    Paul, You are sbsolutly correct. Here in Cottonwood Arizona, The "Verde Valley Emergency Communications Association" is working hard to train and equipt as many people as we can. From private tutering to helping get antennas up and radios on the air. We feel that time is short and a necessity for this is of major importance.
