International Public Notice: The Territorial Administrative "State" 2.0

As mentioned in our earlier Notice, our country as a whole has been betrayed by subcontractors hired to provide us with specific enumerated services. 

They are supposed to provide those services under the terms of three separate Federal Constitutions that are divided up jurisdictionally. 

The American Subcontractor known as the Federal Republic was supposed to provide services related to the land and retained sea jurisdiction belonging to our country, but it has been mothballed and commandeered since the 1860's and its functions have been surreptitiously undertaken by the remaining two foreign Federal Subcontractors.  

The British Territorial corporation known as "the United States of America" -- Incorporated, is supposed to provide us with naval protection for our commercial shipping on the "High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways".  

The Roman Municipal corporation known as "the United States" is supposed to provide services related to the air jurisdiction --- postal service, copyrights and trademarks, patent office, etc.  

But in actual fact, ever since the American Subcontractor went dormant in 1861, the latter two subcontractors have been running amok and acting in Breach of Trust against the interests of their employers.  

They have undermined the American Government and sought to replace it with their own colonialist regime. 

They call this a Territorial Administrative State --- a form of military dictatorship in which commercial corporations run the government. 

The best known example is found in the history of South Africa, where Cecil Rhodes' British South Africa Company was allowed to run the government of South Africa, and India, where the British Raj showed up and started terrorizing the traditional government of the Maharajas, plundering and pillaging under color of law. 

We've had the same thing going on here in America; we were simply kept ignorant of it.  

And now comes a reckoning. 

All these years these corporations have pretended to "represent" us to the rest of the world, while dishonoring our principles and bilking our people and asset-stripping our States. 

Here's an example of it.  

We have all the hard evidence needed to demonstrate that our States of the Union never passed the so-called Sixteenth Amendment creating the Federal Income Tax, but these disloyal employees have been misaddressing Americans en masse and enforcing this private corporate payroll tax on everyone indiscriminately -- whether people have any "federal income" or not. 

The people themselves have been misrepresented as "persons" -- and presumed to be "citizens" of these foreign governmental service providers.  Americans have been routinely misrepresented as British Subjects and/or Municipal "citizens of the United States". 

The excuse given for this is the idea that our government as a whole disappeared in the wake of the Mercenary Conflict that began in 1861, but the loss of the Federal Republic was just the loss of a Subcontractor.  

Our actual government remains and was never part of the conflict. 

Even after we have fully declared ourselves and expatriated from any presumption of Federal Dual Citizenship, even after we have brought our State Assemblies into Session for five years, there are still those attempting to say that the people of this country are missing, or that we are "stateless", when neither we nor our States of the Union went anywhere.   

All that actually happened is that our Federal Subcontractors, our Services Providers acting under their respective Constitutions, failed their duty to fully inform their Employers and in gross self-interest, acted to suppress, slander, falsely accuse, and denigrate their employers, the people of this country, instead. 

That is their shame and their problem now.  

Amazingly, having determined that the "universal securitization"  they've been working as an unjust enrichment scheme is both unlawful and illegal, and results in both peonage and enslavement, their solution is to change the kind of commercial paper they have been using to promote this evil. 

Instead of "monetization" based on "universal securitization" giving rise to endless debt notes, they propose to vest everything in endless debt tokens instead. Whether debt notes or debt tokens, the end results are the same: peonage, enslavement, and odious debt.   

The motive appears to be avoidance of their own taxes and trying to shift off the consequences of their own spending onto their unlucky employers.   

As we struggle to come to grips with this unpleasant reality, our military and other militaries of the world stand in the crosshairs, as they have been (mostly) unwitting accomplices to these crimes of state, and have been at the mercy of the crooked bankers who have profited from all this.  

As we stand at the brink of worldwide denouement about all of this and the role of the old European colonialist -- especially British and Roman Municipal -- interests in it, some militaries have opted to stand with the actual people they are supposed to be protecting and others have chosen to play more games to defraud their employers and sell out their own countries. 

The military of Burkina Faso and its young leader, Ibrahim Traore, has gone full boat national and decided to protect the sovereignty and promote the good of Burkina Faso as a nation-state, no holds barred.  

Our military appears to be trying a Mixed Bag approach: seize upon the St. Germain World Trust under False Pretenses that a worldwide peace exists (thanks to buying off combatants) and distributing the corpus of this venerable trust to the people of the world as a sop, while continuing to avoid the real problems of misadministration of justice and crooked central banks and misrepresentation of the national governments they have commandeered.  

We, Americans, have declared our birthright political status and assembled our State Assemblies in all fifty States of the Union.  We aren't a large group, but we and some of our native nations are the only ones that have the standing to operate a lawful national government.  

Before anyone interprets this situation as an "us or them" situation, please note that Native Americans are Dual Nationals from birth, being both members of their tribal nation and also State Nationals.  Example: a Winnebago born in Wisconsin is both a member of the Ho-Chunka Nation and a Wisconsinite. 

These are political statuses that protect the living people and unite us all to our cultural and traditional roots, without causing harm to anyone. 

We reflect that the only reason we have governments is to protect the people and their assets and any government including any military government, that fails to do that, has outlived its utility.  

The government of Burkina Faso is being accused of being a military dictatorship acting out of school.  We disagree.  We disagree with the CIA's meddling and regime change activities, which have resulted in "the US" being expelled from the country and having its embassy shut down.  

This shameful situation is par for the course.  

The CIA long ago ceased to be a national intelligence service, and has instead been the handmaiden of venal commercial interests, including the central banks that are, together with the British and European colonialist powers, responsible for this corruption and criminality of our government and its various agencies. 

Wake up, America.  Wake up, each and every one of you, those who are in the armed services and those back home guarding the home fires; this is your country and the time to serve it well and truly has come.  

As a first step, reaffirm your identity as an American and that means your identity as an American State National.

Doing this helps put an end to the presumptions of the "Territorial Administrative State" apparatus which has tried to vacate our land and soil jurisdiction and convert all our people into foreign citizens -- British Subjects and Municipal "citizens of the United States".   

Whether the members of our Armed Forces know it or not, they are serving as the indentured servants of foreign commercial corporations that have been undermining the actual government and people of this country for decades.  

Reasserting their individual identity as American State Nationals extends the protections of our Constitutions to them and helps put an end to any presumption that our land and soil is "vacant" and subject to claims by the British Monarch or Municipal Authorities, either one.

International Public Notice: Message to the Military

Dear General Officers and Flag Officers and Reserves: 

After 160 years of being commandeered by foreign powers and indoctrinated in their laws and traditions, we understand that what we have to communicate today may sound "unbelievable", yet, we stand upon it that every word penned here is true.  

America is not a democracy.  

Our government is not vested in the delegated powers of any Federal Republic, either.  

The Federal Republic was a Service Provider exercising our delegated powers under The Constitution for the united States of America.  

It was never the government of this country. 

Neither of the other two foreign Federal Subcontractors doing business as "the United States of America, Inc." and as "the UNITED STATES, INC." can be the government of this country, either.  

They are incorporated entities and no sovereignty accrues to any incorporated entity.  So..... 

Ask yourself who or what delegated the delegated powers to the Federal Service Providers in the first place?  

All your life you have heard that our government is vested in the people, created by the people, and belongs to the people.  

But.... you've forgotten who the people of this country are, and forgotten how we organized our American Government. 

So here's the answer: 

The sovereign nation-states created unincorporated county governments and taken altogether, these counties created a Union State.  

Each Union State then created a State of the Union. 

Each State of the Union created a State of America.  

Once formed, there is no pride of place among these States, only the distinction of their different functions and jurisdictions.  

So, Buttercups, there is another entire American Government above, beyond, and besides the Federal Government that we hired to provide us with enumerated "essential government services".  

The Union States hold the National Soil Jurisdiction.  

The States of the Union hold the International Land and Sea Jurisdictions.  

And the States of America holds the Jurisdiction of the Air. 

This is the actual government of our country, the one that delegated the delegated powers still exercised by the Federal Government.  

So, the power of the people is vested in the States, not the Federal Government.  You may not like to hear that, but it is the Truth.

Because we are not a democracy and because this is all a matter of inheritance and identity, it doesn't matter how many people get up in arms or how many sign petitions. 

What matters is the "standing" of the people making the claim, and in order to have standing, they must be occupying the land and soil of the actual American States.  They have to qualify by provenance and by their own declaration of political status as heirs.  Not citizens. 

Our British Territorial Service Providers latched onto us as babies, deceitfully registered us as British Subjects, and trafficked us offshore so that we couldn't establish standing on our own land and soil.  

But a few of us figured it out and raised the alarm and we returned home, as the Brits say, "from over the sea" ---just in time to claim back our country.  

If there are ten heirs to an estate or a hundred, the important point is that there is at least one heir; others may come, but there must be at least one or the estate is abandoned and everything is lost. 

Certain members of the Roman Municipal Government and certain members of the British Monarchy hoped that after 160 years we would forget who we are, forget that we are Americans and not British Subjects operating as "United States Citizens".  

But the Marine Corps hung on.  What did they shout every morning of every day in every boot camp and field camp?  "I am an American!" 

They remembered and so did we, Mom and Pop back home. 

So I am here today to tell you that "I am an American!" -- one of the people of Wisconsin, a Wisconsinite, born and bred, educated, and never went to sea, never was dependent on Uncle Sam, and when the time came, I found my countrymen scattered far and wide across this country and I called them to remember that they are Americans, too.  

We are the heirs to the American Government, as well as the land and soil, the sea and the air.  We are not keeping anyone else from coming home.  We aren't claiming your share of anything.  We are protecting your birthright and inheritance until you wake up and come home yourselves. 

We declared our birthright political identity as State Nationals and we expatriated from any presumption that we knowingly adopted any foreign citizenship.  From there, we have assembled our States and exercised our "republican form of government".  

Nobody on Earth including our Federal Subcontractors can object; we are exercising guarantees owed to us under all three Constitutions.

Regardless of how many or how few of us there are, we are the heirs of the American Government, the only ones on Earth with the proper standing to say so.  

Together with the Native Nations, we make up the living people of this country, and our State Citizens, the Lawful Persons known as "the People" are the Principals who issued and adopted the Federal Constitutions.  

They are the Delegators of the delegated powers. 

Our lawful American Government is not missing, not in interregnum, not lost at sea.  It's right where it has always been, in the hearts and minds of our people.  

Our State Assemblies have been in constant Session since 2019 across The United States and every body politic is verified and represented.  

You can stop the drive for petitions that are meaningless when signed by people acting in foreign jurisdictions as foreign citizens. They don't have the standing to inherit a single cubic centimeter of America.   

We, our people, and the native nations of this country, are the only ones who have standing to make a claim as living inheritors.

International Public Notice: The Trail of Tears Administrative "State"

We just explained to the world how one word, "State", has been misapplied to "States of States" and "Confederate States" and the confusion and ignorance and criminality that has engendered, but there is one more example of this same phenomenon: the "Administrative State", which is also routinely called a "State", even though it isn't one. 

We decided to treat the concept and confusion surrounding "administrative states" separately, for although it is a similar gambit to the State of State v. State confusion, it takes the whole concept a step further away from reality and enters the realm of deliberate misrepresentation and intentional fraud.  

The first true example that we have been able to track down as an administrative State occurred in Oklahoma, which was a Territory on the edge of nowhere in 1830 when Andrew Jackson signed the Indian Removal Act.  

Jackson turned the Territory of Oklahoma into an administrative military State, an "occupied territory" under the control of the British Territorial Company Jackson was operating as "the" United States of America.  The Indian Removal Act turned Oklahoma Territory into an open air prison for the Indians "removed" and allowed Jackson's Company to collect service fees for warehousing them. 

This was a preliminary move toward the horrors that would manifest in full thirty years later, as Blue Coats -- British Territorial Mercenaries -- were used to attack, incarcerate, and remove tribe after tribe from their homelands in the western states and force them onto "reservations" --- basically, roomy internment camps, that separated them from the rest of the population and started the modern welfare state in which the Territorial Government became responsible for providing the basics of existence to those interned. 

Using the chaos and confusions created by similar names and the so-called Civil War, Jackson's successors would endeavor to set up this same system throughout The United States -- and do it under color of law.  

The assumption of military occupation of our entire country was provided by the Civil War, and so long as nobody mentioned that the Civil War wasn't a "war" and was a Mercenary Conflict instead, they could get away with it.  

We've mentioned that fact, and the fact that the Law of War has nothing to do with the price of beans in America, nor with the mis-administration and abuses of the British Territorial Federal Services Provider. 

This explains how the whole business of the Administrative "State" started out as a military operation under Andrew Jackson aimed at unlawful and predatory action against native Americans and how military involvement in such Administrative States has continued.  

Over the years, the role of the mercenary-military evolved so that its part in this morass of criminality is less obvious, but it is still present and at the bottom of the Territorial Administrative States and District Courts and School Districts and Municipal Districts that pox-mark our country.  

They've hired or in some cases (Medical Doctors and Attorneys, for example) conscripted (via licensure and forced guild membership) an entire cadre of "civilian military" employees and promoted a system of private corporate elections to substitute for the Public Office Elections of our lawful public officials.  

The "Governor" of each "State of State" organization is the head of the local Territorial British Crown Administrative Corporation and a "civilian military" employee.  Not American.  Not a Public Office in our system of governance at all.  

This is a picture book example of how the abuse of one man results in the abuse of all men.  The misery of the Cherokee who were innocent of any crime, being evicted unlawfully from their homes and lands and force marched to Oklahoma in the winter is adequate demonstration of the ultimate evil of this scourge that Jackson unleashed, probably without realizing what he had done.  

To him, the Indians were taking up space needed by white settlers and if he could provide an additional "service" by warehousing them on reservations during peacetime when work was slack for the Army, why not?  Then as now, the British Territorial Service Providers were heavily involved in providing mercenary services -- and charging the American Public for them. 

The British Service Providers looked down on our ragtag militias and were intent on building a professional standing army, something that our Founding Fathers were dead against, both in terms of the cost and the danger that such a force could pose to freedom.  

It is no accident that civilian militias have been demonized in the press, when in fact our civilian militias have been absorbed into and unlawfully converted, aka, "Federalized" into the "National Guard" and the only "well-regulated militias" that remain are those organized under the auspices of the current American State Assemblies.  

Jackson's  creation of the Territorial Administrative State was no doubt fueled by prejudice against colored people of all kinds and particularly against American Indians, as there were profit motives in addition to racial prejudices involved.  

Many tribes in the Southeastern States, like the Cherokee and Creek nations,  had become successful farmers and plantation owners and horse breeders, with lands and business operations on a par with white people.  Jackson's "resettlement" meant that his political cronies and supporters in the military could benefit from these "abandoned" homes and lands vacated by the Indian Removal Act.  

This is little different from what went on in Ireland a few years later, where the British Mercenaries came in and removed native Irish from land that had belonged to them since prehistory in favor of English industrialists, nor does it differ from what they subsequently did in India and South Africa, Palestine, and elsewhere, for the next century and a half. 

The evils of the British Territorial Government are self-evident, and their lack of any credible basis of authority for their actions is also.  That a commercial company, or a few years later, a commercial corporation, was ever allowed to get away with this level of abuse and over-reach is mind-boggling, but they were largely protected because they were operating under color of law.  

Everyone thought that they were employed by the lawful American Government, and that whatever they did had to be approved by the actual American Government. They gained a huge benefit from that assumption, especially when the American Government was somewhat crippled by the loss of key personnel and a full third of its operating structure during the so-called Civil War. 

It didn't help the actual American Government that the British Territorial Government mischaracterized it as a "rebel" organization, even though our States of the Union weren't involved in their  Mercenary Conflict.  

The Brits burned our homes and ambushed our men and slandered our officers and stole our Great Seals and destroyed our documents and rewrote our history while taking their paychecks from our pockets and wearing what appeared to be our uniforms the whole time.  

It took the Native nations a long while to realize that the Blue Coats were British expeditionary forces, not American; it took us almost as long, because the snakes were well-hidden in our midst, and thanks to them, our very identity and history was obscured. 

Books, including Law Books, were removed from libraries.  Libraries like the Library of Congress, were shut down or closed to the public. As of Jimmy Carter's Administration, American History was no longer taught in the Public Schools -- only United States History -- and the very definition of "which Public" had been skewed to allow a Federal Department of Education to exist along with federal "School Districts" and "School Boards" usurping upon the American counties and communities that are supposed to be in charge of education in America.  

It was their prior-established position of trust that allowed the usurping British Territorial Service Providers to pull the Substitution Fraud Scheme we have detailed earlier, making it possible to substitute their corporation dba the United States of America (Incorporated) for our American Federal Republic doing business as the united States of America (unincorporated), and also allowing them to substitute their State of State organizations for our American State of State organizations, so that the British Territorial entity doing business as "the State of Wisconsin" very quietly replaced the American version, "The State of Wisconsin".  

All this crime has continued for over a century and a half, and now must come to an end. 

For those who are still confused about how the Brits could manage all this, remember --- after the War of Independence, a very large contingent of British Subjects, Tories, who fought against us in the War, were allowed to stay here and keep their business interests intact.  They look like Americans.  They talk like Americans.  But they are British Subjects, instead.  This includes all the members of the Bar Associations who identify themselves as "Esquires". 

We and the native nations were not the only victims.  The same exact playbook of fraud, deceit, and usurpation was used throughout the former Commonwealth, the British Home Islands, The United States and United States Possessions, Japan, the seventeen European nations occupied by the Allies in World War II, and every nation that has been attacked and subourned and bought off using our money ever since.  

These corporations are forfeit for the crimes they have committed and that's why the tap is being turned off on military pay; a change of paymasters is in order.  If you stop and think about it, it makes no sense at all for a British Municipal Corporation, SERCO, to be the Paymaster for the American Armed Forces -- and from now on, they are going to be American Armed Forces.  

Payment to our Armed Services will resume once this conundrum gets straightened out. Until then, all those who can squeak by are encouraged to stay on post and do their jobs, knowing that both better pay and a better world stands on the near horizon.  

In addition to the pause in military pay, we can anticipate other major hiccups, including termination of welfare programs and delays in food stamps and Medicare and other programs that have been the central features of the "welfare state" spawned by the Administrative State. 

Note the example of "welfare state"--- the number of things presenting themselves as "states" grows in direct proportion to our forgetting what a State is.  

A State is a direct instrumentality of the nation-state created by the people and the physical environment they populate.  Our States are formed and directed by our State Assemblies which are populated by living people, not District Assemblies inhabited by legal fiction entities known as "persons". 

A State isn't a foreign corporation in the business of providing government services. It isn't something fanciful dictated by function, for example, a "welfare state" or "state of being" or "state of emergency".  

Please note that the downsizing and firing of Federal Municipal Employees is an entirely different matter and is being driven by the Chapter 7 bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES, INC.  From the moment Obama dropped the bankruptcy bomb, it was certain that this mammoth downsizing of the Federal Civil Service was going to happen.  

Although some of this downsizing is occurring as a result of criminal investigations finally coming to fruition, and another large portion is being driven by the corruption of the Federal Agencies, the bankruptcy means that roughly two-thirds of the Federal Government we have known, is disappearing in front of our eyes.  

All the displaced Federal workers are going to hit an already chaotic jobs market, which will cause more confusion and uncertainty.  A lot of people will blame this on Trump, but it was actually a business decision made by Pope Francis before Trump's first term.  

The Donald is lily-white and blameless for the bankruptcy chaos. 

As the military, which has largely been blind-sided as to its role in all this, struggles to evaluate and cope, the court systems are also being brought to their Come to Jesus Meeting for their part in all of this.  

Along with the Territorial Administrative States that were illegally constructed and misapplied beginning with Andrew Jackson's Administration, using quasi-military powers only presumed to exist and to be available to the U.S. Congress, the King's Bench Courts were imported to this country and used to terrorize our people and asset-strip our States of the Union.  

The pollution of British Common Law by the Admiralty has been explained elsewhere, but the upshot is that the judges get a cut out of everything they can seize for the benefit of their king and the courts have been turned into glorified collection agencies for what is operating as a world-spanning commercial crime syndicate: the British Crown. 

This is not the first time that they've been busted. 

Even now, they are continuing their game, and had the audacity to evict me from my own house under completely false legal presumptions and false claims in commerce, built upon the idea that I, one of the people of this country, must be a Federal Dual Citizen, instead.  

This is refuted on their own records, so there is no excuse for their actions and presumptions, a fact that is fast coming home to roost.  

Their days of playing Pin the Tail on the Non-Existent Citizen are coming to an end, and with them, the very existence of their Judiciary Courts, aka, King's Bench Courts, in this country, is in question.    

Seldom, if ever, in the history of mankind, has such a duplicitous and evil criminal conspiracy emerged, one that has sought to turn the very institutions of justice into cesspits of injustice and unjust enrichment.  

More recently, the same Actors have done the same via medicine; by threatening doctors who have been unknowingly conscripted into their "civilian military" via acceptance of the corporation's medical licenses on one hand, and rewarding them (and the hospitals they work for) with payola for every "Covid death" on the other hand, the same criminal elements have promoted the entire phony vaccine genocide on the innocent and trusting world population.  

They have also promoted an enslavement racket, by which they have hoped to claim ownership of those vaccinated as Genetically Modified Organisms.  They have at the same time promoted a Murder Racket, by which they then hope to claim all the abandoned estates of the victims as they succumb to poisonous adjuvants injected at the same time as the scrap of damaging mRNA the patent holders are trying to use to make their commercial claims to own the "transhuman" population.  

And even now, they are still trying to promote the idea of "human caused" global warming, when it is widely known that a single large volcano spews out more carbon dioxide in a few days than mankind has created in centuries.  The UN CORP has made its first attempt to impose draconian carbon taxes on the whole world, based on their own senseless malarkey.

Their time of reckoning has come.

I made my first 3 orders and all those orders arrived here for local customers and our stock. The total time from order to arrival was just 12 days for those orders. Since then we have had several large orders go out and be delivered within 2 weeks.

These will be shipped from Indiana or Nevada depending on where the order is going, by UPS Ground, fully insured.

 We will still be accepting wire transfers, or cashiers checks like always.

It's in the first table on that page. 

For a 60 oz. to 99 oz. order, take the ask price and add $3.95

For a 100 oz. to 199 oz. order, take the ask price and add $3.75. 

For a 200 oz. to 299 oz. order, take the ask price and add $3.50. 

For a 300 oz. to 999 oz. order, take the ask price and add $3.25. 

All orders over 1000 ounces will be $3.00 over spot ask price.

Take that number times the number of ounces (60 or over) and then add $25.00 for each 60 to 100 ounce box for shipping, or for large orders add $40 per 500 ounce box for shipping.

Once we have your funds we will run this same formula to finalize the price with shipping.

When you call I will get your email address and send you the bank info for wire transfers or the mailing info for your payment. You can then reply with your shipping address for UPS.
