International Public Notice: Three Damaging Memes

We have encountered the results of these Bad Ideas over and over again in our long trek to find the causes of the Great Fraud and the present maladies of the world. 

A "meme" -- apart from the meaning that it has acquired on the internet -- is an idea or belief that can be readily encapsulated and reduced to a few words and then transferred to potentially large numbers of people.  

Like its physical counterpart, the gene, a meme may be defective and its spread in a population can be potentially catastrophic.  This is reflected every time someone says, "Make it go viral!"  

They are observing the fact that like a virus or other disease vector, a meme can be "infectious".   Whether it's good or bad, helpful or destructive, a meme can infect an entire population just like a disease. 

It seems a little odd to think of it this way, but racial prejudice and Nazism are the equivalent of pneumonia and malaria, intellectual diseases that cause dysfunction of the mind and heart -- and at their core, they are Bad Memes. 

Superstitions and Urban Myths are memes.  Whether or not we are aware, we are surrounded by memes encoded in adages and doctrine and doggerel.   "A stitch in time saves nine." is a meme, one that happens to be helpful.  "Colored people are inferior." is also a meme, one that has proven to be a gross stumbling block to mankind's peace and progress. 

Mankind has been infected by such damaging memes on a regular basis and it is beyond past time for us all to pay attention to the memes that are causing us trouble --- evaluate their source --- and get rid of them. 

Two of the three memes that have contributed the most to the present situation worldwide come from the Crusades and the Counter-Reformation.  Nobody exactly quantified these memes so they lack the hard edges of the moral at the end of an Aesop's Fable, but these harmful ideas can be succinctly stated and examined. 

The first one comes to us from St. Ignatius Loyola, who under the lash of the Protestant Reformation, concluded like his Crusader ancestors, that-- paraphrased and in a nutshell: "Killing for Christ is good and noble."   

Jesus would disagree, but that does not seem to matter to those inspired by this meme.   

In the case of the Crusades, anyone who wasn't Christian was a target; in the case of the Counter-Reformation, anyone who wasn't a Catholic was a target.   

Loyola and the Jesuit Order he founded fully embraced the idea of "Holy War" which is an adjunct meme -- a related harmful idea that results from accepting the first bite of the poisoned apple.   If it's good and noble to kill for Jesus, it's also logical to think in terms of war being "holy".  

This is, of course, pure nonsense upon conscious examination.  

Jesus restrained Peter from taking up the sword, and he also notably didn't call down legions of angels to defend him.  He accepted his own death instead.  That was his actual teaching and legacy, yet generations of otherwise sane men have gone to their deaths (and sent others to theirs) thinking that it was okay to kill for Christ. 

We submit that it isn't okay to kill for Jesus.  It's logically and morally insupportable. But there it is, just the same, an enduring and damaging meme that has erupted in violence within recent decades in places as diverse as Northern Ireland and the Middle East. 

The "Kill for Jesus" meme hasn't died, perhaps because we haven't made the conscious effort to examine it and drive a stake through its heart. 

A second nasty customer that continues to cause no end of trouble is the idea that the ends justify the means; proponents will look at you with doe eyes and proclaim, "It's for the greater good!" --- often with heartfelt passion.  

Somehow, this meme is always used as the justification for some whackjob act of violence, surveillance, or other opinionated meddling. 

This is the meme that proponents of eugenics trot out when they, for example, advocate "selective abortion" of Negro babies, or sterilization of Slavic people.  Their gross prejudices and stereotypic thinking masquerade under cover of sincere concern for the future of mankind.  

Hold your nose and jog trot away wearing a horrible fixed grin. 

For the past twenty years they have been promoting crippling carbon taxes and demonizing carbon dioxide, claiming that this is all "for the Greater Good", when it is actually just another excuse to levy crippling taxes and sell diapers for cows.  

The ends do NOT justify the means; the means must pass moral muster all by themselves. 

If you have to compromise morality and even sanity to achieve a worthy goal, the goal itself is demoted to being irrelevant, because the damage has already been done in the process of achieving it. 

A good example has already been raised: "holy war" --- which is an oxymoron and pure gibberish that everyone nonetheless claims to understand.  

Say that the goal is to bring peace to the Middle East, so you propose to kill all the Jews and all the Muslims in all Middle Eastern countries to achieve that end.  

The stated goal-- "peace"--  is worthy, but the means renders it moot and repugnant.  

Be especially vigilant against any starry-eyed (glazed over) people invoking "the greater good".  It seems to be a universal constant that those invoking "the greater good" have no practical idea of what that might be, or require, and yet, they are willing to sink to any sort of depravity to achieve whatever they deem "the greater good".

A Bad Meme can be the starting point, the veritable "wedge" and fulcrum point leading to mass psychosis -- delusions of race-based superiority, unreasoning hatreds, phobic fears (think about the recent pandemic that wasn't a pandemic) and self-fulfilling prophecies, all begin as Bad Memes. 

"You can fix it later" is another pervasive and troublesome Bad Meme that has worked its evil magic down through the centuries. When an issue is too complex or challenging, proponents of this meme kick the can down the road and leave it to "the future" to solve. 

Like any procrastination, it leaves the problem firmly in place. 

Yes, the house may burn down, but the messy bedroom won't clean itself. 

An example of this meme at work is found in the deliberations surrounding The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.  

South Carolina and the Deep Southern States whose economies were tied to a slave-based labor economy refused to declare freedom for their slaves -- though they certainly wanted freedom for themselves. 

The so-called "Filthy Compromise" kicked the issue of slavery down the road, to be taken up "later" by parties unknown.  More circumspect men, like Thomas Jefferson, already knew that allowing the slavery of any man left the door open for enslavement of all men.

Proponents like Benjamin Franklin and John Adams accepted the compromise because freeing themselves from the King's Shackles seemed like a necessary first step toward freeing anyone else, but as it turned out, Jefferson's estimation was wiser.  

Less than a hundred years later, our failure to settle the issue of plantation slavery was used to hurl this country into a mercenary conflict that has resulted in untold misery ever since, and to a foreign registration fraud scheme that has indeed aimed at enslaving everyone, rich and poor, black and white.  

Another looming catastrophe linked to the same Bad Meme is the misuse of the Federal Reserve Note to receive goods and services in inequitable exchange for paper.  At the time the Federal Reserve Act was adopted, it seemed like the only way forward for the British Territorial U.S. Government.  Proponents argued that they would fix it later. Later never came. 

The ease of impersonating us and using American assets as collateral for their spending proved too intoxicating. Lying about us and (mis)representing their identity and authority was too great a temptation, so while we slumbered, our foreign-directed public employees usurped against us, impersonated us, and enslaved us by proxy.  

This resulted in the creation of insurmountable "National Debts" in our country and in many other countries around the world; this uncontrolled and unaccountable spending by corporations that were merely in the business of providing "essential government services" was allowed (by colluding banks) to expand exponentially and never balanced against the National Credit owed to the living people.  To add insult to injury, the Perpetrators charged us interest on their "National Debt".  

Every time the members of the British Territorial U.S. Congress voted to "raise the debt ceiling" they were voting more money for themselves based on our assets.  They did this knowing that we had already paid their "National Debt" many times over and that the interest being charged on this "National Debt" was pure scam benefiting the colluding banks.  They did it anyway and kept on doing it, each time dredging up the old specter of a "government shutdown". 

They also continued imposing Federal Income Taxes and Property Taxes and Mortgages we never owed, based on obligations we never consciously accepted. Having told one Big Lie and having greatly and unjustly enriched themselves, they just kept on lying.  The blackmail and the payola kept flowing, the phony birth registrations and certificates kept on passing hands.  

The craziness got so bad that even Baptismal Certificates were "securitized" and traded, resulting in a Black Market claiming an ownership interest in souls. 

The day when they could have "fixed it" came and went in September of 2005, when they gave way to abject criminality and wanton lawlessness.  Having pretended to be us, they now pretended not to know who we were.  

This has remained their insupportable position ever since. They are afflicted by amnesia. They are deeply confused. This is what prompted them to "offer" a $150 trillion dollar Civil War Era trust fund to us, as settlement of their debts --- a trust fund set up for them, not for us. 

We are owed a great deal more than their puny trust fund, but it would be a great role reversal and a smoking deal for them, if we were dumb enough to accept, especially if we accepted payment in Federal Reserve Notes.  

The lesson learned is that the only day to take the right action is today.  No waiting and betting on tomorrow.  The men who accepted the terms of the Federal Reserve Act may have had honorable intentions or not; we will never know.  What we do know for sure is that the situation and the temptations involved led our Federal Subcontractors to perdition, and has left them owing us debts that they can literally never repay.

Before anyone starts a hammed-up version of Chicken Little and beats their breast and claims that the sky is falling because our public servants can't repay us -- consider this: just one of our actual trust funds contains dodeca-trillions of actual physical assets. 

We, the living people, are literally so wealthy that all the "National Debts" and all the interest on the "National Debts" means nothing to us.  These are fly specks on the back of an elephant, insurmountable debts for the crooked corporation governments, but trivial matters for us. 

We don't even care about being paid back for these "National Debts" and have instructed the banks to discharge them against what we are already owed, so that the people of each country can be set free from bogus taxes and other burdens that were unjustly imposed on them.  This is the Jubilee.  It's being brought to you by living Americans. 

But while we celebrate this long overdue restitution and reinstatement, let's take a moment to review what we have learned: killing for Jesus doesn't make sense, holy wars don't exist, the ends do NOT justify the means, and there is no tomorrow.  

Today is the time we have, and we must make good and honorable use of it.  

So we declare and reaffirm the international law and conventions put in place by the League of Nations in 1926, outlawing all forms of slavery and peonage, worldwide, and extending this prohibition to all jurisdictions subject to our sovereign powers. We recognize and admit that allowing the slavery of one man allows the slavery of all men, and allowing the peonage of one man, allows the peonage of all men.  Thomas Jefferson was right. 

We are all scribed by the same measure. 

Let our measure be compassion and love be our light.

International Public Notice: Make News Headlines

Another day, another Executive Order. Perhaps someone should tell Mr. Trump that except for federal government employees, his "executive orders" are without effect and never did have any other valid authority since Abraham Lincoln (once again) over-stepped his office and began the practice of issuing such "Executive Orders" in the spring of 1863.  

This was something Lincoln deemed necessary because the corporation he was "President" of went bankrupt at that time, and he needed to invoke his position as "Commander in Chief" once his civilian office was invalidated by the bankruptcy.  

Mr. Trump has done the same dance for the past four years, for those who have eyes to see.  He also invoked his position as Commander in Chief to continue operations of the British Territorial United States Government during his forced hiatus from the "presidential" office. 

He also is attempting to rule by Executive Order. 

For those unfamiliar with their own history and for those onlookers overseas, the practice of the Commander in Chief issuing Executive Orders began in a spectacular way, because the very first public Executive Order was General Order 100, otherwise known as the Lieber Code, an extensive system of "do's" and "don'ts" that Lincoln pre-ordained just before the bankruptcy, as guidelines for the military to operate under while conducting the balance of the "war" and during the administration of an armed occupation afterward.  

This same Lieber Code has since morphed into the Hague Conventions, and this is why the military side of things is forever referring to the Hague Conventions and running to the Hague to conduct business and get permissions and enforce sanctions.

Most of our military didn't and still doesn't know that their own functions had been reduced and unlawfully converted into that of a mercenary service by Mr. Lincoln's usurpation.  The Generals, at least when we first breached these issues, were fond of making references to The Law of War, and have had a hard time understanding that The Law of War doesn't apply to this situation and never has applied.  That's why they have the Lieber Code and the Hague Conventions instead. 

We should note in passing that, because of the treaty conventions allowing his Britannic Majesty to act as our Trustee on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways, the British Admiralty Laws can still be enforced on Americans who venture into these locations or who are snatched and forcibly removed to them.  

This is why all the prosecutions of globalists are taking place at such offshore locations as Gitmo and Guam and being presided over by Admiralty Officers employed by JAG, the Judge Advocate General's Office. It's the final remaining bastion of any true law that could be applied short of anarchic rebellion and wholesale slaughter. 

Things worldwide have rapidly been approaching these ends because of the outrageous criminality and corruption of so many institutions, from the Church to the military to the halls of government at every level and impacting most nations, a peculiar creeping rot has set in, like mold silently extending its colonies.  

The exposes coming from Nicole Schwab and Pascal Najadi, the children of the co-founders of the World Economic Forum, leave no doubt that heinous criminality and premeditated genocide has been an objective for and among executives of this organization and potentially more than 4,000 member corporations for decades. 

The same peculiar and repugnant habit we observed among Beltway politicians forty years ago, of referring to voters and constituents and the rest of us in general as "livestock" and treating us as such, was apparently the practice in the United Nations and World Economic Forum, too. 

Because we trusted them to do their jobs and paid their bills, we were relegated to the status of cows and pigs and sheep.  We were subjected to their experiments, slaughtered for their wealth, insured for their security and benefit, and literally farmed by those who have considered themselves to be "the elite" among us.  

We have other names for them.  

Please note that you have to own something and have an insurable interest in it in order to insure it.  Consider that Prince Philip claimed to own and did insure --- as chattel possessions ---  not only the people of the British Isles, but the former Commonwealth and The United States and most of western Europe and Japan, too.  He invested in "Life Force Value Annuities" based on his livestock; that's where the $950 Trillion he collected in 2017 came from. 

You are looking at receipts based on claims to own all of us, accepted by other idiots who ran the printing presses for him, all perpetuated by men and institutions that are an insult to God and a cruelty to Man.  Rome and "Great" Britain, secretly and closely allied for the past 800 years, with an established 60:40 split on their joint ventures since the reign of King Henry the Eighth, have been at the bottom of all the wars-for-profit, all the misery, all the deprivation, all the disease-for-profit, and they are still striving might and main to avoid both detection and perdition. 

We are told that Pope Francis had a Near Death Experience prior to the real thing, and that he reported seeing nothing but darkness and demons and so, he declared that Heaven and Jesus don't exist.  We are vaguely amused.  What did he expect to see but darkness and demons, considering his own acts and omissions?     

We would argue that the "greatness" of both Rome and Britain is largely an immoral delusion promoted by men who have made their fortunes as pirates and mercenaries, stealing from those who invested in honest labor and peaceful pursuits. 

It has even been suggested that the sudden zeal and alacrity shown by His Majesty's Judge Advocate Generals is predicated on the desire to cover their own tracks and get rid of the collaborating witnesses. 

That may be, but there are still plenty of witnesses, too many to get rid of, even after they unleashed the phony pandemic and condemned the unwary "volunteers" to death.  

We reviewed their alternative news headlines at the Gazeteller this morning:

"April 2025 BOMBSHELL! Obama Was a Foreign-Born CIA Puppet...."  

"IT'S HAPPENING NOW!  Deadly Lab-Made Bird Flu Released Worldwide...." 

We are shaking our heads; after more than a decade of Hopium we are immune.  We make the following observations: 

The members of the U.S. Congress dabbled with the original NESARA proposal to provide restitution to the American people until it was unrecognizable, then the Globalists came up with a Global rendition of the tweaked version and called it "GESARA" and all of it is simply intended to reward the pirates and those who will greedily support them in the theft, in exchange for a pittance share of the "prize".  

The point is that there were never any lawful Letters of Mark and Reprisal available to support any such prize-taking nor any presumed salvage operations allowed as a result of the semantic deceits and constructive fraud underpinning the whole operation front to back and first to last. 

They are trying to force/coerce Americans to join their ranks and accept subjection to their "King" and to adopt U.S. Citizenship in order to get back a relatively small pittance of their own assets, while the bulk of each individual fortune will be diverted away into the King's coffers. 

This is not an acceptable restitution. 

All three (3) phony public trusts and all attached citizenship obligations must be obliterated and the assets and purloined credit must be returned unharmed to the victims of this Great Fraud on a worldwide basis.  The purportedly "waived" American Infant Decedent Estate Trust, the British Territorial Seaman's Trust, and the Municipal ESTATE trust must all go the way of the Dodo.  

We do not suggest that those responsible for this entire situation should be further entrusted to see justice done. 

We do not accept subjection as "U.S. Citizens" as a reasonable settlement of these issues, nor is any form of "US" or "United States" citizenship an appropriate pre-requisite to receive restitution. 

We object to all and any establishment of a "Quantum Trust" or the presumptive inclusion of our assets, public or private, in such a trust.  

We don't agree to any spiritual or mental "conditioning" orchestrated by the same Bad Actors as a requirement for our people to receive medical care, including medical care via the new "med bed" technologies. 

We are well-aware that the cancer epidemic was promoted via the SV40 pollution found in all vaccines ever since the release of the polio vaccine, by deliberate manipulation and poisoning of our soil and water and foodstuffs, and by constant threats and duress and  adrenalin stimulation using television and movies to addict us to violence and prematurely exhaust our adrenal systems. 

Yes, we are well-aware.  We have been falsely portrayed as being violent and vengeful and over-sexed, but these are precisely the results of a mercenary cabal intent on promoting war and violence as a way of life.  

The constant themes of "sacrifice" and limitation of resources pervading all news and literary and entertainment channels preconditioned people to accept deprivations designed to cut down on the owner's costs to maintain their "livestock" and increase the amount of profit they could siphon off without being noticed by the population at large.

Cancer has been both a convenient means to harvest profit from the dying and limit end of life expenses for the venal insurance corporations. 

We have all the documentation necessary to hang every politician and insurance corporation and pharmaceutical corporation executive involved in the promotion of diseases like cancer, bipolar syndrome, diabetes, and autism -- to say nothing of the recent Covid "vaccine", which has been proven in court to not be a vaccine at all -- and the plethora of useless side-effect ridden patent medicines calculated to cause new health problems while treating the symptoms of existing maladies.   

This is part and parcel of the deception, distortion, and dishonorable disservice that has been promulgated by public employees, career politicians, and quasi-military mercenary services acting improperly under the direction of foreign "governments", namely the British Crown and the Roman Curia, who were supposed to be here rendering good faith service under contract.  

Good for Mr. Trump defunding bioweapons.  They were never supposed to be developed in the first place, but good on him for putting an end to government funding.  Now, the feckless U.S. Congress needs to pass a law against private funding of bioweapons technology, too.  And DARPA, which has been the source, center, and chief beneficiary of all this "scientific" graft and corruption, needs to be shut down, deprived of any benefit from all its patents. 

We do not consider the "news" about Obama's actual birthplace (Kenya) to be any news; as he was acting as the "President" of the UNITED STATES, Incorporated, it doesn't matter that he was born in Kenya.  His private corporate office has been pawned off as if it had something to do with our Presidential Office, but in fact he never occupied a public office at all and the requirements of our public office never applied to him and what he was doing.  

So everyone can just sit down and shut up and chalk it up to another big constructive fraud scheme brought to us by the same people who propose to substitute "a" British Territorial Republic for our American Federal Republic.  

As for deadly Lab-made Bird Flu being released, if they know about the release, why didn't they prevent it?  Like the phony Covid 19 "pandemic" they doth protest too much and do too little. "We were just following orders" has already been nixed as an excuse, and "We didn't know" has already been used once too often. 

If such a biologically devastating disease has been released, where are the men and women responsible for making sure it doesn't get released on the innocent world population?  What were they doing during this worldwide deployment?  Getting a bikini wax job?  Buying lottery tickets? 

Imagine an unintelligible expression of utter disgust, a verbalization without words somewhere between a growl and a wet fart. 

What does it profit us to save our children from adrenochrome factories and sex slave traffickers, only to have them die from Bird Flu?  

Up your ante, Boyz.  Start moving a lot faster. 

Line those politicians up in the street and don't tell us about their failure to rescind their hokey irresponsible allocations of "foreign aid" --- only two percent of which ever reaches its stated destination:

Let's make it very, very clear for everyone.  Those politicians were engaged in graft and exploitation of the public purse for illegal and immoral purposes.  They already broke the law and acted in gross breach of trust by making those allocations to USAID and other entities such as the Federal Department of Education with no follow-up or accountability for how the funds were actually spent.  

We hold them accountable and we consider them to be criminals. 

If that was not bad enough, they have all been engaged in a long-term constructive fraud scheme in which they, British Territorial Members of a British Territorial "U.S." Congress have deceptively misrepresented themselves and their offices and have impersonated American members of our lawful Congress and undertaken actions supremely detrimental to their American Employers, the people to whom they all owe "good faith service".  

They may or may not be fully informed of this circumstance. They may deserve such notice individually and collectively, to allow them the opportunity to withdraw their misrepresentations and go home in peace, but we do not owe them any other amnesty or consideration for their gross dishonesty, negligence, and dereliction of duty.  

Consider this: Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.  All members of the U.S. Congress and all members of the Municipal Congress are hereby given Public Notice to vacate the chairs and offices of the American Federal Congress and to Cease and Desist all pretensions and evasions disguising their actual political status and affiliations.  

It's time for this Mess to get cleaned up and cleared away, at more than "warp speed".  Clearing out the Federal Capitol and preparing for the first Public Elections since Franklin Pierce would be an appropriate start. 

Remember: there is no statute of limitations on fraud.  When what is true comes, what is false must pass away.  The truth is now known, is present, and staring the entire hegemony in Washington, DC, in the face. 

We appreciate that Mr. Trump is between a proverbial rock and a hard place and is doing his best with a bad situation; however, the British Crown and the Roman Curia both need to be stood down -- and with no further adieu.  They stand in the position of employees who have robbed their employers in broad daylight, dishonorable "Allies" who have defrauded and denigrated people to whom they owe good faith service and support.

International Public Notice: Central Banks

We were gifted by a video interview with G. Edward Griffin, author of "The Creature From Jekyll Island" —one of the few books about the Federal Reserve Banks and Federal Reserve System that is worth reading.  Another is "Secrets of the Federal Reserve" by Eustace  Mullins.  

Strangely, G. Edward Griffin didn't tie the concept of "central" banking down and didn't define it beyond the idea that central banks are all privately owned and working with a government under contracts that allow them to control the country's monetary policies and supplies. 

This is a little bit like defining a horse by its hooves.  

Controlling monetary policies and monetary supplies is one of the primary jobs of a central bank as opposed to a commercial bank or a trade bank or a retail bank or an investment bank or, or, or....  It's also true that all these so-called central banks which supply all the other banks with money, credit, or both are privately owned and are not public institutions at all.  

These are interesting facts and they deserve to be fully known, understood, and deemed important by the Public at Large, but by themselves these facts fail to convey the far larger scope of customary central bank activities and the endless opportunities for unjust enrichment that a central bank contract provides. 

In our case the Federal Reserve has haunted our country and its government since Colonial days. Like all other modern central banks that we are familiar with the Federal Reserve is not a single bank, but rather a consortium of private banks that are ultimately in the business of rigging commodities and defining securities and assigning tariffs and duties to be paid as taxes and customs fees. 

The member banks of this central bank consortium shift and change over time, but most of these institutions are stable and it's relatively rare to see a major bank member go broke— for example, Lehman Brothers Bank during the 2007 - 2008 meltdown. 

Money just happens to be among the most important commodities that central banks rig according to the demands and priorities of the governments that they both serve and ensnare. 

The quid pro quo of the central bank is —hey, we are going to do all sorts of illegal and immoral things, but don't worry your little head about it.  Just look the other way, members of Congress (or Parliament), and you, too, can be rich, rich, rich.  

No need to ask where all the money is coming from.  It's coming from the central bank, of course, and being laundered and manipulated and trafficked by central bank agents on a worldwide basis. 

If this language seems rather brash it's only because people rarely think about, much less discuss,  what central banks do. 

Where do central banks come from? 

From Prussia.  Central banks were created during the tumultuous reign of his grim and royal majesty King Frederick the Great.  Note it was "royal majesty" not "Royal Majesty" in his case, because he was literally the king of the land mass known as Prussia and not just the figurehead chief executive of a business calling itself the Kingdom of Prussia.  

Frederick the Great was a homosexual who was forever traumatized when his Father had his first love executed in front of his eyes in an effort to make the young prince settle down and tend to the family military business.  If he became a warped soul with a plethora of odd fears and passions we can hardly blame him.  

Frederick's love of whippets, small, delicate greyhound-like dogs spawned a whippet fashion rage throughout Europe —once he  won all the dozens of wars and skirmishes including a war with seven (7) fronts and nearly every other kingdom in Europe standing against Prussia—and with Voltaire's help, he emerged as the most unlikely fashion icon ever in the history of the world. 

Imagine a German Liberace who played with cannons instead of pianos. 

It is to this bizarre, broken, haunted, restless, nearly insane man that we owe the concept of central banks. 

Frederick the Great had odd misgivings about coffee, which was introduced to German society during his Father's reign and which became an increasing focus of one of Frederick's many oddball phobias.  He resented the idea of Germans sending their precious silver coins overseas in exchange for coffee beans when their King was fighting, at a minimum, a three front war and barely surviving. 

Into the breach strode a strange little Freiherr whose name translates to "Rollingstone"—- who had a solution to the King's dislike of coffee and his need to keep his war efforts funded: a central bank that would relieve Frederick's government of the noisome duty of collecting taxes, and, conveniently levy a stiff import tax (that is, a tariff)) on all coffee and coffee products imported to Germany.  

Two problems solved for the price of one, and Frederick the Great was supremely pleased with the invention of a central bank.   Once he became a fashion icon all the other royals couldn't wait to create a central bank to do their dirty work, fill their coffers and manipulate their commodity markets to benefit friends and punish political enemies to their heart's content. 

Soon every country in Europe had a central bank and advocates of various stripe were crazed to get a central bank established in this country, too.  They could never foist it off onto the Americans but they had no trouble convincing our British Territorial Federal Subcontractors who were deeply in debt to their own King and in need of the services a central bank could provide.  

The British Territorials (Tories) had borrowed lavishly from their cherished Monarch so that they had the means to fight the American rebels for him.  After they lost Yorktown they had to face the immense war debt they owed King George for the privilege of fighting and dying for him in nice uniforms. 

A central bank supported by British sympathizers in Europe meant having a grubstake to rebuild, sources of credit even though they were already in over their heads, and a way to secure business investments.  The first Bank of the United States was born, a Department of the Treasury was born, and Alexander Hamilton was made famous as a traitor for supporting the hated foreign bank that was enabling the defeated Tories to enjoy such a surfeit of credit. 

A central bank.  

The first such bank went down in ruins and a second, but like a shark watching its moment, the deceptively named "Federal Reserve" was circling and waiting its opportunity to loan money and central bank services to the American Government.  

They had had dealings with the Americans during the Colonial period and entertained debts from the Houses of Burgesses.  During the Revolution their French partners extended credit to the Americans.  They were well-positioned when the War of 1812 provided another opportunity. During the Civil War they backed Salmon P. Chase, Lincoln's Secretary of the Treasury and were instrumental in negotiating acceptance of Lincoln's "Greenbacks".  

The Federal Reserve, an informal consortium of mostly mainland European banks was ready to move in prior to the 1906 bankruptcy of The United States of America, Incorporated, and finally succeeded in 1913 with the secretive Federal Reserve Act making the Federal Reserve cartel empowered to do central bank functions in this country, issue cash and securities for the British Territorial Government, set monetary policies and interest rates,  and tax U.S. Citizens using the Internal Revenue Service.   

A few years later another service provider doing business as "the IRS" would start direct private tax collections from Municipal citizens of the United States.  

All those "Federal Income Taxes" were being imposed by the private "Federal Reserve" bank consortium and collected and enforced by agents hired by the Federal Reserve Banks operating two private foreign concessions—- one income tax collected from the British Territorials as an Estate Tax and another income tax collected from Municipal citizens of the United States by the IRS as a Gift Tax.  

This explains the conundrum that baffled generations of Americans who questioned whether the Federal Income Tax was an unlawfully administered direct tax or some kind of excise tax.  The answer is — neither. 

The Federal Income Tax was always a gift and Estate tax collected as a private contractual obligation of Federal Dual Citizens.  

And it was collected by hired agents of the Federal Reserve— the Municipal IRS and Territorial Internal Revenue Service.  

The U.S. Congress which is ultimately responsible for abdicating its unique responsibility to levy taxes handed that duty over to the Federal Reserve cartel. And they get a healthy kick-backed profit share.  

This would have been questionable at best if the Federal Reserve had limited its activities to actual Federal Dual Citizens who would have been paying a payroll kick-back tax as a condition of employment, but deliberately scheming to impose this "private" tax on the earnings of average Americans is a bridge too far.  

The Federal Reserve Banks, their collaborators in the British Territorial U.S. Congress, and their minions working as Agents for the IRS/Internal Revenue Service are all guilty of racketeering and collusion and unlawful confiscation of American property assets and American labor resources.  

The judges working for the UNITED STATES TAX COURT and the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS  and United States District Courts have aided and abetted and acted as accomplices to this criminal conspiracy against the American people whom they have deliberately impersonated and misrepresented and defrauded via crimes of personage and barratry. 

And this is just one particularly egregious example of how foreign interests organized as central banks have acted in gross breach of trust and criminal undisclosed self-interest against their American employers who are all owed "good faith service".  

The Federal Reserve crossed the line and is a crime syndicate by definition, while their Agents at the Department of Justice and manning the Field Offices of the IRS and Internal Revenue Service  have been misdirected to bully, threaten, and attack average Americans who never owed these cretins a dime.  

There are many other salacious crimes that have been carried out by these banks, their collaborators and henchmen, but their implementation and enforcement of their corporation's Sixteenth (By-Law) Amendment on average American workers and unincorporated businesses is enough — all by itself — to justify the arrest of the Perpetrators, the liquidation of these banks, the liquidation of these  courts,  and the permanent abolition of these "services".  

The so-called Sixteenth Amendment was never ratified by our States of the Union, making every improper act of enforcement against average Americans a crime and conspiracy against our Government and the Constitutions and the Constitutional processes we set forth and ordained for these employees.  

Mr. Trump had better move to take these actions liquidating the offenders and arresting the Perpetrators sooner rather than later, or his Administration will risk looking like an accomplice to these continued outrageous crimes.
