Public International Notice: The Peculiar Portion of Virginia

Virginia, named after the so-called "Virgin Queen" Elizabeth I, was the second British American Colony in the New World, but not actually a "colony" in the sense that people normally assume.  Virginia was a Joint Venture of English Investors who had been apportioned a charter to inhabit and develop resources in America.  

The Massachusetts Bay Colony was similarly a Joint Venture of English Investors apportioned a charter to inhabit and develop resources in America.  

Neither of these private Joint Ventures nor several others less famous, were widely advertised, as Investor Pressure to invest in the New World was so severe that the British Government had to establish Investment Districts and match up investors in these areas with specific investment opportunities, thus an investment group in Leeds would not be able to invest in the same colonial property as an investment group in Exeter. 

This eagerness to invest in New World Joint Ventures was spurred in part by lack of new investment opportunities in Europe and the wild-eyed speculation that America, especially in the interior regions, might hold the same staggering wealth of gold and silver discovered by Spanish explorers in South America. 

So Virginia began as a Joint Venture that was chartered by a specific group of English Investors; over time, American Colonists living in Virginia were also welcomed back into the fold and allowed to invest in The Virginia Company.  By 1720, the "incorporation craze" that had gripped England and Scotland--- a craze created by the members of the Temple Bar and newly organized private insurance companies--- had spread to America. 

The opportunity for investors to receive public bankruptcy protection was pitched without the full disclosure that such incorporation transferred ownership interest to the government (and the King or Queen) and inspired a series of mergers and structural changes among investor groups. 

The United States of America Trading Company, a rather obscure investor group in Kentucky, howbeit with support from George Washington and other rich Virginia planters, split in 1732 along class and origin lines, with the British Investors forming the United States of America, Incorporated, a British Crown Corporation, and the more conservative American Investors continuing to operate as The United States of America Trading Company -- an unincorporated American business venture. 

The British Crown Investor Group that invested originally in The Virginia Company and which created the incorporated version of the United States of America, quickly got into trouble, and over-extended itself at home in England and abroad. This version of the United States of America, Incorporated, was first bankrupted in the early 1750's, taking advantage of public bankruptcy protection to offload their commercial debts and their share of war reparations still owed to France, which had paid the recovery costs of British Crown investments and war reparations accrued during the Thirty Years War which ended in 1648, basically a hundred years before.  

This bankruptcy and default on sovereign debt precipitated war with France.  

In America, this war is known as the French and Indian War; in Europe it is known as The Seven Years War, which is, when you crank it down, an extension of the Thirty Years War that caused the sovereign debt crisis that engulfed Europe from the beginning of the Protestant Reformation to the Napoleonic Era.  

Europe, during this time period, and as we have experienced in more modern times, had to rebuild everything that was foolishly destroyed, and to do so, the governments levied harsh tax penalties on physical assets, profit from investments both at home and in their colonial territories, and also levied many oppressive tariffs on imports and trade.  

These short-sighted measures clamped down on economic expansion when economic expansion was needed the most, and led to lasting feuds throughout Europe ---- and America. 

The American Revolution was, in part, caused by  European Monarchs warring with each other and then expecting the colonies to bear the brunt of their sovereign debt for wars and reparations in Europe.  

The onerous taxes and trade tariffs and import restrictions, to say nothing of being expected to bear the entire cost of King George's French and Indian War, left the Colonies staggering under the burdens and deprivations of events half a world away. 

Although we see this through the clouded lens of a deliberately obscured and distorted history that focuses primarily on the outrages perpetuated by King George and his government on the British Colonies, his abusive imposts and tariffs and taxes on goods were being passed on to all the other Colonies, too.  

It was during this unhappy period after The Seven Years War and before The War of Independence that three other things coincided: the Delaware and Lenape Native Nations began complaining about money they were owed as Pilts --- payments in lieu of taxes -- and together with the Cherokee and Sauk Nations, began objecting to trespasses against Treaty Agreements with King George barring further Colonial expansion beyond the Cumberland Gap, and perhaps worst of all, gold was found in the Great Lakes region. 

This news sent shockwaves through a skint London Investment Community and raised hopes that more gold than the Spanish Hoard was just over the horizon--- west of the Cumberland Gap.  

The King's Privy Council turned to a reliable source of information, the Honorable George Washington, lately Colonel Washington, a brilliant soldier, surveyor --- and Cousin of the King --- who had journeyed extensively both to the north and west  beyond the Cumberland Gap.  

George "reported pleasantly" concerning the abundant rich lands and water sources immediately west and northwest of the existing colonies, and yes, he had himself encountered quartz rock formations throughout the area northwest of Pennsylvania, which might contain veins of gold.  Washington was guarded, but not guarded enough. 

Suddenly, the pesky Native Tribes were not only a nuisance asking for their payments in lieu of taxes at a bad time, but now, their treaties with the King were standing between Fleetstreet and the biggest gold bonanza since the Spanish Main.  The echoes of this gold fever and its motivational force are still echoed in the Northwest Ordinance giving the British Territorial Government first crack at exploring new land "to the Northwest" and guaranteeing the King and his Successors a ten percent tributary interest in all gold in the ground which would, in future, be mined from our nascent western states. 

The "Revolution" did more than relieve the Colonies of taxes and tariffs and import restrictions; the change of government got King George out of having to abide by his venerable treaties with the Native Tribes.  The new Government under General Washington was free to expand its reach far beyond the Cumberland Gap.  

A hundred years later, during the Civil War, the Lakota Sioux, saw their opportunity for a pre-emptive strike against the treaty-breakers who had not only dishonored King George's treaties with the Lenapes and Delawares, but caused the depopulation and genocide of the Cherokee and related Nations known as the Trail of Tears. 

The Lakota knew they were next if they didn't do something to stop the onslaught of Western Migration.  The Great Sioux Uprising of 1862 was the result. 

The British Territorial U.S. Army's savage suppression, multiple genocides of Native civilian populations, the near-extinction of the American Bison and the Reservation System together with the cultural genocide machines known as Indian Residential Schools were the end result.  

Meanwhile, at the same time, in 1862, in Virginia, the so-called Civil War was in full engagement.  The Virginians were split between the Plantation Owners and the Northern Virginians whose personal investments and proximity to the Federal Capitol led them to side with Lincoln.  There was also West Virginia, a large mostly rural area, that wanted to maintain its neutrality and friendly relations, but was finally forced to enter the Union as a new State Territory in the middle of the conflagration. 

This amounted to a three-way partition of Virginia, which was at once enmeshed to the North with the District of Columbia Government and to the South, with the Confederate Government in Richmond. 

Virginia was literally torn apart.  More than a century later, the wounds have not healed.  

After Lee's Army surrendered, Richmond was burned to the ground; only those homes and facilities used by the Union Army on its march through the South were left intact.  And even some of those private homes and businesses were burned upon their departure.  All of Southern Virginia was laid waste or as the legal eagles call it, "ruinated".  

Northern Virginia, meanwhile, was being protected by a quasi-militia force calling itself the Army of Northern Virginia, that had been sympathetic to the Union and assisted the Union throughout the War, so that while they were subjected to a nasty and strict military-style occupation, the infrastructure and private property assets in Northern Virginia largely escaped damage from the Union Army, which had headquartered in Washington, DC.  

West Virginia remained a  No Man's Land of tiny hamlets, twisting roads, isolated farms, coal mines, low-backed mountains cut by fast-running streams and deep valleys.  Even now, it is one of the least populated and poorest States in the country, a preserve of oral history and folksongs, archaic English language, skilled trades, crafts, and herbal lore.  It's as if West Virginia, horrified by the Civil War, pulled its shirt over its head and hoped for the best. 

England viewed Virginia as the Prime Mover in The War of Independence and in the aftermath of the Civil War, saw its chance to take its vengeance on its former Colony redefined (until recently) as an occupied territory. 

The State of Virginia was demised and the former State-of-State Government was replaced by an incorporated Commonwealth, similar to Kentucky, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania, under the theory that the Civil War was an ongoing and unresolved military operation and these states were up for grabs by England in any peace process. 

This amounts to the British Investors who split off and created the United States of America, Incorporated, trying to come back after two generations and glom onto the property interests of the American Investors who did not incorporate, did not go bankrupt, and eventually became the unincorporated Holding Company known as The United States of America.

We now know that the Civil War was a deeply criminal Mercenary Conflict deliberately engendered on our shores, promoted by some of our Federal Employees in league with the Rothschild central banks, and financed by the same corrupt European patrimonies that have kept the world at war for (their) profit for the last 300 years.  

The last shot of the so-called American Civil War was fired in the Bering Sea during the summer of 1866,  by the CSS Shenandoah, which was built and berthed out of Liverpool, England. 

To underscore the duplicity, co-option, and guile of Great Britain, consider how it supported and profited from both sides of the Civil "War" Conflict --- on one hand, Britain operated in support of the Northern Alliance and contributed money, manpower, and supplies -- for a hefty price, to the British Territorial U.S. Army; and at the same time, Britain built the Confederate Warships and offered safe harbor to the Southern Fleet and privateers.  

All of this (and from either side) falls far short of the neutrality and peacekeeping efforts that the British Territorial Federal Subcontractor owed us. 

Instead of working to defend this country and its best interests, which meant preventing any Mercenary Conflict on our shores, the British Territorial Federal Subcontractor used its influence to create the conflict, prolong it, misrepresent it as a war, and profit from it surreptitiously for over 150 years.  

The re-establishment of our State Assemblies in Virginia, Kentucky, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania marks the restoration of active American Government in these States of the Union--- referring now to the original Union formed on July 4th 1776, not the Northern Confederacy deceptively calling itself "the Union".  

We are calling for the return of all our assets cashiered in State Trusts and Federal Slush Funds, all the cured Birth Certificate and Social Security bonds, all the non-speculative cash, all land patents, titles, and surveys, everything and anything that naturally belongs to our States and our people that has been illegally seized as booty on land or as prizes on the High Seas in breach of trust and violation of the federal service contracts.   

We remind everyone in the international community that that the Law of the Land is the Supreme Law in international jurisdiction and the Supremacy Clause found as Article VI of all Federal Constitutions leaves no doubt that all codes, regulations, private contracts, statutes, ordinances, rules, mandates and public policies of the Federal Subcontractors are secondary and subservient to the greater law established for them by their respective Constitutions. 

Any deviation or purposeful evasion of the duties imposed on our Federal Contractors by their respective Constitutions is a breach of trust and law; any scheme, registration, process or conspiracy to misidentify Americans as foreigners in their own country and so  impersonate them and deprive them of rights and material interests that are owed to them --- these evils must be quit with extreme prejudice or otherwise prosecuted as unlawful conversion and treason.  

The scions or present members of the Army of Northern Virginia have no greater or better claim or right to Virginia than the pre-conflict Virginians and their children. 

There was no valor earned, nor right of conquest, no recourse to The Law of War ever available from this violent and venal Conflict merely called The American Civil War; it was engaged in under conditions of deceit and color of law and has no standing as an actual war, therefore those fighting in it had no standing to make claims. 

In terms of Law, all those who fought in the "American Civil War" were acting as foreign mercenaries, no matter which side they fought for, and no matter if they fought on the Federal level or State level. 

It follows that those living within the borders of Virginia as peaceable Virginians prior to, during, and after the so-called Civil War, have the prior and uninterrupted and superior claim.  This is not limited to white people of European descent.  Living people of all races and religions who kept the peace have the honor of unabridged inheritance. 

This is somewhat difficult for men who believe that all wars and battlefields are fields of valor.  This is not true.  Risking your life in a criminal cause or for the benefit of one set of brigands over another, does not confer any property interest in purloined assets.

While the members of the Army of Northern Virginia may have valid complaints and claims, just as the West Virginians and the progeny of the Plantation Owners do, and the Native American Nations, too, we all have to get beyond the American Civil War, realize that it was part of a violent fraud scheme promoted by foreign interests --- and put it in the rearview mirror. 

There is no ongoing war, no legitimate military occupation, and that realization has immediate, definite, and compelling implications for Virginia.  Virginia can finally heal.  

Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts can all lift their heads as honored States of the Union, with unbroken and undisputed claim to their land and soil, their assets, and their lawful government, which is still intact and now in Session. 

Fifty years ago and more, it used to be commonplace to hear some exasperated elder mutter under their breath, "He's still fighting the Civil War!" 

We've all been forced to fight the Civil War throughout our lifetimes, and whether we knew it or not, we've been victims and targets of these war-mongering corporations merely in the business of providing "essential government services".  

Now with a clear view of history, facts in hand, we can dispense with the delusions, set aside the lies, and find our way forward on solid ground again.

International Public Notice: The Missing Pieces and a Theft in Progress

Mr. Trump wants to talk about a stolen straw poll election.  We want to talk about his attempted theft of the American Federal Republic, or, more likely, his attempt to foist off a substitution --- a British Territorial version of a "Federal Republic" to impersonate our American Federal Republic. 

Let's get down to it. 

The original Confederation of States formed in 1781 under The Articles of Confederation did business as the "States of America".  

The Confederation and its members, the American States-of-States, like The State of New York and The State of Maine, handled all commercial business for our government at the time.  

Commerce, as you will remember, is business between incorporated "public" entities, while trade is business between private and unincorporated entities.  

So the Confederation was a representative body that promoted the commercial interests of its members, which were all American Corporations operating under names styled like this:  The State of New York, The State of Pennsylvania, The State of California, etc.

Each State of the Union had such a "state-of-state" organization which was called a "Confederate state" long before Jefferson Davis; and, those organizations combined, added up to the Confederation doing business as the States of America.  

After the end of the fighting in The War of Independence, and six years after the formation of the Confederation, the Confederation doing business as the States of America won a very important service contract called The Constitution for the united States of America.  This was issued in 1787.   

Two other much more familiar constitutions would be issued to two other Federal Subcontractors in 1789 and 1790, respectively, but the 1787 Constitution awarded to the Confederation was the most important in our view, because it was the first Federal Constitution in a series of three such constitutions, and it created a thoroughly American enterprise called the Federal Republic.  

The Federal Republic was charged with providing the delegated government services enumerated in The Constitution for the united States of America (1787).  

The Federal Republic thus created was owned and operated by the Confederation, dba, States of America, which guided and dictated its delegated functions in the air jurisdiction, the global realm of commerce.    

To make sure that the Federal Republic was managed properly in the international jurisdictions of the land and sea,  State-level Republics were also organized.  These entities came in two varieties, and were used to address issues arising on land or at sea under the delegated powers.  

Thus we had the Republic of Maine (sea issues) and the Maine Republic (land issues) or, more famously, the Republic of Texas and the Texas Republic.  Every State of the Union thus had two "republic" entities as shown, to serve as their direct voice in managing the international functions of the Federal Republic and its delegated powers on the land and at sea. 

The American Federal Republic, holding delegated powers on air, land, and sea, was a very important part of the new Federal Government formed under these formal service contracts known as Constitutions. 

Our Federal Republic provided for the common and mutual defense of the States, it ran the United States Mint, it dictated monetary and currency policies, it negotiated treaties and trade agreements, it defined and secured the post roads and sea lanes and ran the Federal Postal Service, it provided the Article III Courts, it honored the guarantees made to the American People regarding the exercise of their Natural and Unalienable Rights, and everything about the Federal Republic was American.   

This complex regulatory scheme made it possible for the States of the Union to maintain control over the "powers" delegated to the Federal Republic and it worked well enough for the better part of a century: 1787 to 1861. 

In April of 1861, the owner and operator of the Federal Republic, our Confederation, lost the required quorum of its member States-of-States needed to operate.

This caused not only chaos and confusion in our commercial affairs, but a general collapse of the Federal Republic and its delivery of the enumerated services.  Without the Confederation to back and guide its commercial operations, the Federal Republic couldn't make quorum among the state-level Republics, either. 

In true domino-chain fashion, the collapse of the Confederation dictated the collapse of the Federal Republic and the State Republics.

We can argue forever about Abraham Lincoln and what he did next in the face of this debacle, but there can be no doubt what happened. 

With the Confederation and Federal Republic both inoperable, Lincoln, a British Territorial Officer (Bar Attorney) and President of the United States of America, Incorporated --- one of the other Federal Subcontractors operating under The Constitution of the United States of America (1789) --- led his corporation to take over the functions of the Federal Republic on an "emergency" basis. 

This represented not only a corporate take-over of mammoth proportions, and an equally mammoth change in administrative powers and duties for our British Territorial Federal Subcontractors, but a crisis for our American Government as a whole that has never been resolved. 

One third of our government apparatus ceased to function in 1861, and as a result of the chaos and confusion provided by the ensuing Mercenary Conflict known as the Civil War, both the Confederation and the Federal Republic have never been "Reconstructed".  

Technically, these missing elements of our Government don't have to be reconstructed and we don't necessarily need any extra services from the other Federal Subcontractors, because our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America, which delegated all the enumerated powers, is enabled to function and provide all the services that both the Confederation and the Federal Republic formerly provided.  

We call this "mowing our own lawn".  All functions and services provided by the Confederation and the Federal Republic, are functions delegated to them by our Federation, which originally did all that work and provided all those services all by itself.  

Our Federation of unincorporated States of the Union can either step up and do the work of the Confederation and Federal Republic, or hire new Subcontractors, or reconstruct the Confederation and Federal Republic to restore the original plan.  This is what should have happened in 1861.  

Lincoln should have called upon his Employers and the Delegators of all "Powers" exercised by the British Territorial Federal Subcontractor he was responsible for, but he didn't. 

It was convenient and very, very profitable for the British Territorial Subcontractors, both in terms of money and political power, to usurp upon their American Employers.  

Immediately after armed hostilities ceased in 1865, these schemers rolled in their own British Territorial States of States organizations to replace the American States of States organizations that were members of the original Confederation.  

Using a pretense of war and acting under color of law, Lincoln's British Territorials attacked the Officers of the Federation representing our States of the Union --- murdering, slandering, and burning out their own Employers, thereby creating an "emergency" (and profiting from it) that wouldn't have existed otherwise. 

They rolled the assets of the American States of States and their respective Republics into State Trusts, but they used semantic deceit to hide the existence of these State Trusts.  The assets cashiered in these State Trusts (in "safekeeping awaiting our return") were then used as collateral for them to borrow against and fund their own operations. 

This secretive take over was hidden from the American People and excused to the international community as emergency measures taken on a temporary basis by loyal Federal Subcontractors "left in charge" during our "absence".   

These False Friends pretended to "represent" us in capacities never granted to them, and told the rest of the world that our government was "in interregnum", while secretly attacking and suppressing the remaining two thirds of the American Government --- our Federation of States occupying the international land jurisdiction and the Union States occupying our national soil jurisdiction, both. 

These illegal, immoral, treasonous, self-interested acts were undertaken in Gross Breach of Trust and violation of their own service contract, The Constitution of the United States of America --- but they've gotten away with it, undetected, for over a century and a half, and under their illegal, unlawful, and immoral occupation misrepresented as a "military occupation" --- by men secretly operating as foreign mercenaries, America became a backwater resource dump for them to pillage and plunder at will.  

There is a reason that Hiram Grant, a student at West Point, adopted the moniker 'Ulysses S. Grant".   He was Tory from a Tory family that lost land claims as a result of the Americans winning the War of Independence; he styled himself after Ulysses, the Greek Deceiver, who finally overcame the Trojans with the Trojan Horse.  General Grant would use guile and subterfuge to entrap and betray his loyal employers to the British Crown Corp, and go on to run one of the most corrupt "presidential" administrations in American History.  

The U.S. Army -- a British Territorial Mercenary Force disguised as our own lawful military --  asset-stripped this country, embezzled unfathomable amounts of wealth out of it, and deceitfully used our people as cheap mercenaries that they employed to carry out a worldwide rampage of illegal and immoral war-for-profit actions, all Mercenary Conflicts disguised as "wars".  

This misuse and abuse of our men and our resources has had dire results for millions of innocent Americans, but this has also resulted in horrible consequences for the rest of the world as well.  

Glutted on the unjust enrichment they received, the British Territorial Usurpers expanded their operations --- at our expense --- and cast off their own operational expenses on us with wild abandon and with no regard for the clearly stated limitations imposed by The Constitution of the United States of America.  

By 1937, our Holy Roman Empire Subcontractors operating under The Constitution of the United States, had figured out what was going on, and wanted their share.  

The two colluding Federal Subcontractors signed The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States, and together, they both pretended that our American Government was "missing, in absentia, in interregnum" --- and did nothing to inform their Employers about the roles and powers they were assuming for themselves.  

From 1937 to 2015 when Pope Francis pulled the plug on the UNITED STATES (INCORPORATED) we've had two complete sets of Federal Government Corporations and State-of-State Government franchises --- both foreign --- harassing our people, charging us for services we never ordered, illegally confiscating private property, and turning the courts into cesspits devoted to the practice of personage and barratry.  

"Federal" citizenship obligations have been liberally misapplied to Americans and we have been impersonated as foreigners and temporary "residents" in our own country by our own public employees acting outside their contractual roles, and many gross liberties have been taken.  

The British Territorial Federal Subcontractors have illegally occupied our country and used our resources as the springboard to allow them to illegally occupy many other countries, too.  The Municipal HRE Federal Subcontractors have piggy-backed along and vastly expanded their operations beyond the confines of Washington, DC.  

All this wrong-doing and self-serving unjust enrichment has occurred in broad daylight and has been witnessed by the international community for many years without a single hand being lifted against it--- except for Russia.  

And Russia has been demonized here and abroad by the same Perpetrators who have promoted these crimes against us.  

We, Americans, have been lied to and lied about so much that it is difficult for many people to discern the truth.  

Currently, Donald Trump, the "President" of the United States of America, Inc., the lineal descendent of the British East India Company, is attempting to illegally occupy and/or substitute a British Territorial Corporation calling itself the "American Government, Incorporated" for our long-dormant American Federal Republic. 

This is just a reprise of what the same British Con Artists did when they substituted their States of States for our States of States. 

They are going around the country talking up the idea of "restoring the Federal Republic" when what they really intend is to pull another substitution fraud --- and create "a" Federal Republic --- their British Territorial version,  in the place of our American Federal Republic.  

Put bluntly, the "Restored Federal Republic" they are proposing is another British Territorial Confidence Racket and they are using ignorance and propaganda to promote it.  

Patriotic Americans are being confused and deceived and are jumping on this British Bandwagon led by Donald Trump, having no idea that the USA, Inc. is a foreign corporation bent on its own unjust enrichment and on obtaining a new lease on coercive power garnered under false pretenses. 

Many Americans are so clueless and have been deliberately left so ignorant of their own history, that they mistake the private corporation's political elections for their own public elections, and the foreign corporation's "President" for the President they are owed. 

So Trump and Company are trying to continue and repeat the same substitution fraud promoted by Lincoln -- replacing the American President with a British Territorial Corporation Executive. 

The similar illegal occupation and manipulation of the former Commonwealth, seventeen countries in Western Europe, the homeland nations of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, Japan, South Korea, Iraq, Libya, Mali, and other national governments that have been subourned, illegally occupied, or simply corrupted by payola from these incorporated British Territorial Interlopers, has resulted in the  replication of an illegal and immoral form of Corporate Feudalism --- a system analogous to the British Raj in India --- being expanded and promoted by incorporated entities all over the world.  

It's time for this to end and for the Principals, Governments, and Corporations responsible to be held accountable.  

We wish to underline the fact that the British people, like their neighbors, the Irish, the Scots, and the Welsh, are not to blame for this; they have been the first victims of these same criminals, and have suffered for as many decades as we have under this same scourge.  

The average man living in the British Isles today has a shorter life span than his continental neighbors, less actual wealth, less credit, worse health care and no property that is actually his own.  The British people have been impersonated and misrepresented in the same way that we have, by the same criminally-inclined British Crown Corporations and corrupt members of Parliament. 

Mr. Trump and his cohorts need to be fully informed concerning the immoral, illegal, and unlawful aspects of continuing to promote "restoration of the Federal Republic" while they are, themselves, working for a foreign corporation owned by a foreign government, and can no more restore the American Federal Republic than they can stand on one foot and jump to the moon.  

Americans are the only ones who can restore the actual Federal Republic.  All British Territorials (Tories) can do is whip up their own version of "a" Federal Republic and try to pass it off as our American Federal Republic, instead. 

We object to our Federal Subcontractors proposal to occupy our Federal Republic "for" us, and also object to their proposed substitution of their own version of a Federal Republic for ours.  We also object to their deceitful creation of a foreign corporation calling itself "the American Government, Incorporated" --- which is clearly an attempt to impersonate our unincorporated American Government. 

All this chicanery has to stop and everyone needs to get a grip.  

We, Americans, are here, presenting ourselves, competently taking care of our own business.  If we had received the due diligence and good faith service that we were always owed from our federal employees, there would never have been any "interregnum" and most of the deplorable history of the past century and a half, including two World Wars, could have been avoided. 

More British Substitution Fraud won't be possible this time around, no matter how popular Donald Trump is in an upcoming "popular vote" straw poll.    

Our objections are clear and herein clearly stated, on the International Public Record.   

The people voting for Donald Trump or any other such "President" are largely unaware of this history, just as they are unaware of the fact that they have been improperly registered as British Territorial U.S. Citizens, and then further mischaracterized and impersonated as citizens of the United States. 

It isn't the fault of these Americans that they are this ignorant, nor are they consciously agreeing to accept these foreign "federal" citizenships that have been arbitrarily conferred on them.  They've been deliberately deceived, dumbed down, and prevented from learning the truth about all of this, for obvious reasons.  They don't even know that they are voting in straw polls related to private foreign corporation elections when they put on their MAGA hats or start waving flags as Democrats. 

They've been kept totally in the dark and confused for going on six generations --- deliberately, by people who are taking their paychecks out of their victims' pockets.  

The ignorance of the victims makes it easy to prey upon them using False Legal Pretenses, while giving the rest of the world the impression that everyone is voluntarily and happily accepting all this abuse--- just like the purportedly "voluntary" Federal Income Taxes that Americans pay, and are forced to pay, without ever receiving a penny of "federal income" from Uncle Sam.  

There is no possibility that these rank and file Americans have any valid "citizenship contracts" with these venal and predatory government services corporations, and no possibility that they know what kind of "President" they are voting for in these private corporate straw poll elections promoted by political lobbyists intent on getting more money and more power for their "party" --- aka, cronies, sucking up to and draining the public trough being illegally provided by foreign corporations latching upon our assets.

These clueless Americans participating in this carnival show are, wrongly but understandably, assuming that they are voting for people running for Public Offices, not private offices in foreign corporations ----- and they are never told the truth about any of it. 

The same can be said for Frenchmen, Germans, and Swedes, Canadians, Aussies, Irish, and dozens of others.   These nations and their national governments have all been suborned by these same criminally-inclined "government services corporations" which have been allowed to run rampant.  

Donald Trump is not functioning as an American at this time; he has adopted British Territorial U.S. Citizenship and is running a campaign to be re-elected to the "presidency" of the same British Territorial Corporation doing business as the United States of America, Incorporated, that has been usurping upon our people and our government since 1861.  

Donald Trump, for whatever reasons, has chosen to be part of our problem, instead of part of our solution.  

We are not deceived about the actual position and kind of "presidency" he occupies, and we are not acquiescing to any funny business or misrepresentation of our government. That includes trying to pass off a British Territorial Federal Republic as the American Federal Republic. That also includes trying to pass off a British Territorial corporation calling itself "the American Government, Incorporated" --- for the real thing. 

Our actual government is not in any interregnum and the continued pretense that it is, as misrepresented at the United Nations, the Hague, and elsewhere, is ludicrous.  

Our fifty State Assemblies are in Session.  Our Federation has been active since 1998.  Our Due Process and Notice has been served since 2007.  Our signatures appear on The Postal Treaty of the Americas 2010.  Our Final Judgment and Civil Orders were issued in April of 2014.  Our Sovereign Letters Patent were updated and recorded as of November 4th, 2015.  Our American Federation Treasury and Continental Marshals Service was founded in May of the same year.  

By 2016 we were establishing massive claims and liens against our own property assets in the possession of these foreign corporations.  By 2018 we had completed the process of establishing trusts to hold both public and private assets belonging to The United States and The United States of America and the American people.  

By 2020, we had all fifty States in Session and took care of long-overdue housekeeping, such as formally enrolling the western Territorial "States" as true States of the Union.  

By roll call vote of the properly declared and provenanced members of the State Assemblies, we passed the first Public Law in a hundred years, impacting all fifty States of the Union, outlawing repugnant claims by patent-holders seeking to establish ownership interests in living people and seeking to redefine their political status to that of "transhuman" slaves based on their undisclosed and often unwilling receipt of patented mRNA products foisted off onto the American Public by the same criminally mismanaged and incorporated Federal Subcontractors. 

Now, in 2024, we are addressing, among other things, the inappropriate and undisclosed attempts to continue misrepresenting private corporate elections as public elections, recalling our State and County Assembly Courts, and addressing the improper use of non-negotiable Federal Reserve Notes as Legal Tender competent to "pay" any debt whatsoever. 

This is your International Public Notice, both private and public, and Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents, Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals, that the American Government is back and on track and not at all pleased with the performances of our Federal Subcontractors who have grossly misrepresented themselves in roles never entrusted to them, and also grossly misrepresented us and the condition of our American Government.  

Mr. Trump and the Committee of 300 are advised to Cease and Desist all threats and subterfuges and excuses; their corporations and personnel are under contract and we are fully empowered to enforce upon them for all their misadministration, misdeeds, and malfeasance shown against our lawful government.

At the Introit of the Mass pray with the Church for God's help to guard us against our enemies:

INTROIT When I cried to the Lord, he heard my voice, from them that draw near to me, and he humbled them, who is before all ages, and remains forever. Cast thy care upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee. (Ps. LIV.) Hear, O God, my prayer, and despise not my supplication; be attentive to me, and hear me. Glory etc.

COLLECT O God, who dost manifest Thine almighty. power above all in showing pardon and pity: multiply upon us Thy mercy, that we running forward to the attainment of Thy promises, may be made partakers of Thy heavenly treasures. Through etc.

EPISTLE (I Cor. XII. 2-11 .) Brethren, You know that when you were heathens; you went to dumb idols according as, you were led. Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man, speaking by the Spirit of God, saith. Anathema to Jesus. And no man can say: the Lord Jesus, but by the Holy Ghost. Now there are diversities of graces, but the same Spirit; and there are diversities of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but the same God, who worketh all in all. And the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man unto profit. To one, indeed, by the Spirit, is given the word of wisdom: and to another, the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit: to another, faith in one Spirit: to another, the working of miracles: to another, prophecy: to another, the discerning, of spirits: to another, divers kinds of tongues: to another, of speeches. But all these things one and the same Spirit worketh, dividing to every one according as he will.

EXPLANATION The apostle here reminds the Corinthians of the great grace they received from God in their conversion, and urges them to be grateful for it; for while heathens, they cursed Jesus, but being now brought to the knowledge of the Spirit of God, they possess Christ as their Lord and Redeemer who can be known and professed only by the enlightenment of the Holy , Ghost. The holy Spirit works in different ways, conferring His graces on whom He wills; to one He gives wisdom to understand the great truths of Christianity; to another the gift of healing the sick; to another the gift of miracles and of prophecy; to another the gift of discerning spirits, to know if one is governed by the Spirit of God, or of the world, Satan and the flesh; to another the gift of tongues. The extraordinary gifts, namely, those of working miracles, and of prophesying &c. became rarer as the faith spread, whereas the gifts which sanctify man will always remain the same.,

GOSPEL (Luke XDII. 9-14.) At that time, Jesus spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves as just, and despised others. Two men went up into the Temple to pray: the one a Pharisee, and the other a Publican. The Pharisee standing, prayed thus with himself: O God, I give thee thanks that I am not as the rest of men, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, as also is this Publican. I fast twice in the week; I give tithes of all that I possess. And the Publican standing afar off, would not so much as lift up his eyes towards heaven, but struck his breast, saying: O God, be merciful to me a sinner. I say to you: this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: because every one that exalteth himself shall be humbled, and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

Why did Christ make use of' this parable of the Pharisee and the Publican?

To teach us never proudly to condemn or despise a man, even though he should appear impious, for we may be deceived like the Pharisee who despised the Publican, whom he considered a great sinner, while, in reality, the man was justified before God on account of his repentant spirit.

What should we do before entering a Church?

We should reflect that we are going into the house of God, should therefore think what we are about to say to Him, and what we wish to ask of Him. That we may make ourselves less unworthy to be heard, we should humble ourselves as did Abraham, (Gen. XVIII. 27.) remembering that we are dust and ashes, and on account of our sins unworthy o appear before the eyes of God, much less to address Him , for He listens to the prayers of the humble only, (Ps. CI, 18.) and gives them His grace, while He resists the proud. (James IV. 6.)

Was the Pharisee's prayer acceptable to God?

No, for it was no prayer, but boasting and ostentation; he praised himself, and enumerated his apparent good works. But in despising others and judging them rashly he sinned grievously instead of meriting God's grace.

Was the Publican's prayer acceptable to God?

Yes, for though short, it was humble and contrite. He stood afar off, as if to acknowledge himself unworthy of the presence of God and intercourse with men. He stood with downcast eyes, thus showing that he considered himself because of his sins unworthy to look towards heaven, even confessed himself a sinner, and struck his breast to punish, as St. Augustine says, the sins which he had committed in his heart: This is why we strike our breast at certain times during Mass, for by this we acknowledge ourselves miserable sinners, and that we are sorry for our sins.

ON PRIDE AND VAIN GLORY

We should learn from this gospel that God looks upon the humble and exalts them, but is far from the proud. (Ps. CXXXVII. 6.) The Pharisee went to the temple entirely wrapt up in himself, and the good works which he thought he had performed, but returned empty and hated by God; the Publican, on the contrary, appearing before God as a public but penitent sinner, returned justified. Truly,. an humble sinner is better in the sight of God than a proud just man!

He who glories in his own good works, or performs them to please men, or to win their praise, loses his merit in the eyes of the most High, for Christ says: Take heed that you do not your justice before men, to be seen by them: otherwise you shall not have a reward of your Father who is in heaven. (Matt. VI. 1.)

In order that we may learn to despise vain glory, these doctrines should be well borne in mind. We should consider that it will happen to those who seek after vain glory, as to the man who, made many toilsome journeys on land and sea in order to accumulate wealth, and had no sooner acquired it than he was shipwrecked, and lost all. Thus the ambitious man avariciously seeking glory and honor will find, when dying, that the merit which he might have had for his good works, is now lost to him, because he did not labor for the honor of God. To prevent such an evil, strive at the commencement of every good work which you undertake, to turn your heart to God by a good intention.

But that you may plainly recognize this vice, which generally keeps itself concealed, and that you may avoid it, know that pride is an inordinate love of ostentation, and an immoderate desire to surpass others in honor and praise. The proud man goes beyond himself, so to speak, makes far more of himself than he really is, and, like the Pharisee, despises others; the humble man, on the contrary, has a low estimate of himself, looks upon himself as nothing and, like the Publican, despises no one but himself, and thus is pleasing in the sight of God.

ASPIRATION O God, who hearest the prayers of the humble, but dost resist the proud, I earnestly beseech Thee to give me an humble heart, that I may imitate, the humility of Thy only begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and thereby merit to be exalted with Him in heaven.

INSTRUCTION ON GRACE

In the epistle of this day the Apostle St. Paul speaks of the different gifts of the Holy Ghost which He distributes as He pleases. These extraordinary graces which the apostle mentions, are not necessary for salvation. But the Church teaches, that the grace of the Holy Ghost is
necessary for salvation, because without it we could neither properly believe, nor faithfully observe the commandments of God. For the holy religion of Jesus teaches, and experience confirms, that since the fall of our first parents we are weak and miserable, and of ourselves, and by our own strength, we cannot know or perform the good necessary for our salvation. We need a higher aid, a higher, assistance, and this assistance is called grace.

What, then, is grace?

Grace is an inward, supernatural gift which God through finite goodness, and in consideration of Christ's merits, grants us to enable us to work out our salvation.

Grace is a gift, that is, a present, a favor, a benefit. t is an inward and supernatural gift; an inward gift, Because it is bestowed upon man's soul to distinguish it from external gifts and benefits of God, such as: food, clothing, health; grace is a supernatural gift, because it is above nature. In creating our souls God gives us a certain degree of light which enables us to think, reflect, judge, to acquire more or less knowledge: this is called natural light. In the same way He gives our souls the power in some measure to overcome sensual, vicious inclinations; this power is called natural power (virtue). To this natural light and power must be added a higher light and a higher power, if man would be sanctified and saved. This higher light and higher power is grace. It is, therefore, called a supernatural gift, because it surpasses the natural power of man, and produces in his understanding and in his will wholesome effects, which he could not produce without it. For example, divine faith, divine love is a supernatural gift or grace of God, because man of his own power could never receive as certain God's revelations and His incomprehensible mysteries with so great a joy and so firm a conviction, and could never love God above all things and for His own sake, unless God assisted him by His grace.

God grants us grace also through pure benevolence without our assistance, without our having any right to it; He grants it without cost, and to whom He pleases; but He gives it in consideration of the infinite merits of Christ Jesus, in consideration of Christ's death on the cross, and of the infinite price of our redemption. Finally, grace is a gift of God, by which to work out our salvation, ,that is, it is only by the grace of God that we can perform meritorious works which aid us in reaching heaven. Without grace it is impossible for us to perform any good action, even to have a good thought by which to gain heaven.

From this it follows that with the grace of God we can accomplish all things necessary for our salvation, fulfil all the commandments of God, but without it we can do nothing meritorious. God gives His grace to all, and if the wicked perish, it is because they do not cooperate with its divine promptings.

How is grace divided?

Into two kinds, actual and sanctifying grace.

Actual grace is God's assistance which we always need to accomplish a good work, to avoid sin which we are in danger of committing, or that grace which urges us on to good, and assists us in accomplishing it; for it is God, says the Apostle Paul, (Phil. II. 13.) who worketh in you both to will and to accomplish. If a good work is to be performed by us, God must enlighten our mind that we may properly know the good and distinguish it from evil; He must rouse our will and urge it on to do the known good and to avoid the evil; He must also uphold our will and increase our strength that what we wish to do, we may really accomplish.

This actual grace is, therefore, necessary for the just, that they may always remain in sanctifying grace, and accomplish good works; it is necessary for the shiner that he may reach the state of sanctifying grace.

What is sanctifying grace?

It is the great benefit which God bestows upon us, when He sanctifies and justifies us; in other words: sanctifying grace is the love of God, given to us by the Holy Ghost, which love dwells in us and whose temple we become, or it is the advent and abiding of God in our hearts, as promised in the words of Jesus: If any one love me he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him, and will make our abode with him. (John XVI. 23.)

He who possesses sanctifying grace, possesses the greatest treasure that a man can have on earth. For what can be more precious than to be beautiful in the sight of God, acceptable to Him, and united with Him! He who possesses this grace, carries within himself the supernatural image of God, he is a child of God, and has a right to the inheritance of heaven.

How is this sanctifying grace lost?

It is lost by every mortal sin, and can only be regained by a complete return to God, by true repentance and amendment. The loss of sanctifying grace is a far greater injury than the loss of all earthly possessions. How, terrible, then, is mortal sin which deprives us of this treasure!
