We realize the chaos that the rest of the world confronts and how everyone tries to make sense of it when they look at this country and listen to Donald Trump's version of reality.
Our house is not Britain's house. Everything they claimed to own in this country is in fact ours, won fair and square by force of arms.
This country belongs to the American People, not British Subjects, even if those British Subjects were born on our soil.
Moreover, there is no competition, no "us" versus "them". There are only employers and employees.
They are the employees. We are the employers.
We are the Delegators of the delegated powers, and they are the Delegatees. Read the contracts.
We are the creators and donors of any and all public trusts and they are either the trustees or the beneficiaries, depending on the nature of the trust.
We are issuing Writs of Execution, including this one, simply stating that we are dissolving all trusts in rem and receiving back all American assets held in rem.
Those wishing to remain British Subjects must apply to His Royal Majesty Charles III for their own separate trust under British auspices --- not run around claiming that they are forming a new republic in America.
As for the various patriot groups out there spouting this and that, and proclaiming their republics, they haven't done the work and don't have the knowledge to know better --- but they are all acting in the capacity of foreign persons and are acting in insurrection against the actual government.
They will soon be advised of their lack of lawful standing and be obliged to do what they should have done already -- (1) declare their birthright and join their State Assembly; or (2) move back to England ---all the Esquires are welcome to leave; or (3) sit down, shut up, and learn the history that our Public Schools "forgot" under the influence of Jimmy Carter.
Those are the options, and Britain knows it. The King knows it. We aren't violent people or extremists or doing anything we don't have the guaranteed right to do. We don't have a "political" bone in our bodies. That's all nonsense in our view.
We are enforcing: (1) our treaties, (2) the constitutions that implement those treaties, and (3) the commercial law that the Brits and Romans have abused.
It's that simple, folks. The Republic of Lakota is the only "republic" having standing to be here; Mr. Trump has a contract and duty to defend this country under The Constitution of the United States of America, but he's off in left field. He has no standing to create any new republic and no contract to occupy our old one.
People keep appealing to us to "heal" and "make things right" between us and Britain. We aren't the ones that caused any fight. We weren't even involved in their unwelcome Mercenary Conflict.
It's up to Britain to do the right thing. We've done our part.
They can: (1) honor their treaties with us and their contractual obligations and limitations; (2) they can slink back to England in dishonor; (3) they can pay their bills -- or at least make arrangements for debt forgiveness; (4) they can go on trying to confuse people; (5) or, they can blow up the world.
If they blow up the world, they put an end to themselves, too.
That, too, is very simple.
So let's get on with practical things.
Let's begin with this:
It's illegal to "securitize" the value of anyone's labor as collateral backing debt or as collateral guaranteeing a future repayment of debt.
It's illegal and unlawful because this practice creates bondage -- either peonage or enslavement, which have both been outlawed worldwide since 1926.
The entire Federal Reserve System and by taint the entire Central Bank System has been operating unlawfully and illegally this whole time, because they have indulged in a system of "blood money" as described in our small book by the same name.
They have been securitizing labor assets and performance contracts that they purloined without disclosure and are thereby profiting from assets that don't belong to them and controlling assets that don't belong to them and promoting an entire system of peonage and/or enslavement in the process.
We've already settled these questions and ruled on these issues decades ago.
These practices, especially using the means they have used--- unconscionable Third Party contracts against the interests of babies-- have always been repugnant and criminal and cannot be allowed.
Does anyone or anything have any "ownership interest" in your baby's life force, energy, labor, skill, ability to perform, ability to create?
No? It's his (or hers) natural and inalienable right and property, and no two ways about it?
Then stand up and say so and help us push this ridiculously criminal system back into the Pit it came from. It's a Kingdom of Lies and we are burning it down. Have no fear of its passing.
You are all heirs, and not slaves, not bondsmen.
