International Public Notice: About "the Monroe Doctrine", Etc.

Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.  Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals.  

As we have noted, we have an venerable service contract known worldwide as "The Constitution of the United States of America" with the British Territorial company/corporation doing business initially as "the United States of America (a Trading Company)" (1789 -1843) and various iterations of "the United States of America, Incorporated" acting as Successors ever since. 

Recently, we have heard that a new version, the "United States of America, LLC" has been drummed up by Trump and his pals at Palantir and Black Rock, et alia, and may be substituting itself as another Successor.  If so, they are again acting under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure.

These entities are British and/or British Territorial commercial corporations. 

 

Donald J. Trump is President of the British commercial corporation undertaking the constitutional service contract.  

 

The British commercial corporation operates under contract in maritime and Admiralty jurisdiction. 

It operates as a "ship made of paper", with Trump as the captain.  

Hence, Mr. Trump holds the Naval Office of "Commander in Chief". 

Are you a British Subject?  Are you at sea? 

USA, Inc. has delegated powers and authority to exercise those powers on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways.  This is the result of old Naval Treaties that recognized the British Monarch as the Trustee of Americans on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways.  

Briefly, note that in the wake of the War of Independence, we were left with a huge commercial fleet and no navy; we needed protection on the High Seas and Navigable Inland waterways, so we hired the British Navy, then the most formidable naval force on Earth, to defend American merchant shipping.  

A special form of United States Flag known as the Title IV Flag which is defined according to specific proportions was set aside for the use of the USA, Inc. when it is exercising our delegated powers on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways or in the Territories and Possessions of the United States.

This British Crown corporation acting as USA, Inc. or Successors thereof, is a mercantile entity and has no actual powers of government on its own and only strictly limited delegated powers as a services vendor, as stipulated by The Constitution of the United States of America. 

The ownership interest in this corporation is privately held and is most likely highly influenced by the Zionist AIPAC lobby, similar to the undisclosed ownership interests involved in fronting the Federal Reserve, Inc. 

The principal role and responsibility of the USA, Inc. is to protect our commercial shipping, and to regulate interstate commerce, so as to promote the free flow of commerce in these designated jurisdictions. 

It also has a responsibility to develop new "United States" Territories under the Northwest Ordinance, and provides a (supposed to be) temporary government for these territories while under development to become full-fledged States of the Union. 

The USA, Inc. and any Successor to Contract also serves as a more-or-less permanent government for the Commonwealth nation of Puerto Rico, and the other "Insular States" considered to be Possessions of the United States, such as Guam, American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Mariana Islands, and so on. 

The USA, Inc., and any Successor to Contract, has no delegated authority of its own to declare martial law within any State of the Union nor to otherwise declare war or to set any policy related to our country and people so as to allow or engender any permanent state of war or mercenary conflict or permit occupation by foreign armed forces, including mercenary forces.

The Insurrection Act of 1792 refers to insurrection against our States of the Union and their governments. The Insurrection Act of 1807 extends those provisions to insurrection against the Territorial Government and its territorial "State" franchises, while the Insurrection Act of 1871 extends these protections to the Municipal Government and its STATE franchises.   

These Insurrection Acts do not provide authority to maintain any quasi-military occupation of this country nor do they allow for imaginary rebellions or rebellions against foreign entities, rulerships, or monarchs

None of these Acts provide for action against the sovereign nation-states employing the federal or federal franchise instrumentalities.    

There is no granted contractual authority for the USA, Inc. or its President to create or defend the so-called "Monroe Doctrine" which is a private policy of a foreign commercial corporation acting at its own behest, not associated with the actual government of this country nor with its own duties owed under The Constitution of the United States of America.  

Our service contract clearly stipulates "defense" of our actual country and borders, and self-evidently does not extend to any corporate "policy" such as the Monroe Doctrine which allows chronic, routine extra-territorial meddling and expense related to the defense of other countries or other ill-defined material interests of the USA, Inc. 

Our country has been incorrectly  charged for the expenses that these Federal Service Vendors incurred in two World Wars and countless lesser conflicts that they willfully participated in with no authorization from the American Government to act on our behalf or otherwise serving to rewrite our meaning of "defense". 

The participation of the Federal Service Vendors in all or any of the wars or conflicts against other countries has taken place without any grant of governmental authority from us and without any obvious connection to the actual defense of this country and without any formal declaration of war from our Congress.    

This morning we are being peppered with correspondence asking our position on President Trump's attacks against locations within Venezuela and reports that "Jesuit" agencies are claiming that this action was undertaken in pursuit of the Monroe Doctrine. 

Trump does have reasonable capacity under Article II to act extraterritorially in pursuit of felons -- which has nothing to do with the Monroe Doctrine, and everything to do with police powers under international law.  

We have not seen the evidence that President Trump acted upon, but it is to be expected that this action in Venezuela is a police action, not a political one.  

Accordingly, it cannot legally or lawfully result in any destruction of Venezuela's sovereign nation status, any occupation of Venezuela, or any theft of Venezuelan resources.  

It certainly does not mean that President Trump is now "President" of Venezuela. 

Police actions inhabit a grey area of international law.  

We are not bound to suffer the abuses and activities of criminals simply because they are foreign; they are subject to prosecution, arrest, and in the case of capital crimes, some crimes, like piracy on the High Seas, are punishable by death.  

This is agreed upon, traditional, customary, and a known hazard undertaken by foreign nationals engaged in such activities. 

Any government supporting such criminal activities also assumes a risk for doing so.  Think: Ukraine.

If the puppet regime in Ukraine hadn't hosted and provided safe harbor for every repugnant criminal activity on Earth from money laundering and human trafficking to organ harvesting and biowarfare research, there would have been no Ukrainian war with Russia.  

Russia might have exercised its treaty provisions and acted to protect ethnic Russian populations in Ukraine; it might have taken advantage of other treaty positions to promote a Russian-Crimean government, but there would have been no reason for war.  

International law and diplomacy were sufficient to resolve the treaty concerns.  It was the brazen and accelerating criminality being fostered by Zelensky's government, profiting itself by offering transnational crime syndicates free reign and room and board, that finally prompted Russian action. 

Smuggling dangerous drugs (and precursor chemicals used to make these dangerous drugs) into our country --- drugs that cause an estimated 100,000 deaths per year --- are capital crimes precisely because this contraband causes death on such a scale. 

For years now, President. Maduro has been associated with befriending both home-grown Venezuelan drug syndicates and larger scale regional cartel operations acting within Venezuela.  These unregulated substances wind up on American streets and kill American kids, undermine our workforce, and harm our productivity.

The sale of these illicit drugs nets billions of dollars in dark revenue per year, but the losses to our country extend beyond the monetary costs, impacting lives, employment, and GDP.  For every single person addicted to these drugs, 3.5 more people are adversely impacted, and for every billion dollars wasted on illegal opiates and synthetic drugs, 2.8 billion more gets siphoned out of our economy. 

There's a reason that the Chinese called their fight with Britain over Heroin imports "The Opium War".  

We are facing a similar "war" with the same colonialist powers --- only it's not just Opium or barbiturate drugs anymore; now it is a whole vast range of Cookbook and Designer Drugs, that cost thousands of lives every year, and untold financial and social losses and suffering.

Until we see the evidence that Mr. Trump acted upon, we are withholding judgement concerning the action undertaken against targets inside Venezuela.  

Prevention of civilian deaths, both American and Venezuelan, is the ultimate goal of armed police actions, and without the existence of a clandestine trade in deadly substances, there would be no need for and perhaps more to the point, no excuse for such actions.  

Actions taken to restrain international cross-border trade in dangerous substances should not be mistaken for action under the Monroe Doctrine and should be recognized as international police action, even when those police actions are undertaken by what appear to be military forces. 

Please remember that our military was deceitfully and secretly converted into a private mercenary force during the tenure of Abraham Lincoln and has remained in that status until now, when we are making efforts to one-by-one lawfully convert military personnel back to their natural political status and standing as members of an honorable national military service.  

The Monroe Doctrine has a far more fluid and insidious agenda quite apart from conventional international law enforcement, and while it may appear similar to police action under international law, the Monroe Doctrine is a public policy of an incorporated entity, one designed to promote and assert armed protection of "American" business interests in foreign countries, but actually being extended to British Crown Colonial interests, instead. 

When you say "American" you have to be clear about "which America" you are talking about.  

It is not in the interests of our government to promote any form of colonialism, nor to pay for its evils and upkeep.  

We have never supported colonial enterprises and do not support peonage, enslavement, press-ganging or forced conscription or any of the other unlawful, illegal, and immoral practices that have been employed by the British Crown to subject people and entire countries via a process of aggravated identity theft.

The British Empire did not sincerely forsake its ill-gotten colonial gains and pursuit of colonialist enterprises; it acted in Bad Faith and simply changed jurisdictions and began operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea instead of operating on the land. It went from the Commonwealth form of colonialism to the much more violent and insidious Territorial form of colonialism.  

While outwardly conforming to the conventions outlawing both peonage and slavery brought forward by the League of Nations and passed as international law in 1926, the British Crown sought to evade these obligations by redefining the playing field, and using incorporated franchises as a means to impersonate entire countries and subject them and their people to foreign forms of law that were never meant to be applied to living men and actual countries. 

This gross breach of trust and violation of their service contracts led to investigation by the American Government and their conviction by our Courts of Record in 2014.  

With the admission by the Roman Curia that legal fictions have no standing related to living people and actual countries, and that the law of corporations does not apply to us, the reign of terror inflicted by the British Empire and its Continental European adjuncts, is coming to an end. 

We can all say good-bye to claims and obligations based on "enfranchisement" and  "registration",  and claims against foreign public trusts established "in our names", and all similar misrepresentations and impersonations promoted by the Masters of Deceit.  

We can also say good-bye to the Monroe Doctrine, the Fourteenth Amendment, the Sixteenth Amendment, and all the other arbitrary, unilateral, and unratified pretensions foisted off on us all -- not just Americans.  

People worldwide have suffered from the plague of deceit and lawlessness unleashed by the European monarchies beginning in earnest in the 1860's.  

By these various "legal" but unlawful devices and inaccessible remedies purportedly legalizing institutional criminality, they have continued to practice peonage and enslavement, genocide and illegal conscription, press-ganging, and other crimes against humanity -- on paper; unfortunately, they have then also used their "pretend world" on paper as an excuse to justify enforcement of their fantasies on living men and women and actual resources. 

The result is a world devolved to the level of Dark Age Robber Barons, hiring and misdirecting uniformed thugs to promote and protect their own corporate interests--- and using the public purse to do it, against the Public Interest.  

This form of renegade non-consensual government which we have dubbed "Corporate Feudalism" makes a practice of misrepresenting living people as corporation franchises, and waging "war" against franchises belonging to other corporations.  Although this might seem harmless, considering that these are all legal fiction entities without actual substance, the line between imagination and reality gets blurred and actual people and property interests are harmed.  

We are pleased to announce that the American Government, our government, is back in the saddle. The Law of the Land is being enforced for the first time in over a century and a half.  

Today, we have received word that the U.S. Supreme Court has finally overturned all gun permits nationwide.  They are echoing principles of jurisprudence set down more than two centuries ago, affirming that a right cannot be converted into a privilege and that resulting privilege then be used to produce licensing revenues.  

Two centuries, and the court is finally backing the established jurisprudence on the subject.  Be still our hearts. 

We may assume that the same provisions apply to the right to travel, which has been unlawfully converted into a privilege to drive and obtain private commercial profits from the use of public roads --- and then been licensed and misapplied to millions of Americans who never voluntarily engaged in any form of commerce at all --- much less obtained any profit from commercial activities. 

The courts that have participated in these acts of personage and barratry are now compelled to justify their activities and herein and elsewhere are placed under demand to Cease and Desist enforcement of licenses misapplied to occupations of common right, common activities such as travel for non-commercial purposes, and exercise of common public property rights, such as use of street side and public parking. 

These same corporate administrative tribunals are similarly enjoined from enforcing claims of property tax, federal income tax, franchise tax, gas tax, and utility tax; because of the widespread aggravated identity theft that has occurred and the temptation to secure tax revenues from people who are tax exempt, all commercial and asset claims and public trust interests asserted by members of the International Bar Association and American Bar Association are self-interested, in conflict of interest, suspect and disallowed any benefit of presumed contract based on registrations, enrollments, promissory notes, prior compliance, and similar Third Party, undisclosed, and unstated contracts, identities, and obligations seemingly conferred by legislative action on British Subjects and Municipal citizens of the United States.  

Misapplication of these "laws" and misidentification of Americans as persons subject to these "laws" is at an end. 

Because of the widespread misrepresentation of Americans as British Subjects and resulting "title taking" over their lands and homes and other assets to be included as chattel administered by and held in British Territorial Trusts, most especially, the "Northern Trust",  and Roman Municipal TRUSTS, ;ike the US TRUST, these courts have operated in gross and undisclosed conflict of interest.  

The "ownership" of the bulk of the Fortune 500 Companies has been purloined from American soldiers and sailors and their progeny using the False Presumption that they are British Subjects. 

The "ownership" of most of the land assets of this country has been purloined in the same way.  Our silver, our gold, all our substantive and material assets have been purloined, by the same guilty parties who owe us "good faith service" instead. 

The people responsible of managing the purloined assets for the British Crown are members of the American Bar Association and/or International Bar Association, and they have sat in judgement over the actual American owners using the impersonation of these Americans as British Subjects as a device to coerce, control, and impose non-consensual debt obligations.

All this has been accomplished under color of law and all without telling the Americans one word about any of this "convenient accommodation" and "special relationship".  

They have acted in gross, inexcusable, criminal self-interest and in conflict of interest. They have robbed their friends and neighbors.  They have betrayed the most basic precepts of justice, human decency, and contractual obligation.  They have made "war" against their employers and conscripted and press-ganged their employer's sons and daughters and used them as cheap mercenaries under pretense of honorable military service.  

These False Friends and Disloyal Allies have grossly misrepresented this country and its people, and deliberately hid their own identities and roles so as to unjustly enrich themselves and their "Prince" or should we say, "Arch-Treasurer"? 

The Monroe Doctrine may be the doctrine of their foreign British Crown corporation and part of its public policies as well; none of that has anything to do with America or Americans; none of it is suggested by The Constitution of the United States of America nor by any other treaty or contractual service agreement we have with them. 

We do not accept any cost associated with their application of their Monroe Doctrine; we have no such doctrine amounting to a license to engage in eternal meddling and coercion and mercenary "war".  This doctrinal license to bully is not what America stands for, not what America contractually agreed to, and we can safely say, not anything that America wishes to be associated with.

Pope Innocent XIII in the year 1721 commanded that the most Holy Name of Jesus should be solemnly honored throughout the Catholic world. St. Bernard, with the sanction of the Apostolic See, had established the solemn veneration of this most Holy Name in his order a few centuries before. Letter to President Ibrahim Traore

We have listened with great interest and appreciation to the news reaching us from Burkina Faso.  The integrity of your words and actions speak for themselves. So does your love for your country and your continent. 

We are writing today to draw your attention to something important -- at least, from our standpoint. 

In a newscast explaining the takedown of a US forward base and purported anti-terrorist operation called "Sahel Shield" which turned out to be a CIA-style hostile intelligence and surveillance program that you dismantled, we noted that you kept identifying this deceitful operation as "American".  

But it was not American.  It was British.  And it wasn't a military operation.  It was a mercenary operation.  

If you stop and think about it, you will know that the actual Americans fought colonialism for eight long years in an effort to get rid of the British Empire --- England, Great Britain, the actual Colonial Power that held America in bondage prior to the War of Independence. 

With your intimate familiarity with the European Colonialists and their activities in Africa, it will be easy for you to recognize how the British Colonialists snuck back into power in this country and took by guile and deceit what they could not take by force of arms. 

Ever since the so-called American Civil War they have been silently using America as a puppet government.  They converted our lawful military into a private mercenary service.  They pretended that our actual government was "missing, in interregnum" while suppressing it ---and murdering or buying off the only people who knew better. 

They substituted their British Territorial commercial corporation "President" for our President.  They substituted their "state of state" organizations for our American State of State organizations.  They substituted their personnel for our people.  And for 160 years, they have pretended that their Tories (short for British Territorial Citizens) were Americans --- and they look like Americans.  They sound like Americans.  They were born in American towns, went to American schools.  

But they are British Subjects, not Americans. 

They have stripped our country of its natural resources and traded our markets and industries for their advantage; they have used our sons and daughters as cheap mercenaries for hire without telling them their true status.  They have unlawfully converted the political status of our people and impersonated us as if we were British Subjects.  They have evaded their obligations under treaties and contracts.  They have rampaged all over this planet and engaged in war-for-profit "in our names". 

And that is what we wish to address with you, President Traore. 

It was never the American Government engaging in these immoral and unlawful activities. It was the British Territorial "United States Government" masquerading as the American Government -- Federal Service Vendors who long ago commandeered our military and our resources.  It was "the US", not "the Americans". 

Please stop saying that Sahel Shield was an "American" operation. Please make the distinction between "America" and "the US", because if you don't --- they win.  They successfully avoid accountability for their thievery and violence.  They make everyone think it was "the Americans" instead of the actual culprits, the British.

Please understand.  The actual Americans have been the victims of Colonialism -- just as your people have been victims of Colonialism. While you have suffered under the French, we have suffered under the British.  Despite all their protestations and pretensions, the Europeans never gave up colonialism -- they simply changed jurisdictions and kept right on promoting the same abuses. 

Now, we finally know what happened to our country and our government. We share this with you and with the world, so that you, too, know the truth and are able to see things clearly --- able to know who the Enemies are --- and aren't. 

It's not the Americans, who have been the victims of colonialism, both overtly and covertly.  It's the same Enemies of humanity, the same purveyors of peonage and enslavement, the same colonialist powers that always were and still are --- the European Monarchies. The Brits.  The French.  The Belgians. 

The Brits have been using and abusing us, the Americans, like sock puppets, without our knowledge, without our consent, ever since the illegal mercenary conflict known as the American Civil War. 

You may well ask --- how is this possible? 

Precisely for the same reasons we have described here.  They look like Americans, talk like Americans, are born in America, are educated in American schools -- the British Territorial U.S. Citizens are virtually identical to Americans in all ways, except that they are British Subjects.  

Those British Subjects have faked everyone out, even their American counterparts, but we are no longer deceived, and neither should you be deceived.

A Heartfelt Response to Wayne

So many times in 2025, I wondered why things couldn't go faster, better, with more support and unity.  I wondered why grief and chaos so often go hand-in-hand, like the twins of iniquity, inseparable, inviolable, and always together.  In the last couple months I have been weighed down, not so much by the grief of personal loss that comes and goes --  and always gets put into perspective against the far larger backdrop of mortal suffering -- but by the constant bittersweet aspects of life which are ever-present, and sometimes close to overwhelming. 

Jim and I struggled all these years, and now, he isn't here in the flesh to stand with us and see the fruition.  From my standpoint, it does not seem right or fair.  He should be here.... 

But it is, as the Ancient Romans said, what it is. 

Every week, indeed, every day of every week, I get correspondence, letters, court pleadings, every kind of communication imaginable.  Often, as I pause and note where that communication is coming from, whether a location in one of our States or in a foreign country, I see how similar the problems, concerns, and needs are --- making our commonality so manifestly obvious, that I shake my head and weep.  

We aren't different.  We are the same.  Underneath the trappings of costume and tradition, behind the facade of different languages and times, colors and religions and every other outward difference --- we are the same.  The injustices are the same.  The coercions and prejudices are the same.  The frustration, the blaming, the hope, the determination.... is all the same.  

Here are some recent questions that happen to come from Australia, but they might come from anywhere on Earth: 

If there are hundreds of trillions in reclaimed funds, why the need for volunteer labour ???

Do you pay yourself to mow your own lawn?  

When you are the actual owner, you don't pay yourself to mind your own affairs.  My husband never got a nickel for all the work he did as Head of State. I don't get paid for working as the Fiduciary, either. 

No matter how much money is reclaimed, we're all volunteers at a certain level.  So while we may work "for" the government in a certain sense, we aren't, strictly speaking, employees.  We owe our good faith service; we owe our judgement as sober and prudent people, because it's our farm.  Our factory.  Our trade,  Our commerce.  Our security.   

By custom and tradition, the work we undertake for the government does entitle us to support -- supplies, office space, travel expenses, etc., and sometimes, rarely, if we lose our ability to perform via accident or force majeure, assistance of other kinds designed to get us back to work -- but, for the most part, we pay for our expenses to do the work, too.  

With rights come responsibilities. 

If GFG is paying the military and police why can't we access the funds already in our account, at least some of it to survive ???

Quite simply, middlemen -- managers of foreign, privately-owned, for-profit commercial and municipal corporations in the business of providing certain "essential government services", have insinuated themselves and their corporations into positions they were never intended to fill.  

As a result, although you pay for all this military (actually mercenary) and police service, these foreign corporations and their managers direct the activities and deliver the paychecks of the police and military forces.  

This places the military and the police in an unpleasant situation when they are directed to do things that are beneficial to the corporate managers and against the public and private interests of their actual employers.  In many cases, men and women have had to choose between advancing their careers and doing what is right, having a job to feed their families, and being fired with an unfavorable performance report. 

Until the actual employers have control at the bank level, and specifically at the paymaster level, this built-in conflict of interest continues as the corporations seek to protect themselves and maximize their profits at the expense of the people they are purportedly serving. 

So it is not and has not been a simple or easy matter to remove these middlemen -- bankers, politicians, and bureaucracies, or even to bring them to heel, no matter what solid and logical facts support our actions and demands.  

When I tell you that Pope Benedict and the members of the Roman Curia stared at us like "talking horses" when we first broached these subjects, I am not describing anything fanciful.  They were astonished --- and alarmed --- that we were aware of what was going on bureaucratically and holding them accountable for their part of it. 

It has taken more than 20 years to wrest a significant portion of control back and to re-establish our identity as the long-lost employers -- the American Government.  

Expecting the Australian Government to have an easier time enforcing the limitations and guarantees of the Australian Constitution would be naive, given their historical and customary relationship with the British Commonwealth.  

The only thing putting any special wind under your wings is the fact that we unearthed the basic fraud schemes and have proven them to be globally present, so that cuts years off your trajectory back to constitutional government and freedom.  

The fraud, breach of trust, and commercial crimes used to implement it all, are the same, and the "way back home" is the same to an extent -- but each country has its own unique history and sovereignty and character.  

As a result, you have to organize yourselves and exercise the government service contracts (constitutions) in your favor to regain control of your politicians, bureaucrats and personnel.  That begins with establishing who you are, individually and collectively.  

Your public employees have conveniently forgotten who pays the bills, having found adequate coercive means to assure themselves that you continue to do so.  

It is a little bit like the chicken and the egg.  The bureaucracy only exists because of the constitutional framework you ordained, but the bureaucrats are paid by a foreign corporation and mistake that as their employer.  You can assert your position only if you can prove who you are, and once having established your factual identity, you still have to enforce the Constitutional limitations. 

Anybody can set up fake accounts with numbers in it. But what good are the numbers worth hundreds of million dollars if none of it can be used ???

Yes, anyone could do that, but why would they -- when it would be far easier and cheaper to set up a conventional bank and do the same thing?  

The GFG effort has been underway for nineteen years, all self-funded, building an American bank system that is globe-spanning and completely independent of SWIFT or any similar QFS system operating under the auspices of the British Territorial Government (the same crooks who brought you SWIFT and that whole crooked, coercive banking monopoly).  

The reason that we aren't back-peddling and entering small numbers into your accounts to make it seem more "realistic" and plausible is that you are owed big numbers.  

The fact that you are each owed millions of dollars (and more than that, if you count public interests and prepaid credit) is being fully admitted by our banks, while the other guys offer pennies on the dollar and seek to take the rest -- the bulk of what is owed to you --- by assumption and claims of "voluntary settlement" and "accommodation". 

They also seek to coerce this outcome by limiting the means you have to complete transactions to their private currency using legal tender laws.  They have maintained an illegal monopoly on currency in this country for almost a hundred years.  They have illegally and immorally enforced their legal tender on the American people without accessible remedy, even though the use of debt as a currency is specifically forbidden by their own Federal Code 31 USC 5118 (8) 2 (d). https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/31/5118

If you are looking for criminals and coercion and Ponzi Schemes impacting banking and taxation and government operations in general, you don't have far to look.  It is the same for Australia, just a different kind of debt note with someone else's picture engraved on it. 

The problem is that when the cats are away.....or, more to the point, when the cats are paid and directed by criminals....the rats will play. 

In your "absence", your public servants went into business for themselves, and now, it's devil to pay to re-establish a lawful system of government. 

Strange to say, but a lawful debt fully admitted, is of more value than any amount of legal tender, just as a single orange is worth more to a hungry man than a hundred photos of an orange.   

So even though you can't yet translate the money in your GFG account and exchange it for Federal Reserve Notes, or Aussie Debt Notes, it's a good thing you can't.  You would, once again, be trading something actual and factual, for something made of paper. 

Instead, you will soon be able to exchange AFD for gold rubles and dinar, and as for Federal Reserve Notes and similar Aussie debt notes, you will be able to use your prepaid credit instead.  

Apples for apples, oranges for oranges. 

Why was the date changed from Dec 31st 2025 to Feb 26th 2026 after such strong assurances from yourself and GFG here. ???

I am mystified about any specific date you say I mentioned, because I have been careful not to mention any specific date for many months now --- once burned, twice shy, I have actual experience with crystal balls, even when backed up by the best guesses of those working on specific issues.  I can say with some certainty that I didn't guarantee December 31st or mandate any delay until February 26th, and also, I think you may be confused about "training".  

You won't require any great amount of training to use your own accounts. These have been specifically made to be User Friendly, requiring no great amount of training.  The Prosperity Card has been refined and worked and reworked to function flawlessly and automatically, calculating exchange rates and separating credit from money transactions without you having to do anything but watch your balances. 

The training is for the various governmental bodies as they exist now and as they will develop.  They require training -- and quite a bit of it, so that their fiscal operations are unified and competent, but that is something that people should not be worried about in terms of accessing and using and as you put it, "getting relief" on an individual basis. 

Is Feb 26th just another useless date like so many thousand others across the board over the past 20 years ???

The Global Family Banks was just made public four years ago, so please don't confuse us and our reasonable development parameters with the Hopium spewed by various organizations and individuals for "twenty years" prior to this, most of which have been part of the problem instead of the answer, and most of which have only been forced to take positive action as a result of us pushing them into the limelight where their Bad Faith and failure to perform is exposed and obvious. 

Please note --- most of our delays have been caused by these same players changing the game, changing the playing field, or changing their own status and their own "doing business as" names through multiple bankruptcies, mergers, and changes in the form of their business activities over the course of the past several years.  

If you bother to go back and research my articles, I have constantly and with consistency warned everyone against Hopium of all kinds.  Hopium only leads to paralysis, delay in action, and assumptions that "everything is okay" and "someone else is taking care of it".  

I have advised the exact opposite.  Assume that nothing is okay and that nobody is taking care of it ---- at least, nobody that you would want or trust taking care of it.   If you start with this assumption, you will be highly motivated to get involved and take action yourself, and you won't be disappointed by, or wondering about, the outcome.

This is a far better and more proactive situation to be in than sitting around "waiting for someone to do something" and not even knowing who that someone is.  

The nations of "Great Britain" have recently had a nose-full of their own lack of action and blind trust in government in the person of Keir Starmer, who not only sold out the interests of his country and countrymen, but made a tidy sum for himself in the process.  

You may thank God that he made the mistake of threatening the monarchy itself, which triggered King Charles III to take action against the Prime Minister and the Labour Party supporting him.  

Otherwise the remaining British part of the remaining British Empire would have surrendered its sovereignty without a whisper and "the EU" would have consumed it like a cream puff, taking the tag-along Territorial Governments of the former Commonwealth, too, like so many chips in a poker game.  

I know 5 senior police, my 2 nephews for starters, they all know nothing yet about their new paymaster and their new responsibilities. When does that kick in ???

Strangely, you have to answer that question for yourselves.  When do you get on your hind feet and make the claims against the corporations that have been strangling your country?  That's up to you.  We, the Americans, have created a way for you to survive and thrive in the midst of chaos, but we have not --- and more to the point, cannot, take responsibility for your government.  That job belongs to you and you alone.  

Australians are responsible for identifying themselves as living people and as Australians and taking back Australia and enforcing the Constitutional limitations.  The municipal corporation AUSTRALIA has been bankrupted so all you have left to deal with is the British Territorial entity doing business as Australia, Inc.  We can help you -- to an extent -- but there is no replacement for your own homegrown effort and your own identity. 

Back when all this started and we were told, in no uncertain terms, that it was our responsibility to govern ourselves.  If we failed to provide an orderly national government, it next fell to the territorial authorities, and after that to whatever local government we might establish for ourselves.  

Your national government has been vacated since the early 1900's, with nobody letting you know this important fact, so that you defaulted for lack of full disclosure.  It is now up to you to provide yourselves with a workable national government and reclaim it from the territorial and municipal government factions that have benefited themselves and usurped your authority during your long "absence". 

We, Americans, are in exactly the same straits and have to take up the business of managing ourselves and our own assets. Each country that has been impacted by this legalistic fraud scheme is in the same boat.  Just because we have provided a "global" banking structure to act as a safety net for everyone does not mean that there is a one-size-fits-all national government waiting in the wings. 

The territorial and municipal government corporations didn't have this problem.  As incorporated entities, they simply developed "national franchises" ---- AUSTRALIA (INC.) and Australia, Inc. --- and operated like any other municipal or commercial franchise corporations. 

In resurrecting a national government we don't have that option, because a national government by definition cannot be incorporated and function as an instrumentality of sovereignty.  

So -- Terra Australis cannot be incorporated, ever.  It must stand as a "corporate" but unincorporated body, one without recourse to public bankruptcy protection, and function as an instrumentality with state immunity and public indemnity. 

The only ones on God's green Earth that can do this work and create such a government, are living Australians who answer the call just like their counterparts in America who answer the same call for this country. 

Many times over the past two decades I have had conversations with officials of the Roman Curia and Vatican and officials of the British Empire, all of whom have promoted what is called the "Empire of the City" as distinct from the Holy Roman Empire.   

They have chided me and attempted to shrug off their own bad behavior by pointing out that only Americans can do what needs to be done.  It's beyond their authority and pay grade.  Why blame them when we left our own country adrift for over a hundred and fifty years? 

The answer for us, like for the Aussies, is that nobody served notice when the helm of the Ship of State was abandoned.  To paraphrase Pope Benedict's famous response, "Nobody told (us)."   Those alive at the time who were competent and honest and who did bear witness to the illegal takeover of our government by our "government service providers" were hunted and burned out and slandered as if they were "rebels" --- and everyone assumed that they meant supporters of the Southern Confederacy.  

How about those who "rebelled" against a takeover by mercenary corporations?   We have suffered their slings and their arrows.  Through dark nights and endless days, we have suffered their lies, and in the end, they all stand revealed for what they are. 

May it be a comfort to you to know that my husband and I never had the latitude to buy silver either, though we knew it was the "smart" thing to do, and told others.   Sometimes you sacrifice the temporary for the eternal.  Sometimes you see beyond yourself.  Sometimes you no longer care what is smart, and instead turn your focus to what is simply right --- and let the chips fall. 

Let them fall.  Let it all go.  Be at peace and be strong.  Neither life nor death shall ever.... for you are part of it all, each grain of sand, each mountain height, each wave of the sea, each star in the night. 

Stop worrying about yourself.  Stop being impressed by the world. Stop believing in "money".  Stop oppressing yourself.  Stop oppressing everyone else with your needs and your fears. You are not a little child, helpless and alone in the dark. 

If you have not seen the hand of God in your own life, look.  If you do not have "proof" that you have been divinely loved and guided all the days of your life, take stock.  And if you still don't have enough faith to spit on, use your ears to hear.

Then take your own love in hand and stand up, maybe for the first time in your life, and say -- this is mine.  This is the home the Creator gave me.  This is the life I have been given.  And I shall live it. 

I shall live it without fear.  I shall live it with gusto.  I shall take every challenge and grind it into dust and stand upon it, and while I live, I shall keep faith with the glory and the love that surrounds me. 

And I shall never, ever, ever give up.  No matter who, what, when, where, or how.
