The Fastest Way Home

By Anna Von Reitz

When we were kids we always had "the long way" and "the short way" home, depending on whether we wanted to dawdle and talk and toss rocks, or maybe swing by the drug store for a soda pop on the way home, or instead, wanted to take the short way and get home right away.

Since then, I have learned that there is a short way and a long way to darn near everything.

Including the paperwork needed to declare your birthright political status.

There's the 928 Process, which is as valid and detailed and comprehensive as a full metal flak jacket, takes over a dozen different recordings and actions, and can take three months to complete.

And there's the 1779 Declaration Process which requires four pieces of paper and a single recording that can be done in almost no time.  Of course, it just covers the basics, but it "conveys" people home.

It's the difference between taking a luxury cruise liner into dock, or arriving aboard a life raft.

Both will get you to solid ground, but it's up to you to decide what level of effort and protection and detail is best for you.

The 1779 Declaration Process is the fastest way home.

We encourage everyone to look over the other available documents to see what else you may need or like.  For example---

State Citizens will want to cancel Voter Registrations.

Both State Citizens and State Nationals who were in the military and who want to live as civilians with no further attachment will need to send a Severance Letter.

Most people will also want to Cancel All Prior Powers of Attorney.

Parents will want to record when and where their children are born.

So while the 1779 Declaration will get you home, there still may be "chores" to do to clean up the loose strings and issues of a lifetime spent (unknowingly) abroad, wandering around in the Federal United States.

Understandably, some people who have already gone through the 928 Process are disgusted to learn that they have to fill out the 1779 Declaration and Witness Statements if they want to get the new State Credential IDs.

This is because the 928 Process doesn't provide for photo ID.  That is one thing it has never done.  The new 1779 Process does.

The 1779 Declaration not only conveys you home to the land and soil, it allows production of the State Credentials that identify you as an American.

No more hassles or presumptions about your political status.  No more inane arguments with judges and attorneys and politicians.

From the perspective of those who did the 928 Process it is three more pieces of paper to do in order to get your State Credentials, but going forward, the 1779 Declaration will convey millions of people home and give them the credentials they need to be properly identified as Americans --- either State Nationals or State Citizens.

That's a mighty work for only three pages of paper to do.

Social Security is a govt run INSURANCE Policy. IF you paid into the policy for 10 years minimum, you are "vested into the fund" . You paid for the policy, they have to pay you the "Program Payment,,," resulting from your participation. It's Not a BENEFIT CHECK as they call it..Your Social Security check is an insurance program payment based on the amount you paid into it. It is yours and they must pay you till you die (or until the politicos find a way to kill the whole program).
that answer covers most of us. If you have not paid in for 10 working years, then you have to find the article on annvonrietz.com that tells the rest of the story

  5. Milissia & Paul Welwood, have no idea where it's located, but Anna has stated in the past, a contract is a contract, so they still have to send us our SS.

  6. We have paid into Social Security so they have to give it to us. It's not welfare.

  7. @ Fred-American, Ralf, Gloria Charlier, thank you for your comments on Social Security. I have been trying to get help from Anna, some of State Coordinators and this community for about a year now on how to actually apply for SS if you have corrected your status. As of today I have yet to receive any real help or direction.

I was told to go read Anna’s postings on SS, I did and read #1245, #1635 and #2203 which is very informative on why SS is owed to us who have earned it. However these postings do not help in anyway on the right way to actually file and fill out the SS app (SSA-1-BK Form) once one has corrected their status and now want to get their SS that is owed to them.

Anna said in #1635, About Social Security; “You are owed either: (1) immediate settlement of your account, or (2) the full range of services and payments available at the time of your retirement and/or withdrawal from the program.”

So how does an American National/State Citizen fill out the SSA-1-BK form correctly after you have corrected your status? How do we ask for what’s owed as Anna said in #1635 (1) or (2) and how or what are we to say as American National/State Citizen to back it up when you go to their office.

If this is done wrong then you could possibly wreck what you have done.
I cannot get any direction or help on this. If you were collecting SS before you corrected your status then Anna said all is ok, just a simple notice. But for those of us who have corrected our status before getting SS and now want to get it, filling that SSA-1-BK form incorrectly could wreck everything you done. It is has some traps in it that I need help with.

To me doing this online is questionable and calling for a telephone appointment is just as bad.

    So I need help on;
    1. How to apply correctly and fill out the SSA-1-BK Form which is full of traps that could wreck your status correction.
    2. What to say, what not to say (a practice script) and back up what you say to get the full monthly amount as Anna said #1635 if you have to go to the local SSA office.
    3. Who to talk to at the office, the right person.
    4. Anyone who has filed as an American National/State Citizen, fill out the SSA-1-BK form correctly and were able to get their SS after correcting their status to please come forward and share.

Please I need your help. I have earned it now how do I get it and keep my status.

Note; I started asking for help last year after having my home and farm stolen from my family and I by the sheriff and his swat team in a fraudulent foreclosure. Prior to that I did the 928, land patent, passport as a State Citizen etc. and noticed the sheriff of my status and passport. Nothing worked to stop this.
