International Public Notice: How Could the Brits Pull All This Fraud Off?

Go back to the years immediately after The War of Independence.

 Look at the actual circumstance.  The Brits and the French were battling it out and the French were facing a revolution of their own. This brief prelude led to the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars in Europe. During this same 20 year period, America was trying to recover from The War of Independence and was struggling to ship its raw materials to factories and workshops in Europe.  

In the 1770's, we had a huge commercial fleet, but no navy.  

So, we cut a deal with Great Britain -- their King would serve as our Trustee "on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways" and the Brits would receive a service contract and be allowed to stay in this country - and in exchange, their Navy would provide protection for our merchant shipping. 

This was good business all the way around, because the Americans needed to access the European markets for their raw materials, and the Europeans needed those raw materials to keep their factories running.  

This led to a relatively large, permanent population of British Subjects, specifically British Territorial Subjects -- "Tories" -- remaining in this country after the Revolution.  They have lived here as a separate population under the provisions of the Residence Act ever since.  They are all U.S. Citizens.  They are born and raised in this country.  They look like Americans.  They sound like Americans. But they are British Subjects and Territorial United States Citizens. 

It also led to a permanent presence and relationship with the British Navy and the British Merchant Fleet which could trade here tax free. 

To finalize and implement this deal several acts of Congress were required as well as adoption of the service contract known as The Constitution of the United States of America, issued in 1789. 

All three Federal Constitutions implement the trade and treaty obligations and necessary service contracts resulting from the peace settlement(s) ending The War of Independence, so if you want to understand The Constitution of the United States of America, you have to look at the American-British naval treaties and trade agreements coming out of the peace process. 

From there, the British just sat back and waited for their chance, from the snug insider position provided by their service contract, The Constitution of the United States of America. 

The Brits were already here and already providing "essential government services" in 1861, when the American Federal Republic (another Federal Service Provider) lost a quorum to conduct business.  The Brits simply slipped into position, and began providing the services that the Federal Republic would have normally provided.  

The American Public was never made aware that there was any change; from their perspective, the expected services continued and the same people were providing them.  

This British usurpation of our government was smooth as silk, and the only truly observable immediate difference was that our American Federation of States did business as The United States of America (Unincorporated) and the British Federal Subcontractor did business as the United States of America, Incorporated. 

All they had to do was neglect to add the word "Incorporated", and the only observable difference then became the word "the" ---  whether it was capitalized or not:  The United States of America versus the United States of America -- a difference so slight that most people would never notice it, and didn't. 

So how could they pull off this vast identity theft in broad daylight? 

(1) Deceit promoted using very similar names; 

(2) Deceit promoted by using British Territorial U.S. Citizens to "stand in" for their American counterparts; 

(3) Deceit in expanding the scope of their work far beyond their constitutionally stipulated role. 

Later on, they further substituted British Territorial State-of-State organizations for American State-of-State businesses and took over "emergency administration" of our functions at that level of government via surreptitious substitution, too.   

They could never quite overtake the States of the Union themselves, nor the Union States.  That would have undermined the basis for the whole gravy train and couldn't have been supported, because too many other nations, including Russia, knew that our States and our States of the Union never participated in the so-called American Civil War.  

All this history --- mostly commercial history, has been tainted by fraud and has been based on impersonating our government, our government subcontractors, and even our people. 

It was easy enough to substitute the United States of America, Incorporated for The United States of America (Unincorporated), and easy enough to substitute the British Territorial U.S. Congress for the Federal Republic's United States Congress.  Why not try the Full Monty and register American babies as British Territorials, too?  

So that's what they've done under color of law and breach of trust and violation of international law against unlawful conversion of political status and nationality. 

And how did they get away with that? 

More similar names deceit and simple non-disclosure, foisted off on new mothers still groggy from childbirth and babies too young to know what was going on. 

The mothers were asked, "Is your baby a United States Citizen?" 

There was no mention of which "United States" this might be, and  no explanation of what being a "citizen" might entail, so most people thought it just meant that you were an American who lived in The United States. 

With the flick of a pen, a baby freeborn as an American State National with no citizenship obligations at all, was unlawfully converted into a British Subject, merely "residing" on our shores,  and was saddled down with all the taxes and obligations that a British Subject is heir to. 

This single "mistake" allowed the British to tax us, to seize upon our land assets and place them in a public trust benefiting the British Crown, to conscript us, to license us, to draw credit based on our intellectual and labor assets, to subject us to foreign British and later, corporate law as "enfranchised" voters..... and in general, to regain by legal deceit what they lost in war.  

Over the course of 160 years of fraud and deceit, the Brits with some help from their colluding Municipal Government counterparts, turned Americans back into British Territorial Subjects just like the Colonists and reduced the "free, sovereign, and independent states" into de facto British Colonies, ruled over by a homegrown British Raj that appeared to be as homegrown as Mom and Apple Pie. 

This is, of course, all accomplished under color of law and in breach of trust, in insurrection and usurpation against our lawful American Government, and yes, it is treason.  It's just white-collar treason accomplished with lies and legalities instead of bullets. 

Sensitive to this fact and the fact that they were additionally operating outside their jurisdiction and in violation of their service contract, The Constitution of the United States of America,  the Brits colluded with the Holy See to have the Municipal Government do the bulk of the dirty work for them, in hopes that they could wash their hands and pretend that the Municipal "citizens of the United States" were the problem.  

That's like blaming the sock puppet and not the fist inside. 

They are prevented from using this excuse by Maxim of Law: 'A person who does a thing through the instrumentality of another, is held as having done it himself."  For the Old Schoolers, in Latin: 'qui facit per alium facit per se'. 

Now that this fantastically long-running con game is revealed, it is also apparent that the problem began in Britain during the reign of Queen Victoria, with the British Crown parasitizing its own people via a public corporation enfranchisement scheme, that defrauded the British Working Class and created a collateral pool used to finance the British Raj in India.  

Curiously, the voters and presumed shareholders of this public corporation never got a penny of all the fabulous profits made from pillaging and plundering India's wealth.  Instead, they got the bill for the Raj's expenses and pensions.  

This same pattern of war-profiteering, public enfranchisement schemes, and completely inequitable profit and debt sharing, can be seen all around the world. For the Perpetrators foisting this scheme off on everyone else, the profits have been astronomical.  They have been able to plunder and pillage under color of law, and then dump their odious debts off onto the people who unwittingly invested in their war-for- profit  schemes -- and who paid the Butcher's Bill as well. 

Now all this Fun and Games for the Satanists has to come to an end.  Once again, the people and what they call "the Primal Creator" have awakened; the last time this happened was during the last days of the Roman Empire and the violent suppressions and widespread murder of "witches" and "vampires" that occurred at that time attest to the ferocity of the backlash that left Satanism outlawed and also led to the suppression of transgenders, homosexuals, nature-worshipers, Jews, and any off-brand sect of Christianity.  

This is why the actual perpetrators encouraged the craziness of the Biden Era emphasis on exactly these populations, encouraging them to come out of the closet and expose themselves.  The scapegoats were being pre-identified. 

Not wishing to see any more hypocrisy and scapegoating of innocent people, we have faithfully and accurately identified the source of the problem ensconced in the highest orders of the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Church, the British Crown, the U.S. Government, (not the American Government -- which is a different Beastie), the United Nations Corporation, World Economic Forum, Central Banks, and elsewhere. 

We are entering a season of darkness, both in the turning of the year and in the affairs of mankind, however, as our ancestors knew, this is ironically also the time in which light regenerates. Get ready.

Public International Notice: Identity and the Post Office

For many years now, the Post Office has been the most popular government service in this country.  It has the highest service rating and the highest rated usefulness of anything the government service providers do for the greatest number of people every year.  Think about that.  

The Post Office is really a lot more than just the Post Office we all think of.  The Post Office establishes the location and identity of things and people ---  seats of government, roads, sea lanes, service centers, travel credentials (passports), customs offices, patent offices, standard weights and measures, the calendar(s) and measurements of time and space, stamp taxes (yes, they still exist), trademark and copyright offices, labor standards, and much more. 

Countries don't have a seat of government without a Post Office.  

Our country has two seats of government established on its land mass, one in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and one called "the Federal Capitol" in Washington, District of Columbia.  Then, there is the Territorial "United States Postal Service" and the Municipal USPS, INC., and the APO and FPO and other systems that aren't, strictly speaking, Post Offices at all, but which act as subcontractors or franchise operations serving smaller specialized populations.

Jurisdiction is an important word in Post Office operations, because the Post Office has to deliver mail --- reliably --- in all three primary jurisdictions: air, land, and sea, as well as to the living people who naturally occupy the national jurisdiction of the soil.  

Now, the news that we have a National Post Office establishing our National seat of government in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, serving the land and soil jurisdiction owed to the people of this country, may come as a big surprise to some people who are used to thinking of Washington, DC, as the source of our government --- but no, the Federal District and the Federal Capitol serve in International Jurisdiction and have their own seat of government and their own roster of services. 

Throughout our history we have had men and women who have served as post masters or Post Masters  or POST MASTERS and they have kept these services available in their jurisdiction. 

Though it has been many years since the Post Office in Philadelphia ceased to operate as it should, it has nonetheless remained, and generations of post masters have made sure that the seat of government owed to the people of this country has remained.  

The national post office is owed to the people occupying the soil jurisdiction of each country, the International Post Office serves the Lawful Persons (land) and Legal Persons (sea) and the Global POST OFFICE serves corporations, especially Municipal Corporations and the personnel associated with them.  

As the British Crown gradually usurped against its employers and continued to register American babies as British Territorial Subjects, the national post office fell into disrepair and the number of post masters dwindled until the venerable institution was hanging by a thread.  

That is part of what we, together with 900 others, addressed to the Universal Postal Union in 1998  and Pope Benedict XVI in 2006, and also what ultimately led to my husband, James Belcher, serving as post master for the national post office owed to the people and International Post Master on the land, owed to the Lawful Persons.  

These offices cannot be left vacant for many reasons, and yet, we were in danger of losing our credentials and recognition for our national post office and our Land Jurisdiction Post Office, too, for failure to operate them.

We are attaching a very informative document that explains, from the point of view of the court of Chancery at the Vatican, exactly what the various names applied to people mean--- straight from those who created these distinctions in the first place.   

This particular document issued from the universal post office judicial district (that word again) also shows that James was a post master operating the national post office (soil) and serving as Post Master on the Land, enabling the post offices of these two jurisdictions to continue to function and for the people's national seat of government to be maintained.

Please note that on the soil, we have "post masters" and on the land we have "Post Masters" and at sea we have "Postmasters" and in the jurisdiction of the air, we have "POSTMASTERS".  

All these different offices and jurisdictions have to function peacefully together, so you can also see, James is said to be "neutral in public" and "at peace with the Crown" and the "One Holy".  

This is the position of our actual American Government which did not take part in the so-called American Civil War.  The actual States maintained neutrality and so, remained at peace with the British Crown and the One Holy, then and ever since. 

We, and our States, are not now and never were subject to pay war reparations or otherwise responsible for unwelcome foreign commercial conflicts on our shores.  

This is also why we fly the peacetime flag of our country instead of Old Glory. 

This is why our "vessels" are naturally exempt and tax percuse, and why we, declared American State Nationals, should never be attacked or messed with by British privateers or Municipal agents working for them.    

Not taking sides in a horrible conflict that could have and should have been resolved by other means is a sign of intelligence, not  incompetence or absence or a state of interregnum.  Our States chose peace and are owed freedom and peace in return, from both the British Crown and the One Holy.  

The fact that millions of our people have been misidentified as Federal Dual Citizens and that millions of bogus public trusts have been created and mis-administered and plundered under false pretenses by members of the Bar Associations is a very sore subject which is owed immediate administrative and practical redress.  

The U.S. Army and the Office of the United States Army Provost Marshal are directly responsible for crimes being committed against the people of this country -- the same people they owe good faith service to, and who are being illegally and immorally latched upon and impersonated, who are suffering illegal confiscations and evictions based on barratry and crimes of personage amounting to institutionalized identity theft and filthy claims in commerce being practiced against Americans by members of the Bar. 

The operations of the United States of America, Incorporated, and its various iterations have been criminal ---unlawful, illegal, and immoral --- for six generations, and the British Crown is still trying to brazen it out, still trying to justify registering American babies as British Territorial Subjects, still promoting illegal commercial "wars", and the Municipal Employees being denigrated as so-called Fourteenth Amendment citizens of the United States are still being used as cheap "muscle" to promote illegal confiscation of American assets. 

So, that's the situation. 

With Jim's passing the responsibility passes on to our oldest Son, who has lived in Philadelphia for many years, keeping the homefires burning and the lamps lit.  

This responsibility also passes on to each and every American who has sense enough to realize that they are Americans. 

All the unhappy associations with the Federal Government and its abuses must yield to the realization that there is a Federation of States that predates the Federal Government and both the Federation and its State members and the living people populating the soil of our States of the Union, are owed peace and good faith service and freedom from false impersonation.  

When we operate as either post masters or Post Masters of our own Post Office, we are working for our own American government  and populating our own land and soil.  We are fully enabled and empowered to do this and have done it, and it's nobody's business but ours --- but at the same time, it's past time for the British Crown to yield and return our purloined assets and release any presumptive claim to any ownership interest in land and soil belonging to American State Nationals. 

United States Citizens and U.S. Citizens cannot own land in this country, so when they buy homes and land, it is kept in a British Territorial Public State Trust.  It's THEIR public and their citizenry subscribed to this foreign "land title system".  

The so-called Fourteenth Amendment citizens of the United States which includes US CORPORATIONS and their personnel, cannot own land in this country either, and similarly, when they buy homes and land here, it is kept in a Municipal STATE trust.  And again, that is for THEIR PUBLIC, THEIR CITIZENRY which is subscribed to their own foreign municipal land description and street number system.

Actual people living in a State of the Union, which now means Alaska, too, don't leave their land and soil in foreign public trusts.  Our trusts are American Common Law trusts and they hold the actual factual land assets, not titles, not descriptions --- physical surveys of actual land with actual landmarks. 

It's time for both the British Crown Corporations and the One Holy's Municipal CORPORATIONS to support a return to honest government, honest administration of valid public trusts, and release of all dishonest public trust interests which have been created to illegally latch onto and serve as a legal artifice used to pillage and plunder Third Party American assets. 

The truth stands above the lies, the fact above the fiction.  

There is no excuse for any American owning their land free and clear and having established a physical survey of that land on the public records, being attacked or evicted or accused of owing "property taxes" by any member of any part of the Federal Government or any State of State franchise or STATE OF STATE franchise thereof. 

This information is being provided to all of you as a courtesy so that you can grasp the roles and the standing of the parties.  There are people and some of the people serve as persons within the context of their own American Government.  They have nothing to do with skirmishes, battles, collusions, or suppositions of their foreign subcontractors and are owed both peace and good faith service from the British Crown Officers manning the United States of America, Inc. and the Municipal Officers employed by them. 

This also provides insight into why both State of Alaska Troopers and STATE OF ALASKA TROOPERS owe peace and good faith service to the people of this State of the Union called Alaska, and why the same conditions apply throughout this country.  

We are operating our government which is the source of the powers delegated to the Federal Government Subcontractors in the first place.  There should be no doubt or argument about who we are and what we are doing, rather, the Subcontractors and their State-of-State and STATE-OF-STATE franchisees need to realize who they are ultimately working for.   

They also need to recognize the tax exempt and tax percuse standing of the people that they are supposed to serve, and stop their illegal latching and confiscation activities and their false claims in commerce.

We are not their enemies.  We are their employers.  We are not "Sovereign Citizens".  We are Foreign Sovereigns with respect to them, and not citizens of theirs at all.  

Using Alaska as an example, numerous administrations have fully admitted that the land of Alaska belongs to its people, not its persons.  The State of Alaska Constitution fully admits the service obligation of these same foreign persons to serve the "people" of Alaska.  

So far as the people are concerned, the only "land trust" here is their own Common Law Trust --- not a Public Interest Trust for British Subjects, not a Municipal Land Trust for Municipal citizens.  

These attacks promoted against the people of the States of the Union have been going on far too long and have become institutionalized.  This is something that nobody concerned can afford to have continue, as it inevitably breeds both injustice and violence. 

The present case in which Officers of the State of Alaska serving under The State of Alaska Constitution aren't even aware that Alaska has been enrolled as a State of the Union is typical.  

The attack recently made upon myself under False Pretenses of the "Judiciary Courts of Alaska"  is also unfortunately typical.  We get these ignoramuses swaggering around with guns on their hips and not a brain in their head, thinking that they are at "war" with the people they are obligated to serve, evicting people from property that is theirs free and clear of any debt, based on the assumption that they are British Subjects or Municipal citizens of the United States, whose property assets are held in foreign public trusts. 

None of these employees of ours have any right, lawful or legal, to do any of this illegal latching, illegal confiscation, and illegal taking.

None of them paid me as much as a copper penny for any right or interest they merely presumed to have in my actual factual land and house that they seized unlawfully and illegally under armed force. And for the trivial "debt" they accused an unknown foreign person of, they proposed to take the entirety of my holdings worth over a million dollars --- which is, again, an illegal taking under the Federal Constitutions. 

All this lawfare crap and "mistaken identity" crap has to end. We are not confused about who we are; and, the U.S. Army and United States Army are both responsible for putting an end to these abuses of the people of this State of the Union and every other State of the Union. 

We are calling upon everyone reading this, each of them having been instructed and fully informed to cease and desist and correct their illegal latching and illegal confiscation operations immediately.  

You may all consider this Fair Notice and Public Due Process on these issues.

More "Circumstances" Than Just Mine

As most of you know, we have not been doing our usual Monday Webinars through the month of September in an effort to give me some time to deal with my husband's death and shocking actions on the part of the combined thugs to allege "tax" debts against me. 

This is being addressed by a three-pronged strategy designed to bring forward the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth to many people across many jurisdictions.  It will serve to liberate millions when we are through, and help put a permanent end to bureaucratic crimes of state. 

Don't be afraid.  Never give up.  Keep your own values straight in your mind and act in accordance with them no matter what others may expect.  

We are the lights that shine in the darkness. 

The plan was originally to resume the Monday night webinars in October, but a series of organizational and technological and construction changes taking place in diverse places has meant that we will be changing the format and location of the webinar broadcast for a month or two.  Teri is in need of a well-deserved break on her end while I am getting back in the saddle. 

So, our plan is to resume the Monday night webinars as usual, beginning Monday, October 13th, 2025, but Teri will probably be absent for a month or more beyond that.  

We are not "letting up" on the pressure being brought to bear on the politicians, bankers, and military officials and we are not falling behind in our preparations for worldwide freedom and abundance.  

We have the choice set before us of freedom or slavery, poverty or wealth -- and it is up to us to make that choice, each one of us, individually and as the people of this Earth.  

This coming week will see many changes, including proclamations and declarations that will enable people around the world to better understand the choice and how they can create demand for enforcement of actual law, an end to the Corporate Feudalism agenda, and an end to the evils this sick idea has caused. 

Like human-caused climate change, and trans-humanism, these opportunistic fantasies are fueled by greed, lust for power, and crippled intellects.  

Many western world leaders have fallen victim to unspeakable moral, intellectual, and personal corruption.  In pursuit of power and money and control, they have done evils that rival those of the Kingdoms of Babylon and Ancient Rome.  

Many leaders have fallen victim to criminal blackmail schemes and interlocking trust directorates and mob-style politics, and even those who try to break free are ensnared and encumbered by the mycelial rot of crime that infests the highest institutions and offices.  

The International Tribunal of the Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) has just documented and ruled upon crimes impacting the Roman Catholic Church, the British Crown, the Church of Latter Day Saints, and the administration of the United States of America, Inc. 

These denouements and others are set to rock the world.  Our organizations are standing tough and despite many challenges are finding our way forward.  Be sure that judgment of the wicked is coming --- and an end to the "new theology of technocracy". 

We will not worship what our own hands created, nor will we be ruled by emotionally and intellectually crippled men lost in their own self-created nightmare.  They should have remembered: "It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea."

International Public Notice: Using the Status of England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales as Examples

Let's see if we can make this as simple as possible for everyone: 

When Queen Anne of England sat down on the throne of England in 1702 she was the last English Queen to do so; when she died in 1714, she was the first Monarch of Great Britain.  She had, wittingly or unwittingly, vacated the land and soil of England, and "gone to sea".  

Every inheritor of her Office has reigned as a British Monarch ever since, with the single present exception of Charles III, who is reigning as an Imperial Majesty.  He has vacated both land and sea and is operating in the jurisdiction of the air, in an attempt to escape prosecution.  

Each of these jurisdictions is separate, one from the other, and while it is possible to straddle two jurisdictions at the same time, it is not possible to "have standing" on more than two at once.  

Why is this?  Well, God gave us two feet for a reason.  

If you stand on the land and soil you have used up your two jurisdictional claims and have to appoint others to hold your other two jurisdictions on the sea and in the air, for you.  

This is the dilemma that gives rise to public trusts, and also to the public trust interests that have been abused for the last 150 years.

Even if you choose to "stand" entirely in one jurisdiction as Charles III is doing in the air jurisdiction, you are said to be in "the Divine Province" and have "the beneficial interest" in your holdings on the land, though not the ownership and possession thereof.  A trustee has to manage your land assets for you and that trustee has traditionally been a postmaster appointed by the Pope.   

At no time can you act as the same person in three or more jurisdictions, and this is the result of Nature's Law limiting mankind. 

And all of this tends to make both international and global law a rabbit warren of curiously constructed and counter-balancing claims and interests as if you are obliged to play chess and parcheesi at the same time. 

When you cut through all of the history to the present time, it comes down to this: 

1. The land of England is being held by the Hereditary Lord High Steward, who is in absentia in Australia, but still functioning and viable in his Office. He is also able to hold onto England's claims on the sea -- but that means he loses control of the soil.  The soil of England is being held by a single man and his cohorts in Suffolk, who have timely posted the appropriate Notices and claims.  So, for the moment, the crisis and threat of the success of Globalist claims of England's "abandonment" appear to be stymied and the country as a whole has: His Imperial Highness holding the air, the Lord High Steward holding the land and sea, and John Edward, coming from a small village in Suffolk, is holding the soil of England for the people of England. 

2. The situation in Scotland is by no means as transparent, but they do have their traditional King of Scotland position and it appears that King Charles III, re-dubbed King Charles of Scotland, is acting as "King of Scotland" under the Act of Union, and is covering both the land and sea claims of Scotland.  Claims to the soil appear to be held by the Hereditary Lords of Glennis and Aberdeen, while the air jurisdiction is being held in trust by church officials. 

3. The situation in Ireland is still very mobile.  They do have their Ancient King and the modern day holder of this Office is present and accounted for and holding down the land and sea jurisdictions.  The traditional (since Roman times anyway) local county assemblies are being called into Session and are taking up position with their claims to the soil, while the same County Assemblies are also claiming the international land jurisdiction. The Irish Brotherhood that fought the Easter Rebellion and gained the establishment of a Constitutional government is maintaining a joint claim to land and air. 

4. The condition of Wales is relatively unknown, except that a few traditional county-level assemblies are known to exist and be in Session, which is sufficient to maintain Welsh claims to the land and soil. 

By miracles of God, and by the skin of their teeth, the peoples of the British Homeland Isles appear --- with some push and help from their American cousins --- to be safe from Globalist claims that their jurisdictions are "vacant" and that their governments no longer exist.

Bear in mind that all of this hangs by threads and your traditional governments have, over the course of three centuries of ignorance, neglect, and corruption, been reduced to shadows.  

If you wish to maintain a competent and stable national government, it is essential that you all pay attention and: (1) learn your history and the jurisdictions of the law and the structures of your traditional government(s) that operate in these jurisdictions; (2) study the actual viable treaties that you have with other other countries and clean them up so that "sea treaties" are not lapping over and being interpreted as land treaties and so on, and so that you have a firm grasp of what you are owed and what your obligations are in the world community.  

Confusion about all this on the part of the public, and secretive power-mongering and predatory self-interest on the part of government bureaucrats ---most notably, attorneys-- has led to the deplorable End Game that the proponents of Corporate Feudalism are pushing. 

They must be recognized as dangerous usurpers against the rights and property interests of Mankind as a whole, and have their charters and management dealt with accordingly. 

Meanwhile, all the "native" peoples of England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales are hereby given fair notice of the condition your traditional governments are in, and you are urged to get busy and pay attention and participate in restoring them to full function.  

Please notice that the word "National" can refer to both local government existing within the borders of a country and to international government and its affairs.  

For example, if you are standing on the land and soil of Ireland, acting as a living man on the soil and a Lawful Person of the land, you are naturally a member of (2) county governments.  

Traditionally, the government on the soil is called a "county" with a small "c", while the level of government representing the international interests of that county's land claims is a "County" with a capital "C". 

This is a nomenclature convention left over from the Romans and their language, Latin.  Latin is very handy for sorting out these fine points, but at variance with English, which has only one nomenclature for both: "County" --- and leaves you to determine which county is in operation by context. 

The existence -- at least in Law -- of the two counties, one in-country and one international -- leads to a situation in which the word "National" can apply to the internal governance of the local government of the soil within the borders of a country, and can also apply to the external international government(s) operating the land and sea jurisdictions of the country. 

So, the county assemblies of the soil jurisdiction can get together and agree upon something like "National" (or using Latin conventions "national") election standards for soil jurisdiction offices of local governments nationwide.   

Yet, at the same time, the County Assemblies (the same people wearing their international business hat) can all get together and agree upon something like a "National" (using either English or Latin nomenclature conventions) Immigration and Naturalization Law. 

One way around this conundrum is to make a clear language distinction between "local county" and "international county" business, and when you are referring to local government use the word "nation" and "nationwide", as opposed to "country" and "countrywide" when referring to international issues. 

All of this requires you to think and sometimes do a bit of honest research as a labor of love, but that is certainly preferable to being enslaved and dominated by foreign corporations-- legal fictions which at best are faceless and unaccountable and tend to be predatory. 

When diplomats are talking about "nation-states" they are referring to a combination of living people and the land they occupy, and are attempting to recognize that the people (the nation) are separate from the land and soil (the physically defined "state") they live in.  

These are basic understandings that we all need to know and include in our thinking if we are to understand history and law.  Law that applies to living people and their soil jurisdiction applies to a "nation", while Law that applies to Lawful Persons and their international land jurisdiction applies to a "country".  

A little bit farther afield, law that applies to affairs on the sea applies to Legal Persons, and commercial affairs that take place in the realm of corporations apply to other LEGAL PERSONS. 

Confusing as this may initially be, it's not that tough.  We all function in many different roles --- as parents, as spouses, as grandparents, as teachers, as sports fans, as electors or voters.... and we take this for granted. It should not surprise anyone that in administering our government and acting as self-governing people, we also have different roles and "wear different hats".  

Learn your different possible roles -- your "persons" --  and choose them consciously and according to your needs and the needs of your country and your fellowman.  

Please also be aware that there is a distinction between your political status as a "national" and your status as a "citizen".  

You take your nationality from your land and soil, from the place where you are born.  You have no obligation to serve any government at any level as a newborn national.

The obligation to serve a government only accrues to "citizens" and in most countries, obligations of citizenship must be consciously accepted at the age of majority, not foisted off on babies or children in grade school---which has too often been done within both the Roman and British Empires.

Certainly, don't let anyone presume obligations of citizenship upon you or "confer" such obligations on you, without a clear and mutual and fully disclosed and agreeable understanding of your responsibilities and the jurisdiction of the government you are serving when you accept citizenship roles.  

All government personnel at all levels are hereby given Due Process and Notice of these facts.  

All jurisdictions associated with the "United States" have similarly been accounted for, are claimed, and are in operation and/or Session. Numerous other nation-states have also been verified complete and operational.
