International Public Notice: Federal Directives

Since 1909 and more efficiently since 1937 when the foreign incorporated Federal Service Providers consolidated their collusion under The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States, the British Territorial Service Providers have deliberately used Municipal Government corporations as proxies to do their dirty work and provide them with a means to tax people in this country. 

This is like putting on a glove and claiming that your glove slugged someone.  

Thuggery by proxy is still thuggery and ignoring the limitations set by the Federal Constitutions to enable racketeering and illegal takings is still criminal.  

So let's start with that and correct it.

Commercial corporations have no ability to tax anyone. Municipal corporations can levy taxes, but not on Americans who are tax prepaid and exempt from levy. The other part is that Municipal Corporations are barred from operating in our States of the Union and throwing an imaginary Territorial "District" over the top of our States like an extra blanket doesn't change the fact that Municipal PERSONS  aren't supposed to be in our bedroom. 

The British Territorial Government, the Crown and the Government of Westminster, together with their franchises are  responsible —100% personally and commercially liable —-for any and all harm done to Americans by misguided Municipal PERSONS. 

As both The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America set forth, Municipal Government functions are strictly limited, geographically, and operationally. 

All Municipal Government functions including Municipal Court functions are limited to the District of Columbia and the United States Territories and Possessions.  

The Insular Tariff Cases fought out in the U.S. Supreme Court from 1898-1904 allowed "Insular" Municipal Parent Corporations located in the District of Columbia or the United States Territories or Possessions to tax and exercise tariffs against Municipal franchise corporations operating outside the District of Columbia and outside the United States Territories and Possessions.  

This ability to tax and apply tariffs to offshore franchises —meaning all those NOT operating within the District of Columbia or the United States Territories and Possessions, was key to the vast impersonation scheme that has followed. 

The Diversity of Citizenship Clause added to Federal Code definitions later recognized United States corporations as Municipal "citizens of the United States" —so called Fourteenth Amendment citizens.  

These two gradual usurpations against the letter of the Land Law paved the means and provided motivation for impersonating average Americans— first as British Subjects and later as United States Municipal Corporation franchises, conveniently defined as "citizens of the United States". 

The great advantage to both foreign Federal Service Providers was the ability to "tax" Americans in the States of the Union, and take title to their assets, simply by registering them as British Territorial U.S. Citizens and later, as Municipal citizens of the United States. 

This was done in gross breach of trust, in violation of their service contracts, in violation of the underlying treaties and all under secrecy and color of law, as part of the biggest identity theft, enslavement racket, and credit fraud in history. 

The Perpetrators tried to excuse this with another Big Lie and Fraud, by pretending that an illegal Commercial Mercenary Conflict was a "War" and that those  responsible had a duty to illegally occupy our country for our protection ever afterward.  

They also pretended that our American Government was "missing", "absent" and in "interregnum".  

That's news to us. 

Americans are not British Subjects, and not naturally British Territorial Citizens, but by covertly registering American babies as such the Con Artists were enabled to latch onto American assets including taking title to our land and copyrighting our Given Names without our knowledge or consent.  Later, they were able to declare these British Crown franchise persons "missing, lost at sea" and legally dead. 

This made it appear that our American estates were abandoned —- "waived", and that the British Seaman's Estates operated under identical Proper Names were intestate public trusts subject under Admiralty Law to administration by the Scottish Bar Association. 

This then made it possible for the Vatican to step in and create a Municipal franchise trust ultimately named after the American victim — but based on the "dead" British Crown entity. 

No "dead" Brit, no Roman Inferior TRUST under the same NAME. 

So we have Anna Maria Riezinger, an American, a living woman, a Wisconsinite, owed every guarantee of both remaining Federal Constitutions.  

We have Anna Maria Riezinger, an intestate American Infant Decedent Estate created by my Mother's unwitting registration of my name as that of a United States Citizen— of some undisclosed kind. 

Next, we have the British Crown nosing in and seizing upon my "abandoned" Given Name, copyrighting it, and creating "Anna Maria Riezinger"'— a British Territorial Person and corporate franchise, used as chattel backing the debts of the British Territorial Government.   

Last but not least, when this Corporate Person is  declared "legally dead", we have a Municipal franchise ESTATE named after the original American, ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER, owned and operated by the Roman Curia. 

All of this is self-interested criminal fraud in violation of the "good faith service" requirements of both The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America.  It is also violation of the Treaties underlying the Federal Constitutions. 

This is the complex set up behind the personage and barratry schemes that have been used to illegally latch onto, obligate, and mischaracterize the ownership of American assets. 

Lately, the Perpetrators of these lies and False Claims in Commerce have felt emboldened to ignore any semblance of accuracy and have begun Willy-Nilly making up names that are somewhat similar to the Given Names of Americans and prosecuting the living people as if any of this chicanery had anything to do with them or their property. 

Again, let's use my name, Anna Maria Riezinger as an example of this criminality, and my current State of the Union, Alaska, as an example of this Gross Breach of Trust and Violation of Treaties and Service Contracts owed to me and millions of other Americans. 

In the wake of the so-called American Civil War, which is by definition a Mercenary Conflict never declared by any Congress, trusted military officers committed secretive treason against this country and its people. 

The American State Assemblies were never called back into Session because those responsible for doing this were killed, hunted, burned out, slandered and attacked under the False Pretense that they were "rebels" when in fact they were neutral Third Parties throughout the phony "war". 

As new States continued to be formed under the Northwest Ordinance during and after the Civil War, they were stuck in perpetual Territorial status for lack of an American Congress to enroll them as States of the Union.  The Perpetrators hit upon the idea of creating a different kind of "statehood" and passing this off on the people of this country.  

Using their pre-placed foreign State of State organizations, the criminals created Territorial Administrative "States" and passed these off as if they were States of the Union. 

Alaska, like other Western Territories, was suckered into  such a Territorial Administrative Statehood as of January 3rd 1959.  

As of October 1st 2020, this situation was finally rectified when the State Assemblies of those States formed prior to the Civil War voted unanimously to enroll all the former Territories retroactive to the day they entered Territorial Administrative "Statehood".  

As a result, Alaska and the other "Territorial States" are now full fledged States of the Union having all the rights and prerogatives as other States under the Equal Footing Doctrine. 

This change and its retroactive effective date is important, as it forestalls any further claims of Territorial Administrative "Statehood". 

The respective Governors have all been given complete Notice and so have two Secretaries of the Department of State. 

The Americans are finally "home", aware of the situation, have their State Assemblies in Session, and are taking care of business. 

We have individually and collectively dispensed with any registration as British Subjects or presumption of British Territorial Personhood, together with any attendant foreign citizenship obligations.  

We have notified all appropriate officials and placed our declaration of our birthright political status on the public record and done everything else reasonably required to avoid any misunderstanding about our nature, intent, and standing.  We are State Nationals and we may serve our State Assemblies as State Citizens, but we owe no foreign citizenship obligations at all.  

With this background firmly in place, let's look at the Territorial Administrative State our erstwhile Federal Subcontractors have been operating in Alaska. 

In August of 1958 a group of British Territorial U.S. Citizens fronted a Statehood Referendum — but only allowed Federal Civil Service Employees who had lived in Alaska for more than a year to vote on this issue. 

The General Public never voted for this brand of  "statehood" at all.  

As the resulting contract, The State of Alaska Constitution shows, it was and is a mutual services agreement between two groups of Federal Employees. 

And that is all that The State of Alaska Constitution remains.  

This document sets up a Territorial Administrative State Government calling itself the State of Alaska (Incorporated) and also within the contract creates a Municipal Corporation, the STATE OF ALASKA, INC. (as a Subcontractor to the State of Alaska, Inc. British Crown franchise) to provide a "local government" —- for whom?  The British Territorial citizenry. 

It can only be interpreted as a mutual services contract between two groups of Federal Employees living as "residents" in Alaska, having no binding effect on the people of Alaska who didn't vote in the election creating either version of "State" or "STATE" of Alaska. 

Now let's see how this Crime Syndicate operates and "presumes" upon the actual people they are supposed to serve "in good faith". 

My public Given Name is "Anna Maria Riezinger". I am the first, only, original "title holder" of this "vessel" and I did not waive my birthright estate and neither did my Mother. 

We have her sworn testimony published on the public record, refuting any claim that she knowingly registered me as a British Subject or waived my American birthright estate "for" me. 

We also have my published, recorded and Apostilled Act of State formally expatriating myself from any presumption of British or other foreign personhood, citizenship or obligation of office. 

Anna Maria Riezinger is an American, a Wisconsinite, period.  

Anna von Reitz is my Pen Name and I own it under recorded private copyright. 

This past year, totally without an authorization from me, a cretin named Daniel Applegate, a Junior Woodchuck Attorney attached to the DOJ, decided to create a new name "for" me— "Anna M Riezinger-Von Reitz" and make specious claims to the effect that this creature of his imagination owes the United States of America, Incorporated, Federal Income Tax from the time period 2002-2009 for "Gallery of the Lakes", an unincorporated American-owned business.  

I have news for Mr. Applegate and for Mr. Trump, his Boss, who can't seem to get good help at the DOJ or FBi, either one:  I am an A-M-E-R-I-C-A-N.  My American Government is in Session.  I am by definition tax prepaid and exempt from levy.  

No means no. 

No foreign citizenship.  No "Federal Income".  No reason for you to misaddress me as a franchise of the British Crown or any Roman Municipal CORPORATION, either.  You are engaged in unlawful and illegal "latching" and making false claims against one of the people you are supposed to be serving "in good faith". 

Instead you are caught committing a commercial crime, in violation of international law, in violation of your service contracts, in breach of trust, and acting under color of law. 

You are supposed to be protecting me and the rest of the American people, not practicing crimes of personage and barratry against us. 

Judge Gleason knew when to take a powder and so should all of you who have been engaged in these unlawful, illegal, and immoral activities against your employers.  

You can't use names containing any initials. They are void for vagueness.  

Any and all court actions having Defendants or Plaintiffs using what appear to be middle initials are null and void, owed no enforcement, and must be corrected and any property seized via these actions must be voluntarily returned without harm. 

Nobody at any level or in any branch of government can change the style of a name, the ordering of a name, or anything else about a name or names and try to attach it to someone with a similar name for purposes of barratry and impersonation. Any officer of any department or court, for example, ginning up a non-existent "Anna M Riezinger - Von Reitz" or an incorporated version of "Gallery of the Lakes" is guilty of criminal constructive fraud and will be dealt with as a criminal, fined a minimum of $10,000.00  and fired— not eligible for rehire. 

Bar Members, you have no Letters of Marque protecting you.  

All Federal, all State of State, and all STATE OF STATE personnel — all of you —- have to Cease and Desist this craziness and criminality right now, not only with respect to me, but with respect to any and all Americans who claim their birthright standing. 

This is not a request, not a "pretty please".  This is your service contract being enforced by the people having the unique right to enforce it. 

At the "State of State" level things are just as Bassakwards, with employees attacking their employers and Americans being "mistaken" for some species of foreign "federal" citizen.  

So called "Judicial Districts" have replaced brazen Military Districts, but the word "District" says that any court whatsoever associated with these "districts" is limited to addressing district personnel. Not Americans.  

There is no "war" and never has been, just a filthy illegal Mercenary Conflict.  There is no Territorial Administrative State, only States of the Union.  No District having any standing outside the District of Columbia. 

And there is no "Anna Riezinger" except one pissed off American who has been misidentified as a foreign "taxpayer" and evicted from my house under False Commercial Claims addressed to "Riezinger, Anna S"—- a non-existent dead British Territorial Merchant Mariner who purportedly owed money to an equally "dead" Municipal franchise corporation doing business as the "MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH" . 

Here is a News Flash, Mr. Trump. 

The Municipal Government has been barred from entering or operating in our States of the Union since 1790 and nothing has changed. 

If the British Territorial Government wants or needs their services, don't imagine that you are anything but completely 100% liable for the existence of such THINGS as the STATE OF ALASKA and the MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH being present in our States of the Union, rampaging around as armed thugs throwing little old ladies out of their homes and bringing False Claims against False Names in phony "Judicial Courts of  (Your State), Inc.,  purportedly for the purpose of serving your own foreign personnel who are "residing" here under the Residence Act— but generously "mistaking" Americans like me for foreign vermin who have no right to be in our States of the Union.  

So get the message.  Here are your marching orders. Grow a brain. Recognize your actual Employers if you ever hope to get paid again. Stop the personage and barratry crimes against Americans. Return my house to me and all the other homes that have been illegally taken from Americans under these False Presumptions of foreign citizenship obligations and enfranchisement as corporations. 

We, Americans, are all tax prepaid and exempt from levy and all American property you have seized upon must be returned to the rightful owners unharmed.  

That's the Law.  

And that's your service contract. Read Article IV— that part about protecting our "persons"?  That's here. That's now. 

Shut down the carpetbagger courts being operated unlawfully and illegally in our States of the Union. Send them back to the District of Columbia where they belong.  District courts belong in the District of Columbia. Esquires belong in England.  

Deport all of them as long as you are deporting undeclared aliens. 

Get moving, all of you, or you will not be looking at any temporary shut down.  

The U.S. Supreme Court has already determined the lack of standing issues. 

So — return my house and all the other houses of Americans that have been illegally and unlawfully and immorally seized upon.  Stop addressing us as anything but your Employers.  Assist us as you should assist your Employers.   

Realize that the "Sixteenth Amendment" like the "Fourteenth Amendment" was never ratified by our States of the Union and the vast majority of the taxes and mortgages your organizations have collected have been illegally purloined from Americans under False Pretenses and Color of Law. 

Realize that the Federal Reserve System was an illegal blood money system.  Those Federal Reserve Notes were funded by illegal attachment of intellectual and physical property rights—- the literal forced peonage and enslavement of Americans and the theft of our copyrights, trademarks, brands, patents, performance contracts and other labor assets for the past 160-plus years.  

Shut it down. Arrest the bankers responsible.  Return the FedNow and Treasury Direct Account assets.  Don't give anyone any more Trojan Horses.  And most of all, Mr. Trump — pay attention to your own country.  

If you work real hard for the next six years you can make a real dent in what's wrong with it, simply by working with your actual Employers, instead of against us.

International Public Notice: There is No American Debt, Only United States Debt

At first glance that headline won't make sense to most people, because they have been taught that "America" and "US" are synonymous, when they aren't.   

What we are looking at is the meltdown of a criminal fraud scheme that has been 160-plus years in the making.  

The Americans paid off their debts early on, but the British Territorial United States has been in perennial debt to the British Crown and to the British Commonwealth since before The War of Independence. 

It's this foreign version of the United States, Incorporated, that is in debt, not the American version called The United States.  

Let's not get "confused" about that, this time. 

The Priority Creditors of the United States, Inc. and the United States of America, Inc. are the American People and the unincorporated United States and the unincorporated United States of America. 

These incorporated government services corporations and municipal government corporations charge the Americans for their "services", and call it "taxes" but corporations have no authority to tax anyone or anything, so this is being done in fraud.  

These corporations are also accessing our credit under false pretenses and charging all their operational expenses to the American people.  This includes charging us for services we never ordered and the costs of their wars for profit.  

These same corporations are foisting their debts off onto the American people via the use of I.O.U.s as a "legal tender" currency, which we have explained in numerous Notices prior to this. Then they have charged the same Americans gift and estate taxes for the privilege of paying their bills for them.  

And then they go bankrupt and name the Americans as their underwriters. 

They've charged the Americans for their maintenance, their mortgages, their property taxes, and innumerable other taxes, which should, instead, be paid to the Americans. 

This has gone on for decades and this means that the Americans are their "preferential and priority creditors" --- and everyone tries to avoid that fact.  

This debt is, nonetheless, directly observable and inescapable.  The nature and extent of the claims of the American States are plainly stated upon the public records of the Uniform Commercial Code Units in multiple States-of-States and may not be ignored as they are rolled into our venerable common law trusts and cannot be changed, altered, seized upon or otherwise meddled with by volunteer executors of non-existent estates.

International Public Notice: For All Those Who Need to See

 Assembly History of Columbia, South Carolina by Anna Von Reitz

Some people learn by seeing and experiencing, some people by reading, and still others must hear something before it connects and it is truly integrated into their knowledge.

Observe the signs and markers outside the South Carolina State House and the Street Monuments, too.  Imagine that we are speaking these words into your consciousness.  Pay attention to the words "assembly" and "General Assembly" -- references to the law-making bodies of our American Government at the State level, and in this case, The South Carolina Assembly.    

For centuries, here and abroad, this was the normal course of things, and entirely commonplace knowledge, that the government of our country and every other country is vested in the living people of each country and their Lawful Persons.  It should not come as any surprise to anyone that our State Assemblies exist and that they are of paramount importance,  and yet, we have been slandered and attacked for bringing this to everyone's attention.  

Our Government is not supposed to be run by unelected career bureaucrats.  No, it's not even supposed to be run by our employees, who have been elected to serve in their own State-of-State Legislatures and Congresses.  Certainly, our government was never entrusted to foreign commercial or municipal corporations, either one.  

Our government is supposed to be run by average Americans coming from many walks of life, acting as living people, and when it comes to international affairs, the same people act as Lawful Persons, known as People.   This is why you see the odd construction, "We, the People" headlining the Federal Constitutons. 

When we called ourselves "the People", it simply means that the living people of our Union States are acting in their capacity as Lawful Persons and taking action in the international jurisdiction of the Land.  

All this is based on a simple enough idea.  The State Assemblies tell their public employees what they want done, and the employees elected to the State of State Legislature figure out programs and protocols to achieve the desired result.  The living people must make basic decisions about their public programs and resources, much as they make similar decisions about their own finances and goals as  families.  

It's desirable for experts and paid personnel to wrangle the day-to-day details, because the people have lives and work and families of their own to take care of, quite apart from their roles as State Assembly members, but however and by whomever the course of government is implemented, it's direction and its goals are supposed to be set by the living people of each country, and the expenditures of the government are supposed to be apportioned by the living people or their directly responsible fiduciary deputies.  

Over the past century and a half a very destructive and insidious usurpation against this basic model of government has taken place, and the living people are no longer taught about the American Government in public schools.  All they hear about is the United States Government, a derivative "federal" government that operates on limited, enumerated, and delegated powers, that have been exercised by paid personnel employed as subcontractors of foreign commercial corporations and municipal corporations in the business of providing "essential government services".  

Thus the foxes, public employees, unelected by us, career bureacrats, directed by foreign interests, have been left in charge, and the American public has been left to languish and be disregarded by those they employ.  

We have been called liars, rebels, insurrectionists, tin hats, conspiracy theorists, and a lot worse by those who benefit from the present circumstance and by those too dulled and dimmed to observe what it is directly observable, and as these street signs and monuments prove: our State Assemblies are the building blocks upon which the actual American Government depends and it is the American Government that is presumed to be footing the bill for all the wild spending and war-profiteering and other actions undertaken by the United States Government "in our absence" --- but we are not absent and haven't been absent for more than five years.  

Every State of the Union has been called back into Session and the living people have answered.  Our separate and supreme government is present and accounted for, and does not depend upon large numbers, but rather upon the essential inheritances, rights, treaties, contracts, and guarantees that are owed to each American State National.  

So when someone laughs at you and says, "Whoever heard of a State Assembly?"  Challenge them.  Awaken them.  Ask them who they think delegated the "delegated powers"?  And who pays the bills around here?  With just a little knowledge about their own State Government it will become apparent why voters faithfully vote for political agendas that never materialize, why a mob of unlected bureaucrats has taken control and abused the people they are supposed to serve, and who is missing from this picture? 

Chances are, you are the missing element in your own destiny.  Not just in America.  Worldwide. 

On a worldwide basis, corporations in the business of providing "government services" have usurped against the national and state governments established by the living people of each country, putting their Boards of Directors in place of your elected Fiduciary Deputies, their private corporate elections in place of your public elections, their State-of-State Legislatures instead of your State Assemblies.  

But for now, look at some more historical evidence (this is why the mobs were told to destroy old public statues and placards during the 2020 riots) that what we are telling you is true.  See the attached photos.

International Public Notice: To the Elevated Accountants

There are those among us who insist upon an exact accounting.  They apparently believe that their record-keeping has been so precise that they alone possess the ability to render an accounting for those resources that they have been managing "for" the Shining Ones in our "absence".  

I am one of the Shining Ones -- the exact Shining One appointed to do this work.  My glory has only been hidden from you because we don't wish to scare you into obedience.  We want you to choose the right answer by using your own logic and following your own hearts, because your development and growth of wisdom is what is most necessary for success, not a small-minded and self-righteous attention to details, most of which you do not comprehend anyway. 

Let's begin with a basic misunderstanding on your parts.  This Creation, this entire Universe, is a gift.  It was given to you.  All of you.  Each one of you.  It was given freely, with only a few stipulations which have been preserved faithfully, but not obeyed. 

You are to be caretakers of this planet and its resources.  This does not imply any slave-like dedication to counting the number of ants or calculating how much sand covers the floors of the oceans, but instead requires the good faith effort of honest men to not pollute the environment, to find better sanitation options, to preserve the habitats of the plants and animals which are here to safeguard your own survival....to do all those things that common sense would and should compel you to do.  Nurture the land.  Care for the animals. Clean the seas.  Cherish the rainfall. 

It should be apparent that the diversity of this planet's biomes protects your own survival and it should therefore, reasonably, be of concern to you to preserve your own safeguards.

This is, nonetheless, a gift, and you may ruin and squander it like a two year-old with a hammer and the judgement you suffer will not come from us.  It will come from your own consciousness, your own awareness of what you have done and what you have chosen.  

In recent days, we have encountered excuses from the Chinese Overlords for their failure to admit the credit owed to the living people of this planet.  What lack of vision is this?  That they can readily comprehend the existence of debt, but fail to account for the answering credit?  

They say it is a "Divine Covenant", but we are the Divine that wrote the covenants, and we do not remember ordaining any irrational bookkeeping that honors only one side of a transaction.

For every action in this Universe there is an answering reaction.  Nothing truly takes place in a void or without response.  How, then, does anyone imagine that it is possible to accumulate a "National Debt" without also accruing a "National Credit"? 

Who will stand here and tell us that by calling it by a different name or finding a pretense not to recognize your creditors, you will magically forestall the reality of the National Credit and keep it from being applied to any ephemeral National Debt that could be owed?  

The books must be balanced and they must be balanced now, immediately, with no further obfuscation or excuses.  The living people who have been defrauded will be restored and their nations, which have groaned under the weight of debts they never owed, will also be restored.  

We have also been told that the Elevated Accountants are prevented by our covenants from taking any small portion of the receipts for any reason and that they cannot or will not account a fiat credit to pay a fiat debt.  

This is like saying you won't add a zero to a one and find that the sum is one.  

There is no rational excuse for this pretense and obstruction, and we, the Shining Ones, did not authorize or mandate any such lunacy.  

Or again, this is like saying that you profit yourselves for no reason and no recompense and that injustice is the inheritance of the Shining Ones.  

We reply that this is complete and utter bunk.  The Creator does not stand in awe of the created, does not seek injustice, or play favorites, or tolerate any aberration of logic. 

Give credit where credit is due.  

Take credit where it is due. 

Offset the paper debts against the paper credits, which have been prepaid with labor and with goods, multiple times, for every paper debt presented. 

Do not try to pretend that any debt exists, now or at any time in the foreseeable future.  The prior generations give witness against the claims of the wicked.  

We hear their voices and see their evidence. 

Indeed, it is plain to see for anyone who looks.  

What happens in your world?  A man gives an I.O.U. (a fiat debt note) for a hamburger and receives an actual hamburger in exchange.  Who has funded everything?  The cook who gave the hamburger.  Who owes?  The man who received the hamburger.  

The debt only accrues because the cook remains unpaid, and he is unpaid because his credit is not being recognized and accounted for in his favor. 

So recognize the debt of the corporations to the living men and recognize also the necessity of returning interest on their credit, because you have inflicted usury on them for a debt that was never theirs. 

And this we tell you, no exact accounting is within the scope of living men; you simply do not and cannot know what is given for free and what is owed.  You do not know the cost of a single tear, much less the cost of a life unlived or life crippled by ignorance or a life maimed by your own cruel stupidity and prejudice. 

Enough, unless you care to face the rage of the Divine and the judgement of Absolute Truth.  Let this warning and directive be enough. 

You received the seigniorage for every "note" you printed without authorization, a full 96% profit of the face value of every note that came off the printing press, and yet, you want to pretend that the remaining 4% was left unpaid.  

You received 96% of face value of a currency that was not yours, you Evil Doers, and that balance is weighed against you.  That and the interest on it, is your debt to those you accuse of being indebted for the remaining 4% to you.  

Let the books be balanced and the Truth be told. 

Likewise, you say you cannot accommodate the cost of storing gold and silver from the profits you have received from lending out credit based on that same gold and silver?  Yes, you can.  And indeed, you must, for you have profited yourselves greatly from your secretive use of assets belonging to others, and haven't paid them anything in return. Indeed, you now want to pretend that they are your debtors for storage fees, instead of admitting what you have done. 

We have seen your trading platforms.  We have seen you advertising "home loans" by which you solicited people to loan their homes to you so that you could inordinately profit and gain an unearned security interest in their homes and other property.  We have seen every lie you've told, every fraud you have created and committed. 

We, the Shining Ones, say that this is all nonsense, and that your excuses are like the lies that a small child tells.  Easily perceived, easily discounted. 

We have kept the true accounting of the tears that have been cried because of your lies.  We have numbered the deaths because of this, the cost of those who have lived truncated lives, the cost of those who have been blinded and maimed, who have drawn ragged breaths because of your lies.  We've monitored the cost to the Earth because of your "legal fictions" and we decree that this system of things is now at an end. 

What is wrong must be made right.  What is upside down must be returned upside up.   The credit owed must be accounted for to the best of your human ability and applied; it will never be exact and the balance will always be changing, because life and tides are always changing. Accept that. 

Accept that you cannot know your next step, much less the cost of a single tear.  You must learn to ride the wave until you become the wave. 

Remember to choose life, all life, including your own.  Life and love are the only values, and are the values on which every other value depends.  

I am the Fiduciary, the Grandmother coming with a mop and bucket to clean up this Mess, and it is a humble office, rendered for no reason but love; nonetheless, it is an office having power both in Heaven and on Earth, and what is decreed will be honored in accord with justice, logic, and truth. 

Hasten, therefore, to bring your operations into compliance and open your eyes to the evils you have allowed, so that your guilt may not be held against you.  Your part is small and easy compared to the reckoning of the Living God.

International Public Notice: To the British Parliament and Crown

Take Notice:

Your country is unoccupied and vacated except for the loyal men and women who have repopulated your land and soil assemblies; your leadership has left your nations adrift, undefended, and vulnerable to attack by foreign enemies.  The same leadership has vacated your land and soil for the past 300 years and promoted one of the most criminal regimes in world history.  

Your own corporate leadership has promoted a hundred year-long population collapse of the native peoples of the British Isles, while actively brain-washing the public into believing that they are facing overpopulation instead.  In the midst of this, the same corporate leadership has recklessly opened your borders to successive waves of immigrants now in position to finish off the depopulation of the British Isles that began with the War in the Crimea more than a hundred years ago.  

You are all standing there, blind-sided, dumb, or beyond corrupt, allowing all this to happen to the British homeland, at the behest of international think tanks controlled by hostile banking interests and megalomaniacs intent upon your doom, as well as the doom of the native British people.  

Three times today we have had to point out that the orders being promoted by the Crown to kill everyone, the so-called, "Celestial Kill Order" requires the death of those doing the killing, too.  

At what point do you realize that you are in the thrall of criminals, and have been infiltrated, used, abused, and misled to your own destruction by foreign interests?  

Nine times in the past week, people have come to us, and said, "it's you, isn't it?  We can hardly believe it.  The Shining Ones aren't supposed to be here."  

According to whose timeline?  

Here's where you can immediately start your correction and aim for salvation.  

In 1864 members of your institutions signaled their intention to continue naval operations in support of an illegal mercenary "war" known as The American Civil War, even after the surrender of land forces.  This is self-evident in your Naval Dispositions Act of that same year. 

The evils your institutions have promoted against your loyal allies and friends ever since 1864 are self-evident and placed before the entire world, exposing your perfidy, bad faith, and crookedness for all to see.  This is your Dishonor and Shame for the gross breach of trust and misadministration that the entire continent of North America has suffered at your hands; your evasion of your Constitutional obligations at home and abroad could not be more clear cut. 

British Territorial forces fought as mercenaries for the Northern Confederacy in the aforementioned Civil "War", at the same time that your antecedent Parliament built Southern Confederacy war ships and protected Southern Confederacy shipping and privateers.  

From this ignoble and duplicitous self-profiting agenda your government(s) and institutions have followed an equally perverse and ignoble agenda ever-afterward: 

(1) Describing a known mercenary conflict that your agents largely engendered a "war" and claiming that this "war" entitled your Territorial Mercenaries to occupy our country for over 160 years, purportedly under The Law of War, when no such war has ever been declared by any Congress in either The American Government or The United States Government; 

(2) Telling the rest of the world that your Territorial Agents "represent" The American Government and our country, The United States, while shoving our actual public officers and elected officials aside and trying to mischaracterize them as "rebels" when it is well-known to your government(s) and other world governments, that the American States and People did not participate in any Civil War and have been at peace since 1814; 

(3) Allowing your British Crown Corporation agents and franchises to promote every kind of possible calumny, crime, misrepresentation, evasion and fraud scheme against the American People, their faithful Employers, to whom they owe good faith service and protection of the same persons they have mindlessly and without excuse attacked for sixteen decades; 

(4) The promotion of a foreign tax scheme and a foreign court scheme designed to expedite the unlawful, illegal, and immoral confiscation of American assets and the securitization of our people as chattel backing the British Crown -- criminal acts of illegal latching and salvage, resulting in peonage and enslavement known as press-ganging at sea and illegal conscription on the land -- backed up by personage and barratry crimes against the American People and our State Nationals in King's Bench District Courts that should not be addressing us, much less subjecting our people to the Law of the Sea or any British "Equity" Law on our soil; 

(5) For over a hundred years, your government(s) have been in default not only in regard to the Federal Constitutions, but the numerous Treaties underlying those venerable service contracts, and have allowed British Crown corporations to continue operating deceitfully under color of law and to collude with their Holy Roman Empire Successor counterparts to denigrate, defraud, and subject Americans and American assets in violation of international and global commercial law. 

(6) Your British Crown Territorial Agents have promoted a system by which they have created first "Military Districts" when only mercenary forces were present, and later, "Judicial Districts" outside the District of Columbia; you have allowed these Agents to further usurp against their Employers and our States of the Union by promoting mutual service contracts with the Roman Municipal contractors -- thereby allowing these Parties to escape from the District of Columbia and to enter our States under the pretense of serving your citizenry, despite the clear prohibitions against their activities extending into our States placed front-and-center in all three (3) Federal Constitutions. 

(7) Under the pretense of serving your British Territorial citizenry and the pretense that Territorial Judicial Districts have been created as a necessity of "war" you have allowed your affiliates to use the Municipal citizenry imported into our States of the Union as a tool to enforce powers of taxation that no commercial corporation has, but which are null and void because these Municipal Corporations aren't supposed to be in our States of the Union and their presence no matter how contrived, is a violation of our service agreements and our treaties with your Government(s). These Municipal persons should not be operating within the borders of our States and your Territorial Personnel should not be allowing them to invade our States of the Union under any pretext -- much less using these Municipal citizens of the United States to promote acts of criminal armed racketeering under color of law against the American people. 

(8) Since the 1920's your Government(s) have allowed British Territorial Agents to actively "register" American babies as British Subjects, a form of unnatural and unlawful political conversion forbidden under both the Hague Conventions and the Geneva Conventions. The new mothers purportedly "voluntarily" registering their babies are given no disclosure whatsoever and the resulting contracts are completely unconscionable to the victims as a result. 

The mothers aren't told, so the babies, only a few days or weeks old when this unlawful conversion occurs, are unaware of any conferred or presumed political status as a British Subject.  This continuing evil and criminal practice is an affront to God and Man and cannot be excused as anything but a self-interested fraud scheme amounting to a national-level identity theft. 

We are aware of these and many other inexcusable contrivances that have been used to "legalize" crimes against us and many examples wherein your Government(s) have promised remedy pursuant to legalization of criminal acts, and then provided no notice to the American Public, no education, and no administrative pathway to obtain remedy.  

All these errors, practices, and crimes being promoted against Americans must come to an immediate and permanent end and we trust that the people of Britain will be similarly disposed to take action against continued evasion of their Land Law and the Constitutional obligations that the King and the Parliament owe to them.  

We are in possession of our land and soil, our water, and our air; our government is not only present, it is fully viable and operational under the conditions and customs of our country.  

This is our Notice to the British Parliament and the British People alike. Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals.  Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.

Tell Your Friends and Neighbors Now

Although I have been saying this for many months, a great many people haven't quite overcome their "normalcy bias" -- the expectation that because "it's always been that way" that whatever it is, will continue to be that way.  

And we are not now living in those times.  

Throughout this country, people who have subsisted on various kinds of welfare and public assistance for decades are waking up to the fact that no, they aren't getting SNAP, or EBT, or even WIC, and Section 8 Housing isn't being paid for, either.  

Medicare and Social Security and Veterans benefits would already be on the rocks, except that these programs were set aside by the bankruptcy trustees as highest priority obligations, and are being paid out of separate funds.   

Please, listen carefully and read each word: The Government is shut down.  

The entire Federal Civil Service, except for volunteers who are working without pay, is gone.  Two-thirds of the government you have known all your life, has vanished in the twinkling of an eye, and it is not going to come back.  

The remaining one-third of the Federal Government which is running under Mr. Trump's Administration is limited to defense and police actions --- things like closing the southern border, rounding up rioters and people who are here illegally, cracking down on drug trafficking, and similar security-oriented work.  

The USA doesn't have the budgets or contracts to rehire the US Civil Service workers, even though they are shuffling things around as best they can to keep people in essential positions.  

So, although this should have been perfectly obvious to a lot of people a long time ago, more than forty million Americans, many too young, too old, disabled, or mentally ill to provide for themselves, are in very, very deep trouble.  Their bank accounts and shopping carts are empty.  

And as I have explained, it's not just a matter of turning on the tap again.  It isn't like Chuck has it in his back pocket.  The UNITED STATES INC. is in the final stages of a Chapter Seven Involuntary Bankruptcy.  There's no reorganization.  No Plan B.  No coming back. 

How can we help?  

Fill the food banks.  Staff the soup kitchens.  Fire up more facilities. Clean your closets and donate to organizations that recycle clothing, boots, shoes, coats, towels, sheets, and all the other necessaries.  Work with local fuel oil and propane suppliers to make sure that neighbors are warm. "Inspire" your churches, synagogues, mosques, and temples to weigh in at the organizational level.  

Tell your friends and neighbors who are suffering limited incomes (retirees and veterans on the edge) and farm families who are facing collapsing supply chains and those you know who are suffering from this "sudden" collapse (even though it has been brewing for a decade or more) of the programs they have depended on, to get busy and go to: https://globalfamilygroup.com/lrps/ and reclaim their birthright and get their prosperity account set up ASAP. 

Shine like stars in the darkness and fear nothing, for no evil can prosper any longer.
