International Public Notice: Their True Motivations Involve Their Banking Monopoly

While the Little Bully Boy of the Middle East, Israel, continues to whelp about the trouble it has caused itself by starting seven conflicts in less than five years, we note that "Israel" was literally created by Britain. 

Israel is British.  It was created by Britain, supported by Britain, paid for by the United States and by private funding sources -- primarily Jacob Rothschild, and ruled by British interests since its inception. 

"Netanyahu" is an MI6 code name; it is a name discovered on a Sumarian tablet in an ancient ruin, not Jewish at all; it is being used as a nom de guerre and was formally adopted via official name change by "Benjamin Netanyahu", whose actual family name has been reported elsewhere.     

Iran's government, strangely enough, is also a creature of Britain's making.  Britain has been in control of the Iranian Government since 1908.  Since then, every regime change in the Iranian Government, including the Ayatollah's reign, has been bought, paid for, and violently imposed by --- Britain.  

This current action is no different.  We are witnessing a forced regime change.  Why this regime change is being forced right now is being hidden.  It's not about "nuclear weapons". It's about creating and maintaining an illegal international banking monopoly. 

Curiously, despite being the Cause, the Moving Party, and the Responsible Principal behind this and every other destructive, bloody, nasty government change in Iran since 1908, Britain and the real hornet's nest, the enclave of the Inner City of London, hasn't suffered a single scratch.  

Americans have been scratched and blamed aplenty, which is why American tourists are at risk in the region.  That's why you see Muslims burning American flags.  Those same Americans were used as cheap mercenaries for Britain and its Roman masters, and didn't even know it.

Let it be understood, some of us are not stupid. 

The actual government of this country forbade this action. 

The actual government of The United States is lawful and has standards and has a clearly stated contractual process for declaring war that the Trump Administration violated.  The requirements of this contract are public and have been public for over two centuries, so nobody needs to question us about this.  

In this situation, Trump and his Corporation, presumably the United States of America, LLC, (See their recent Company House registration.) is "free-lancing" a mercenary operation on the side, quite apart from their contract with us -- The Constitution of the United States of America.  

Unfortunately, the Trump Administration has offered a dishonest excuse for using our equipment and man-power and our Title IV flag to do this dirty work for the British Empire --- a sudden inexplicable "need" to destroy Iran's nascent defensive nuclear strike capability.

This attack is a favor to Israel, a favor to Big Oil,  and a favor to the British banking lobby which is seeking to maintain an illegal and unlawful banking monopoly in control of all commercial transactions worldwide. 

They say that Iran is "laundering money" and that "Iran is funding terrorist organizations" --- but Iran and its government is being controlled by Britain, so, it is obvious who the actual Terrorist organization is.  And it is obvious who benefited from the old Swift system monopoly and from the Federal Reserve monopoly and who is aiming to benefit from a new QFS monopoly, too.  

The dust up in Iran is a Cheap Shot providing cover for the banking crimes taking place in the shadows of DC, London, and Rome. Trump knew that Iran was basically defenseless except for missiles and limited air cover, so it cost him nothing to do this --- though he and his co-conspirators have planned to sock it to the American taxpayers as well as the Iranian people. 

This is the modus operandi of these rogue commercial corporations: they get paid as mercenaries by foreign governments (Britain and Rome and Israel, in this case) and then charge off their expenses to the American people, as if this had anything to do with us or with defending our country.  

Pope Leo XIV seemed genuinely concerned and appalled in his recent message to the faithful, and he should be.  Britain's reckless misadministration signals that perhaps they are no longer respecting their contractual obligations to Rome in the same way that they are dishonoring their contractual obligations to the American Government. 

These rogue corporations -- both those doing the dirty work and those paying for the dirty work to be done -- have to be brought down.  And we must all realize that it does not matter which political party is in control, or which figurehead is standing at the helm. The destruction and corruption may have a different flavor, but it is still corruption and destruction, either way.  

Putting an end to these rogue corporations and preventing their banking monopoly from taking over all commercial transactions on the planet, is the Mission placed before all people and all nations, all ministers of government, all police and peacekeeping and security organizations, all people of goodwill and common sense --- and especially the United Nations organization. 

This Mission requires not only recognizing the valid claims of The United States of America, which is the Preferential Government Creditor, and the claims of the individual American people who are the preferential creditors overall, but also a clear-eyed view of who the actual Perpetrators are.  It's not the Iranians. 

These self-interested commercial corporations and self-interested municipal corporations, have been working in tandem to bilk the world since 1930, and they have done so under the mask of the G-5 and G-7 so-called Government Nations, since that time.  In this country, this arrangement was formalized in 1937 with no full or reasonable Public Disclosure or discussion or adoption of The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States.  

Our American Government, composed of fifty sovereign and independent nation-states and at that time, in 1937, over 240 Native Nations, was not notified nor advised concerning these "presumptions" made by our Federal Subcontractors.   

We are not the Perpetrators of any of these crimes. It's the bankers of Fleet Street and Shanghai.  It's the members of the Bar Associations subverting the lawful governments and practicing crimes of personage and barratry and aggravated identity theft.  It's the sneaky, backdoor pick-pocket financial criminals of Fleet Street and Rome, deliberately and illegally latching onto the identities of individual people and entire countries, using False Presumptions to invoke Admiralty and Maritime salvage laws, and otherwise working to illegally commandeer and misrepresent living people as mere things subject to their will.     

As satisfying as this criminal malfeasance, treaty violation, service contract violation and breach of trust may be to their egos and pocketbooks, it is nonetheless manifestly untrue.  

All of this, absolutely all of this criminality and corruption, is coming out of the District of Columbia which is not one of our nation-states, the British Crown Corp resident in the Inner City of London, the Inner City of London itself which is responsible for the Temple and the Bar Associations, and Rome, not Tehran. 

As disgusted as we are this morning by the actions of the Trump Administration, let the world note that DC is being hired by the other two Perpetrators --- and the Americans working for Trump, for the most part, don't have a clue that they are working as cheap mercenaries at the behest of Britain and Rome, much less do they know that Iran stood up against their proposed commercial banking monopoly and wouldn't sign on to their wicked, criminal, monopolized "system".  

Sincere Muslims don't believe in being dishonest.  That's why all the most wealthy Jews on Earth keep their money in Muslim banks. 

This is why the Ayatollah refused to join in the QFS scheme which mischaracterizes and defrauds and enslaves every user of that system as a "U.S. Citizen" or "citizen of the United States".    

This is why Trump is not the challenger to the British System that Promethean Action believes he is, and this is why nobody should adopt the QFS System for commercial transactions or for any other reason.  

The Thieves do not get to choose the terms by which stolen property is returned to the victims.  The Thieves need to stop scheming and return to duty and stop any sidebar "jobs" on the side, like this morning's illegal and immoral incursion into Iran.  

They have placed The Constitution of the United States of America in jeopardy by their actions and compromised the treaties and implementations that give rise to their own existence.  King Charles III and Westminster, the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, and the Pope are all hereby served International Public Notice.  

They are in violation of the venerable treaties and service contracts between our country and theirs, and have used our Title IV Flag in connection with an illegal commercial conflict having nothing to do with defending this country and people. 

Let the recipients also be advised that they are engaged in a False Flag operation and that the British Union Jack, not the American Stars and Stripes, should be flying at their mastheads. 

Let all countries and all nations also be advised that these rogue operators are punishing Iran for refusing to go along with a plan to denigrate and subjugate all other nations by establishing a commercial banking monopoly. 

Let all countries and all nations also know that this is being done under color of law and that our Congress has not declared any "war" against Iran, and our Congress has not delegated any "war powers" authorizing Donald John Trump to do this.  

Therefore, the only other country that could give him authority to act as their Ship's Commander, otherwise known as a "Commander in Chief" is Britain, and Britain has absolutely no right to continue to fly our flag while engaged in illegal actions having nothing whatsoever to do with the actual defense of this country. 

Their delegation of powers begins and ends with those agreements existing in March of 1861 and do not extend to any other arrangements or accommodations that these usurpers have claimed for themselves in the interim.  

We are naming Judge Adriaan Rudolph Fondse to be our Judiciary Guardian and designating the UCc-1 Court as the court having proper jurisdiction for any and all claims and actions made in international commercial venues against this country and its people effective midnight March 1st 2026.  All decisions and determinations are to reflect the nature and structure of the Divine Trust as stipulated in our declaration(s) and the actual customs and traditions of The United States. 

All the countries on this planet would be absolute fools to let them establish ANOTHER and even more Draconian control system over all commercial transactions worldwide.  While they say that this is for our good and for our security, they have provided neither in the past 165 years.

International Public Notice: We Forbid Attacking Iran

Thanks to "autocorrect" changing our intended message, we are obliged to re-issue this initial Notice concerning the attacks ongoing against Iran by the United States, Inc. and the USA, LLC, and various other private mercenary organizations that have been paid by Britain and the Zionist lobby to do this unlawful and illegal thing.  

We wish it to be clear that our American Government does not support lawlessness nor bullying, both of which the Trump Administration has engaged in without any transparency regarding the motivations for this attack.  It's true that Islam like Zionism, is a political party engaged in providing a theocratic government, quite apart from the Muslim religion or the Jewish religion, either one, respectively. 

It's true that their forms of law are separate from and in some parts, antithetical to our form(s) of government.  There are many, many forms of government that don't embrace our republican form of government nor the democracy of the British Territorial United States.  That in no way provides grounds to attack a sovereign nation state that is endowed with its own freewill and right to choose a form of government no less than ourselves. 

Their choice is no direct threat to us.  

If it were, we would be justified in attacking Israel and obliterating it using the same False Premise. 

As the Iranian Ambassador to the United Nations said, this is a violation of Iran's sovereign rights guaranteed under the United Nations Charter. 

We do not wish to be blamed for the unlawful and illegal actions of these corporations which have abused our flag in Bad Faith, so we are serving Notice that they have done this without our permission and are not acting "for" us in this matter.  

These corporations are subcontractors of our government who have no right to wage war "in our names" without our Congress acting upon the issue.  They have no executive "war powers" under this government and should be flying the British Union Jack, not the Stars and Stripes. 

This is an official Warning and Notice to all countries that this is the circumstance which we all face.  Take Notice.  This is a False Flag action on the part of these foreign commercial corporations.  Our flag should not be used for this purpose and they have no granted authority to wage war against any nation absent a formal Declaration of War issued by our Congress. 

No such Declaration exists and no such action has been approved.  They are acting outside and apart from The Constitution of the United States of America and are engaged in extraterritorial armed piracy at the behest of Great Britain and Israel.  

We are not at fault for this and do not accept any expense or responsibility for it.  These rogue corporations have acted under color of law and have abused our Title IV Flag in breach of trust and service contract.

Britain and Israel have both been our most intractable enemies, along with Rome.  And here they are, using Trump's Administration to foment yet another war in the Middle East for them, when he can't even clean up the streets in Minneapolis. 

This crazy attack against Iran has been planned for thirty years and is just another example of war-mongering for profit.  

Remember how they bragged they were going to take out seven countries in five years? 

We are pulling our support and making it clear that not a drop of American funding and not a single American-paid for piece of equipment is to be used in any war against Iran.  Not a penny spent on any such effort is to be charged back against any American asset or account. 

Mr. Trump is clearly being influenced by Mr. Netanyahu again.  Let Israel pay for its own wars. We are done doing so. 

It has nothing to do with defending  this country at all and is an abuse of this country and its people to even think about war with Iran on our ticket, using our sons and daughters for gun fodder in another insane Zionist war.

We say it emphatically and before the entire world. 

We are not even sure that Donald Trump is actually Donald Trump and not a body double trying to lead the entire World into WWIII. So— be advised.

If Britain wants war with Iran let Britain pay for it in blood and money.

Granna Bytes: Urgent Geological Update

According to this and other reports, the Mississippi River, like the Tigris and Euphrates, is drying up, while rivers are appearing in the deserts. 

Unlike the Tigris and Euphrates, there is absolutely no new change on the Mississippi -- no new major dams, no vast agricultural programs, to account for the water loss. 

The only way that the level of the Mississippi River drops this fast, is if there is a geological rift -- a break in the Earth's crust, that is allowing all the water to drain out.  This could be our only warning of a Great Rift event, slowly unfolding in the Permian bedrock beneath our feet.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers should have been fully deployed yesterday, but has not been seen.  Like the Potomac River sewage spill, nothing has been done despite clear and present danger signs on the Mississippi for months.  

The danger posed by the immediate symptoms is not flood, but a different kind of Earth change --- the opening of a chasm-like rift associated with the New Madrid Fault Line running under the Mississippi River. 

When the Earth cracks open, anything can happen. And we have compelling evidence that the Earth is opening up under the Mississippi River.  This should be front page news across America and it should be an absolute focus for Washington, DC.  

Instead, it's Granna spreading the word and sounding the alarm.  

This kind of geological shift happening this quickly has to be termed a violent change, impacting not only every drainage system on the Mississippi, but also, potentially, the massive underground aquifers that underlie the Middle West.  

Regrettably, Mr. Trump and the members of Congress are, as usual, focused on Iran's business instead of taking care of business here at home.  We are facing a potentially catastrophic loss of surface water, a potentially catastrophic earthquake and geomorphism threat, a potentially catastrophic change in the underground aquifers that lie beneath the center of this country.

International Public Notice: The Take Down Necessary

We recently noted how completely silly it is for people to imagine that a piece of paper or a gold coin could ever be worth an hour of their time on Earth.  

There are lots of things like that, once you begin to observe.  

For example, what authority could your own public employees have that is enabling them to harass you and enslave you? 

Central Banks are another such topic once you stop and think about it.  

The argument has always been that a central bank system given control of commodity markets (money is a commodity, too) is better able to manage the flow and use of commodities to maximize stability and profitability.  

These banks, central banks, have never provided stability or profitability.  

They have instead provided a means to coerce, punish, force, obstruct, and unjustly profit some countries and some people at the expense of all the others, promoted gargantuan legalized monopolies --- with all the evils and abuses of monopolies attached, and created some of the most infamous economic meltdowns in human history. 

As for profit, 1% live in mindless, limitless luxury, while the rest are increasingly enslaved and subjected to peonage and enslavement to pay for it.  

So if central banks don't provide any of the benefits promised -- meaning that economies are less stable and less profitable for the overall population with central banks versus without them -- once again, what are we thinking?  

We should be getting rid of the central banks and chucking them in the dustbin of history without adieu.   With no apologies at all.  

What do you do, when you hire someone to do one thing, and they do the exact opposite?  

When you discover that: (1) a system isn't producing the sought for benefits, and (2) is instead producing unwanted evils, it's time to get out your Big Eraser, and start over. 

So we are starting over with the realization that money must be limited to the realm of things and never allowed to be "equivalenced" to anything living --- no price on us, our bodies, our time, our labor.   

Furthermore, as a corollary, our living flesh and labor cannot be securitized as collateral backing debts; such a system results in peonage and/or enslavement, both of which have been outlawed worldwide since 1926. 

We are starting over with the second realization that central bank planning always plans to benefit a few at the expense of the many. 

This is because central banks, by definition, are allowed to control and monopolize everything, and once they do, the temptation to use this coercive power in abusive, self-interested ways becomes overwhelming.  

The militaries allowing this and the central banks colluding with them are by definition operating as criminal conspiracies, outside any form of law, in violation of the various Constitutions they are supposed to be honoring.   

The Federal Reserve was always the creature of the U.S. Treasury so being "absorbed" into the Treasury just means that the Treasury has direct access to the assets of the Federal Reserve and isn't playing the pass through game anymore. 

In slang language, the military finally fingered the Federal Reserve, which has been its willing bank partner since 1863. The Federal Reserve (long before the Federal Reserve Act of 1913) has been the central bank structure that winked and allowed the British Territorial "United States" to access credit belonging to The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States. 

Was the Federal Reserve a criminal conspiracy?  Certainly.  Just don't forget that the U.S. Army was it's co-conspirator and that Lincoln, acting as a British Crown Officer, through his Treasury Secretary, Salmon Chase of Chase Bank fame, set up the con games and rackets that have been used by the banks to defraud the public and private sectors ever since. 

For example, the Greenbacks Investment Scandal was parleyed and morphed into the Petro Dollar creating the same "you can only buy" (whatever commodity so fill in the blank) with this specific currency set up. 

The new version of the old scheme simply invested its ill-gotten wealth in different commodities. By forcing people to pay for commodities in one specific currency, the monopoly interests involved could hijack the currency market -- if the commodity was vital enough.  

What started with swindling investors out of their gold in the 1800's transformed into a worldwide monopoly on a truly vital commodity -- home heating oil and gasoline -- in the 1900s. 

This gave rise to an even greater commodity rigging scheme capturing the world currency markets. 

As other countries had to pay for oil in Federal Reserve Notes, they had to buy Federal Reserve Notes first, using their own national currency.  For example, France had to use Francs to buy Federal Reserve Notes before France could buy oil. 

This meant that the purveyors of Federal Reserve Notes acquired vast holdings of all the National Currencies of the world, and were able to stockpile these "reserves" and use them to selectively promote or undermine any national economy on Earth.  This vast manipulative power was then used abusively, to control the economies and political affairs of entire countries. 

This was just one racket that the Federal Reserve was involved in, selected as an example of the monopolization schemes developed as a result of private ownership of currencies -- first in the Greenbacks where investors had to trade their gold for paper "Greenbacks" to buy bonds, and later, the Petro Dollar, which forced everyone to buy Federal Reserve Notes to buy oil. 

Left to themselves, the Perpetrators would soon be demanding that we buy Central Bank Digital Currencies in order to buy anything at all.  Let that sink in.   They are force-selling a product, their privately issued currency -- which is a commodity like any other commodity -- as a prerequisite to buy other commodities. 

They have an automatic monopoly because they are the sole source supplier of the currency.  

The IMF, another Central Bank, used its abusive power in Africa and throughout the Third World, while pretending to be there to help and nurture economic development. Instead, history demonstrates that the IMF used its power to implement a form of economic slavery instead of any actual benefit to mankind.

Now that the entire continent of Africa has made colonialism illegal, Brussels and Milan and Hamburg don't know what to do.  Neither will the IMF have a clue.  

Whether practiced on the land or at sea, the same evils are the same evils --- monopoly, obstruction of trade, peonage, enslavement --- all using the same tools: access to specific privately issued currencies and use of these privately issued currencies to manipulate access to commodities, charging people for the "privilege" of using these privately owned currencies, amassing huge "National" debts simply by not crediting the goods and services obtained in exchange for these currencies, and on and on. 

It becomes self-evident that these evils -- monopolies, obstruction of trade, peonage, and enslavement -- are the products of central banks, and that the monopolies we have allowed them to control have simply spawned more monopolies --- monopolies that have benefited them and their cronies at everyone else's expense.  

It is also apparent that these currencies are simply nicely engraved images on special paper, having no actual, intrinsic value --- and so-called "digital currencies" have even less substance than the paper chits that have been used to delude and defraud mankind.  

Paper can "stand for" physical commodities, as a warehouse receipt, for example --- but as we all recently observed, the existence of a warehouse receipt, even from the ComEx --- does not guarantee the existence of the warehoused commodity it references.  

We stand as witnesses to global financial crimes on a staggering scale, and despite the denouement, nothing seems to happen.  The so-called "paper price"  or "spot price" of silver remains at less than a hundred dollars per ounce, while the actual in-hand market price spikes to over $1000 per ounce.

Just like the men (and women, sadly) implicated in the Epstein files continue to walk around without being investigated, without being charged.  

Representative Massie isn't the only one outraged and stunned by the failure to prosecute these individuals --- all of them.  

Instead of rounding up the the bankers and securities brokers who "monetized" living flesh and enslaved everyone, instead of hunting down the Hollywood scum that exploited children and young women, instead of removing the politicians who willingly entered and profited from Epstein's blackmail cult, instead of jailing Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci --- Mr. Trump has deployed the full forces of the military, the National Guard, and a dozen "Federal Agencies" -- to chase down illegal migrants. 

The ironies are not lost on us.  Let's explain it to everyone else. 

Trump has a contractual obligation to defend our borders and enforce the international Public Law pertaining to border enforcement known as the Immigration and Naturalization Laws.  

Trump can point at a contractual obligation to chase down criminals involved in international (or in our case, interstate) bank or currency fraud, but the people responsible for this jurisdictional enforcement,  the Federal Marshals, were long ago "defunded" by friends of the criminals in Congress. The rest of the police are largely funded by the same organizations committing the crimes, or lack jurisdiction to act. 

Trump can't point at any blanket contractual obligation to rein in Hollywood; even murder is largely a local and State Government issue.  The Federales only get called into situations where the murder involved Federal personnel, occurs on Federally managed land, involves federally regulated substances, and so on. The only connection to Epstein lies in his nefarious spying and profiting from "trade secrets" of various governments.  His diddling of little girls and boys and his hideous genetic experiments and prosecution of those associated with all this, doesn't become a federal issue until you can prove that the victims were transported across State borders, and again, the people primarily responsible, the Federal Marshals, have been defunded for twenty years or more. 

The federal corporations in the past have answered this problem (when it was hurting business for them) by enacting policies establishing "bounties" on the vermin and inviting Bounty Hunters from the appropriate land-based jurisdictions to go out and haul the criminals into federal custody.  

Apparently, Mr. Trump didn't watch the same black and white filmstrips we watched as kids in History classes.  Or he doesn't have the funds to offer bounties.  Or the political muscle to force Congress to fund a new generation of Federal Marshals.  

We won't ever say that failure to prosecute crime using jurisdictional excuses is ever "okay", especially when we ourselves face wrongful prosecution by the same federal authorities trespassing on us every day of the week.  

What we will say is that ultimately, upholding the Public Law is the responsibility of the people of this country. It's up to us to organize ourselves and organize our State Assemblies and direct the activities and priorities of our public employees at every level, which is what we are currently doing to the best of our ability. 

We have organized as volunteers what the "Federal Government" subcontractors refuse to pay for -- a new Continental Marshals Service to fill in the blank left by Congressional defunding of the Federal Marshals.  Our Continental Marshals have the ability to deputize volunteers from the American Public, just like the days of the Old West.  We still hold the jurisdiction of the land and soil and our laws, though dusty, are still on the books.  

If the panty-asses in London prefer lip-service to justice, we quite understand -- they are the ones who promoted and profited from and allowed these crimes to fester, not only in this country but worldwide.  What can you expect from "persons" who have stood by and watched an estimated 50,000 young British girls being trafficked, raped, and abused on the streets of their hometowns?  

Get ready for the full power of the actual Public Law to be unleashed and don't wait for Pam Bondi or any of the statutory bullshit artists in DC to act.  They aren't coming.  They don't consider cleaning up their own mess to be part of their job description.  

Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.  Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals. 

We don't need permission to defend ourselves from murderers, rapists, baby-killers, kidnappers, pirates, smugglers, bank robbers, or cattle rustlers.  

This is not a matter of politics.  It is a matter of Public Law.  If public employees have been misdirected by criminals and pretend that enforcement of the Public Law is not their problem or jurisdiction, it remains for the Public to undertake the enforcement of the Public Law.  

Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.  Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals.  

Let all members of the Law Enforcement community be fully informed of these circumstances and let every officer employed under the auspices of the United States, Inc. or the United States of America, Inc., their franchises and subsidiaries, be aware that their misadministration and lack of good faith has led to this dire circumstance. 

The Continental Marshal Service is a volunteer peacekeeping force commissioned by The United States of America --- Unincorporated, to provide peacekeeping services in the international jurisdiction of the land, to prevent and intercept interstate bank fraud, interstate kidnapping and human trafficking, interstate homicide, interstate counterfeiting, interstate smuggling of controlled substances, and other crimes of this nature.  

Take Notice.  We are Issuing commissions to our Continental Marshals and copies for reference will be forwarded to the United States Secretary of State.  The people of this country are exercising their retained and unenumerated rights preserved under Article X of The Constitution of the United States of America and our inherent jurisdiction over the land and soil of this country.  

Further Notice: the existence of Voter Registrations, like the existence of Birth Registrations, cannot be relied upon to establish any presumption of citizenship obligation on the part of individuals, because Voter Registration was solicited without disclosure and encouraged under color of law.  Take Notice. Tell your superiors and subordinates.  

We have paid billions upon billions of dollars to law enforcement retainers and federal agencies purporting to keep us safe and to provide security, only to find that the same persons and organizations have been preying upon our population using a maze of False Registrations and False Commercial claims to unjustly enrich themselves at our expense -- in gross breach of trust and violation of their service contracts. 

This is Notice to our employees and all corporations operating in The United States.  This is Notice to the British Parliament and to King Charles III.  This is Notice to Pope Leo XIV.  This is Notice to the Mayor of the Inner City of London.  This is Notice to all personnel and functionaries attached to the British Crown and their associates and employees worldwide.

We have paid these billions of dollars in good faith for the purposes assumed, and they have failed to deliver even in their own jurisdictions.  They are in violation of their treaties and their service contracts.  We are not. 

Let the world witness the evils of commercialism and witness our claim to be the long-lost owners of every corporation operated by the United States Federal Republic and any Successors to contract 1787 to the present. 

It is very convenient that the perpetrators use jurisdictional manipulation and false registrations to attack average Americans every day of every week, yet when it is time to prosecute their own citizenry, they plead jurisdictional restrictions.  

This will not deter us from exercising our concurrent jurisdiction.
