New Mexico Law and Local Sheriff Trump the Feds
New Mexico just proved that State law trumps unconstitutional federal regulations and that the power of the sheriff is superior over federal agencies. This is the power of the Tenth Amendment!

On September 17th, keeping his Oath of Office to the Constitution and the People, Sheriff Benny House and his SWAT Team protected the tree cutters. The feds backed down! The feds were absent from the Tree Party Rebellion. This is because within the county, the sheriff is the highest law enforcement authority in the land.

Who is financing and promoting the Tea Parties?
It might surprise you to know how the Tea Parties are being infiltrated by certain groups trying to co-opt and control them.
Here is a two part article that exposes the RINO, NeoCon and other influences and how to counteract those within the context of the Tea Party movement.

Kelleigh Nelson has been researching the Christian right and their connections to the left, the new age, and cults since 1975. Formerly an executive producer for three different national radio talk show hosts, she was adept at finding and scheduling a variety of wonderful guests for her radio hosts. She and her husband live in Knoxville, TN, and she has owned her own wholesale commercial bakery since 1990. Prior to moving to Tennessee, Kelleigh was marketing communications and advertising manager for a fortune 100 company in Ohio. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, she was a Goldwater girl with high school classmate, Hillary Rodham, in Park Ridge, Illinois. Kelleigh is well acquainted with Chicago politics and was working in downtown Chicago during the 1968 Democratic convention riots.
The one worlders have always created a place for Freedom oriented people whom they would like to control to run too, where they could be contained and controlled. A place where Liberty minded opposition to their one world plans could be tricked into volunteering to eat, meet and retreat, said differently, a place where the opposition could be drained of their money and time so their efforts would be wasted.
These highly organized and well financed creators of false opposition are experts at sucking in people who don't have the background in history to see them for what they are, and then wasting their time and efforts and money on projects that go nowhere.
Puttuing it differently, if the far left (far wrong) is not screaming at the top of their lungs at you through their SPLC and human rights groups, you are not being effective.
When you get to real critical issues like fully informed juries, and fully informed sheriffs who vow to keep their oaths, then you might be surprised to find that some of the people you thought were on your side are actually fighting you.

Both parties have their fingers in the air trying to figure out how powerful of a storm is on the horizon. Can’t you see them paddling their boats to the right…hoping to ride the waves to victory?

Tea Parties Need Teeth. Reviving the Militia of the Several States.

[The following is the full text of an address presented to the National Heritage Center for Constitutional Studies at its 2009 Constitution Day conference.]
The Tenth-Amendment Resolutions from State Legislatures, the Tea Parties, the Town Hall Meetings, and other manifestations of WE THE PEOPLE’S feedupidness with monkey-business as usual in the Disgrace of Columbia—even the massive congregation on the Mall last September—are some of the most enlightening, encouraging, and energizing developments that American patriots have witnessed in a long time. For these events are all premised on the idea: “We don’t want you!”—that WE THE PEOPLE do not want any more, indeed they demand a great deal less, interference in their lives from rogue public officials in the General Government.
These events notwithstanding, the problem remains that too many among WE THE PEOPLE will start but then stop right there, with “We don’t want you!” That is not enough.
The complaint “We don’t want you!” needs to go further, to the resolve, “We won’t have you!” — that WE THE PEOPLE intend to rid themselves of the General Government’s interference.
And to make this resolve effective, WE THE PEOPLE need to design and put into effect remedial action, so that they can say with finality: “We don’t need you!”
The sequence must be—
(i) We don’t NEED you!” which makes it realistic to say:
(ii) We don’t WANT you!” which combined with the ability to make WE THE PEOPLE’S wants effective will lead to the necessary and sufficient action:
(iii) We won’t HAVE you!” and finally will yield the desired result:
(iv) We are RID of you!”
If WE THE PEOPLE have the ability they can give “teeth” to the desire, take the necessary action, and thereby accomplish their goal.
But what will all of this require?
