We come today with a quote from George Washington's Farewell Address, which is especially pointed in the context of today's events:
"If, in the opinion of the people, the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers (delegated powers, that is) be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates.
But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed. The precedent must always greatly overbalance in permanent evil any partial or transient benefit, which the use can at any time yield."
Usurpation is the unlawful seizure and assumption of another's position, office, or authority --- which is precisely what Abraham Lincoln, a Bar Attorney, and his immediate Bar Attorney predecessors did.
That they usurped by fraud using similar names and impersonations to confuse identities and offices, that they did this in self-interest and for the good of foreign powers and against their American employers to whom they contractually owed "good faith service" --- only makes it worse.
The target of their usurpation was the Office of the President of the United States (Corporation) --- the CEO of the American Federal Subcontractor known as the Federal Republic, operating under The Constitution for the united States of America issued in 1787.
The immediate grudge that the Bar Association members held against the American Federal Subcontractor arose immediately after the peace process ending the War of 1812. The original Federal Constitution (1787) that created the Federal Republic and the United States Corporation, was amended to put teeth into a pre-existing prohibition against American officers and officials accepting gifts, titles and other emoluments from foreign governments.
This amendment of the original general prohibition called the Titles of Nobility Amendment was ratified by the States of the Union in 1819; it included members of the Bar Association who routinely accepted and held the British title of "Esquire", a practice that obligated them to serve the British Monarch --and it prohibited such Esquires from holding any position of trust in our government, while at the same time establishing stiff penalties for any Officer of the King attempting to do so.
For some years previous to the Lincoln Administration, the British Territorial Subcontractors operating under The Constitution of the United States of America had been electing their own "Presidents" --- and filling the Office of the President of the United States of America (Incorporated). People in the United States Territories and Possessions were used to this and took it for granted that the British Territorial Government Subcontractor (which includes administration of Puerto Rico, a British Commonwealth nation to this day) accepted Bar Attorneys and allowed British Title Holders to hold what appeared to be public offices.
What happened in 1860 with Lincoln's election as "President" of the United States of America, Incorporated, a British Crown franchise, had happened before. It had nothing to do with concurrent, but much quieter elections for the "President" of the United States (Corporation), our American Federal Subcontractor.
By moving their election date to November and their inaugural events to January, the British Subcontractor managed to have their President in place earlier in the year than our American Subcontractor, which conducted its elections in January and installed newly elected officials including Presidents in March.
Using a carefully managed and timed scheme the British arranged a situation in which the American Confederation doing business as the States of America, which actually held the service contract (The Constitution for the united States of America), was rendered inoperable in March of 1861 -- right before the new President of the United States (Corporation) was due to take office.
Please note that all this intrigue involved only the original Confederation and the American Federal Subcontractor they operated as the Federal Republic doing business as the United States Corporation.
None of this skullduggery had any necessary impact on the Federation's States of the Union, nor the Union States. The actual employers of these yahoos were left in the dark, and persecuted under False Pretenses, but we remained anyhow.
Decade after decade, generation after generation.
With the American Federal Subcontractor paralyzed and leaderless, Lincoln didn't make any public announcements explaining the situation to the American People. He usurped, instead. He declared an "Emergency" and took command as the Commander in Chief of the United States of America, Incorporated.
From there, Lincoln, a Bar Attorney, took control of the military and civilian operations of the Federal Government, and arbitrarily chose friends and cronies to occupy the Federal Congressional seats vacated by the missing Southern Delegations. This so-called Rump Congress composed of duly elected members and Lincoln appointees was then used as his instrumentality to conduct the so-called "war", which was actually conducted as a mercenary conflict.
The people of this great country were kept in the dark and fed a steady stream of British propaganda about the glories of Lincoln, his humble beginnings, his devout Protestant faith, his supposed determination to eradicate the evils of slavery, and so much more, washed down with Lincoln's own inherent gifts as an orator and obfuscator of rare talent.
Honest Abe possessed an ability to twist things around that would humble a dog's hind leg.
Witness his famous Emancipation Proclamation, which freed Southern Slave Owners from their legal obligation to provide food, clothing, and shelter to their slaves, but was almost universally acclaimed as setting the Negro plantation slaves free.
Free from food? Free from clothing? Free from shelter? Yes, all those things went out the window, leaving the actual slaves more miserable than before as a direct result of Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation, yet Lincoln, the Ultimate Outhouse Hero, came through smelling like a rose and lionized as The Great Emancipator.
He also came out as one of the greatest "American" Presidents, though he wasn't an American President of any kind, not in any jurisdiction whatsoever.
We think of all the members of the GOP all over America, giving speeches and putting on Lincoln Day Dinners --- and in between the groaning there is an odd impulse to laugh. All these people couldn't possibly be more deluded about Lincoln, who he was, what he did, and what he believed.
At least most Americans remember "President" Grant as a grifter and crook, which is in line with reality. The irony of Americans remembering Lincoln as anything but a scofflaw and traitor, however, is a wound to common sense---and Lincoln's juxtaposition with George Washington, which we too often see, just rubs it in.
Washington warned against such usurpation as Lincoln committed.
We see where Lincoln's fraud and duplicity and usurpation has landed us, but not only us; because people all over the world trusted America and trusted the goodwill and good sense of the American People, the United States Corporation, secretly commandeered by the British Territorial "Government" was respected and trusted, which has led to the downfall and disgrace and disruption of many other national governments that have been defrauded, used, and abused in exactly the same way.
Americans have been welcomed where the British were despised, and nobody knew that the British criminals had, at least in some sense, won by deceit what they could never win by force of arms, had in some sense, regained their "colonies", and wrecked their havoc and self-interest again.
Although it has appeared to other countries that they were dealing with Americans, they've actually been dealing with American-born front men, hired by British and Papist handlers.
It must have been galling not to be able to brag about this criminal "victory" and always be at pains to preserve plausible deniability, but at last our efforts to serve notice on the blackguards denies them the benefit of their secrecy.
They are exposed and revealed as the criminals they are and always have been, and not just here, but in other countries worldwide.
Like the Balrog's tail, trying to snap back and reclaim it all despite this set back of discovery, they now try to play the carrot after playing the stick, to wave the olive branch and take up the sanctimonious trappings of mercy --- but they don't have an excuse or a leg to stand on.
They've been committing fraud against their own people for 300 years and fraud against our people for over 160; and, the entire time, they have embroiled the world in one war-for-profit after another, seeking to unjustly enrich themselves with the labor and substance of others.
It's time to see the rats for who and what they are--- and whatever else they are, they are not Americans.
