International Public Notice: Why "Notes"?

Someone asked us today, why does "the US" (which, as a moniker also often carelessly includes the USA, Inc. and other entities as well) issue money as debt notes?  

Why don't they just pay like everyone else and be done with it?  

First it was the "Federal Reserve Notes" and now, they are trying to float "United States Notes" -- and saying that these "notes" are gold-backed. 

Huh? 

If they are "backed" by gold, why not just pay in gold, instead of doing this fox-trot around using private commercial scrip as a substitute?  

Why expect or even ask everyone else to extend them credit based on gold?  And why pay the  interest on all this unnecessary borrowing? 

It's because our Federal Subcontractors can only impose on our credit, not our assets. 

Read the Federal Constitutions --- all three separate documents.  

The States own the silver and the gold under the auspices of the Federation of States. They pay for the services of the Federal Subcontractors in silver or gold.  The Federal Subcontractors use our credit to pay for their bills. 

But there is a catch that nobody is noticing. 

The Congress that is supposed to approve all this spending and all this extension of credit is our Congress, not their Congress(es). 

It's our Congress of States that is supposed to hold those purse-strings, not the Congress of States of States (Confederate States) that is supposed to be running the Confederation, not the United States Congress (1787) that is supposed to be running the Federal Republic and all the "State Republics", not the British Territorial United States Congress known as the U.S. Congress, not the Municipal Congress, either. 

Our Congress. The States in Congress Assembled.  Our States.  Plain old Wisconsin, Texas, Virginia, New York.... 

Not Confederate States. 

Not Federal States. 

Not Republics. Not State Republics

Not British Territorial States of States

Not Municipal STATES

We, our States, our People, are the ones who get to spend our money and our credit, and that has not been happening for a very long time -- slightly more than 160 years, to be precise. 

That is how long our European Federal Subcontractors have been embroidering an unimaginable fraud scheme against our country, lying to us, impersonating us, working unlawful conversion against us, secretly usurping our powers, commandeering our trade policies, declaring war "for" us, and indulging in all sorts of illegal mercenary conflicts "in our names", running up vast unauthorized expenses in our names, and then dumping these expenses on us as if we agreed to them.  

These same False Friends and Dishonest Merchants have acted under color of law to accomplish all of this.  

They have also received our gold under False Pretenses, and pulled the same old Schtick -- oh, we're their representatives, here to collect the gold bond assets that the Pope released for them, here to collect the gold they have on deposit with Citibank, here to..... well, you can all get the picture. 

The Brits and the Romans have been running wild all over creation and pretending to be the Americans and pretending to act for the Americans without a shred of authority or reason to do so.  

They have unjustly enriched themselves, lied to their Employers, misrepresented their Employers, defrauded their Employers, stolen and embezzled and counterfeited against their Employers, illegally confiscated their Employer's property, grossly exceeded any delegated authority we ever gave them, and they are desperately trying to keep their Fraud Scheme rolling.  

Your lawful government has finally unraveled the whole mess and is standing up for you, but you also have to stand up for yourselves. 

In a few days, they intend to offer the world a new kind of "Promise to Pay" someday "Note" -- and the only difference between this "Note" and the "Federal Reserve Note" is that now they are promising to pay in gold, but they still aren't stipulating a specific time when each "Note" is going to be repaid, and they aren't offering to pay in gold that is actually owned by them --- they are offering to pay in gold that is owned by us, the long-lost Americans that they are now desperately trying to evade and suppress.  

We are the people they owe all that gold and credit to, and we are telling them to step back and step down and stop making sounds like they "represent" us.  They don't.  Read the Contracts. 

Where does it say a word about the British Territorial Government printing or minting our money?  Or the Holy Roman Municipal Government, either?  

There is no such authority vested in any of these foreign Federal Subcontractors, and it is plain to see why there isn't. 

Would you just hand your business, your life savings, your own body, everything you own both public and private, to some foreign employees?  

Of course, you wouldn't. 

You'd do that job yourself, unless you were deluded and defrauded into thinking that these people were representing your own dear States of the Union, and buffaloed into believing that they were your legitimate representatives occupying public offices. 

So these "officers" of foreign commercial and municipal corporations under contract to provide us with certain "essential government services" enumerated in their respective Constitutions, breached the trust that their own existence depends on a long time ago.  

And now, they are trying for another round of fraud and misrepresentation. 

They stepped forward, hurriedly, and agreed to receive the gold that the Pope owed to each and every one of us.  He sent back over 650 plane loads of gold bullion which the mercenary "military" received "for" us and rat-holed up near the Canadian Border --- handy for the Brits to move in and steal. 

And now, they are using our gold as the "gold assets" backing their "US NOTES" and trying to replace their own fricking worthless "Federal Reserve Notes" with promissory notes based on gold belonging to American babies. 

They are stealing again from babies. And trying to get the American Native Tribes to front for them and hold the land trust assets. 

It's sickening. 

Everyone on the planet that has been impacted by this gross fraud should vomit and walk away.  And if you are going to lob any nukes, please note, we didn't know about or agree to or do any of the harm that has been done to us or anyone else.  

All this crime was done by what appeared to be "our" government, but instead, was done by European Subcontractors ---the so-called Holy Roman Empire and its Successors, the British Territorial Governments run as venal commercial and municipal corporations worldwide, the British "Crown" Corporation that stole the identities of American babies by copyrighting their Given Names and so, "renamed and redefined" these little tykes as wards of their evil Queen, and used these purloined copyrights to rubber stamp all manner of legal chicanery in the names of the victims.  

These vicious counterfeiters deserve what they get, and no American reading this should have any doubts about it. 

And now we say to you all, every public leader, every business, every country on Earth, these same evil-doers have illegally and unlawfully and immorally latched onto gold reserves that are owed to us, the actual Americans, and are trying to use that gold as the backing for their new debt notes. 

They are trying to weasel any way they can to continue purloining and using our assets right in front of our faces --- for their benefit. 

You would have to be absolutely crazy to trust any of them and even crazier to trust their offers to pay with someone else's money in the future. All they are going to do is try to kill all of us and say that the "funds were abandoned", owners unknown. 

That's the kind of criminals these people are.  This is the kind of game they have played for 300 years. 

Just remember there are no good guys or bad guys in their ranks.  The Dutch East India Company was just as guilty and loathsome as the British East India Company.  Biden and Trump are two sides of the same wooden nickel. 

Don't fall for the Good Cop/Bad Cop game.  We aren't horses, but we are being treated like animals, subjected to the "carrot" (Trump) and the "stick" (Biden).

Don't believe their beating of the drum about any "Republics" --- they aren't building any American Republics.  They are building British Territorial "Republics" and trying to substitute them for ours. 

Just more impersonation, more fraud, more schemes, more substitution frauds, more False Representation, more inland piracy, more unlawful conversion, more theft, more breach of trust, more bull crap. 

Even as we speak, the mercenary "military" is guarding our gold "for" us and offering to use it as the backing for their promissory notes.  

Why not do the right thing and give your Employers back their own assets, deposit the gold that belongs to us in our own treasury, in our own chartered bank system, and let us get on with issuing both actual money and pre-paid credit that we are owed?  

It's our right and we are exercising it. 

It doesn't matter how long we have been quiet. 

It doesn't matter what defunct organization we delegated powers to.  

It doesn't matter how many of us there are. 

We have a "republican form of government" ---guaranteed --- so it is not a democracy and not a numbers game. 

We don't need any British Territorial Mercenaries or British Crown Corporations running our business for us, and we don't need any Bar Attorneys converting our identities and illegally confiscating our assets and running fraudulent court systems on our land, either.  

We wouldn't have left our Airmen First Class without a raise since 1964, except for "Cost of Living Increases". 

Think about that.  

Give us our gold and our credit and you can receive Amnesty for acting in ignorance; but keep on playing the stupid games and taking the stupid orders, and all you are going to get for it is a gibbet as a foreign mercenary engaged as an inland pirate. 

All the rest of the world?  You want an end to the "Overseer" and Slave System?  Want an end to the endless meddling in your business?  Want their hands out of your pockets?  Here is how they are trying to boot it up again. 

The Pope and Queen and British Crown are surrendering everything to the American Indians. 

We, all the other Americans, 85% of the population, are being cast in the role of Overseers for the new Landlords. 

And both the Natives and the rest of us are being set up in this Divide and Conquer strategy, forced to either recreate the same old ugly system of "haves" and "have nots" or fight among ourselves like dogs over a bone --- in which case, they will supply both "sides", bet on the fight and use other mercs to come in and beat the winner.  

Wake up, America, it really is this bad.  Wake up, Europe, you can see it for yourselves.  You know that you've been illegally occupied since WWII. Wake up, Japan!  Wake up, China!  

They are proposing to pay you more promissory notes based on our stolen and purloined gold, just like they proposed to give you land that belongs to us, to pay off their debts. 

It's time to put these mad dog corporations down, convert the mercenary forces back to actual national militaries, and take back what is ours --- our countries, our governments, our assets.  

And remember where they live.  

These Perpetrators, these Arch-criminals, aren't here in hodunk America.  They are in Geneva and Monaco, in Rome, in Venice, vacationing in the Greek Isles, they are in the Inner City of London, Buckingham Palace (named after King James I's homosexual lover, Lord Buckingham) and Kennsington Palace (only slightly more savory) and in Balmoral Palace (advertising that they practice Baal's Morals) and in Washington, DC -- an "independent, international city state" perched on our shores in violation of their landuse permits. 

If you want to get to the root of this evil, it's the banks; if you want to get at the implementation of this evil, it's the banks; if you want to get control of the situation --- and keep it --- give the gold over to the American Federation Treasury and let your Employers get on with their lives and their work.

Nobody on Earth likes the current regimes and crooked practices of the Federales.  Nobody wants more fighting and divisiveness and war-mongering and corporate feudalism.    

We are done with evil.  Today, tomorrow, next week and forever. If you are done with it and want something better with all your heart, then do whatever you can to wake people up, learn what is going on, and shake a leg.  

Stand up and declare your birthright political status. 

Americans can go to the States of America (TASA.org) website to locate their State Assembly; everyone else (including Americans living offshore) who wants sanity and wants to be recognized as a national of their own country, go to www.globalfamily.com and look for the Land Recording and Publishing System (LRPS).  

And as for you Army Guys, don't even think about going through with the Narrative and blowing up  "national monuments" --- especially any dams that will cut electricity and flood everything downstream.

If its time for us to tear down every brick of Washington, DC, we can do it the same way it was built.  No need for waste and bombs and killing of the innocent. 

We were happy to hear that the illegal occupation of our country by British Territorial forces is finally at an end; we don't propose that we should next be snookered into accepting a British Territorial Government acting in our stead. 

This is a worldwide problem and everyone has an equal stake and reason to solve it.

International Public Notice: The Treaty of the Blood

A great many lies have been told by a great many people seeking to enrich and empower themselves at the expense of others.  They think they have to push each other down and "get on top". 

So the only way they can get "up" is by pushing someone else "down". 

The truth of the matter is that the land of the entire planet was stolen in 1302 by Pope Boniface the Eighth; we have the evidence of who, what, when, where, how, and why this was done, fully established in public and private records.  

So that is where it started, this idea that someone other than the man living on land owned it and had some kind of control over it.  

The Pope claimed it, and then, the Popes set up governments called "Kingdoms" on the land (after Enki) and "Monarch" on the sea (after Jehovah-Enlil) and "Emperors" in the air (after Anu). All these offices were created by the Popes and all these various government officers were crowned by who?  The Popes. 

This entire bureaucracy and all the land claims established under it began in 1302. It divided the Earth into two spheres (Hemispheres) and three international/global jurisdictions: land, air, and water (LAW) overseen by Kings, Emperors, and Monarchs. 

This system overtook Europe very quickly and spread from Europe to the rest of the world.  

Suddenly we were wondering, where did these all these "kings" come from?  Who are they?  Why are we bowing and scraping to them?  Answer: they were the Overseers appointed by the Popes to rule over the Pope's slaves --- all the lawful, natural living people, who were suddenly denigrated to the level of "Human Creatures".  

This was done to make a distinction between the Popes, the Overseers (Kings,etc.) and the Slaves called "Human Creatures" that the Overseers kept in line for the Popes.  

There were actually two kinds of Overseers -- Sacred and Secular;  The Sacred Overseers were  Ministers (priests, magistrates, etc. operating under Canon Law) and the Secular Overseers were Kings, Monarchs, and Emperors and all their supporters and employees operating under Secular Law in each jurisdiction. 

Long before all this got going in Europe, we all lived under treaties made of blood.  

You still see echoes of this when kids cut their palms and squeeze them together to become "blood brothers" at summer camp or to solemnize particularly binding promises and obligations. 

You also see this in the tradition of arranged marriages and the long history of princesses married off to consolidate the wealth, power, or simply guarantee the peace between kingdoms. 

England made an attempt to create such a Treaty --- and establish such a claim to land and property in America by marrying off one of their officers (a Secular Overseer) named John Rolf to Pocohontas, and thereby secure a claim for the King through John Rolf to Pocohontas' inheritance in America. 

In those days, when a woman married, all of her property was gained by her husband. And if her husband happened to be an Overseer (also called an Overlord if he controlled land estates for the King who controlled it, in turn, for the Pope) everything she owned went to him and from him to his liege-lord, the King.  

This is just an example of how John Rolf was used to secure a claim "for" his King to all the land owned by Pocohontas' Father, the Chief of the Powhatan people, through his daughter. 

But by 1614 when this deal went down, the custom of making Treaties by blood (marriages) was dying out and for many reasons, was disappearing from public knowledge, to be practiced only by the elites, who continued the practice of blood treaties by marrying their own cousins -- and thereby consolidating familial wealth and power. 

A similar but less obvious practice resulted from contracts as "godfathers" and "godmothers". These contracts established in the jurisdiction of the air created a claim to the estates of the godfathers and godmothers for the babies, but also obligated the babies and whatever worldly goods they might have at birth or later inherit, to the Church, standing as a Silent Partner and Trustee, enabled to enforce these obligations and benefit itself from the contracts.  

These were soul treaties, but the concept is eerily the same; instead of blood, the contract was sealed by water. Baptismal water.  The Church acted as the Owner/Trustee of the soul, the godparents acted as the Overseers, and the baby was the Donor of the Assets to the trust--- his body, his labor, his soul, his land, his money, his time on Earth, all neatly snatched away as soon as possible after birth. 

As this system of surreptitious theft and "management" of "resources" refined itself, and because the Pope's particular domain is the air jurisdiction, certificates were issued for these deposits -- a baptismal certificate for the soul (representing all spiritual assets), a territorial birth certificate for the body (representing all physical assets), and a municipal birth certificate for the labor, inventions, and performances (representing the value of our labor and other intellectual and energetic assets).  

This is what the three keys of the Papal Tiara represent -- the enslavement of body, mind, and soul to Christ -- "the anointed one", an office-holder or priest.  

They leave everyone to think that the Christ is synonymous with Jesus and that Jesus is synonymous with Yashua and that Yashua is synonymous with Yahoshua.... but no.  There is really no reason to assume any of that. It's just another Substitution Fraud of the kind we have seen many times since. 

We digress only to demonstrate how we have all been sold a proverbial Bill of Goods and how our trust in institutions and our innocent assumptions, have, together with their sins of omission, been combined to defraud and control mankind. 

Getting back to blood treaties, one specific Blood Treaty needs our attention now -- a Blood Treaty between the Iroquois Nations and the Armorican people of Normandy in France.  

To this day, it is hard to find any member of any Iroquois League tribal nation who doesn't test positive for French ancestry.  

The Amoricans who still live on the southwestern part of the Normandy Peninsula are the ones who gave their name to the new continents of the Americas.  Their blood treaties and trading relationships are memorialized in stories and legends, in petroglyphs (some going back to Egypt) and DNA. 

Scandinavians allied with the Amoricans (both seafaring nations) arrived in North America and began colonizing circa 10,000 BC and became known as the Mound People, white skinned, blue-eyed, and red or blond-haired, these immigrants built large colonies of thousands of people. Their blood treaties account for the blue-eyed, blond-haired individuals who appeared among the black-haired, dark-eyed tribal populations who greeted the "first" European explorers.   

To this day, supposedly full-blood American Indians from tribes all along the Eastern Seaboard and far Inland have traces of Scandinavian and German DNA --- which people assume is of relatively recent origin, maybe back to Viking days, but no, the records are clear.  

DNA occurs in sequence.  It is entirely possible to count approximately how many generations have passed since new DNA was added.  

When we do that kind of analysis, we find that white men have been in this country as long as red, black or yellow men.  And longer than some. 

So before we begin identifying some people as "indigenous" based on skin color and eye shape and language affiliations, and others as "non-indigenous" it behooves us all to look at the DNA evidence, which shows that there is one (1) family of mankind, one (1) common Mother from whom we all inherit our mitochondria, and no reason to assume that any one race or religion or people are indigenous to any one region. 

In fact, the DNA evidence proves that ultimately, we all came from Africa.  So a strong and rational argument can be made that anyone living outside of Africa is non-indigenous. 

We are bringing this forward to stop the Old One-Eyed Bastard from fooling everyone again and starting another round of the same old game of Divide and Conquer and setting up the same old system of Landlords, Overseers, and Slaves. 

They do this by arbitrarily choosing new shills to act as Landlords, and establishing a new "elite" to work as Overseers for the Landlords, and leaving everyone else as Slaves. 

Is this what we want to perpetuate?  Or are we ready to progress to a better world and be better people? 

Those including the Holy Roman Empire hegemony promoting all this "indigenous versus non-indigenous" talk know what they are doing and they are spinning a narrative and taking advantage of racial bigotry and festering abuse to promote it.  

All to keep our attention away from the fact that the "Great Divide" is never among living people.  The Divide is between living people and corporations. 

There's only one mankind, and we have all been manipulated and defrauded and enslaved and deluded enough not to realize this and act upon it. 

So let's take a step back and look at the 1613 Blood Treaty and the Sea Treaty back to the King of England that present claims are built upon --- and realize that the name "The United States of America" derives from "The United Nations of America" ---- a body that existed for hundreds of years prior to any modern European system of Kings and Monarchs and Emperors. 

The Blood Treaties of the Americans go back at least to 800 AD in this country, not 1613.

These Nations were the Iroquois Nations and their affiliates all the way down to Florida in the South and the Northern Plains ---- and also, their kin, by marriage and Blood Treaty going back more than a thousand years, the Amoricans.  

They established The United Nations of America also called The Iroquois League circa 800 AD and their problem then and now, was trading with the remnants of the Roman Empire. 

Their seasonal meetings took place in the area now known as Philadelphia every year.  This is why our capitol is in Philadelphia.  This is why this country is called America.  And this is why the unincorporated government of this country in international and global jurisdictions is called The United States of America.  

"Nation" refers to the living people, and "States" refers to the land.   

But before you get confused: 

There are two such entities that claim the land -- The United States of America which is our lawful and unincorporated government --- which is American and which has never been incorporated at all. 

And "the" United States of America, which is British and which has been incorporated for many years. 

It is this second, foreign business that has usurped upon our lawful government, stolen our identity, abused our flag (or at least one version of it, their Territorial Title IV flag)  and which is responsible for so much of the misery and injustice that has crippled the whole world. 

It's not the Americans (Amoricans) who stole the land from anybody.  That distinction belongs to the Brits.  

It's not the Americans who were defeated at little Big Horn.  That too, was the Brits and their Territorial Flag. 

It wasn't the Americans who gave anyone any blankets impregnated with smallpox during Prince Philip's War or any time afterward.

It wasn't the Americans who herded up native children and sent them to residential schools. All of this violence and cruelty and greed and nastiness is and always was, the Brits -- first under their kings, and last under their political party executives parading around as corporate "Presidents".  

How do we know this, when everyone else seems stupefied?  

The Belle Chers were the Kings of Gaul and they have remained hereditary Kings of Normandy and central England. The Amorican people are our people---- in what is now called France and in what is now called America, and wherever they may roam. 

It's our DNA mingled throughout the far reaches of this country and our claim to it by Blood Treaty and our symbols and names carved into these rocks and our sons and daughters who have been misled and abused by the Overseers of the Popes. 

Our claims in the modern world are lodged in favor of the living people, those with hands and feet, and against the corporations that have been raised up to steal from us and enslave us.  

So when certain leaders rant and rave against the Europeans and accuse "Americans" of stealing their land --- remember that it wasn't us who stole anything.  

It was the Pope, it was his priests, it was his kings, his monarchs, and his emperors-- and all their minions and armies and officers, all working to unjustly enrich and empower themselves by  "claiming title" to other people's names and property.  

Remember that we had and we have, by Blood Treaty, every right to consider ourselves "indigenous" and landowners and free people in this country and wherever our DNA flows and our name is invoked.  

Remember that a Blood Treaty overstands all other forms of treaties and is valid on air, land, and sea.

International Public Notice: Meddling by the Galactic Council is Prohibited

1. The Interstice was closed specifically to prevent galactic and intergalactic meddling in the Earth's evolution and political life; how, exactly, does the current Council propose that violent and unnecessary terraforming of the Earth's tectonic plates and dangerous manipulation of Magnetosphere is not "meddling"? 

2. Seven (7) times in the past previous Councils have acted in fear and self-interest to promote exactly such meddling with devastating effects on the Earth and its incarnate biological life structures; entire species have been wiped out by this immoral and illogical meddling which is precisely why the Interstice has been closed; 

3. This planet and its conscious beings have the Absolute Right of Self-Determination, and this Council has no authority allowing it to violate Universal Law;

4. The excuses being promoted for the proposed Disruption  are scientifically and morally insupportable and unacceptable: 

(a) China does not need more land.  China needs advanced biodynamic farming technology, advanced water capture and treatment facilities, new energy sources, and most of all, advanced sanitation technologies, combined with some common sense, but China does not need more land; 

China is a large country with a large population and challenging climatic and topographic features, but its actual land mass is more than sufficient to support its population now and for a considerable time into the future, if the Chinese are given access to resources to make the needed changes--- which is well-within the Council's ability to provide.  

(b)  The idea that this planet is "overpopulated" is absurd; this planet has in the past supported as many as 500 billion incarnate souls, so a claim that it is overpopulated by a population of 8 billion is clearly not rational; 

(c) The Democratic Party Administrations and the corporation Presidents that the current Council has been dealing with since the 1930s  are not actual owners of anything and do not represent me nor do these persons represent a majority of the living incarnate beings on this planet; any idea that they are the Spokesmen for this planet, or that their cohorts in the co-called United Nations organization are the Spokespersons for this planet, are grossly in Error; 

(d) It stands upon the Record that the Traditional and Customary Spokespersons for this planet are all women and that these women have a unique genetic and energetic signature that is known and which must be applied to all Orders impacting biological life and manifestation on this planet;  

(e) As your own records show, I am the Lawful Spokesperson for this planet and my freely granted signature is required on any Disruption Order; I do not permit anyone to represent me in this matter and I do not grant permission for any technologically induced terraforming or magnetic grid manipulations, which includes any induced polar shifts. My copy rights are intact and controlling; 

5. I am also the Source Arbiter for all female genre expressions manifest on this planet, a fact that considerably overstands any authority possessed by any Galactic Council in regard to our planetary future; 

6. My contract specifically forbids and prohibits the death of any of my personal manifestations as a result of tsunamis, "or other forms of waves induced in media other than water", and that does preclude drowning or suffocation or crushing by landslides, mudslides, earthquakes, solid-state liquefaction, lava flows, tornadoes, hurricanes, cyclones, inhaling of noxious gases and exposure to biological plagues resulting from external or artificial manipulation of the planet's biosphere or physics;

Please note that my personal manifestations inhabit all seven continents and there is no way for the Council to implement their current agenda without killing one or more expressions of the female genre.

7.  I have made it clear that I am not enduring any more manipulation of this planet from any external Blue Ribbon Committee whatsoever, and I have already alerted the appropriate peacekeeping forces to the clear and present danger created by the Council's proposed terraforming and magnetic grid manipulations; I have asked them to remove and arrest any member of the Council promoting these actions or in any way aiding or abetting these dangerous external manipulations;

8.  During the Great Plasma War I exercised compassion for the deluded members of the Refugee Societies who sought safe harbor here; I now regret that action and I rescind that time line; 

9. The remnants of those civilizations destroyed during the Great Plasma War have learned nothing from their own destruction and instead of settling down here and enjoying the peace, they have instead promoted constant war, war, and more war, ignoring the fact that war has been their own downfall and would be the downfall of the Earth, too, if they were allowed to continue their presence here; 

10. For this reason, I have evicted them for cause and asked that they be removed, permanently, from this planet. They are to be relocated elsewhere to an environment where they can do no more collateral damage to anyone or anything.  To that end, I have summoned the Abyssal Knights and their Allies to close the Gates of Hell and clean sweep this planet; 

11. This Galactic Council has been more trouble than it has been worth. Instead of preventing external meddling, it has been a source of external meddling itself. Instead of assisting the Earth, the Council has engaged in more than ten years of fear-mongering and politicking and gridlock -- all culminating in an 8th Disruption Order; 

12. If that is the best the Galactic Council can do, let me suggest that there are primitive men on this planet who could do as well or better; let me also suggest that instead of allowing us to mop-up problems that were visited upon us by the failures of former Galactic Councils, this Galactic Council has continued a long tradition of meddling in the Earth's physical and political affairs, and has stood in the way of our efforts to self-correct, and has prevented us from knowing the truth and acting upon it.  As such the Galactic Council has been a hindrance instead of a help and I wish to address the nonsensical ideas being promoted to encourage either no action or bad action by this Council: 

(a) The idea that the psychology of the living people on this planet is so weak and primitive that we cannot bear the stress of knowing the truth; this not supported by any biological evidence; instead, the Record demonstrates the great plasticity and adaptability of the 13.8 billion year-old genome of mankind, which has in fact successfully generated and given rise to all forms of humanoid life including the life forms of many Galactic Council Members; 

(b) The idea that we are ignorant and don't know our own role and identity as Creators -- is an idea so profoundly incorrect that its proponents should be embarrassed for ever giving voice to it.  Every technology, every commercial product, every aspect of every civilization represented by the members of the Galactic Council has come from these humble beginnings and there is no demonstrated reason to think that our own derivatives are our superiors; 

(c) The Creative Process is something that many members of the Galactic Council don't grasp, having never experienced sex, mortality, and illusion themselves; they should realize, and indeed, must realize the necessity of our endurance, without which there cannot be the ongoing adaptation needed to sustain life in the cosmos;

(d) The idea that the veil of flesh keeps us from interacting with our Higher Selves is ignorant supposition, and you may all readily observe that any incapacity in that regard is in fact caused by more meddling with the natural biosphere, pollution, and externally imposed ignorance purportedly enforced to protect us from ourselves; 

13. As we speak an artificial dome, the Hubble Dome, has been imposed as a transport device and it is rapidly dragging this entire planet back to its original station on the other side of the galaxy; the claims supporting this action are as illogical and objectionable as the other issues herein addressed. The idea that we are out of place because we continued to migrate or that we don't have the right to change our location, is akin to medieval human superstitions about not drinking water and not taking baths.  The Order of Creation is not violated because we change our planetary location within the Cosmos -- it is instead violated by any forced relocation;

(a) The right of Self-Determination which we set in place within the framework of Universal Law includes the right to move and travel and explore; none of us, certainly no member of the Galactic Council can argue it; 

(b) The idea that we pollute the cosmos by entering and exiting it at different time and space coordinates, has no shred of evidence; creation and change are the price paid to advance, and which member of the purportedly advanced civilizations represented by the members of this Council will stand here and face me on this issue? Each one owes his or her existence to the exercise of our volition.  Witness the face of my Son imprinted across the Universe, and ask yourselves if you have lost your own minds, as part of your adaptations to your own technological inventions?    

(c) It seems that our appearance in different quadrants of the galaxy has resulted in the life, growth, and existence of all these great interstellar societies that represent our own progeny benefiting from millions of years of unhindered natural development, and you would all now show up like ungrateful grandchildren and tell us that our peregrinations have caused you harm?  Everything you have and everything you are, is linked to us. 

Moving Earth to the other side of the galaxy won't change that nor in any way alter Nature; 

(d) Change, though feared, is both necessary and good; it isn't that we object to change and we have often proved that by accepting difficult transitions in our own evolution.  That said, change imposed upon others is a violation of their own evolutionary mandate and that is what results from the Council's present actions and the "offer" of an 8th Disruption Order allowing all this meddling in Earth's physical and political affairs, and even changing our location in the cosmos; 

(14) Do the members of the Council actually think that we are so clueless and "primitive" that we don't feel all the bumps and lumps that our planet is suffering as a result of the tractoring by the Hubble Dome?  That we don't recognize plasma technology?  By what authority or logic are these assumptions being made?  If this is the best you can do, you all need to go home and leave the Earth to its own devices. 

(15) I can destroy the Hubble Dome simply by activating the Ley Line Dome and this is a simple Voice Command. The 60,000 stars per second that are disappearing from your mirrors are not lost and not actually disappearing.  This is not the end of the Universe nor the end of Universal Law; this is a natural renewal and the beginning of a new Universe. We brought you into this Universe; we can take you out of this Universe, and bring you back again. You are, frankly, incompetent to make any judgments about the changes the Universe is now going through, so please spare us the effects of your best theories.  

(16) It looks to me like a great many things about the Natural World and the history of this planet and its inhabitants have been grossly misunderstood and misinterpreted by members of the Galactic Council over time, and a proper understanding of the Grand Architecture is lacking.  This is what happens when you take the word of criminals and con artists as "Gospel".  

(17) The ultimate determination does not lie with the Council; it stays with me, and I reject the Council's Offer and Order to allow the continued tractoring of Earth and also nix the planned terraforming and magnetosphere manipulations.

Letter to the U.S. Trustees

Please note that this letter has also been forwarded by email to their local Alaska Representative in Eagle River, Alaska. 

Dear U.S. Trustees: 

It is our understanding that the Federal Municipal conglomerate popularly known as the UNITED STATES entered Chapter 7 bankruptcy together with all its presumed to exist franchises created under City of Washington, DC, Statute, Vital Statistics, Chapter 2, Section 7-201, paragraph 10, (1980) which identifies individual federal municipal trust estates named after British Territorial U.S. Citizens, that are also Estates in Admiralty jurisdiction.  

We are the preferential and actual creditors of both these Estates/ESTATES and issued a Form 56 naming former Secretary of the Treasury Mnuchin as Trustee responsible for transferring the named ESTATES to the U.S. Treasury (1789) as foreign assets.  

We were not notified of the Creditor's meeting because it would appear (to you) that the ESTATEs in question belonged to British Territorial Estate interests attached to missing British Merchant Mariners, and not to Americans of known provenance, who have established their Express Trust and reversionary trust interest well-prior to all these nasty bankruptcies.  

These so-called Debtor ESTATES are firmly lodged and require your attention and release, first in favor of the British Territorial Creditor, and finally in favor of the original American in possession of their reversionary trust interest in the lawful Person that was purportedly "waived" by Third Parties to create an infant decedent estate "for" them while they were still babies in their cradles. 

We are seeking full settlement and release of our natural American estates to our private administration and transfer of assets to our American chartered bank system.  

It is our further understanding that the U.S.A.,Inc. also underwent Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and reorganization while the federal Municipal ESTATE trusts named after us were lodged with the U.S. Treasury (1789).  It is our firm belief and assumption that as these were "foreign estates" reposited with the U.S. Treasury 1789, they would be held harmless and carried through the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.  

We would like the name and contact information of the office responsible for returning these multiple Estate/ESTATE interests back to the original owners and to the protection of our actual government.  

It is our understanding that as Public Usufructs, both the UNITED STATES and the U.S.A. Inc. engaged in secretly using our private names as the names of franchises benefiting themselves, and that both of these organizations owe us the Usufructuary Duty to hold us and our assets harmless from any injury arising as a result of the existence of these foreign "persons" and their respective Estates/ESTATES named after us. 

It is also believed that the debts accrued for any services that we or our estates received can and should be, according to our directions, held exempt and written off as a debt swap (Mutual Offset Credit Exemption Exchange) against the debts  your organizations owe us.  

This MOCEE process does not result in a discharge or write-off or forgiveness of debt and is not owed additional taxation as gifts or estate taxes, but is a mutually agreed upon remedy for the settlement of debts that are otherwise not payable under the current financial regime. 

Our claims were further lodged with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Comptroller of the Currency well-prior to the onset of the present bankruptcies and should have been addressed by the U.S. Trustees beginning in 1998; in consideration of the failure to provide Due Notice to the actual Creditors and failure to locate and identify the actual Parties of Interest, also the elements of constructive fraud that are endemic to this multi-trust, multi-jurisdictional double obligation scheme, we feel that it is advisable for any presumptive settlement and related statutes of limitations to be set aside in our favor.

The records related to our Form 56 Action and Secretary Mnuchin's corresponding action are lodged with the U.S. Treasury and should also appear as assets held as foreign assets by the Securities and Exchange Commission and as bonds held by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. 

We are ready to recoup back our "lost" inheritance that has been held by Federal Administrators under a series of False Presumptions resulting from undisclosed and, for our part, unconscionable foreign citizenship contracts conferred upon or otherwise foisted off on us while we were still babies in our cradles.
