This afternoon we have received a challenge to our International Public Notice regarding the change of Executorship of two major estate holdings which we issued to the Government of the Philippines yesterday.
The reply thus far has not come from the Government of the Philippines directly, but from a former Trustee, who apparently thinks that he knows the truth and that the "truth" is that the Divinagracia Heir is alive and well in the Philippines.
Our reply was succinct.
"He does not have the DNA. So what makes you think he is the rightful heir?"
The Divinagracia family has an utterly unique DNA that is profoundly different from any other family on Earth. You either have this DNA or you don't. You are either a Divinagracia, or you are not.
The Heir, the man known as Demetrius Julius Shiva was repeatedly established as the Heir via DNA and several other unique identifiers. We have his blood and other samples of DNA in cryogenic stasis. And once this evidence is presented and matched, there is no escaping the self-evident conclusion.
That's why all the Tier 1 Trustees worldwide agreed to his right and his identity and signed over their Irrevocable General Powers of Attorney to him, including Soekarno and Soewarno. We have the wet-ink proof of that, too. We have the SWIFT system messages sent out by Soewarno to all the Central Banks. We have the receipts.
There is no mistake on our part, but there is, apparently, a mistake on the part of other Trustees, and it is as simple to resolve as taking a single drop of blood from the Imposter and analyzing it to end all and any doubt regarding his claims.
During the upheaval that accompanied Ferdinand Marcos' departure from the Philippines the Presidential Palace was raided and many of his personal papers and client papers were stolen by people who looted the Palace.
Ever since there has been an unending stream of people making False Claims and impersonating and prevaricating in order to unjustly enrich and empower themselves.
None of them have the Divinagracia DNA.
Not only does the man in the Philippines not have the DNA, he does not have certain privileged information and original paperwork with wet-ink signatures and most importantly in our view, he does not have the paperwork that escaped the looting of the Presidential Palace.
Some of the paperwork was taken by Marcos himself when he fled into exile, and was not there at the Palace.
So, if anyone wants to go toe-to-toe with us and claim that we are wrong and that their CIA "ringer" is the real Heir, we are well-prepared to test the issue in real time, and in real life.
The Divinagracia family not only has a unique form of DNA, they originate in a very small and very specific part of the world in Romania -- which all makes sense when you realize the full scope of their history. They aren't from the Philippines or France or anywhere else.
They come from Romania only, and are born in one of three specific towns.
During the Cold War it was not exactly "happy" news that the Heir of the largest single private trust fortune was born and raised in a Soviet Bloc country. Prejudice against communism and communists nearly prevented the truth from ever being told.
And yet the truth is the truth.
The man claiming to be a Divinagracia living in the Philippines is not from those specific small towns in Romania.
Like the DNA and the place of birth, there are other defining characteristics that are equally implacable.
The CIA glommed onto the actual Divinagracia Heir immediately after he immigrated to this country and made sure that he was installed as a "permanent US resident", intending to use that political status as a means of advancing a public ownership interest in his fortune.
Similar to what the rats have done to millions of other Americans, they used unknown jurisdictional obligations of citizenship to entrap him in their custody.
That came to an end when he finished the immigration process and adopted South Carolina as his permanent house, home, and domicile, by becoming an American State National owed all protections of the Federal Constitutions.
This means that all Federal Officers and Trustees worldwide are required to defend his "person" under Article IV of the Federal Constitutions, and cannot do otherwise. No "discretion" enters into it.
