Adriaan Fondse is NOT the M1 "Mandate" for the Alpha Omega Trust or the Avila Family Trust, either one.
He has received no such position or authority from the actual Trustees of the Avila Family Trust. He is simply lying about that and must be prevented from taking any further action.
The actual court-recognized Trustees authorized Mr. Fondse to locate funds owed to the Avila Family Trust, but did not grant him any "mandate" to assign or move or spend or do anything else without our prior written approval.
There has been enough deceit and manipulation and false witness and falsification of documents and pretensions of copyright ownership and other illegal, unlawful, and immoral misrepresentations and actions related to these trusts.
I am the Fiduciary Trustee in charge of all land jurisdiction assets of the Avila Family Trust and she who owns the physical assets also owns the credit assets and profits derived from the physical assets.
It is the earnest and long-held intention of the actual Trustees to fully honor the Trust Indentures but we allow no "representation" of ourselves by any corporation whatsoever.
We are not here to permit more wrong-doing and coercive manipulation by the British Crown Corporation. And we do not recognize any British Crown Copyrights pretending any ownership interest in the Given Names of Americans. Any such copyright claim is the result of illegal and self-interested salvage operations reported to and under investigation by the ICC.
Adriaan Fondse already sent out a statement to which my signature had been rubber stamped without my knowledge or permission and the President of the World Bank has been notified that any signature of mine must be in wet-ink with accompanying video and email confirmation.
I am sure that the other two Trustees maintain the same or even greater levels of signature authority security.
I hold both the position of Public Fiduciary Trustee because the last Heir of the Avila Family Trust was a South Carolinian one of the States of the Union served by The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States, and because Demetrius Julius Shiva named me individually as his chosen Private Fiduciary Trustee.
There is no trusteeship position for the British Crown to occupy.
