International Public Notice: The Global Grapevine

Yes, we are all about love, goodwill, harmony, and peace.  These are things we make manifest in our lives, these are things we desire for everyone globally.  

But, we are done with evil. 

What does that mean?  

Imagine that you can look through a doorway into another world, and you can see that everyone is happy and having a good time, they are gardening and some are reading and some are having lunch and some are playing games; there are healthy trees and gardens and a pleasant lakeshore just beyond, kids are playing, dogs are romping, cats sleeping in the sun and it all looks so inviting and beautiful..... what you have to understand is that that world is in our own grasp, according to our own decisions. 

We have to choose it.  

When we choose it, we create it.  It's as simple as that.  

Love is a decision that we make everyday. 

That's not just a platitude or a figure of speech.  That's quantum physics.  That's the ultimate reality.  What we think, what we feel, we create. 

So if you decide to love, consistently, with firm decision, the physical reality begins to form itself into the world you envision as surely and certainly as water flows downhill.  As other people join you in that decision and begin envisioning their "happy place" and the world they want to live in, the power and amplification grows. 

Eventually, it gets to the point where we can just forget about what the liars and war-mongers and crooked people are doing, because our vision and joy overwhelms them.  We don't have to argue with them or try to reform them.  It's not our job to soften their hearts. 

By softening our own hearts and turning away from evil ourselves, we create the reality we desire.  They and their dark visions and nightmares lose all power in this world, and sooner or later, they have to "catch the vibe" or move on to a world where they can play war games and immerse themselves in crime---without us. 

We choose not to go there. 

So you see, it really is a matter of decision, and we have made the conscious decision that we are individually and collectively done, finished, and seen all we need to see about evil forevermore.  

A long time ago, so we are told, Satan and Eve were placed in competition with each other, his children against her children. And the contest?  Learn how to tell the difference between good and evil.

We've done that.  We are done with evil.  No more lessons to learn.

So when we hear of an elderly couple being charged $3000 to get a bank account and get their political status corrected, services that we are offering for free to everyone on a global basis, we recognize that as evil. 

And we are done with evil. 

So, if we catch anyone doing anything like that, especially when they are doing it to people who are uneducated, the elderly who don't have computer skills, or people who don't have access to computers  --- people who are vulnerable --- we know that we've made a mistake. 

We've let someone who is still dedicated to evil through the doorway into our world --- somebody who still cares more about money than people, more about "making a killing" than preserving life.  

And we kick them out of the Global Family and shut down their accounts and turn our backs, because nobody who loves evil belongs in our world.  They can go on scrabbling around in their snakepit, stealing and gouging and sneaking and lying. 

All by themselves, so far as we are concerned. 

It's not paradoxical that we use our judgement in these matters. 

As you dedicate yourself to the truth, you come to see the truth more clearly.  Those who have cast themselves out of the Global Family by doing evil things to others have made that decision for themselves. They had the same choice all of us do.  

We chose love.  They chose evil. 

They could have done the work for free, or charged just a little to pay for paper and ink and equipment cost related to the service.  If they had charged $10 per person instead of $1500, we wouldn't be having this conversation, and they wouldn't be looking at a closed door. 

There are only two laws in the world we are building. The Law of Gratitude and The Law of Love. 

If these people had obeyed either one, they wouldn't have charged an elderly couple $30, much less $3000.  

They would have looked at themselves, so richly blessed to have computers and computer skills, so richly blessed to have been enabled by others to claim their birthright and have a Global account ---and instead of charging high prices and blocking access to the same blessings for the poor and the elderly, they would have been eager to help.  

They weren't of this mindset, and instead tried to capitalize on our work and gouge people on top of that, which proves beyond a doubt that: (1) they aren't done with evil; and (2) they don't belong among us.  

Can people change their minds and make different decisions?   Can they decide to love?  

Yes, they can---- but, when we say, "Done with evil!" --- it's not a slogan.  It's a way of life.  

Let all those who enter into the Global Family be aware that while nobody here will harm them, they can still harm themselves by doing evil, selfish, uncaring things to others.  

This is a more profound statement than it might at first appear.  

When we hurt other people, we hurt ourselves.  We may not be able to perceive that initially, but over time, this becomes self-evident.  You can't stub your toe without hurting your whole body. 

So when they overcharged these Elders, they hurt the Family of Man -- the Global Family, and they hurt themselves, too, though that was not the result they expected and not the short term result they experienced.

At first, they thought they had gotten away with it, and looked around eagerly for more victims, but someone always talks.  Someone asks, "Did it cost you that much?"  

And the astonishing answer comes back, "No, it was free.  I didn't pay for anything...." 

We have received several questions today about a "strongly worded" warning sent out by Global Family Bank.  They didn't get into the details of the incidents that prompted their message and why they were sending it at this time.  

But with a great many people needing these services, there is preemptive value in these early incidents of scalping and gouging.  Just because there are a million people and demand for help navigating the Global portal is high, doesn't mean you can charge whatever the market will bear.  

Remember the only two Laws: the Law of Gratitude and the Law of Love ----and act accordingly.

International Public Notice: Sidebar to the Military Series

The Marine Corps was birthed into this world on November 10th 1775 as one of the world's first amphibious national armed forces, ready for action on land or sea.  To this day, Marines remember that they are Americans and say so, despite over 160 years of being secretly abused as a private mercenary service and told that they are "United States" citizens, instead.  

God knows, it was never their intention to dishonor our flag or their uniform; that they ever did, was purely the secretive deceit of evil men who were traitors both to this country and to humanity.  

As the Marines approach their 250th birthday this November 10th lets all pause to remember and to pray for all those Marines alive and dead, who have served this country in good faith and through it all.  

Here's a part of their story and one of the reasons that I carry a special torch for the Marine Corps.  Their famous motto, Semper Fidelis, or as they say, "Semper Fi!" is the Latin for the Belcher family motto, "Loyale au Mort" --- always faithful unto death.  

The Marines had their start in our family and are our family. Literally. They are part of a military tradition that hearkens back to Sparta in Greece, the Cherusci that whipped Rome,  They reflect the true heart, determination, and ultimate loyalty that we all have to summon as we do our part to protect and preserve this great country -- whether we serve in the Marine Corps or stock shelves in a grocery store, so that our people can find what they need and keep eating.   

One of the threats coming out of the corporate debacle now unfolding is the threat that our soldiers and sailors will no longer be paid.  Let me tell you, there are Americans who have worked like slaves for the past eighteen years to be sure that can never happen for long, no matter how many systems fail, however many bankers and regulators are corrupted or how many corporations suddenly cease to exist. 

The people of this country are ready as they were from the very beginning, to step in and step up, and make sure that our soldiers and sailors and their families are provided for.  And all our homeless veterans, too.  This has been a major priority and goal since 2001 when Jim Belcher took office.  

You better believe that the family that gave birth and form to the Marine Corps stands ready to deliver, for our Sons and Daughters in uniform, and for our veterans and for our country.  

The Federation of States stands utterly, completely, irrevocably determined, that our service members' trust will never again be breached by politicians, bankers, industrialists, tech magnates or anybody else.  They will never again face danger and death for ignoble causes.  Those days are gone, along with the Mercenary "Wars".  

Many of you have been confused by the body doubles of Donald Trump that are running around putting words in his mouth, and have been disturbed by the crazy policy shifts and conflicting rumors that spring up like dandelion crops.  The answer is simple -- there are multiple actors hired by different adverse players, impersonating Donald Trump.  

Donald Trump hasn't lost his mind.  He is suffering from impersonation.  Take a close look at the people presenting themselves as "Donald Trump".  

The real Trump is very tall, 6'4" or more -- like Barron Trump.  The Trump doubles aren't nearly that tall.  Some of them are as fat as Santa Claus.  Some have ears that stick out from their heads far more than Donald Trump's ears ever did.  Some look much younger than the actual Trump and a few look older.  Just sharpen up your observation skills and you will be able to see this for yourselves. 

Some of these actors are spewing very damaging war hawk dialogues while others are spreading a message of successful peace talks and ending wars, not starting them.  Some are threatening and bullying, others are intent on making shrewd business deals.  As usual, we, the American Public, are being played.

There are many, many discrepancies in the video records that demonstrate a consistent practice of using body doubles to represent Donald Trump beginning in his first presidency.  All that has recently changed is that some of his enemies have started using body doubles to misrepresent him.  The real Trump is always consistent about his faith and very shrewd in business.  He also always tries his best to keep his word.   

When you see actors, Trump impersonators just like Elvis impersonators, take it all with a grain of salt.   That's always good advice in the Weird World that 160 years-worth of fraud has wrought. 

And for Trump fans and Trump detractors alike, realize that no matter who was in office at this time, he or she would still have to do the same things. They would still have to wind down the mammoth carcass of the old Municipal Government.  They would still have to conduct massive audits.  They would still have to disrupt and yes, even discontinue services some constituents have come to rely upon.  This is what happens when a venerable and huge government services corporation is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy.  

Another thing that happens is at the very end, that bankrupt entity has to vacate Washington, District of Columbia, for 120 days. 

Shutting down the Federal Capitol for that long without anyone noticing has to be hidden behind a smokescreen of some kind.  This time it's the Democrats taking the blame and serving as scapegoats.

Meantime, another bankruptcy is in the making, as the other large DC parent corporation sinks back into insolvency.  They had until October 17th to come up with enough money to buy them time with their Creditors, but will be on a short leash and unable to effectively deal with some of the problems until the rest of the issues of ownership, debt, slush funds, insurance funds, and discharge of odious debt get settled.  

We have the means to do what needs to be done, and we will; just be patient and realize that the situation is deceptive and complex, but "no weapon shall prosper against" those who seek the truth and do their best for mankind.  The Evil Ones may push and shove and succeed for a small amount of time, but their end is certain and just. 

 And remember, while the Marine Corps Birthday is on November 10th, the day that comes afterward, November 11th, remains our Veterans' Day.  

If the remaining few Federal Civil Service employees really want to celebrate Tattooed Gay Furry Marmot Day instead, that's okay with us.  We don't remember many tattooed gay furry marmots coming to save us, but to each their own.

International Public Notice: The Military, Part 3

Everything that we are dealing with now is an outgrowth of a British fraud scheme that began in the Civil War.  It is deeply entrenched, well-funded, and has had 160 years to dig in. 

Key to the fraud is the similarity of the name of the American Federation of States doing business as The United States of America, and the British Territorial Service Provider doing business as the United States of America (Incorporated).  

This latter entity has functioned as a British Crown Corporation since the 1840's and has operated under The Constitution of the United States of America as one of the Federal Service Providers. 

The only visible difference between the two entities, American and British, is the word "the", and verbally, they are indistinguishable.  It's easy to mistake --- and substitute --- one for the other, and that is what has gone on here. 

Abraham Lincoln was President of the British Crown Corporation doing business as the United States of America, Incorporated.

He wasn't ever President of our American Federation of States doing business as The United States of America (Unincorporated), and he wasn't President of the American Federal Republic, either. 

How do we know that for sure? 

The Constitution for the united States of America that governed the Federal Republic contains the Titles of Nobility Amendment ratified by the States of the Union in 1819. It prohibited Bar Attorneys from serving in the American Government. 

Lincoln was admitted to the Illinois Bar Association in 1834. 

Confusion, fraud, abuse, and the misdirection of this country has been the lasting legacy of the Lincoln Administration.  Every President since Lincoln including Donald Trump has served in the same foreign office.  

How can we be sure of that?  

Our American offices are public offices elected by our State Assemblies and Congressional delegations--  and those elections did not occur.

Also, the Office of Commander-in-Chief is peculiar to the naval administrative structure of Britain; this is how Donald Trump could remain Commander-in-Chief throughout the Biden Administration.  All the Presidents since Lincoln have exercised this office.

Just as the military has been serving in a private, that is, mercenary capacity since the 1860's, the presidential office involved in all this is a private office, not a public one.  

This has resulted in a situation in which there has been a "legal" government acting under a service contract in charge, but not a "lawful" government present to oversee and enforce the service contract(s). 

This whole situation is finally being corrected, and the military is being returned to its honorable and lawful status as a national military. This should be cause for rejoicing, not fear.

The Eternal Choices

You will be taught until you can reliably recognize the BS. 

This is a test.  

Are you dumb enough to accept "vaccination" without question and without really knowing where the serum is coming from and what's in it?  

If you want to be treated like "dumb, driven cattle", just roll up your sleeve and act like a cow getting smacked in the rump with another doze of Growth Hormone. 

There are horrible people everywhere and clueless people who are doing horrible things.  Protect yourselves and use your Shinola Sensors.  Take time to read food labels.  The simpler and the less gobbledygook, the better.  

And just because something says it's "organic" , remember that anything carbon-based can be called "organic".  

Right now they are pushing the digital ID and tried to pass the first "global" carbon tax.  If you let them get away with this, life will not be worth living.  

Tell your neighbors and your friends and get moving.  Shake down every politician you can contact.  Say, "No."  And mean it.

International Public Notice: The American People Owe No Taxes

This will come as a shock, but Americans have never been liable for taxes.  No Federal Income Tax, no property taxes, no franchise taxes, no gas taxes, no utility taxes, no sales taxes, no taxes, full stop --- none of it.  

The living people are exempt from levy, tax percuse, and our American "shipping" is also exempt from levy, tax percuse, just as the Final Order from the Curia Vaticano court of Chancery said.  

That's why the Brits were so crazy to seize upon American babies and register them as British Subjects--- so that they could make us pay their taxes for them. Spread the joy! 

The Brits have plenty of taxes to share on top of income taxes and property taxes and estate taxes and inheritance taxes and  LID taxes, municipal taxes, service area taxes, rural sanitation taxes if you live in the country and urban sanitation taxes if you live in the city, public care taxes, social service unitary taxes (the rough equivalent of FICA), poll taxes, business license taxes, unemployment taxes, regulatory and sales taxes....

The Brits labor under so many taxes, and purportedly, receive so many services, it's hard to imagine how they find time to do anything but receive services from their government all day long, every day. 

Misrepresenting us as British Subjects and as Municipal citizens of the United States, too, is just one of the many services our self-appointed trustees have done for us --- defrauded us and denigrated us as Municipal citizens of the United States, so that they could force us to pay their taxes and their mortgages and their debts in bankruptcy, too.  

Their entire coercive and institutionalized racketeering scheme depends on "assuming" that they are our trustees and representatives "in our absence" and in otherwise impersonating us as British Subjects and Municipal citizens of the United States, behind our backs. 

It's all entrapment via non-disclosure, and false claims in commerce, but they have had a distinct advantage in that they have their King's Bench Courts liberally presuming to have jurisdiction over us, and of course, always finding in favor of their King.  

These British Courts are coercive and corrupt, which is why they became famous as "carpetbagger courts" in the South, where they were employed to ruthlessly asset strip the Southern States following the so-called Civil War.  

But even that was just another bit of British Bunko.  

Lincoln was the president of the United States of America, Incorporated, not The President of The United States of America, Unincorporated.   

No Congress ever declared war related to the American Civil War.  

No peace process ended it.  

Lincoln conducted an illegal Commercial Mercenary Conflict and called it a "war", and the people believed it, because they thought he was their President and he acted under color of law. 

Our States of the Union never took part in the "civil war" and our States of the Union never ratified the Sixteenth Amendment, either, which is where all their supposed "taxing powers" came from. 

There is nothing more certain than the Hand of God and the fact that Americans are not subject to Federal Income Taxes and not subject to any British Territorial or Municipal "State-of-State" Property Taxes and not responsible for paying any mortgages owed by British Subjects or Municipal persons, either one.  

And unless you are working for the Federal Government and getting a paycheck from Uncle Sam, you don't have any "Federal Income" either.  

The Brits call license fees and service fees "taxes", so if a gas line technician working for ABC Gas Company has to come to your house and turn the gas back on, it's a tax, not a service fee so far as the British Government is concerned.  If you have to pay for a Business License, it's a tax.  

One has to wonder when the British people are just going to snap and swarm over Buckingham Palace like a tide of voracious ants. 

Unless you think that a commercial corporation no different than General Motors or Lowe's or Walmart can tax you, it's time to wake up. 

The British Crown Corporation dba "the United States of America" and its State of State franchises like "the State of Alaska" are commercial corporations like Burger King, International.  They have no powers of taxation.  

The Municipal Corporations dba "the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" or "the UNITED STATES" etc. and their franchises like the "STATE OF ALASKA" could theoretically tax living people, but there's a problem with that.  They aren't supposed to be operating within the borders of our States of the Union at all, and have only managed to escape from the District of Columbia by colluding with the British Crown Corporations to let them invade fictional British Territorial "States" --- pull on your hip waders, they call their "State of State, Inc." businesses by the name "States" but they aren't States. 

They have no lawful standing whatsoever. 

In doing this, both these organizations are conspiring against their respective Constitutions --- evading and ignoring both The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America, and the Treaties underlying these service contracts. 

And now this is finally coming out and they are finally catching hell for it, as they should have for the past century and a half.  

Look at what happened in Alaska and know that the same thing or something similar happened in your State or country, too.  

They set up a "Statehood Referendum" and gave everyone the idea that Alaska was going to become a State of the Union.  But no such luck,  the undisclosed proposal was to create a British Territorial "Administrative State" -- a "State of State" (Incorporated) franchise,  via a document called The State of Alaska Constitution.  

Right out of the box, this was an undisclosed bait and switch fraud -- letting the people think that Alaska was becoming a State of the Union, when it was just the same old dreary Territorial Government being incorporated as a for-profit commercial corporation.   

The only eligible voters in this "Statehood" Election were Municipal "citizens of the United States" who had been "residing" in  Alaska for a year or more.  

The people of Alaska weren't even eligible to vote in this so-called "Referendum".   Just like our States didn't participate in the "Civil War".  Just like our States didn't ratify the Sixteenth Amendment, but boy, howdy, the Brits wasted no time in "presuming" upon the people of this State.  

Then within this document at Article X, Section 2, another "local" government corporation, this time a Municipal CORPORATION, dba STATE OF ALASKA, INC. was created.  Remember, there isn't supposed to be any Municipal Government outside the District of Columbia, but because they were in a service contract with the Brits, the Brits let them come here purportedly to provide services to the British Territorial citizenry.  

They piggybacked the Municipal citizens in here like fleas on a dog. 

The State of Alaska Constitution is a mutual services contract between two colluding groups of federal employees.  The people of this State had nothing to do with it and aren't party to it.  They were deliberately misled to think this process made Alaska a State of the Union and never provided full disclosure about the entire process or result. 

The criminals are still here and still attacking the very people that they admit they are obligated to serve --- in good faith, no less. 

"Anna Maria Riezinger" and any and all of her names, however misrepresented by them, owes them nothing but a swift kick to the curb, isn't subject to their law, isn't a British Subject, isn't a Municipal citizen of the United States and doesn't live in their jurisdiction at all. 

Anna Maria Riezinger expatriated on the public record from any assumption of Federal citizenship and she did it many years ago.  So they can violate the Expatriation Act in front of God and Everyone, or do their jobs, and recognize that there are still "people" in this country.

The U.S. Army is especially culpable and liable for closing down the King's Bench "Judiciary Courts" and arresting the court officers that are engaged in illegal confiscation and racketeering and making false claims in commerce for the purpose of unjust enrichment. The Provost Marshal General of the U.S. Army is responsible for arresting all the "civilian military" officers responsible for these activities carried out against the American people. 

And as for debts and the reason that no American owes taxes ---

The quickest way to resolve any question regarding who the actual debtors are, is to finally balance the books.  Bring forward the totals from the CUSIP Bond System and balance them against the profit totals from the AUTORIS System.  And then we will see who owes what to whom.

International Public Notice: The Military, Part 2

We are never taught in our schools anymore about the American Government, but we should be, because the American Government is our lawful government.   There are other nations that live here in this country that also have lawful governments, but the lawful government that was created to serve and protect all the nations gathered here, is the American Government founded in 1776 -1783.  

We say that, because it wasn't founded all at once, rather, it was being founded during the War of Independence, bit by bit and piece by piece, by the Second Continental Congress.  We know this because back when the Congressional Library was still open to the Public (as it still ought to be) we read the notes, minutes, letters, and other records of the Second Continental Congress.  

Over the course of eight years, while fighting a desperate war, they closed out the business of the Colonies and assessed their debts, created the new "estates" that we know as States, and created three (3) instrumentalities to serve the mutual combined interests of the States: the Union, the Federation, and the Confederation.  

After the end of hostilities, there was a prolonged peace process resulting in treaties-- treaties of Versailles, treaties of Paris, treaties of Ghent,  treaties of Westminster, treaties of Utrecht, treaties with the Holy See, treaties with the Holy Roman Empire, at least fourteen treaties in all, and a process that took ten years. 

The implementation of all these foreign treaties was embodied in the Federal Constitutions.  Mirroring the three instrumentalities of the American Government, we had three Federal subcontractors working under power-sharing agreements known as delegations of power which were delegated as a result of the treaties. 

The Confederation doing business as the States of America operated the Federal Republic under a Constitution called, appropriately enough, The Constitution of the united States of America. 

This service contract gave rise to the Federal Republic in 1787, but didn't mean that the Confederation ceased to exist.  The Federal Republic worked for the Confederation and under its direction from 1787 to 1861.

The Federation doing business as The United States of America (sometimes called "Major") worked with its counterpart, the British Territorial Government doing business as the United States of America (Incorporated) from 1789 to today. 

The Federation didn't disappear just because some of its work got shared out to British Territorial Subcontractors.  

The Union doing business variously as "the United States" and "The United States" but which has never been incorporated, worked with the Municipal United States Government that was also doing business as the United States, under The Constitution of the United States.  This entity was later incorporated as a Roman Municipal Corporation. 

The American instrumentalities didn't disappear just because they delegated some of their work to these foreign Federal Subcontractors.  

They worked with these Federal Subcontractors and had oversight over them from 1787 to 1861 when both the original Confederation and the Federal Republic went down in flames,  from 1789 to the present, when the Federation is back in Session and butting heads with the British Subcontractors, and from 1790 to the present, when the Union States are presented with a Municipal Government that is in freefall and shutting down.

We are going over this because if you don't know that the American Government preceded the Federal Government and gave birth to the Federal Government and delegated the only (limited) powers the Federal Government has, and continued to ride herd on the Federal Government long after the Federal Government was set up, you can easily think that the American Government disappeared, or otherwise mistake the Federal Subcontractors operating under delegated powers as the actual government.  Which they are not. 

If you stop a moment and think: if we are operating under delegated powers, who or what delegated them?  It wasn't just the State Citizens voting in some kind of referendum.  It was the States operating in international and global jurisdictions and establishing power-sharing agreements that were obligations of peace treaties. 

And no, we are still here, by a miracle.  The American Government embodied in the Union States and the States of the Union are still here, still viable, still have a Post Office, still are staffed, still have our seals, our flags, our customs and traditions, our Laws, and yes, we are busily rebuilding our courts. 

The other thing you have to grasp is that the Constitutions are Service Contracts.  All three Constitutions contract for services in international jurisdictions of Air, Land, or Sea.  

None of the Federal Subcontractors have one word to say about our National Soil Jurisdiction, nor any duties related to it.  

This last bit of knowledge explains why the Federal Subcontractors have been unable to steal our country from us.  

The best they could come up with was to claim that we were "absent, whereabouts unknown", "in prolonged interregnum" and  ----bring a specious "claim on abandonment" against us.   

They should know that a government vested in its people --- not its persons --- can never die. 

Even if they tell big lies about us and make assumptions about us and register us as British Subjects and Municipal citizens of the United States --- both, we are still here, we are still Americans and we still know who we are.  

So how does all this come push-to-shove and impact the unlawfully converted American Armed Forces?  

It puts them between a rock and a hard place. 

They are under contract to protect us and defend our country and its borders, but the Great Fraud has gone on so long, things have gotten redefined and fuzzy.  Their Paymaster, SERCO, is British, so even if SERCO is dishing out money that was extracted from all of us, this puts "our" military in an untenable position. 

Right now, they are going without pay and beginning to get paranoid and wondering what happened.

What to do?

You realize which "civilian government" you are supposed to be working for.

It's not the Municipal United States Government.  

It's not the Union State Government that holds our National Soil Jurisdiction secure, but doesn't get involved in international or global affairs.  

It's the American Federation of States --- The United States of America, Unincorporated.  Not the British Crown Corporation doing business as "the" United States of America (Incorporated). 

The American Federation of States has always functioned in international and global jurisdictions, and for five years of its existence, 1776-1781, conducted all international and commercial operations for the American Government.  

We didn't really need the Confederation or the Federal Republic to function, and still don't. 

With the Confederation long gone, and the Union States dedicated to preserving our National Soil, our venerable Federation of States is the only American instrumentality left to do the job.  

We shouldered it once, we can do it again.  

The American Armed Forces are being restored to honorable status and need an American Paymaster, one that won't play coercive politics. 

Our American chartered bank system is ready. 

The American civilian government the American Armed Forces are bound to obey, is not to be found in the Municipal Government of Washington, DC, not to be found in the presidential offices of a British Crown Corporation, either.  

The American civilian government is right here, right where it has always been, embodied in our State Assemblies and our remaining instrumentalities.  

And as the Federation of States was the Holding Company that issued all the delegated powers, we are competent to ---as we have always said-- mow our lawn or hire help. We have a dormant  American-controlled Constitution ready to go.
