Subcontractors back in the 1860's, he also unlawfully converted our national military into a commercial mercenary force that, in 1863, fell under the control of British Territorial direction --- with no Notice to the American Federation of States and no Notice to the American Public. 

This Fraud by Omission was so smooth and secretive that everything appeared to go on as normal, but at the same time, everything was changed --- the governmental services corporations under contract to serve the American Government changed management, and ten years later, under equally clandestine circumstances, changed ownership as well.  

These kinds of deceptions and restructurings and reorganizations are, of course, typical and to be expected of commercial and municipal corporations in general, but are not expected from sovereign governments or their lawful instrumentalities.  

Keeping the true nature of these organizations secret was key to their success; it allowed them to defraud, misrepresent, pillage, and plunder, and impersonate their employers with little chance of endangering themselves or their assets.  It also opened up whole new vistas of corruption and influence peddling. 

The key villains masterminding this Great Fraud have been the British Crown, the Roman Curia, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Committee of 300, and the various Councils, like the Council on Foreign Relations and World Economic Forum, and clubs like the Freemasons and Club of Rome and Bilderbergers, and Bureaus like the Bureau of Vital Statistics, the Universal Postal Union, and Copyright/Trademark/Patent Offices. 

All these organizations have been employed to defraud the countries they call home in favor of their shareholders --- the progeny of the British East India Company, the Great Britain Company, aka, Union, Inc., the British Crown Corporation, the Dutch East India Trading Company, the Vatican -- their numerous franchises, and other greedy and predatory commercial and municipal corporation beneficiaries and interests.  

These Legal (Fiction) Entities have taken full advantage of their position as business organizations in every way possible, including False Claims of bankruptcy protection at public expense.  They have simply assumed that because they are engaged in providing public services, the members of the public --  not their shareholders -- are responsible for underwriting not only their activities, but their bankruptcies, and for paying their taxes and mortgages and loans as well.  

These self-serving assumptions have prevailed in the absence of public objection, which was not forthcoming because the public was kept completely unaware of these cozy accommodations being made "in their names" by these foreign corporations pretending to "represent" them.  

This has gone on, even though it is apparent that no such powers were ever delegated to these specific service providers, and no such roles were ever intended for them by their employers. 

This is the Great Fraud: the substitution of commercial and municipal corporations for the actual lawful national governments our countries and people are owed, all executed under color of law and conditions of deceit by co-conspirators acting in Gross Breach of Trust and violation of their service contracts.  

The Roman Civil Law is very explicit and so is the Scottish Maritime Law derived from it --- once fraud is discovered, all bets are off, all bills are due, and restitution is at the grace of those defrauded. 

We, the actual States and our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America ever since 1776 have been equally explicit.  We aren't standing good for them; we never agreed to have these vendors "represent" us in this manner, and we are not acquiescing to any of it.  

As should now be evident, it is possible for commercial and municipal corporations in the business of providing government services to be bought and sold, acquired in bankruptcy proceedings, forced into mergers, and so on--- just like any other such corporations.  

It should not come as any surprise, then, that these government services corporations have been restructured, bought, sold, reorganized and have been subject to all the same conventions as other commercial and municipal corporations.  Groups of private investors have purchased them, just like they acquired oil refineries and grain silo companies and railroads. 

This has led to the misapprehension that these investor groups were buying the actual governments instead of buying governmental services vendors.  

Let us now and forever put that misconception to rest. 

We have seen two (2) recent examples of this, with the United States of America, LLC, formed in London by Peter Thiel and Elon Musk and other billionaire players to bail out the USA, Incorporated.  And also witnessed China's consternation and attempts to commandeer when they (wrongly) received UNITED STATES (INC.) assets during the course of the recent bankruptcy of this service provider.  

It turns out that we, our people and our States of the Union, are the Priority Creditors of the UNITED STATES (INC.) --- and its Principals, not China.  

You can all readily observe what went on with the Joe Biden storefront operation and how China came in and began to manage the assets of the bankrupt UNITED STATES so as to impose a corporate "open borders" policy in contravention of The Constitution of the United States, how it has attempted to create a social credit system and surveillance state in America, and how it has veiled all this under familiar-sounding names, so as not to wake up the American Public.  

You can all see how the Billionaire Bail-Out 3.0 went (this is not the first time that a group of billionaires bought the United States of America, Incorporated, out of bankruptcy) with DOGE being created and Elon Musk taking charge to root out and analyze the accounts to settle the UNITED STATES bankruptcy and prevent further hemorrhage and embezzlement.  

You can also see, for yourselves, the monstrosity that Trump called "the Big Beautiful Bill" laden with bacon-wrapped pork fritters that would make the most corrupt Eastern Potentate proud.  

In such an atmosphere and situation, it's easy to buy what appear to be governments and to misdirect these corporate entities, but the fact remains that these are vendors and to have any value or authority, these vendors must abide by their contracts and provide the stipulated services and upon our objection -- no more than what is stipulated. 

So China is disappointed.  So are we.  The Municipal Vendors, the Holy Roman Empire and its Successors, are grossly in debt to us across six generations of fraud; the Territorial Commercial (Mercenary) Services Vendors are, if possible, in even greater debt to us, as they have "spent" our sons and daughters in their wars for profit -- and all under conditions of deceit and color of law. 

These Service Vendors had cause to know what their jobs were and were not; there was no lack of explicit instruction, nothing profoundly new that would serve to authorize any additional empowerments, nothing that their employers couldn't (or didn't) handle, given appropriate full disclosure and information.  

We didn't grant these foreign Service Vendors any "Emergency Powers" or "War Powers", and we still reserve these rights as explicitly expressed in the language of the Tenth Amendment.  

We are pleased that plans to swap Alaska for Ukraine have bitten the well-deserved dust, and we encourage the Russian Government to return home to the land and soil of Mother Russia.  The holdings of the Eastern Orthodox Church under treaty do not overcome the holdings of the American States under contract and treaty (the American-Russian Alliance of 1858).    

Our lawful government is back in Session and attending to business.  Our lawful money has been issued.  The claims against our people to the effect that those injected during the phony pandemic are now genetically modified organisms identified as "transhumans" owned by the patent holders of Covid 19 tests and vaccines, have been denied and outlawed in this country.  

The Territorial "States" have been enrolled as States of the Union since October 1st 2020, retroactive to the day they entered Territorial Statehood.   The unauthorized Municipal and Military Districts and their District Courts have been told to remove themselves and their judgments have been nullified for fraud, from May 1865 to the present.   

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.  Vendors are Agents; Agents are Vendors; this is true whether or not vendors are volunteers.

International Public Notice: About Zim Bonds and "Redemption"

Zim Bonds in their several iterations and kinds have been issued by successive Zimbabwean Governments that have appeared and disappeared largely as a result of Musical Chairs Regime Changes. 

The so-called Intelligence Agencies of western enclaves have staged repeated coups against the individuals elected in Zimbabwe and their closest advisors and military officials, with the goal of these regime changes centering around economic rather than political issues. 

Zimbabwe is greatly blessed by vast deposits of strategic minerals. 

Zim Bonds have been issued and "securitized" against the value of these minerals to western industries, including defense contractors. 

As the minerals have become more valuable in the marketplace, the Zim Bonds have increased in value accordingly.  It is this increase in value that has funneled all the snookery and intrigue surrounding these bonds, which should, logically, be resulting in development funds for Zimbabwe and vastly improved economic conditions for the Zimbabwean people ---- and aren't.  

Instead, we have a Three-way Grand Swindle going on.  

The first victims are the Zimbabwean people who have endured regime change after regime change and deals made without their consent regarding the mineral wealth of their country and its extraction and development. Rapacious developers from all corners of the world including the U.S., Europe, and China have had their fingers in the pie and their agencies, including mercenary forces on the ground, have created misery and havoc and environmental destruction in a once peaceful and pastoral country.  Wildlife has been recklessly decimated and the people themselves reduced to scrabbling for food, fuel, and shelter while riots engulf the capitol and bullets fly in the night.  

This has been going on for more than twenty years and still the nations of the Earth sit silent as tombs and all the grand institutions that say they are established in pursuit of justice and peace, are either corrupted or left without the funding and boots on the ground to do anything about this colonialist corporate looting. 

The second targeted victims are the investors in Zim Bonds, who hope to "make a killing" on the increased value of these bonds, but who are then being subjected to gross monopoly inducement in their own turn.  In The United States, Zim investors are being told that they have to go to special pre-arranged redemption centers, where they are instructed to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements and suggest public benefit projects they wish to pursue, and if these projects are approved, they may retain up to 20% of the exchange value of their bonds.  The 80-90% left goes to unidentified brokers -- who turn out to be the same mercenary "U.S. Army" elements that have been part of the problem in this country since 1863. 

Thus the American Zim Bond investors are being defrauded out of 80-90% of the exchange value and being used as a money laundering agent for the British Territorial Mercenary Force misrepresenting itself as the U.S. Army.  

Last, because this is a Three-way Swindle, we see that no matter what else happens upon the "redemption" of these bonds, everyone loses to the banks.  

Hyperinflation is the ultimate result of unleashing vast amounts of credit-based fiat "dollars" into the world economy, even if those currencies are ultimately backed by actual Zimbabwean resources.  

The "lucky ones" will be paying $10,000 for a loaf of bread, while the "unlucky ones" will starve to death in this scenario, so just beyond the seeming promise of riches beyond telling --- purloined riches taken from Zimbabwean farmers and tradesmen --- comes the hollow truth and the destruction of whatever currency the bonds are redeemed in.  

This hyperinflation and devaluation of the currencies involved --  Federal Reserve Notes, United States Dollars, and EUROs -- benefits the banks and incorporated "governments" at the expense of everyone else, as it provides a smokescreen for them and an excuse to pay out a fraction of pennies on a dollar printed by these institutions.  

In economic systems there is always a push behind a pull, a cause and a reaction, a credit and a debit.  The only ultimate way to capture wealth and hold it, is through organic growth and the addition of value to services and products, and secondarily, then, value added to the raw commodities that these services and products depend upon.  

There is no way to cheat an actual economy.  The Truth always wins, but at the cost of those who are left standing when the music ends. 

The smokescreen provided by the generalized hyperinflation caused by these bond sales and redemption activities hides the fact that the banks and underwriters were passing off worthless currency to begin with.  

It also neatly hides their ultimate plan for depopulation.  They can stand on the sidelines and bemoan the poverty, the pollution, the bread lines, the disease.... having caused it all with malice aforethought.  

They can point to the Zimbabwean Bonds Scandal the same way they pointed to the Bottomry Bonds Scandal three hundred years ago, as the "cause" of the economic collapse, when the economic collapse was guaranteed as a result of their own fraud which started ---not in 1913--- but generations before that.  

The only question is: are we going to let them get away with this again?  

Or are we going to pull the central banks and their monopoly interests out of our living guts like so many tapeworms and make an end to them?  

As things stand, there is sufficient evidence of meddling in Zimbabwe by U.S. Incorporated and European colonialist powers and China, also, to justify outlawing Zim Bonds as part of an Unjust Enrichment Scheme.  

This would render the Zim Bonds issued to date as valueless and cause a great deal of consternation among the same people that this action would ultimately save.  

While dreams of swimming pools and fancy cars cloud their minds and other more worthy dreams of serving people in need and saving the Earth from pollution swirl through the imaginations of Zim holders, the actual planned end to all of this is death for millions of people.  

That is how the theft of Zimbabwe's resources plays out in the fraud against the investors, and how everyone stands to lose to the banks and the so-called "incorporated" governments, if the Zim Bond Redemption is allowed.  

What is a smokescreen for them, is death and destruction for everyone else. 

We are, therefore, calling upon the nations of the world to take notice and where possible, to take action in immediate self-defense.  

Steps can be taken to assist the Zimbabwean people, the actual owners of these exploited resources, and steps can also be taken to cushion the loss to investors, but nobody can afford the inevitable destruction which follows --ironically-- upon "redemption".

These activities also deserve to be outlawed and deemed illegal as Money Laundering and Coerced Monopoly Inducement in the case of The United States and American Investors who were heavily targeted and who stand to be defrauded by the same British Territorial Mercenary Forces that have disguised themselves as our own Armed Forces and shamed our uniforms and borrowed flags for six generations.  

We are doing what we can as a lawful government to offer people reasonable true exchange rates through our banks and we are standing ready to see what action may be taken or suggested as a group response to put an end to continued colonialism operating under the guise of "military protectorates", commercial interests, and territorial government.
